Question about battery of light stick. Hello, i just want to ask if how long does the enhypen lightstick last? Can it last til the end of a concert or it just depends on the batteries we use?

Crash. I am unable to press yes after connecting my light stick. It will close the app and crash. I paid a lot for this light stick I just want the app to work.

App crash. I’m having trouble updating it. My light stick turns off at 10% while updating and the update fails.

Good but needs to be fixed. When I went to the world tour concert in Newark the light stick connected good but now that the concert is over it doesn’t connect and it says “light stick connection failed”. Its been getting annoying because now i can not use self mode because it won’t connect. While reading all the reviews on the app now I noticed it’s not the light stick that doesn’t work it’s the app that fails to work after one use.

What’s wrong w my phone??. every time I press yes when it asks if the colors r changing it automatically kicks me out of the app why does this happen???

App Crashes. The app works up until you connect your light stick into self mode and it says “Found your light stick! Is the color changing like it is on the screen?” once you click yes, the app kicks you out and crashes. I don’t know how to fix it.

app crash. Same as everyone, my lightstick connects but when I click yes the app crashes

not connecting anymore. Everytime I try to connect my light stick now it won’t connect. Instead it connects and then when I try to continue the app crashes and kicks me out. I hope this gets fixed before the tour because it’s really frustrating:( :/

Same as others; connection fails after concert. Lightstick worked great on Self Mode before the concert and was easy to connect to Bluetooth. During the concert, connection was easy and stayed connected for the entire performance. Directly following the concert, the app can’t find the light stick on Self Mode and says Firmware isn’t up to date and also immediately disconnects from light stick when I finally DO get a connection (I’d say within 1 second of successfully connecting). The app FAQ says to update firmware through Self Mode but it can’t connect via self mode, so basically it’s a one-time-use app and light stick.

Not working. My light stick works perfectly fine when I turn it on but the moment I try to connect it to the app, it doesn’t want to work. I connect it to Bluetooth and and connects but right after it says it disconnects and it turns off. Why is this happening?? Please fix this before the concert😕

help NOT connecting. HELP! i’m trying to connect my enhypen lightstick and i need to update the firmware in order to use it YET it says firmware update failed when it reaches to 27% ?!!!

???. Does it connect to their songs?? So the light changes with there songs??

won’t connect lightstick turns off. I tried to connect my light stick once it finds my lightstick it needs to download the firmware and during this my lightstick turns off 😭😭

Firmware update not working. The firmware update gets to 30-60% and then fails every time. Not sure how I’m supposed to connect to the app for the concert in 2 days…

FIX IT PLEASEE. The concert is today and it keeps crashing, please fix this.

FIX THE APP. Will not connect, crashes as soon as downloaded and getting ransomeware.

app just doesn’t work. i bought a lightstick for their concert soon and whenever it connects i always get a pop up that makes me “update” to version v1.6. it always reaches 100% and says it’s completed so the app automatically restarts but then this endless cycle of it telling me to update after connecting the lightstick just keeps happening. almost had me thinking my lightstick was just broken i hope it gets fixed soon😭

Connection Failed. Hello! I’ve had this lightstick for a while now and I have a problem with the feature “Self Mode” and I can’t pair my lightstick to it 🤧, But everything else is fine 🩷

not connecting. it seems that everyone is having the same issue. the lightsick turns on and works, but won’t connect to the app. as soon as i hit “yes” once it finds my light stick, i get kicked out, as well as others. i’m surprised developers haven’t fixed this yet since everyone seems to be having the same issue. hopefully it will be fixed before their tour begins.

Concert mode not working. I went the Newark day 2 fate tour and I don’t have trouble with self mode or connecting but when I went to put in my seating information it would say incorrect when I was in that seat.

It won’t connect. Bed since I got my light stick it refuses to connect to my phone whether it’s in concert or self mode. Every time I try to connect it it says connect failed and I’m worried that I won’t be able to use it again please you have to fix this I didn’t spend so much money on it for it to not work.

App Crash. It seems like I’m having the same issues as some other people - the app recognizes my lightstick, but once I click on “yes” to confirm that the colors are changing together, it immediately crashes. I hope this gets fixed before the tour starts!

NOT WORKING !!!. literally just got my light stick a couple of days ago and i tried to connect it to the app and everytime i get to the part where it asks if i'm seeing the same color on my light stick as the app and i click yes, the app crashes. App crashes. Having the same issue as everyone else. After I select “yes” for the color changing, the app crashes. I’ve tried restarting my phone, forgetting my device, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Help!

wont connect. everytime i go to connect it connects but says i have to update so i press update and then my lightstick turns off so it won’t and then says failed and wont let me connect

Works until you update. I have this problem with multiple light sticks, they work in self mode and appear to connect for concert mode, but then it says you it must update and once the firmware updates it never finds your light stick again. It says the connection failed or it can’t connect and there is no help section in the app (?) so I guess, if it’s possible, DON’T update and your light stick will still do more than just blink white and Bluetooth blue. (Yes I changed the batteries) 🤷‍♀️

my light stick won’t update. i’m really freaking out right now. i got my light stick a couple months ago in july and it has worked perfectly fine up until now. i turned it on and connected it to my phone, and it said it needed to update the light stick. i press “update” and it starts loading the update. mind you, my light stick is green, confirming it is connected to my phone. when the update gets to around 25%, my light stick shuts off, stopping the update. i’m really freaking out because the concert i’m going to is in less than two weeks and i’m worried about why my light stick won’t update. please fix this!!!

Concert mode not working. Self mode works just fine, but after entering my seating information and connecting my lightstick to Bluetooth, it asks if the colors change on the screen. When I selected yes it just closes the app and makes me do it all over again. Pls fix for the Chicago concert 🙏🏽

Not working⁉️. When I first got my lightstick and tried to connect it to the app, it worked perfectly fine. Recently, it hasn’t been working properly. It does connect to Bluetooth but when it says it found the lightstick, it DOES change colors but whenever I select “yes”, the app immediately crashes. Crashes when trying to Bluetooth self mode. I just bought a lighstick and wanted to try it out on self mode. It connects but once you click “yes” to move onto the self color mode selection it crashes :(

No 🥰. honestly my lightstick is not working and the app when I go into self mode It doesn’t let me connect and says lighstick not found when it’s right next to my phone so yeah no imma need to get a update on the app 🧍🏻‍♀️😭

Connects but then app crashes!!. I just got their light stick and it works fine however when I go to connect to my app, the app connects to ur and asks if they colors change the way they do in the app and they do. but when I tap yes the app crashes!! I’m not sure if this is happening to anyone else hopefully it can be fixed!

app keeps crashing!!. i’m happy i’m not the only one! my lightstick works just fine, it’s only the app that’s the issue! everytime i try to confirm my lightstick is changing with the colors on the screen, it crashes and kicks me out :(. i hope this gets fixed in time for the concert 😭

Something wrong!. I recently discovered this & it hasn’t been working for me at all it finds my light stick but once I click yes it’s crashes. I heard it’s worked before for other people but something’s wrong at the moment.

Will no longer connect.. I bought my light stick while at one of the Enhypen fate tour stops and it connected completely fine with the venue but now it will no longer connect to the app whatsoever. All it says is “light stick connection failed” and nothing I have done has fixed it. I have switched the batteries around and even deleted the app but nothing has worked. Other than that my light stick still works great it just won’t connect to the app. Also don’t forget to stream Orange Blood 11/17 🧡

my lightstick isn’t working. i’m not the only one who’s lightstick isn’t connecting to the app and i got my lightstick back in nov 2021 and it worked to connect for the self mode to change the colors individually but now i tried to connect this past weekend and it doesn’t want to connect so i’m thinking it’s the app :(

Lightstick won’t update. This is a waste of your time. I am writing this the night before a concert, and when I tried to update the lightstick ( there is no way around the update as far as I can tell ) the update said it could not go through with the download. Nothing will work.

Won’t connect :(. Just got my lightstick in and when I press “yes” to connect the app will crash. Have tried turning my phone off and pairing 5 times but happens every time. Seeing other reviews with the same issue I thought it was just my lightstick. Hope it gets fixed soon.

10/10/23. I went to the enhypen concert on 10/10/23 and when i put it in concert mode it wouldn’t work and i bought the lightstick at the concert after a few tries it finally worked but it wont work in self mode at all whenever i try it says “ connection failed” 😣
