App freezes. Cannot get decks I purchased to function or even open. The lags and crashes have gotten worse with every update, and now it’s not a usable product at all.

Tarot?. I like that everything is all in one place. However, I bought the “Good Tarot” app and it just has oracle spreads (one, two, and three card spreads). Not even a Celtic Cross option? The other Tarot deck I have has a Celtic Cross spread, so it’s obviously possible. Tarot cards need at least some actual TAROT spreads.

So buggy it freezes and eats up the free trials. This app has been horrible for months. Constant freezing and rebooting doesn’t work. Lost 3 free trials and never even got the decks open. Awful

Convenient yet needs reversed card positions. It’s very convenient to be able to read decks without carrying them!! One part that I want to have is to receive “Reversed positions” in each cards, as some decks’ change meaning depending on each cards are straight up or upside down.

Frustrating!. I came in here to purchase an app I was looking for and it could not be found. The link from their website, from the deck I wanted, led me to the app and then it was not found. I tried to browse other decks available but every deck I clicked on was linked to the wrong deck. I finally figured out it was three off. So if I saw a deck I wanted to explore, I had to scroll three decks away to access the one I wanted. Frustrating quirk. Browsing samples of the deck was ok but hard to read sometimes and didn’t see access to reviews. As for the deck apps themselves, they are Ok but preferred the old designs that used to be available thru, was it Oceanhouse Media or Hay House?. I really don’t like the very small window to read and scroll through the card descriptions. For me, when I try to share a reading, emailing to myself, only a small part of the description is sent, leaving out the bulk of the description. I contacted customer support about it. They asked me about what version of iPhone I have and then never heard another word. I love to utilize digital decks when doing professional readings but doesn’t really lend well for that anymore. Such a bummer :-(

Don’t do it! Freezes every time ! Can’t use 25-30 apps!!. This is maddening! Concept is great however! After purchasing 25-30 apps at about $7-$9 each and none of it works! How do you think I feel about this app! If the app doesn’t work, none of your apps in it work! How do I get refunded for all the apps I purchased to site in this app? Do not use this app!

Freezing screen. I have so many decks in this app and I can’t use them because the screen freezes all the time.

Same issues as previous reviews. My apps wouldn’t open and there was no option to update them. Couldn’t open them or if they opened they froze afterwards; couldn’t even scroll through the library. Reinstalled the app and all my readings were in fact (as warned) deleted. The original individual apps have always worked fine but this umbrella app has not.

Too many bugs, can’t access the cards. I loved this app, I used it everyday as I have bought several decks on here. However, I cannot access them due to what ever update they had. I deleted, re downloaded, I updated iOS, I mean it will just stay stuck after trying to open a deck and then crash. I’m not happy about it. It’s great if they can just stop updating it and or fix the bugs.

No longer works, don’t invest in this App. For about two months now this app, in which I’ve purchased about 30 decks, has not worked. It freezes within about 3-5 seconds and I can’t access any of my purchases. This is really frustrating and I’m now forced to consider what I can do because the purchases are not being honored. At least I’m blocked from buying more. I wouldn’t make the same mistake I have, I recommend that you save your money for the physical card decks and stay away from this app.

Super slow & buggy. Also a lot of my decks are no longer appearing in my library, even when I attempt to restore my purchases. They were $10 each and don’t even appear to be used! This needs to be fixed!

Glitchy. Love the app but it’s glitchy and only works about 20% of the time 🙃

Great app. This has been a great app! I love that it consolidates all the decks into ine aoo. You can also fet a trial of a ton of decks which lets me know if i want to buy them or not! They iften have 50% off decks and that makes them only $5! The inly thing I would like that isn’t i cluded is a feature where the card description is read out loud to you.

The app freezes. It’s hard & impossible to use, the program needs an update

Disappointed. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on several of these apps ( oracle cards)years and years ago… absolutely ridiculous that I can’t get to them because of the crashing.. Fools wisdom was one of my favorites.. but I would be a fool with no wisdom to waste anymore money on anything on this site. I am sincerely upset.. can I get my money back on all the decks I can’t use anymore?

App is great when I can get it to work. Ever since iOS 17, the app has begun locking up at any time between start and long enough to click library, click open on a deck and actually work your way to selecting the first card. Then it freezes. Restarting the entire phone might let you get 2-3 pulls. This seems to be a memory leak, probably related to all the crash protection. Please address it soon as I’m sitting on near 50 USD of decks I can’t use, not to mention saved readings.

Why do I have to re-purchase oracle decks I already had purchased on my phone????. This app is awkward, not streamlined, and overly complicated. More than that, it is making me re-purchase oracle decks I've already had on my phone for a long time! Why??? Because they are now grouped together under this awkward app?? Unfair and not user-friendly in any way. 👎🏼

Love the easy access - bugs fixed!. I love having ready and easy access to so many of my Oracle card decks in one place! Initially, the app had some bugs where readings from one deck bled into the next deck, but that seems to have been fixed now. I’m so glad, because I love these decks (I have over 20 now) and they never grow old.I love being exposed to new ones, which I purchase when drawn to. Each one is unique, precious and powerful in their own way and this app smoothly and efficiently delivers! Well done!

angry and want answers. a lot of these apps used to exist outside of this app previously. i know. i’d purchased them before. and after several months, i would sometimes delete them from my library. then the apps started to be removed from the store. imagine my surprise to find them all reused here in this app… i’d previously purchased SEVERAL of these when they were solo apps years ago through hay house. i had QUITE a few from NBR, including the animal, goddess, and wisdom. that’s a minimum of 30 bucks right there. so the question is… will i have to RE-purchase them? if so… no. or i want refunds on previously purchased apps. did anyone else on here NOT realize this? that many of these already previously existed?

Ineffective. I have 5 BE apps so far, and the library app did not load my Les Vampires app into the library. When I reported the bug, they asked for evidence. It was bought several years ago, and I no longer have the receipt for it. This problem taints my impression of the library so badly, that I deem it useless.

Crashing. The app keeps crashing about five seconds after I open it every time. I have tried about 10 times and I’m giving up this morning. Not usable. most of the decks I have purchased are only on this app. This is very frustrating that I can’t use what I’ve bought.

Awful experience. Installed app and bought first oracle deck which worked one time. Now the app just closes every time I try to run. Check contact and support tab and that was not helpful at all. Tried the rate this app tab and that didn’t even work.

My Jaw Dropped.. Amazing selection and the 2 day free trials are great. A good choice to locate real world decks.

Portability. I love the portability of this App. My favorite decks are easily accessible wherever I am. It’s genius plus their offering of other decks to purchase at a reasonable price is awesome. Their free 2 day trial ensures whether or not I am drawn to the deck before purchasing. Thank you!

Love the concept. But…... I really think this will be a great app, once there’s some work done to it. For now, I am not really enjoying it at all. I have purchased almost all of the oracle apps and I LOVE them! However, this app keeps freezing and it gets annoying trying to do a reading. Most of the oracle apps I purchased was before this app was created. When I purchased them, I of course received a shortcut link button(? I don’t know what to call it) for each oracle app. Since this app was launched, I have purchased 2 or 3 more apps and I did not receive a short cut to get to them, which stinks. Because you have to purchase all their decks now from this app and with it freezing all the time I don’t think I’ll be buying anymore. Not until they either fix the issues with the app or give back a short cut button to get in each of the oracle apps. I have had no problems with any of my oracle apps freezing until now. Also, not that it matters at present, but there are still 6 of my apps I previously purchased not showing I own in this app. I don’t know how that can be fixed because it’s asking me to repurchase them. I was going to delete the app and reinstall but it says if I delete it, all my information will be erased and I don’t want to lose the card readings I have saved in the app. This app has potential. But I would still like my own shortcut links to the decks I purchase. Because if I want to do a reading and this app crashes then I can’t use my decks.

I found the two decks I wanted, eventually. It seems silly to have to go through this app to try and find the 2 decks I actually wanted, more of an advertising thing. Of course I’m stuck scrolling through various Barbies and pin-ups pretending to be ‘The Divine Feminine,’ which is just like the norm apparently in the Oracle deck world. Just a few decent decks here.. Wish they were just individually searchable as before. Don’t really appreciate all the garbage I had to sift through to find them.

Don’t do it. Used to love this app but it keeps freezing and is not at all functional anymore. Very disappointed!!!!

I’m so upset!. No matter what I do, the app opens and then closes! I have so many decks in there and I’ve uninstalled and installed and lost all my readings. The other day I got a tease of it by pressing a bunch of times and then I only had three decks in there? I’ve done everything you said to do!

Wonderful. This is a wonderful app, I enjoy having all my decks in one place. The decks themselves are like artwork and enjoy doing readings every day. My only issue is how often I have to restore my purchases. I do this almost everyday and it has become and annoying issue. I hope in the future this will be resolved with updates.

Unusable. I was so excited to have them all in one app. This company keeps breaking apps and rereleasing them and it’s exhausting to keep up with. Love the idea but this app is constantly hung up or crashing. It also doesn’t keep your purchases unless you keep them downloaded on your phone and in the app yet the new ones you can’t have a separate app when this one doesn’t work. It’s a really expensive mess for those of us that have all the apps. I can’t even get them all to download as it’s so unstable.

You Can’t Opt Out of Reversed Cards. I downloaded this app because I saw some decks by familiar authors that I like. Generally, it’s okay, but the interface is clunky on the iPhone and there’s no way to contact support if you need to, which I did because not everything works as it should. For one thing, when you tap the contact support button it brings up a message window all of a sliver being off-screen so there’s no way to type or send the message. On the deck I purchased, the scroll animation broke after the first use and is now rather ugly, if still useable. One thing I really don’t like, though, is that there’s no way to opt out of reversed card readings. I don’t read using reversals in tarot or oracle cards. Hence, I’ve stopped using this app for the most part.

No support. No responses to emails.. One would expect more from spiritual apps. Constantly crashing then not able to even open it after their recent update. If you raise it with apple, apple forwards you their message asking you to contact them by…. email and to check your spam folder. Trust me I did check it: nothing, zero, nichts there either. Pathetic. Lack of integrity. Commodification of spirituality under a false pretense: buy and we are done. Thank you but no, thank you

I love the app!. I love this app. I do wish all decks designed to have a reverse component like the animal spirit deck by colette would reverse. I know its possible. My wisdom of the oracle deck by colette does flip and thats one reason why I use it more than others. If a card can flip, id like to see it flip in the app. i dont like intuitively guessing if it was flipped on top of everything else. Also currently the app is non functional and has been with no app updates for days - but thats very abnormal.

Bugs to work out. There are a lot of issues with loading decks which leads to having to close out of the app and restart. Also, today my phone Lock Screen went on and the reading I was in the middle of completely disappeared, it would be helpful if it saved where one is at incase one needs to set the phone down briefly

Love this app. All my favorite Oracle decks & Tarot Decks in one place. No need to choose which deck to travel with. Of course, unless it’s the latest published and not yet placed in this app.

Freezes on my iPhone. FYI the BEOC app freezes after about 2-3 seconds on my iphone. Has happened before. Just had an iOS upgrade. Maybe that’s it? Thanks.

Great app I can’t use:(. I really enjoy the app until I begin to buy more decks. Now it just crashes and pauses even though I bought some more. I do love the cards but cannot use app:(

Expired. Wasn’t aware that countdown to expire for decks starts at download and not at opening. Extremely disappointing.

Slow and Buggy. Literally a 2 to 3 second lag when trying to do anything in this app, including scrolling down, makes it impossible to use. I have more than 75 Oracle card apps, and I like being able to arrange them how I want on my screens because I want super fast access to my most often used ones. It takes at least 30 seconds to a minute to find the app I want and begin a reading in this app. And one of the only decks I’ve purchased from this app is now asking me to re-purchase… and it gets stuck on the settings screen where I click “restore purchases” and nothing happens. It’s also incredibly annoying that when I’m using their other apps, it might advertise a new app — and if I click on the pop-up, it takes me to the Be Oracle app in the App Store — and sometimes I can’t find the Oracle deck mentioned, or it takes several minutes of hunting around to find it. This new system is not working at all for user experience. I will not be purchasing any more Oracle apps from this company until there’s the option to use them as I previously did, with each deck being its own app.

App quits constantly. App quits constantly mid reading causing you to lose your cards. Quits every 20 seconds or so. Unusable. Some of these decks are not available as stand alone apps so it’s disappointing to pay for something you are unable to use due to bugs.

Unfortunate. Continues to amaze me how poorly made the app is. As a software developer, I can’t imagine how this was passed through for publishing. The artists who make the decks do great work but they are severely let down by this app. Please fix the continual crashing and freezing, especially on iPad. Much of the content is also off the screen most of the time.

Great idea but would be nice to have digital access to the guide book of cards physically owned. I own a few of the cards that are in this app and bought most via amazon. I would like to suggest that instead of charging people to have digital access to the cards physically that this should be a bonus with the purchase. Or if not on purchase there is a link or qr code scan to download possibly a pdf file of the guide book when on the go and only bringing the cards. The app itself has a good concept but the UI and response speed needs to be improved.

Disappointed. This app looks great but the user experience is disappointing. This app is so buggy with constant drop outs and paid purchases are not accessible outside the app. Please fix these issues.

Two minds. Love the deck, but like all BEAUT EVERYWHERE apps, it’s disappointing that the information is in small amounts to scroll through, and in full view like other publishers…

Big mistake buying. Just buy cards individually if you want oracle cards. It’s way better. This app is terrible to use compared to owning individual card decks. Not user friendly at all. It defaults to the page to make you buy more cards when it should automatically default to your library. (If you were designing this with users in mind). Then when you use your library there are more steps to actually get to your oracle cards. It’s is not easy and now I have like 3 decks stuck in this library that I can’t get to use like my other oracle decks. I totally regret buying cards through this app. I have decks already and wish I just stayed buying individually. Purchase cards wisely. Don’t make my mistake.

Money grab. I feel like they packaged the lot because if you want to buy an oracle, you buy within this app but without a trial period. I paid full Price for one and it hate it, and there’s no way I can return it right? Sneaky way to contract. Zero stars.

Review. --- **Rating: ★☆☆☆☆** I had high hopes for this app, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The user interface is clunky and not intuitive at all, making it difficult to navigate. The app crashes constantly, and I’ve lost progress multiple times because of this. On top of that, the features advertised don't work as promised—half of them are either broken or simply unavailable. Customer support is unresponsive. Honestly, I regret downloading this app, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until these major issues get fixed. I paid for nothing.

App troubles - eventually rectified. I happily paid for The Shaman’s Dream from Colette Baron Reid and was very disappointed to find after a few readings that one of the cards (Deep Diver) had the same message as Dances on One Foot. I contacted the app (Oceanhouse) and was told that an update would fix it in a few days. It’s been over a week with no update showing up on my iPhone and now the app won’t even open. Once I click on the deck the title page appears and then the app closes. No answer to my questions about a refund. UPDATE Nov. 30 Apple was great about issuing refund and after I left this review I was contacted by Oceanhouse. They finally did the update and once I deleted and reinstalled the app, all works well now.

App Keeps freezing. It was working really well and about 6moths ago. Now it keeps freezing or locking up on me within in secs of opening up the app. I have to hard close the app to get out. I have 14promax and I have checked for updates but all is updated. I have reached out to ocean house media today. Will update if issue gets resolved. I would give a 5 star before this issue

App doesn’t work. I purchased the Mystical Shaman Oracle before the umbrella app was created. All my other pre-existing BE apps are in the library but the Mystical Shaman Oracle is not, despite being one of the apps for sale in the umbrella app. When I clicked on it I was offered a free trial! I emailed customer service a week ago and didn’t get a response. I tried contacting Apple for assistance which also went nowhere. I paid $14.99 for an app that no longer opens.

Great cards, annoying interface. The cards that are available here deserve five stars, but the interface is clunky and annoying. The tiny little window to read the card meaning is especially irritating. The Hay House apps were much better designed, and most card meaning text fit on a single screen. Why Oceanhouse Media/BE insists on this terrible format where you have to scroll through a tiny window, which makes me wish for a magnifying glass and the full screen real estate, is beyond me. I imagine they think it looks “sophisticated,” but it’s really just irritating for the user, as others have noted here as well. Fix it, and I’ll revise my rating, but until then, two stars it is. For those who are wondering about decks previously purchased from Hay House, if you contact BE with a screenshot of your purchase, they’ll send you a code to access it in this app for free.
