Notion Calendar Comments & Reviews 2026
Beautiful and works. Love the widget, app is fast to load all my calendars and it’s much easier to create events than google calendar!
Calendar w/ lots of potential!!. I started using the Notion Calendar app when it first released and really liked the app’s simplicity and aesthetics but the functionality was definitely more limited than what I was expecting. Recently, I’ve noticed that there’s been a ton of improvements made, and I’m impressed at how much smoother it feels relative to before!! So much so that I find myself reaching for Notion Calendar over Google Calendar nowadays. Def see a lot of potential for this app!
Amazing, and hopefully will only get better. There are still a few features it needs to be perfect, but there is no other calendar that can allow you to do what this one does. I have all of my tasks (school assignments, and other life stuff) stored in notion and I’ve always wanted to be able to see them on my time calendar. This not only allows me to do that, but I can drag items from my tasks database directly onto my calendar and plan which hours of the day to do them. It is amazing.
Best app to merge my personal and work calendars. I love that I can open up one app to see both my personal gmail and work calendar. No more worries about my colleagues seeing something random like “eyebrow threading” on my work calendar!
Not iPad Compatible. It's just the iPhone app. No ability to expand your view beyond three days. INCREDIBLY laggy/slow. I spent probably less than a minute playing with it after logging in. That was all the disappointment I can handle. I absolutely LOVE notion calendar on the web or desktop app. But this app needs some serious improvements before it's fully ready for iPad users.
I really love the layout. This layout is really awesome, and I enjoy using the widgets as well. I just have to comment on when I try and move a block to a different day, the whole week shifts before I can place the block down. I think it’s a bug that could be easily fixed. Then I’ll switch to 5 stars!
Beautiful, but needs a monthly view!. I love the app and design, but wish it had the ability to view the entire month (like how google calendar does its month layout). This is only a maximum of 3 days.
Useful and Clean. The design is nice, and events are easy to input and keep track of when looking at the different views. This is true particularly for the mobile version in Notion calendar. My only problem with Notion calendar as a whole is that there is no other way to have an account than through Google accounts. Would love to use my alternate email to sign in
On its way to being my favorite. I have really enjoyed using the Notion calendar as I love that it integrates all of my calendars on Notion with my Google Calendar. On the iPhone app I wish you could see the full week instead of just two or three days. I also hope that the app will soon be updated for an iPad format. I dislike the Google Calendar app very much, and would much rather just use Notion Calendar across all of my devices.
Very Practical and Does What It Advertises. Works well with Notion and Google. All of the things that need to be in a calendar are available in one spot. I can move things between calendars. If you need a calendar scheduler, this program will not do that. Calendly adds appointments to one of my Google Calendars, which show up here automatically. I have another tool that copies selected calendar events into a notion meeting so that I have an easy place to track all notes and documents related to the meeting places by Calendly.
Wonderfully-designed app. Been enjoying using Notion Calendar. The Notion integration and Zoom link buttons have been helpful. It makes me wonder why doesn’t Apple Calendar have a two-day view?
Solid app. As a student, it’s really helpful to see the assignments i track in Notion on my calendar. The widget is also a must have, it looks so clean and I can see everything coming up from my home screen!
A few suggestions. I really love Notion Calendar, and find it easy to use and visually appealing. However, there are a few things that I would like to see from it in the future. In the iPhone app, I think it would be nice to have a week view when the phone is rotated sideways. I like seeing the whole week and I feel like this would be pretty intuitive. I wish they had a way to make the calendar colors customized rather than picking from a limited list. Being able to input hex codes would be a huge plus for me. I also wish they had an iPad version of the app (not just the iPhone version but smaller) so I could see the detailed calendar and also hopefully a full week view similar to the web application. Overall, I really like the app and have enjoyed using it over other options, but I think it should have these things to make me love it.
Not a very useful calendar UI. The expanded month view has no indicator of which days have events - not an icon, highlight color… nothing. In the day view, if an event is scheduled later/earlier in the day, there’s no indication in the UI that an event exists outside the view of the screen. You have to keep scrolling up and down to make sure there’s nothing else.
Best calendar app I’ve ever used. This is legitimately the best and most beautiful calendar app I’ve ever used. Cannot write enough good things about this application. I am addicted to it
Lot of potential - love the design!. There’s a lot of reviews that talk about the pros and cons of the app but let me just say my favorite thing is I don’t immediately create a new event if I just fat finger my phone and hit a random spot on the calendar. So much time wasted on hitting a random spot on Google calendar and I’m like no I didn’t mean to please - no event oh god! Love the design and the way information is presented it makes it feel less overwhelming. I would love a 5 day view - 3 days is great because it’s intentional but getting the work week in one viewable window would be helpful. I know Google calendar forces the whole week on you though which I don’t totally love either. Either way I’m excited to see where the app goes from here!
Slick, fast, and nice additional features. Made the switch to Notion Calendar several months ago and find it much more integrated into my day than Google calendar. Its desktop app and the iPhone app make it much faster to work with. Nice keyboard shortcuts. And the design is just cleaner – less clutter to sift through.
Notion Calendar is my go-to!. I use it every day for both personal and work. I love the color coordination (allowing me to visually differentiate by topic, and with a great range of colors). I also love the infinite horizontal scroll across weeks. Highly recommend!
Amazing!!!. Amazing. I love this calendar app. It is everything that I need in a calendar app and it is so versatile. I can put it on all of my devices and have my schedule wherever I go and it’s free!!! It does not get much better than that.
Stalled Progress. I’ve used this calendar, since it was called Cron way back. The care they took with the design and mission to improve what a calendar can do for you was exciting. Unfortunately, acquisitions can lead to completely stalled execution and an unknown roadmap as it has with Notion. It really feels like they bought it and had very little vision of where to go with it, then to add insult to injury they haven’t been able to craft a team to push it forward. It really reminds me of how Google bought Nest and flip flopped on what they wanted to do with it, when they were turning into Alphabet. The worst part is it seems like bots/spam accounts have been 5 starring it to improve its standing, when there has been no meaningful changes or feature additions. I remember updating the app post Notion acquisition and it being in the mid-3s. They are good at keeping up the year completion % on twitter though, I’ll give them that…
The most used app on my phone. This app is extraordinarily core in enabling me to run my life. It has amazing integrations with Notion. I manage Notion database content alongside my calendars, allowing me to both manage events for work / life and also time-block my tasks. Super excited to continue using this product. It gets better every day!
Replaced my previous calendar app. Works seamlessly with Notion Calendar on desktop. Integrates closer with GCal than Apple’s default Calendar app and has more power user features (Lockscreen widget, multiple time zones, etc.) than Google’s Calendar app. Great!
The best mobile and desktop app.. Hands down the best calendar app available and it's free even if you're not a notion custom. I have yet to see the value if you are a Notion customer. For the product team: please add a view of all event invites like Apple Calendar has.
Great Calendar, but no iPad app?. Honestly, the features and integration with Notion are the best things about this calendar. However, the fact that it doesn’t have an iPad app is what has me still using the basic Apple Calendar still.
Another great notion product!. I love notion, and I love the notion calendar! It’s got great features which make viewing multiple calendars in one view super easy! I would love to see a “search” feature to help me find events or calendar notes easier as a future feature to put this app on the same level as google calendar or the native apple calendar.
Great application. This application is very simple and straightforward to use. I can access all the important details about any events or meetings and the iOS widgets are delightful.
Love the features!. I’ve tried a few calendar apps and none have really sticked. I love the simplicity of Notion Calendar. It’s visually very appealing and I find it very incredibly easy to schedule and organize events. I’ve been using the app since it was released and I’ve really happy with the features and fixes. Looking forward to more features!
Value/Experience. Hey! I really love the vibe of the app in terms of the Notion brand, but I’d be curious to see what extra value the calendar app could add for users outside of integrating with Notion and everything else…? Also, dragging items on the mobile app isn’t very great. It jumps around and feels almost buggy. I’m sure you’re all looking into this and is just difficult to fix, but thought I’d share.
Great, could be better. Love that I can view notion tasks on the calendar. It would be nice if extending event times was easier like on the website version (and Apple calendar). Would be even better if compatible with iPad. Overall great addition to the Notion package.
Functionally good, but needs 5 day view. Notion calendar solves one big issue for me, integrating my notion databases with dates and my Google calendars into one place I can view everything. But PLEASE put in a 5 day view. Every week starts off with my trying to figure out what my whole week looks like from M–Fri. And the fact that we can’t do that is so frustrating
iPad version would be amazing. I’ve been using notion calendar since it was called cron. I love how it integrates many different calendars and pages from notion in a single place, as well as other unique features. I would love to use an iPad version that is just not a copy of the mobile app though.
Pretty, simple, and easy to use. Love Notion Calendar! Great that it’s connected to Notion, but mostly I love the design. Super smooth, easy to use, and pretty ✨ I use it on the desktop extensively and I love that the mobile app gives me all the info I need in a simple, clear UI without too much overwhelming detail on the initial landing surface. I can dig in further when I want to see all my event details, but otherwise Notion Calendar’s mobile app just surfaces what I need to know when I need to know it in a simple, beautiful way.
Please fix the widgets!!!. I never leave reviews, but this is the first time I’m doing so because I feel like I see a lot of potential for this app- but something has to be fixed! I love the idea of using Notion Calendar to consolidate my task lists on notion and my other calendars. It’s nice except for the fact that the widgets don’t sync properly- you have to open the app a couple times to ensure the widget is displaying the correct day’s tasks and events. If you do not do this every day- it will not sync with the current time until you do, meaning the widget can literally show the tasks and events from weeks prior if not constantly refreshed manually. Please fix this! The events don’t even progress on the widgets as the time goes on either unless you again- open the app a couple of times to refresh it. Sure, I could check my calendar constantly- but I shouldn’t have to considering every other calendar app’s widgets (google and apple) just seamlessly syncs with the time. For that reason, I’m leaving my rating at 2 stars for now. Hope to see this addressed in a future update.
Limited function. When I zoom in or out, events usually displayed wrong. I hope the 'Add Participant' option allows us to enter someone's name only as well, even if they aren't a Notion user so they cannot be added in. Additionally, I think it’d be better if some notes could be directly displayed under the title.
Good, but not great. Clean UI, super easy to add events to the calendar, overall a great experience. It’s missing a few things on the mobile version: 1. A good month view that at least should indicate whether a given day has any events, but even better shows what events are on each day. 2. A list view that shows all of your events. 3. Indicator on the daily view that shows if a day has events or not. 4. Custom reminder times. Most of these features exist on desktop, but they’re much needed on the mobile version to make the app complete. Almost perfect!
Calendar of my dreams. There are so many good features here I love that I can’t get anywhere else. Calendar blocking is amazing. Also being able to see all my calendars (and my partner’s) at the same time. Been using it since it launched and love it.
There is a problem with the touch interface. When dragging an event, it goes too far to the right.. There is a problem with the touch interface. When dragging an event, it goes too far to the right. Can't be changed to the desired point. Fatal…
5 Stars, BUT…. I love the Notion ecosystem. I use on my phone and laptop. Only thing I do not like is the layout on my iPad. Not sexy. Different themes and functionality on the desktop version would be great also. Otherwise, amazing work
Best calendar app. I’m a huge fan of Notion Calendar. Scrolling dynamically across time ranges, easily viewing multiple calendars, and being able to create pages in my Notion database make this app a clear winner over Google Calendar.
Pretty!. I’ve started using Notion Calendar instead of Google Calendar for my work and personal calendars! I especially love that it knows when events are “the same” across multiple calendars and shows them as the event. Sure it’s just a UI for gcal at this point but maybe someday they’ll have their own system. One can dream!
great potential!. this app has so much potential, especially as a person who made her own calendars from using notion….but the mobile NEEDS a monthly spread BADLY. it makes the app less accessible/handy to use. and i also find it hard to put in an event at a specific time and date, especially if the time goes past 11:59pm. i don’t know if that’s my fault but it seems to send the event date back in time, instead of forward, to the next day.
Was so excited.... When Notion came out with a calendar I was quite excited but this app is basically useless. There is no actual calendar view, only daily, 2 days, or 3 days at a time. Really terrible for agenda planning and checking future schedule and basically all the things I actually use a calendar for One of the worst calendar UIs in existence
Extremely fast and feature rich. Very reliable and absolutely gorgeous design.
Great calendar for daily events and reminders. Notion’s Calendar app is a great one to use for everything I schedule throughout my days, be it meetings or just reminders for myself. Easy UI, integrations with other products, and cool feature like reminding me I need to RSVP for events others have sent me. Looking forward to seeing more in the future!
Love the desktop app, but we need an iPad port!!. I give a good amount of thought to optimizing my productivity workflow, and Notion calendar is the most well thought out calendar app I’ve found. However, I still have to use the OG google calendar app on iPad! I’m sure y’all are working on it, but wanted to just share that there’s certainly a desire among users for a proper iPad version.
Aesthetic and useful!. Notion Calendar helps me track my work and life responsibilities in one place – and the minimal yet beautiful design and integration with Notion help me manage the chaos! I love being able to easily bring all of my worlds together since everything lives in my Notion workspaces.
Best iOS Calendar. Notion Calendar is a game-changer for iOS users who want a calendar that's more than just a scheduling tool. Its integration with the Notion workspace is unparalleled, allowing you to link events to relevant pages, databases, and notes. This interconnectedness provides a rich context for your appointments, making it easier to stay organized and informed. The clean, intuitive interface is a joy to use, and the app's features, like customizable views and seamless syncing across devices, make it a top choice for anyone seeking a powerful and efficient calendar solution.
Great mobile app. The perfect companion for the Notion Calendar desktop app when I’m away from my computer. One of the first things I check in the morning to see my schedule for the day. Fast + reliable!
Will be perfect once an iPad app is made. This app saves me so much time when making my Google calendars! I wish it had a native iPad app though since I use that device a lot for note taking.
iPad version?. Love the app on my desktop and phone (it’s literally what’s keeping my life together right now), but as a student using an iPad on the regular, I wish that the iPad interface could be optimized! It is hard to navigate when it’s just the iPhone interface on a larger screen and would be much more helpful to have it work like the Google Calendar app for iPad. Please make an iPad version🙏

need more calendar views. to use this app and visualise my week i really need to be able to see the full week laid out in front of me. i love notion and know that this app has a lot of potential, its cross platform abilities are perfect, but i can’t see more than a few days at a time and it sadly makes it unusable for me!
No weekly or monthly views. Makes it an unviable option for me
Week / Month View is MISSING!. Week / Month View is MISSING!
Excellent calendar app but…. Not able to set custom reminders and no iPad compatible view?
Always shows a black/black screen a few seconds after clicking on the app. I get about a 2 second glimpse of my calendar when I tap into the app, and then the screen just goes black/blank. Happens every time 😕 hopefully a simple fix so I can bump up the rating Edit: works now, changed the rating! But still won’t be replacing GCal for 2 reasons: 1/ doesn’t have a 7-day view 2/ I like creating new events by long pressing the time slot of the day til it starts to highlight it, then drag to determine how long the event will be, then releasing to put in the event details. Cron has this feature but it’s very finicky vs. GCal, so quick event entry hasn’t been great for me just yet
Great on MacBook. The widget in my taskbar is incredible. The one minute notification to join and a quick view of when my next meeting is. Integrates flawlessly with Google Calendar. Thanks
Confused. So much hype produced around a calendar app that solely relies on the google ecosystem. Ever thought notion users might be trying to not use google tools?? Why can’t I log in with my notion account¿ Why is it a phone app that gets scaled on iPad. I understand things being In development but to have a countdown and everything is a tad pompous.
I love the app, I just think it needs two more things. Pros: Being able to delete or change the colours of individual instances of repeated events without changing them all is soooo satisfying. Cons: I wish this extended to deleting or changing the colour of all future events as well. At the moment deleting/changing the colour of all events and deleting individual events are the only options. Another small Con (but it’s only situationally really, the colour contrast for the event colours are not versatile. I can’t really tell the colour between red and orange in dim lighting (and I’m not colour blind).
Sizing could be better. I love using notion calendar on my laptop but I wish the app could fit the screen better on iPad. I don’t want to have to press the expand button every time I open the app and when I do the text becomes too big.
It launches okay. It launches smooth but whenever i try to add a meeting or browse through the app it crashes on me I don’t know if it’s just for me.
We need a weekly view. Why only 3 days? I need a weekly and monthly view like any other calendar and I need to have my notion tasks database in the iOS Version too
Useless widgets. As a google calendar alternative this app works great. But, I found the widgets were completely useless as I have to open the app everyday to refresh the date on the widget. As others have said other calendar support would be awesome. I use outlook for work and google calendar for personal stuff so an app where I can see them both side by side would be great.
missing a must-have feature. The mobile app doesn’t show you the monthly calendar
Good quality product. Have switched from apple calendar. This provides a much more considered UI with great keyboard shortcuts. Really enjoying this so far.
Love this but could be heaps better. Love this as its very helpful in organising all my calendars. That being said I would love it if there could be a way to repeat specific things. Such as birthdays and make those yearly, without the need for manually typing the birthdays in each year. Or class timetables so that I can easily copy a whole day of classes and add them to the next week. Instead of duplicating them one at a time. These would be such a time saver. Thank you for this app its so so helpful!!!
why isn’t this in Notion. People have been asking for ages for decent calendar integration in Notion. What’s the point of a separate calendar app that functions exactly like any other.
Google Account is mandatory to access. Why?
Outlook integration. Why limit the calendar integration to Google Calendar? At my workplace, we primarily use Microsoft Outlook. It's essential to include support for other calendar platforms to ensure usability for those who rely on alternatives to Google Calendar. Without broader integration, this calendar may not be practical for users with diverse calendar preferences.
Mrsdavoochue. It’s great wait no it’s fantastic Props to the notion team
Great app, amazing function, but…. I’ve been loving this app and it’s capability of linking dates directly from Notion and plotting it onto this calendar. Love that you can link it with Google Calendar too! However, on the mobile app (including iPad), you can only view your calendar with a 3 day view. This makes it so you cannot easily see a full layout of what is happening during the week or the month. **This app really needs this option for more types of calendar views.** Other than that, Notion Calendar is great. This gives it a 4/5 stars for my review.
google calendar reskin. google calendar was basically perfect for me, but its UI and very inconvenient design was terrible. this is basically a fix for that. currently, there is a bit of simple functionality missing .e.g creating a new calendar, but its a new app and i expect stuff like this added in the near future. also please fix the dimensions for the ipad, not usable. id given it 4 stars otherwise.
Different from preview. Can’t shown the app on Home Screen and lock screen, I downloaded this on my phone all because the preview show I can see the events on lock screen
Needs month view. Month view is a necessity for me to quickly respond to clients with my availability. App is useless to me without it. Looks pretty though in the views it does offer. If aesthetically month view is an issue, at least have the cal colours as dots on the days so I can see where I’m available or not available. Thanks.
Immediate no!. Sign in with Google? Hell no. Not everyone uses Google you know?! How about sign in with Notion first then let us add our CalDAV accounts?
It's ~okay~. Good product but still quite basic - no reason to switch from GCal yet. If they could create a drag N drop task > time block feature with G Tasks maybe...
Features needed. I love Cron for its sleek design but there’s so much missing. Why can I not even set a reminder for an event more than an hour before (even though I can do this on desktop Cron)? Devs, please add this.
Very useful but there is an issue with the iphone widget. I usually use this app, very usefull for me, but in the last 2 days, the dates on the iphone widget didn’t follow the actual dates. Please fix it as soon as possible
Doesn’t work. This app doesn’t work on iPad, and there is no web version to log into, I have spent 30mins looking up online and also research in notion’s help centre trying to figure out how to log on to this via web. Calendar.notion.so. Just sends me back to my original notion account. The app on my phone also doesn’t work, I can’t link with my notion account.
Smooth launch. Having just been launched the app runs as smoothly as I expected and is designed as carefully as it is on the mac. It missing a number of features, but the basics are present. Can’t wait to see how the app evolves!
only hate the dimensions. please fix the dimensions for the ipad app :(
No iPad version is weird. Still No iPad version even after Notion bought Cron? And still only support Google accounts. Very slow development progress.
Log in.. I want you to please add log in for apple. Please.
Please add month view. I like design of the calendar, but would really love to have month view, similar to Google on mobile. Having just 3 days isn’t helpful for planning.
Meh. Pretty mid

Make it syncable with other calendar services!. The app widget is one of the best I’ve found for calendar view, but I can’t even use it because the app ONLY syncs with google and I don’t have a Gmail account…
I don’t get it. I guess I assumed this would merge my notion dates with a google calendar of my choosing but I have to log in with a Google account only. Not clear how to add an existing functional notion. So I tried working backwards to create a new notion account from the Google account. Tried a few deadlines and they didn’t show up. Don’t see the point whatsoever…. Its just a calendar app that doesn’t do any neat integrations. Calendar apps are ubiquitous and they all talk to each other well. I thought this have something unique. Do not recommend.
Limited functionality. Does not have basic calendar features: - week view (crucial!) - press event on view to view details - scrolling down to later in day (crucial!) Cron is designed for you to see the next 3 hours only, for the next three days. Kind of a weird way to show the day’s events. Especially when the desktop is so full featured
Why does it need access to google calendar. I find it annoying that a connection to google calendar is mandatory. I want a standalone calendar app.
iPad Version Please!!. great app, but would love compatibility with the iPad
Terrific, except glitched when moving events around by dragging. This doesn’t happen on the windows or web all, but it does on the iOS app. When you select an event and try to drag it to another slot, the columns move rapidly, but respond slowly. I have resorted to manual entry of start and end times as a result of this glitch. Do fix when you are able.
Pales in comparison to the desktop version. It’s a great start but basically unusable in a lot of scenarios for the lack of monthly or weekly views. It would also help to have a list view for events.
It stuck sometimes when adding new event. Somebody help
No reminder function??. Why can’t I set a reminder for events beyond an hour from the event?? This is a calendar app right? Wacky choice. Lose 3 stars. And what’s really frustrating is that you CAN on desktop.
Optimization is great. The great thing about notion calendar is that it puts all my google calenders together, and is extremely streamlined and easy to manage. Plus the aesthetics are top tier
NO MONTHLY / WEEKLY VIEWS. …
Need an IPAD version. In need of an Ipad version of this app, also it only allows a view of about 3 days. Should definitely be a week atleast!
iPad app request. Please make iPad version
NEEDS A SERIOUS UPDATE. This app needs to be updated so it can work on ipads! I can’t seem to link it to my Notion page.. Also, instead of 3-day view, a week view would be much more efficient. Or atleast the option to view what we like.
iPad Version Please. Best app to centralize google calendar, apple calendar, and Notion databases. Refresh time from external calendars can be slow (Not huge issue). This app would look so good on iPad please release Notion Calendar on iPad!!
NEEDS MORE INTEGRATION WITH OTHER CALENDAR APPS. I have been waiting for this for a long time. As of now, without support for iCloud and Outlook, this is essentially useless for me. There are workarounds but it’s been hours of troubleshooting and ultimately is not worth the headache until that support is added directly.
Poor cron. Is there any hope for the UI bugs to be fixed?
normally good but app is broken af atm send help. i’ve been using this app for the past couple months but this most recent update has rendered the app completely useless as i can’t make new events, it doesn’t help that a lot of the graphics seem to flicker when being interacted with as well. after reinstalling and trying on a different device it definitely seems to be a bug issue so hoping that’s resolved sooner than later, also ipad app asap pls
Please make an iPad app!. I love using Notion and the new Notion calendar but I do find it annoying that the Notion calendar app isn’t really compatible with ipads like the Notion app is.
No IPad Version!!. I enjoy using the MacBook version of this app as I can use the daily, weekly, and monthly view of the calendar. On the phone app, however, I can only see 1-3 day view. I don’t think this is a very practical design choice. Also, there’s no iPad version!! If there was an iPad version, I’d give the app a 4/5.
No monthly view?. I was thinking of moving over from TickTick but changed my mind because there is no monthly view on the app or widget. Feels like such a basic function that is missing.
Severely limited by no iPad functionality. I love having the integrated Notion calendar on my desktop, but I use Notion almost as much on my iPad, and the sad little phone view is honestly too annoying to be very useful. Please introduce an integrated version for iPad to make it usable!
Whats the point?. I tries this out expecting some of my Notion event properties could be found within the calendar. But nothing is there! Needs a lot of work.
Month view PLEASE. I love having my calendar merged with Google calendar but I need a month view for mobile and an iPad app. This feels rushed and preliminary, missing crucial features of other good calendar apps. I can’t move my whole life to one app until it does everything that the other apps can. Also, please give me the ability to merge my outlook calendar. Then, I would be truly an unstoppable organizational machine.
Too buggy. Previews seemed really good I liked the easy movability of blocks however none of the “repeat” or “duplicate” options work and keep adding it to the wrong dates. As someone who needs multiple dates repeating for school and such its not worth the hassle. Also it has no full calendar view or weekly view, only 1-3 days view
Widget not working. Widget is broken. And a lot of features are missing. Pretty bad calendar app at this time.
No option to see notion calendar??. Why is this not syncing with the desktop version. It feels half baked. I can’t even see my notion database on this app.
Great for organization but doesn’t work offline. Love this calendar, but I need offline use as I am out of service often.
Need iPad version!. Need iPad version! Need more productivity!
Needs improvement. Doesn’t scale properly with iPad. Doesn’t have any basic calendar functions. Doesn’t even sync easily with my Notion databases.
Where is the iPad version?. Desktop version works good. But without any iPad version, I'm finding this app irrelevant... Without it, this app will join many others, with great potential but poor execution, in my trash...
iPad Version Please. While travelling I leave my mac at home and move with my iPad. How unfortunate that I can't maximize this calendar while on the go. No word from Notion when the iPad app is coming not to mention whether or not it's even in the works.
No ipad app. Unfortunate that theres no ipad app
Offline mode, need week view. I want to love this app. The desktop version works great however the fact this calendar breaks the moment you go offline (like on a flight or the subway) really hinders it.
No calendar view? No 5 day?. Great calendar and super powerful but the iOS app is terrible in that it only provides a 3-day view. Like any other calendar, it would be nice to see the entire thing…
No iPad?. I love this app on my iPhone and desktop, so for it to be missing on the iPad is a huge gap in productivity. Hopefully a month view is coming too.
great for remote teams. have been using notion app for quite a while. as i work across timezones so really happy to find notion calendar to be able to show timezones + multiple calendars, not sure why other app wont do so. Yet would be great if we could be able to sync Exchange & icloud events!
An. The 2-month widget is amazing, rest of the features are really nice as well. Just a few software glitches: touch accuracy when creating events, not having a full week view option or a full year calendar. Also this app doesn’t work offline
Repeats don’t work right and other bugs. Repeats don’t work properly on app and other events don’t save properly If I set a time for example for mon-Thursday and if I was already on Wednesday. It would schedule it 4 days from the day I was on. Not the actual days I placed it on. Overall the app needs a lot of work it’s a really needed feature. The only thing it’s good for is seeing what you have going on from your MacBook. Other than that it’s basically useless.
Only Syncs with Google Cal. As a person who uses iCloud calendar as the primary calendar, this is a big no to me.
Great on Mac, mediocre at best on iOS. 3-days view severely hampered the functionality of this app. I’ll rate it five star if it has week view or month view, which is how majority of calendar user use a calendar to plan out their week!
No iPad app. It should be standard to have an iPad and iPhone app for something like this.
Apple ID support. For some reason this app don’t got Apple ID login like the regular notion app does. Since my notion stuff is on my Apple ID it would have been cool to use this calendar as my main one, as syncing all my events with the app seems so practical. But overall it’s just like the Apple calendar.
Uninstalling. There’s no point when I have google calendar -Only able to see 3 days of the week at a time -Changes i made to the colour & notification before events started kept reverting back to default -Sometimes events would disappear from my calendar one week and show up the next
Total game changer for Notion users working with project and task management.. Can’t wait to have full sync!
Works decently. The app itself is amazing, and by far my favourite calendar app, however there’s a lot of bugs I’ve noticed, especially with the homescreen widgets, and a couple ui elements that need to be ironed out. Otherwise, it’s amazing and once these few issues are fixed it’ll be the perfect calendar app
iPad. No iPad app
Desperately need an ipad app. The iphone app is cool, but this desperately needs an ipad version
Monthly view. The only problem I have is the lack of a monthly view. Please add this!

Has potential to be great for students. As a student, I was really excited to see this because I use notion to track all my assignments by due date. I didn’t want to switch and start tracking my assignments on another app because I have a whole system with notion. Using this calendar I can see all my assignments that I’ve already input in notion under the “All-Day” area (which isn’t the most ideal spot but it’s good). Theoretically, this calendar could be such a great tool for students using notion, but it’s just not quite there yet. For example, I expected the ability to customize things to be on a similar level as using Notion but this version of the calendar feels a bit basic/plain. I’d love to see more customization available in different areas. For example, more colors for color-coding events (the aesthetics are fun as a student, makes everything more enjoyable).
No Ipad App. I love Notion but their whole thing is being clean and aesthetic as well as easy to use. Not having a functional iPad app is an astonishing departure from their usual attention to detail
Notion Calendar (Originally Cron) 4/5. I'll still call it Cron so it's easier to type. Cron is an great calendar and helps me get through tasks throughout the week. The app itself isn't all that, I would advise you to instead plan out everything on the website first then use the app as a reminder. Another point is how simple it is to use and see. Now here is what I wish that they would upgrade. I would personally want more colors. You get options from 6-7 colorsbut with how many events I have, I will a couple more colors to distinguish which is which. Another thing is make the calendar APP more easier to set up event and look better. It's a very simple app but has so much potential especially with all the other calendar apps already having many other features.
better than ok app. make it easier for event to last more than one day
Best calendar app. Best calendar app ever
Life changing. I used to be a decrepit young woman. Now I’m stronger than ever and just got accepted into my first men’s small group
Deal breaker bugs. I really want to love this app because I love notion, but it’s clear that there aren’t enough resources devoted to notion calendar’s upkeep and development. Unfortunately this app fails at the most important job of a calendar app: accurately representing your calendar. The recurring events in my google calendar don’t correctly display here, they end a day earlier than they do in my google calendar. And if I remake the same recurring event in notion calendar then it ends a day later than it should when I view it in google calendar. Since this app is really just a visualization of google calendar with some extra features, this is an egregious mistake. One that unfortunately is a dealbreaker. There is one thing I need my calendar to be, and that is accurate. I don’t think I can ever put my trust in a calendar app that has the kind of bug that could cause me to miss an appointment.
Please add a landscape(horizontal) mode support for iOS. Great app , but several improvements would make it even better. 1. Add a horizontal mode support 2. Fix the widgets to show a calendar only for the current day (or can be customized) 3. Sync up takes too much time. Thank you for such great product!
iPad Version. This app has os much potential, and as an iPad user I feel extremely disappointed as in iPads the window is the same size as iPhone’s window. It should have its own iPad version with different layouts. Plus, there’s not even a web version so it only works with computers ;(
Slick. Beautifully designed; form and function.
Great but slow to load on mobile. Generally awesome, has allowed me to move way more of my work into Notion.
Great application. I love the notion application
Best calendar. Not only is it the best calendar but the seamless integration with Notion is great
No Apple Login. There’s no way to login with Apple at the moment, which is how I have my main Notion account signed up
Pretty Good, Few small adjustments needed. It would be nice to have a month view and be able to add custom times for reminders such as able to on PC.
Obsessed. I love seeing my life and work task put together. This gives me ease throughout my day knowing what’s coming up.
Extremely fast and feature rich. Very reliable and absolutely gorgeous design.
No Google Calendar. I like this app but think it doesn’t make sense to only be able to sign into Notion Calendar with a Google account. Wouldn’t it make more sense to also be able to log in with your notion account? We have to do lists in Calendar form so I rather see all that information transferred into the notion calendar rather than my google calendar. I also wish I could see the categories I added to organize my to do list integrated in Notion Calendar so that everything is more organized by category as well as color. Speaking of color, I shouldn't have to make a whole to system on notion to change the color depending on the type of task I am doing. Lastly I think a check box should be added as well.
Ok functionality, bad performance. This app performs pretty poorly by being from Notion. I feel forced to use it because I’m a big calendar user on desktop, where the app is great.
Splendid. Great calendar app.
Great start but needs search bar asap!. Great start but needs search bar asap!
iPad version please. Please please
Love Notion Calendar. Love the improvements made to the Notion Calendar app! Notion calendar is slowly replacing google calendar in my workflows on iPhone and on desktop
Awesome calendar. Awesome app to work with notion in a whole new way. Super simple to keep myself organized and see my tasks in an efficient way.
Pretty good but could use tasks. basically a copy of google calendar but with dark mode and no tasks which would be nice
Month view. PLEASE add a month view like google calendar has! Thanks!
Simple. Really enjoyed and super practical
Design is great but no visibility. I like the design but terrible visibility. Hate the default is only few days instead of full calendar
Great Starting Point. There is SO much to love about this and has all the potential for me to leave google calendar behind. However, being unable to see a five day work week feels like a real struggle.
i like how i can horizontally scroll between days, unlike gcal. i like how i can horizontally scroll between days, unlike gcal
Awesome calendar app!. App design for this calendar is unmatched. Also love the color options!
Waiting for iPad support. Please support iPad
Great app but missing larger views. Please let us view weekly and monthly views!!! It's useable like this
Has potential, also unusable on tablet. Been using notion calendar or a hot minute on PC and iPhone. The notion integration is great, and I love being able to see entries from a bunch of different databases in one place. The integration would be even more useful if I could look at some of the properties of the notion entry without having to actually open Notion. It seems there is space to open the whole page in a side view, but viewing set properties should be the bare minimum Adding google calendar to that has been great as well. I wish this also has outlook calendar sync as that would make it very useful for working people, not just students. That being said, google calendar hasn’t even achieved this so I’ll cut some slack. Lastly this app is unusable on tablet. It seems to be a worse version of the phone version, and it refuses to rotate or even fill the screen, unable to make use of the larger screen area. Touch responsiveness is incredibly slow and inconsistent.
Can’t quick add events or repeating. Issues I have: Can’t quick add events like on apple calendar Can’t type a contact’s name to get their address. Have to manually put it in. Repeating events in notion are a pain to create. That functionality is NOT intuitive at all. I’m a UX engineer. Notion: hire me!
Add iPad support please!!!!. Great app, love to use it on my desktop. Would be great if the app was designed for ipad as well
Only support Google Account. Notion Calendar doesn’t support anything else than a Google Account unfortunately. Which makes the app useless
Love it so far. This calendar has great potential, I love the layout. Praying for more updates and a version for the iPad please!
Has potential but just didn’t hit the mark. I love love LOVE using notion calendar databases to keep myself organized with both my academics and work, so having a specific application to see all of my notion, google calendar, apple calendar, etc calendars in one app sounded amazing to me (both my job and school use different platforms to share calendar events and tasks and such.) Unfortunately this app is so limiting and just annoying to use. It only connects with google calendar, so i had to sync apple to google and google to notion, making a mess of iCal links (speaking of them, notion doesn’t allow for you to export, which would REALLY be a game changer) . Also, it doesn’t actually integrate into notion itself, and the /embed block doesn’t work for many people (including myself). Unfortunately this app makes you work for it and not the other way round :(. I do not doubt that the notion team will or is going to make advancements to improve this app’s usability, but for now it’s just not the best option. My recommendation for others reading this is to just link all your calendar databases to notion or just use an entirely different camera app.
Best calendar period. I have an EA, she can’t compete with this app. There’s nothing like it out there
game changer. love the integration of notion database with other calendars. helps with my workflow so much.
Google only.. Doesn’t support Apple accounts.
easy & combines work and life. makes it easy to manage work and personal calendars across devices. fast and simple
beg for ipad version. ipad is perfect for calendar
Wake me when you can actually embed the calendar into Notion…. Nice app for sure. But the fact that it is a stand alone app by Notion and we are unable to embed it into our Notion app seems rather ridiculous. It’s pointless to use Notion calendar if you already use google calendar which can be embedded into Notion. It may not be pretty, but it works.
Good calendar but doesn’t have weekly view. I actually like this calendar but I simply can’t get over only having 1, 2 or 3 day views. Adding the default view being the whole week would make this app much better imo. If they do this I’ll come back and change my rating. But for now? 3 stars.
No Outlook, No iPad. Please add Outlook and iPad support :)
Extremely Limited. The great thing about Notion is its interoperability. It’s clean, smooth, has a variety of methods to use, access, and work with different sources and types of data, and you can even login with any existing auth provider-like apple. So being sent an email about a new calendar app was thrilling, and discovering it’s a reskinned app called Cron which only works with google accounts and isn’t even sso with your notion account on iOS is extremely disappointing. I feel misled, especially as the website button to go to the app store page is labeled as “Download for iOS.” While I see references to it working with google cal further down, this information is not highlighted, and it feels like a simple ploy to drive initial downloads to justify company metrics, leaving users who expect basic calendar functionality (every calendar app on the market supports more than one calendar provider) to delete the app and hope for an update. This is the first time I’ve been dissapointed in the Notion team, as their app is as perfect as an app can get. An alarming move by their company.
A great calendar! Request by for customizable options. I love the notion calendar! It is useful for staying on top and planning everything, absolutely adore it for that. I would like to request it to have more customizable options. Such as color options, much like Google calendar. I believe it is really motivational and very inspiring to see something bright and appealing, especially considering the lovely way notion lets one express themselves freely. Instead of being given certain colors to choose from I would appreciate having the ability and freedom to choose for myself from the endless variety of colors. Everyone could pick based on their preferences and aesthetic. I would greatly appreciate and love for this to be implemented as I continue to use this wonderful calendar!!
Not for ipad. This app is not optimized for ipad. And im not sure why this is available in the ipad app store.
