Amazing app for reviewing products!. I’m so stoked that an app version came out! Everything is so easy to use, from applying for products to writing reviews for them- it’s all hassle free! I really enjoy being a home tester and this app makes everything all the more easier:))

Faster than the site. It’s faster than the site which takes forever to load on my phone. Some of the images don’t show up, though, and it crashed after 5 minutes of using. I’m sure they’ll continue to improve it.

Well done!. Really nice looking app, smooth launch, haven't encountered a single bug. Honestly it's working better than the website, which I experience really long load times on, so I'll likely be on this more. Easy, clean design! I feel like this will increase the competition with similar apps as well. I hope influenster takes a clue from you and brings their app into present day. I'm sorry to see your first review was from an entitled person who doesn't understand what demographics means or that what they do or don't receive has nothing to do with the function of the app.

So much easier than the site!!. Wow!! Love the new app! I’ve been a tester for about a year and I’m so excited there is an app! It’s easy to navigate and submit my responses! I cannot wait to review my next item to finish reviewing the app! But the design is simple and easy!

Much faster than website. I downloaded this app right away. I’ve been using Home Tester Club since February 2024 and the website can be very very slow. I’m very pleased so far with using this app. I have not had any issues. I’ll update my review if I do, but as of right now the version available for download today has been perfect . It’s five stars from me!

App Crashes Constantly. I love Home Tester Club but this app still has a lot of bugs in it. I can’t navigate it more than a few seconds before it crashes and freezes up my phone. Hopefully there will be a fix to this app soon to fix all of the glitches and make it run more seamlessly.

Crashed twice within 5 min shortly after download. The app crashed twice shortly after I downloaded it and using it for about 5 min. I understand this is new, so hopefully it is more stable soon.

Freezes my phone. I love hometestersclub I’ve been using it for years and have gotten to try a lot of skincare products. But I will continue to use the website. The app keeps freezing and it slows down my phone and freezes my phone to the point I can’t even use my phone. Hopefully there will be an update with a better version!

Waiting. I have registered for a lot of stuff and I still have not gotten one thing from you/them and I have been waiting and there’s a glitch that happens when you are ether on it do too long or you scroll to fast the screen just goes black and it takes me to my Home Screen so please please please send me some stuff that I signed up for and I sent you requests for and also please please please fix that glitch it gets soooooooo annoying and hard to sign up for things. But other than that this app is good

Login with Apple option no longer works. I tried to reach out multiple times regarding the fact that I can no longer use my account that was using the login with Apple option after the website went through the major update, but nobody ever reached back to me. I lost my account that I have been using since last year.

Usually 5 star. Lately I haven’t been able to upload my reviews on the app.

Finally!. I’ve used Home Tester Club for years now and using the website was such a pain. This app is amazing and works so smoothly! So glad they did this and I hope it stays as user friendly as it is.

I love this company but the app is awful!. It’s frustrating using the app because it kicks me out when I’m going through it, literally cannot get through a survey without it freezing and kicking me out. Trust me, I have reset my phone and everything and it doesn’t work. I’m better off using the website to be honest. I hope this gets fixed because I really like the mechanics of the app

App crashes and freezes. I have had a lot of luck being chosen to review products s however when I try to type out my review, the app crashes, freezes and my words come out all jumbled because the cursor skips to the middle of my sentence. It’s taken me almost 10 minute to type out one sentence. If you want people to provide detailed reviews you need to fix your app.

Error error everywhere. I spend so much time rewriting reviews because it keeps saying - error unsaved changes try again later. And I have never been able to upload a video as it says error every time. It is so frustrating. It needs to be fixed asap

Nouvelle app qui possède de nombreux bug.. Super, enfin l’application tant attendu de la page web. Malheureusement la mise en ligne semble s’être faite beaucoup trop rapidement. - mauvais clavier (pas celui de l’utilisateur - auto correcteur anglophone sur la version francophone de l’app - page blanche après avoir laissé un commentaire - les informations d’utilisateurs ne semblent pas avoir migré de la version web vers l’app mobile. Un peu déçu, je vais poursuivre sur la version web.
