Love the app!. Me and my girlfriend of 2 years didn't think anything could help us discover more about each other but this app has opened our eyes to so many things! From learning about childhood, to asking about the future, and even in the bedroom this app is incredible and has worked magic in our relationship. I wish I could figure out these widgets and occasionally the app will just shut down on its own, but aside from that the app is utterly fantastic. If you're just starting out a relationship or even if you've been in one for 20 years I recommend getting this app!!

Loving it so far!. My Husband and I are enjoying this app a lot! It’s been a good daily reminder to be intentional about our relationship and helps bring our focus back to each other. One of my favorite features is the mood check ins, something I wish the developers would change is being able to see my partners mood right near their picture or somewhere on the home page. The other thing I look forward to is the daily questions but like someone else said in their review I really wish there were more questions that weren’t about sex. We’ve only had a couple questions out of about 10 that didn’t pertain to sex. I think there’s lots of potential though and we plan on continuing to use it!

Good but filled to the brim with issues…. I’ll admit this is a good app to introduce a host of different ideas and topics into someone’s relationship, from the date ideas and quizzes to intimacy cards and daily questions, it has pretty good options. But it’s also unpredictable. Half the time it takes a long time to load, I mean like a full minute just to open the app to the main screen. Then going to matches, daily check-ins and intimacy takes even more time to load. It’ll also logs me out automatically every once and a while, then won’t let me log in for a few hours until it magically fixes itself. This will happen to both my partner and I. It’s frustrating to use and DEFINITELY not worth paying the money for at this point. Use it for free and see for yourself if the results are the same. I’d love to pay to get more features but at this point in time, I’ll save my money for going out on dates.

Slowing Down on a Daily. This app used to be fantastic for my long distance relationship, and admittedly has added new features that have dramatically improved the functionality of the app, but the load times are flat up agonizing. I’ve sat for minutes waiting to see what my partner wrote as an answer to the daily question, only to give up and ask them directly over text instead — all around, it’s good, just don’t expect to be able to quickly swipe through and see everything. As far as improvements go, speed is key, and I sincerely hope the devs can fix the load time. I haven’t really experienced many other issues with the app, I just wish it didn’t take three to five minutes to see a one sentence response.

Great app with a few bugs. Me and my girlfriend have been using this app for a little less than a year now, and I’ve loved almost everything about it. The daily questions, intimacy tab, and quizzes allow me and her to get to learn all kinds of new things about each other. I also like being able to post the things we do together. Its a great way to document all of our dates. But my only complaint is that occasionally, the app gets very buggy. At the moment whenever I log into the app, neither mine or my girlfriend’s profile pictures show up at the too of the screen like they usually do. And the posts I made of the dates we went on aren’t showing up either. The app still works fine, though I wish I could still see those things. Great app though!

Glitches. I don’t know what’s going on with the app right now but it’s interfering with our check in streak and daily question streak. We lost both because the app keeps glitching us out. We would log into the app just to find out we’ve been logged out, We log back in and even try to attempt to do the question it says an error has occurred. We reload like it says and it logs us back out, we log back in do the check in. As soon as we go to put the mood of the day it says something went wrong and it doesn’t even let you reload or skip the mood of the day, I’ve tried inputing different moods but it still says something went wrong. I’ve tried to do this at all times of the day but it still says the same thing every time. This is the one of the things me and my boyfriend have to do that keeps us connected as we are long distance, this glitch or malfunction in the app has made me feel very annoyed, because I have contacted the support team to try and get help but no response so I don’t know what to do. Although other than this adversity it’s a nice and engaging app, but mostly all the great stuff cost money.

Worth the download. Me and my fiancé enjoy this app because we get discover new things we never would’ve thought of. I really enjoy the daily questions part because we get learn new things about each other that we didn’t know before and we have been together for 8 years and thought we knew everything about each other but this app has allowed us to go even deeper and find answers to questions that we couldn’t have thought of ourselves. I also really enjoy the fact that it’s free and you don’t have to pay a subscription like most apps, and apps like that I download them immediately delete, however I do wish there was more than 5 cards in the intimacy section, and the date idea section had more ideas than just what other people post like random spots to go to to watch the sunset or something along those lines. It would also be cool if there was a spot where we could ask questions to get another outside opinion or just an answer to. I will say though all in all this a great app worth the download and has brought us closer together and we look forward to doing each thing daily.

Good, but needs work for the long run. It’s been great for us so far, but I’ve noticed that after using it for a long time (>4-5 mo) a lot of the daily content either gets repetitive or dries up. We don’t get date recommendations anymore, just drinks, or sometimes movies. I think there are a lot more categories that could be added to the swipe and match feature built in to the app. Also, the daily questions fairly regularly feature a question we’ve answered, or one that’s so similarly worded it feels like the same question. It would be nice to get something new there as well. The intimacy section is the only one that seems to stay new and fresh. I really like the updated check in, but the journal prompts are the same every day. It would be great to get different questions there as well.

buggy. this app is great to help me connect with my girlfriend. the quizzes are fun, i like the check ins and seeing her mood. the intimacy and sweet & spicy dice are iffy tho. as an LGBTQIA+ couple, its hard for the app to stay consistently woman/woman for us. the intimacy has ads that arent catered towards us, and some of the positions wouldnt work with our anatomy without help. even if we set it for only female pictures, its not actually catered towards us. same with the dice, it gives us body parts we dont have ! it can be worked around sometimes but its a little frustrating. also the most frustrating thing beyond that is that when youre typing, the keyboard will stay over your answer, and it wont let you continue to scroll down, so it will just go back to the top. so if im writing a couple sentences, i just have to guess what im typing as i cant see it. it’s especially frustrating when im trying to send a long note, because you just cant see what trying to edit. but besides those problems, the app has brought me and my girlfriend closer together. i also like the widgit on the homescreen!!! i can see her mood check ins and it also says how many days weve been together. so overall, its not a perfect app and still needs some improvement, but its still nice to have that connection with my partner.

Intimacy section doesn’t learn. I honestly adore this app. I love waking up every morning and getting on and doing all of the things I need to do. I love the date section because it seems to learn what things you are into. But the intimacy section does not. I’m in a Women Loving Women relationship, and we were able to select that option. And sexual position wise, it shows moves for women and for people with female presenting bodies. But I have two main problems. 1. I’m constantly shown toys that could only strictly work if you have a penis 2. I’m shown many, many, position that involves anal despite that fact that I’ve swapped no on every single one. This is really frustrating because I’ll have days we’re all of my swaps are left because I literally can’t do them. Toys like the Lover’s Cage, Adams Promax Pump, or the silicone ball spreader would have no uses for me. And I understand that not all women have vaginas so maybe that can be an option that can be selected. Then with the position. There is nothing wrong with Anal. It just isn’t for me. So I wish the swiper would stop suggesting to me one million different anal positions and start to learn what I like.

Premium not worth the price :(. I love the app, my partner and I haven’t missed a day in months! I’m not sure what’s up recently though. Sometimes we almost miss our streak because it takes so long to load/won’t open without crashing. And premium was… a big disappointment. $14 for a month and you don’t get unlimited quiz access, the extra swipes are a lie because it just keeps saying we swiped through everything after 3 swipes, and the couple statistics don’t really work. It’s just a really high price to pay with not a lot in return, so I’m glad we didn’t pay for more than a month. Still love and will continue using the app for now, but hopefully premium gets a revamp (and “features” like seeing previous days questions answers) are returned to the unpaid version.

pretty good. i love this app so much but there are a lot of glitches with the daily check in. sometimes it only lets me answer how i think my partner is or it only lets me answer how i feel and not how my partner is. and at the end of the month that part usually shuts down completely until you’re about at day 3 of the new month. also when i tap female bodied couples for the intimacy section it doesn’t filter out any cards. I’m mainly showed ones that focus on male pleasure despite choosing the other preference. Please don’t get me wrong though, i love this app my girlfriend and I enjoy doing these everyday there’s just a few problems to fix.

One suggestion. Okay, hear me out. Users that set up the daily reminders don’t still need the daily reminder if they’ve already done the things. For example, mine is set for 8pm. The reminder is a helpful feature, until I get a reminder at 8pm to not “leave [my] partner hanging” and “check-in”, after I’ve already done it… and my partner has not. I understand that your notifications are likely programmed to be simple, but here is what I suggest. Create a three part algorithm. (Bare with me on my language usage) One part is the question, one part is the check in, and the third are the swipes. Not the date swipes. You know the ones. Then, only send the notifications that relate to what is true for each individual user. Or at the very least, don’t send one at all if the user has completed all three tasks.

Immediate problems with bugs. Okay so I just got the app today but I’m already having problems. I can’t see my boyfriends answers to the intimacy swipe thing, and the quizzes were glitching too. I love this idea and wanna use it but you gotta make it so that I can actually see the stuff EDIT: now it’s trying to get me to purchase the premium to see and answer missed daily questions when we already answered the question for the day! It still says our streak is there but now it’s not letting me see our answer to the question for today. I also think it’s total crap to try to make people pay for premium to just be able to see all of the matches in the intimate section.

Good so far. So far, I’m loving the app and all it has to offer. There is just one thing I REALLY wish it had to make it that much better. In the swiper section for date ideas, so many of the ideas involve alcohol. As someone who’s married to an alcoholic working very hard to stay in recovery, it’d be beneficial to be able to put a block on options like that in the filter. It feels like a waste of a swipe when I have to skip those options, because it’s something we CANT do together, not just don’t want to. There are many religions that also don’t allow the consumption of alcohol, so I feel that’s a waste to them as well.

Used to be awesome but bugs have made it hard to use. My partner and I love this app as it keeps us in touch during long distance. The daily question have sparked so many conversations and we just like being able to stay connected even when we're apart! However ever since an update a few months ago the app has been so slow or buggy that it makes us not want to use it. Sometimes our answers to daily questions won't go through, or (the biggest issue I find) the loading screen to see our answers takes incredibly long or just loads forever, and we then have to close the app and reopen to get it to work. If these issues could be resolved I'd give the app a much higher rating! It's just been a bummer to see these issues after using it for months. We really do love this app and want it to be successful!

Love the app, I wish one specific option was available to regular users. My partner and I use this app every day. I really love answering the daily questions and learning more about my partner with them plus the intimacy section! It’s usually a really fun experience and brings me and my partner closer together. However I wish that skipping questions wasn’t limited to premium/paid users only. My partner and I have been struggling with some really serious health issues, and our path lately has been dark at times. There are A LOT of daily questions that focus on death, dying, sickness, losing your partner etc and that’s the last thing my partner and I want to think about when we are already thinking about difficult times. I was excited to see that skipping questions was an added feature but sad to see we can’t skip unless we pay. It diminishes the experience for us and can make it sad.

Glitches A lot. The app is great when it does work. My boyfriend and I have had it for a few months now and it worked great at first, no issues at all, but now the app will not load half the time, we’ve lost our question streak multiple times because it simply will not load. It is not a connection issue, we have great Wi-Fi sand every other app will work fine except this one. The question will get repetitive after awhile which isn’t a huge deal but when we can only get questions to load half the time and the questions are similar if not the same as previous questions it makes it kind of pointless. At first it was only every once in awhile that the app would not work but now it’s almost daily that the app takes a few minutes to load anything, it will sit on the loading screen for a few minutes and then it will open and not load up the daily question. If the app was consistent with working I would definitely give it a 5 star rating but we are about to delete it due to the hassle of having to wait for it to work and we cannot check to see if it is working every five minutes in order to keep our streak.

Great idea but so many bugs. I love the idea for this app, it is a great tool to get me and my partner to connect and plan time with one another. However this app has so many bugs and problems that it makes it so hard to use effectively. After we match on dates, our matches disappear. Every day we open the app we have to swipe through tutorials again even though we already went through them. The location of the suggested dates is so far from our actual location and many of them are repeated several times in a day. I don’t need 4 suggestions for the same place swipe after swipe. Every time I go check my matches most of them are gone after 2 days. I want to love this app but I’ve had more problems than positive experiences.

The best couples app😮‍💨. I love love love this app so much! My boyfriend got it with me a little bit ago and I’m over the moon. We were previously using the paired app which only gives you one question a day, you have to pay for a subscription if you want access to any other questions and stuff, it’s a very limiting app. This app is nothing like that. You get 20 daily swipes (15 for date ideas in your area and 5 for the intimacy cards) a daily question, a daily relationship tip, AND you can check up on each other’s moods whenever you want. The mood thing is perfect for non confrontational people (such as myself) and is a great way to see your partners moods throughout the day. AND ITS ALL FREE!! I’m blown away, there’s endless ideas for creativity here and it’s made my long distance relationship so fun. I’m hoping and praying all of the features stay free if and when the app gets more popular :,)

Could be 5 stars, but very buggy :(. My boyfriend and I LOVE this app. We have been dating 3 years and started using the app earlier this year. The quizzes are a fun way for us to find out new things about each other, as well as feel listened to and heard when the other gets the correct answers. The check-in feature is great and even lets you write in your own moods. The dating and intimacy swipe sections are great ways to break the ice on new ideas! However, the app crashes a lot. Several times, you will have to click in and out of a tab multiple times in order to get it to load. The quizzes don’t have an option to go back to change an answer, so you either have to redo the whole quiz, or let your parter know you changed your answer. TL;DR - This app has the potential to be THE best relationship tool, but is limited by frequent glitches and terrible load times.

Amazing Concept - Still in Progress. I love the idea of this app. It’s really cute and for the most part, easy to understand. I love the memories feature and being able to track dates and experiences. I also really like the daily question and the variety of mood features. This app has a lot of great concepts. That being said, it is very clearly in its early development. There are a lot of bugs and glitches that get a bit annoying after a while. Notifications will never save if they are updated. (ex. this user followed you, you click ‘follow back’, leave notifications, open them again, and it says ‘follow back’ again. same thing with partner check-ins. they will not update) Pictures will load in a random order when adding them to memories (and can’t be moved around). The ‘Our Memories’ bar routinely shows up blank and you have to click on it, then exit again to get it to show. There are many more. It takes away from the UX a bit. Unrelated to bugs, I would appreciate it being easier to find other people to follow. The same 10 top posters will be shown and from what I’ve seen, will never change. Trying to follow people through the top posters followers also exposes more bugs and is not worth the trouble. It would be nice to connect with others easier! That being said, I do believe in the potential of this app. It may mean stepping away for a bit so they can fix and improve a few things, but it definitely has been really valuable in my relationship!

Great app, but one fatal flaw. I love this app! As someone in a long distance relationship, it helps us feel closer and more connected throughout the day. I reigns us both in when we might get sidetracked and busy throughout the day. I thoroughly wish I could continue using it. There is one fatal flaw, the rancid notifications. They are non-customizable. So if I want to get daily reminders to answer the daily question and digital hugs and kisses from my partner, I also have to get “Dont take an L! Send a love button!”, “need to break a sweat? 💦 tap in the mood and get nasty 🥵” and the most useless of them all… “you’re worthy… periodt!” These notifications come up when showing my parents funny internet videos. It’s terrible, I don’t want to see them, please make these notifications customizable because I want to use this app so bad.

Great But WAY to Expensive. I have been loving this app with my partner. We have been connecting better now than over the past year with the quizzes, intimacy cards, and buttons. The UI is clean and easy to use. I like the option to have a yearly upgrade, however I have not used the app long enough to decide if the price is worth it as $125 for an app seems extreme when you think about it. Which is a major factor for my 3 star review. This app essentially forces you to pay for premium to get more than a few features. Another annoying feature is the limit of how many quizzes and intimacy cards for the day. I find myself connecting more with my gf and having the ability to select just a few more quizzes would go a long way. Also the reset for quizzes is annoying. I don’t like having to wait a week to do another one.

The best relationship app I’ve seen. My partner and I have been together for almost 2 years and have had this for literally ONE DAY and already are having really important conversations that never would have come up naturally. There are lots of different ways to use it and lots of different features that let you use the app however works for you. My partner literally said “eh I don’t really want to do the quizzes, it seems like a lot of work” but then we did one and had a hard time not doing them all in one night 😂. Seriously a great app. So great I actually wrote a review which I never do.

Has so much potential but some issues just feel off.. This app is newer first off, for the given price I think it’s a bit steep for what I should be. I get the argument could be said it’s supporting the creator but 10, even 5$ from each member is still pretty good. The whole system is buggy and is in a newer state so it definitely would make it an easier pill to swallow if done like that. I enjoy the daily questions the quizzes all of that, another part that bugs me is the quiz games. I understand limiting the amount but a whole week inbetween some just feels like holding out for more money. I mean 3 - 5 quizzes a day and limiting or even 10 per 3 days or something I could work with but a whole week is extreme. The intimacy and other aspects are pretty great overall it’s a good app it just needs to be solved. Hopefully it rates correctly if not the 4 stars is definitely where I would put it.

add more interactive things to do 👀. me and my partner are both neurodivergent and LOVE the quizzes they offer on the app! we are lovers of a challenge and having to rack our brains but we tend to go through the free weekly limit pretty quickly. we breeze through them to the point we end up using all of our weekly quizzes in three days or less. i think it’d be great to add a mini games option that you could play with your partner with some sort of romantic/intimate twist to stay in brand with the app! if there were more engaging aspects of the app, i’d be quick to purchase an official membership for the two of us (i know that you unlock all the quizzes if you buy it) but at the moment, there doesn’t really seem to be an eye grabber for what the subscription has to offer. other than that, we love the app and enjoy taking the time to tap into eachother at least once a day. i think it’s a relaxing input into our communication style, and is very helpful for saying how we’re doing emotionally, even when we can’t find the words to say it :)

love this app but….. i love this app, my spouse and i use it daily! it’s a great conversation starter…, but the intimacy category is ONLY sex related. Intimacy should be so much more than sex. i feel like it could be expanded like the “check-in” category has three different options.. the intimacy category should as well. ( things that aren’t just PHYSICAL intimacy but also emotional intimacy, mental / intellectual intimacy, Creative / Recreational, CRISIS/CONFLCIT, maybe even spiritual) how to keep and maintain commitment when there is bumps in the road. talk about love languages and what that means & how to provide it. The levels of intimacy there are, and how people perceive things in different ways (ie playing video games could be quality time for one partner but not the other ) How to build intimacy in long distance and when you live together and enter the “”roommate” phases this app could be so much more!

Commented review on insta and they deleted it.. The idea behind the app wasnt bad, there are really basic date ideas that you could look up anywhere. They offer you sex positions to try based on mlw, wlw, and mlm. Another thing you could find better options looking online. You can set how youre feeling and your partner can too, and you can let each other know when youre in the mood. However, it notifies you only if both of select the option. The daily questions started decent then they got pretty pointless. Overall, this app isn't needed for anyone if you want to better your relationship’s communication. If anything the app promotes emotional immaturity, even with long distance the app is pretty much useless. I left a similar text on one of their instagram ads and they deleted it, as well as telling another person “its not that deep❤️”

Used to be better. I loved Official when I first started using it with my partner. The daily questions, quizzes, love buttons, mood updates and intimacy section have all made being in a long distance relationship more bearable. Something has changed, though. Recently, as in the past month or two, I’ve noticed some performance issues that significance impact my user experience. It takes forever to navigate anywhere in the app because of the excessively long load times. This isn’t just an issue with my internet—my partner has noticed on his end as well. I want to love this app again, and I’ll keep using it because of the positive impact it’s had on my relationship. Please do something about this!! UPDATE: Another issue has emerged. My partner and I are in different time zones and our daily questions are out of sync. It refreshes at one time for me and another time for him, and also only lets one partner answer the question. We haven’t been able to answer the same question for a few days.

Needs to be better. I really like this app in the sense that it’s great to do with your partner and learn about each other, learn what you guys are interested in together, get new ideas for dates, the bedroom etc… but the app is extremely hard to navigate and feels like they wanted to add so much into it that not a single feature works properly. My husband and I both completed a quiz but I finished before him and once he was done, the app wouldn’t allow me to go back and view our answers, it kept saying “quiz not available”. He completed another quiz so I started it but was unable to finish in the moment and now I can’t access it whatsoever. The app could be easier to navigate, easier to find what you are looking for, and return to quizzes to review them for future reference etc.. like I said, it feels like they had a lot of great ideas but tried to get it done too quickly so nothing is at 100%. I still really like the app and plan to use it but once the free trial is up, I am not sure I would be willing to pay for it at its current state though.

Amazing!!!. Alright for starters what an amazing thing to think of. I love the different aspects of it. From where to go for a date to how are you feeling. There are defiantly some cool things that came along with the premium version. Which I don’t have. But I do want to know why before there was premium you could make custom feelings now you have to have premium like I get it if it wasn’t in the app and you added it in with the premium but it was there before and now you have to pay for something that you didn’t have to pay for before. Other then that there’s nothing to complain about. Such a great app!

Love this app for long distance!. My partner and I are in a long-distance relationship and we were using another app initially before it shut down, then we found this one and have been loving it!! We use it every day and have so much fun swiping through the intimacy and date ideas, as well as answering the daily questions! My only constructive feedback would be that in the previous app we used, we really enjoyed being able to respond to each other on the question of the day! Often times we are screenshotting what was said and moving to another app to talk about in-app stuff, but it would be nice to have an in-app feature that lets us react and comment on one another’s answers! Otherwise, fantastic app!! :)

Very good but a few bugs. Hey let me start off by saying I really like they app me and my partner have fun on the quizzes messing with each other over some of the silly answers and on a few of them we actually learned a few things. But it seems like there’s a pattern of bugs happening in the game just a few days ago the daily questions limit wouldn’t set so me and my partner ended up doing like 12 questions in a row just having fun, And now a more annoying bug has taken its place in that any of the quizzes we take sometimes it won’t save they answers for either of us leading to having to take it muiltiple times before it sticks and when it does stick it doesn’t count our answers as right or wrong just saying we both got 0/7 or how ever many questions there are while this isn’t game breaking per say it is kinda annoying tho still I do want to preface this by saying we do have alot of fun on they app regardless😅

Love it!. I love this app to death, it’s helped me and my partner so much with expressing our emotions, feelings, likes and dislikes. Although it is amazing, there’s one bug that is SUPERRR annoying. We both use the widget on our lock screen to show how many days we’ve been together. For both of us, randomly one day it’s started showing someone else’s relationship and how long they’ve been together. Names and everything. Every time this happens I have to go back to our anniversary thing in the app and re set it to get it back to ours. But it keeps changing!! It’s the same people every time for both of us. And I honestly wonder if our names are popping up on their phones as well 😂 But this is a problem id really like to see get fixed, because I love this app so much

Please focus on the Check in feature. Overall the app is great. i think there should be a greater emphasis on the check in feature, i love the idea that is started here with trying to be on the same page as your partner. may i suggest a few things, 1) allow us users to set a specific time each day to check in by. we may have a specific time in mind, before bed, or before our day starts. 2) please allow a way to review the response of the check in. i love that the app responds with “you and your partner are on the same page” or “maybe you should check in with your partner to get on the same page” but once that screen is gone, there is no way to check to remind yourself what was said. i didnt get to see what it said today and i want to be able to go back and see if it said i should check in or not, the app only prompts that “you have already checked in today” i love this feature and i personally think it is the main feature i use the app for, to make sure im in sync with my partner since miscommunication and expectations can be a big hurdle in many relationships. great app though

Good app but some changes would be nice. The app is overall a good app but the one issue I have is with the limited swipes as well as limited quizzes and responses to daily questions. I do understand the concept of spacing things out and all of that but if I’m paying 15 dollars a month for a premium subscription I personally feel like I shouldn’t be restricted to that. I think it should be left up to the couple to decide whether they want all of it spaced out or able to be used whenever. The app kinda loses its purpose (aside from the check in features and such) when you’re that limited.

Fun but suddenly not working. I paid for the premium version and I’ve been using it for a while but i opened the app one day and it had signed me out. I deleted the app and redownloaded it because it wasn’t letting me sign back in, and when it let me sign back in, it had scrubbed my relationship status with my partner. The screens also just completely frozen. I can’t do anything on it. I’m not sure what happened. I’ve never had problems with the app before this. I even tried shutting my phone down and turning it back on, tried just keeping the app deleted for a day or two. Idk what happened 😭 Me and my partner really enjoyed official. It’s such a cute app and we especially enjoyed answering the daily questions. I hope it gets fixed somewhat soon. 😭😭😭

We love this app! BUT the intimacy section is lacking and unbalanced.. My S/O and I have been using Official for a number of months now and it has helped us to understand each other and communicate better than ever! All of the different features this app offers has been a fun learning experience for us both! Now the downside… the intimacy matching section for me and my s/o are almost completely different. You get 5 swipes a day and then they will show your matches. She is recommended all sorts of positions and toys yet there has not been a single one of those recommendations for me. We are lucky to get one match a day because our questions are so different. It seems for males it is limited but females are given the full extent. I have also been using the app long enough for there to be no more questions available to me until a further update. This app is so close to 5 star worthy if they would just balance it out.

It’s good but has too many bugs. My girlfriend and I have been using the app for a few months now and we’re doing the daily check-ins and questions every day as part of our nightly routine. The app while is good and fun most of the time and promotes great discussions together, the app is super glitchy and is riddled with long load times. It will often take a minute some times 2 minutes just to load up, not to mention random crashes and log outs. There have been a few times while we were doing our check in that the app, for whatever reason, didn’t count our check-in and caused us to ruin our streak. We were literally next to each other while doing it. It counted mine for the correct date and counted hers for the next??? Like, what???? We will continue to use the app, however, these bugs need to be solved otherwise I may suggest another app, maybe one will less software issues.

Downhill since Starting to Cost $$$. The app was so amazing at first but ever since they started charging money to use the app for other features. For example, we use to be able to have our own custom moods for free and now I have to upgrade. That’s not the issue though. The issue is that the app takes FOREVER to load now and when submitting a daily question response, it just takes so long to submit. I submitted my response recently and it took 15 minutes to finally submit… before costing $$$ it barely took a second. And no, it is not my network connection… I work in cyber security and know that the app is the one at fault here and not my network speeds are above 200. Please fix the app, I have lost interest in it because it just doesn’t work like it use to… and don’t charge to make a custom mood when it was once free, that does not seem fair to the customer base.

Nice app, very cute. Me and my husband have been using the app for a while now (about 5 or so months). It’s cute little intimacy builder and asks daily questions that we don’t necessarily think to. My only complaint is the bugs that kinda come up randomly. It’ll come up and then get fixed but they always come back. Also, one of my favorite features has been taken away from the free version: the “add your own mood”. Luckily I already added a couple early on in my usage of the app but now they’ve moved it to only the paid versions which is quite annoying. I could’ve gotten passed the bugs because apps have bugs but that on top of the mood thing is just irritating. So 4 stars. Other than those things, very cute app. I’ve recommended it to family and friends.

Lot of fun but some annoying bugs and glitches. Genuinely enjoy the app, the intimacy swipes/check ins/ daily questions bring a lot of fun and bonding moments between you and your partner. Unfortunately there’s been two main issues recently. 1) with the new update, the app has been loading extremely slow, and sometimes even when it does load, it wont let me tap on the check in button, it just wont register the input at all. And when i do the check in, it'll apply it to the next day for some reason?? Even though its not even close to midnight. And it will be this gray/black color instead of red, blue, or the mix. It was really frustrating. 2) With the new premium option, if you have more that a couple pinned items on the intimacy swipes, you wont be able to see any recent matches because the pinned items are at the top. I get that you want to give incentives to purchase the premium version, so limiting how many matches you see makes sense. But if the pinned items counts towards the amount you can see, then you cant even see the most recent matches. So it makes the matching element completely useless if you dont have the premium version, which is a bit overkill. if you could not count the pinned items so that the free version at least showed the few most recent matches, that would make it a little more reasonable.

Ran Out of Things to Do. This app is super fun and the daily questions was something my partner and I looked forward to every day! Unfortunately about a year ago we ran out of date ideas to swipe on and as of this week on question #479 we ran out of questions can no longer use the app. There are a few visual glitches with the dark mode and unfortunately the question loading time became so long that we would wait for minutes for the screen to pop up and at times the typing lag made it incredibly difficult to complete the answers. We would love to come back to this app if it is expanded again and loved the previous updates with quizzes and other things. Definitely worth the download for newer couples but doesn’t have longevity

Solid start. The layout of this app is super simple and getting date recommendations based on the zip codes is fabulous. The daily questions are great for asking those weird or deep thoughts that you don’t really think about. The intimacy tab is really not all that great, the filters are never saved and it doesn’t give you anything that’s not very easily accessible on Google or other relationship apps. I would really like to see the daily questions have a bit more variety and also go deeper/risqué with the sexual/intimacy type questions. Maybe ask things like “how do you like to be turned on” etc. Overall it’s a very solid app but has some growing to do. Eventually I can see this becoming a very well rounded relationship app that can check off a bunch of boxes.

Really Good, But…. really enjoy this app and it has so many good ideas to it!! but. the bugs. also the fact that premium is still so limited is odd? i got premium assuming it would remove or at least drastically lower the amount of limits but it really doesn’t. i understand there being a quiz limit, but why a weekly one? everything else is daily but the quiz limit, and my partner and i probably enjoy the quizzes the most. they also seem to be a bit glitched out as we have had number in the “you can do more quizzes in x days” part go up or down for no clear reason. also the load screen for quizzes takes awhile. daily questions are pretty messed up for us currently, we get multiple a day (usually different from each other) and for some reason answering previous questions is limited to 2 a day???? we have a lot of previous questions where only one of us answered but it’s only because of the glitch. we can’t maintain a streak because it won’t allow us since we often get what appears to be an unlimited amount of daily questions. app has great potential just needs some improvements, but we’ve been using it every day and it’s been fun learning new things about each other! we’re interested in seeing where the app goes from here, upcoming features and all that 💖

Great experience. I’ve left a review before for this app but I felt I should leave one again. The team behind this app is wonderful, great at responding to reviews and support requests. A few weeks ago I had an issue with the app not allowing me to log in and my partner wasn’t having the issue, so I submitted a support request with them and they were so quick to respond and help me fix the issues. On top of that they are working to add new, fun features, even on the free plan which I’m on. Even though the app inevitably has bugs, the team is great working through them quickly and I overall have had a great experience. Besides the additional features that it gives which of course would be great, I’m also considering buying premium just to support them. Lovely app, excited to see where it goes!

Love it!. I never write reviews, but this one had to land! We had a couple bugs in the app, so I emailed support. The actual founder sent me an email back within 2 hours, promising me he would fix the bug. I was so pleased that I was speaking with an actual human and not a robot! He fixed the problem within two hours. The app itself is super fun. Being in a long distance relationship is hard, but this has made it easier. We often have trouble deciding dates because we’re in separate places, but a lot of the options are FaceTime friendly, and it’s based on your location, so I can bookmark dates in my location and he can bookmark ones in his! We love the daily question too! We had tried several other relationship apps in the past but never ones my boyfriend actually remembered to swipe on or participate in. This one he enjoys on his own so I don’t have to remind him or push for interaction! I think this is due to how varied the app is and how it relates to all aspects of a relationship. TLDR: the best app for relationships, and we love it!

great concept!. This app is such a fun concept! My favorite feature is the date ideas, I wish this was more fleshed out tho! I see the developers are pretty responsive to reviews (love to see it!!) so let me explain: the best part in my opinion are the locations or the basic ideas like “go bowling” or “sunrise picnic.” I really don’t like the social media aspect of it all. I don’t care to see other couples pics and their specific dates they’re going on- feels personal and invasive! I get some ppl like to share tho, so maybe there could be a feature to filter these out? There are also lots of places in my town that I’d like added to the locations and I’m not sure if I’m able to do that without making it a personal date post? Overall this app is a super cute idea, and I enjoy what it’s got so far. Hope to see it improved upon in the future!

Waste of Money. The app is okay, but don’t waste your money on the premium subscription. We bought it because we were led to believe it unlocked all of the app for us. This is only sort of true. We were mostly interested in the quizzes, but even after paying, you only get to take a few quizzes per week. We were under the impression that we would be able to take as many as we wanted. You also don’t get very many more swipes in the Intimacy section with the subscription than you would without paying. I wish they would either let subscribers have more access to more quizzes/swipes or at the very least be transparent about what you’ll actually receive if you do pay. Overall, it’s okay if you’re bored or if you’re looking for new date ideas; however I would not have paid for the subscription if I had known then what I know now.

Issues. Good app however need a tab to find daily questions to review whenever. Only allows to view every now and then when opening the app. App can be super laggy unresponsive and buggy. Has the potential to be an excellent app just needs to be more responsive.

Absolutely essential for any couple. My girlfriend and I found this app as soon as we decided to make things official. We’re on day 42 of answering questions, sharing spicy suggestions and notifying each other of our moods. We just got approved for our dream house today and honestly, without this app we would not have had the discussions we needed to have in order to be totally confident about a life together. Personally, I’m not so fussed on the social features, I don’t care what other couples are doing right now but the real meat of this app comes from the questions. Making it a daily habit to have meaningful discussion is absolutely essential for any successful relationship and of all the cheap imitations, this app does it best.

Glitch in new update. The questions have a glitch in the new update. It’s making me have to answer a few questions before it will show answers and it will only let my partner answer 2

Great app, however can be a little buggy.. I use this app all the time with my so, and we really enjoy it, however sometimes it can be a little buggy, like not remembering to reset the day and allowing us to do new matches, and occasionally I have to shut down the app entirely to get it running smoothly again overall it’s a great app, just be aware there are some bugs, but they are normally fixed in 24 hours

Love this app but…. I absolutely love this app but I do think there’s a few features that would really improve this app, first I think an option to sort by matched in the bookmarks would be super helpful especially when you have quite a few dates in there. Second I think the option to add custom feelings/emotions would be awesome as obviously there’s only so many the developers can add in manually. Overall though I do really enjoy this app!

Seems cool in theory…. The ideas of the app seem really fun and cool but for some of the features you’re only able to swipe 3 times before you’ve ‘run out for the day’. Update bug. Just did the latest update and it’s unmatched my partner and I tried to rematch at and it took forever and we lost all of our things we’ve matched with. Dates etc the lot. Pretty disappointed

a mess. messy user interface, super buggy - i have to restart the app multiple times to get it to work, some of the quiz questions have incorrect spelling, as well as when you're answering your partners answers the questions don't make sense grammatically. made me get in a fight with my boyfriend for making me download this app. might work for you but a waste of time for me.

Love love love!!.. except for one thing 🥲. Myself and my partner love all the features! The movie/meal chooser is very cool! Unfortunately the app doesn’t handle long distance relationships that are in different time zones very well. I’ll answer a question, he will answer a different one, then I’ll be able to answer the one after that (on the same day !! Within 10 minutes of answering the first one!). it’s a very odd bug which means we get locked out of each others answers because it’s as if the app thinks a whole day has passed and we miss getting to answer the same question. Overall really good! I would love this to be fixed as it’s the feature we use most frequently.

Great app but needs a lot of software updates. This is a good app that needs to focus a lot more on software updates, for example sometimes it signed you out and won’t let you sign in for days which can lose an in app streak, or miss on answering the daily question which sounds silly, but can be really really frustrating. The other issue I have with the app is sometimes the daily question will just say #Unidentified, which is annoying as I know it’s another bug in the app. Overall this is an amazing concept but needs a lot of work done to polish it up!

PLEASE!! why are the updates causing more and more bugs? fixing others but adding new bugs?!. the amount of typos i have found in this app is crazy. so many things are misspelled in the daily questions and same with the daily tips. it seems every time there is an update there’s just even more bugs than before. we can’t swipe more than two intimacy cards without the app having a tantrum and having to refresh to see the rest. I can’t view mine and my partner’s matches in the intimacy section (it’s not you it’s us message every time) this app is still alright and i’ll keep using it because it is a great premise but my partner and i have found countless issues with the development of this app. so many bugs. please hire new app developers or install adds and a subscription so you get more money and can hire a better app developer. pleaaaseeeeee

an idea for the app. i really like the app ! it’s working really well with both me and my partner but u do recommend adding more feelings or adding a custom option to write your own feelings only because i know there’s only so much you can put in its just like you can write your own tags when signing up but be able to write the feelings when u check up :))

Great App. This is a very cool app with some very cool features, possibly some minor bugs but that’s understandable as it has just been released where I am. I would love to see some more effects when swiping left or right. All in all, a very cool app that I’m definitely going to use.

Improvements for app. Hi, I just downloaded app. A few suggestions, for this app the be better utilised for the single option. _______ 1. Having multiple partner options where you select domains of a relationships so that you can have one relationships where you only have the intimacy/spicy widget. Check ins are related to those domains etc. Then you can also have memories/dates/intimacy widgets for friends that you sleep with etc. _______ 2. A home page with all your “partners” or you could call it connections, and then have labelling options for different relationships types. Also this could better utilise the “mood” status bar so you could see which connections are feeling lonely or horny etc. so that you can reach out to them. A great way to turn this into a more social app that’s utilised by everyone rather than only couples looking to improve their relationship. This way people can always use the app regardless of relationship status. You could also open the app up or close it to only connect with your 1 partner depending on relationship status. ______ 3. When selecting genders for the intimacy widget. I was not able to select multiple. Meaning I couldn’t select F+M and F+F. I only had the option of selection one or ALL, meaning I would get F+M, F+F and M+M but I’m not a man….. Also if you had multiple connections with different partners the intimacy widget could be set up to just be with that gender! Meaning a connection that is F+F all the intimacy options are F+F. _________ 4. Your feelings about certain acts may be different for different people. I wish you could have intimacy cards that you swiped specifically for each person, not in general….. because your feelings about those things may change day to day. So having options to re-set the cards and maybe allowing more swipes. Alternatively just certain decks of cards that you can complete initially for a new ~spicy~ connection if they’re just a friends with benefits or a hook up etc. ________ 5. Options to add in your own toy cards (title + photo), include purchase links etc. same as currently. ______ 6. Option to choose your own love button and emoji e.g. sending you back tickles 💆🏻‍♀️ ________ 7. Cards for physical touch that’s non sexual e.g. belly tickles, wash your hair for you, rub my feet, rub your feet, cuddle positions, morning breath kisses, shower together etc. **********Issue with app: can’t enter location. There is only an [x] and no “done” button. Meaning you can’t save any of your bio etc.

Really good, but. I really like the idea of this app! However I have some issues. 1. It kept freezing every time I tried to make an account on my phone and now won’t let me login, saying that it thinks there's suspicious activity going on because I’ve tried signing in so many times. 2. As a result of this, I got it on my iPad (which didn’t freeze!) but every time I exit the app it forces me to sign in again. Overall a really lovely app, but these issues are a bit annoying.

great but buggy. this app is awesome with great features with and without payment and has helped my relationship grow so much, but its quite buggy in some areas. My partner hasnt even been able to use half the app. if the bugs werent there we would most definitely pay for the premium!

Good idea, needs some work. I loved the idea of this app but horrible user experience. The app often gets stuck on the loading screen with no common fix seeming to remedy the issue. The ‘sign in’ option will just take you back to sign up even if you have already created an account. If you try to actually look at the app features you just get frozen on one of the app pages and no buttons will work. Would have loved to actually have a look around the app but can’t get further than a few seconds in without encountering some issue. I think you still need to work out some kinks perhaps…

Room for Improvement. I love this app whenever my partner goes away for work, but would love additional features - fun quizzes, more questions etc.

Doesn’t work?. I loved the idea of this app, such a fun thing to do with your partner. It made me create an account maybe 3 times before it actually logged me in, after that it was slow and just would not work, I try pressing on different sections and it would either take a really long time to load or wouldn’t at all. I thought it might be my phone so I reset the app, still didn’t work, turned my phone off and it still wasn’t working

Great app but a bit buggy. The idea of the app is great and me and my partner love it, however we both gave the same issue where the app freezes when swiping in the dates. Also every time I click on the intimacy tab it loads up 5 new ideas, and I have to complete those before seeing what my partner and I have matched on. Seems like there’s no 24 hour cool-down on it

Wouldn’t recommend. Good to begin with but after a while the questions got quite depressing

Feels incomplete. I wanted to love this app. After Tuned shut down, it seemed like a great alternative. But it is BAD. The software is horrid, often freezing and crashing. You have to force close the app and reopen, losing whatever you were doing. The free version of the app includes basically nothing. There are heaps of quizzes but you only have access to one in each category unless you buy premium, which is very expensive for what this app offers. I live in a capital city and it can almost never find date options to swipe. The ones that do pop up are from other cities over an hours drive away. Just don’t waste your time and energy on this app.

Premium scam. A bunch of functions that were available before are locked behind a premium membership. The app is a shell of what it was before.

Needs Polyamory. Great app, but I’m polyamorous and I can only have one partner on it. It would be great if you could have larger relationships than just 2 people or have multiple sections for different relationships like what Instagram does with your accounts!

I lost so much heart when the update happened. I loved it and it worked well until today when he sent me a note and I can see that he wrote something but when you click on it there is no words. It says to turn it to a shared note but it was shared. We can no longer see any of my past notes and those were very cherished words.

Premium sucks. So many things are locked behind premium now it gets really annoying, especially since most of those things used to be free before they added premium. They should consider adding free premium with ads

This app sold out and is slimy. I have used this app with my partner for months, we loved it. Now with the premium updates, we have lost access to our intimacy card matches and the app just runs slower. Slimy, money-grubbing update to a truly decent app. Sad.

Ok. The app is ok, I love how useful it is. Lost two stars because the most recent updates removed dark mode and made the app run so much slower that me and my husband despise using it. Takes at least five minutes for the daily question itself to load and then another ten mins for my to submit the question. Soo worked fine when dark mode still existed but now it’s slow and buggy and awful

Broken. My boyfriend and I love this app when it works. It’s always been a bit buggy but now it won’t even let us sign in after the update. Got “error invalid authorization token”

App stopped working. This app stopped working for me. Whenever i try and use it it says “it’s not you it’s us we’re not sure what happened”. It makes me reload which logs me out of the app and every time I log back in the same thing happens.

I have to delete the app and reinstall multiple times a day. I don’t understand. It’s good app but the fact it can’t load and open is really annoying and making me want to uninstall forever.

Must pay monthly. Very clearly designed to force you into always being subscribed. After paying 20 dollars I should be able to use the entire app.

Inconsistent. The notifications come and go. Sometimes my boyfriend and I get our notifications but as of late he hasn’t gotten any and mine stopped today. The questions can be repetitive as well.

interesting. me and my boyfriend have been using it recently and we really love it so far! only a couple downsides—the app is really buggy, sometimes it takes so long to load into the quizzes and such. the other big downside was the quiz limit. personally we really love taking the quizzes, and since we have the premium, i don’t think there should be a limit to them, especially if we paid money. if there has to be a limit, i think it should reset daily instead of weekly.

Yikes. Since the update, I’ve been logged out and the app won’t let me log back in. The referral code disappears within seconds and you can’t get to the help page without logging in 🙄

Expensive. to start off, Me and my bf love this app (when everything is unlocked). Being in a long distance relationship is hard and we were looking for an app that would be nice to have as an extra form of communication and affection. This is a great app for that, the quizzes, the love notes, and the daily questions are amazing. However two of those things are hidden behind a paywall of $20 a month before tax. That is insane, that is $9.99 each for a love app. To put in perspective, a netflix subscription in which you can watch endless movies/shows all month costs $20 a month. Crave in which you can do the same thing costs $20 a month. I think it’s crazy to expect people to pay that much for a app that glitches and is slow. To expect people to pay $20 for a limited amount of quizzes a week, and just sending love notes with a gif. (i know the paid offers more than just that but i didn’t personally enjoy any other features)

New update broke the app. Can’t load the app anymore after recent update, now everything is pay to use, the app is glitchy and far too expensive at 20 a month

Great concept but lags & crashes. Love the concept of this app and when it actually works it’s great, but lately it’s been crashing a lot and is incredibly slow when navigating to various sections. If that could be improved it would be at least 4 stars! I also wish the date ideas were actually that, and not just random pictures people post, and that there were notifications /reminders to complete check-ins.

Since the paywall it’s been slower and less features. Amazing app, then they added a paywall for features everyone loved and used. Now I can’t even see what I match with my partner in the intimacy section without paying? Ridiculous… remove this paywall and this app was fantastic now it’s a money grab

Fun app, annoying notifications. Great app, my partner and I are temporarily long-distance and it’s been great to help stay connected. The apps notifications are annoying though, and don’t have any settings for altering them. I love getting notifications when my partner sends me a message, but the only way to turn off the “URGENT🔥🔥‼️‼️ANSWER YOUR DAILY QUESTION NOW” is to turn off notifications completely through Apple’s settings. Super annoying, and makes me think I’ll delete the app once my partner returns home.

Concept is very good but App is very buggy. The idea itself is really good but the app glitches all the time. You can’t scroll through your matches in Intimacy because every 10 seconds it automatically refreshes and takes you to the top.

Can’t skip questions. It’s ok. But we are unable to answer some questions and we can’t skip it either. So now I’m stuck on that one question and wont skip ahead. So we are no longer using it. We are now using the Paired App which so much better than this one.

Big no no. I’ve rarely seen an app with so many problems. Nothing loads. Ever. Even after the supposed qol update, we’re missing questions and check-ins cause nothing will load or it’ll take forever to the the easiest thing.

Weird. One of the quiz questions answers was odd. “What gift would you appreciate most” wwas the questions. The only answers im aloud to click being “Cat litter, Bag of carrots, used socks, or an offical premium account” What?? 1 star lol

New paywall every week. With each update the team is adding blocked features unless you pay for the premium. My girl and I had 100’s of intimacy matches but with the newest update the app only lets you see 10 without paying for the premium version. I’m sure next will be a paywall to even use the intimacy portion of the app and soon you’ll be paying to be able to see what your partners mood is. The user experience has shot down to a 1 star and I’ll be waiting for a better free app that doesn’t force premiums onto its users

Disappointed. This app was so so so great before they added a premium option. But ever since it was added there’s just so many bugs and glitches and I’m just severely disappointed. It takes ages to load up most days and I can’t do my check-in for the day, it’s been putting my check-ins a day ahead of when I was actually doing them. I was loving this app and how close it was bringing me with my partner. It just doesn’t feel worth having anymore though.

Made no sense. most the features don’t work or are ruined by the horrible programming

Ruined.. The app was perfect, it was simple and easy to use and had fun features. After the recent update introducing Official Premium, the app is slow and laggy and SO MANY free features are now LOCKED without premium. It’s ridiculous. What kind of app developer are you guys seriously. It’s common knowledge to use a premium service to introduce NEW features, not take away old ones. Safe to say I won’t be using the app anymore.

Super slow since premium. Ever since premium was introduced the app takes forever to load, or sometimes does not load at all. A lot of features that were free are now locked behind a paywall. So many bugs, random notifications that don't make sense, daily questions that don't update. This app used to be really good now it's barely usable

logging back in. it kept logging me out so i had to resend code every time to login in not convenient anymore it was good app and everything til i couldn’t open app logged in i had to login in every single time it got annoying

Slow and logs out. It’s sooooo slow and always logs me out for no reason

New update broke it?. Since the update it won’t let us actually use any features, we can log in but we have to verify everytime, and none of the buttons actually do stuff. No daily questions, won’t save check in responses nothing

Not possible in Guatemala. My boyfriend lives in Guatemala and we wanted to try it for our long distance relationship but its not available there

Mostly functional, but annoying. It won’t let me submit check-ins from my iPad and constantly asks me to sign in.

It’s ok. You really need premium otherwise there is not a lot of replay value and premium at $20 a month is way too expensive for what it is.

Used to be good. This app used to be really good until they hopped on the “premium” wave. The things we used to have access to they now want us to pay for. I’ll be getting rid of the app soon.

Buggy. App is very buggy and crashes all the time. It’s difficult to see what you’re writing in your daily question with the new update. Also, if you say that you want to leave an event through the app, your partner only gets notified if they also hit the button, which seems counterintuitive. Otherwise, great way to connect with your partner and try to add a new layer to your relationship.

Awful Notifications. My girlfriend and I used to enjoy the app, and it’s fun features; however, the notifications have made me want to delete the app. Please please please stop making the content so cringey

Official. This app is amazing. I’ve seen it in TikTok app but my partner and I been having some issues so we decided to download it. It’s really helping us reconnect !! Definitely worth a try

I absolutely love this app but... I absolutely love this app and all its features. I think it’s such a great app which such an important goal; strengthening your relationships. I love knowing how my partner feels and how he remembers experiences. My only recommendation is that you maybe add date options for long distance. Your app is great and has so many amazing features, but I can’t really use the date recommendations feature as they’re all in person suggestions…

Best Fit For Us. Love this app!! After trying a few similar apps we found them either too complicated, too expensive, or not helpful. We use this daily and it’s helped spark new conversations. I wish there was a way to interact more with the dates and intimacy sections. A comment thread on the cards or a per partner ranker (1-10 priority of things to do) or a random card shuffler to help with indecision. Hope the Dev can add something like this.

Great Bones, Needs Work!. I hope the Dev team reads this because the concept of the app is great, it has been attempted before but not in this fashion and with this flare. That being said however the app needs some mechanical adjustment, specifically the limit on swipes. If you’re going to limit swipes on something like intimacy (something that draws a lot of your users as I’m sure like me they came here for ideas for in the bedroom as well as dates) you need to either not make half the swipes ads or make it so you can pay either a monthly subscription or a one time fee for unlimited swipes. Please improve on this because as it stands the app isn't as good as it can be!

Cool but unpleasant features. I love this app, especially with a long distance boyfriend. We get to do fun little activities and answer questions that are pretty nice to know about one another. However, I purchased the big lifetime plan so we could unlock the other features since we use it so much, and there’s a dumb feature where we can only answer 2 old questions a day and have to come back another day to answer. Not a really worthwhile feature when you pay over 100$ to unlock everything. Otherwise, a simple fun app that’s got a lot of unique charm to it.

annoying notifications with bugs. PLEASE allow users to change the settings to only allow notifications regarding actual user activity! I’m tired of seeing notifications from the app basically begging for me to use it. Especially ones that purposely confuse you to make you think your partner hit the “I need attention” button. I received a notification yesterday that said “AHHHHHH I NEED ATTENTION”—are you serious?? also, there seems to be a few bugs: 1. the intimacy section shows me ~positions~ but not my partner, so we never get to match on any of those. 2. when one of us uses the love buttons, it sometimes glitches and just spams the other with a bunch in a row.

love the app….but. but it’s incredibly glitchy. a couple weeks ago i got the exact same date idea swipes in a row for an entire week, and that’s started again (on day 3 of the same date ideas as last time it got stuck) not being able to preview anything but recent swipes (new feature) is quite ridiculous without premium. there’s always gonna be things my partner and i wanna look back on or revisit, and it’s ridiculous to be pushing premium on users without even having the base app figured out yet (and half the time i can’t get it to open or it crashes). i get SO many notifications. i do not want “tap now to let your partner know you’re in the mood” showing up while i’m at work or with family, and would like to be able to turn that notification off specifically. i love connecting with my partner using this app. the daily questions and swipes are fun, and we love using all the free features. please work on the issues i and others have brought up so we can continue to enjoy it!

Really bad since latest update. Me and my fiancé have been using official for awhile now and we’ve really been enjoying all of the cute features. But since this last update we’ve barely been able to use it. It keeps losing our streaks. It keeps saying we’ve completed daily check ins when we haven’t so it never allows both of us to do our check ins. And now you have to pay to create your own mood?? Super disappointing. We really loved this app especially since we’re long distance and don’t always have time to talk to each other consistently throughout the day. Please fix this!!!

Great aside from one thing. I really love using this app with my boyfriend and we’ve had nothing but good things to say but recently we haven’t been able to get notifications? We’ll use the love buttons and neither of us receive what the other sends, it won’t even show up in the notification section. It’s been like this for a good 5 days or so. I’m hoping it gets fixed soon, we really do love this app and recommend it to everyone

Raunchy notifs. The app is great and helps us keep connected while doing long distance, however the notification titles are sometimes so embarrassing if I have my phone open. I had to turn my notifications off because I was getting so embarrassed every time my friends saw a notification from the app with sexual suggestive language and emojis. Turning off notifications is disappointing because we use the app less because we forget to use it. This is my only problem with the app, but it is a big one.

Great for Couples. This app is great for couples who never do anything. Wether it be you don’t know what to do or never feel like it this app can help you find stuff you want to try. It works both in and out of the bedroom too! As great as the app is I do have a few complaints. Firstly the app doesn’t seem to recognize what kind of relationship you’re in. I was asked what genders our couple consists of and we continue to receive toy recommendations for the opposite sex. It would be great to match on toys but it’s frustrating when 3/5 of the daily recommended aren’t compatible. The other complaint is most that you have to jump through a few hoops to figure out what dates you matched on. The intamcy section is a lot easier to determine what who liked and what who didn’t. When it comes to the dates it’s a bit more awkward to determine that information. Overall the app is well made and a great place to go when looking for date ideas. It could use with some touch ups but overall is wonderful and engaging!

Love love love!!!. I’ve tried a lot of couple apps with my partner and none have been this great! I love the simplicity of it. And coming from 2 people who have a hard time expressing their feelings this has given us both a fun and easy way to give each other some reassurance each day and know what to continue doing to make one another feel loved. It was recommended to us by a friend and i would absolutely recommend it to everyone out there! Even my parents use and love it now. 5 stars!!

Updates have ruined it. My boyfriend and I got this app in the fall of 2022 and with every update since then has been for the worse. There was not a premium version (that I was aware of) when we downloaded it, but then there was an update not too long after downloading where we had to pay for the things we already had access to. The app was actually great before the update, so it was frustrating because we don’t want to pay $15 a month for things we already have been doing. Now with the recent update it seems like we can’t do much of anything we used to do, so therefore we will not be using the app as frequently/at all. Smh.

App needs a lot of work. So far just from using it for a few days my fiancé and I have run into some rather inconvenient issues. Certain items that we put as “shared” in the upcoming tab do not show up on our partners phone. Many force closes, and sometimes the app needs to be reset to make moods show in the app. (Opinion incoming) the app seems a bit pushy when it lets the partner know as soon as you set your mood, no matter what it is. It could rather tell them “your partner set a new mood” to entice them to open the app.

Started strong. This app was amazing. My boy and I loved everything about it especially since we are currently long distance at the moment. The dating options, daily questions, intimacy, and check-ins were great. The daily questions have started to lag and gradually got worse. Yes, there are random scenarios but “aliens came and abduct you, what would you do?” Like really?! We both started to notice that the questions repeat whether it’s a number change or just straight ask the same question again. If we decided to skip the question, it does not give a new question the next day. Again, started off great but quickly went down within two months.

Great!. I enjoy this app a lot! It has been a great addition to our relationship and reminding each other to check in. I would enjoy if there was a way to click on a date we matched on and set it in the calendars so you could plan dates that both of you could see when they are and have a count down for when you’re going to do them! I see that you can add it in notes that you completed a date but being able to select a matched date and set it in the calendar would be great! Keep adding the new features! I can’t wait to see where this app continues to go! :)

Just getting started but a little buggy!. My partner and I LOVE this app so far. We just downloaded it this week after seeing it on TikTok and we’ve enjoyed it so much. All of the features are great, except for one bug. Every time we try to hit the bookmarks button, on either of our phones, it completely freezes the app. I’d love to be able to look through our matches and general ideas I’ve saved so far, but right now because of this bug we can’t. Just wanted to share this review so this app can improve and get even better!

Great app but so slow. This app is fantastic for a long distance relationship, it helps us to keep those deeper conversations going and can help keep us in touch with each others emotions more It is soooo slow though, I never have connection issues where I live and I usually have to let my phone sit for 2 minutes just to load the daily question, yesterday I had to answer it 3 times just to get it to actually submit. Been using this app for a while and it’s just been getting slower and slower

Brought me and my partner closer!. *Disclaimer, I’m going to highlight the positives and the negatives* This app’s Check-in and Set Mood feature has allowed my partner and I to understand each other much better. I’m notified when my partner’s mood changes and when they’ve completed their daily check-in. As a result, my partner feels like I can better understand them. Other key features include: documenting memories with pictures and a brief description, and scrolling through potential date ideas and voting on which ones we should do. On the other hand, the app is in its early stages of development and infrequently has bugs. This includes: freezing, not completing commands (I.e. not deleting pictures when pressing “delete”), and nascent UI/UX. I look forward to seeing how Official responds to customer behavior, customer recommendations, and becomes as popular an app as Tinder or Humble. They’re like the next stage after dating apps (this could be an effective marketing angle).

Too Much Behind the Paywall. My fiancé and I have used Official for several months now and it has been great. This newest update is a step in the wrong direction though. In order to look back at all of our answers to the questions and the intimacy swiping answers we’ve done for these past few months, we have to pay for the premium account. We should not have to pay for features that we have been able to use for several months now. There are certain features that are fine behind the premium payment but we should be able to still access our archived answers with the free version of the app. It’s a very unfortunate update and unless this feature is changed we wont be using Official anymore.

I love this app so much. I love this app SO much. Me and my partner have learned a lot more about eachother. I got this app about 5 months ago I believe, before the major premium update. I know that there are new and cool benefits that come with premium, but I’m kind of sad because it also took away some as well. Before premium was introduced, I was able to make up my own moods which made it a lot easier to communicate. But now it’s not accessible unless you pay the $70/annually. I just wish you didn’t take away stuff that was already accessible before. Please bring it back.

I love this app. However… ever since the new update I can’t get anything to load. It logs me out after every time I close the app. It won’t let me answer questions or look at our current answers. It won’t let me check in or view the check in calendar. I’ve tried updating it. Deleting and reinstalling. Nothing has helped. It forces me out after every 5 min if I don’t close it out completely. Please fix!!!

Used to be great…. My husband and I started using this app about six months ago and loved it. We love using the daily question, intimacy section, and check in. The app was working great until a couple weeks ago when it started to load very very slowly, not save our responses, and log check ins on the wrong day. We are both using the most up to do version of this app and it still has these problems. Honestly this app is now more frustrating than anything, which is very sad because we loved using this daily. We are both considering deleting this if this app can’t get back to how it used to be soon.

New updates. I used LOVE this app. My boyfriend and I would answer the daily questions and swipe through the intimacy questions. However recently official wants you to have a subscription for pretty much everything. You can no longer see your matched answers to the intimacy questions without a subscription and that used to be how we tried new things. It’s a ridiculous amount of money for just an app. They also keep asking similar daily questions at this point so there’s no new conversations. I’m deleting official now. -very disappointed official user

Major Glitches in the last month. This app is great, it allows me and my girlfriend to constantly learn more about one another and connect on another level, but i cant get passes the slow load speed and the constant glitches in the check in feature lately! We had checked in consistently for almost three months straight and now every time I check in, it will register for the next day instead of the current day, and our schedule hasnt matched in weeks! Please fix!

Love the app, here’s some suggestions⬇️. I love all the ares that this app covers from the daily tip to the q/a streak to mark age answering the question. When I want to search for dates I wish there was a third “map” filter to compare what date options are close by your location. I can click on something on the map to see what the date idea is. Have options on the map to see restaurants or activities or etc. to narrow down what you are looking for. I also want a few more word options for mood of the day. I love the question of the day and matching on intimacy and what date ideas we both like. I wish there was a button to click on the bookmarked dates to see what my partner and I both matched on instead of having to scroll to find the 2 stars. I wish it was easier to find friends on the app.

Plan a Date feature. I love the app, so far my only frustration is with the Plan a Date feature. The only thing that comes up for us under that section is the “Swiper” feature to look through other people’s suggestions. I would like to be able to enter dates (and at specific places) that me and my partner plan to do eventually or want to do. Please give us the option to manually enter planned dates. If I’m missing it, developer let me know.

This app is fun but…. I initially really loved Official! One of my friends actually told me about the app for my partner and I and we tried it and have loved it ever since. But then they started to charge for just about everything. I really hate that you have to pay to see the missed question AND I love the quiz feature but having to pay to unlock more is quite appalling. In my opinion the app isn’t affordable from a month to month stand point. Devs please consider either lowering the price of premium or making it free again. I really want to continue to use this app but at this rate, I’m not sure.

Worth It. I saw the ads and thought it would be nice way to get our feelings out and maybe even learn something new about each other that we may not have already known and so far it has 100% been worth every second. It’s very interactive and we both have seen an increase in emotions since we can rely on the app to express certain things that may not be able to be expressed in certain moments, especially for myself.

Used to be great. I loved this app at first, it was great and worked well for my long distance boyfriend and myself. After two or so months of the app working perfectly it steered acting up on us about a month ago. We are given multiple “daily questions” a day and never given the same one and it shows that we’ve missed days because he’ll be answering daily questions Im not given and vise versa. I’m super upset because I felt this all brought us closer together even when we were so far a apart and I was so grateful for that, that’s why I gave two stars instead of 0 because it was 5 stars when it worked. We’ve both updated the app three times now hoping it would solve the problem to no avail.

Needs to be worked on. My gf and I really like this app and the idea of it… but it has a lot of problems and bugs - there’s duplicated quizzes and questions constantly and in other sections there’s no images at all where there should be, or duplicated images with different names. If we’re going to continue to use it at how expensive it is annually, then I think it’s fair to ask that it gets a thorough review to fix these problems

Having to pay for daily questions killed this app for me. As a long-time user of the app, I have enjoyed the daily question feature, which has been a great way to spark interesting conversations with my partner and deepen our relationship. However, with the new update, I was shocked to discover that I now have to pay in order to see the daily question that I missed. This feels like a major step backwards in terms of user experience and customer satisfaction. I understand that companies need to generate revenue, but it feels unfair to suddenly introduce this paywall without any warning or consideration for loyal users like myself. It also creates an unequal playing field, where only those who can afford to pay are able to access all the features of the app. I urge you to reconsider this decision and find a more user-friendly way to monetize your app. In the meantime, I will be exploring other relationship apps that offer similar features without requiring payment.

put more thought into your daily questions. i like this app and i like the concept of it but sometimes these daily questions are just really dumb and not well thought out. like today the question was “what is your most terrible memory?” like what???? why are you making people think about their most terrible memory? some people have really bad things that they don’t wanna talk about or just think about and now you’re making them think about their trauma and bad experiences just by looking at this question. also, recently the daily questions have been repeating themselves. additionally, me and my girlfriend are both girls and sometimes in the intimacy swipe section we will get things that don’t have anything to do with women. i really like the concept of this app and i think it could be really great and i know that it’s a pretty new app! but it still needs a lot of fixing and some more thought put into certain things.

Very buggy and slow. My partner and I have been using this app for about a year, and initially it was fine and we answered the question and swiped every day. As of probably 3-4 months ago, the app started running SUPER slow and when we went to answer the question we’d have to wait at least 5mins for the question to load and for our answers to populate so we could see what each other said. About a week ago, after this last update, the app completely crashes when I try to sign back in. We’ve tried to troubleshoot by deleting and redownloading, seeing if the app/our phones need to update, and trying the app on and off of WiFi. Were done using it until it gets figured out.

I want to use it but there is a bug!. I saw an ad on tiktok and immediately downloaded it for my partner and I and it works great on my partners phone. But I have deleted it and redownloaded it but it simply does not work for me. It’s not my phone because everything else works fine but I can’t move around on the app. It’s like it’s frozen. Which is concerning seeing as it worked up until I paid for the monthly, so I haven’t even been able to explore. The buttons don’t work, I can’t even scroll on the home page. Please get back asap so I can begin to use the app!!!

Great app minor details. I discovered the app through tik tok and my girlfriend and I love it. The questions and date ideas are helping us become closer than ever before and helping us decide date ideas. The only small issue we’ve been having lately is we both answer the daily questions but we can’t see each other’s answers since question 8, we’ve answered more but just can’t see the others answers. We both now the app delvopers are working hard on this app.

Really fun! A few parts need support. The app is a ton of fun to do with your partner! Highly recommend as I’ve learned a lot about mine with the quizzes and the daily questions. That being said the notes segment doesn’t really seem to work or is less fleshed out. My partner will leave a note of movies we want to watch together and then when I try to go and add to the note it doesn’t seem to add anything and asks me to write a new one to override the previous. Maybe a new segment called “lists” might be a good addition or improving the functionality of notes.

Good concept, lot of bugs.. I found the app through Tiktok and it’s been there since the beginning of my relationship and my partner and I love it, but there’s just been too many bugs in the latest releases intended to fix bugs. Question of the day feature is broken, we (and my other friends who use this app) have been getting the same question for three days. The intimacy feature could use a little bit of work because I don’t need a 1 to 1 match on the card stack consistently but there are days where we have no cards in common and it continues to happen for a couple days. Also the mechanism for “Check-In” doesn’t always notify you or your partner if you submit differing answers. It all chalks down to inconsistent behaviors with a lot of the app’s features. That being said, to self-plug, if you need an intern, I’m 80% finished with my B.S. in Computer Science. For real though, please fix if you can. It’s a little app but a big part of my day.

Some glitches but overall good. I’ve been using this app with my girlfriend for a little while now and we’ve both enjoyed it! The only downsides are the slow wait times as other users have mentioned, as well as one specific bug I have been experiencing. Any time I try to look up a date and then bookmark it from the search section, it doesn’t let me and just says that “something went wrong”. I’d really like to bookmark some of those date ideas, so it’s kinda frustrating not being able to.

Slowest app I’ve ever seen.. The app is great and all but when it comes to navigated it, it’s the slowest app I’ve ever had the misfortune of spending time on. Even on bad Wi-Fi any social media app will take 3 seconds maximum to load anything. In this app I will open the intimacy section or the quizzes and it has to load and think and process for at least, AT LEAST 30 FREAKIN seconds… WHY?! Do you not use cache systems, is everything server based? This isn’t an issue that should be present in something I’ve chosen to pay for. Please fix your app. Everything else is great, I guess.

Love the app but wth. I love all the features on the app so much but I am paying WAY too much money to have my quizzes be spaced out by SIX DAYS???? They reset every saturday. Why do they have to be spaced out at all??? Like I said they reset every saturday so what’s the harm in taking all the quizzes in one day? This is making me very angry to the point i’m probably going to delete the app. I’m not paying for something I really can’t even use much for the next 6 days. The spacing out feature needs to be removed or at least limited to a day. This is stupid.

Love it!. My girlfriend and I have been using this app for months and love it! We mainly use the daily check in, daily question, quizzes, and love button features. Lately though, when we do our check in, it puts our answers on tomorrow instead of today randomly. It messed up our streak! It has been doing this for a few days now. As of Dec 19 this seems fixed but hopefully it doesn’t come back!

Please fix the app. Me and my boyfriend have been using the app since last year and found it helpful for communicating or just letting each other know how we are feeling but recently there have been some changes made to the app and I feel it made it worst. After they added official premium things have been bad. The check in doesn’t even work right anymore me and my bf have updated the app and yet the check in is still messed up we’ll submit responses to it but then it’ll say we didn’t or that we did for the next day. This is making the app very unenjoyable for me because the check ins were our favorite part and if this doesn’t get fixed we’ll be deleting it

Great app, looking for a bit more though. Over all it works great, there are some small things here and there I’d like but the biggest thing my girlfriend and I would benefit from(as well as many others i’m sure) are custom moods alongside the available one’s. there are times where one of us may pick something, then when we talk about it later it’s barley related but the closest option to how they were feeling. Just something to consider, have enjoyed it a lot in the past 3 or so months i’ve been using it 🙂

Getting Better.. The app is fine, just the daily questions are ALWAYS about intimacy. Like it’s so annoying. 19 questions in a row. About sex. That’s not what I ALWAYS want to talk about. —— Update: May 8th 2022: I got a response from someone on the team from tiktok as I commented the same complaint. And as of the most recent update the it seems this issue as been resolved. This app has A TON of potential and I am totally willing to support this app and the developers. Something I think would be nice to see in an update is on date ideas with suggested places such as restaurants have a link that goes to their Yelp page to look at more reviews, pictures, and info of that business. Message to the team: thank you for listening to your users and working so quickly to resolve issues and making the app better.

USED to be great. This app was wonderful, free, had variety, and created scenarios you would never usually think of, to learn more about your partner. Unfortunately... after making a big hit & gaining popularity - The creators decided to block off many of the great options unless partners created a paid subscription. Now the app has so many bug fixes, and is almost unbeneficial UNLESS you pay for it. I used to love it, use it everyday, and now because of all the changes, I haven't been able to keep up in weeks because it doesn't even load properly anymore without prompting for payment

Love it but…. Me and my boyfriend love this app! The only thing is that it seems to have glitches constantly. Often we write our responses in the check in and then they disappear and the day goes “gray” on the calendar and we never can see the response or re-write it. When the month changes it doesn’t let you go back and see the last day of the month. Sometimes the intimacy category just erases all your matches and answers and they’ll randomly reappear. I get that this app is still pretty new but some of the glitches have been happening a while. Would love to see more work put into it!

still use app but lots of issues now. streaks keep being reset, it says I’ve “answered all questions” now, and as every og user says below—the app takes a while to load the answers for the questions. now w the update it says my partner and i have a “4 day streak” and we thought it was an issue due to our time differences but someone posted that the time is set for 11pm now, not great as a student :(. but i do love the ability to put ur emotions, and I hope there will be more questions added or this glitch will be fixed ??

App is great! But some major flaws…. Me and my girlfriend have been using this app for the past 2 months! It’s great! but i would love if there was a way to get more quizzes without paying, we’re long distance, and we can’t afford for premium as it’s too expensive for the both of us.. honestly just wish you could unlock quizzes with certain milestones in the relationship, monthly anniversaries, or a check in streak of 50 or 100, something along those lines, but other than that i think it’s pretty great!

LOVE this app!!. my boyfriend and i just recently downloaded the app two weeks ago, and we already have premium!! we absolutely love doing the quizzes and learning more about each other. however, i just wish we were able to do a few more quizzes a week, rather than just being able to do 5. but overall, we absolutely love this app. it’s helping us become a lot closer! 🩷
