The best!. I was experiencing issues getting nearly all of the channels to launch. I contacted support via email and was receiving immediate responses, as if I was using a chat feature. Turns out, the issue was on my end, the entire time, but their customer service/support team was amazing! User-friendly, aesthetic appearance, beautiful 4K display.

Buggy. There are so many bugs that need to be fixed I don’t even know where to start. To name a few… When an episode is paused, the app needs to be restarted or the playback will freeze about a minute later. You also need to note where you left off because once you close the app, it will lose your progress. Some episodes won’t allow skipping ahead to where you left off, requiring you to play at 2x speed until you get there (this takes a lot of time if you are toward the end of an episode). Some episodes default to subtitles on and the sound must be cycled to get it to work.

Love IPTV Smarter except Lite Version. Regular IPTV smarters and IPTV Smarters Pro are the greatest IPTV applications around, however the lite version isn’t the same, the channels show up in favorites by channel number rather than by when they are added so you have to scroll through a ton to get to the ones you watch most, also need better EPG guide

No Picture-in-picture as of October 2023. I just bought the premium just in case that it was a premium feature but no. I believe it is a must to add the picture-in-picture feature to this app. When this happens, I will happily update my rating as 5 stars.

No search engine feature. Everything is good but the problem is that you lack the search feature on most of your apps whether installed on apple tv, iphone, ipad or samsung devices… Really hope you’d consider it because its a deal breaker not to be able to search the intended movie/series when the database is around 15,000.

No sound coming from HomePod speakers. The only way to be able to hear the sound is on tv but HomePod speaker doesn’t recognize the app to play sound through airplay

A very well created app!!. This app is very good for two reasons. Firstly they have new movies that are in theatres in the app and have child settings which is helpful for those us us who have kids. So thank you for whoever included that because many apps other than the higher profile apps don’t truly have kids settings so very appreciate.

Nice price but.... This app should be called Dumber Player Lite. Lots of content but poorly laid out. Most times you don’t know what you are selecting to watch as there is no comprehensive guide. The “search” does not work. You have to work at getting what you want to see. Just a hot mess.

Sound lost when pause the video. This app is really very good. The only drawback I noted when using in iPhone 7 plus or iPhone XS max while playing when you stop or pause the video and when you start again the video become mute. You need to go back and replay to get sound back

Definitely 👍🏽. Easy to install and even better to navigate. I like that there’s so many options from LIVE tv, news, music, travel, sports and the kids channels is a plus as well! Highly recommend ✅

Apple TV app needs WORK. I really want to like this, and though the mobile version is good, the Apple TV version is atrocious. For the movies and tv section, there is no search function, so if you have a large library, you need to go through your entire library one by one in order to find a certain title. They need to have a major overhaul of the Apple TV version and bring it up to the standards of the mobile version.

Happy Customer 🥰. Was looking for a new streaming app, that pretty much covered all my watching needs, and upon searching, I stumbled on this Gem,, the guy was so patient with me. I’m not a true techie, but he helped me install the app onto my Smart TV,, you would be doing yourself a disservice, buy not grabbing this app!!! Best streaming app ever!! 😃🥰💞

Buffer option. Please add the buffering option. The broadcast must load the next 10-30 seconds while I watch it. Without buffering option, broadcasts lag too much and get stuck too often

Smarter App. This is definitely a great app so far I’ve been using it for a few days now I’m really liking it a lot better than the other one that I was using before

Terrible. Whatever you do, don’t pay extra to cast video content onto your TV because this app is trash and you’ll be wasting your money. Also, the app has constant playback errors and frequently freezes when you try to pause or switch channels. Also, the audio sometimes just goes out. Now it won’t even connect at all since I logged in 12 hours ago. This app is trash. Avoid avoid avoid.

Can’t purchase premium. Gives sdk error when trying to purchase premium. Either fix or release a standalone premium edition.

iOS version needs search function!. Great app but the developers need to incorporate a search feature for movies and series just like they do for the firestick version. This would enable users to search for a title they’re looking for versus having to scroll endlessly to find what they’re looking for.

Great app with minor issue. Thank you for easy to use app with very nice user interface. Small issue with ipad ; when i pause a movie for a few seconds and continue to watch i lost audio. I have to close and reopen the movie again. Please fix it.

Constant buffering. This app works well when the device is connected to WiFi. However, when connected to phone data (with the same 300 mbps download speed on both WiFi and data), the app buffers constantly. It is unwatchable. Not sure why this is happening only on phone data. Further, I reached out to app support; and my email came back as undeliverable. I’m not happy about that.

Please update the pause, backward and forward on the latest Apple TV 4K. Hello. The channel I subscribed to support only Smarters player lite. I am trying to use it on the latest Apple TV but it does not support he Apple TV pause and play. When I am trying to use your other menus to move forward or backward or the pause, it also does not work. It seems to change channel randomly. Did someone try from your development team or something tried your functions on the latest revision of Apple TV 4K? Please let me know if there an update in which pause backward and forward are working.

Buggy. Running on iOS 17.1 on a 2nd Gen iPad Pro 11”. Master search is a great feature, except it apparently only allows one search before it simply crashes the app. Thankfully, for $1.99, I’m not out much. Minor bugs are palatable but crashes…no way. It’s unconscionable to release software that randomly crashes. I can see it hasn’t been updated in a year so maybe it’s just been abandoned.

Beware!!. This app does not work at all…the pro version worked just fine on my kids iPad and my iPhone…this one just spins to update then says timed out without uploading a single channel…everything was just fine last month…I don’t know why they messed with it but this is horrible worst decision ever to use them…how sad can’t even get any decent tv for the kids…thought this would be a great option as that’s how it was advertised…back to expensive cable we go…at least that is less stressful and works every single time guaranteed.

Awesome app. The only thing I’ve noticed is that the expiration date for my subscription does not update at all. It will update on my FireStick but not on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. But all the channels appear to look like they are updating. Otherwise this is one of my favorite apps.

Cheap not working app. Purchased form Apple store this app because the pro version in not available anymore. Paid for the app to unlock all the features. Installed the app on my iPad, worked for 24 hours with the Iptv listing from my provider, and all of the sudden stopped playing any of the channels even my iptv subscription is paid and running on ALL my other devices. What is going on?????

Could be better. The IPTV service is satisfactory, but their updates of new shows and movies are infrequent. They often lag behind by several episodes or even an entire season. Though I had high hopes for the pro version, it didn't meet my expectations. If they start updating shows frequently, then I would give it a five-star rating. Until then, it deserves only 2 stars.

Can’t cast to tv. Can watch tv and sports but when clicking the button to cast to a tv it says that there are no available devices to cast to. Obviously it’s not true but the app does not allow it. And I purchased the premium account specifically to cast !

Good option. This is a good option for cable TV. I personally got it to watch the NFL and NBA games. It does lag a bit and some of the channels don’t work or stop working after watching the. For a while. That said, I am still happy with the choice. A lot of movie options and for the most part, it does work really well. A good alternative for cable television.

Great App - Missing the favorite categories. I really love this app, it has nice features, and it’s fast. But one feature I would love it will be to set categories as favorites, or sort them how you would like them. Everything else it’s great!

Best app in IOS. I tried a lot of product and this one is by far the best. The only improvement I could see is that you remove the home bar at the bottom and the date and time as well as the battery status. It is in bright white and it’s not great when watching a movie s’écaille if the image is dark. Thanks.

Great app. Great app for iPhone, but for the Apple TV this app needs an upgrade. Have a type in search, favorite option, fast forward, rewind, etc. instead having to scroll section by section to find a show/movie to watch.

Really good player. I really live this player. All its features are nice and I can’t wait until we are actually able to purchase through the app for the premium features (I’m on Iphone 13 pro max and I can’t) Also they could implement the update button in a all in one button, meaning once you click it, it will update no just the lists but EPG as well, and of course if possible implement a auto update feature maybe for premium users? (Not sure how much or that would be possible) In general this is the best Iphone app for streaming xtream codes

Picture in Picture mode. Would like to be able to swipe out of the app and check my fantasy teams while keeping an eye on the game or check Twitter

Great app. Sad to see people that don’t understand iptv basics saying oh it works great on wifi but not on data and your data speed is great. Smfh, try a vpn, your carrier is throttling your connection to whatever server you are connected to. Common sense people seriously.

Works great on iPad. The app works really well on my iPad, but not so much on my Apple TV device. There is no Settings option when using the app on Apple TV, and the user interface is completely different, very plain, with no option to customize the view.

Great way to see live sports. Soon after we cut cable, we found this app and for two years we’ve been able to watch live sports. It’s great.

The Best TV - IPTVS. I can only run this programming on my iPhone or iPad but not my smart TV because my internet service is too slow and there is no way to boost the speed enough to run the program on my TV! My only option is to eventually change internet providers. I am very disappointed.

App Issues. Respectfully, first and foremost, I was satisfied until the technical difficulties arose, and currently still difficulties at hand. I just purchased the master features less than maybe 45 minutes ago from writing this. Nothing about this feature is master when I can’t even get any sound when “casting” on my “Vizio” screen. You’d think we be in the game right, “Cast” feature plus Vizio, this app offering it, right? Well, that’s until you actually start casting, and you get no sound. It’s ironic, because if I Airplay it, it’s totally fine, sound, and picture. But for a customer to pay $2.99 for features, that you don’t even get, that’s not the full $2.99, maybe more like $1.99. I’m giving it three stars, because I know and believe these issues can be fixed. In addition to giving it three stars, to even contact you guys through your “app support” but can’t submit an email message through the support screen, but have to play math games to prove I’m not a bot, yeah, you definitely are getting three stars. Like I said, I believe these issues can be fixed. I look forward to it.

Very happy customer. Have got Smarters for several years, from this provider get three subscriptions, and on three don’t have the series, don’t know why. Still I’m very pleased, very easy to navigate the channels ,I’m about to renew two next month and the other on December, could not give a 5star only because of the series. Still IPTVSmarters is the best.

Pass on this. I downloaded this as recommended in the email that I received advertising. The catalog was almost completely empty, except for Live viewing. Whenever I clicked on movies, it said no content available. I wrote an email to Customer service but got no response. I wrote another email and still got no response after my third email. I got another offer to buy another subscription.

Needs updates!!!!!. The program guide is only accessible, if you select, and watch a channel. This is absolutely ridiculous. Also, the app causes channels to lose audio after about an hour of use. It also causes the channels to lose audio, if you switch apps, wow, this app is open… both instances result in you having to close the app, and restart it. I only use this app on my iPad, because TV meet is not available. I refuse to use this app on any of my other devices… I suggest you look elsewhere, if you want a trouble, free, reliable app for streaming IP TV services

Main menu icons on iPad pro is always visible in fullscreen. iPad pro main menu icons (wifi, battery on the right and date & time on the left) are always visible even in fullscreen which is quit annoying and distracting when watching something in fullscreen, thanks

Movie. Hi, I love everything about it I love the movie section there’s so many things that you can watch but the movie section does not wanna work. Is there anything they can you can do to fix the movie section please and thank you.

Can’t loose. The yearly subscription is very reasonable. I can watch any NFL game, it just the one’s in my area. One complaint is that it is. It uncommon for it to freeze or lock up in the middle of the game requiring a reboot, even with fiber optic service. I wish they would fix this. Still a great value.

Great player just needs a TV Guide. Great player, just wish it had a TV Guide that shows a full preview of what’s on each channel. The only workaround is clicking into a channel then clicking “more channels”. This should be the main screen prior to clicking on any channel. This is specific to the appleTV version of Smarters Pro

Please fix bugs.. Tons of issues, including performance issues that need to be looked into, my device has sufficient enough RAM, so that should not be an excuse, just get better developers I guess, or hire me.

Missing original app!. So I had the pro version of this App on my phone ipad and apple tv. I stopped using it for a while because the IPTV service I was using shut down. I got a different provider and now the pro version has been removed from the app store. And the version I had on my devises will not let me update them to use them. So I download the lite version and you can't even perform a search in the movie and tv series section on the apple tv. If that's the case then why shut down the pro version, or why removed this feature from the lite version? Makes no sense.

They refused refund. I purchased a subscription they recommended me, but it didn’t work. It’s too slow, sometimes not even responsive. I asked refund but this is what they wrote me “the app you already used it on your phone , and it's done, the problem from you , not our Iptv service. sorry we dont refund for this Unconvincing reason.” Now they stopped responding. So the 30 days money back grantee written in application isn’t true. On top of that, their customer service during set up was poor.

Great iptv apps smooth as butter. Very silky, buttery smooth video playback complete with an organized TV guide listing playlists and channel categories. Landscape only available. That is not a problem. Issue can be a problem. The viewing on some screens, especially small, can cut off the sides when viewing landscape. The preview screen on the TV guide is zoomed in and cut off. Navigating from viewing screen back to menu system takes two taps instead of the usual one tap. Button presses may or may not be a problem.

Wasting of money. Waste of money this IPTV. No updated movies or webseries, all of them 2022, or early 2023 updates. Always buffering on live tv too, most of the channels are not working. Stupidity to buy IPTV. I spend $200 for 2 years plan.. complete wasting of money 👎🏻

Slow signal. Live tv bad signal

Absolutely rubbish. I had 100Mps 5G connection and this app spent 90% of the time buffering. Every other streaming service was perfect. (I tried four others) It was hopeless, I missed every critical moment of the game and it totally destroyed the experience of watching the EPL. Don’t waste your time or money.

“A Warning for Users: Smarters Player Lite Falls Short of Expectations”. I recently tried Smarters Player Lite, hoping for a smooth movie-watching experience. However, my encounter with their service left much to be desired. The app failed to provide the expected service, and I faced issues with unresponsive customer support when my movie didn't load. Unfortunately, it seems like a fake app, lacking the reliability and responsiveness promised. I would advise others to reconsider using Smarters Player Lite for a hassle-free streaming experience.

Premium. Is the premium version an single payment or will it be monthly?

Doesn’t working even paying for upgrade. I paid for an upgrade to stream on my Roku Smartv from my iPhone through airplay, but I just got a message saying that the device was not located, asking me to check if the devices are at the same wifi or give permission for the local network, is all good but still not working.

Bugs and freezing issues. The newer versions of the IOS updates are causing multiple issues with this app. Your company needs to come out with an update to the app to fix the issues with the newest IOS operating software.

Paid for nothing. I paid for premium and the podcast doesn’t work. I want to know what is the problem with this. This is not normal to pay for something that doesn’t work. And no it’s not a wifi or my tv the problem because Airplay is working.

Paired down to F all!. In your choping off of features, in the series section there is no favorites category, no way to favorite anything, no search ability, no ‘recently added’ category. So except for watching one episode at a time by rolling through the library till you stumble on the series you like , its useless! Pew! Stinks! Sucks! Blows!

Poor connection. Connection is never stable, you can’t enjoy anything on this app for thirty minutes at a go. Lot of channels to choose from but very poor connection.

Under par. The app on apple tv is really basic. Controls are not at all user friendly. Example: start watching a movie and exit at some point. No resume available... you need to start the movie from the begining and can only ffw by 10 secs increments. Ice age… tried the pro version.. not much improvement….

Performance Analysis and Suggested Improvements. 1) Frequent crashes on M2 Mac. 2) Left panel becomes unresponsive when cycling through a list, often linked to loading many titles. 3) Slow loading of the list, potentially due to a high number of options. Suggestion for Developers: Consider implementing a pagination feature to address these problems and improve user experience.

Help. Everything was working fine, but I was needed to chromecast, soo I paid to have premium option. But now nothing work , no channel appear, and when I want to update got a bad gateway error 502. Iphone 12 here on good wifi. I try several thing and nothing so far as worked. Same setting work on my windows pc, still on the same wifi.

Not ready for prime time on Apple TV. Buggy, poor interface design, glitchy at best. Unfortunately, having said that, it’s probably one of the better IPTV apps for Apple TV. It has potential but needs considerable improvement. I would never recommend to someone with little tech savvy. Far from user friendly.

can’t fast forward a tv show. i was wondering if anyone has a similar problem. i can pause the show no problem, but if i leave the app and come, i try to resume my watch session, the show starts from the beginning.

So far it sucks. It won’t cast and when it does there’s video with no sound or visa versa or just a screen with the casting icon in the middle of the screen. Internet is fine and so is the chromecast device as it’s used for Netflix and Prime without issues. Then when I go to submit an issue to support the submit button is not working. So there, it sucks or as the teens say “it’s trash”.

Not good on data. When watching anything on data it constantly freezes and buffers to the point where it’s unwatchable. Seems to only happen on data and not WiFi. Even with full service on 5G, I’m guessing the paid version doesn’t have these issues.

Working in data plan. The app is great working with wifi when you are off wifi I always have issues

SmartPlayer. This app needs a better way to search for content it basically you only scroll down to see what’s available, this is just poor development.

Small screen only app. I like few things about this app and ok for phone or tablet but if you want connect to bigger screen is not so good, quality is just ok and it will never use entire screen. I miss the old one app, it was just perfect

Search feature. Hey I love the app, but I think you should add a master search and a search feature like the mobile app but for Apple TV.

Doesn’t work. This player wont allow my iptv provider to play anything. It was working fine and then out of nowhere it stopped working. And its only happening to me. Other people with the same iptv provider are able to watch on their devices through this app.

Needs to update the TV app. The app works great on iPhones. However, the Apple TV version is very outdated. There is no search feature, and it’s hard to use. Please update to the Apple TV version.

Doesn’t works with chromecast. It doesn't work with chromecast. I paid for the premium version to use with my chromecast and it is a fraud sometimes it connects only the audio, sometimes it doesn't connect anything, they shouldn't charge for something that doesn't work well.

Bad system. I just had the system about 12 hours and there are so many problems. Bad connection, stops and dies does not go anywhere, comercial are playing over and over again, the system shot down by itself. I think it was a bad choice .

The app changed on me. This app stopped working for me the other day so I deleted it then downloaded it again the logo is slightly different it no longer say pro it says light and my login info no longer works all of these issues are only on the phone app

You can’t delete channels. You can’t hide channels within the categories. If that does not make any sense because it’s a Channels, which I don’t want my children to watch. Ridiculously you can hide categories in Live Shows and Movies but not the individual channels. As a parent I want to hide some channels which are inappropriate for kids. Does not make sense.

Could easily by 5⭐️. Audio cuts out too much on the app, fast forwarding videos is a pain there’s no reason I should have to press +10 secs multiple times to only jump 1-2 seconds forward.

Best player on Iphone..with one drawback. The player is awesome, fast and easy to use. Thats not the issue, the issue is you pay to be able to “cast” your screen and it doesn’t work. Yes its only like $3 but for it to never work is pretty trash

Audio and freezing. The app periodically loses the audio and most recently freezes

Charged too much for premium. Purchased premium a year ago. Just recently got a new phone and had to redownload. Clicked on restore premium and nothing worked. So I purchased the premium again for 1.99 but was immediately charged 6.98 and now I can’t reverse it unless I call my bank. Premium doesn’t even do anything.

Garbage. I have really fast internet service but I can’t watch anything on this app without missing most of the PPV because it constantly cuts out and buffers for 30 seconds to sometimes minutes and then goes back to live so I miss big sections of the event. It’s just a crappy app and service. I wish I could give zero stars.

Epg source does not save. The app works great at times, but I got the premium features to add epg source but every time I type it in and press save and make it the default option, then I back out and go back to that epg tab it’s gone even tho I pressed save on it.

Wont work. I used to use this app all the time, now whenever i click the movie it says “playback error” and i tried again in a few months and it still doesn’t work. When it did work, it was amazing.

Enjoying it. I can watch a full movie without having to restart it

Slow buffering. Once this app worded well. I don’t seems to be able to find the pro version for my Apple TV or IOS. Now even after clearing cache or restarting it often causes buffering issue. I downloaded other players with no issues. It’s sad because I really liked the look. But the lite version lacks feature it’s buggy I get no help to resolve the matter.

Excellent Streaming App. I am completely satisfied with this streaming App, It has all the channels I could ever use! I won’t go back to cable ever again. You have a lifetime customer in me!

Streaming keeps cutting off it’s frustrating. I joined Smarters streaming back In August but the quality of streaming is not good A lots of times it doesn’t work as I needed. It needs better network! Costumer service is too slow but in the end they get to fix the problems just be patient.

Smarters player lite on Apple TV needs improvement. Hello I have a recommendation for the Smarters Player Lite on Apple TV needs to have favorites option on series and movies. I should be able to add favorites in live , series , and movies that is only thing I feel needs some improvement and is my recommendation.

Iphone screen goes datk while app is running. The app does not prevent iphone screen from going dark while watching a program. Please resolve it.

Good app but got problems. Bought premium but still can’t stream to my tv on the same wifi and all idk the app keep asking me to make sure my tv on the same wifi. App could easily be a 5

App worked great until I purchased the pro. After purchasing the pro version everything stopped working. Videos would never load, the cast doesn’t work, and it would crash constantly.

This is so good. I would just say check it for yourself. This could save you big $$

Movie request. This program is great but I just wanted to ask where to recommend movies at?

Play bar. Great app Developers need to add play bar controllers. 10 sec are not enough to fast forward a movie on the Apple TV.

Servers are always down. Not sure where some of these fake comments come from, but this product has problems every other day. Sometimes the channels don’t work, and when they do the audio and visuals are off. Constantly have to sign in and out. And when you reach out to support, they respond 12hrs later…

Beware of Scammers from Egypt. I got an unsolicited WhatsApp call from Egypt offering a free trial of what seems to be illegal streaming service. The guy said his name is Khalid and was very polite at the beginning and sent me some trial log in account. He then asked for payment via PayPal. When I told him I’m not going to send money to a stranger, he got upset and started to curse! It’s obviously a scam so be aware.

Paid for premium for airplay and doesn’t work. Everything else seems to work great but for some reason when I do AirPlay to my tv only the audio is airplayed to tv

Not that great. System keeps freezing and channels turn off. I don’t have any issues with streaming any of my other apps but they like to say that the issue is on my end. It’s worth just paying the additional money to stream from a source that doesn’t continue to have these issues.

Needs PIP otherwise good. This needs picture and picture. I know this is developer added feature. Please add this and I will give five stars. It’s the only thing missing. Otherwise app is great.

Not worth it. I am glad I only purchased a month subscription. I have had buffering issues from the get go. I can stream all my other apps on my TV with no issues. I just wanted to be able to watch local channels and thought this would be a good option. Not worth the headache.

Bug. App has a really bad bug if you don’t use it for 2-3 days it’s bugs out and nothing won’t load not even the title nothing a all it says “playback error won’t connect” I thought it was my wifi it’s not PLEASE FIX IT

It’s not working at all. I do not know if it is only me but app is not working from Tuesday. I’ve sent several emails to support but nobody replies. I asked a friend of mine and he has same trouble. Is anyone else here with same problem?

Fix the bugs. fix the bugs please. every time I go to watch on iphone, using bluetooth headphones, the audio doesn't work. I need to disable the headset and enable it again to work, and whenever the video pauses the audio stops working and then I have to disable and enable everything again.

Internet service. Most show freeze but come back on I hope that fix this problem very soon so I can give a higher score I have a fast Internet service so this should not be happening

Lite version app keeps freezing on any channel. I have both versions installed on my Apple phone. The Lite version keeps freezing (even after I purchase the upgrade) while the Pro version is much much better. Why the Pro version is deleted from the Apple Store?

CNN seems to have issues. Overall I'm happy with the service. I have. Noticed that regardless of the app I use CNN’s feed is always glitchy. It stops and/or drops out often.
