Bait and switch. After downloading the app and entering data for about 3 months the app had an update. Now there is a cost for a subscription and it appears I’ve lost all my previous data. Not sure I’m going to save much money after paying a subscription.

Edit and output limitations. I purchased the app and was the surprised to see an annual subscription is also required?? That fact doesn’t show up in any of the advance information. I entered several gas stations and realized afterwards I had some typos but I am unable to edit them or even delete them. Those seem like very basic functions that the app should have. Also the app asks for a user name and password but there isn’t a no place to create one to get started. I ended up using my Appl ID to log in. I attempted to create the tax form after entering my 2021 receipts. When I click creat report it appears to do so but Icant view it and I never receive it by email so I am very frustrated that I have entered all of this data and can’t use it within the app!!

Awful! Avoid! Pay $5 bucks 60 days ago and now $5 more. I cool with paid apps but first you charge me $5 then less than 60 days later in turns into a subscription model that does not honor or recognize by first $5 investment - strike one Each time a new version is released your transaction history is lost, your vehicles are lost and the fuel stations are lost. So you have to re-enter the information for all three time and time again - strike two The the rebate is about 2¢ a gallon unless you own a fleet it is not worth the reoccurring effort and cost to use this jenky app - strike three. Save your money put it toward fuel and use the forms online to claim your rebate.

Updated with bugs fixed. New updates on app look great! Fixed all the issues! Great app! Looking forward to my tax return!

No pictures, totals. This is a great concept for an app however for it to be a paid app I feel it should have the ability of reproducing each and every receipt that it asks you to photograph. It does not. You should also be able to view totals, etc. You cannot view totals. Could be greatly improved.

Tax form never received or printed. The app is fairly easy to use to upload the data. The problem is that I’ve tried several times to have the completed form emailed to me and I never received the email. Where is my private information going? Will this be fixed or did I waste my time entering all of my receipts?!?

Not ready for prime time.. 1 - Can not edit vehicle information to add VIN number. 2 - Can not edit transaction to change information in case of mistake. Can not see way to delete transaction. 3 - I was under the impression that information would automatically fill form. Mine is not updating with personal information. 4 - Can edit location data. I thought this was going to be a great app, idea is sound. Sadly implementation not there yet. Especially for a 5 dollar app. IOS 15.4. Willing to work with developers, just reach out to me. Don’t want to criticize without offering to help. Will reach out to developer website.

Says I’m unsubscribed. Purchased the app an it said to log in with Apple ID - but now it says I’m unsubscribed whe I try to log in with my email. So I logged out and when I try to re-login the auto fill is not my email an no way for me to find out where it goes. If I try to change to my email it says I’m unsubscribed. Need help or a refund please

I think I wasted my money. I paid the $5 for the app. I signed in with Apple in the app. I went to add my vehicle, typed in the VIN and named the vehicle. The app then tells me I am not subscribed. I click subscribe now. It gives you two options. $5 for the year or $.99 per month. I click either and the app does nothing. What kind of crap is this?!

Don’t bother. I downloaded an earlier version and had been using that. When I upgraded all of the historical data is gone. I have no way to see my receipts for the first 6 months of this rebate period. Save yourself the money and just fill out the form as you go on your computer and keep the receipts in an envelope. Kind of archaic but better than the app

No way to export. Since there is no way to export the information I’ve inputted (price per gal, gal purchased, gas station address). I will still have to enter all the information I put into the app all over again. Super disappointed. I was expecting the app to be able to export all the info onto the “worksheet of Missouri motor fuel tax paid by vehicle”. I am missing something altogether or this app just really isn’t worth it.

Great Program to Get Fuel Taxes Back on Gas. This app concept is absolutely fabulous! I purchased the app and couple days later was asked to migrate the data to Apple ID (which I did) after doing so, I had some issues. I have contacted support and they have been VERY responsive in working with me on any issues I have had. I know that they are continuing with enhancements and feature-development that will make this app even more robust in the future. Anyone who lives in Missouri (or fills up their gas tanks) and has at least one vehicle should purchase this app! Michael

Tech Help great. Being retired nearly ten years I had some difficulties navigating the update. Prompt, clearly outlined steps helped me thru the process and I’ve completed and printed the state form! Many thanks!

Cannot Edit Vehicles. This is a great idea. I also saw it on the news so I bought it and hope I don’t regret it. There should be a way to edit vehicles and/or gas stations. I accidentally added a vehicle twice and I see no way to delete it or make changes or change the info to a different vehicle. The app needs some updates to make it more user friendly.

Not a happy Gas Tax payer. This was a GREAT app for the first three weeks that I had it. Paid the $4.99 fee because I sincerely thought it had great potential. Then all of a sudden, out of nowhere, it didn’t recognize me and it insisted on migrating with Apple. I changed my password. Tried to pull up history, gone, everything is gone. Nothing at all !!! Now I am very unhappy. The potential is there. Why can’t people get it together??? And NOT rip people off !!!

After migrating to Apple ID. After migrating to Apple ID, my data is missing and the says I’m not registered and must pay again. Another flaw. I think this app will be good once all the bugs are fixed.

Would like a refund. $5 app and your better off taking pictures of your receipts. App does not assist in filling out necessary form or with filing. App takes a picture of your receipt and then you have to manually fill out the details. App has links to Missouri Dot website which doesn’t help from your mobile device. Not satisfied with the development or cost of this app. Feels like a scam.

Great gas tracking app. This is a great fuel tracking rather than having to save all those receipts. However, it appears to duplicate the tax saving from the previous record. Please make an update so I don’t have to manually do this.

Not happy. I’ve been using your app for awhile now, I opened it today to input my latest receipt and was alerted with a message to migrate the app data to my Apple ID. So I went through with the migration. Upon logging in using my Apple ID, none of my receipts or data is in the app anymore and the app is trying to get me to resubscribe (pay another $5) to use the app. I also cannot log back in using my old credentials due to migrating to my Apple ID. Please assist so I can regain my account.

Improvement. It's a really good app but can you ad the developer update the history... instead of the actual date of the receipt in the records it puts the date recorded into the record instead of the date of when the actual gas purchase made

Needs Improvement. ETA: an update was made and now ALL of my information is gone! Vehicles and all receipts have been deleted. I sure hope they can recover these, because I have no backup. I like the idea of this but the app is missing some functionality. I can’t get it to allow me to edit vehicle information, even though it says info can be added later. I also accidentally added a receipt twice and I can’t find a way to delete or edit one.

Please fix these things!. Would love to push this out to my clients but this app has so many problems! I can’t even upload my receipts; when I press save it looks like it’s loading but doesn’t save. After reading the other review, I’m glad I didn’t get that far to only realize I client pull the report. Please, please, please fix this so that people can use it!

Upgrade flop!. Went to add a receipt but hit cancel instead of migrate now I can’t add anything! I paid $4.99 for the app on first download now tells me I need to subscribe but won’t allow me to click on anything can’t add any receipts all those I had added are now gone this is NOT what I signed up for. Would suggest you either fix your app or refund my money.

App update. Tammi was very helpful explaining how to fix my problem after the last update with Apple ID. She even linked me to a video explaining the process. Thankful for the quick response to my email.

Password Login and Reset issues. The app keeps logging me out and the password doesn't auto save in my passwords and its extremely difficult and time consuming to reset. Extremely frustrating!

Needs improvement. For a $5 app I expect to do very little work. But instead, I have to type in date, gallons, price, and location. All this app does is store my receipt. Please tell me this will be fixed? If not, I’d like a refund. It would be easier for me to track on an excel file.

Creating an account??. How do first create your account? It doesn’t give the option to create your account - just need to “log-in”. But I haven’t set up a password? How do I do this?

Great app. Works great! I’ve already received my first gas tax rebate which wasn’t much but paid for the app and looking forward to bigger returns.

Needs improvement. In records, the date that shows is the date you entered the receipt, not date of purchase. The tax form linked is for non-hwy use, hwy use form is missing. I was under the assumption that the app did all the calculations on how much you get back, but it does not. It is just a digital file cabinet for your receipts. I saw on the news and thought it would be great, but I should have saved my money and just started an Excel spreadsheet instead with a formula to calculate how much we would get back per purchase.

Great idea. Enhancements would be nice. Receipts have to be linked to cars and station. Really easy to do from several different screens. Mostly intuitive to use. I have yet to try and get money back but think that process will be easy as well…from the app anyway. From the state it may be a different matter. I would like to be able to edit the receipt and the vehicle. I made mistakes to both and can’t edit. When adding a vehicle the app says I can add VIN later but that it not the case. What if I sell my car? There has to be a way to delete it or at least mark it sold so it doesn’t show up on the various screens. UPDATE- Ver 1.3 fixed the editing issues. Unfortunately it deleted all entries I made so far; cars, stations, and receipts. Not good. Since MO state law requires paper for 3 years, I have the information. The question becomes, do I want to enter it again in the app or keep it in an excel file?

It’s a good app. I fussed with it a bit, even uninstalled it and got a refund. Tried again a few months later. I generated the tax forms, submitted to State of MO and did get a refund. It works great

Makes it easier. I do not do well with technology. So it took some patience but I was always able to get answers and now I understand how the app works. Highly recommend. Next year will be a breeze and will get about twice as much back. Just email the creator of the app and she will answer and help you thru.

No option to create an account. I just downloaded the app today. The only option is to log into an existing account via email, Facebook, Apple, etc. But no place to create a new account. I tried entering my email and password in the log in by email area and it told me my email was not recognized. Which why would it? I can’t see where to create an account.

Don’t see how it will help.. Using an iPad pictures of the receipt are always very blurry. They look fine till you say use photo and then it’s just so blurry you can hardly read it. It will not enter the date you put down is the date of purchase it only uses the date that you’re entering it which makes it look like the last four months are all purchased on the same date. I do not see how this app is going to help. I do not recommend.

Sorry I got. After several weeks now, I have still NOT been able to install any gas receipts. The only thing it has filled in was vehicle and only one gas station. I have tried loading receipts manually, by camera library and taking pictures of receipts. Manual goes on in, then it’s all gone when I come back to enter the next purchase. It will take pictures or download pictures from photo library. I see it comes up to read; but it doesn’t stay there in program nor inserts information in transactions. Frequently asked questions only pertains to the state website. For me it’s useless!

So helpful. This app is exactly what I needed. I had so many receipts to enter and submit for the first round of rebates. The form generated after I entered the info. So easy to use. I had to reach out for support because the email address I have linked to my Apple ID doesn’t exist any longer and they quickly created an edit button. So helpful and kind. I highly recommend this app. (I heard there were issues at the beginning but no longer the case)

Migration ?. Tried doing the migration and have lost everything I have entered, also wants me to pay again for what I have already paid , I’m hoping there is a way to recover this? Sent this on July 7 , no developer response? I have paid for this app and now it wants me to pay again, if we can’t move forward with this then please refund my $5 , I expected at least some kind of response, I have a lot of receipts entered and have paid the money but no way to access them, please help me or tell me to get lost ,,,,something

Need Edit for vehicles. App is great idea. Would be beneficial if we could edit the vehicles and fas stations. Currently I see no way to do that. Another feature would be to allow uploads from files. I get alot of gas at Sams Club and receive email receipts and not reply rinted at the pump.

Can’t Receive Tax Report Form. The app required me to use an Apple ID to create an account. When I try to generate and email a report to myself, it sends to a strange Apple email that I have never seen and have no access to. How can I edit my email address to my actual email and receive the tax form?

Updated. Emailed support and received a response indicating they pushed out an update. Everything is working as it should. If you frequent certain gas stations regularly, this app will be easy to use. If you use dozens of stations, you’ll have to enter each station into the app. Really like not having to save a pile of receipts long term - just long enough to snap a picture in the app.

Waste of money.. All this app does is fill out the worksheet part of the form for you. For $5.00 I was expecting to be able to electronically submit the refund request through the app. Unless I’m missing something, I haven’t figured out a way to do that yet. Instead they email you the form with the worksheet filled out. You still have to print the form, fill out all your information, and mail it in. This app doesn’t do anything that I can’t do myself just as easily and for free.

Needs a lot of improvement. Be weary about getting logged out and being unable to sign back in. This has happen to be at least three times. I tried every password I could think of that I use, but nothing works. And there is not an option to reset your password at all. So I have to start over. For something I had to pay money for, it certainly doesn’t work as expected. Kind of a waste really. Just keep your receipts and fill out the paperwork yourself.

No edit option. The app concept is great but it needs improvements for sure. Being an app with a fee I think it should be more equipped. You should be able to print a list of all the transactions. Also the date you enter is not the same date after you save it. It records it as a day earlier. Which leads me to the subject…there is no way to edit info after it is saved. I inputted several receipts tonight and midway through the app just started spinning when I tried to save the info and I wasn’t able to finish. Pretty disappointed…

Looks like a great little app. Problem, I spent the evening entering several gas receipts-changing the dates on each receipt. When I finished I see that every entry has today’s date with no way to correct the date. Also, is there a way to export the information? How do you use the info to fill out the tax return? Also, why is the only tax form included for farm and off road vehicles?

They fixed my issue. I had a issue when they migrated my account to Apple Pay . They handled the issue quick !!

Fairly Decent, but no way to edit ANYTHING. Easy to use (for the most part). Not tried exporting data to file, and I actually don’t see a way to do this yet. My biggest complaint is that there’s no way to delete or edit anything…. There really needs to be a way to edit the address of a gas station (add zip), edit a transaction (correct the date), etc. huge oversight for the developer. I long press, edit would be amazing.

Good App. The app does what it’s supposed to. All apps can use different updates and this is no different. The support Team was amazing. Had a glitch with migrating to AppleID and lost or thought I lost everything and contacted support and they responded super quick with instructions and videos on how to resolve the issue. Thumbs up in my book

It does not work!. What is going on with this app? Please help! It won’t allow for me to type a gas station! I have a box full of receipts and nothing is working!

Save your money Not worth using. Spent the time entering all the gas stations and receipts to find that the date never changed and ultimately you will have to manually key each receipt into the tax form anyways. Plus once you enter a vehicle or station there is no way of editing. No running total of transactions either

Can’t create account. You can only use Facebook, Gmail or Apple ID doesn’t give any other options to use any other email provider to create an account. Wasted $4.99. I don’t want to share or use any of those options.

Paid app that also needs a subscription?. Come on really? Wish I had known before buying the app. Waste of effort and money on my part.

Can’t Subscribe. Just downloaded the app, made account through Apple ID and anytime I enter my vehicle info it takes me to subscription screen. I’ve tried hitting the yearly & monthly subscription options and nothing happens

Unable To Subscribe. I’ve tried on the iPhone as well as iPad. I keep getting a pop up to subscribe but when I click yearly or monthly it doesn’t go any further. Considering I just paid $4.99 for an app I can’t even use, I’d like my money back.

Terrible and does NOT auto populate receipts onto spreadsheet. If I could give this app zero stars I would. As tax time is now here I’m realizing that this app has not been uploading my inputted data correctly and now I’ll be forced to add EVERY RECEIPT manually when I spent $5 on this app to do it for me. No help, and no updates in 3 months. Skip this app altogether!

APP. Not able to open app who can be contacted

Gas receipts dates. The ap will not save the gas receipt date. It puts the date in of the day I entered the receipt. And it can not be edited to correct it.

Slow and glitchy. If you don’t add a gas station before starting a receipt, then try to use the ‘add’ option at that point, it freezes. If you try to take a picture of a receipt within the app, it freezes. So you have to take a picture before opening the app and choose to upload it from your phone. Every time I try to add a receipt it spins and spins and loads forever but never saves the receipt. Just goes back to the menu to add the receipt with no error messages I don’t feel this is worth $5 at all…I WOULD LOVE A REFUND!

Unable to create an account to use app. Just downloaded app and unable to contact company for tech support. Not useful at this point.

Don’t waste your time. The app was updated and now it says I need to purchase a new subscription, which I just purchased the app/subscription.

Password. Is there a way to recover a pass word? Have entered gas recents but for some reason my phone didn’t save my password … so not I can’t get in

Network error. I downloaded and paid for the app and cannot add any receipts. When i hit save it gives me a “network error” message a waste of $5 😡 no where to see if there is a bug or fix or anything that I can find Great concept but app doesn’t work

It’s not letting me subscribe. Great concept but it won’t let me subscribe. It just loads and loads and nothing. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing.

Disappointed. Can’t access the app. Lost all data entered since July. Extremely disappointed. Paid for the App and it’s not working.

Dumped everything. This app leaves a lot to be desired. Good idea poorly executed. To top of off today I had to log back in only to find a months worth of data cleaned out. I would not recommend this app.

good concept poor design. There is no ability to fix information if you made a typo on accident. Please allow editing/removal of cars as needed

App doesn’t work. Have been trying to subscribe for a month now and every time I hit subscribe I just get a loading screen for eternity. Have yet to be able to subscribe or use.

Ok app. Bought the app and was doing great, then the update happened and I lost all the receipts that I had put in and my profile. I look for a way to contact support but kept getting the DOR website.

Doesn’t work. I had MONTHS of receipts added. Then it said to login - tried and my log in failed. Can’t access my account. Tried it a 2nd time. Logged me out. I did the forgot my password and it has never let me log back in!

Apple ID. App asked me to migrate to my Apple ID sign on and password. I followed the directions given, now when I do this it says I need to subscribe ( just did this 3months ago) and keeps telling me I have to use my Apple ID sign on ( which I am doing).

Question. Why is it necessary to input the various gas stations we use?

Password reset. There is no way to reset your password. I have entered multiple weeks of receipts and the app kicked me out of the app. I have forgotten my password. If there is a way to reset the password please let me know.

Very Confused. So this only stores the receipt picture? I still need to go file the form and compute the amount back per receipt? Please help and if that’s the case, refund!

Migration Problem. The app now requires users to hook to Apple ID, which I did. I have now lost all previous receipt data because of it. Thanks a lot. Cannot figure out how to retrieve months worth of receipts.

Everything disappeared. Records were easy to keep, but one day I logged in and everything was gone. There’s no one to contact, so I paid $5 to keep records that never were filed. Total sham

After weeks of entering data— all my info was deleted!. I guess I’d have to start over to use this app— everything on my profile is gone. ugh!!

Needs updated tax form. Would love to be able to use all the receipt information I have stored in the app when July 1st rolls around, but currently the app does not have the updated tax form that the state recently released.

Can’t upload receipts. Every time I try to upload a receipt it says network error. I have Wi-Fi connected in my home, even disconnected that and have 3 bars of signal through my phone network so my data/internet isn’t the issue.

Lost my data. I’ve been using this app since April. When I was forced to transfer my login information to my apple account, all my data was lost. I’ve tried contacting your app support and I get thrown into a loop. I’m very frustrated!

Where are new upgrades. Can’t edit entries, can’t get new entry unless photo is taken, does not enter information onto required state forms. Without entries being able to be transferred onto state forms , program is useless.

Tax form. Got everything entered. Try to generate the form. Clef email it’s correct but then it gives an error and can’t generate it? Help!!!!

DONT USE APP. We have used this app since it first came out and had over hundred logged recents and they MADE us merge our gmail account into our Apple account and no receipts are generating. We lost everything and high recommend NOT using this app.

Will not email the form after getting everything in the app. Here it’s time to file and now can’t get the information back out of the app! There is no help button to get ahold of the creator.

Won’t subscribe. Trying to add subscription but it will not let me click on the button even after I purchased the app. Not a good product to pay for when you cannot do anything with it. I would like a refund but who do I contact for that?

very disapointed. it's a good idea but doesnt work. Can't view transactions, I take a pic and or download a pic and never see it again! don't know what happens to them, no instructions, no E`Mail of instrucktions. waste of money

This app is a scam!!!. This app keeps prompting you to repay… developer says it’s “a bug”…. If you use this app be prepared to keep having to pay for it every time it “has a bug”

Love the concept, but needs improvements badly. Since I had this I lost every receipt I entered 3x’s because it logged me out or /because of this migration process. Don’t think that’s fair because I feel like I’m loosing money and it’s that time to file, now I have to start completely over!

Generate report. Since the update it is working better, but when I have it generate a report it says it’s being sent to an email not associated with my Apple account.

Data missing again!!. All but 1 of my transactions have disappeared!! I have been diligently entering for months. My stations, pics and transactions gone!!!!! Entered again and those are gone!
