Frequently used. I use this app whenever I get stressed or feel off somewhere in my body. As someone who suffers from anxiety and panic attacks, this app helps calm my nerves better than any mindfulness app. It could just be the practice of focusing on something else, or perhaps a placebo effect, but it consistently brings me out of the panic cycle. Could it be better? Yes. I’d love to read more about the theory behind the points to understand what I’m stimulating and why it works. It’s bare bones, but I actually like that aspect of it. Does “enlarging breast naturally” belong in the “maintaining health” section? No. But I’m willing to overlook that considering how often I’ve turned to this app for help and gotten it for other health/mental issues.

Perfect. Been looking for something exactly like this (I'm actually surprised there aren't more apps for this purpose). I'm a big believe in pressure points but always forget which ones are for which problems and how to locate them. This app does exactly that ... You select the ailment you're currently experiencing and it gives you a list of appropriate points and how to find them on the body. Loses a star for app functionality.... The search function doesn't work on my phone. Also, the directions on how to find the points could be a little more specific ... For example, rules of thumb for locating PC 6 almost always includes the direction "between the two wrist tendons" but this app just says "middle of the wrist". Other than that I really like it.

Very limited. Symptoms offered in this app are very limited. Many general,common symptoms are completely missing altogether. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this to anyone. This is the first app I bought that had no reviews, will never make that mistake again.

Acupresure. This is indeed the bottom of the barrow.

Incomplete app. Part of the "about" this app just doesn't function. Then the pressure points listed invariably are the same ones whether you're looking to ease a headache, cure an addiction or have painless childbirth. You're better just "binging" this on the web to get a more accurate result.

Basic pain relief. This app doesn't work miracles but if you get the pressure points correct you will get relief. Thank you

please update. This app has the best illustrations and descriptions of exactly where the acupressure points are of any app i have seen so far but I would give it 5 stars if I could search for a particular point ie type in GV20 and it takes me straight to the diagram and description of where this point is.

Disappointed. Very poor app pictures are so small and you almost can't see them. Can't believe I paid for this

Good!. This app is very informative! Some points are hard to locate because the picture isn't that great and I could use more descriptions, but overall very satisfactory.

Good app. It is very easy to follow and has adequate descriptions. Sometimes it is hard to locate the points. Whether or not these pressure points work is another thing...I know a bit about Chinese medicine but not a ton.

Très bien fait. Je suis contente d'avoir acheté cette application d'acupression. Il explique très bien comment localiser les points d'acupression et comment les appliquer. Dans mon cas, j'ai une rhinite vasomotrice depuis 15 ans. J'ai vu toute sorte de spécialiste pour ce problème, mais sans résultat. J'ai appliqué l'acupression (pour le nez bouche et pour une sinusite), et après 3 jours je respire correctement de nouveau.
