Great app but…. I had someone hack my account and used my linked debit card to make $225 in bets. Still giving five stars because the agent i chatted with was helpful and I loved the app (besides no early cash out option!) Hopefully my one issue gets resolved and I can continue to use for long term use!

Faulty app and bad customer service. This would be a 1 star except for the fact that I do like earning fancash. The site has technical difficulties pretty regularly, the parlay options are subpar compared to other books and not a lot of promo boosts offered in the few weeks I’ve been here. Customer service is even worse though. They have no phone number to contact anybody, emailing with support takes multiple days to return back. To tie this all back to the bad promotions they offer, I followed the steps of one of the promos only to be told I didn’t qualify. No reasoning behind why and of course several days and multiple emails later. Probably just recommend losing your money with another book.

Use Fanduel or Draftkings instead. Do not, do NOT download this app. i signed up from my friends referral link and during the $200 bonus bet promo. literally did not get any of the bonus options. i emailed support five times and got NO response. this business is super sketchy and misleading advertising is one of the worst things a company can do. on top of the horrible UI (fire your designer and devs honestly), the no responses, and false advertising is disgusting. Fanduel or Draftkings is the way to go if you want to avoid the headaches plus their promos are way better. Fanatics is absolutely garbage. save your time energy money and storage.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT IS A SCAM. Where do I even begin with how scammy this is . They offer you a referral program , where if you bet at least $10 you & your referrer both receive $100 in fan cash which is their own magic currency . Sounds good ... here's the kicker , you never receive the promotional money , it's been 87 hours & not only have I not received the promotional funds , but I have yet to hear back from costumer service on why that is. No response . They also do not let you cash out they make it complicated . Horrible experience & if it isn't a scam ... you could have fooled me . The rest of the "good reviews" are paid for and are bots . Horrible company , horrible experience.

Terrible Customer Service. Signed up with a friends refer a friend link for us to get the bonus and never received the bonus. Have been emailing customer service for 2 weeks and now it feels like they are ignoring me. Seen a few reviews on there terrible service so maybe this might help them actually improve it and give out the rewards they are advertising

Customer service is very unprofessional!. I have had multiple issues with this app/ company. The customer service is so slow it is almost nonexistent. I have placed bets on players, won, and not been payed for them……. Beware. I have not been refunded my wager from tennis matches for interrupted matches….. hopefully this will help get my issues that I have emailed get resolved.

Decent app but can’t recommend right now. So in terms of sports betting alone, it’s a decent app. Some pretty good picks and odds, not too many sports but enough variety for different types of sports fans. The biggest issue with this app is the functionality. I actually haven’t placed a single bet because the app cannot verify my location, despite having 24/7 access to it (and I have precise location toggled on). What this means in the money I just deposited can’t be used, ever. And it also can’t be withdrawn for 48 hours, which is ridiculous because on fanduel I’m almost certain that’s not a rule. So for 2 days my money will sit there, can’t bet it or get it back, because the app is so glitchy. Speaking of glitches, there’s a lot of them. I frequently have to close the app and refresh it multiple times just to view the games without half the screen freezing. I understand it’s in Beta still but they ought to crank out some updates sooner or later. My advice- Play at your own risk

Terrible app. I have been trying to set up an account for three days and keep getting error messages telling me the app can’t verify my identity. I have contacted customer support multiple times and receive emails telling me the problem has been resolved and I should be able to use the app but when I log on receive the same error messsge and zi am unable to use the app. The only positive is I haven’t deposited any money yet that you can’t bet or withdrawal as reported by other reviewers.

AGAIN HAVING ISSUES!!!! Don’t use this APP.. I had issues registering my account and it took 5 days to fix it… not the end of the world..HOWEVER! I referred a friend almost a week ago and he followed all of the requirements to qualify for a referral bonus… I have tried MULTIPLE times to get this resolved but either of us have yet to receive our bonus money. I was told by the first rep that they saw the referral and I was good to go but it would take 72 hours. Since then I’ve reached out to at least 4 different reps and I get a different answer each time. I EVEN SENT SCREEN SHOTS OF ALL OF THIS. Which is proof, and they still are giving us both the run around. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!! I wish I would never given them my info. IT HONESTLY FEELS LIKE A SCAM.

Terrible Customer Service. Overall I really enjoyed the app and how easy it was to use. The promotions were awesome and I would have given it a 5 star until my account got locked. Still, not a huge deal as they sent me an email stating what I need to do in order to get my account back up and running. It’s now been almost a week with multiple follow up emails and I still haven’t gotten a response. They have no number to call and their online automated service just created another case instead of helping. Im convinced they don’t have a customer service department. I find it comical that their is a Developer Response to every bad review telling the customer to email their support, good luck getting an answer!!

Lucky few to gain access to the beta. At first glance I was very happy I have played on basically all the books and this one has the best promos but the first night I used it I hit for some long as shots and instead of cashing out they suspended my account was suspended and no one responded to my emails for 12 hrs but that was the only bad thing they offer great promos and immediate cash out

Nice AP. Very nice looking AP and I like the rewards program but the AP itself is pretty much useless for live betting. I have never been able to place a live bet because every time you make a selection it changes to closed out. Only other AP I have the problem with is bet365 and it has a lot of other issues.

Better than DraftKings. I’ve used all the major sports betting apps and gotta say this one is my favorite. Great sign up bonus, and you’re actually rewarded for betting with their app. Definitely recommend!

Okay, play at own risk. The app is ok. The pictures, layouts, the UI is beautiful. However, the app glitches like crazy. Like others, several location issues despite having it turned on. The bet slip which houses your open and settled bets has suddenly removed all of my bets despite taking my money for them. Now with several bets out today for games I can’t manage them. Good luck reaching customer support — sometimes the chat system works. Other times it’s only by email. Probably because they know everyone wants to chat them about the all messing up. Play at own risk. When they get this stuff together, it will be a great experience.

Nice New Sportsbook. I really like the Fanatics Sportsbooks and the offers/promos they have from time to time, especially the Jersey credit! They have a lot of choices to bet on from teams, spreads, totals and play props + special parlays. I’ve deposited and withdrawn and haven’t had any problems there and it was all pretty quick. I love the fact that you can earn Fan Cash from making plays and using their offers and can redeem on their sites for sports gear! From other reviews I’ve seen it seems the customer service is something that needs work as it’s just through email and I did have a problem and it has been 48 hours since I’ve reached out and no response. I’m hopeful that since they are still relatively new that they will take all the feedback and work on it to make it even better.

Support team does not support. Decent beta Sportsbook so I’ll give them leeway on not having a ton of lines, but the support team simply does not care. I’ve had an ongoing support case for weeks that only has progressed when I message the twitter admin about it. It had potential but now that there’s no jersey promotion I can’t recommend you wasting your time and money when a simple security issue can lock your money away for weeks without any consistency from their support team.

I love it. This app is amazing. Nothing is more frustrating than not being able to cash straight out to your bank but this app makes it so easy by a press of a button you can get all your winnings straight into your bank account with little to no wait and that’s big for me and probably many others . Horrible team. Absolutely horrible team. Poor wording in promotions and poor customer service not willing to make up for their mistakes and unethical practices. Will never use again or even purchase from them. UPDATE: Received a developer response and even more disappointed. How about instead of saying “sorry we’ll do better next time” you make up for the terrible customer service, unclear promotions and issues that me and so many others are having? Give me my free jersey and I’ll come back! It’s that simple. Cheap company!!

Amazingly easy app. I’ve used Sportsbook and Bovada for my online betting for years. I always had to send away for a check to claim my winnings and it was always drawn on a foreign country bank. Fanatics gaming immediately transfers my winnings to my bank account. I can also deposit as little as $5 for my betting, another easy feature. I highly recommend Fanatics gaming app!!

Customer Service is Non Existent. Was a big fan after my my first experience, until I faced an account issue. I joined to see how the new platform was and enjoyed after placing first bet and winning. The bet settled as soon as the player prop in the game hit instead of making me wait until the game was completely over which most other apps don’t allow. Thought very cool, maybe I’ll consider keeping an eye on promotions and what what not in the future. When I went to cash out my winnings, it notified me that the withdraw was declined and the funds were returned to my account. I then went to login to double check myself on the withdraw when the app began to say incorrect login credentials. I changed the password and went to log back in, it then notified me that my account was locked and to contact customer support through their chat option, which then notified me that they were working through emails and a case was opened. I have heard nothing since, I’ve emailed the confirmation email to try and get a response and continue to get no answer. Tough to fix any issues when you can’t get an answer from anyone and their chat option isn’t even built enough to send you in an endless loop of questions. End of the day, seems like they weren’t ready for release and don’t have the staff or support to handle the fallout

Live scoring. I would rate this app way better if they do live scoring. Every sports book is having a hard time with live scoring. Except FanDuel. I would definitely give this app 5 star rating if they add it. I would just love to see where I'm at when someone scores. I don’t want to wait till the game is over to find out. Please add it thats all I need for this app and it’s perfect.

Great promotions and tie-in to the retail site. The app is easy to use and has a very appealing interface. I love that you earn Fan Cash when you place bets, since I’ve bought a lot over the years from the Fanatics website. Highly recommend!

Customer service. The customer service is a joke, my account has been locked, I have submitted the information needed. A 2nd party involved also having issues has submitted his information. No one is helpful at all. It’s been about 5 days as of now and we both keep getting the same stupid email about loading information that we already loaded. No body is helpful at all. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING.

Cool app. Cool app, UI is smooth I just wish they showed the referral link immediately after sign up I told a bunch of buddies to download and missed out on getting the referral money because I didn’t see the option until way later down the road

Terrible betting app. First off the login in system is trash. Consistently locks you out of your account with the correct password. Forces you to change it then says its not right again a few logins later. Then the “email” you get to reset your password literally comes whenever it wants. The location services are constantly acting up and it can be hours before you can bet. No other app has ever had these issues. Lastly the referral program doesn’t even credit correctly. I had 3 ppl I referred (for bonus NOT because the app is good) and they've all received their bonuses and nothing has happened on my end. They also barely had any decent sports options when they launched. Why launch if your options are so limited. Terrible app. Save yourself the trouble and stick to the main apps.

The worst customer support out there. You're better off using one of the many other betting apps because, should there be a problem on your account, you can rest assured knowing the people from fanatics will not care to help you for a second. Only reason I considered it was for the promos which didn't even work for me because of glitches which they did not help resolve….Using fancash for jerseys would be nice if it actually worked but once again, they don't care to help so ill never know.

Customer service nightmare!!. The only way to contact anyone about any problems you have is threw email. They have no live agents to answer your questions. I have emailed them everyday for over a week and got one email that did not progress towards resolving my issue because I have not heard back from that person yet. Would not recommend this app to anyone! Absolutely horrible experience!

Ripoff. I had two friends referred and they never gave me anything for a referral. When I sent them the photos the my friend did indeed sign up they said there was nothing they could do. Apps like this deserve to be in the trash. Other sportsbook don’t and haven’t done this before when asking someone to signup to a site with less props and least options to bet on. Please go back to the drawing board for sports books.

Needs 3 Improvements. #1 (minimal): Better ‘Home Page’ organization -Ultimately should be done by sport popularity and event start. I don’t need the silly graphics, more events/lines visible #2 (very beneficial): More Boosted Odds -I prefer the ones that boost to around +125 to +375, but still take some of the crazy ones like +750. Just need more in general (especially football) #3 (URGENT A$AP): Ability to Wager more from ‘Open Bets’ -Click on an open bet and add more money before the event starts, from the ‘Open Bets’ screen. If the line is the same just ask how much additional. If the line has changed give 3 options: A- Cancel additional wager. B- wager selected amount at new odds. C- wager amount that would equal the winnings from original odds, but with new odds. (Ex: You place $10 on Jets ML +200 on Friday. On Sunday you decide to add $10 more. You go to your ‘Open Bets’, select ‘Jets ML’, select ‘wager more’, add $10, prompt appears “warning the line has changed since initial wager from +200 to +100 odds: A- Cancel additional wager, B- wager $10 to win $10, C- wager $20 to win $20. Make these happen (especially #3 & 2) and I’ll delete all my other sports books!!!!!

Worst betting app.. I’ve used a total of 6 sports betting apps in the past 2 months, just trying to figure out what I liked the best. Out of all 6 I’ve had some good, some okay, but this is by far the worst. None of the others even compare to how poor quality this app is. Minimal betting opportunities, poor customer service, not receiving the bonuses for promotions, I could go on. I would not recommend this app to anybody.

Slowed live betting after hitting on one bet. This Sportsbook is a joke. They essentially turned my live betting off after I hit one live bet on tennis. What would take 4 seconds now takes a full minute to process. On top of that, they locked me out of my account after hitting on one bet for “verification” purposes, and it’s still locked after a week of sending my details. I’ve got money in the app that I can not get out because of their incompetence.

Starting to feel like a scam. So I referred two friends, after they made the deposit for the promotion and placed the bets, after 4 days none of us received the promotional credits. We got in touch with customer support and they said the requirements were not met and to do it again and make sure to follow the required steps. So they deposited more money and placed another bet. Four days later still no promotional credits. We then get in touch with customer support once again and they tell me that only one referral was successful and the other was not, even though they both followed the same exact steps. So I asked if that was the case then why haven’t we received the promotion for the one that was successful?? I guess we’ll have to wait and see what they say. At first I was really liking the app. But now after telling my friends about it and having them put their money in thinking they’d receive a great promotion, it’s a bad look. If I was them I’d think I got scammed and it was a friend who told me about it, I’d be really upset. If we get this figured out then I’ll come back and change my review. Until then this where I stand.

Liars. They lied about their promos I never got my free jersey even though I was a new customer. Their support kicked me out after I waited an hour and had to get in the queue again which had over 50 people in it at one point it had over 70. The sports book itself is not great and feels very unpolished. I have never had a problem with draft kings they always honor their promos something fanatics does not would not recommend

Best Sportsbook out there. Goodbye to all the other betting apps out there! By far this is the most pleasurable experience I’ve had on sport’s betting and this app is only getting better give it some time to work out a few quirks and I’m telling you this will be your go to! Don’t just follow the mainstream hype of other betting apps give this amazing one a chance for yourself!

It’s ok; bad customer support. The app itself is ok ; but the customer support team is one of the worst I’ve dealt with for awhile. The don’t read emails ( the only way to contact them ) , when they do finally respond they send a generic response without addressing the issue, and when you do finally get told there is a resolution coming, they will tell you wait 24 to 72 hours and not fix the issue. There is potential for this app , just hope you don’t have any issues that you need customer support for

Stay away from app. No customer service.. My friend sent the invite to this Sportsbook and they were running a promo when new accounts signed up they received fancash. I took the invite then invited another friend. I have emailed over and over to their customer service to get the fancash without a response. There’s a lot of sport books out there this app promises a lot but truthfully doesn’t deliver. I would stick more mainstream atleast they cover their new account promos.

Fanatics Sportsbook. This book is very simple and easy to use. They hook you up with $200 free bets to start off with. Only thing this book doesn’t do that I’ve seen on other platforms is cash out options.

FANATICS SPORTSBOOK IS A SCAM. I was betting last Saturday and I deposited all my money I had a little more I was trying to put in but The app kept decking my card even though the money was on it. Moments later my account was locked and I had no access to my money. I thought everything was good bc I had withdrew all my money but no. They suspended my account. The canceled my withdraw and have here since making me wait over a week without a clear answer their saying it’s not guaranteed my account will be reopened and I did nothing wrong. Don’t waste your time on this app there’s way better out there who will actually not screw you

Live in game.. The app is alright, But my issue is it takes forever for live in game scores and wins to show up on the app itself. My tennis bet started at 11am and here we are 20 minutes later almost and even with the matched being started the app doesn’t tell you it’s even going on. Not a fan of this.

Switched review from 1 to 5 stars. Stacy fixed it. Had some issues with my account that ended up being my fault in the end. The issue was the the chat couldn’t accurately tell me what the issue was. I found Stacy’s email address here in the review section who promptly took care of the issue. She was understanding and got me back going! If you are having issues I recommend you contact her before giving up on the app. The boosts and the overall UI of the app make it a positive experience. Thanks for saving a customer! Also if you are having trouble withdrawing. Remember to SAVE your method of payment or your only option will be a check!!

Gamble your money elsewhere. It’s obvious they rushed out this app. I’ve opted in to my new user deal the last few days only to have it not appear when I bet. I placed a qualifying bet and wasn’t given the free bet. Customer service is email only and it takes 3+ days for them to respond. With other reputable books online, it would be wise to gamble knowing you’ll get your promos and have customer support. Extremely disappointing.

Watch out for the fine print when you refer a friend. I wanted my friends to get the 10 days of bonus bets promotion so I sent them my link for them to sign up. We each got fifty bucks for signing up. Great. My friends went to use the 10 days of free bets only to find out that they had “used a promotion “ already Basically the fine print says that they can only use 1 promotion. So by sending them my link I screwed them out of up to 1000 dollars in free bets. I opened a case with support but there was nothing they could do. My friends will open cases as well. I find it very sneaky and disingenuous for a new book (I’m in ohio) to trick people like that. I would have never sent them my link if I had known that. I really liked this app and book but am likely to just not bother with it any more unless they can somehow fix this. Sincerely. Three lost customers

My new favorite!!!. I use to bet on DK ,Fanduel, MGM and a few others. Now I just use Fanatics. They payout EXTREMELY QUICK, the odds are fair to good in your favor, decent promos. I highly recommend you try them out at least. What’s it gonna hurt? They do need to work on getting more “Live” games and pick up the speed of the actual bet being placed. Besides that it’s perfect…

Promotions are Misleading. Would not recommend this book to anyone outside of new player promotions. I took a featured parlay today that was supposed to take Fields 200+ passing yards Khalil Herbert 75+ rushing yards Cole Kmet anytime TD and the Chicago Bears to score 3+ TDs. I didn’t find out until after the game that it had placed the Commanders to score 3+ TDs instead of the Bears the parlay had in it. Instead of getting some kind of make good like other sites would do for the mistake I was told that the bet was graded correctly and nothing would be done.

Horrible.. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I haven’t even been able to get past the first step of verifying my identity because it’s saying I’m already linked to an email that is not mine. It’s been well over a month and customer service has been completely useless and really just painful to deal with. They’re telling me I’ve already placed bets and sent me the info of those bets. The cards used, again, were not mine. Customer service again just doesn’t seem to care. Apparently they’d rather let frauds use other people’s info than getting a real customer.

Unscrupulous Advertising. They advertise promotions for “first time users” but require you to “opt in” once you’re signed up instead of automatically doing it for you. It’s a tactic to beat people out of money and trick them into betting twice. It’s very unscrupulous and manipulative by them. I will never ever use them under any circumstances, purchase any merchandise from them, or recommend them to anyone. They lost a customer for life and I will be sure to let everyone know how they took advantage of me and other customers by false advertising! Never trust a company that steals from you with “fine print” tactics. Fanatics does bad business!

Not Great at All. Well over a week ago I created an account. It then asked me to verify my account. This is where the issues began. It didn’t accept the information I entered then told me to contact customer support. So I did, it took three days to get a response and what info/picture I needed to get verified. Replied back to that email the same day… come tomorrow it will be a week since I sent the info without hearing back. This whole issue will cause me to miss out on the jersey promotion (the only reason I considered using the service). None of my other friends or people I know that are using this app had to submit extra pictures or crap to be verified and were simply verified just by the basic 5-step info they input.

Great customer service. Highly reccommended. Top notch customer service that is there to support the customer unlike other sportsbooks. Not to mention the fantastic promotions and boosted bets. Bye now Draftkings and Fanduel. Will only be using the Fanatics sportsbook from now on.

Good app. I love the format of this app. It’s one of the best Sportsbook apps because of that but it has a few hiccups. The app locked me out by getting stuck at the terms of use screen after I had laid a bet and have money on the app. So far it’s been about an hour with no access. Besides this issue it’s been a great app. Hopefully it’s fixed soon or I may have to change my opinion and bail on this app permanently.

Glitchy and Doesn’t Work. Downloaded this app about a week ago, and have been trying every day since to place a bet, yet I am not able to. Since downloading, I keep getting the same “Unable To Verify Location” message even though my location services are on, and the blue arrow pops up in the top left corner when I open the app (only pops up when location is being used). I tried the customer support chat, tried calling, tried emailing. Nothing. But the app gladly let me deposit funds and set up an account with all of my data! Don’t waste your time or effort, much better sports betting apps and support elsewhere.

Good rewards, Terrible app. The rewards and lines are decent. The app is terrible. It runs so slow. You click on something and it takes 2-3 seconds to recognize. Eventually you just have to close it and start again. They don’t have a desktop site you can use instead. If they spent half their time improving their product rather than chasing out sharp bettors they could make so much more money.

App is nonfunctional. They have some good options for wagering. The problem is that you can’t use them. The app freezes. It lags every time I get on it. The functionality of the app is the worst out of all of the sportsbooks & I use 6 different ones. You can press an option & it literally takes a minute or more before it shows up if it does at all. They need a whole new tech department.

My favorite. I have a lot of sports book apps on my phone. This one is by far my favorite app to use. Fast pay outs. Customer service is exceptional. Simple and easy to use. If you have questions or worried about not knowing what to do. Try this app you’ll love it.

Unfortunate. I signed up with this under a new customer promotion similar to the ones all sports books do. Small bet and receive $200 in bonus bets. 5 days after the vet settlement, they told me that bets take 3-4 days to settle which is why I didn’t receive the bonus bets yet. After 6 days they told me there was no new customer promo when i signed up. Will not use this sports book ever again.

Just an OK app. The user interface is clunky so it’s hard to navigate through the bet possibilities in the most efficient manner. Don’t like how limited options seem to be on player props and game props, particularly when it comes to moving college spreads and finding defensive prop bets. Probably a better app than BetMGM, but DraftKings has a better platform and more ways to bet.

Good but has some bugs. A few times my bet slip has refused to load up either settled or active bets. I would have to completely close the app and restart it for anything to show up. Other than that, parlays and odds are good, on par with other sports books.

Scam site. Went through all the steps and deposited money , says it failed to deposit ! My bank account was hit for the deposit but was told I made a mistake putting in my info , why would my bank authorize the transaction if I put something in wrong ? I had to file a fraud complaint with my bank but still waiting for it to clear . Go to fanduel or DraftKings . The support guy I spoke with couldn’t even type a sentence that made sense so obviously dealing with someone over seas .

Not honoring referral bonus. I referred two friends to sign up with their link. The promo was if they used my link to sign up we’d each get $50 in free bets. One of the friends received his $50, the other did not, and I never received $50 from either. I reached out to customer service and they were no help. All they would do was send me the terms and conditions of the promo, even when I asked what specifically we weren’t meeting in the terms. Now they’ve ignored my last email.

Live scoring. I would rate this app way better if they do live scoring. Every sports book is having a hard time with live scoring. Except FanDuel. I would definitely give this app 5 star rating if they add it. I would just love to see where I'm at when someone scores. I don’t want to wait till the game is over to find out. Please add it thats all I need for this app and it’s perfect.

Very glitchy/buggy…. Can often be frustratingly glitchy, no matter the quality of your device or signal… especially when live betting… one of the worst I’ve experienced between all the Sportsbooks…but their “fancash” kickback is second to none and u can use it on wagering or merch… they almost make up for the bugginess with how fast you can accrue the fancash…but the lvl of issues you’ll encounter using this app as a regular bettor will frustrate you to another platform

Horrible Sportsbook. Be aware that signing up via a friend referral voids you from being able to take advantage of the bet $10 for five days promotion (which is way better offer) and they hide it in the terms and conditions. You can only take advantage of one sign up promotion. I had to dig to even find where it says that at because they sure don’t advertise it. The app also lags quite a bit too, very bad experience so far.

Locked my account for winning.. I spent $100’s of dollars losing for weeks and then the very first time I hit for some positive money, my account has been blocked since October 3rd (3 1/2 weeks). Accounting department keeps saying the will have to verify me, done that and now its “just wait it out” what kind of answer is that? If i owes them money, id have lawyer papers in my mail within a week. Dont support this sportsbook

Best app. Already using this more than Bet365. Voiding the player if he gets injured instead of ruining my entire bet is a game changer. Rewarding a little cash back every bet on top of daily free bets has any book beat by a mile. I will definitely be recommending to others! Thank you

Terrible and clearly selfish. Compared to the other betting sites, this site doesn’t include major betting lines. No betting on receptions for nfl should be a given for any professional betting site taking my money for bets. But still to this day only favor and allow any type of bets that favor the house. Sad to see and hope new people are getting played by their marketing schemes. Back to fanduel and DraftKings 🫡

Ripoff. I had two friends referred and they never gave me anything for a referral. When I sent them the photos the my friend did indeed sign up they said there was nothing they could do. Apps like this deserve to be in the trash. Other sportsbook don’t and haven’t done this before when asking someone to signup to a site with less props and least options to bet on. Please go back to the drawing board for sports books.

Stay away from app. No customer service.. My friend sent the invite to this Sportsbook and they were running a promo when new accounts signed up they received fancash. I took the invite then invited another friend. I have emailed over and over to their customer service to get the fancash without a response. There’s a lot of sport books out there this app promises a lot but truthfully doesn’t deliver. I would stick more mainstream atleast they cover their new account promos.

App is frustrating. The app could be good if they get it worked out. It just doesn’t run smooth and takes a long time to place a parlay. Randomly will not let you parlay a bet, have to close app and open again, then it allows you. No Round Robins either. Take the promos, win what you can with them, then withdrawal and go to a larger sportsbook until they get the app worked out.

Limited/banned after few bets and while losing money?. In the last week I’ve made 4 bets. I lost 3 of them. Today I got an email saying they were limiting my bet amounts (can’t bet more than $10 now), removing me from promotions, and they weren’t going to tell me why. Easily the most confusing business/customer service interaction I’ve ever had. I didn’t want to give in to the draft kings/fanduel duopoly but fanatics has absolutely no business even trying to be in this business if this is how they run themselves.

Fanatics Sportsbook. This book is very simple and easy to use. They hook you up with $200 free bets to start off with. Only thing this book doesn’t do that I’ve seen on other platforms is cash out options.

Better than DraftKings. I’ve used all the major sports betting apps and gotta say this one is my favorite. Great sign up bonus, and you’re actually rewarded for betting with their app. Definitely recommend!

Worst betting app.. I’ve used a total of 6 sports betting apps in the past 2 months, just trying to figure out what I liked the best. Out of all 6 I’ve had some good, some okay, but this is by far the worst. None of the others even compare to how poor quality this app is. Minimal betting opportunities, poor customer service, not receiving the bonuses for promotions, I could go on. I would not recommend this app to anybody.

Promotions are Misleading. Would not recommend this book to anyone outside of new player promotions. I took a featured parlay today that was supposed to take Fields 200+ passing yards Khalil Herbert 75+ rushing yards Cole Kmet anytime TD and the Chicago Bears to score 3+ TDs. I didn’t find out until after the game that it had placed the Commanders to score 3+ TDs instead of the Bears the parlay had in it. Instead of getting some kind of make good like other sites would do for the mistake I was told that the bet was graded correctly and nothing would be done.

Terrible Customer Service. Signed up with a friends refer a friend link for us to get the bonus and never received the bonus. Have been emailing customer service for 2 weeks and now it feels like they are ignoring me. Seen a few reviews on there terrible service so maybe this might help them actually improve it and give out the rewards they are advertising

Terrible app. I have been trying to set up an account for three days and keep getting error messages telling me the app can’t verify my identity. I have contacted customer support multiple times and receive emails telling me the problem has been resolved and I should be able to use the app but when I log on receive the same error messsge and zi am unable to use the app. The only positive is I haven’t deposited any money yet that you can’t bet or withdrawal as reported by other reviewers.

False Advertising. I spent some money buying jerseys on the Fanatics store. I received an offer stating that I would receive a sum equal to what I spent on the Fanatics betting site to use. After downloading the app I realize this wasn’t the case and the offer is a match upto the original amount spent on any bets placed. Not sure if this was stated in the fine print but on the face the offer was misleading. The app itself works fine.

This is the worst Sportsbook by far. This is dog water they’re servers go down and limit all betting It takes a second to deposit and 2-4 business days to withdrawal They don’t allow live cash out because of app problems And they don’t care that the whole app is half done it’s embarrassing I will never use this again and I’m telling my discord and you all this is terrible don’t waste your time

Fanatics Sports Book !. Hands Down give you the most opportunities to receive bonus bets, on top 1 bets for free ! Also easy to navigate! Easy deposits and withdrawals ! Easy to connect with support on any issue ! Overall great experience for me ! New to it but everything so far has been phenomenal!

Customer service. The customer service is a joke, my account has been locked, I have submitted the information needed. A 2nd party involved also having issues has submitted his information. No one is helpful at all. It’s been about 5 days as of now and we both keep getting the same stupid email about loading information that we already loaded. No body is helpful at all. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING.

Cool app. Cool app, UI is smooth I just wish they showed the referral link immediately after sign up I told a bunch of buddies to download and missed out on getting the referral money because I didn’t see the option until way later down the road

No $100 each refer a friend. Helped my friend log into fanatics for the new user bonus they didn’t receive the $100 pus they didn’t get the 200 new user bonus so using my refer they got nothing not $200 not $100 and I didn’t receive $100 either.

Great app but…. I had someone hack my account and used my linked debit card to make $225 in bets. Still giving five stars because the agent i chatted with was helpful and I loved the app (besides no early cash out option!) Hopefully my one issue gets resolved and I can continue to use for long term use!

Liars. They lied about their promos I never got my free jersey even though I was a new customer. Their support kicked me out after I waited an hour and had to get in the queue again which had over 50 people in it at one point it had over 70. The sports book itself is not great and feels very unpolished. I have never had a problem with draft kings they always honor their promos something fanatics does not would not recommend

Great App. I love using this app, there’s many opportunities to earn money for jerseys of your favorite players not to mention they kindly sent me a baseball autographed by my favorite player for using there app for as long as I have. They are my go to when betting on sports. 5/5 stars would recommend.

App doesn’t allow you to log in without reason. This app while users have active bets will not allow you to log back in during certain periods. If you have active bets your money is trapped without being able to hedge out. Emailed support and they are “working on” it.

Customer service nightmare!!. The only way to contact anyone about any problems you have is threw email. They have no live agents to answer your questions. I have emailed them everyday for over a week and got one email that did not progress towards resolving my issue because I have not heard back from that person yet. Would not recommend this app to anyone! Absolutely horrible experience!

Horrible team. Absolutely horrible team. Poor wording in promotions and poor customer service not willing to make up for their mistakes and unethical practices. Will never use again or even purchase from them. UPDATE: Received a developer response and even more disappointed. How about instead of saying “sorry we’ll do better next time” you make up for the terrible customer service, unclear promotions and issues that me and so many others are having? Give me my free jersey and I’ll come back! It’s that simple. Cheap company!!

It’s ok; bad customer support. The app itself is ok ; but the customer support team is one of the worst I’ve dealt with for awhile. The don’t read emails ( the only way to contact them ) , when they do finally respond they send a generic response without addressing the issue, and when you do finally get told there is a resolution coming, they will tell you wait 24 to 72 hours and not fix the issue. There is potential for this app , just hope you don’t have any issues that you need customer support for

Great Sportsbook!. This Sportsbook is great! The support is wonderful and are very respectful/professional. The sign up bonus(s) are great and pay instantly, which is awesome. They still need to make certain updates to make navigation a bit easier, but it’s brand new. I recommend giving it a try!

Great promotions and tie-in to the retail site. The app is easy to use and has a very appealing interface. I love that you earn Fan Cash when you place bets, since I’ve bought a lot over the years from the Fanatics website. Highly recommend!

10 stars. Fanatics is easily one of the best betting apps out. The promo of making a $10 bet and getting $40 bonus bets for 5 straight days is bar none. Site is super easy to use and if you bet wins you get paid even before then game ends. I would give 10 stars out of 5!! My new favorite betting site!
