Stupid. Make it work even of you are not connected to the wifi. Even if you have to pay for the app. Seriously......

Awful so stupid. So the Revolution app actually was pretty good. Now I get a notification it won't be available and to download this app. Well this app I can't find my revs tickets to get into the game. Revolution seating chart pulls up general concert seating chart. That's two minutes in , can't wait to use more!!

FANTASTIC!!!!. This is by far the best app for Patriot fans!! It covers everything you want & need to know about the Patriots Game day at Gillette Stadium! Plus great videos of the game.

It crashes on my iPhone. It is unusable. Crashes on startup every time.

Tickets not showing. This ap is the worst. My season tickets are not listed or shown under my tickets.

Decent at best. Different camera angles didn't work. In fact the videos in general would not play.

Which is worse?. The patriots or this app??? First off, couldn't you even figure out if you want this called "game day" or "gameday" BEFORE you released the app? How sloppy is that? Second, how limited could you possibly make the functionality??? This app works in one small small small area of the world for what? 50 hours a year? Seriously? What a joke. Rps-Mac: are your feelings hurt because you wrote this limited piece of crap?

Non-functional. Had to update to newer version but doesn’t stay open and closes immediately. I’ve updated my iPhone software and restarted/rebooted the phone but no good. Couldn’t get the mobile ticket to the Revs game Hope the glitch is fixed before next game

horrible app!. the app didn’t load therefor making us more late to the game. we had to use another phone just to get tickets. there have been MULTIPLE times that we can’t get into the game because this app doesn’t work.

Garbage!!!!!. This app is garbage. I am a STM and I can’t get my pro shop discount barcode to show up (gives me an error). I can edit tickets that are for sale (errors again). Horrible horrible app. I expected better from an organization like the NFL and the Patriots. Who ever is getting paid to program this app should be fired. It’s the only way I can manage my season tickets and it’s a fail.

Useless. Never works. Great idea and I was very excited since they never show replays in the stadium. Unfortunately it never connects and the one time it miraculously does, it's choppy and hard to watch.

Love IT!. What are you going to do text with friends or play Sudoku? This is an amazing and FREE app to enhance your game day experience. Better than the big screens--create the scene you want to see. Discussing stats? Pull them up. So much fun to use. Don't listen to the nay-sayers. Definitely worth that space on your device and who can beat the price? Start using it and you'll be hooked. I promise.

Gillette's wifi cannot support the app. The app will only work if you are connected to Gillette's wifi. Gillette's wifi is not powerful enough for the app. Therefore the app won't work and I have been unable to watch the videos. All it does it buffer and drain my battery.

Season opener technical difficulties??!!. STM who had the unfortunate luck to sit in MY section 217 with NO speakers working for such an exciting event!!??🤬 The sheer volume of the music, the announcers, etc is what feeds the energy at a game. HUGELY disappointed and embarrassed in front of our guests.

Won’t load. I’ve had it on my phone and it worked fine. Just went to use it and it loads opening page then shuts down. Even jammed up my phone once. I’ve tried removing and adding it back. No luck. Always shuts app out before I can look at anything

A never ending cycle of “Something went wrong”. Given that Gillette is now only accepting mobile tickets thru the app, it’s incredibly frustrating to encounter a never ending loop of the “Something went wrong” pop up when I try to login and accept the Terms and Conditions so I can access my tickets. Help!

Please add security. Please add some security to the app. If someone gets your iPhone, they open access to all of the tickets. Shameful that this app is not secure.

Redesigned. Everything you could want to make you experience at the stadium even better. A must have if going to an event at Gillette Stadium!

Can’t get past Terms. Try to login and see tickets, but won’t go past the Terms. “Something went wrong.” I cant seem to get past this.

This looks hopeful. Can't wait to use this on gameday. I heard about this last year but it was only for the VIPs. Now that everyone can use it Im psyched. Plus I think they added a bunch of new features.

This app is garbage. Worked fine last year , this years up-dates only caused major problems with the app always saying “ something went wrong” time for a new app developer

Function?. What's the point of this app if the wifi in the stadium is useless and unavailable.

Never connects. 2nd year and I've tried using this at every game and I never get it working. It never connects and I've gone to the help desk and they can't even solve the issue. The Krafts should really look into this issue solve it. It can't be that hard with the millions a game they make. Once I get off the list for season tickets ill be leaving the clubhouse. Overpriced seats and food. Cheaper to eat outside the clubhouse

Only good for people at the games?. So I download the app expecting to watch the game or live video... NOPE! Need to be connected to Gillette Stadium Wifi, well that's a big stink. This app is a MUST HAVE for anyone that ATTENDS the games, but other then that, it's pretty much useless to the rest of society. *Next Time make it more clear that you need to be at the stadium for this to be effective instead of hiding it at the bottom of your description feed.

Dumb.... It won't even work unless you're in the exclusive box seating areas... who on the Patriots staff thought this is a good idea? Heck, throw in one crappy wallpaper or twitter functionality like a billion other apps, it would have made this SO much better...

Lacks the functionality of the original revs app. Does not support Touch ID so need to log in every time. Tickets are not adding to wallet. Scrolling through tickets is bugged and delays entry when there’s a line. Hangs up in odd places. Please update to at least the standards of normal apps.

So stupid. Dumb dumb dumb. I have been attending patriot games for years and have attended over 20 games. I would RATHER be outside and for this app to only work in club seats is ridiculous. The people in there will not use this and the majority of people who would are in the stadium. Bad idea and horrible planning of an app. Shame on the NFL and shame on New England for catering to rich business people who could care less anyways!!!!

App had a Tebow like preseason performance. Tried app for the first home preseason game of 2013. Video did not work well. I couldn't get a replay in a timely fashion when I turned my iPhone sideways the video froze. Stats seemed to update ok but you would be better off following game with other apps/websites.

Blows up. After loading and showing the light house, App aborts and goes back to the last screen of my iPhone home screen. Tried deleting and reloading with no luck.

Icon for app?.. The Gillette Gillette stadium icon does not appear on my iPhone after I downloaded it. I can search for it and it shows under Siri suggestions. The app downloaded successfully on my iPad, which I find weird. I don’t know how it will work off Wi-Fi, since I can’t access the app in settings to turn on cell data for app.

Trash. Used to at least function. Then it forces an update which I had to do in the parking lot then it won’t even open. It’s been a week now and still can’t open the app.
