Kinda fun but could be much better. Has some fun hairstyle, but would be better if you didn't have to resize every hair piece one-by-one, and if there were categories for black, blond, etc. Also would be better if you could crop out some of the background from your source photo and even remove some of the original hair, since both are very distracting to seeing the new hair. Might be 4-stars as a "fun" 99¢ app, but for a few bucks I expected something a lot more polished.

Not for me. For $4.99 I was disappointed with only 40+ options for short female hair. Even with the options for editing the style, it just did not work for me. I guess I expected more out of current technology.

Crashed. I'm sad. I just bought this app and now it is crashed, frozen and No buttons work except the info button which isn't what I bought the app for. Hoping it starts working soon.

Not for newer phones I guess. Doesn’t allow me do upload photo after cropping. I have iPhone 11 and the pics all show an older phone. Tutorial is lame. What a waste of $5 - coulda had a decent latte instead -

Worth buying!. Way cool! Not only is it nice to see yourself in a new hairstyle, you will have a ton of fun and a few laughs with this app.

Fun App!. Works great...easy to use and adjust...please add bald head with different skin tones to see shaved head...just did the update and the beard category is GONE! Please fix...Thanks!

Don't waste your money. Does not give you a representation like you would think. Proportions off on hairdo and makes no sense. Don't waste your money

Awful. Few styles with bangs. If the style you choose had red hair it will not change to blonde no matter how hard you try. If you cut the hair then go change the color, the haircut is removed. I could go on and on. Total waste of $2.99.

So Fun!!!. Bought this to try on new hairstyles and it opens, loads an image from my album, and let's me try on new hairstyles... As well as beards in case you wonder what you would look like as Santa Clause.

Not Impressed. I wouldn't recommend this app. Not worth it

$4.99 rip off. I am so disappointed. Every single hairstyle I tried was ridiculous. I would like a refund. It looks like cartoons.

Don’t waste your money. The styles are ugly, outdated, and there are few options. Not realistic at all.

Very Disappointed. I expected more from a paid App. It did have lots of hairstyle but was very poor in hair color choice. The few hair color choices you do have rarely work. I've tried several styles that came in a darker hair color but wanted to change it to gray which was offered, since that's my color and never could get that color to work. To get close, since gray didn't work I tried to use the blonde and it only worked occasionally. I'm going back to 365 (free) which offers more choices in colors and even gives you makeup choices. Really wasted my money with this.

Good app, great developers!. I'm having a lot of fun with this thing. It's not quite perfect, but it's awesome and made even better by their dev team. I wrote a suggestion via their website and had an response in minutes. With a team like that, this'll become a top recommendation of mine.

Helpful. Easy to take a selfie and use with selection of hairstyles. It was helpful to use tools to lengthen or widen to fit face. Wish it were easier to select next hairstyle and color. Grey selection was awful.

This app helped me pick out a new hairstyle. This app worked fine for me. I liked the variety of styles to choose from. I wish I could've adjusted the hairstyles length wise to accommodate a longer face shape, though.

Great app!!!. This app is lots of fun, easy to use, potentially useful, and most importantly...LOTS of FUN!!!!! I think it was free also, which is awesome! Get this app and mess with your own look as well as other peoples looks. A Suggestion- I would like to be able to choose a style and then choose its color, for any style)

Excellent. One of if not the best hairstyle apps

Unsatisfied. If this was a free app I wouldn't be as bothered but these people charged me $3 big ones for an app that doesn't work. Uploaded my picture and then tried to add hairstyle but every time I clicked over to add the hair on my photo the photo would either be in upper right hand of the screen or way to big for me to add hair and couldn't resize picture.

So easy, and fun!. I recommend to anyone with a head.

Poor quality. When I upload a photo to use, the hairstyles do not fit correctly around the face I'm using. Just bother useless app I paid for.

Overrated. Not worth it

Not as great as it could be.... After first downloaded Appdicted's free styling app for ipad and iphone, I purchased this app because it's made just for Ipad and had a low cost relative to the number of advertised styles. I hoped however that they would have made some improvements to the color feature over the free version. To my disappointment there was no improvement in that area and color options are unnatural and rainbow-ish! It doesn't allow one to experiment with different shades of brown, blond, or red for instance, but if you want purple, hot red, yellow, and pink, they've got you covered. Also, I've begun to get the sense that there are not as many styles actually as advertised, many seem to be the same style in just a different shade, or with the slightest variation that they appear the same on first glance. Another thing, the, styles aren't numbered, so you can't revisit where you left-off easily. I had to just leave the program running throughout. Lastly, there is no option to create a list of your favorite styles within the program, so if you want to refer back to it you have to save it to your photo album, email it to yourself or post it to Facebook . I've since downloaded The Hairstyle Pro app and have found it to be far superior and worth spending a little more on.

Doesn't work!. Downloaded this and it immediately froze up. No options other than the information link. Frustrating!!!!!

Terrible style choices. Wow! I was ripped off for $4.99. Instantly deleting this up. Terrible choices, terrible options with changing what's given... Just overall terrible app.

Fun app!. This was a great deal of fun to use while contemplating a new hair-do. It would be helpful to number them and be able to play with the colors more. Different shades of blonde, brunette, etc. the bright colors are fun for younger users too. I would rercommend this app wholeheartedly!

Great App!. Simple to use and fun hairstyle try-on app. I especially like the eraser and multiple hairstyle features. Lots of colors and styles to choose from in the Pro app. Only other feature I could ask for is ability to stretch hairstyles to make wider or longer.

Don't waste your money or time. What a rip off. Sad there is no refund button. This was supposed to be the premium? 183 styles split between short, medium and long for women. Joke

Silly fun. Easy to use, no real issues using the iPad one. Very entertaining, and at the ability to save your results. I'd like to see more wigs to work with, and the color changes you can make don't look too natural. It is fun overall and worth the cost.

Crashes 2nd review DO Not Download. Why do I bother writing a review! Nothing has been done to fix this absolutely atrocious app. I am furious. I have both apps. When I use the erase tool it crashes. Also this app asks if I would like to download more hairstyles and when I press sure it flashes fails to connect to my internet. Every time I check my ipad it connects to the internet with no problems. Please fix this ASAP ...FYI check the reviews others are having the same issues.

Best Hairstyle App Ever!. I been trying to find a app made for MEN and women since I am guy. I finally found a app that allows me to try over like 300 hairstyles along with beards and mustaches. It lets me try a hairstyle on and change color and they are very modern hairstyles. This app is very easy to use. Thanks you for this app!

Not useful for women. You can’t change the color of the style, so you are stuck trying to imagine a different color of the style you have selected. Also, poor variety/range of shorter female styles.

Too Glitchy!!. This app has not worked properly from the moment I downloaded it. It does not let you select the hairstyle, it just puts whichever one that pops up onto your photo. Don't waste the download!

Great app. I really like this app.it is fun and easy to use but I wish it had an option to re-size it to the width of a head not just enlarging it, I hope they will have a width option in a future update but other than that it's a great app. Note: this is my first review

Brilliant app and loads of fun too.. I hate to think how much this app would have cost a hairdresser a few years ago. Brilliant fun - I should never have shown the kids, I'll never look the same again.

Good fun. I've had a lot of fun with this app. I hope the developers keep adding more styles. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a colour slider with natural hair colours like blond, brunette, red, black etc, rather than just the more unusual playful colours of pink, blue, green etc. A proper set of hue/saturation/lightness sliders would be great! Worth the price for the entertainment value plus gives an idea of styles that suit and ones that don't.

Waist of money. This is a terrible app. You can not change the colour of the hair styles and it is difficult to get the styles to actually fit your picture. DON'T buy!

Awesome!. I LOVE this app! So much fun. I had a technical issue and the company responded immediately and sorted me out. Had to downsize my images to avoid crashes. Next version will do this automatically. This app is definitely worth buying.

Ok. A few bugs make this annoying, and loading the styles is very slow

Awkward. The styles can't be adjusted bit by bit, so if your face doesn't fit properly in it, you have to make it huge. The result is that it looks like I have a forehead 2 feet tall. I'll be asking for my money back.

Where are the beards?. Updated this app and it got rid of the men's beards option! Bring back the beards!

Not worth buying. It's ok but not worth paying for. Not a lot of style options considering the span of hair styles through the years (don't come here for vintage!) and the set up is difficult to work with, many styles are directional so the user has to take, crop, and size multiple pictures to suit different hair styles, ie. Facing slightly left or right, or head tilted to one side or the other.

not helpful. The constraints on the hairstyles are locked, so unless your face shape is the same, it doesn't work well at all. Recommendation is to allow for stretching of the hair image horizontally and vertically.

Needs work. This app is great but needs work. The scrolling of the styles is very slow and doesn't work like normal scrolling in iOS apps. Taking a picture in portrait mode is somewhat confusing, because the app doesn't rotate with the device, and the image is sideways. The app needs work, and it can be good if the developer puts some time in.

Not so great. Not worth the $$$ if you are seriously trying to find a style that fits you.

Fantastic!. I love this app! My kids love this app! So many fun styles, endless variations of different hairstyles, beards, mustaches that can be easily adjusted to perfectly fit your photos. The hair looks so realistic and is easy to adjust using my iPad. One of my favorite entertainment apps, I have actually used it to show my hairstylist what I want my haircut to look like!
