Update is horrible.. Quite possibly the worst thing happened to this app. At first it was awesome but after the recent update it's become completely useless. Too many bugs.

Recent update breaks cards. No other cards than the covid-19 QR scanner and health cards defeats the purpose of having this app , bring back class/bus schedule cards etc... that are actually relevant to learning.

Works great for a first verision (or v. 1.01). Great use of the Iphone technology. Map works great. Directory is super helpful. Lots of information for students and staff on the go. A few suggestions for future updates: Few of the buildings are not recognizable when searched for from the courses menu (CPMC building where Music courses are held). Would be great if the course information could include the amount of open seats in the discussion or lecture A button for UCSD news

Great!!. Great app. But the shuttle moving map is kinda slow...

Shuttles STILL down!. Since last quarter I've been unable to view where the Mesa shuttle is, now this quarter it doesn't even show Mesa as an option!

Overall Good App, Some Fixes. Overall this is a good app with different improvements that need to be made like accuracy of Dining Hall operation hours. But for me, the thing I feel should first be updated is the Classes card. No matter what day of the week it is it shows Monday on the card. Please change so that the card can actually be useful and quick to use. Thank you.

Excellent App but missing many possible features. This is a great start for the first version. The online directory is very useful and the map is good. Some suggestions for updated versions: 1) Please integrate the Bus map, the acitve one with the GPS tracking of the buses etc. Having this as part of the app would be much more useful than the current clunky approach of trying to access it via safari. This would be extremely useful to many people. 2) If possible it would be useful to have a list of upcoming seminars and their locations. 3) The ability to electronically buy a parking permit? Perhaps enter the license plate and purchase a parking permit via the iphone. 4) Access to various blink services? Including Business systems, financial link etc? 5) Integration of the Calit Southern California Traffic App. 6) Inclusion of access to AtYourService - avoiding the need to use Safari? As it stands though my thanks to the developers. Keep up the good work.

Wow. This app is really fantastic. Very helpful for an incoming freshman.

Functions keep disappearing even after reinstalling. The ID card function has disappeared one day and would not reappear after signing out and logging back in, nor after reinstalling the app

Very proud. I'm am very proud to be a triton when they come out with innovative things like this app. It makes UCSD stand out in the country for it's view yowards the future. Great app.

So useful!!. UCSD has taken great initiative in getting this application developed.... this will set a technological precedent for all large public universities. You can literally open the application, find a class, find the professor, look at his office hours, find that building on the map, call him up, add him to your contacts, and watch yourself walk over to the building with GPS. The other less "academic" features are also surprisingly up-to-date and run amazingly smooth. Streaming video, news, sports updates, and everything else about the school goes right to your phone, with graphics and easy-to-read font. I definitely recommend it for any student, faculty, or alumni alike.

This app is crap. If I wanted a web app on my phone, I'd used the website. This is inexcusably slow. Used to be really good with native functionalities. Now, barely usable. Also, not optimized for iPhone 6/6 Plus

Awesome. Nice app now integrate the UCSD bus schedule into the app so I can get rid of that link off my phone.

Suggestion. Scrolling through a long list of alphabetized dining options is inefficient, especially when I want to check the same few dining halls near me. You should add an option to hide certain restaurants from view (or Favorite/Star certain restaurants that will always show first), or an option where restaurants are listed by closest to farthest in distance.

Impressively bad.. Somehow in the update UCSD has created an even worse platform that is harder to use. This renders it almost entirely useless for the bus systems on campus and some other features. You’ve somehow managed to make it more cluttered and unprofessional which I’m sure was the opposite of what you were striving for. I would class it as an excellent representation of my experience at UCSD at the moment.

plz. the restaurant/market hours are never accurate 😭😭

Shuttle Tracker Useless. Bring back the previous shuttle tracker. This new one DOES NOT DO ANYTHING. REPEAT, NOT FUNCTIONAL. No bus information at all.

Great app. There are few flaws and this app is very helpful for anyone associated with ucsd. However I feel an events section should be added. It would make finding out what is going on or upcoming around campus much easier to find and keep track of

Good but not great. The ID card is a wonderful addition for various reasons such as complementing UPASS, but only worked once for me and for a few moments until I refreshed the screen. Now it simply shows the loading throbber and has yet to be successful with home, campus and cellular internet connection. Aside from that, the app is informative for course and DH hours, parking traffic, and weather.

Crash. Like everyone is saying, it doesn't even open after the last update

Needs serious updating. This app is still designed for an iPhone 4 so it is in need of an update. The map is not helpful at all since it does not tell you where you are. Maybe using Google maps for directions and also having a pdf of a map will be better. I was happy to see an app for my school but I am disappointed to see how glitchy and outdated it is. Please update.

Crap since last update. This app was actually decent before the last update. Now it's filled with bugs. Hopefully something changes soon.

Wonderful. Wow I can't believe my school has an iPhone app...and one that is done so well. One major suggestion, so I love how you can find your classes under the classes but if you could add that to your calendar that would save me a lot time because every quarter I have to manullay enter my classes and locations onto my calander

This awesome but there is room for more!. It's great that UCSD came out with an app! I hope we can see some good updates in the future like: student login with course information and all that. And with OS 3.0 you can use google maps with your own custom icons to represent buildings and other places on campus. So far it's great but I hope to see more to come! Even use the push notification service to announce events, emergencies, class changes, etc. The possibilities are endless!

This is first rate. Great app for anyone associated with UCSD. Very informative and easy to use. Highly recommended to all who deal with the college. To bad SDSU doesn't have this type of app.

Awesome App!. The perfect companion for any iPhone-totting UC San Diego student, staff, or faculty member! I love the directory, and the sports articles, scores, and schedules are great. Most impressive is the way to look up any undergrad course, and your ability to see where the course is located on the campus map, as well as a actual picture of the building where the course will be taught...With over 500 buildings on campus, this is a god-send! Congratulations to the awesome development folks at UCSD and Terribly Clever. You are too cool for school!

If I could, I would have given this app 0 stars. I never wanted to download this app since I knew it sucked from what people told me. I had to download this app for the shuttle times. Will delete this app as soon as I don't need to take the shuttle anymore.

Great use of technology. This helps me check out courses and such on the iPhone without having to pull up the UCSD web site. Awesome first attempt

Poor development. I think the developers completely forgot about backward compatibility. Hopefully, this gets fixed soon, as right, I can't even open the app.

Could be better. It would be way better and helpful for students to find their way around campus if it actually showed where you are on campus and if it gave you walking directions to another place/building like google maps app on iPhone.

Ok for a School App. Listen there not a pro app making company or something, for a school app it’s pretty good. Obviously lots of bugs like not being formatted for any of the iPhone 10 sizes, etc. But some of the cards like the class schedule and the upcoming parking one are pretty nice.

Bus tracking. The bus tracking is very useful.

Good resource. Great app. Very helpful, especially the shuttle map. Would be great to have events from the Student Flyers featured in the app.

Push notification?. Is that possible to push notification when the class is started?

iPad version!!. Please create the iPad version please!!!! This app has been helping me and an iPad version will make it even cooler

Awesome moving shuttle map.. Whenever I'm at a shuttle stop this is super helpful. I know exactly where the shuttle is so I can plan accordingly

No more native functionality. As of version 3.5, this app has gone from a nicely designed, mostly native app to a thin shell around the mobile version of the UCSD website. This makes the app slower and less usable. For example, the map part of the app used to be one of the nicer electronic UCSD maps -- loading quickly, showing campus-specific information like parking areas, and clearly designed. Now, it just shows the standard Google map centered at UCSD. It is a shame that the update takes away the nice custom design of the previous version of the app and replaces it with a webpage that doesn't even fit properly within the frame of the app. It was easy enough to access the UCSD website through Mobile Safari for anything that wasn't available through the app. Couldn't the native portions of the app have been left alone, rather than making the overall user experience worse by replacing everything?

Does the job sometimes, yet unreliably. The only reason I'm keeping this app at this point is to scan my code for COVID tests, which might be obsolete at this point too since it isn't required by the school anymore from my knowledge. Anyway, I'm annoyed that the app doesn't always save my personalized card selection. It tells me that I need a stable internet connection, sometimes multiple times back-to-back as notifications when I open up the "Cards" tab. So if I forget where a class is, I can't open up this app to locate the "Classes" card (because it doesn't save my input) and I have to repersonalize my Cards selection, but sometimes I can't even do that when I'm on campus and the option to see classes doesn't show up. This made me late to a class I had back-to-back with another one. I don't want to have to do the 2-step login onto Webreg every time just to figure out where my class is. I guess I'm better off taking screenshots :/
