No sound!. Downloaded this app twice and there is still no sound. Really wish they would fix this. Seems like it would be a really nice app for my kids if we could just hear the sound

Stuck. App crashes when I go to settings and I just keep hearing the music with no direction how to get my child to memorize the numbers. Installed so many times already and also restarted the unit multiple times

Great app!. I use this app in my special education life skills class to help the kids learn their phone number and get familiar with phone skills. It has been very helpful and makes learning it more fun!

an app essential for families. Great app for teaching personal safety and use of a phone. There are lessons and practice on phone basics and safety, use of 911, and what to do if a stranger calls. The simulator acts like a real phone, and my older kids on caseload love talking to its consistent response. You can add in phone numbers that you need to practice and memorize. This is an essential app that all families and clinicians should have and use.

Still 32bit. Someone I know used to use it but now it does not work on IOS 11!

Wow!. Awesome app! Love the instruction on phone use in general and on strangers and being alone. Great that it can by personalized. Nice teaching tool for individuals with cognitive and social delays!!

Fantastic app. I highly recommend this app to teach your child your phone numbers, phone safety, and more. I love the 911 role play which asks the same questions that your child would get if they have to call for help. I also like that I can record my voice connected to my numbers. I answer my cell by saying my first name. I don't want this to throw my child off when she calls me. This app adds an important element to calling someone with adding pressing the talk button after you dial the number as part of the routine. I am even using this app with my eight year old to help memorize other numbers such as our cell and work numbers. This is a must have app for anyone who has young children.

Great app!!!. This app is awesome for teaching kids their phone numbers and teaching them to dial 9-1-1!! If helps so much that they get to hear what an actual call could sound like!

Great App,. Very creative and customizable. Very well-thought-out. We are teaching our two-year-old and he is really following along. Great for grandparents or working parents when the child wants to hear their voice during the day.

Excellent to teach children and practice. As a 911 dispatcher and a huge supporter to teach children about 911 this is a great app! They have learning, practicing and challenges. Will recommend to everyone !

Too many bugs. My 4 year old started to cry with this game. I was trying to teach her our home phone. Every time she hit the 5 (as she was supposed to) it would tell her it was wrong and end the game. I figured she was messing up, so I played the game myself. Sure enough. It would show me hitting the five after being directed to do so and then score it wrong. I even re-entered the number, still won't work. I'd think input recognition would be easy to program, guess not. I like the concept, but too buggy to work now.

Love this app for my special needs daughter!. Please update app for current ISO version. We love this app but can no longer use it. I recommend to everyone and all school officials.

Useful and fun. With our phone numbers being simply accessible by the touch of a button or voice activated, it's important to know your chid could call you, 911, or whatever number is necessary in case of emergency or separation from your cell phone. And it's fun to learn! Thanks for such a useful app!

A must have app!. A great way for kids to practice and learn phone numbers and 911!

Love!. I love this app for my children and for my special education students. However, I think it goes a little too fast when asking questions. I've noticed a lot of the kids don't have time to answer the questions and start to get frustrated. Still a wonderful app!!!

I teach fire prevention. I use the practice 911 for fire prevention. It's wonderful. I also have a bunch of parents saying they were going to download it. To help continuing the fire prevention they learned at home.

Good app. I like this app and use in with my special needs students. I do wish there was more time in the practice mode for their phone number and address. They need more time to come up with the answer.

Dial Safe Pro. As a 9-1-1 educator this is going to be a great tool for teaching children how to properly dial 9-1-1 and what to expect when they call. Awesome app! Great for parents to teach basic phone skills and to learn phone numbers!

Super App. I used this app with my students today. It is fantastic for teaching emergency phone skills. Calling 911 is done in a very realistic way. I highly recommend.

This app is awesome. This app is perfect for teaching children about phones and there number!!! It's perfect for special needs children since you use real voices even for the 911 call it sounds real.

perfect for use in special day class. I love this app for use with my special needs students! It's great for number recognition, name recognition as well as encouraging speech and language.That is in addition to the practical use of dialing practice. I would love to program in a phone number for each student. Any way to add in additional phone lines beyond the 4 provided? I need 12!

Great Practice. I think this is an incredible app and could hardly believe that it was free. We've used it and really like it. With that said, I can see room for possible improvement for those of us who learn best to a tune (consider adding music to the practice sessions) or by seeing the numbers together in a cute image. It might also be nice to help the smaller kids learn to dial while looking at their number written down (learning to read a phone number from a slip of paper shown on the screen). Since the bugs apps are so meticulously illustrated, I think this is a real possibility for the future - these developers know what they're doing!

Love it. I use this app to teach people with developmental disabilities to call 911 and their home numbers, in case of emergency. It has been an amazing tool to help them learn and get experience and gain confidence before an actual emergency. My only issue is that several of my clients speak slowly and the app cuts them off before they can finish saying their address or phone number, it frustrates them. Also, my phone said that if the app didn't update soon, I wouldn't be able to use the app at all 😫 I seriously use this app daily and don't want it to be unavailable to me! I'm also using it to teach my daughter to call in case of emergency.

Love this app. My son has now learned our home number and my cell. I love that I can personalize and add numbers. It's great practice and my kids love it. I like that the 911 call is simulated. I never thought to teach him what its like to be on the phone answering questions for a dispatcher. My only suggestion is that you can choose different 911 simulations for a medical or fire, or police/ personal safety type emergencies. Ok one more suggestion is that you could choose to have the phone look like an iPhone. I have to watch carefully while my son practices navigating the iPhone to make a phone call. this is a really helpful, practical app with lots of possibilities for expanding great ideas.

When parents fail. This is a simple way to really get a young child to understand. In just a few play times, my grandson is ready and full of knowledge for an emergency, I truly love this group of people!!

Update. Hello We used you app earlier this year to practice phone skills with our special needs middle schoolers. I have been unable to open this app more recently as I am receiving a message that the developer needs to update the app as it is no longer compatible with my 11.0 system on my iPad. Is this going to be updated? I really liked your app and want to be able to use it. Hoping this can happen.

Such a great idea!. love the features in this app, I can record my voice and my kids can "call" me and hear me or learn to call emergency numbers. great tool for teaching you kids some important information. And it is really really pretty! cute graphics!

Great app. I love that my kids can practise dialing important numbers in a safe environment. Realistic enough to prepare them for the real deal, but 'make believe' enough that they don't panic they've really dialed 'triple 0'. I love the reminder that 'lost toys and pets are NOT emergencies and you should not dial 000 for this'. I also like the ability to add more numbers (home, mobile, etc) for them to practise and custom audio to simulate a short phone conversation. This app is a 'must have' for teaching kids to use the phone correctly. I'm so glad I've got it. I think there are still improvements to be made, for example, I'd like to see the ability to include the other numbers you add in the games and learning areas so my kids get to practise dialing my mobile number with guidance before going straight to the 'challenge' where they get no guidance.

dial safe. I am very impressed with this app, particularly the large font used for the phone pad. This will assist children with vision problems. I can see it also being used for elderly people who may be experiencing memory issues as a reinforcement tool to quickly remember relatives numbers if a medical emergency arises.

Doesn't work with iOS 11. It hasn't been updated to work with the latest iOS, so there is no sound, which is 80% of the practicing!

Compatibility problem. This is a remarkable teaching tool, it helps to address the teaching points of NFPA Learn not to burn with young learners! It needs to work with IOS 11 Separate fire police and EMS calls would also be a great next step!

Very Good and Useful. I am a g'ma and never thought of teaching the kids their telephone number, etc. (bad g'ma). This app then fulfilled two goals; reminded me and taught the kids. The kids, 6 girl and almost 4 boy, like it very much and play it over and over again, asking me to help when they forget something. I'd like to see similar apps with different kinds of emergencies, e.g., what to do when an ambulance is needed. That is because the tempo and clarity and attraction on this one are all just right. Carry it over to different situations and it will be used. My only most small niggle is that the children read the emergency number as nine, dash, one, dash. one dash. I heard of a child who frantically searched the telephone keypad once for the *11* button, to no avail. I wouldn't want these tech-savvy little urchins to do the same with the dash. So remove the dashes and it gets a five.
