Not what I thought it would be!. Unless you pay $9.99, $49.99. or $89.99 for the monthly, six month, or 12 month subscription, this app is worthless! If you want limited information from the author of this app find him on twitter @billgunderson. I think he also has a radio show...books etc.

Ingnore the bad reviews. This app is free first of all, and you can make tons of money from just the free “non subscriber”. Bill is extremely knowledgeable about the market and his giving a lot of this away for free. He also has a podcast. It’s free also.

New app looks better. Very buggy. Not sure how it works. Always get the spinning symbol waiting. When it does work it doesn’t find many stocks. Different searches return different results Bill needs to find better developers The old app was ugly but it worked better

Worthless self proclaiming app. This app is completely worthless.. The fact that 7 users reviewed it so high is "suspicious" .. All this app really is a advertisement for his book and website where he gets random comments and users to day say great he is.. If he is good or not I don't know but this app is worthless at best and shady most likely chalk full of phony testimonials of how good he is..

Poor app. Works for about a week then doesn’t recognize you. Site is good but better approached from the internet than with this iffy at best app.

Tremendously successful with this tool. This is a remarkable great app for screening stocks. I've made my money back on this app and then some. (I bought the full version.) Previously, I had felt insecure about buying individual stocks. I didn't have consistent results. With this app, I do. Quite often a good stock shows up on the list and then will break out. Also, the app shows an amazing set of stocks you probably never heard of, which is one way to make money: bet the crowd. Some more well known stocks are listed too. Of course, there is no protection against bad luck in the market, so there will be a few losers in the list, but they get pushed down pretty quick. The key thing is to cut your losses short (8-10% range) and don't be afraid to let your winnings run. It's also valuable to look at stock charts before you buy or sell, which will help reduce your chances of picking a stinker (but never completely eliminates it) out of list that has very low chances of a bad stock. I also recommend getting the newsletter and listening to the radio show (available in the internet). Mr Gunderson shows good humor too.

Damnu812. The app is legit I have put some of the A+ stocks in my 401k portfolio. Example Ocwen Financial up 30% in two months!!!

Where is the iPad app?. Hi Bil... It's a very useful app. Thanks for the continuous quality improvements. But why does not the App work in landscape mode? And, when could we see the iPad version?

Dwyt. Terrible app. Don't waste your memory. Info is unsupported. This is just a lure to get you to pay for another service or app.

Genius. I love this app! Great tool for anyone doing it yourself or keeping up with your money manager!

Good picks. I do think that many or all of the 5 star ratings are suspicious and phony, but his stock picks are pretty legitimate. One should always do their homework before buying though. Trading takes plenty of reading, analyzing and guts depending on your style. This app is not a short cut, but rather suggestions for further homework.

Mr.. This app is so legit. It keeps me updated on all of my stocks. This Bill Gunderson really knows his stuff.

Smart guy, horrible app. Warning. Check your email confirmation if you order this because that’s the only place you can cancel and avoid the automatic monthly renewal - tick tick. There’s virtually no user account management functions, many of the links are either broken or just trying to get you to upgrade. (Note to Mr. Gunderson: this strategy would probably be successful if you threw the $10 a month curios investors a bone, but this crappy stale and hard to navigate app says nothing for what we’d get if we signed up for $89 a month). The presentation media is from 2013 and it’s a bit heartbreaking as I listen to Bill religiously every morning and for such a serious guy who’s supposed to be detail oriented, this app is a literally a joke and looks like it was created by a 5-year old.

Wow. This is very useful app. How do I get the paid version?

The app use to work well. I’ve loved using this app to help me invest in stocks that were in favor with the market, but last 6 months I get a water down version that is maybe 50% of the raking of stocks. The app skips from #1 to 27 to 86 ranked stock in stead of sequential order. I’ve reached out to Apple and Bill Gunderson the creator of app and no response. So will be canceling as soon as the monthly subscription is up.

Easy as pie. Finally a simple, transparent grading system to pick stocks. I'm surprised Bill Gunderson is sharing all his secrets for so little given his awesome track record - but I'll take it!

Best app for investors.. Such a valuable tool for anyone in the trading business. He rates stocks using formulas, which tell you the safety, and potential growth of each stock. Got the full version to track 3500 stocks instead of 300...

Solid app. This is worth using but strongly suggest upgrading to get the true value. It's well worth the money!

Ug.. I’ve seen the preview, it’s not for me. BSN app used to be great.. not only has it been un-useable for over a month. But the preview on the web site looks terrible.. I’m out. An update 4/21/2022: Well, as a long time user of this app, I thought I’d give it another look now that it’s finally out and sadly, I must report it’s far worse now than I thought it could ever be. The screens shown here still show a few of the old BSN’s views.. it looks nothing like this now. The new design is now terrible, and almost childish on an iPad. I find it’s impossible to sort by any specific data type or field and it’s very frustrating to use it now since for every stock listed it throws a ton of mostly irrelevant data in your face but it’s almost all just that.. noise. There are no charts, or trend lines nothing but numbers that you can’t use or sort. It’s terrible. It’s very disappointing, I would much rather get a .CSV file with the actual raw data and be able to sort it myself. I wish I didn’t have to be so critical. I know Bill and Doug wanted to give us something great.. I listen to Bill’s podcast daily and get his weekly newsletter but this version of the BSN app is terrible.. I’d much prefer it as it was where I could see simple lists of dozens of top stocks on a sorted page.. not this meaningless drivel.

It truly is the best. I’ve been using the app for 2 years now. It is the most comprehensive source in compact form I’ve found regarding stocks. The only additional info I can wish for would be debt ratios and percentage of shares being shorted. If you follow him daily on Podcasts for global news and influential events, you’ll make money. I’ve been subscribed to all of his services and I love it. The instant email notices every time he makes a trade are quite beneficial for me. Maybe in the future I’ll let him take over some of my accounts but, for now, I’m doing fine on my own.

Rough start to profit. This app looks like a middle school code project, but the information it provides is much more valuable than the lack of flash and dash of other apps. At first, I paid the fee for the monthly upgrade for $9.99 and expected the software would upgrade to the full version. It didn’t. My frustration was answered quickly and remedied immediately after a couple email exchanges with customer service, even on a weekend. My suggestion is to subscribe, know where to find your receipt, and learn how to use the method. The reason it’s not five stars is it hasn’t paid for itself immediately. My bet is, it will. I love the theory.

DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE A STAR. This app boast 5500 stocks- maybe 500 show after paying 9.99. What a rip off and a smear to this mans name. Sad

Info is Great, New App Won’t Let Me recover password. The information provided by the app is excellent. However, since the latest update, I’ve not been able to log into my account and thus decided to cancel my subscription. There is no way to recover a password when bought through the Apple Store and I have not received any sort of feedback from the company. Disappointed.

Solid information, horrendous app.. Tried to subscribe within app. Access was not turned on. Ability to manage account, obtain support within the app is virtually nonexistent. Had to call PWStreet and talk through it. I was provided temporary access and suggestions that subscribing via the website would work out better. I don’t want to subscribe via the website and I want to use the app and I want the app to look like it was created with a recent app building skill set and not a moderately skilled 10 year old in 2004. C’mon... but a little effort into the app and stop making it so hard to subscribe! I suspect that effort will pay off many times over in short order. For now... I’m out.

Best App of it’s kind. Invaluable!. With over 20,000+ entities in the Market, this App has sifted through most of the trash to give you a more streamlined assortment of performers to choose from. I have used this App since it was available for the iPad (& now have it on both iPad & iPhone). When it 1st became available late 2011early 2012, I was a bit overwhelmed about the data, thought naively that picking only from the A+ rated stocks/bonds/mutual funds guaranteed success...it did not. That is not it’s function. This is a tool, not the Goose laying Golden Eggs! Use this App to choose top performers, look at their technicals (charts & indicators). Then based on that combined info, decide which& what to invest in(trade). Gunderson has done most of the research on the entities included in the App. The grades/numbers may change daily since the data is updated DAILY after the Market closes. This is a good thing! No other App does this! If a stock etc is not included in the App, don’t fret, send Gunderson an email naming the entity you’re interested in, he will look into it & add it to the App if it is a worthwhile stock/fund/bond/etc. I’ve learned that choosing stocks from the A+ to B+ overall rating range with charts trending upwards have consistently helped my returns stay in the double-triple digits. Since I am a long term investor, I usually don’t sell unless the overall grades tankto the D range with downward trending charts. This has also kept my losses down to a minimum. Gunderson’s App has been the most reliable of it’s kind. Zacks & Motley’s Fool is not even in the same league.....judge for yourself. If you’re a serious investor/trader you will easily see the time saved researching stocks etc., using this App. If you are only looking for another “Get rich Quick” scheme, you will be disappointed, this App is not for you.... neither is trading in the Market!
