Best free app right now!. This is the best app right now for controlling ur pc from anyware, plus its free, i recomend using the pro version but i think that once u use it, u will probably buy the pro version. Thumbs up!!!

Skip this product. I downloaded this product and the more effort I put trying to get it to open a session to my terminal server the worse the product looked. I ended up giving up and deleting it. Avoid products from dishonest developers that pretend to be free but are impossible to use without intrusive disclosure of user information or payment of subscription or upgrade fees. The capabilities of this product are minimal at best.

Sweet. IT set my iPad up to test out remote apps and this one is top notch. Connection speed is quick, screen refresh rate high, offers zoom capabilities as well as mouse pad sensor, short cut keys and control-alt-delete... I've been able to connect randomly throughout the day with no glitches personally experienced. I'm in, do it then go. Keep in mind, an iPad is not yet a PC replacement, the fluidity of a PC is much quicker; nevertheless, having the iPad has made it much more interesting to work remotely.

Multiple Connection Wonder,. Awesome for a free tool, does way more than I expected by saving multiple connections, and keeping them all open in Tabs. Now if only it could do VNC and SSH I would be willing to pay for it.

Great but can't scroll in Adobe Reader. Love the fact that I can access my home computer from anywhere in the house. Installation was easy, and the app functions as long as my computer is not off, hibernating, or sleeping. Remote access seems to be a bit more challenging, since the app only sees other items on the same network. The other problem is that I can't seem to scroll my PDF files, no matter how I swipe the screen, and with however many fingers. Does the virtual mouse in the other version fix this issue?

Make's iPad useful in restricted network.. I really like the iPad, but was frustrated on how little I could use it in my classroom. This app made grading, and attendance possible! Being able to go to students vs them coming to me has been a huge step forward.

Never used it, so.... Privacy concerns made me delete before I tried it, maybe some decent laws on the telecom side would make me reconsider... Oh and full disclosure of data collected should be mandatory. Not saying at all this app is spying; the platform is suspect though!

**Bunch of bogus and bullcrap! Please respond!**. *People, be aware.* This IPad Application, "Hana Mobile" / "IRemote Desktop" is crap. How dare you! It is exactly what I needed, BUT, it is totally, completely, beyond impossible to set up. It is unsafe, too ... leave connections open so people can freely view your information. What crap is this?! I mean, come on guys, learn to make an IPad Application that works ALL THE WAY! You, makers of "Hana Mobile" / "IRemote Desktop", should be ashamed of yourselves! Best remote app available. Very user friendly without any glitches. Much better than the other 2 remote apps I tried. I highly recommend.

A great FREE RDP app! Supports Windows Server!. I work in IT procurement at a large company and have been searching for a good RDP app that supports Windows Server OS. Until now there were no free options that fit the bill. I paid a lot of money for Wyse PocketCloud and JumpDesktop. This FREE alternative is excellent for corporate use and stacks up to the paid competition!

Excellent!. Had Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 previously and now ipad2 this program is great on both. Would recommend over any other similar product on the market.

Great app for EMR access. Really helped me with access to the electronic medical records on my iPad. I was able to access records while on vacation, at my children's games and even while traveling ( as a passenger) in the car. Made my on all days much easier. I recommend this to anyone who has remote access to their server. Fast and free. I upgraded so I could get a mouse on the app as this is the only way to get into some of our records.

Great RDP app!. I love the way this app is laid out. When the keyboard is up, you can move the screen to make different areas visible above it. I like the mouse which can act like a virtual touchpad. The function keys are very handy. I can do everything I need to do with more ease than I thought possible on an iPad. Worth every penny!

ads. I will leave this here so next time I search for a rdp client I will know to not download again: app shows ads as soon as launched. Uninstall right away.

Convenient. Soooo convenient! Recommendations to the team: - Could use an easy guide to set it up. - Sometimes when I want close a connection pressing the x in the red circle, there is no acknowledgement of the press. So I press it again and suddenly takes the clicks, but results in activation of the connection that falls below the x icon, opening up the connection again...

Crap. Ads for games and other crap pop up immediately, even before I was able to connect the first time, I deleted the app immediately,

I do recommend. Faster than Mocha, even when/where Internet signal is poor. Low side is that the free version allows only one server access. Others out there (including Mocha) gives the option for more than two servers/computers

Great app, but slightly annoying. Rewriting my previous, since I was missing a very easy thing. App works very well, despite the limitations. As long as you don't need to right-click the mouse or drag things, this will do exactly as it states. And, as far as the in-app purchase, I personally wouldn't bother -- purchase the full version from iTunes (it's the same price) and you'll be able to transfer it to multiple devices, should you need to. You'll have to redo the servers you have, but since you are limited to one, it shouldn't be any big loss.

Great app. I don't understand why all the written reviews say it is great but there are hundreds of 0 star ratings. This app does exactly what is says it will do and does it well. Nothing wrong with limiting functionality to encourage paid upgrades. But so nice to be able to test on a free version first. I a, probably going to pay for the pro version. No complaints here.

Great app. Now I can just leave my laptop docked, and bring my iPad to whatever meetings I need to go to. Plus, with the VPN, I can get updates from home. The only problem is some buttons are so small, I have to zoom in just so that I click the scroll button, and not the close button. That's a minor inconvenience ... The only reason I don't give it 5 stars. Great job!

Easier than expected. Although I haven't tried another version to compare this to, I haven't needed to. This does everything I need and it's FREE! I'll probably purchase the 'pay' version that allows you to setup multiple profiles, but my experience thus far has been great. I recommend this product to everyone.

Good for a free application. Useful program for free. Could access my Windows 7 Ultimate via its IP address in a snap following the webpage instructions. Definitely worth trying. Recommended for sure for its utility.

Crash. The program worked flawlessly until my dsl modem reset it's IP address. Now it won't connect from "Hanna connect" to the gmail account setup. I have worked with tech support to no avail. If your on a static IP you'll probably be ok - it did great before the dsl reset itself. Two other users at my office are experiencing the same error messages when trying to re-run Hanna connect (this is supposed to tell the server where to route the remote desktop) to update the IP. The free version worked great. I didn't see anything in the paid version that wasn't already available in the free be Other than now I can't use it at all...

Great product. I used wyse pocket cloud for years but it is no longer supported by iPhone This is a great app the only thing I wish it had was a way to log off the rdp connection

Very useful. This app is great for me. I can sign in to my server and check a few things or get a little work done from anywhere. Quick and easy set up for me but I am used to RDP. If you use RDP on a computer, I would definitely recommend this!!

Useful tool. Free version got me up and running. Was able to get into and use very program in my network. Just upgraded to Pro and the addition of the function keys, scroll pad and keyboard helps make things work easier. Not quite ready to give up the laptop but this sure will handle about 75% of what I need to do right from the iPad.

Ok. This app is ok if you want to access your computer from anywhere. It is very laggy and looks like windows xp when i am using windows 7 ultimate. Will raise to 5 stars if you can find a way to make it lagg less and useable when the computer is turned off, but until then i am using splashtops app

It does it all... almost. I've been using this for about a year on my iPhone. About two weeks ago I was assigned an iPad by work. Seeing RDP on a screen bigger then the iPhone is great. Work has now asked me to research RDP tools. Sadly I cannot include RDesktop in that search as one of the requirements is Wake on Lan. If RDesktop had WoL, I would give it the 5th star and recommend it to my manager, for fleet roll-out.

IT Professional. Tried the free edition for 30 minutes & liked it so well I bought the pro edition. Now I'm able to remote access all the servers from my iPad as if I was using a laptop or desktop to remote access. I have 10 different server in 3 locations I just tap the 1 I need to access as long as I'm in that location.

Ads work RDP doesn’t. If the computer you are connecting to is not verified most RDP clients will show some information about the computer and let you choose if you want to connect or not. This app simply won’t connect. I had no problems with Microsoft’s free client.

Free version works great!. Does everything I needed perfectly. Logs on automatically. Does everything my desktop does. My server is the latest Windows version and fully functional on my iPhone using wifi or 3G. I would recommend it highly. If you are on the go like me then you'll love that it let's you go anywhere and still monitor and work on your server with ease.

Free version is extremely scaled down. I've tested many of the free RDP clients for iPad, and this is by far the most limited in terms of features. However, this is the only one I've found that allows sound to remain on the local PC. This is huge if you want to remotely control music programs such as iTunes, Pandora, GrooveShark, etc.

Great for work. Great product. Took a bit to figure out how to connect it but if your a computer guy you will have no problem. will be upgrading to paid version soon

Ok app, other remote desktop apps are better. Having to press a button is not the best way to bring the keyboard up. Other apps do this when you select an open field. Plus the keyboard icon is a the top, which is where I keep my windows task bar and it results in many accidental 'Start' clicks. Having the choice to move the app's menu bar would solve this minor issue. Finally the overall pointer accuracy is lacking. I seem to be constantly selecting the area around my intended target.

Seems to be the one that actually works for me. This is the ONLY RDP app that seems to work with my setup, and it works well enough. It does seem to be missing some features though. For example, I would love to see a way to set a custom screen size to match that my iPhone 4S. It would also be a handy feature should I break down and get an iPad. I would also like an option to maintain the connection should I look away from my phone and the screen shuts off. Not a big deal, but can be rather annoying. Still, all in all a very solid app.

Awesome product. I needed a way to login to my servers and make urgent changes. The free version did what i needed but once i upgraded to the pro version its unbelievable. This app allowed me to break free from the laptop and actually use my iPad to manage other systems. I actually removed my vnc and remote administrator apps from all my systems and using this app instead. This app is top notch!!

Unreliable!. App is great...when it works. Couldn't get it to set up initially, so I sent as email like they mention in the description. 3-4 days later, STILL no reply. So I just try the setup again - did nothing different on my side, but this time it worked. Great, right? Wrong, now I'm 3 hours from home and it's not working again (but competitor apps are). While prefer how gestures work on this app, I'll stick with more reliable competitors unless they get the issues fixed.

Great app. Works as expected and was able to login to my work computer in minutes after installing. Tempted to get the full app for the mouse functionality.

Great RDP App. This app really works great. I was able to connect into a Windows 7 computer at a remote site without any problems. After trying the free version, I switched to the the paid app to pick up some additional functionality and to support the developer. Great for an IT person when they do not want to lug around a notebook. I recommend this app.

Excellent!. I'm glad to see someone actually making a Free or Lite version of their app for the iPad rather than charging some outrageous price for an app you can't test drive. Unlike so many of the other RDP clients this one actually works with Windows Server. I was able to connect to the admin console of Windows 2003 Server within a minute or two of downloading. It worked flawlessly and offered plenty of functionality for me to control that server. I was able to get through the Start menu and launch apps with no problem. You have to keep in mind though that you're getting a "touch" aware device to control something that has no idea what that means. Windows is still Windows and it's clunky as can be when using your finger. That has nothing to do with this app, that's how Windows works. Don't expect to scroll a window with your finger or use gestures. You have to click! This apps works exceptionally well and I upgraded to the full version after using it for the day to get the right click, extended keyboard and virtual mousepad options. If you're looking for a simple way to control Windows I highly recommend this app. For those that claim it doesn't work and doesn't connect, you need to make sure you have a version of Windows that supports Remote Desktop (RDP) as most of then DON'T. You also need to configure the desktop, have a password associated with your account and set up your firewall. This app connected first try to my server so I know it works.

Great App!. This RDC app works great! Free is a good price so far but I may have to upgrade to unlock more features. Too bad the iTap RDC software I PAID for does not work yet....... it's supposed to have better features just doesn't work so I guess I'll never know.

Worked great until!!!. This app worked great until the last IOS and irdestop updates. Now I cannot see the entire screen when I click on the app. It is stuck with the red bar asking me which of the servers I would like to delete. I can not delete and can not go back!!! I know there are things I can do off to the right of the screen, but there is no way to get there. I have tried to contact support and received no response at this time. But, up until that point it was working great!

Works good.. Free version works fine for me. I set it up in about 3 minutes and hooked up to the remote computer (which was over 750 miles away) from my iphone and could control it fine. Some of the complaints below I would imagine are from folks that have no idea how to set it up or have a bad internet connection. You gotta be smarter than the app.....

What a let down. Was excited to have this app but aside from launching the app absolutely nothing works...you can set general settings - even open the help - and without fail the ads and upgrade to paid version work. BUT YOU CAN CONFIGURE THE RDP! Not one...no errors to indicate youve done something wrong - nope it just wont let you type anything in the *New configuration youre trying to setup...How stupid...but dont worry the ads and upgrade still work. You can guarantee that I will not even look at the paid version.

Nicely Done!. The app worked as designed when I installed it on my phone and also the client app on my PC. I found it useful and plan to try it on the iPad. The bigger screen will help. But I could access and do things remotely which was useful.

Works great on WHS 2011. It's working flawlessly on my HP N54L server with WHS 2011. Would be a bonus if it did do windows 7. But it does what it is advertised to do. I upgraded to the paid version, not because I had too, but because I wanted to.

Incredible!. I couldn't imagine being able to control a server with such a small screen as the iPhone, but with the zooming and finger navigation it is easy. Perfect for those little emergencies that happen late at night or when you are out of the office.

Ok. Ok application. Ok to log in when the pc is log off, but when the pc is on you can log in to phone remote desktop on for a few seconds then it will disconnected itself. Shouldn't the creator make the application more convenient so both side (pc user & phone) can use it at the same time. Maybe this one thing need to be updated to make it more friendly user....

Did not work.. Created a connection, but it wouldn’t connect. Thinking I had configured it wrong, I deleted the connection. When i tried creating a new one, the new one had an abort button but no way to start the connection. It was totally non-responsive.

Great piece of software. This program saved my life. I needed to connect to a server but didn't have access to a computer. iRemoteDesktop was the only app that supported Windows Server and didn't cost an arm and a leg. It connected quickly, there was almost no lag, and the interface is very lightweight. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the lack of right-click (luckily I didn't need it) and mouse control not being super precise (zooming in fixes this). These features are in the paid version though. As it is though the free version is one of the most useful programs I've downloaded for my iPhone and I will definitely be considering the paid version. Good job!

Time saver. This little app has saved me time and time again from having to make a trip to the office to quickly do work on the server.

Serious problem!!. I downloaded hahacoonect as instructed and it filled my pc with spam, pop ups. Ended up restoring pc to an earlier point. Not happy!

Outside sales rep. Bought the pro version for the extra function keys. Works as described in my iPhone 4S. I'm able to log in to my remote server as I can from a computer. Great app for when I'm on the road.

PPIHX School Database. I've tried many RDP viewers and this is my favorite so far. I can navigate very well with the on screen touch pad.

Great Remote Software. I have always wanted a remote piece of software that I could access my office from my ipad and I found this great piece of software.

Don't Bother, App Doesn't Work. The App is sluggish to input. After setting up a server it wouldn't allow me to connect to the server with either providing my gmail email account information or creating a gmail account. Can someone please tell me what and why I would need to provide my gmail account information to connect to a network computer? If you accidentally tap on an Ad it locks up and doesn't allow you to go back, your have to force the App to close. Here's the funniest part, this App is so buggy that when I tapped one the Upgrade to Pro button, it didn't work!! lol Need I say more?

Right click. How to make a right click in the free version, usualy on windows on my comp i can make right click to select something but on this i cant??? Plz help

Resolution. I tried all resolution options and the displayed screen is too small. It is a problem not seen before. The fonts seem to be crisp though.

Great app. Works well with iPhone 5. Does everything I needed it to do, and then some (such as the mousepad feature and support for multiple simultaneous connections).

Great app. Would be a nice option to be able to run tools against the target hosts instead of just RDP.

RDP. App works well. It allows requiring a PIN which allows some security and has the necessary features for navigation and data entry. I am pleased with the stability.

Great. Connects easily and is relatively fast. My only issue is that the Pro version isn't sold through iTunes, so if you need another copy for your iPad, you have to buy one.

Help please. I love this app. It functions well, but when I log into my PC on it. It is black. The background colors are dark. Like a red and black all over. Makes it very hard to use. How do u fix that ? Thanks

Excellent. Everything works marvelously! I particularly like the on screen mouse touch pad. Only thing I couldn't figure out is how to do a shift-click to do a multi-select.

buy the full version. The app works great making connections to remote machines. The free version does not have mouse support, which makes it very hard to use. The paid version is invaluable.

Easy. Perfect for little things when I can't gt to my work computer.. Just wish I could right click.

nice app ~~ love it. this little app is nice and works great on both iPhone and iPad. Now I can control my pc using my iPad. Recommend to buy the pro version.

Good integration!. Don't use it much as my iphone screen is too small for for it but works pretty good.

Great Application. This is my entry way into the company database that I use from anywhere to research previous orders I have placed. I get the info I need when I place new orders.

Does everything you would expect.. It even works well with Bluetooth keyboard.

There are better free apps.. Seems to work well, but the free version is only barely usable because there is no way to drag or right-click. I am disappointed that there isn't a full-featured trial version.

Free RDP!. Works good. Remember to port forward port 3390 to whatever comp you want to remote with if you are trying to connect through the Internet. Also allow any version of Remote Desktop and you will be gold.

Works as Expected. This RDP client works fine and performs as good or better than any MS counterpart. It's worth the couple dollars to get the extra functions for the keyboard and mouse.

Best productivity app. The free version is good. However, the upgrade is great! The virtual mouse and shortcut buttons are well worth the price. It makes working remotely far easier.

Wonderfu. I got this app thinking it would be a scam and I had some trouble getting started but now it works like a charm you can do everything (except watch videos) Great app !!!!!!!

Had to upgrade. The free version didn't have much functionality and had to upgrade to paid version in order to do what I thought would be free. Overall a reliable product.

Outstanding!!!. I use this to connect to Windows Web Server 2008 r2. There is no right click and there are limited work arounds. I definitely consider the Pro version.

Desktop Remote. This app has been great. Easy to install and easy to use. Quite reliable too.

RDesktop. Doesn't get much better than this. I've had it installed for quite a while but never got to use it. Just gave it a try, and was very impressed! Works great.
