Your new favorite app. I love that I finally have one place I can trust for hair and skin products. The app makes it super easy to manage my prescription and check out other non-prescription wellness products. Every time I log on I see something new! I’ve had tons of success with the hair loss treatment and I can’t wait for the migraine program to launch. Literally everything I need to take care of myself is on the app!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have already asked for them to deactivate my account and they are still trying to charge me $85 every day. I sent an email to support about it and it was not addressed at all. Instead they sent an email to “rate the quality of support,” but since they didn’t address the issue at all I’m obviously pretty annoyed. Tried to do a chat to get my account deactivated, the agent sent me a link to my order number but when I followed it the chat closed. Just very terrible customer service for those of us that can’t afford almost $100 a month for an app. I ended up just putting an old card I no longer use on my account so they can’t take my money. It is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS how difficult it is to cancel an order or delete your account.

Be careful!!. When I first saw an ad for this app it talked about a girl who got meds for her anxiety. I immediately checked it out and when I signed up it didn’t ask me very many questions and then I was given a doctor who immediately prescribed me Sertraline. My order was also saying it was being given buproprin but the doctor was saying sertraline so it was kinda confusing and I had to get a refund because they immediately charged me $123 for a 3 month supply and I chose the monthly subscription. When they refunded me and resent it they sent me the sertraline. It’s used to help treat general anxiety but it’s also an antidepressant and I didn’t know much about them. I asked all sorts of questions and it would take them four days to respond and it would be a different doctor every time. I asked if there was anything that I could take just for anxiety but they didn’t have anything. Coming off antidepressant’s is a long road sometimes and can be quite difficult for some people and for them to just prescribe this stuff to anyone without further questions about medical history or anything like that is kinda scary. I would just be careful and do some research about the meds they prescribe you. There were quite a few that had some crazy side effects.

Prescribed and billed me meds without my approval. This is a dangerous app and not fit for many people struggling with depression and anxiety. I signed up for a consultation hoping to be presented with options that I could then think about and choose. Instead, after only filling out an intake survey, I was billed for and prescribed an antidepressant! I didn’t even get asked if I wanted the medication. There was no discussion of the potential side effects. There were no other options provided! Im now trying to cancel and get out of this platform that should not be considered a medical platform. Let people make their own choices about medications at their own pace.

Best App & Services. As someone who hasn’t had health insurance for at least 12 years and have used various telehealth services this app is the absolute best ever!!! The customer care is out of this world!! They have been a huge life saver! Helping me through a very hard year and always there to support my mental health!! I can’t express enough if you are looking for a great telehealth app this is the one!

False Advertising! They do not offer anxiety medication, despite advertising they do!!. I clicked on an ad on TikTok that specifically advertised anxiety medication. I filled out the evaluation, and waited for my response. The impersonal, automated form response I got told me I had a “complex psychiatric history” (anxiety and depression) and verbatim told me “we can only prescribe one medication at a time, and ONLY SIMPLE ANTIDEPRESSANT REGIMENS.” Then WHY are you advertising that you prescribe anxiety medication? I am aware some antidepressants can also assist with anxiety (due to my “complex psychiatric history” of having been on antidepressants before), but do not advertise that you offer anxiety medications when one of your own doctors said you don’t. This service is for people without insurance who need to replace their daily glass of wine to relax with Lexapro.

DO NOT USE THEM. Do not use them this a malpractice suit waiting to happen. They are praying the desperation depression causes. You won’t get answers to your questions, they copy and past answers and don’t check your prior messages. It’s only about selling you the medication. They even ask when you sign up “have you been on the medication before” my answer no…. “What medication do you want” they actually have an I don’t know and a list to just check. So with no discussion, knowing nothing about depression, and not so much as a conversation I’ve been put on meds I now can’t come off of and if you ask the “dr” which is an rn why they didn’t read your notes or the question you asked they just kick you off the platform and tell you to stop taking the medication…… I scored like 22/24 and was never even suggested to speak w a doctor. I for one will be reaching out to the BBB DOJ FCC AND A MALPRACTICE ATTORNEY RUN FAST FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Waste of time! Don’t fall for this “woman focused” scam.. I have amazing insurance and have no issues getting anxiety medication if I choose to, but seeing the Hers commercials made it seem like they give you a doctor that really takes care of your needs and recommends A PLAN, i.e., can offer something your regular medical provider can’t…so I gave it a go. Filled out the absurdly long questionnaires etc., I shared that I get general anxiety but will take Ativan if I have a rare panic attack. A doctor then messages me a day later with absolutely zero questions and says since you take Ativan daily I can’t help you, please see a doctor in person. It is apparent to me that this business plan is to throw at anxiety medications at as many women as they can as long as they don’t speak of any existing medications. Their commercial actually speaks for itself “you can get lexapro.” How is that a good idea to market it as an easy get? They are misleading that their doctors HELP YOU set up a plan. They do not care about you they will not help you unless you qualify for them to just easily prescribe medication.

DO NOT USE. Am currently having a mental breakdown. I tried to look up online how to get a mental health consultation and it brought me to this. Unfortunately I provided a payment method before reading the reviews and once I did I immediately tried to delete my account. Instead of it being deleted immediately it says pending and now my account has been charged over $300 because there was no way of removing my payment method. And now I am having a mental breakdown over the fact that I don’t know what to do about getting this money back since there are no resources. I was sent a automated message about my prescription provided. How does that even work? FRAUD

Seriously fell short. I gave this service a try to help with anxiety. A treatment plan was provided for me after answering a couple of questions. There was no conversation with the provider. I requested a different plan and instead of updating my plan, it was cancelled. And, I was never notified. I reached out to figure out what was going on (I thought maybe my order was processing) and I was informed that I would have to redo the appointment because technical limitations of their system. So not only did my plan go updated and unnoticed by the physician and care team, they also wanted me to go through this again with no explanation. I understand things happen but when you’re dealing with mental health, it’s important to do what you say you’re going to do for your patients and they fell majorly short for me. I’ve since tried a similar more personable service and I like it better!

Totally unprofessional and Irresponsible. This was my first experience with psychiatry, and I was very optimistic. However I lost my faith in this program when the prescription I was told I would be receiving and the records in my account did not match, I brought up my concerns, and was pretty much dismissed. Multiple times, given a generic explanation and assurance I would be getting the medication they prescribed. I did I’m fact receive the medication they prescribed, however my records never reflects what I actually received. When I brought this up again multiple times I first was told that it’s a “glitch” in the system which will reflect whatever medication I originally “requested”. When I informed them I hadn’t requested a medication I was told they put one in for me when I didn’t so they would be able to pair me with a provider. I never took my medication, and I cancelled my subscription. The dismissive irresponsibility and unprofessionalism is unacceptable, just Willy Nilly mailing out prescriptions after a basic online questionnaire is negligent and greedy, on par with drug dealers. I’ve since switched to TalkSpace and have had a WAY better experience!!!!! Comparable cash pay rates AND they take insurance! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

Deceptive Trickery. Please be careful using this app. The wording makes it seem like when you fill out the questionaire that there will at least some kind of follow-up or clear consent after diagnosis. NOPE, the next thing that happens is that some disembodied medical professional virtually prescribes and sends your meds in the same moment. No chance to object to the diagnosis, no chance for a second opinion...just over 120$ deducted immediately without any feedback as to how one feels about the prescribed medicine or whether you still want it. Deceptive process, deceptive wording used...If you want to feel taken advantage of while also going through a crisis, by all means, knock yourself out.

It works great for me but….. If you’re already familiar with the drug they’re prescribing then this service is great. I moved away from my hometown and my psychiatrist couldn’t prescribe my meds if I lived in a different state than where she is licensed. So it was very convenient for me to hop on HERS and get a prescription very quickly without all the bells and whistles as when I went the traditional route, it took almost 2 months for my doctor to diagnose me and write a prescription. With that being said, after 2 months, I was very informed about the drug I was being prescribed and was confident that it would work because my doctor took the time to get to know me and listen to what I needed. So I’m not sure how this App can just issue psychiatric medication to ppl who’ve never been assessed by a professional in depth and may have no experience with these types of drugs. In a nutshell, it was great for me because I know what I’m getting into and pretty much just needed a refill but to someone who’s completely new to medication, it runs the risk of being a little sketchy.

Quick and easy healthcare. If you feel like you need to make an appointment for any reason, mental health or other, just do it. The app is easy to use, and the doctors are quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I recommend this to all of my friends and coworkers who complain about having to take time off work for an appointment. With the convenience of Hers, that’s not a problem!

I struggled for so long for nothing a WASTE OF MONEY. DO NOT USE I said specifically I wanted a name brand and instead of them telling me in the beginning that they couldn’t prescribe a name brand they sent the order . They gave me the wrong tracking number (to give reference i places an order on the 31st ) the tracking number said delivered august 7th In a completely different state and when I asked for an updated/corrected tracking number all they did was take the tracking off. Then it came in a generic brand that was the not even the right dosage compared to normal . SAVE YOUR TIME ,EFFORT, and MONEY!!!! ITS NOT WORTH IT. Then I got told they only did generic brands and that if I wanted a brand I should’ve gone to my primary ! Like if they would’ve been forthcoming with that info I would never had accepted it. I had even tried to cancel the order but then they said they’d “resend the package “ because it was USPS that messed up ! Just overall ridiculous and NOT WORTH IT !

Waste of time. I was really hoping for a way to receive help from this app because therapy near me is too expensive and if I was able afford it I wouldn’t be scheduled with a therapist until MONTHS out with how much mental health issues have gone up everyone is too busy to help. And the commercials make it seem so helpful more than what it really is, I answered all the questions truthfully and when it got to the end it told me I do not qualify for anything. It should definitely explain why not just oh sorry you don’t qualify… okay? I’d like to know why !! It’s so stressful not being able to afford therapy or medication and then finally finding something affordable just to be told I somehow don’t qualify when I 100% have depression and anxiety, I've already been diagnosed but I can’t seem to ever actually receive help. I’d rate it at least 2, maybe 3 stars if they’d actually explain why I’m not eligible for help, but for now it’ll have to stay a 1 ! This is so disappointing and sends me backwards again.

Great for a busy schedule. My anxiety and work schedule makes going to the doctor hard but I knew I needed something for my depression as it was getting worse and worse. I’ve been using this app for about 3 months now and it’s been a great experience. I’m still working with my provider on the right dosage for me but I’ve had great communication with them throughout the months and have been satisfied with services so far.

Extremely slow service. I signed up for the weight loss treatment, which was extremely fast and easy. It is very costly. I paid $395 for the plan. That was 3 weeks ago and they still haven’t shipped my order. The reply times when you message them (once they have your money) are slow as well, usually a day or two. And all they say is processing times vary and they’ll tell me when it ships. The original email I got when they charged me said that they are backed up and my order should ship in 2 weeks. It’s a 5 month plan that auto renews every 5 months, but it’s gonna be over a month in if I ever receive it

Not safe for those who need mental health assistance. DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAM FOR MENTAL HEALTH What a terrible and defeating experience. No psychiatrists available in my area. They just send you pills after txting a beta really. I stated I was having bad reaction and wanted off the meds and they’re response was “we’re sorry to you go” and instruction how take myself off. No check in with a “professional”, not trying something new. What a joke. I probably shouldn’t have even been on the meds they prescribed. The side effects were scary. It’s extremely unsafe to be on antidepressants without speaking to a professional along the process. DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAM FOR MENTAL HEALTH

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS!. I was ordered a prescription just 5 minutes after taking a quiz. The prescription had nothing to do with my symptoms. They went ahead and charged me 117$ without my approval of the medication. There is no cancel option and when you contact the “prescriber” they just tell you that it cannot be cancelled because it is already being ‘processed’. When you call help desk they just give you the same respond. Once prescribed you are billed and sent the medication and that there is nothing they can do to stop it. Apparently the pharmacy ‘can’t stop it either’

Terrible experience for both mental health and skin care. I explained that I was not comfortable with my prior prescriber of bupropion and wanted to switch to this service to manage the prescription before running out of medication. Could not get an in person appointment with a new provider soon enough before medication running out. Was told that because of also being on sertraline that they could not prescribe more than one medication at a time and that they could not help. Also, I initially started doing intake for skincare and was shown a price of $34 for a topical cream which suddenly jumped to over $50 upon getting to the last page to confirm. Sketchy and misleading. Requested a delete of my account information.

DO NOT USE!. I thought at first, this would be the best thing for me, considering I have a full-time job and work many hours, at least 120 every two weeks and I thought that the price was decent but then I tried to cancel my subscription and instead it did not cancel the subscription so then I get a charge today and I talk to a customer support person and they said that you have to cancel your prescription 48 hours before the scheduled payment but if you think you have your subscription canceled do not believe that because they will still take the money out and then you are at a loss I have not taken the medication in a couple of months I have two bottles that I no longer use and now they are sending me another bottle that is basically going to be going in the trash and they will not refund

Couldn’t live without. This is such a great app, especially for those with no insurance or in need of help quickly. I went through about 3 different medications before I found the one that worked for me and these people were there for me every step of the way. My mental health has never been better. They offer so many other amazing services as well. It is easy to use and I ALWAYS feel supported

Fast, easy and discreet!. I was able to complete the questionnaire, heard from a provider and was prescribed a medication within an hour. I can track my medication in the app, ask my provider questions or complete many other tasks inside the app. Another great feature is the in app education! I highly recommend giving this a try!!

Get ready to be minimally informed…. …And have them charge you as fast as they can without direct explanations or meaningful back and forth consultation with a medical provider. The access to this healthcare seems nice, but there feels like it is focused on getting your money versus helping people. There are more responsible companies out there that take more time to explain medications. They hide behind legalese and barely mentioning things that require you to have to read between the lines. They are easy to contact when you have an issue, but you will not be refunded. Update: It is nice you respond to these, but I reached out to support from the start, before I left this review…so why would you change your response? It takes time to contact you…and I am not really up to doing that if the answer is gong to be the same. I was told I could not be refunded, is that something you are willing to change? If so I will reach out as you suggested.

Do not use this app. I started on this journey and completely my intake, and had meds prescribed to me within one hour. They did not consult with me directly before writing the prescription, nor did I get any opportunity to ask the “provider” questions about what they were prescribing me and why. Not to mention, what was prescribed only covered some of my symptoms. I was lucky enough to get my order cancelled before shipping, but the fact they make it seem like you’ll actually speak with a provider before getting your prescription is unacceptable. They say you filling out the questionnaire is “consent to treat”, but I SHOULD HAVE INPUT INTO THE DECISION OF WHAT GOES INTO MY BODY. THEY MADE THE DECISION FOR ME WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Doctors are condescending. I tried to sign up with Hers for a birth control subscription since my insurance was recently canceled. I explained that I have been on the same birth control for years and it is what my neurologist and gynecologist both want me to be on for menstrual migraines. The doctor assigned to my case asked if I have auras with my migraines, which I responded to with no. She then responded again that it’s dangerous to take birth control if you have migraine with aura. “Please confirm”. I responded yes I know that but I don’t think I have aura you are referring to. I was confused as to what she meant by confirm. She then said well you need to check with your neurologist since you obviously don’t know what kind of migraine you have. I sent the exact quote from my latest medical notes from my neurologist stating I am being treated for migraine without aura, and the doctor still sent me a condescending message that she can’t trust anything I say and she will not prescribe me the medication that I need. When I’m not on this medicine, I have horrible migraines and faint every day during and around my periods. It’s horrible to me that they refuse to help people who actually need it.

Beware!. This company is glitchy, costly, and dangerous. I subscribed back in December when they had a promo, which started fine. They informed me that I wouldn’t able to get prescriptions for mental health unless I checked in with my physicians regularly. The first month was fine. In January I started getting asked for check ins with multi physicians with different names which continued over the past months. When I got my second prescriptions they sent me two bottles of it at different amounts at a cheaper rate, one of which I didn’t order. Since these are mental health meds it seemed kind of weird. I ended up having negative side effects on the meds and decided to weed myself off them. I did not check in with their physicians and attempted to cancel my subscription. Then today I was randomly charged for a refill of the prescription with no notice, no heads up, and without speaking with their physicians. I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone at customer service to dispute this. My only option is trying to cancel my account again but I still have this new prescription pending. Contacted my bank. I don’t want these pills and was told I would need to confirm with a physician before they would send them. Seems like they work more on hoping you forget about your account then your wellness.

DO NOT USE FOR PSYCHIATRIC/MENTAL ILLNESS. I had an absolutely terrible and ridiculous experience with this service. I took the survey/consultation questions, and within 1 hour was prescribed AND CHARGED $123 for lexapro, with absolutely no actual comments with my “provider.” I received the lexapro in about 6 days. About 6 hours after I took the first dose I had an allergic reaction. I immediately discontinued and tried reaching out to my “provider” MULTIPLE TIMES, with no response. I eventually went to the customer support live chat and they told me to continue taking the medication. Despite the fact that I had an allergic reaction, I was only told “do not stop taking the medication abruptly without speaking to your doctor” when my doctor was no where to be found. I requested a refund and cancellation of my subscription which they REFUSED. About 1 week later after pestering the live chat agents and my “provider” I was then prescribed venlaxafine, without any discussion, from a completely new “provider” WHO SENT THE EXACT SAME GENERIC DEFAULT MESSAGE AS THE FIRST DOCTOR. Do not use this service, run away. You will not have any actual contact or communication with your doctor. They will not discuss side effects, treatment plans, or answer any of your questions before prescribing and charging you. Hers is the worst telehealth psychiatry service on the market.

absolutely the worst option out there. i started using hers for birth control about 6 months ago. i had a horrible reaction to the first option i was prescribed so i reached out to a medical provider for help. when you reach out it takes 3 days for anyone to respond and every time they respond it’s a new person that doesn’t care enough to read the conversation history and will make you repeat your entire ask and wait another 3 days for a response. after days of back and forth and emotional distress i finally got a doctor willing to read and update my prescription. to prevent a gap in my prescription they sent it to a local pharmacy, but once i am down to a couple days on the pharmacy refill i realize that doctor never updated my script in the site and i am still being sent the prescription i have explicitly asked 10 times not to be sent. the contact with medical providers is convoluted, they’re all too lazy to read or care, and there is no way to provide feedback on your care or seek help. seek birth control elsewhere.

Nurse didn’t help at all. I tried to get help for anxiety and said I had incredibly minor mania I even did all the research to see if any of the meds they carried were ok for me to use and talked to my therapist before hand and found one they carry that I can take and when the nurse read about my very acute mania she said they couldn’t help me even though I told them exactly what medication I wanted. Glad you don’t pay until you get the medication but it was still a massive waste of time and now I still have to suffer through my anxiety that I can’t afford medication for because this was the only medication in my price range.

App is not intuitive. I signed up, everything indicated my case was being reviewed. After 18 days I inquired how long the process takes and they said I had to make an appointment. Then customer service came on and said it clearly says I have to make an appointment when I signed up and if I skipped that portion I had the opportunity to go back and make an appointment later. The problem is there is nowhere on the homepage or in my profile that says appointment has not been made. There’s no button to click on to make an appointment. Nothing. I have to go back in the chat and click on the link that was provided. I keep checking the link and no appointments are available. This is very frustrating. My status says that a provider is reviewing my profile or case so nowhere does it indicate that I missed a step. if you were going to have a status bar about where you are in the process you might want to add all of the steps a person has to take. Just putting that out there. At this point I don’t even know if I want to proceed.

Thank you. When I had to leave my job I lost my health insurance which meant I lost my antidepressants as well. But because of Hers, I was able to get my medication right away. While it is not a substitution for going to a doctor it is amazingly helpful for those who already have a diagnosis. I can’t imagine where I would be without this site. They saved my life.

Fast & Reliable. I love how easy it was to sign up with hers and get quick assistance within their app. I started off with 10mg with a 3 month supply it worked well for a while and then I didn’t really feel the meds working anymore. I told the provider my concerns and they upped my dose to 20mg with another supply for 3 months. Im happy how easy it was to work with them, and I don’t have to come out of pocket for the recent change. I don’t have any complaints I am happy I was able to get help especially with me having a hard time getting sleep and battling my mood swings.

Great App for excellent products!. Hers just got better!! Now there is an app!! Amazing, easy to use and everything I need right at my fingertips! Now about the product! I tried this on a whim after seeing the JLo ad. Took the survey was prescribed minoxidil and spironolactone to treat my hair loss issues. I figured it was worth a try. So I starter the treatment and noticed results and new hair growth with in the first month and almost no hair falling out when I showered. Mind you it was falling out by the clumps. I love this stuff and love the personalized customer service and medical care I have received. If you are on the fence- just do it. You won’t be sorry! Thank you hers for restoring my hair but more importantly my confidence!

Disappointed. I have been seeing so many commercials and advertisements for HERS. I thought I would give it a try as I feel the help I’m currently receiving for my depression and anxiety isn’t helping me. I was looking forward to trying this out and possibly getting the help I need. But unfortunately after completing all the questions I got a message saying I do not qualify for the services provided through HERS. I really wish more of an explanation could have been provided as to why I currently don’t qualify to receive the help I am seeking. I’m sure if you are qualified to receive care the app would be a great resource for you but unfortunately I cannot speak on that.

Good for prescription refills, otherwise be cautious. This app is great for getting a prescription for a medication you are already familiar with but I would be careful trying new psychiatric drugs on the recommendation of Hers. After filling out a brief survey, I was quickly given a prescription for Cymbalta. I have been on Cymbalta for years but I recently moved to a small town where psychiatric care is unavailable and needed a prescription. This was good news for me but I was concerned with how quickly the prescription was given. I received one message from the psychiatrist assigned to me that consisted of a seemingly automated description of their services and the medication being prescribed. Psychiatric drugs can really mess you up if not taken properly and monitored by a doctor, I know from personal experience. Please just be careful. It appears to me that Hers is handing out serious drugs to people who may be desperate and need real help. Go to a real doctor if you aren’t sure what to do.

They will only take you if you are an “easy” patient. I got rejected despite being stable on my meds for years because of my history of the common stuff not working. Don’t bother if you can’t take first-line stuff like SSRIs. I have no insurance and can’t afford in person visits with a provider currently, really disappointed these apps are all so limited. Editing to respond to their response: my medication is listed as being something they do give. It is not a controlled substance. I was turned down based on my history, much of which is over 10 years old, because I refuse to cycle back through / retry SSRI when I know what works and they do claim to offer it.

A lifesaver!. I reached out to Hers when I was going through a really dark time of my life. I didn’t have health insurance so I didn’t have access to get mental help. The app was so easy to use, and the providers were more than sensitive to my needs. I got the help that I needed, and so happy that this app exists. Thank you so much! Holly

I love hers, but….. I’ve been using the app for six months. Now I have this welcome message on the app when it opens that I can NOT get past because the “continue” button is outside of the screen area of the phone and it will not allow me to scroll down or click “continue”. The desktop website keeps telling me to “refresh screen, session timed out” when I try to log in. I’ve deleted & reinstalled the app but I keep getting the same infuriating welcome message when I log in. No idea how I’m going to order refills or speak to my provider. I was super happy with hers but if I can’t get past this dumb welcome message, idk what I’m gonna do.

Hers is a scam they don’t have qualified providers. Currently between medication, I ran out and just moved to another state and my provider(s) will not respond or aren’t available for months (gotta love American Healthcare). I went to Hers to try to get my medication. I have extensive knowledge on my psychiatric history and needs and yet they still tried to tell me what MY situation is. After spending 20 minutes filling out the standard psych questionnaire, they messaged me and told me to go to an in person provider because my case was “too in depth” i’m literally on 2 anti depressants y’all. It’s not that much. And I have tons of medical records and history backing my case. So now i’m back to square one and I will probably have to wait months for my medicine. Fingers crossed I don’t jump off a bridge. Thanks hers!! At least they didn’t charge me the $350 i signed up for.

Twice I have tried to sign up for help…. And twice it has taken my info and just tried to send me lexapro. (This time it also offered me Zoloft. 🤷🏻‍♀️) All it does is ask me some questions and try to prescribe me medication. This might work if if felt like someone was taking the time to read my answers, see my chronic conditions (the reasons I want to talk to someone), and consider possible drug interactions. The medications list does not allow you to list the amount/frequency of a medication which is really dangerous. I cannot trust a robot to take those things into account. I thought there were real people on the other side of this thing. So disappointing. I won’t be trying again. Guess I’ll go back to trying to find a counselor/therapist for someone with chronic conditions that is nearby and won’t jump to prescribing meds without even talking to me first. Please, be safe and put your health first.

HUGE waste of money and time. I do not recommend this service. When signing up I remember thinking the price was a bit steep, but I needed the medication so I went for it anyways. After receiving it, I jumped through all the usual hoops with my insurance to find out how to submit a reimbursement claim and was told that I need a pharmacy receipt (not a regular receipt of purchase — a special receipt with medication information). I reached out to customer service to obtain it and was told that hers does not provide these receipts. So not only do they not take insurance, they also make it impossible to get reimbursed by your insurance. This is really something that should be made clear in advance. I’m sure they’re aware that this is an issue for people as I can’t be the first one to complain. Just go through your insurance, it will be way cheaper and you won’t have to waste time and money doing it twice. I will be telling everyone I know NOT to use hers. They will essentially rob you of $100 or more. So much for making medication accessible.

I’m a newbie. I just want to give a short review on the part that I’ve completed so far. I took the chance & reached out..that was the hardest step for me. But this app & the professionals affiliated with this app have been beyond kind & they are there to answer any question or concern I may have. Also their promptness is fantastic as well. They respond in no time. So my review so far (I’m waiting for my medication to arrive) I would have to give it a 10 out of 10 Not one time have I had any uneasy feeling or felt ignored or unimportant. Best decision I’ve ever made thus far! Thank you Hers! Look forward to see where this mental health journey takes me. Wendie

Beautiful App. I have been using Hers for months now and having an app makes my care so much more streamlined. Everything I need for my medication and mental health needs (and more) is on this app. It makes it easier to figure out when my next prescription is going to be shipped. This app is another way that Hers supports my care and looks out for my best interest!

DO NOT ORDER MEDICATIONS FROM HERE!!!. I have ordered from other websites to get medications like birth control. With other websites/companies, you are able to use insurance. After a survey and such, you send your results in and a licensed doctor looks it over and picks a medication for you. Before the order is filled, the doctor confirms with you that you still want the medication. Before you fill it, you can use insurance. This company didn’t CLEARLY disclose or didn’t disclose at all that you can’t use insurance. I put my information in and attached my card to see what my results would be from a doctor before committing to the medication. Especially to see if I can attach my insurance. THEY CHARGED MY CARD AS SOON AS THEY DECIDED WHAT MEDICINE TO PRESCRIBE ME!! didn’t even ask if they had the ok, or to confirm if I still wanted the medicine. You took ALL my money that was left in my account and put me in the negatives with no clear way of canceling or fixing anything. I legally have the right to sue over this. I want a refund as soon as possible.

BEWARE THEY WILL SCAM YOU. I got my “free “ consultation to see if it was something I would possibly want to start . What they don’t tell you is that if the doctor “decides “ to start you on medication they don’t let you know in advanced they automatically send out medication and charge your care over $100 !!! If you reach out to customer service they are 0 help!!! They just tell you that unfortunately they already started to “ fulfill your medication at the pharmacy and can’t stop it “ but they will make sure to cancel your order after 3 months … COMPLETE SCAM !!!

Horrible Psychiatric Help. I am a member right now and I am extremely unhappy with the services. I have just had a difficult time trying to find some kind of alternative so thats why i am stuck using this app still because I desperately need some kind of medication for my anxiety so some is better than none i suppose. But overall this app is horrible. They constantly dismiss my anxiety symptoms. I have had to switch medications several times now. Every single time you need help you have to talk to someone new (you dont have one set assigned provider) and reexplain everything to them all over again. I feel unheard, uncomfortable talking to them and almost like just giving up entirely but i am so scared my anxiety and depression will get out of control if i do. Would not recommend this app to anyone ever.

“Primary Care” is a SCAM. I’ve been using Hers for a few months now and there were no issues until recently. Their “Primary Care” visits are a straight up scam. You’re basically paying $39 to send a message to a provider, but they don’t have to help you. After my initial request for an appointment, the NP asked me NO follow up questions, and told me to go see a provider in-person. That defeats the whole purpose and was a complete waste of money. I wasn’t even recommended a medication, absolutely NOTHING. Very disappointing and TERRIBLE customer service. Brianna huffed and puffed on the phone when I asked about a refund and was very dismissive. Sad how people take advantage these days.

Just go to your primary care. I had some neck pain/ dizziness and head pressure and it says that they can help with neck pain. So I thought it would be easier to just do this online and pay $39. Well I do the questionnaire they provided and a couple hours later I get a message back from a NP (nurse practitioner) saying that they can’t help me because my my headache and dizziness can be something more serious. I did reply back and let them know that it’s neck pain, dizziness, and head pressure and I didn’t get a reply back and got charged the $39. I contacted chat and they did not help. They said they couldn’t refund me. Just go to a primary care provider. Don’t waste your time on this.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.. I had no say in whether or not I wanted to move forward with the medication they prescribed. They just told me what they were giving me and immediately shipped it out. You don’t even have a phone call with the psychiatrist, they just read your symptoms and pick a med for you. I immediately responded to the message asking to cancel and stating that I did not want the particular medication they chose to prescribe, and didn’t get a response until AFTER the medication was billed and shipped, at which point they said they would cancel. I PAID OVER $200 FOR SOMETHING I DO NOT WANT AND WILL NOT USE. I regret trying this service so, so much.

Not for actual help, seems more celeb trendy. Can’t get my actual antidepressant continued through this platform as an alternative to seeing a therapist irl. I just changed insurance and thought this could be a valid new option to continue a prescription I have taken for the last 5 years. I couldn’t pass the intake form? Weird. Seemed like mental health medicine was “trending” so maybe there’s no room on this platform for a veteran depression warrior. Time to enter the therapy waiting pool thru my new insurance. Thanks for nothing, Hers.

Beware of Unscrupulous pricing for minoxidil. If you have insurance, make sure to check your meds coverage before signing up because the cost might be WAY cheaper with insurance. I signed up on Hers without realizing that it doesn’t link up with / take insurance. I was prescribed low dose minoxidil which Hers charges $90 for 3 months. Afterwards I checked my insurance coverage and it costs only $2.5 for 3 months!? Yes, less than 3 dollars, and Hers charges almost $100. Will not purchase this from Hers. Unscrupulous pricing taking advantage of people’s impulses.

I feel like myself again. I don’t have the words for how much this changed my life. I didn’t realize how bad I had let it get. It was getting harder and harder to mask my depression so I started isolating myself. This made help feel attainable.

Amazing app!. Having the Hers app on my phone is amazing because right can easily manage all my subscriptions and I have easy access to the concierge who can answer my questions. I highly recommend downloading the app, it will serve you on the long run!

Price. While it seems nice to pay 85$ a month for a prescription that comes right to your door you face the issue that I can get the same prescription from Walgreens for 6$…. It’s also an SSRI meaning if they have trouble getting the product I could go days- weeks without taking the medication leading me into withdraw and losing all the progress I made.

Started Journal. Today after watching the videos, I started my journal. I am excited to see my progress. I feel confident with my treatment. Thanks Hers!

My birth control has arrived late three months in a row. I have had to start my next pack a few days late (once over a week late) three months in a row. Kind of ruins the convenience of delivery if it’s less effective

Not worth it!. Unwilling to help because lexapro has bad side affects for me. And I expressed that I don’t want to use Xanax as it makes me pass out which is not something I can use as I am a mother of 5 and need to stay awake for my children and I got a “we can not help you due to multiple failed medications” message. So unless you’ve never been prescribed anything and you have no opinion on what works for you they’re unwilling to help. How do I get my debit card info off of this site?

I can’t even log into the app. No other issues other than I could not log in for an hour despite resetting my password 5 different times, I can only log in through a browser and constantly get told “wrong user/password combination” on the app. Frustrating isn’t even the word for this.

Do do get anything from this company!. First off this company is a scam! They do not even deserve a star! The company lie to get you to try to do a “monthly” payment but when you sign a consent and not meet with an actually doctors they will charge you full price right away instead of the monthly payment you wanted you to do. And when you try to cancel and have not receive your product they refuse to give your money back! So I HIGHLY, suggest do not go with this company. They don’t care. They only want you for your money!

Don’t expect to get your money back. Was never notified that I had an order being processed so they took my money and because it wasn’t 2 days before hand never even knew to begin with i now get some bogus medication that can’t be returned even tho it’s not even shipped and there’s no way to get my money back. Worst company better off going to an actual doctor for your treatment

Clean, concise and easy to use. Works like a charm! All the info about the products in a clean format that’s easy to read and navigate. I especially appreciate being able to mange my subscription from the app.

Takes Forever & You’ve Already Paid. They charge for a certain amount of months; however, after being approved I’ve been waiting over 5 weeks for medications to ship and it’s NOT Ozempic. They will charge again in a few months and I have nothing. Buyer beware.

Was working great until….. I love this app but I can’t use it as there is a welcome screen that fills up the whole phone screen but I cannot scroll down to hit “continue” it doesn’t stay scrolled and resets back so I cannot see anything but a welcome message. I would love to be able to utilize the app as logging into the website on my phone is a pain. But until this welcome screen issue is fixed, I literally cannot see anything in my account.

Liarrrssss. Read between the lines when ordering your prescription!! Charged me $128 for a prescription i thought was $25. Luckily i realized and canceled within 24 hrs and the customer service rep was very kind. They need to be more clear on they’re charged and prescription methods. just go to your regular health provider and get the ugly yellow bottle and save 100$. Not worth it for a cute bottle and mail order.

Wasted Time. I didn’t get the impression from the ads there was a limit to how many prescriptions you can be on to use this. Since I take both an antidepressant and anxiety medication, I can’t use this. I feel like those are probably pretty common together and would not have wasted my time and made an account that I have to have deleted now if I had known. Maybe ask a question at the beginning and give a heads up for anyone indicating more than 1 medication?

Just don’t. There is no proof, half of their products do not even list ingredients. Many “professional” interactions on here have been the complete opposite. This app is dangerous and convinces people that there is finally someone to listen when it just isn’t true. Don’t get your hopes up, it will likely only frustrate you further.

Easy app to use. The HERS app is easy to use. My subscriptions are easy to find. Chat with patient support was quick to find and they resolved my issue immediately.

Thanks for nothing. I tried to sign up to get online anxiety treatment because seeing an in person doctor is not an option for because of, you know, ANXIETY. But my request was denied and they told me I am “better-suited” for in-person treatment. So I guess I will just suffer 🙃 The commercials make it seem like you can get help even if you have severe anxiety, but don’t get your hopes up.

Take the Chance. I used this virtual platform to seek assistance on ways to better navigate my mental health! I would definitely give this app 5/5! I mean the whole experience honestly! From the convenience to the ease of use, I love Hers!

Overcharge and make it hard to cancel. I was charged $147 for a 3 month supply of Ssris. I asked them to cancel and they wouldn't cancel the shipment and don't allow refunds. They also sell your data to third parties and make canceling a pain once they can autocharge your card. Terrible customer service. Avoid if at all possible.

THEY ARE A SCAM. I thought I was gonna be makeing monthly payments of 30$ but instead they charged me fully of 348$ that I don’t have now my account is in the negatives I did this to help my mental health but now it’s made it worse they just subscribe you a random medication without talking to u or asking u it didn’t even cover all my issues I needed help with they just ignored my concerns when I tried asking questions and they don’t refund they clearly don’t care about you they just want your money don’t use !

If i could give it 0 stars, i would. If i could give it 0 stars, i would. they denied my prescription after being diagnosed, they ignore my messages, i tried calling and their customer service is so incompetent. they can’t help you with anything. truly one of the worst customer service experiences i’ve ever had. i never leave negative comments but i felt like i had to. it’s almost a scam.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Do yourself a favor, and go see an actual doctor. Hers will automatically charge you $40 without a telehealth visit or give you an opportunity to speak to a real doctor. They'll deny you treatment/medication and STEAL your money. They claim it's just like a real office visit, but the doctor will just send you an email, and say you need to see someone else and there's absolutely ZERO CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE. They have a chat box and it's just the same answer: we have a strict financial policy and we can deny you treatment without even speaking to you.

READ THIS BEFORE DOWNLOADING! DONT WAIST YOUR TIME!. IF YOU HAVE A PARENT THAT HAS A MENTAL HEALTH DIAGNOSIS OR IF YOU THINK THEY DO, you will be declined and instructed to seek a mental health provider locally. I was quickly declined after sharing that I believe my father had a mental health history. At least thats all that I could imagine I was declined for being I have no mental health record and this is recent stresses that landed me on the site. Do not waste your time getting excited for the insight they may have or assistance with treatment. I was let down and told I have a complex mental health history even. No explanation provided beyond that. Well done HERS!

Don’t waste your money. I did the 3 month subscription and filled the info out to get on medication for my anxiety. That together was almost $200. I then went to apply for a therapist because I don’t want to take medication without talking to anyone first. I was denied therapy saying I didn’t meet the “criteria”. Now I’ve been on hold for 2 hours for ANYONE to answer me about getting a refund. Not worth anyones time.

Great app for great products.. I have been using the skincare for a good amount of time and so happy the app is finally here. Helps streamline and make quick easy access to manage your subscription. Side note- best skincare I’ve used!! I have always had issues with hormonal acne and this really helped clear it up.

Just another scam…. This is just another scam out there to prey on people begging for help. Don’t waste your money. Just talk to an AI bot and you’ll get the same results without being gaslit that someone is out there you wants to help. Currently trying to get my account deleted but they make that extremely difficult for you to do too. If you download this app you’ll just end up feeling like am idiot. Love these mental health apps making you feel worse afterwards.

SCAM!!!!!!!. It’s impossible to remove your account and all of the “sources” they give you to cancel will just give you the work around. Had to give an arm and a leg to cancel an account literally made five minutes beforehand. Talked to a doctor and they immediately started to try and charge me $150 for a medication I had no knowledge of. Don’t waste your time.

Ease of Use. Easy to navigate app, plus super quick and helpful support staff if you run into any issues. Keeping track of my medications/refills is so easy and everyone at hers that I’ve spoken with has been exceptionally kind and helpful. Would absolutely recommend!

SCAM.. Went through the assessment and as I pressed complete, they charged my credit card. No idea what I’ve been prescribed and only one message between me and the provider. Nothing about payment had been discussed the entire time in the last 48 hours they have tried to charge my account four times and they will not respond to any customer service helpdesk questions. I put through both email and in their chat, and if I go to cancel my subscription it shows that I don’t have one. HEY HERS IF YOU’RE LOOKING AT THIS, YOU STILL HAVEN’T REPLIED!!!!

Not Healthcare. If you want to spend $40 to fill out a google form and get a form response saying they won’t provide care, then you’ll love it. With so many telehealth options available nowadays it’s wild that they are trying this little to provide care. Stay away and use one of the many other options where you can actually speak with a doctor.

Jumping Hoops. So after taking the survey and getting a comment from a doctor they immediately wanted to charge me I get that but Before I could even have a back and forth with the doctor and even read the comment I couldn’t because after 3x at least of changing my password it still wouldn’t let me into the app. I’m disappointed to be honest it’s frustrating I’ll have another go but please try to understand what the customer who’s already reaching out for help feels jumping through hoops for health care.

Disappointed. I was looking forward to receiving treatment without the anxiety of speaking to a doctors. However, I was prescribed a medication I wrote in my questionnaire that didn’t work for me… the fact that they just prescribe whatever they want without your consent is ridiculous. It should still require one last consent after the dr chooses the treatment. How are you just automatically billed without you approving the treatment?

Helps alot. I was able to have a visit with a provider about my mental health and did it all from the comfort of my home

Complete waste of my time. Answered every question they had regarding my anxiety and depression. They confirmed I suffer from a fair amount of both then proceeds to tell me at the end that I’m not a viable candidate but can’t explain why. Just tells me I’d be better treated in person, even though not having the time to go see a doctor in person was my main reason for turning to HERS. “I know this is frustrating” well thanks for being of absolute NO HELP

Subscription. At the beginning the app said start a subscription and do this discounted rate for three months for $46 and I went ahead and signed up for them to charge me $123. That’s not what I signed up for and now I can’t get in touch with anyone to cancel my subscription or order and refund me because I can’t do that! I reached out for help and I got the shaft

DONT TRUST THIS APP!!!!. The app shows you a monthly breakdown but advertises as monthly payments. I was not the first to be fooled. They will charge you the FULL 3, 6, 12 months at once. They won’t refund you either even if nothing has shipped to you. The doctors ask you a few preset questions but don’t actually speak to you till AFTER they provide the treatment plan. They don’t ask you enough about your mental health. They just give everyone prescriptions. DONT TRUST. I never write reviews but wow this app sure disappointed .

not great. the app is only good if you know what medicine you want exactly. if you’re new to anti’s it’s terrible. they told let you discuss the dose or what medication to take. I wanted to start on a lower dose but they had already shipped it and couldn’t do anything about it. waste of money. I was given no help.

The best for holistic wellness. I’ve been using hers for years now & this app is just what you need to stay up to date & manage all of your orders/subscriptions & get support to all of your questions!

Not worth it. Sure they advertise they’re willing to help ALL women get setup with whatever care they need. Until they ask you all the medical questions and your history to only tell you, sorry you’re not a candidate for Her’s. Don’t waste your time as it’s another useless scam for overall healthcare. I was really excited and now it just feels bad all over again.

Waste of time. This is a joke. Don’t waste your time. Please read the reviews first. I’m honestly surprised this place hasn’t been shut down. I have never written a review before and have so much more I could go on about how unethical this company is but I’ve already wasted enough of my evening. Please please read the review before sharing anything with these “people” most importantly your credit card information.

BUYER BEWARE!! Huge Scam!!. They charge your card and don’t consult with you about anything. Basically you have no say so in your treatment plan. Initially I was thrown off by this but decided to trust the process. Of course the medication never gets delivered and now I’m out of $100. They stole money from me and won’t refund me. I tried to get them to send a replacement but they said I wait to wait for the package to turn up first which is bogus. I’m currently working with my bank to retrieve the money back from these thieves. 0/10 recommend.

Amazing. My anxiety makes me nervous for 1:1 doctor appts but I really needed something for my depression. This was so private and easy. Big fan and I’m so much better with my meds now!

Can’t press continue button to access info. The app is basically not usable bc the continue button is outside of the screen range. Using an iphone. I saw someone else had the same problem and the solutions offered by the developer do not work. Hopefully they fix this.

Amazing!. I feel like this app was LONG overdue! The bright colors, easy navigation, and helpful content really stand out. What I love the most is that it’s very simple to chat with doctors, skip your refill, and shop for other products and services. This app makes me want to hang around a little longer and see what else Hers has to offer whereas on the website, I would be quick to check in with my doctor and log off. Check it out for yourself!

Streamlined wellness, now on-the-go. Love how this app makes it so simple to manage my skin, hair, and wellness subscriptions from hers on-the-go! I travel a lot, so having this app makes it quick and easy to skip a delivery or order more product when I need it. Super streamlined and well designed, thanks hers!

Don’t bother with this service. I saw some ads for this company that said they prescribe Propranolol for anxiety. I took the questionnaire and indicated that I would like to start propranolol as it has done very well in treating my anxiety, since I have the physical symptoms since I do a lot a public speaking. They immediately denied me and said they can’t treat me. Super frustrating to see that they do advertise they prescribe it, on their own website no less! So if you are like me, and interested in or have taken propranolol before don’t bother with this company.

Why. Getting started was easy and smooth but why is it that when i canceled for personal reasons, you all are still trying to take money from me. I didn’t even actually get started, not even assigned a doctor. Can this stop !? It’s getting to be alot !
