Can’t access videos. This is a fair app but when I get into a group to access their videos, the videos either do not exist or they cannot be viewed as it shows an error even though they will state a number of videos. But when I get onto the actual website, the videos usually appear. This really needs fixed.

Please Fix. It would be great if you could have Russian translated into English for the “Customer Support” section. Also for the past day, a majority of the emails show “access restricted” on the videos.

Need help. Hello. I have been using this app/website for a few months now and it has worked great until about ten days ago. My main use for this is to connect my phone to airplay to watch videos, but a few days ago it stopped working and hasn’t worked since on either of my televisions. Short videos play, but longer ones stay stuck on the loading screen. This is not a problem with Airplay as I’ve tested it out on other sites and it plays fine. Great, useful app, but desperately need help with this issue! Thanks!

My profile is set to USA and English, but looks like everything is in Russian and I cannot change it! ***Update**** Received 3 mssgs from developer, asking me to email cust svc with issue, and change my review. Well, I emailed a few times. No response, and no change. Still, all sections in the app are in Russian. Wish I could update to negative review! Need to delete profile and app.

Asks money for everything!. It’s ridiculous how this Odnoklassniki app/website tries to make out of everything! It’s the year 2019, and these people charging 5”OK” for sending stickers in messages!!! I mean it’s just one of the simple examples! People, think about it, if you need to use this app or not. I would not recommend anyone!

Search function broken. Video search is broken, even with the exact video title videos no longer show up.

No transparency. Would appreciate it if they were clear on pricing. I had to google 20 ok? And for how long is the feature and which features are included in the price? For privacy. It’s written in Russian. Not at all transparent. And some of us don’t read in Russian so the whole site should be English when you choose that option not some features. Interesting, but.... Being that it’s 2020, there should already have been a language translating option. It doesn’t, so it’s pretty useless to me right now, as I’m new and everything on here is in a different language. Oh well. Deleting for now. I may come back later.

VIDEO SEARCH HAS BEEN DISABLED. For the past month you can no longer search for videos. No matter what you search for it says no video found. Even common words such as “AND” says no video found. But then if you go on the regular desktop URL of course thousands and thousands of video results come up so it’s only the APP that disabled video search. Try it yourself. Search for the movie “Sweet home Alabama”. You will get no results on the OK mobile app. But then search for those same three words on a desktop computer, and there are about 50 results. HORRIBLE OK. I think it could also be that they may have programmed it for Russian only because this started when the war started so maybe they just don’t want English speakers to use the app as its a VERY Russian centric app.

Live streams don’t send notifications anymore. Ever since you guys killed the OK Live app, the only way I can see people’s streams now is by refreshing my subscriptions list. At least reactivate push notifications. Many people still use and have that app and I hadn’t got push notifications from it since last September. Making people only stream from a PC is unnecessary and not user-friendly at all.

Awful app. This app drains too much battery. Probably tracking your movements and sharing the data with a government agency. Uninstalling.

Music subscription. So, I wanted to connect their music subscription, but turned out it was already connected to someone else’s profile from my Apple ID. And I cannot reconnect it to my profile, it automatically goes to theirs. I contacted OK support team, and they said it’s impossible to disconnect someone else’s profile, if it ones connected, it’s forever on that profile! It’s such a nonsense! So either I pay for someone else’s subscription or forget about this subscription at all, because there is no way I can connect it to my profile now! So stupid and unbelievable!

Access restricted videos. I have had this app for years and loved it. I could watch any movie I wanted. I would just find it in English. Now it says access restricted on any video I go on. Are you now charging to watch movies? Please let us know I did email you, but I have not heard back. Update I did hear back you say you can respond in English. You couldn’t I got an email saying you couldn’t help me because you can’t respond in English. What good is a customer service if you can’t help the people? I see I’m not the only one who can’t access videos.

Illegal Activity. Whoever made this app has 24 hours to either remove it from store or I will go to the media and tell them what type of illegal trash is on this app. 24hours!!!!!

Access to Videos is restricted now. Can’t watch anything because it’s all restricted since the update in December 2023. The updates in January 2024 did not resolve it. Update: I emailed the developer, and have yet to get a reply.

No English. It says in the description "English, Russian", this is perhaps a mistake... I can find no way to toggle the interface to English. But other than that, a nice, crisp looking app to rival other social networking site's apps.

Video is veryyyyyy slow!!!. The major problem as with previous versions, is how slow the info is transmitted. Reading text updates is fine, photos are ok (delay isn't a drag) but trying to watch a video and you spend twice the time waiting for it to steam. Rather than updating the layout, why not fix the real problem you have?!!

Huge Privacy Violations. You will have to pay to have any privacy. Otherwise, anyone can see your info. The app tracks your location with seemingly no way to prevent this. Also, you can’t make your account private unless you pay up. To make it more fun, there is NO WAY to delete your account. You have to go through a lot of messing around to do that. I spent ages searching for a way to do this in the app and it seems like you can’t - you have to go onto a computer and still fish around in mounds of legalese. Even if you can find a way to delete this rubbish, it still has your info for at least 90 days.

Can’t restore. I have been using this app since March 2020. I have upgraded my cellphone I want this app in my new cell but unfortunately I forgot my password I have been trying to restored it and I haven’t been able. I do get email with a passcode but once I do it. I get pop of it was unsuccessful restored. Anyone have this issue. Otherwise done using this app!

Video problem. С 2мя последними патчами так и не починили - при просмотре видео ролика изображение перескакиваете на следующий или предыдущий ролик - при попытке просмотра в том месте где видео перепрыгнуло естественно видео закрывается тк двинул ленту, единственный вариант так это просмотр в отрытом окне, и то при окончании просмотра не факт что вы это окно закроете....писать к разработчикам о багах бестолку...

NOT CHANGING TO NIGHT MODE. Doesn’t automatically change to “night mode”, (dark theme) on iPhone. This issue has been happening since the release of IOS 17. You have to manually change it in the app settings.

Deceiving and misleading ways to get you to pay for things. I’ve never had a problem with this app until recently. I wish I could give 0 stars, but unfortunately it isn’t an option. I guess mail.ru is short on cash, I cannot explain any other reason they would be scrounging for money like they are at the moment. I decided to get $2.79 worth of OK money for gifts, to try out. My relatives seem to like the gesture, so why not? Couple of days ago I saw a whole line of ‘free gifts’ I could send. ‘How nice’- I thought, and sent a few to friends and relatives. Every time pressing on the gift that had a price tag of ‘0 OK’. Guess what???!!! They weren’t free!!! I contacted their customer service. Naive me thought it was a programming error. Well, according to their customer service, by the way, it was a VERY, VERY unpleasant conversation, it was not their misleading price tags at fault! I was! I was suppose to check the price in the second window before sending. Yeah, on the very bottom, in the corner, in neutral colors, right by your balance, there’s the ACTUAL PRICE of the gift. It’s like going to a store, where they give you FREE samples, and then when you get to the cash register, all of a sudden you owe money for everything you tried. Tsk, tsk, tsk OK & mail.ru. Shame on you. Never spending another penny in your app, and I highly suggest to everyone who decides to purchase something in their app to think twice, and be careful.

New upgrade is heavy & No Music. Slow and heavy: The new upgrade that was done to the app made the application very heavy and slow. It requires certain internet speed. The "Лента" launches but ends up saying no service. There are too many supporting layers that support each sub application. (Facebook works on any internet speed and not picky). This is a competition war. One does not want to lose, at least stay in the game. No music: I understand the fact that Apple and Ok did not agree on music. This is another competition aspect that Ok needs to work on. They need to satisfy their customers. Every social media app has it's own market and specific customers for certain reasons. Unlike Facebook "Odnoklassniki" has been famous and liked for music feature. The music feature would attract more people. Now that it doesn't have that feature the flow has decreased and iphone customers can listen to the Apple music and do social neworking on Facebook. Those two can still be sav d by Odno. The Ok company needs to step up in their game!

Editing pictures. It would be great to edit pictures while adding (now there is only possibilities to edit the profile picture).

Unreliable. Never properly plays the videos always giving errors that cannot reach the server, id blame my internet but i have wifi full bars and still same crap or with LTE full bars still same. Why do they even have this junk in the appstore? It used to be much better before the updates

Video And pics problem on iOS 8. Many times photos opens very slowly. Some pic get crash because they can't be opens here. Video play also a problem starts play and freezes sometimes even on wifi speed. Please fix video play on iOS 8 When looking at someone's pics first Opens fast, other ones starts to load for very long time, or just crash.

Our Russian Ivashkas still don't how do crap. If I would of known that music will be unavailable for US , I would never upgraded to this new version, now I have to go through Internet to get music on odnoklassniki, one way or another we still get our music, u just all make difficult for us, this up complete trash.

great job on bug fixing!. i had the same problem as other users who talk about not being able to even open the app, unexpected logout, etc. i know this can happen when the OS is upgraded and appropriate changes are necessary to make the app work smoothly on all versions of the OS.
