Love this app. I've been using tipsheet for 7 months now and it's easy to use. You can input a set hourly wage and even keep credit card and cash tips separate. You can also email yourself a backup that you can import later if you get a new phone. It's worth the upgrade because the unpaid version only gives you a month of recorded tips.

Really effective app!!!. I use this app all the time. At the end of every pay period, this app tells me exactly how many hours I worked, plus my tips - monthly and yearly. I love how it tracks my earnings by the average, and how it calculates my true "hourly wage" after all things considered. However, I wish it had the flexibility to change the rate of hourly pay within the same pay period because I work in a hotel and sometimes work second positions w/ different hourly pays.

Love this app!. Started with the lite app, but quickly upgraded it. This is a must have! Before this I was just writing down what cash I was bringing home every night. Now I feel much more in control of my income and love that it is broken down to see what I am actually making hourly.

Best tracker period.. I've tried almost all of them and this ones the best by far and a must have. Love the multiple jobs, calendar view summary, and the especially the custom day/week summary. Let's you track as little or as much as you want. Clean, smooth interface and easy to work with. Great buy and highly recommended.

Why did change it????. I rated this w 5⭐️ in the past but with this new update, I am unhappy!! The dates are upside down, the daily % is gone & so is my pay period hours. I depended on this bcuz my hours sometimes vary when I pick up shifts. My boss always relys one to have my hours ready @ the end of each pay period & now it's gone!! Please fix this!!! I have had this app for over three years & this is the first time it's made me sad... You've responded quickly before, rick...I hope you do so again. Thanks, Liz

Full detail breakdown, easy to use. I've been using this app since it came out and it is extremely simple to use and also provides full detail. I work multiple jobs and it keeps track of everything I could think of and recording data is as simple as looking at the top half of your sales report. Full reports and simple backups, charts, hourly rate pay and hourly tip averages, time period breakdowns are a huge help as well. Love this app. Serious life saver

Great idea. Needs work tho. I love the idea however I find the math to be off, I start to put in my numbers and my screen will go black. I entered yesterday’s tips 3x. And backed it up. It’s disappeared again.

Needs to be updated!!!!!!!!. Started out as a 5star app and has now become unusable! I’ve even contacted the The developer personally to let him know the app is failing with the new iOS update he did not care. I now have to delete all my data! Do not waste your money on this app anymore, it probably would be an easy fix on the developers end, but a complete refusal to actively manage it has made this app useless, everybody must delete!

Frustrated!. This app has been great for the first year and half I've used it, until the recent update. All of my info was erased and when I went to backup each file, it still crashed! Very frustrating!! Grr

Loved it then hated it. I believe I work at the same restaurant the person who started this app was at. I loved it and do like the functionality of it, but even after backing up my phone, all the information was lost! Not cool.

Easy and useful for servers!. I have used Tip Sheet for over a year now and must say it is the best way I know how to fully keep track of my earnings as a server. Set up is a breeze and inputting your information is very simple. You can input as little or as much info as you want to fully keep track of what you make. This app is awesome and is totally worth the price. I'd like to see something a little nicer on the eyes aesthetic wise, but over all, you can't ask for more. Good job Rick!

Show everyone I work with!. I love this app. It has helped me track when I make money. I haven't always been the best of keeping track of my cash. And a server needs to be aware of income. I used a few others but this is the best by far! Thanks so much Rick! I also love this because you don't have to be online to use Edit now that I have used for a while: I dislike the fact that my newest pay periods have to load. Rather have the older pay periods collapse and newer ones ready to use

Perfect app for servers. I love this app and have used it religiously for almost 2 years. It's very easy after exploring it a bit and it tracks hourly, weekly, monthly data. Very customizable as well. I love it and recommend it to all my fellow servers! I looked at many other apps before settling on this one. By far the best one out there for servers.

Wonderful for tracking job with multiple locations. I work as a server in a large theme park area. My company may place me in several restaurants or filling several tipped positions within a pay period. This app has helped me track where I make my money with the multiple jobs feature in a very easy-to-understand way. It's especially helpful since my paycheck only says "$x tips" and includes all positions and jobs worked that week. The next feature I would love to see is a "meal period" drop-down so I can organize breakfast vs lunch vs dinner vs double vs clopen shifts!

AWESOME!. I love this app! I'm a career bartender and this was soooo needed ! I look forward to coming home every night and inputting my info. I have one suggestion though. The bar I work many times has an open bar for functions, of which I get 2% of sales. It would be great if there were a place I could input those commission tips.

Keep crashing? Try reboot the device.. I was having the same problem last couple months that couldn't saved any new data and kept crashing. Very quick respond ( Thank you very much for that 👍🏼) of my email to the developer with the suggestion that I should try reboot my iPhone and check the app again. Where I did and the app seems more stable now and I am able to save new data again. So folks! Reboot your devices! Good luck! Somehow, I did lost about 6 months of my data out of sudden for no reason. Hopefully the Devs will find the bugs and fix it. For now, remember to backup the date often. Other than that, THIS IS A REALLY REALLY REALLY GREAT AND VERY USEFUL TIPS RECORDS APP! Excellent job, Devs! 😊👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Works great until you change to a new phone. I have always liked this app and found it super helpful in tracking my tips in an organized way. Recently I got an iPhone 6 and even though it was backed up it has doubled up the amount made on prior months making the graphs useless. I have tried everything (except re-entering all of the data). I also miss how our hourly rate was calculated automatically. Other than that, great app!

Awesome App!!!. This app is awesome!!!!! I am a service professional and record tips regularly but this app makes it so much easier! You can change the pay period to track by the month, week, quarter, hour, etc.....Everyone at work now has this app and it has become quite the talk....I HIGHLY reccommend!!!

Great way to keep track of wages. I like the chart views this app offers and it's easy to enter the information. The only thing I'd like to change is the "no show hourly" option in the settings. It'd be nice that when I have it activated, it shows the hourly wage and when I go to setting to deactivate it, it'd be nice if all the wages and hourly info were invisible.

Great App!. Love it. The only thing I would change is a) adding the ability to click on a certain day in the calendar to access the specifics of said day and b) be able to arrange each day in a pay period in chronological order regardless of the order it was entered in. Otherwise: fantastic tool which helps me daily, monthly and yearly.

Almost perfect. This app could be improved by adding the ability to track stats based on user-defined shifts and table sections, as well as how those sections perform during lunch vs. dinner. Otherwise, very useful basic app for the smart savvy server willing to honestly enter every shift's results and regularly review his or her performance. Also useful for auditing one's paystub to ensure one's employer isn't ripping you off.

No longer works with new update. I can’t add, edit or back up my tip sheet since the latest IOS update. Super frustrating! Please fix my favorite app!!!!

Best server app!. Out of all the apps I ever purchased this is the first app I ever rated. If your a server you will love this app. It easily tracks your tips, weekly, monthly, & yearly so you know what your actually making salary wise. I have recommended it to all my coworkers who also enjoy it, for all the promotion I've done with this app I should get a check, lol

Excellent app for servers. I love this app an I love statistics which may be why I love it so much. The app lets you know all sorts of averages from your daily sales to average total tips to average time worked. It's amazing to see how fast your money adds up :) just a few more options with the overtime calculations could be helpful but other than that I've got nothing but good things to say! Keep it coming!

Perfection!!!!. Exactly what I was looking for. Can use multiple hourly rates. Makes life easy. Had one minor issue. Emailed support and had a response and fixed the same day. Highly recommend this app to anyone that wants to track income.

Great App, Great Developer. I have been using the Lite version for a while and love it. I didn't really have any use for the full version since the free version does everything the full one does, but I decided to purchase it to support the developer. He updates often and actually reads, responds, AND implements user feedback. I wouldn't necessarily say the full version is worth the $2 since it doesn't really add any features, but again, I wanted to show Rick my support. Keep up the good work and thank you for an essential app!

Awesome. I have downloaded and purchased several hour and pay apps, and this one is the best! it's easy to use and i dont have to be specific on the times. i just put in how many hours i work and BOOM! Calculated. The lasted update is AMAZING! i have an iphone 6 and it is properly fitted on the screen. thanks for the amazing app!

I love tip sheet!. I absolutly love my tip sheet app. It helps me keep my bartending tips in order and shows me what I make (including percentages) instead of just throwing cash in my pocket at the end of the night. Try the lite version I'm sure you will love it then upgrade to the paid. It's cheap and well worth the $1.99. Plus I had one small question and I emailed the maker and had an answer that day. He was great and willing to answer my question personally. I'm so use to my tip sheet now I don't know what I would do without it. Thanks for a great app guys!!

Decent App. Probably the best app to track tips. I don't like that my tipouts get subtracted from my total tips made because when you pool with other bartenders to tip out a barback, not all of that money is coming from my tips. Also, any time you update your phone, all data from this app is lost. It has been the main reason I haven't updated to iOS 8.

Don't update!!!!. Loved this app until I updated it... This is the first review I've written on any app, because it needs to be known that this update has bugs. Once I updated this, it erased all of my information - hours, tips, etc. Don't update until it's fixed!

I agree...almost perfect!. just got this but already can tell it will be super useful. I had planned to use one if the free cashflow apps I already had to keep track of my tips this year, but i love the extra features offered in this! one thing I would hope to see in future updates is a way to override the hourly rate on individual entries; I have a minimum hourly rate which I entered, but my actual hourly rate varies based on my production. so right now, all my calculations will be at my minimum base rate, which is nice, but I'd like to be able to have exact calculations. otherwise, this is great! (oh, a slightly sleeker icon would be nice, too.)

Argh! You broke it!. I have been using this app to keep track of my massage therapy tips for nearly four years. As of the latest update (September 9th, I believe) it keeps crashing! Very, very frustrating. When I enter my tips and them hit “save”, it crashes. Not useful anymore.

Crashes a lot.. Very good app or tool for recording tips, however it crashes a lot and is not very stable. I keep having to constantly deleting and reinstalling it for it to work properly. And then after a week or so, it starts crashing again.

Crashing. This app was a dream until the recent iOS update. All of my years of data was erased and now when I try to save tips the app just crashes. WHY. Please fix ASAP!!

Love the app and customer service. Thank you Rick Friele for your help. I had backed up my info for the year on the app. Got my new iPhone 6 and couldn't figure out how to get my info I had backed up back into app. Rick quickly emailed me back and with his easy instructions I got all my info back onto my phone in the app! I have two jobs and I love seeing what I average per hour and month to month comparisons! Great app and great customer care!

Awesome app! Easy to use. This is an awesome app where you can track your earnings easily, but I wish there is a function where during the payroll term, you can check the total work hour earnings, instead of being always combined with tips in the total. *Edit*: still waiting for the function where it can show total EXCLUDING tip, so i can see how much pay I'm expecting on payday..

Great application. Barber out of Tampa Fl works great on tracking my pay and tips. When I file 1099 it's so easy to just tap away then to be fiddling with papers and note pads. I would recommend adding a percentage calculator so I can calculate my pay for the week after the percentage is taken out of what I made for the week. Then it'll be the best ever !!

love this app. I work off tips in a salon setting and this has helped me so much with keeping track of what I actually make! I also had questions regarding some of the features and the company was super quick to get back to me and reassure me that all the features I love would be available and within days they were. great app!

Fantastic App with Fantastic Support!. This is an invaluable tool for anyone who needs to track tips, especially if a majority are credit cards (I've been able to correct my payroll a couple of times using the info from Tip Sheet!). And as good as the app is, the developer, Rick Friele is amazingly responsive to user issues and really cares about his product. Can't say enough good things about Tip Sheet!

Awesome app!. I've looked for many tip tracking apps and this one by far is the best and simplest one. I love that you can also input your hourly rate and get a result on hourly pay. Everything about this app is outstanding, I've already been spreading the word to all my coworkers about it! One thing that I'd love to be added to this app that would make it absolutely perfect is a WEEKLY SUMMARY. Other than that, I'd recommend this app to anyone and everyone with or without a tip based job! Thank you for such a useful app.

Awesome. Im not sure if it already has the option being I can't find it but I wish there was an easy way to back up info just in case my phone breaks! Otherwise I love this app. Only problem I had was I put stuff in the wrong pay period when I first started out and had to delete and readd to the right pay period. I wish there was a transfer button for days to different pay periods. Other than that it's awesome so far and well worth the money!!! Thanks a ton. Way easier than my excel spread sheet I started with.

Great App!!. I would never take the time to make a note of tips and hours etc giving me no idea of what my paycheck would be. This app makes it so easy!! A few seconds at the end of every shift and I am able to keep track of what I make, and to quickly and easily refer back to certain days, weeks or months if ever a discrepancy occurs on my paycheck. It makes planning my finances so much quicker and easier. I definitely recommend this app to anyone in the service industry holding a tipped position. Everyone in my bar uses this app!

Can’t even figure out how to enter an entry for tips. Literally have no idea how you even log in tips. I’ve clicked on just about everything possible, very confusing, consider writing in the steps in which to use this app.

Almost Perfection. Thanks for a great app! It would be a 5 star from me but at my restaurant if a server wants to buy a meal it can be closed off as cash under a fake table number is out POSi. Would love a field that would subtract from total tips for this.

Almost perfect. Great for tracking your income. One thing I would love to see as a bartender is a "tip outs from others" category so I could still accurately see my tip percentage.

Angry. I bought the full version and have NO idea how to use it.. No how to guide. I can't add my hourly ?! It only gives me pay period. Frustrating

Stats could use improvement. It reports averages, not totals. So if you want to know what you made last month or last year, you have to add it all up yourself. Not very convenient. Other than this it's good.

(5***** if the back up and send by email coul be fixed) just make sure you have the file in your email because sometime, it send without the file saying (null). Just send it back until you have the file attached to it! But i recommand to everyone!

Tip Tracker. Nice way to keep all your income tracked from multiple sources. A line displaying income per hour would be nice but other than that a great little app.

Best App for Tip Tracking!!. I have gotten many people at my work hooked on Tip Sheet. I use it religiously after every shift at the restaurant to track hours and my rough cash tips, and the tips they owe me. Keeps me on track and I can see if my paychecks are correct each time. This is fantastic!!! Full version worth it for sure

My most used app!. I am a bartender and use this app after every shift. It is great for keeping track of your tips and hours worked. I've only had this app a couple weeks and there has been an update so I believe the dev is proud of this app unlike some others who do not update. I look forward to seeing my stats after every shift and the ability to export your data to a spread sheet is a good way to back up your info. I highly recommend this app for anybody in the service industry!

Great Way To Keep Track. BUT, it would be nice if it ended & started over @ year end instead of last year being part of the running total. In all, the best so far for the $$$.

Very Good app. I really like this app but it would be great if you could have multiple rates for one job. I get paid more for working holidays but I couldn't change the rate for that one day. Being able to put the time that you worked from and to would be great. Other than these small things this app is very handy.

Very useful!. I like being able to keep track how much money I make. I would like it more if you are able to break down the income by days. Also the pay weeks automatically setting up after the first entry. It isnt easy manually putting in the pay weeks.

Great app, easy to use. Makes it easy to record, and easy to compare last year to this year. Much more options than I need, so I customized it to only a minimum of info.

Best app ever!!. I love this app!! Everything transferred perfectly from the lite to the full version. I was having a problem getting my hourly wage to show up when i added a new category. I emailed and asked about it and within 20 min had a response on how to fix it. Great customer service! Great app! Very very happy!!!

Great app for delivery people. Love this app!!!! I keep my hrs and my tips as deprecate "jobs", because i get 2 separate checks. It won't give me an average per hr that I make on tips :(

Excellent!. It's an incredible way to keep track of my income since I am a bartender. The only request I have, this app should have the ability to track overtime pay. Since there are many weeks I work more than 40 hours.

Awesome !!. I am new to the Bartending field and wasn't looking forward to the whole "spreadsheet" thing. I am glad I found this! It's great, easy to use and gives you all of the necessary stats all in the same place.

Perfect- almost.. I use this every day and it's awesome. The only thing it really needs is an option for lunch and dinner shifts. I work dbls, so my options are to either have 2 entries for each day or create a separate job for each shift. Otherwise- perfect!

Best app available. Support for inputting data as separate shifts would be awesome as I like to view my lunch and dinner sales separately. Otherwise best app on the iPhone for keeping track of tips.

Pizza delivery. I use it for pizza delivery. I wish it would keep a running total so I wouldn't have to calculate and then change my tips manually.

Great app. I use this app almost daily! It's great, easy and love that I can back it up to save. I was easily able to switch all my info (a couple years worth) to my new phone!

Great App. This is the best app I've found for tips and hours when I'm serving. I also do a different job at a different pay rate and I love that I can keep track of both.

Good and organized. Works very well, but the interface is a little confusing but works well once you get used to it. I would like to see an option for "overtime; over 40 hours" instead of just the 8 hour option, as that varies by state.

Great App!. I tried a few tip tracking apps and this one is by far the best! Easy to use, fast support when I had a problem importing my info from the lite version. The only thing I'd like to see in an upgrade is tips from others, like the tips to others.

Best tip app I've seen.... If you like tracking your tips, this will give you every stat you could want. It was a little confusing to figure out how to use it at first. I actually emailed the developer to get instructions. But once I did, I absolutely love it.

Most useful App on my IPhone. If I were to create the perfect app for keeping track of my tips this would be what it would be like.

Helpful app.. Best app. I have seen to keep track of my tips. Shows a good summary of days of the week and months of the year. One thing that I would add would be to show how much you made hourly on the shift, not just the overall average hourly from all the shifts combined.

Part of my life. I started with the light version, and had to have the real thing. I have been tracking my tips for going on 3 years! And with the updates it really is awesome. Being able to see that doing these nights, weekends and holidays really pays!!! If anything could be better it would have payroll deductions by state ect. To get a true net total. But that is asking alot. I'd pay though?

Recommended for casino workers!!!. I love this app. I have a dual capacity position so I get paid two different rates, one of which I earn tips also. Helps me calculate and review quickly and with ease. It needs to add a pay period summary to it's other list of summaries.

Great all!. Very helpful and easy to use. For all its simplicity, it has some great features. I had a minor hiccup during setup (operator error) and emailed support for help. They responded with a fix an hour later.

No difference. I used the lite version then bought the full version. Was VERY disappointed to see absolutely no difference between the lite and full version. It is a very nice app though.

Not worth the upgrade. I just payed to upgrade from tip sheet lite because I wanted to keep all my tip data together. It clearly states "data can be exported from this version and imported to the full version". There is no option to do this once upgraded. I can only export data from lite version via email and open it in an attachment. Also there is no help, or troubleshoot to find possible solutions.

A must for anyone workin a tipped wage. As a delivery driver I have found this app incredibly useful for tracking my income. It lets me see trends and figure out how much I'm really making. If it had a way to track miles and total orders taken it would be 5 stars all day everyday.

Great app. I use this on a daily basis I work multiple jobs with different pay rates for the same company and this app helps to insure I'm getting the right pay for the hours. I've suggested this to every other person in similar situation
