Getting annoying. I got the original Sweatcoin back in 2019 but what’s becoming annoying is the fact that 1 I did the opt-in option so my coins and tokens would be matched but that’s didn’t happen. 2 for some reason now I can’t access my swear wallet because now it says it’s not gonna be available in the U.S for another 33 days 😑but it was available yesterday when it launched in the U.S so now I’m confused what’s happening with the app I need answers

There’s bugs and no customer support!. The free claim coin just does not work at all! It just continues to stay at 0 and been like that for over a week now. Also there’s no way to contact customer support?? I’m realizing more n more of these crypto apps will not put an option to be able to communicate with developers to let them know of these bugs. Oh well it is what it is I guess. I really liked this wallet and the concept that it can give ANYONE an equal opportunity to earn crypto without having to invest. Some of us are poor and wasn’t educated on cryptocurrencies till way later.

Not earning for steps. Paid for a year subscription and I’m not earning anything! Earned the first few weeks then stopped earning!!!! Your company claims I the app the first 6,000 steps get changed for the crypto coin …. It’s been days walking and every day say I earned 0.000 coins ! Soooo it’s a scam to me , I would kindly like my money back , I can invest it in something better.

Sweat wallet review!!. This app has changed my life for the better allowing me to walk and live a healthier life and get paid to do so how can you beat that. With this new crypto wallet I’ve been able to pay others in sweat coins and add value to my everyday steps. How cool is that!!

Jars aren’t working. I love Sweat Coins, so when I heard ya’ll were going crypto, I was super excited. I’ve had the wallet since it could be downloaded. And I waited . Now it’s open and every time I try to create a jar is pops up with an error. How dissappointing.

NOT A CRYPTO OR FITNESS APP!. They wanted to be both and failed miserably. All you do is try to earn coin to enter drawing to win rewards. You don’t actually get anything unless you are lucky enough to win one of them and to enter to win you need to have “Near” credit and to get that you have to pay for it. The app doesn’t accurately track steps. They aren’t really a crypto currency app, as much as they was to pretend they are. So I am not really seeing the point of this app. If you want to track steps and earn, try Evidation. You can actually get cash for walking, working out, reading articles, and answering health surveys. Get Stash or something else for crypto. This isn’t worth the space on your phone.

Confused…. So on Sweatcoin it directs me to claim my share of the 690M launch pool in sweat wallet, which expires in 4:48:17. I tap “open sweat wallet” and AGAIN, after actually first prompting me to update the app this time, once opened, it shows me a countdown timer til the US launch. The exact same time on the timer as the expiry date for claiming my share of the pot. How exactly is that supposed to work? I have 4:48 to claim, but the sweat wallet app won’t launch in the US for 4:48? I’ve been using Sweatcoin since 2019 and honestly if I’m going to end up getting shafted out of receiving anything, I’m done with it. The app has gotten more and more bloated and somehow worse with actually recording all of my steps, despite being linked to my Health data, which contains a detailed record of all of my steps/should be what is shown on Sweatcoin. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Disappointed. There’s been plenty of people giving the same complaint, the login loop, and all you guys are able to copy and paste is “we’re sorry, email us for help” instead of fixing the problem? I’ve seen the same reply to multiple people instead of one of you saying you’re working to fix the problem, or if anyone is going to. I’ve been using the original app for over 5 years, and this little add on is testing my patience.

Coins earned for years did not transfer to wallet.. The title pretty much says it, I’ve got a few thousand Sweatcoins, signed up for the crypto conversion and nothing. I’m stuck on the days till launch screen

Can't convert sweatcoin to sweat. I was under the impression that we could convert our sweatcoin balance to sweat...... I don't see this feature in the app yet or was this option taken away without a newsletter? Also opening the app now and it is showing a 33 day countdown until it goes live. Lots of bugs and cloudy communication for us in the States. Can someone please explain???? Thanks.

Sweatcoin wallet review. I’m from the USA and I’ve been waiting for wayy to long. Firstly, I had to wait for over 40 days the first time. Then, as the countdown ran out it’s back to 40 days now. So, probably it’s never getting released soon since now it says 38 days heavily disappointed if your from the USA I recommend either waiting or forgetting about this there’s various other wallets to choose from. If the devs read this please do something about this or let me know the day it comes out. Sincerely , Sweat Waller User

Cool Idea but in app game doesn’t give correct points. I like the app overall but the in app game called Sweat Hero doesn’t give the correct amount of points per win. When you win they tax a certain amount which is okay, but it gives you a total number of points that your supposed to win and it doesn’t give even half that. You’re wagering you own points too, so it’s always you are wagering more points then you are winning, because it’s not giving the correct amount. For example the last game I played I wagered 5,000 points to win 10,000. They tax 2,000 and I am supposed to win 8,000 but have only been receiving 3,000. Then if I lose, I lose my 5,000. Cool app overall but just annoyed at the in app game that isn’t correlating with what they say it should be doing.

Doesn’t work since the last update. I have trouble with the app since the last update. It freezes when i want to start the sweat hero game, I can’t join any rewards anymore and it’s just not running as smoothly as it used to

Countdown resets. The countdown said 11 days until it launched in the US. I waited. Now it’s saying 5 days 17 hours and so on. This is absurd. Everyone has been experiencing this and there has been no explanation given from them about why it keeps resetting. I got an email earlier this week saying I’d be able to access my wallet on October 17th even though the counter at the time said it would open today, the 11th. I’m annoyed and confused and not having a good time. The developers owe us an explanation and not just telling us to keep the app updated.

Awesome Sweepstakes!. My biggest problem with this app is you enter sweepstakes and they don’t show you the sweepstake results once the sweepstakes have ended. In the USA the federal trade commission would probably have a problem with sweatwallet not providing sweepstakes results. I’m not sure how it’s acceptable for sweatwallet to charge you crypto to enter a sweepstakes but then not let you view the results or send you to a results page with broken links not showing results. In the rare event you win a sweepstakes, they will send you an email. Hopefully that doesn’t go to your spam folder. For all we know they could be giving their sweepstakes to friends and family. I don’t trust their sweepstakes at all but I keep entering. Check for sweepstake results about 3 weeks after it’s ended. Don’t expect for a sweepstakes to end and then see results the same day or the day after. Their notion website doesn’t even have all the results. Update: I just looked for the paramount+ sweepstakes winner on notion which ended 6 days gap and the winner wasn’t listed. Their sweepstakes are sketchy no doubt about it. Maybe I should have gone to their twitter or maybe I should have gone to their app or maybe I should have gone to their notion website or maybe I should have checked my email or really what happens is all of those options fail everytime I enter a sweepstakes.

Best way to earn without strain. I’ve had the sweat coin app for a long time now. I like that it’s stayed simple and easy to manage don’t regret it at all just walk and earn

What happen to app it worked then stop. The app was launched it was working I was on it able to see everything on it then I closed it and it being relaunched why is it doing that for? Let me back in the app

Notning work.. I downloaded the app when it first came out. once it reached the 30 day mark it went up going back up for another 30 days. The app was finally launched yesterday and I couldn’t do anything couldn’t create a jar couldn’t set phrases now I can’t even login. So I would wait for a while until they get it together. I did email but of course they email back saying high demands right now will get back to you when we can. Welp.

Great fitness concept. Saying words like Web3, P2E, blockchain, etc would most likely confuse most on a bonified Health App/dApp review, let alone the word crypto so I won’t bother; however… It’s not only a great app for tracking steps for your walks, runs, strolls, daily activities etc, but it also helps introduce you to the world of digital wallets and NFTs - if you want to expand to the gamified HERO (Beta), and sweat wallet on the NEAR web3 protocol. There, I said it without saying it. Lol. I’ve been using it since July 22.. and it’s only getting better in my opinion.

Sweat coin is awesome :). This app not only helps me keep track of my health but helps me earn at the same time. No membership fees just a pure great application. Love that we earn crypto and looking forward to keep using it forever.

Disappointed. I was excited for this new wallet to release but now I see it’s a waste of time and a low key scam. I have been a user of Sweatcoin since 2019. I “opted in” for the sweat wallet before the 12th of September. I did not get any $sweat allocated to me for all my sweatcoins. On top of that I am a resident in the United States and the app claims it has not be launched in the US for another 33 days. That’s straight crap because I was using the app all day yesterday and even into the early morning of today. No issues then. When I woke up this morning all a sudden now I have to wait 33 more days to use the app. What a joke. Very disappointing and I can assure I will not have any positive things to say about this app or company to others.

Not workin. I dont know whats goin on but i been waiting for the U.S count down for aout two months now and when the countdown gets the end it refreshes the last time happens about a month and then I just checked it about five minutes ago and then it said it was gonna be 22 hours and now a day and four hours

Failed your long term community. Been with sweatcoin since 2020, that’s a long time to be promising a product that’s worthwhile. From what I can tell this company used us its original investors to fund sweat its crypto but now refuses to allow us, those that invested in sweatcoin ( the initial promise) to convert those coins we worked for into the crypto. It may not be a scam per say but it’s definitely a betrayal of those that gave sweat token the potential that it has.

Great Motivation!. I haven’t run in 15yrs, once I downloaded the app it gave me that little push and I’ve been running over 10 miles a week now!

Huge potential!!. I’ve been reading the reviews for this app all night. Most people that have problems with this app are uneducated. They don’t understand the difference between this app and Sweatcoin, or they missed the launch date, or whatever. I wish people would do a little research before they squawk at the moon. I’m super impressed with this wallet and with the Sweat Token. This app encourages you to be active with your wallet, which will only help the community grow and stay engaged. I have high hopes for the future of SWEAT, I’m this close 🤏🏼 to being a 20k SWEAT Token holder. Keep building and keep growing!!

Good app. This app is good however, it is glitchy sometimes and some of the images don’t load but hopefully with updates, they will be able to fix it.

Less than 30 Hours till Release. Timer till release has worked faithfully and I am extremely excited to see the conversion and am working on helping others gain more from sweat equity! It starts with a step!!!

THEY STOLE FROM ME!!!. I bought some NEAR coins specifically to use to buy some sweat coins. Well after purchasing the near coins, I exchanged them for sweat coins, sweat wallet deducted the total from my balance of NEAR coins, BUT NEVER GIVE ME THE SWEAT COINS! I reached out to support, got one response, and I have not heard from them since. I’ve sent a total of 5 follow up emails and they will not respond. I will be looking into doing a charge back on my credit card. I was so excited for this coin and service, I have been using the Sweatcoin app for years before they launched the sweat wallet and the crypto sweat coin, but after this, I’ll never give a red cent to this company again. I work for my money, unlike them.

Cool concept that doesn’t work. I love the idea of this but it simply hasn’t worked for me, when trying to stake SWEAT in a Jar it’ll say it completes but then the app shows that I have no jars. Trying multiple times to create a jar the gas fee and NEAR was charged every time without the jar ever being created, now I’m left with no NEAR to be able to complete any transaction. Unfortunately I no longer trust this to work correctly to put any more time or effort into it.

App has a lot of bugs. Since yesterday I have been trying to trade sweat for usdt and had no luck so today I tried to trade near for usdt and it was deducted and still haven’t received any usdt in my account. Starting to look like a scam to me. Hope I will get my usdt or get my near back cause I bought that near using other crypto platforms and it’s a headache moving all of this just to have it disappear. Also the rewards area is kinda fishy , I have entered many contests and never won anything or it’s just my bad luck but don’t think I will be entering contests anymore especially if my crypto is disappearing when trying to trade fix this asap.

Great concept, Greater confusion, Greatest Hope. To be honest, I didn’t know what was happening when Sweat started. I’m a member of Sweat Coin since 2019 and when Sweat rolled out, I signed up. It took a friend of mine who is privy to digital currency to explain it to me, even after “learning” through the app. There is one issue though, there is no way to contact support, of any kind. I tried to creat my 3rd growth jar and get “receiver not available.” Also, even though sweat coin is registering my steps, neither sweatcoin nor sweat wallet is converting them for two weeks, now. Guess what, no way to contact support!?!? I’ve offloaded sweatcoin, but I’m afraid to offload Sweat wallet because I don’t know how to log back in or what’s going to happen when I try to reinstall it. When I pull up my profile, 5 options: • create new secret phrase •view private key •terms and conditions •privacy policy •log out At least 1 Sweat is worth about $0.01, but from the start this whole deal has been obscure, ambiguous, confusing, esoteric, even with the learning articles. So, 50% happy, 49% lost in confusion, 1% hopeful

Doesn’t work. I keep not accumulating anything from sweatcoin despite taking between 8,000 And 14,000 steps and they keep changing the rules on how it gets accumulated making it harder to get your steps that you ALREADY TOOK to add up. So they’re putting more work and pressure on the user to do this or that (log in multiple times a day and whatnot)(with no retroactivity so that the steps you’ve already taken actually count) to make it work instead of fixing obvious problems themselves with the way it works. I’m done. This whole thing is a sham and a waste of time because it doesn’t work unless you’re willing to jump through a ton of hoops in the right order at the right time, hoops that they keep changing. It’s garbage.

Not what I expected. I have been using Sweatcoin for around 4 years now so when I saw that they were making a cryptocurrency I was excited. I have a ton of sweatcoins so I thought I was going to be rich now that I could actually use them on something ever since Sweatcoin got rid of the ability to buy stuff with sweatcoins. After waiting the month to actually be able to use the app, none of my sweatcoins turned into sweat currency. I’m not sure if it just didn’t load my sweatcoins or if my sweatcoins are going to remain useless because they can’t be converted. Whatever the case, it is not what I was expecting.

Making money while walking.. There is no easier way to make money than this. Sweatcoin makes this easy and fun. Love it

Best crypto ever. I love this app and the time and effort they put into this there literally helping and changing peoples lives . I love the people that have helped make this happen

Worse experience than the original. Have had the Sweatcoin app for years and have found of late that the marketplace offers only discounts that you can access without the app. I went to download this app thinking I can finally use my Sweatcoins again and was so wrong. I’m stuck in an endless cycle of “login with Sweatcoin -> approve in Sweatcoin -> link in browser to download sweat wallet (which I already have) -> open app -> and repeat”.

Wallet Question. My Sweat Wallet app is only in a countdown screen, where I can not interact with it, is that normal for US users until the October launch, and is it true there’s only a small window ( one day)to get access to the app/wallet? Thanks

App not ready?. I’m very confuse, I was able to go into the app this morning for about 20 minutes just to see. I was gonna put some of the sweatcoins into a jar later and check out some of the bids that were going on there but when I went back to open the app, it says the app will open in 33 days. So is the app ready or not?

Awesome app but I have some questions?. This app is so good and unlike Sweat coin you get real money. But it say 720 day until I unlock all my sweat tokens. Like really I think that is ridiculous. But all in all this is and awesome app so download it now!

Extremely shady practices. Fantastic concept but the coin economy and development behind it is terrible. It’s completely not worth the time. Like I look at Brave and BAT which rewards users for ads and it is way more rewarding than this. And being limited to only earn basically 1 coin per day when coins are less than a cent meaning a whole year of interacting with this app you net $3.65 pretty lame. Add the whole battles thing where the risk is higher than reward and you have a great concept turned lame due to greed. There are other M2E games that are much more rewarding of time. Edit: I’m now also finding out that they secretly charge you gas fees in Near token as well as fees of Sweat. An absolute scam. Makes sense to have gas fees of the protocol it uses but this is never once mentioned and it was my understanding the sweat token did this for you. They also don’t show how much gets removed in any form of transaction history. Everything about this app spells scam. Run, don’t walk, away from this app. It’s terrible projects like this that make most people afraid of crypto.

Great Idea. Poor execution.. Delayed launches are always a bad sign. Now a few weeks after the launch….confirmed flop. Sweatcoin balance trickles into Wallet over 2 years 😂. Thats obviously lame for any OG Sweatcoin user. Hero Game is fun and a bright spot, but glitchy. Often takes a long time to find an opponent, and when there’s no opponent it will take your energy and battle coin anyway. After reading reviews they respond with the generic “email our support”, we did, you don’t answer. Give me my coin back and release my balance now, not over the next 2 years.

Sweat wallet. I don’t know tell me why when I look it says 8 more days to launch the app and then it goes down and then I go to look at it and it goes up so I don’t know what’s going on in this app or is it just me because I’m trying to spend money but the time of the app to come out in the USA idk why so sweat wallet do something about this.

Can’t add to growth jar. I love how thought out the app is. I also love how I can lock my coin in a jar for a certain percentage. But when I try to add the coin to the jar an confirm it, it continues to say “something went wrong” and I can’t add the coin. I know it just launched in the US not to long ago but there’s a bug that prevents me from adding to my growth jar causing me to miss out on rewards.

Hero. In the app there is a sweat hero function which I think is fun. Buuuuuut I have had 3 games where I play BETTER than my opponent yet the win because there legs have more power. Since you get the legs by luck I think this is stupid and should should get fixed please, thank you. -Austin

Lost all sweatcoins. I got an email in October stating “There are only 2 days left before we share 690M $SWEAT with users who opt in by 11:59 p.m. PST on October 16, 2023”. I went through the process of getting the wallet and nothing happened. I emailed support and they said that I could only have done it by September 12th which I got no notification of anywhere. Either this is a total scam or it’s so poorly put together that it might as well be a scam.

Cool concept but…. I like the concept but whenever I do that hero battles I can get all perfects and the opponent gets 300 more points than me and you can’t even use the spin and win wheel because an ad pops up then the wheel spins endlessly I do not recommend this app the devs have some work to get done the app isn’t even finished should’ve been worked on for another month

Scam. I don’t think it’s fair or right the Sweatcoin is even advertising this all you keep saying is it will be launched in the USA soon as possible. Keep your phone updated that sounds like a scam to me, so yeah I want iPhones to stay updated so you can get into our phones and get her information, correct That will not happen. I am deleting this app now.

Thank you!. I have been waiting for this for a very long time! Sweat Coin and Sweat Wallet are by far the best exercise rewards ecosystem on the App Store by far. I love everything so far, the only addition I would ask for is the ability to convert Sweat Coins, maybe 1,000 to 1 or 500 to 1. Add that and I’m a premium member for life!

Time not as time same. Great app but the time you earned the coins needs working on, as it’s doesn’t match my time frame. It’s seem it’s working in the future.

Meh. I’ve used the Sweat app for a while now but try to open the wallet and it tells me that something is missing. It wants me to activate/log in from the link in an email. No email is sent so I can’t activate the wallet. Seems pretty pointless going around in circles and still achieving nothing.

Sweat Wallet review. Sweat Wallet is incredibly easy to learn, and the prizes are incredible. I always log on to the app, to see what new prizes I can enter and win. Maybe a Tesla, or a free Holiday!! There are so many sick prizes! Absolutely rate this app and Sweatcoin!

Activation email. Been using the swear coin before sweat wallet and unfortunately I can’t login into my sweat wallet due to I can’t find my activation email is there anyway I can recover the email?

Endless loop of not being able to login. Asks me to login through the sweat app, which then takes me to downloading this app through the App Store, which I have already downloaded. Ultimately, this app just doesn’t work

Promising gamification of walking. Decent user design for gamification of walking. Limited technical support.

steps not converting to SWEAT!. The app is great but even when i’ve done more than 6000 steps a day, my steps don’t always covert to SWEAT each day. This needs to be fixed urgently as many others have complained about the same problem.

Love it. Love this app. I used this app a few years ago and lost my account due to someone stealing my phone. I had generated quite a lot of sweat points and was quite disappointed when crypto started. Am excited to continue with sweat coin as my main walking app. Thank you

Unable to create growth jars. I’m liking the apps but recently have been unable to create growth jars. It just comes up with a ‘pending’ notification

Can’t login and receive coins. So annoyed I have so much crypto being withheld because I can’t login as I changed phone so I need the activation email which was never sent as I’ve searched my mail and I didn’t delete it I’ve contacted support and there saying they will reset my balance and there’s no other way I’ve got a mad amount of crypto being withheld very frustrated help would be appreciated

Can’t login. Tried logging in through sweatcoin and can’t as it’s asking for an activation email, i’ve checked and haven’t received one.. ive tried contacting sweatcoin and haven’t received anything back and can’t find a support email for SWEAT

Some bugs. Good, but my balance does not update on the sweat wallet app.

The whole app. So I can’t login to sweat economy, it won’t let me sign up, sign in, anything. The app doesn’t explain where to find,sell, buy sweat. Doesn’t say what other apps u will need if u do need any. Doesn’t say if u can withdraw SWEAT into real life money. This app doesn’t give much important information, and doesn’t help much, I really wanted to like this app as I really want SWEAT to go well, but it just isn’t structured very well.

The best crypto app. The sweat is the one and only crypto movement app I have and it’s has to be one of the greates out there. I would suggest anyone to download it and stack sweat cause you never know what future brings .

Gate to Crypto. I had kept myself outside of the world if crypto currency. With this app I get my first step and also this app has helped me grow both my portfolio and my knowledge

Fun way to make a couple bucks.. A simple way to gamify daily exercise, while making a few dollars along the way. You won’t become rich playing, but you’ve got nothing to lose by downloading it, and it will introduce you to crypto and DeFi communities.

Steps not converting. The last 2 days my steps haven’t converted to sweat coins and subsequently aren’t converting to the new Sweat either. Great concept and enjoy using but something isn’t working properly 😵‍💫

Needs more prizes thst you can win. I went into more then half the draws in my app and when I check to see if I won anything I hadn’t the app makes it hard to win anything,it would be greatly appreciate if you could make more items that people can actually win other than people wasting their time just to not get anything

Wow. This has helped and motivated me to loose weight

Sweat Wallet fraud. I’ve been emailing these people over six month more period and all you get back is generic emails every now and then a person will answer you once and they won’t get back to you again. It’s the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life . I am locked out of my Sweat Wallet and they won’t give me access to it which has money in it a couple of hundred dollars more or less they’ve robbed me. Ridiculous and they should be ashamed of themselves

App won’t update sweat coin. It won’t give me any currency for some reason no matter how much i walk

Turned out to be a scam app. Started using app well over 12 months ago. Putting sweat in jars. All activity was free. Purchased a 12 month subscription. Now all they want to do is charge you NEAR crypto every time you do a transaction. They are collecting data from everyone AND making you pay them for that. Literally taking every user for a ride. Scam app. Cancelled my subscription months ago which runs out shortly. Hopefully one day it might be worth enough to sell and retrieve my yearly subscription fee that I was charged. Probably charge me NEAR to withdrawal it as well.

Top up option. As per the latest update the feature add on such as top up via moonpay. Looking into app not able to purchase as there is no option to buy via moon pay with in the wallet. When will it be available in Australia??

Customer Care is Useless!. Bought a new phone and I’m unable to login to my Sweat Wallet even though I’m using the activation email. Years of effort and walking just gone down the drain for this absolutely useless app. Customer care team is nonexistent and reply back with automated emails. This company won’t last very long at this rate. Thank you for 6 years of NOTHING! What an absolute waste of time and effort 😒

Disappointing. I rated this app with just one star because since the 26th of January, the app stopped counting my steps without reason. I claimed to the customer service to help me but they never replied. Disappointing because the purpose seems interesting but the way to manage need to level up.

Great app to support your routine. My morning routine starts by pushing the start button to start a good 20min walk. I started using this app after being a sweatcoin user for a while and I really enjoy browsing the rewards I'm eligible for. The best thing is that u can start for free and involve friends around you!

Meh. So shady. You enter all these draws and they make it so difficult to find the results. Now to continue to use the app you need to purchase NEAR coins (or whatever they call it) to keep participating in it. I’ve stopped using it really…just check in every couple days to see if they changed their ways of using it. Nope…soon to be deleted.

Amazing app!. I have been using Sweatcoin even before the opening of SweatWallet, and I can say that I love the new addition. Shame. I’m begaining to think it’s all a shame. Been a member since 2019 , none of the rewards have ever worked for me and then the ones that did the product never showed up. I’ve been entered into over 1000 draws and have never won a thing. And there promise to match sweats at start up where a lie. I had 9000 at start and with all the entry’s into draws and the fact it takes me 5000 plus steps to now make one sweat I have less now then when it was launched as a crypto currency. Not sure if this is real?. They are “giving” away thousands of dollars in prizes every single day but no one out of the 8 users has even won so much as a $5 gift card (which often are given away in the hundreds). I like the concept. But I’m just not sure if this whole Sweatcoin this is legit.

A good App. A good initiation for getting rewards when you walk. But I feel growing sweat will be soo hard in the days to come. Good experience using the app. Everything looks great including the rewards and the user interface is also good.

Great NEAR wallet. Love this APP. It is my only NEAR wallet. With the staking(growth jars) it adds fun variety with with the giveaways!!

Suddenly logged me out and I can’t get back in. Sweat wallet logged me out and now I can’t get back in through my sweat coin account. I don’t understand. I followed the instructions to access my activation email but it’s still not allowing me access. I have reached out to customer support many times and they have NOT gotten back to me. Hmm. First off I don’t like the change to the users having to claim their coins (a low grade reason to have people check in and use the app) but to make it worst it no longer works. This needs a fix and the fix should be going back to the way it was. I have lost a lot of confidence in Sweat in general because all their changes are done to make things better for them and worst for the user. Example if you put coins in the growth jar to enter the draws, they now require you to pay to enter the draw (0.1-1.0 sweat coins per draw) so by the time your jar matures you have spent more than what you made and won zero draws.

Crypto Fun. Great way to earn actual crypto and being able to withdraw or trade the funds. Thank you Sweat! You guys rule.

Hero doesn’t work. It was working but now in this new update it’s not working. I’ve lost 1,000’s of points when I start a battle and it just freezes. Only way to get out is to close app and take my losses.

No code, new phone, lose all…. I never got the email for the code, I’m talking with support to transfer my account from the old phone to the new one. They offer no viable solution. It’s very poorly designed, the code should only be necessary to recover a lost account (not yet my case). Also I haven’t received the code…

App went down the drain. Used to love this app but in the last couple of months it’s like my steps are not cumulating in my sweatcoin app or sweat wallet app and i also can’t put anything in jar, everytime i try i get a « receiver not available » message. Scam. Used to love this app. Was a premium user for years. Upgraded my phone, tried to sign in with no avail. Went online to find publically available help offered articles, despite ensuring to take all necessary recommended steps (login with sweatcoins app, login with secret passphrase and saving original activation email), I then reached out to support and had to send like 7 emails before even getting a response from an actual customer service agent was informed that my secret pass phrase had changed and that I could not access my account unless they reset it which would result in losing all of my coins... Had over $300 saved in sweatcoins. Huge disappointment from a previous longtime supporter of the company and initiative. Users (especially premium) beware.

I wondered what the catch was…. I wondered what the catch was. If you opt in from prior app you’ll loose everything you’ve earned if you don’t sign in within a certain timeframe, each cycle. My favorite thing about the prior app was set and forget.

Doesn’t count all steps. I’m not sure what steps this app counts. Sweatcoin will say I have 27,000 steps while SWEAT only gives me maybe 2 coins. Downloaded this app because it sounded neat, now I can tell its a scam like Sweatcoin. I redownloaded Sweatcoin to try this new app out but should have kept it deleted.

Fees. So you need to own two currencies to make growth jars? Seems a bit unfair and useless if you cant use the currency to pay its own transaction fees.
