App not working. I have 8 tickets reserved and its saying the tickets arent ready?? Why can i not access tickets?

Sign In. There is issue with me when I sign in

“No ticket associated with your email”. I have purchased 6 tickets and several weeks ago I had sent 3 tickets to my family/friends. I have just logged into the app now and it says “there is no ticket associated with your email address.” I have logged out then in, deleted and redos loaded the app, etc. Same issue. This is a huge flaw in an app that will be needed by millions. Fix it ASAP!

Not Displaying Tickets. Logged into app via FIFA account and the app is saying I don’t have any tickets associated to my account.

Issue accessing my downloaded tickets. Up until before I updated iOS my tickets were accessible through the app. I checked yesterday and the tickets are gone. I am the primary applicant and it says that there are no tickets associated to my email. I deleted and added the app and. Ow it does not let me login, ugh!! My first game is in less than 5 days. No tickets showing till now. Keep giving no tickets associated with email. Very confusing, very frustrating, app should have been tested proper before World Cup event or don’t force this method if not working well.
