Horrible. The remote constantly disconnects and is a pain to get reconnected. When it is connected to the tv I have to press buttons numerous times to perform the function I want it to. And on top of all that you’re requiring payment for this app? No thanks

Connected and now wants me to pay to use the remote. I used the arrow buttons to scroll through the apps on my Samsung TV and within minutes of using the buttons it’s asking me to pay to connect to the TV. That’s completely ridiculous just to use a remote to change channels it costs a fee! Be ware of FEES to use this app! I would have given it 5 stars until it asked for money and won’t let me scroll through the app unless I pay their fees.

Terrible app. Let’s you connect and press one button then demands you pay for the rest of the features

This app is a scam/gold digger. Right when i scanned my tv it didnt even let me do anything it just kept asking to buy the subscription

Worked. It actually works i had to use this because my brother broke the tv remote so I downloaded this and paired it and it worked perfectly.

Waste of Money - Why no trial. I was aggravated I couldn't find my Apple TV remote… now i’m more aggravated I spent money on a subscription to an app remote that ensures compatibility, when clearly not compatible. My Apple TV is most definitely on my network. I was airdropping just an hour ago. How sad you're not offered a free trial before learning of false promises. Buyer beware.

This should be a paid app. Because it’s impossible to use without Paying For It. I only needed for a few days but FREE IS A JOKE. It better be easy to cancel… I received a developer response. In spite of the fact I DID PAY FOR THIS CRAP, I was unable to turn off my TV for the 2 days I waited for my physical remote control.

Works, but…. Yes, this works on Apple TV devices, Google TV devices, and Samsung TVs. However, once I sign into a device, the app should remember it for at least that session. If I switch from one device to another and then back to the first, I shouldn’t have to renter a pin. Heck, once I sign into a device, it should remember it forever!

Won’t connect. This app works maybe 50% of the time and the buttons are hard to connect with when pressing them. Save your money and frustration by getting something else.

Free app but actually paid. Will let you connect and control your TV for a few minutes, then lock you out and demand you pay for premium. Very frustrating, immediately uninstalled.

Useless app. Not much technology involved. Apple phone will not recognize my tv or Wi-Fi device. So, no way to use the app to control my tv. Apple needs to find real pros to link devices. The only reason that I gave one star, is there was not an option for no star.

Apple Remote review. This is a great app because my Apple TV remote isn’t working and this saved me but there’s one problem, it spams premium and I can’t enter my remote again

Unusable. Will not let me use the free version at all. Any time I press a button I am prompted to pick one of the pay tiers for a ‘trial’. I would understand if that happened once in a while, but I literally can’t navigate or select anything. Going to delete.

Please stop showing me the free trial. I lost my remote and I was looking for an app and I found yours it worked for a few seconds but then after every time I pressed a button it kept showing the free trial. I just need an app without stuff like that.

Stopped working. I have an Xgimi Halo+. The app worked during the trial period, but once it was over and I purchased a subscription it stopped connecting to my projector. The Google home app works just fine.

Remote phone, wow. What a great discovery. We, will always know where our phones are making it way to easy to turn off the by at bedtime, for the kids. As well as, to get our hands on the remote without searching all over the house. Beautiful. A match made in heaven

Should be a free app.. Little better than worthless. Wish we bought a Roku TV to replace our old one, because the remote apps we had to choose from with our new Google tv are trash. The Roku app was free and efficient. Sometimes this remote will connect, but it never powers the TV off. Currently keeps giving me a pin to put in to connect the remote to the tv but keeps saying I’m entering the wrong pin. Trash!

Remote is not compatible. It’s doesn’t work for my Sony tv

Works less than half the time. I often get a message saying “couldn’t find tv.” Try again later. It’s hit or miss. Not working right now.

Must have subscription. I can’t use a remote without a subscription. It says “Pro Access” but it means, to be able to use this at all. I would be fine with a one time payment, but a subscription is ridiculous.

it’s a scam. they let you use the remote for a minute or so, and then any attempt to press the buttons asks you to pay for a subscription. it would be fine if it weren’t advertised in such a way that it seems to be free with an option to pay for more features. don’t download this.

Money wasted. The description said that it works on apple TV. It doesn't even detect that remote. You don't have the option to get the trial service. It didn't even work right on my TV. Really don't bother.

No service. Every time I scan for TV it finds the bedroom TV but it won’t find the living room TV, even when I’m standing right in front of it. Very disappointed in this app.

Wrong pin message. I keep getting a wrong pin message when I’m typing exactly what’s on the TV. The app was working fine till now for some odd reason

Doesn’t work. All TVs and the phone are on the same wireless network and continually will not find any of the devices… This was a total waste of money save your money!

This product lies. Terrible ap! Does not scan for Apple TV even when Apple TV is on. Only reason I downloaded this ap was for the Apple TV remote and it doesn’t even see it while I’m watching videos on Apple TV.

Horrible since last update. Ever since the last update the remote continuously loses connection after only a few seconds. Before the update it went OK It got the job done but ever since in this new update it’s just been trash I hope they fix it soon.

Power button. I’m currently on the free trial and everything works great except for the power button doesn’t work. Won’t power on or off.

Not worth the money. Constantly loses connection to the tv regardless of WiFi connection I have gamer WiFi (really strong) and this remote can’t hook up to the tv at all or when it does it’ll lose connection again in 15 seconds

AppStore Robbers (do not buy). They say you will get 1 month trial before downloading and charge your account immediately after downloading. The app doesn’t work after downloading. Robbers in AppStore. Do not buy this app. Developers if you are honest, please refund my money.

Suddenly stopped working. This app was working for a day or two, but then it suddenly stopped working. The pin that showed up on the TV was entered, yet the app said it was wrong. The TV said successfully paired. maybe it’s a glitch that needs to be updated.

why?!. OK developers this app would be great without paying a fee I just scroll down then I have to get a pro access so then I force close the app and then I tried to connect my TV again and now it’s forcing me to get the pro access!😱 and now I don’t know what to do. Can you please fix this?

What a crock!. The app was supposed to have a 1 week trial period, with a subscription, I was charged IMMEDIATELY but NO trial. Can’t get this to connect to the TV, has a display that I have fire TV, which I don’t. At this point I would give 0 stars or negative stars, but don’t see a way to do that. If by chance this were to change I will change this review.

Only worked very 1st try with new TCL Google tv. - Display didn’t match my TCL remote - Some buttons worked - switched me from cable to Google tv - but I couldn’t find how to switch input back to cable. Some app buttons didn’t work, some on my TCL remote weren’t there (e.g. Settings). - Constant spamming with “get subscription” pop-up, disabling ALL of the buttons (how *annoying*). Only worked on very 1st try (per above bullet) - then the constant subscription pop-up intercepted every action. - Didn’t work on my iPad (WiFi only), only worked on my iPhone I’m deleting it & looking for another app.

Disconnection issues. Keeps on disconnecting, with out a clear way of reconnecting. I have a gaming router so Wi-Fi is not the issue and now I would like to unsubscribe and no way of doing so from what I can see.

Connection issues. Regularly disconnects and then get the ‘could not connect, please try again’ error message with no clear way to troubleshoot. Very, very frustrating from a paid app.

Looks good on the outside but,. Looks like a free app but, when you download it it asks you to pay $2.75 a month.

Doesn’t work. After it stole my money, the remote failings become obvious. It connected easily to the TV but when trying to put in password using this APP, it doesn’t go into upper case. No good to me. Please arrange reimbursement of my money. If your too poor and need the money for food, then feel free to keep it!

Eyes open. Once the app is downloaded you are compelled to pay yet doesn’t tell you the front print.. a lot of reviews on here seem to have to contact customer support in order to cancel their subscription, which is obviously a business tactic to keep you bound. Had these two issues not occur this app would be helpful! Use at your own consumer risk!

The only remote app that works. I’ve tried literally dozens of remote apps for my tv and this is the ONLY one that has worked, and it works seamlessly. It sounds a little dramatic, but I am so relieved haha. My family often loses track of the physical remote so it’s nice to have this for a backup.
