Meetup is Truly AWFUL!. Bugggiest app on my phone. Bugggiest web based application on my 2 PCs. Cheap company that needs to get their act together and probably needs more competition to motivate them to do that. Necessary evil for an established community organizer, unfortunately, but it's almost impossible to do the work with their many problems and design flaws.

Faster and way easier…. Love the step by step process of creating a new event. Looking forward to the next version of new features as well.

Creating new events. Why am I not able to copy a previous event and just change the dates to create a new event? The copy function is not working for me and the only way I’ve been able to create new events is from scratch!

Locations won’t show up. For some reason, when creating an event in the app, the locations won’t show up. You’d have to manually add a new location as is it didn’t exist. When you do it via web, locations show up without any problems. Please fix your location/map integration

This app still has some kinks to work out.. When I’m in writing mode more than half of my words are off the screen and it won’t let me scroll so I can even look at them. I can’t see what I’m typing in the moment either because it’s down below somewhere and I can’t scroll down to see what I’m typing. Super frustrating so I’m sticking with the old meetup app until that’s fixed.

Photo always is too cropped. I have to send people to my facebook page to see the full photo. And the option on the metro site to add a photo doesn’t come up til after its published.

Some bugs…. A little buggy… for instance, when I go to add co-hosts and save, the co-hosts are not added. Click on the fees button when creating an event and the app crashes and you lose all of what you just set up.

Trash. This app is required to cancel your events, all other functions were easier in the base app. However once you install this app you can’t use the base app to manage events. Absolute garbage, if I could give zero stars I would. This app in no way improved my user experience and actively made using meetup worse.

Developers Improved the App recently. Looks like the developers have listened to the reviews for the first iteration (which needed much improvement). Glad to see many of the key features like seeing users and contacting users were added. They still link back to the web interface but it’s quite useable. One feature that is critical and poses a safety issue: please allow organizers to ban members from the group from the app and prevent them from seeing future event times and locations. This is a serious safety concern as these banned members can easily crash an event and threaten members.

Disaster. What a disaster. The upload photo function neither worked on mobile or desktop and the app proved to be incapable of setting up events efficiently. I hope that improvements will be made to the efficiency of the buttons and that in the future this app will actually be reliable. Unfortunate to write this review but I really think they have a ton of bugs to fix on this app.

How do I do this?! - message for the developers.. This message is to the creators of MeetUp. I made a series of events and was able to set it for each Sunday of every week, continuously. I want to edit them and change the time and/or delete them if needed. I am able to make a series of continuous events but there’s not an option to go back and edit them all at once, only individually… which is kind of annoying. Otherwise, great app and I recommend it to anybody and everybody.

Not much value. Not sure of the added value of this app. I later discovered there were several bugs when editing an event, only to discover there were issues with the organizer app. I ended up uninstalling it :(

Still has issues. I rated this a couple of months ago and while they did fix my issue with always having to sign back in despite just using it they still haven’t fixed the RSVP date issue when creating an event. It still only allows you to set the RSVP open date to two weeks before the event. That makes no sense to me because I’m the regular app you can set it 30 days before. I hate creating events in the organizer app so much that I uninstall it and use the regular app.

End time has bug. When select end time on the date of event, fives error and changes end time to next day. Another bug is when i change end time to -1 day, in order to get the event end day. Also only allow one picture to upload. Ken

Meetup for Organizers. Twitchy keyboard, SHIFT key has to be long pressed to function, cursor jumps all over the place. Will not allow organizer to manually insert meeting location, app insists on picking from its own addresses - which have misspellings and outdated business names. App preselects a photo, tried deleting it, photo reappeared when event was published. Meetup for Organizers is a step backward from creating events in good ol’ Meetup.

Perpetual Network Error. I have to log in every time I open the app. When I do manage to get the app to work I get network error after network error. I never know if my events get published or even get announced because I’m constantly getting error messages. Even after updating the app. I’m paying to be a Meetup Organizer. Please give me an app that allows me to organize my events without all this hassle. Or put the option to create events back in the Meetup app. It was MUCH easier that way. Anyway, thank you for the Meetup community. This app needs work.

Literally pointless.. The only thing this does is allow you to create and edit events with less features than the main app. You can do everything this app can do plus more in the main Meetup app so literally what is the point???

Clunky. Hard to navigate to setup new events. Seemingly can’t set RSVP start date more than 6 days ahead in order to have a RSVP cutoff. Must set guest limit if allowing guests. I want attendees to help grow the group so I don’t want a guest limit. SMS and pop-up alerts NEVER take me to where the alert is speaking to. Looks to be fixed now, but for a while there was no way to post comments on an event wall on the app. Had to use the “chat” function that no one would see, which harkens back to the previous comment about the alerts not taking you there.

A little buggy. Are use the drag to type feature with the iPhone 8. In the app it doesn’t seem to work very well. Also, when I’m setting the date and the time, when I pick the start time, and then I go to the end time, that affects the start time, so I have to change the start time again. I think you should automatically add an hour or two to the start time, for the end time, and don’t let the end time affect start time.

Works a little better than the old version but still needs work. This new version has made some improvements, but it is still very clunky and somewhat unforgiving when using it on a mobile device. The worst problem is when writing a description for an event. After typing past three or four sentences, editing can become very challenging. And forget speed or finger drag typing-as the system just can’t handle it, causing your text to become completely indiscernible gibberish.

Missing communication options. It’s nice to admin your events, limited or not working with the messenger system. You can’t see the messages, answer or get notified. So interacting with your community is limited, you need to do it in the website and for me that renders the app partially futile.

Bugs persist despite updates. This app is still very buggy, which makes organizing more of a chore for me. Typing is still a bit of a mess due to the app automatically adjusting text during edits, loading event reviews is not always cooperative, and now I am having trouble loading featured photos for events. I lost two drafts earlier today because of the photo bug. More work needs to be done to make this truly user-friendly and seamless.

Check-in/no-show feature doesn’t work. The only feature I need is the one that doesn’t work. After I check in a few people and mark a few people in the list as no-shows, it voids all my progress and makes me start all over from scratch. Also searching for a name in the list is very slow. So infuriating because I so badly need this feature to work so I can mark people as no-shows and preventing them from hogging spots in future events. FYI to any dev or product owner reading this, I’m on the latest version of iOS.

Buggy. The app is just really buggy and hard to use. Not great when you’re at the event trying to check people in and the app starts acting up. I don’t like how the Meetup for members and Meetup for organizers allow different abilities to the organizer in each. It’d be good to have a one stop shop for organizers.

App is still horrible. I Dont know how people can even type In this keyboardsrd because Ise yhe ws y the keyboard aytocompleyes it gotribke and yearless. This is the output I got by trying to type on an using the normal iOS keyboard in Meetup Organizer. As we can tell, there is some funky autocorrection and autocompletion and jitteriness going on. The developers can always reply and dismiss my reviews to show much they care, but until they fix this, it gets one star.

RSVP dates don’t work. Please fix the RSVP date mechanism. It constantly says the date is wrong so I have to turn it off to post an event. Then go in on the computer at a later date and fix it Not cell phone friendly

Why another app for organizers?. This Organizer’s app has removed some features that made making events efficient. This is not a value added app and some items need to be reinstalled. (1) When copying an event, The date should have the same day (Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, etc.) and time as the starting point, not the next day when the post is created. This new app wastes my time re-entering the day and time. (2) When copying an event, I like that the photo is copied from the original event, but when I want to remove the photo and add a new one, there is no option to center the photo. This Organizer app adds the photo and centers it in some random fashion so that the focal point is not shown. I haven’t tried any other functions, but at this point I don’t understand why this app was added when we had one that may have needed improvements while keeping the functions that worked!

Easier to navigate. Glad this was created!

Meetup app is better for organizers.. not this app. The regular Meetup app has features I use frequently that are just missing on the Meetup Organizer app. Copying event leaves out date and times so it takes more work to schedule a weekly event. Can’t see “not going” list. “Group settings” just sends you to the website (not impressed) No event chat ability. Can’t add users to group. The Meetup Organizer app has no features that were not on the regular Meetup app (now the Meetup app disallows event copying and forwards to the Organizer app. ). This app has no purpose and is a waste of organizers’ time. Meetup hopefully will learn from this mistake.

Centering Photo and Announcements. I agree with the review from Chakra 4 Yoga on August 25th. I tried creating an event using the Organizer app, but was very disappointed. You are not able to re-center the event photo. The Organizer app does not send the announcement notification or email for new events. This is ridiculous! Your members won’t even be notified of events created with the Organizer app. They will only see it if they happen to check the app. I would also like to see a new feature in the Organizer app, notification reminders about upcoming payments. Receiving an email after the fact is not convenient, I would prefer a notification in the app, preferably before the payment due date. I deleted the Organizer app because it was no more useful than the regular app. I ended up having to use the regular app to re-center the event photo anyway, so there was no use for the Organizer app.

Meetup gets worse by the year. Just what we need, a 2nd app to manage things we previously could from the main meetup app. It’s like meetup business planning is like “how can we make the user experience worse??” and then they implement whatever they come up with. Let’s add a 3rd app just because… To address the developer response: I could previously “manage events on the go” from the meetup app, without the need for a second app. Why not a 3rd app to “allow me to create events on the go”? And another app to “allow me to edit events on the go”? You’ve stripped features away from the main app, making 2 apps a necessity for organizers who also want to attend other groups events. It’s entirely stupid to have a 2nd app with functionality that used to be present within the main meetup app. So many technologies allow persona changes with a simple drop-down….why would meetup think an entirely different app (which will of course have its own changes, updates, and management) is the right way to go? Dumb idea from the start.

Photos not available and it freezes!. I used to be able to go back in the previous events and select a photo to post for a new event. Unless you want to copy an old event, along with that photo, it no longer gives access to all the photos of the events to use one. I have had to take a new photo from a past event photo and then retrieve it from my new photos. Also, when going into photos, it freezes up. I then need to close the app, and I lose the all event details that I was working on and need to start all over!

DM do not show in the app. It’s a worthless app to me if I cannot use it to see activity going on in my groups. I didn’t know I had several missed direct messages until I logged into the desktop. These should show up in the messages area of the app.

Makes events scheduling better. I love that it’s giving me more options not available on the regular app

Terrible and not functional. I’ve used Meetup since 2017. I never had any real issues until I was prompted to download the “organizer” app and it was mistake to do so. It cannot deal with simple things like editing based on time zones and I often find I need to check my event listing multiple times to make sure the app didn’t make its own glitchy auto edits.

Meetup Black. Mostly works, but randomly changes or loses data when copying events, which gets frustrating. This used to just work. Be sure to verify every field.

Good, but.... I like the app. It has a lot of useful features; I especially like the new check-in feature, to track attendance at events. However, I do a lot of my organizing, especially planning events, on my iPad, and the app is not compatible with iPads. Also, there are other features of the website that would be helpful in the organizer app - like the calendar view for events, or being able to find any past event.

Really, really bad. When I try to type in a description for an event, and I press the “shift” button to capitalize a letter, it un-capitalizes after about 300ms. I have to press the shift key multiple times to get it to work. When I try to use the member chat, the messages do not show up. I have to switch to a different app and then switch back for the messages to show up. I tried to save a draft last night, but it would not let me because a payment method was not specified (I wanted people to pay to come to the meetup) but the app does not allow you to specify a payment method. Anyways I just left the app open all night, and this morning I wake up and my draft is no longer there, it has been deleted. If I tap on certain areas the app crashes.

Editing text descriptions will drive you mad. When trying to add to or edit events descriptions the cursor will inexplicably jump around. For example, if I go back to a previous sentence to add more words, the cursors will suddenly jump back down to the end of the entire description. Maddening.

Meetup App Review by Frances Gomez-Lira. It’s worth the download to your phone to schedule your Meetup Event. To my surprise, It’s easy to maneuver and very comprehensive to use and I’m not a techie person yet I am a Meetup organizer. I’ve always scheduled my Meetup's on my laptop. This is the first time I ever scheduled something from my cell phone. I love the Meetup App.

Meetups in the Organizer app don’t appear automatically on calendar. Title explains it all. In short, whenever I make a meetup in the organizer app, it won’t automatically appear on my calendar as it did when I use the general app. This is causing me to miss a couple events if I don’t remember to go into the other app to now add it to my calendar. Feels frustrating to have a manual step for something that can automatically be done already by your other app.

Still needs some fixes. Allow guests always defaults to on and 99 guests (who EVER needs to allow 99 guests????!). Even after correcting to 1 guest and saving, it goes back to 99. My group does lots of outdoor adventures where the meetup location has no actual street address. While we can edit the map pin location, the app still also requires a street address. This creates confusion. It would be nice to be able to have access to satellite view on the map. When will GPS coordinates be accepted in the meetup location field? Thanks.

No useful added functionality. The organizer app didn’t add much useful functionality but took away what the original app had. I used to be able to copy old event to create a new one with the same parameters now I have to re-enter most of the info. The only useful feature that’s been added is the group chat.

Pointless app - honestly a joke. While this is billed as an app for meetup organizers, it’s far from it. The only thing you can do in this app is make and edit events, something you can already do in the original Meetup app. You cannot: - manage or edit your group settings - view or adjust your member list - view or accept new member requests - contact your group members - view group notifications or posts - see any group statistics I downloaded it because I thought this would make my life easier. It only takes up room on my phone. Just use the regular Meetup app and visit the desktop website to do anything that app can’t handle. A real app for organizers would let you do everything you can already do in the original Meetup app and enjoy new features. Don’t waste your time on this one.

Missing too much to list…. The existing meetup app has so many issues and bugs and it would be great to see Meetup fix it. This new App for Organizers is bad. Most clicks simple take you to embedded webpages. Managing future, current and past events is not even close to possible. Ok there is a workflow to setup a new event. But nothing to mange the group, edit, add or modify photos of events. Too much missing to list…

Absolutely never should anyone pay for meetup pro.. I paid for the meet up pro service, and I regret it. The app is frequently down, and I was not able to find members in a meeting one time. When cancelling, they make you wait in a live chat queue to reach a rep who will try to talk you out of it. Shady, scummy practices, akin to cable companies. Avoid.

Bugged Services. I have been a customer for years and organized many events. Meetup services are often out of service, giving 500 errors. When it works, it’s pretty slow to load. I suggest investing more on reliability and performance. As for the organizer app, it’s asking for login every time I open it; did someone mess up the saving of a an auth session? So much for a dedicated organizer app, it doesn’t have all the settings, so I end up using the desktop web app anyway. I recent problem I came across was the new feature Event chat for some reason didn’t appear in settings for a new event that was copied from an old one.

No value added. I prefer to work on a mobile device. On occasion, i must go to a desktop to send an email to my meetup group, but otherwise I can do everything from Safari. If an app is less functional than the web version and takes up space on device, why use it? Not sure why Meetup spent the time and money to create this app.

Finally a app for us. This app does most of what an organizer need to do. It’s great for the paying customer to finally have an app that’s about getting work done on meetup not promotion aimed at non paying members.

Problems deleting my account. Meetup organizer is making it incredibly difficult to delete my subscription. It’s going on two weeks, and I still have a subscription. I’ve requested help, and all the tips customer service offers are useless. They don’t know how to guide me through the app. The app itself wasn’t helpful. One person joined and the description must have been difficult to access, because we were not the right fit for them at all. It’s not worth the aggravation. What a waste of money.

Terrible. Trying to do a simple thing like pasting some text into the description section on my mobile and it’s not letting me do what I want, shame , shame, shame 🤬🤬🤬

Paying a great deal of money for continual problems. This app is a fantastic idea, but I really cannot fathom where my money is going. I’ve had to delete the app and redownload several times since starting a group and have to tell new group member to keep deleting and downloading because they have issues seeing and booking activities. Creating events can be a complete nightmare. I’ve been trying to create an event for the past 24 hours now and my edits keep on being deleted, I’m now unable to see the draft at all, and the meetup app (not organisers) has removed my entire profile. Gaaaahhhhhh paying a lot of money for a real painful time.

Painful. Not a fan. So much easier to do everything from the original app which is no longer possible. 2 apps is unnecessary. Slow. Clunky. Painful for an organiser.

Useless rubbish app just like the original. This app was the most useless thing meetup has done to date. They can’t even manage the bugs on the original app and they decided to add a new one. If they focused on perfecting the original app and responding to support emails they would be much better off.

Why not keep functionality in one place?. All things considered I really like the meetup app, but now I’ve had to download a second app if I want to move someone from waitlist to attending. Please just let me keep it simple.

Disappointing - just a website. Another disappointing clunky app from meetup. Had hope this one could actually be smooth and nice, but as usual it’s just a website basically. No advantage over using this or the direct site, unfortunately.

Don’t bother; More of the same. Another bad app by meetup. Its slow, not very user friendly, and I honestly don’t know why they could have just improved the original app… instead they have 2 bad apps and it’s just making us look at other platforms to run out events. Try editing the “going list”, it just sends you to a website skin. Took a good minute what take 5 seconds elsewhere. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

Horrible app. I have been running a large group on Meetup for years and now if I want to upload an event I have to use my pc because this app is completely broken and will not work. I don’t understand why this app was created, all it has done is completely ruined my ability to run my group via my phone

Feature photo upload no longer works. Please fix it

Terrible. Got 90% through posting an event and was dumb enough to try & load an event photo??? The app froze, then I lost everything!!!!!! An hour wasted!!!!! Why do we need a seperate app just to post when the old way worked??? Also having a different app to post means less people arrange events? You’re stopping those random members from hosting an event. So they’re finding alternatives, not Meetup??? Designed to lose members does seem odd?

Useless and can not cancel subscription. Managing or seeing your current subscription for paid apps are usually done via Apple ID subscription services, however if you use this Meetup organiser, or the meet up App, it doesn’t show in the list!!! And they have made it almost impossible to cancel your subscription, all you will get it you are charged secretly AU $108 every 6 month! What a Scam! A bad evil company! They have the guts to do that!

Give It Time???. After years of development, Meetup has released an app especially for Organizers. As far as I can see, it can’t show you a list of members (like the standard app), doesn’t let you check attendees in (like the standard app used to). So far, underwhelmed. I’ll give it 3-6 months before I decide to keep it or delete it.

The best. Love this app!

Terrible and Superfluous. Features are being removed from the main meetup app so organizers are forced to use this one. There’s absolutely no reason for this to be a separate app considering the developers can’t even get one to work properly.

Terrible .. Unacceptable.. Must do a better job. Terrible capacities for any proper editing from Ipads. Must do a better job !!

Glitchy as hell. Both the user app and the organizer app are very glitchy. Expect it not to load at all or tell you that you’re not signed up for any events on a regular basis. I hope they get their act together.

Glitchy. I love what Meetup allow: strangers becoming friends!!! What I’m not a fan of is an app full of glitches and it never seems to get fixed. It seems like the interface and execution could have been improved by now

Worst app for $240/yr fee. DO NOT USE THIS APP. I have been organizing a new group for only 3 weeks and the constant glitches, malfunctions, terrible user experience and weird layout (why is there a web desktop layout under leadership with random submit buttons that go nowhere?) make me want to toss it out the window if not for the $120 for 6mo that I already paid. I have had to email support 8x in the past 3 weeks: messages won’t send to event members when in need to announce meeting location, I’m asked to delete and re-download the app every week, can’t easily add a co-organizer, need to keep re-typing in same info for every event no option to set default eg. Covid info, the maps can’t even find a landmark location in a major city to add sometimes, members show up in the original meetup app but not the organizer app, have to go back and forth from this app to regular app to do stuff like individually message people. Save your money and your mental health and use FB or something else free to set up your groups!

It’s broken right now - May 29 2023. I was having this same issue on my desktop PC using any browser so I thought I’d try the app but it didn’t make any difference… You can’t change photos. I added a photo to my event yesterday I want to update the photo but when you swipe the photo and press the save button, nothing happens. It’s even worse on the app because I couldn’t even click on the X button to cancel changing the photo. I had to close the app entirely to get out of that screen. If they fix this bug, I’ll update my review.

Photos. Like the ease of use of the organizer app. Wish there was a way to remove photos that people post in error on events that I organize.

No flexibility. Does no longer allow me to decide RSVP time. Not good for restaurant reservations OR tickets to events

Glitchy and terrible. Glitchy and terrible. Why change what you had if you’re not going to make it better? I’m ready to leave just because the app is so bad.

Why???. Why did you do this. Taking some of the functions and dumping them in another app. You can’t actually run a meet using the new app. Can’t comment or communicate with your meet using the new app. You have to use the old one. So you literally made it harder to use your platform on mobile.

Login issues. App will not let me login, the feedback has no place to submit a problem, and when I do submit a problem it tells me the app is free and I can’t submit the problem. I can login on the website I can login on my original meet up app.

Waste of time. Such a waste of time and the developers need to finish the website first!!! Errors like saying a meeting was the first timer when it would have been his second meeting…

Not the best experience. Individuals on a waitlist aren’t being moved over to an open RSVP spot in the order of when they signed up. UGH!!!! What’s the deal??

No way to edit photos to fit display box.. Can’t figure out how to move event pic around to look good in photo display box.

Text Function Spazzy. Difficult to type the description for events because the blinking type bar keeps moving to the end of the text.

Improvements needed. App is not allowing the upload of feature picture to event. App constantly crashes, messaging doesn’t work, and event chats don’t display.

Merge to one app. They need to merge these functions to one app so you can create, edit, and sign up to events under one roof. Also, specification location should be merged with a waypoint map function/gps coordinates as not every meetup location has a mailbox number.

Photo Glitch. When I tried to add a photo to my event the app glitched. I couldn’t move forward (save) or move back (x). When I closed the app my work did not save as a draft. I have to start over.

Lacking Capabilities. The app lacks capabilities. I need everyone who joins to automatically become an organizer. Also I need the meetup group to not be fixed to specific areas, but rather allow the user to search based on preferred areas or localities.

Easier to navigate. Glad this was created!

Worse than original meetup app. This is for organizers? What is the advantage. It’s no easier to create an event here than in the original Meetup app, and there are fewer options. I keep going to the options and there is no way to email my members from this app. No way to do anything other than create an event. Pointless

Pretty good, text editor is glitchy. When editing text the cursor kept jumping to the end which was pretty frustrating.

Not useful vs regular app. A feature my hiking group organizers could use: - download members who RSVP for offline reference and check-in, and no-show to upload to event when back online.

Who developed this thing?. Constant glitching. Event times randomly changing, manually typing in locations is a nightmare, text randomly pops up as I type descriptions… I can’t believe I pay as much money as I do to organize on an app that never works.

A tad glitchy. App freezes when trying to upload an event picture. Capitalization seems to have trouble as well as spacing mechanisms.

Needs work. I have to type one by one to add a meetup description. Serious glitch on this app and sometimes doesn’t even save. Meetup and the organizer apps together are horrible- only good thing is connecting. But so much bad.

Glitchy just like Meetup’s other app. Just like Meetup’s other app, this app is glitchy and doesn’t work sometimes. Trying to edit an event today and can’t get it to work. This is unfortunately all too common and deeply frustrating.

Experience. So far this has been a positive experience for me. I have met some beautiful, inspiring women since I started organizing these walks.

Sticky keys. Writing out the event details in this app took forever- the auto correct wasn’t kicking in at all. I also was able to add a featured event photo but not able to easily add any other photos (like, a screenshot of where we are meeting).

Locations won’t show up. For some reason, when creating an event in the app, the locations won’t show up. You’d have to manually add a new location as is it didn’t exist. When you do it via web, locations show up without any problems. Please fix your location/map integration

No thanks. I don’t understand why we need to applications to manage events. The original meetup worked just fine.

Struggle for community. Starting a group through meetup has been frustrating and disappointing. People RSVP and then don’t show up. I’m interested in a lot of activities and have not found a group to be a part of.

Doesn’t allow me to give more than 1 week RSVP. Can’t have more than 1 week rsvp advance notice? Doesn’t make sense, other groups do allow 4 weeks!!! 😡

No possibility to add aTBD location sentence that does not already exist.. I tried to add a new generic location as: Private residence in Desert Hot Springs TBD and communicated only to attendees. But I was not able to and had to use and existing one TBD Palm Desert

Literally pointless.. The only thing this does is allow you to create and edit events with less features than the main app. You can do everything this app can do plus more in the main Meetup app so literally what is the point???

Meetup is Truly AWFUL!. Bugggiest app on my phone. Bugggiest web based application on my 2 PCs. Cheap company that needs to get their act together and probably needs more competition to motivate them to do that. Necessary evil for an established community organizer, unfortunately, but it's almost impossible to do the work with their many problems and design flaws.

Painful to use due to bugs or poor design. This is not a polished product. I found a few programming errors that disallow me from doing things one should be able to do.

Absolute Garbage. This app is worse existing than not. I’d have to say the same goes for the developers. Brutal but true. Please put this to an end. The world would be a better place.

Love the app! Thanks gals and guys!. It’s intuitive, love the clean lines and visually appealing I encountered a small glitch. I have always worked from my iPhone as I’m on the road pretty much all day. Is there any chance you can see why the copy and paste function doesn’t work in the Event Description field? It just bounces back and forth and words ‘Cut, Copy and Paste’ don’t show up at all, even after I’ve copied the entire description from my iPhone’s Notes app. Ceil TheDeal

Useful but no need for the star ratings. I loved it the organizer app, and I stopped using it because I could not turn off the star rating for each event. It may be useful for some event, but I don’t need it for every or recurring event. I went back to the old app.

Summer in the city, fall season. Organized differently than previous website. Needs to have directions or suggested parking locations near the ride start.

Drafts are never accessible!. I always get a message that I should check my internet connection. So annoying and frustrating. I always have start to over, and yet draft remains. Drag.

Can't access Drafts, so frustrating. Take all the time to create drafts and then can't access them, due to some bug blaming it on the internet. What a waste of time!!!!

App is Bad. App is hard to navigate, hard to find anything, hard to post an event, still don’t know where to post an event photo. Seriously what was the point of this app. for organizers. Do Meetup app developers even test the apps before they release them.

Some bugs…. A little buggy… for instance, when I go to add co-hosts and save, the co-hosts are not added. Click on the fees button when creating an event and the app crashes and you lose all of what you just set up.

Still limitations. Lags and lags! I’m an organizer, host or an event planner for several meetups. It would be nice to cross post events. The app seems to get worse and worse! Just lags

Scam Please Don’t Download. There is no way to contact support, as no one answers the emails. No phone number, no way to contact email. It’s a scam to steal money from group owners, and then there’s no way to turn it off.

Very buggy now. Creating events seems to get harder and harder. When I announce an event it doesn’t do anything so no one knows about it. The event also is not showing up in notifications. Please fix! This used to be a great app. Now you are trying to turn it into a dating app or something. DON’T!

Super buggy. The app is super buggy. Sometimes the keyboard won’t go away or when you’re trying to add a new location, typing in the country takes you out of the keyboard and doesn’t type in the letter you put either.

RSVP feature. Something wrong with the RSVP feature. Difficult to edit it… and if you get it right, it might not accept it and let you publish.
