Too many crashes or you would have a five.. Please fix the crashes. Generally happens when I’ve made thee mistakes, the ad comes up and when it’s over I hit the X and the screen turn dark and just stays dark until I reset my I pad Thank you for fixing the problem, it’s a great game and I play it all the time

Battle. Battle version is great- until it locks up, which is frequently. The ads are also getting more annoying - and like others have said, that little x which you can never hit without it going to another screen. Time to find a different app…..the developers of this one obviously don’t seem interested in addressing the issues

Perfect puzzle game!. Love it all. Would be a good addition in Battles mode if they add a flash when you complete a number! Would be an aid to the player and a cool visual to confirm there are no more of that number remaining. Currently the player must look down to confirm the number has disappeared. Maybe even a slight phone shake 🫨!😃

What happened!?!?!. Love this game sbc the different levels of challenge. I’ve been playing it for several years. Now, however, the game goes to blank screen after game is completed and I have to exit and restart the game. It has gotten progressively worse! Please advise… I’d hate to leave this way to use and fun game but frustration level is going from Difficult to Extreme!!

SO MANY ADS. I don’t think it’s always been this way, but recently there are soooo many ads. There is one before and after every single game. So you get an ad after you finish a game, and then as soon as you start another game there’s another ad, 2 in a row. Some of them are 30 seconds long and cannot be skipped. And now it’s a recurring payment to get rid of ads not even a one time payment? Super annoying especially when moving through games quickly.

Add Fast Pencil before I cry. Your Sudoku games are top tier but ever since you added Fast Pencil to the main game I’ve been spoiled. It’s also the only way I can play with my Apple Pencil, otherwise it forces me to write in and then I mess up because my 7s and 1s look the same lol. Anyways I will keep checking this game for Fast Pencil but will be playing the main game and the Killer Sudokus you have on there with the fast pencil until then. I can’t wait!!!

Was fun til ads took over. As of April 2025, Somehow ads took over and 90% of the time when I open the app to play, an ad appears and there is no way to close it. It doesn’t even go away after a minute. I have closed the app and reopened it, that worked maybe 40% of the time, either opening the app to let me play or displaying an ad that can be closed. This happens again after I complete a game. And when am forced to close the app, I loose my reward I earned in the game. I have deleted and reloaded and still having this issue. Before this problem, I really enjoyed this app, but now, I am deleting it and will find a different app.

Love this game but the current version is buggy and drains batteries. I’ve spent hundreds of hours playing this game. The problem with this version is that it heats up and drains the battery on my new iPad. Also, there seems to be a memory leak which causes the game to become unresponsive after a while. Something makes me think that the problem might be related to all of the ads that are constantly cycling through this game. Please fix it so that I can give your game a four or five star rating.

Game-yes Ads-NO. I love the game. Much more fun and challenging than regular sudoku. BUT, I hate the ads!!! They are 30 to 45 seconds long before and after every game. If you re-start a game you have to watch one or two ads. There is no way to turn them off, skip to the end, or shorten them. VERY annoying!! I understand the need for ads and will tolerate 10 to 15 second spots before you play the first time, but the frequency here is just too much. I’m going to search for a game with less intrusive ads.

Too many Ads. I love the game but the Ads are driving me crazy, not just because there are too many. The “x” to close the app is too small so you can’t close the Ad but must go back and forth between the Ad and download screen. Also, if you do nothing and let the Ad run it’s course, it just stays on the screen. It used to have one Ad per puzzle but now you get an Ad when you start a game as well as when you end a game. I suggest finding another version of this game.

Keeps crashing. I can’t get through a whole round of any of the daily challenges without the app freezing and then crashing. When it does crash it saves none of my progress and I have to start over unless I force the app shut mid game for no reason while it’s still working. If by some miracle I get to the end, another ad will cause the app to freeze, then crash again, and I’m rewarded with a brand new puzzle for the day with no record of the one I just beat.

Frustrating performance. Love the game but the lack of control over the ad performance makes this unpleasant! No problem with seeing ads as long as they go away after you click on the x. Frequency is an issue as the ads pop up in too many places. Most annoying are ad montages from Outbrain. None of the subjects appeal to me and the headlines are very misleading. Like being forced to read the gossip/trash news rages at a supermarket checkout line. Then you try to close out and it jumps to the internet. Just lacking in good programming I guess. I have submitted suggestions etc. and left my contact info on several occasions to no avail. Poor customer support if you ask me.

it makes me think. I concentrate on numbers and my mind lets go of the million things that go through it, just for a few minutes a bay. Then I can focus more clearly on other things one or two at a time.

Great game, Deceptive ads. I love the game and been playing for close to a year. Today I got an add that uses the official Apple setting icon and makes it look like an official Apple notification informing me my memory is full (which it is not) and informs me I have to minutes to correct this issue or my contact and photos will be deleted and my SIM card damaged. The only way to prevent this is to click “clean memory” which will take me to the App Store, download the app and run it. This type of ad is misleading and deceptive. Although I didn’t fall for it, there are those who may and I would never trust an app that has to lie to get me to use it. This ad is on the same level as phone scammers and seems like something they would do.

Good game but now interferes with Audible. I love doing brain games while I listen to my audiobook and fall asleep. I’ve been playing this game for the last 6 months with no issue. But lately this app keeps pausing my Audible app. Which ends up upsetting me and keeping me awake since I keep having to go back to audible to hit the play button. Since this is the only time I really play this game, I’ll have to switch to a different app until this gets fixed.

Lost two years of hints. Today I opened the app to play and noticed I lost nearly 1800 hints I had earned. Many of these earned by watching 30 second videos. All of my statistics were also gone. Now after years of playing my daily challenges are all “Easy” because it assumes I’m a new player. Your advertisers need to be aware customer will no longer need to watch 30 second commercials if points are taken from them. PLEASE PEOPLE DON’T WATCH THE 30 SECOND ADS FOR EXTRA POINTS. MAYBE ADVERTISERS WILL ABANDON THIS APP AND FORCE DEVELOPERS TO ADDRESS CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.

What did I just get into?. I am absolutely in love with this puzzle game. I like the math included in the puzzle, giving you a new way to puzzle out the actual answer. What a great addition to the game, subtracting my boredom without dividing my attention and multiplying my joy. Do you see what I just did there?

Fun but glitchy. I enjoy this game a lot, and I was psyched when the “battle” feature appeared yesterday, but I’m very frustrated by the fact that I open the game after being away from my device and find that I have “lost” several battles and my tickets for continue playing have been spent. I also appear to both lose AND win a battle now and then, and my statistics show both results recorded. Not sure how long I will stay with it under the circumstances, which is a bummer because I enjoy the game a lot when it’s working properly.

Latest update cleared all my history. Whatever “bugs” you fixed last week destroyed this game. Not sure what was broken, but I wasn’t having any problems. I can’t play any game. Goes to some stupid ad and can’t get out of it. Have no clue if it cleared my history since I can’t play. It doesn’t appear to impact the challenge games, just the daily and the NEW games that you can play. PLEASE fix this game. It was always my favorite . . . until now.

What the what?. I play this game on my iPad and prefer to play in landscape mode, not portrait. Reloaded the game after a recent update and now the numbers are piled on top of each other when in landscape. So it’s taken the perfect game and made it less so.

Pay for ad free but get ads. I pay for an annual subscription to have an ad-free experience but get ads each time I start the game. It is difficult to get past these ads and play the game. Also, the puzzles seem to be limited. I have played this game so often that I have memorized some of the solutions. Probably will not renew the subscription and move on to some other game. Addendum: the ad at the start if the game finally locked me out. Unless I accepted their new game app I could not access the Soduku game. I am now out and have canceled my subscription. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS GAME.

Annoying Music. I have been playing Killer Sudoku daily for months. Suddenly there is annoying background music while playing and there is no way to turn it off. I can use the volume and turn it down to zero, but that also turns down the other sound effects. Please fix this quickly or I will be ending my subscription. (There also seems to be no way to contact the developer, hence the one-star review.)

Great game-Terrible ads. Great game and I can wait through the ads to play again but I don’t understand how they get away with ads that are total lies. A powder you mix in water and drink twice a day and your fat will melt away? Really? They even show a video in reverse to show a dramatization of fat disappearing. Then there is the one that you can win thousands of $$ with videos from 8-10 years ago.

I’ve lost all of my stats. I’ve played and enjoyed this game for several years. Recently, a screen popped up with 3 different statements. I could not exit out of this screen and had no choice but to respond to one of the statements. The third statement read something like: I play killer sudoko, (this is what I checked). After that my level went back to number One and all of my stats were gone! I would like back what I have worked so hard to achieve! Thanks

Bad weight loss ads. Why do you keep showing weight loss ads that are known to be scams? I just fact checked “Oprah weight loss gummies” and there is no affiliation with Winfrey. Her image is being used without her permission. I hate all the weight loss ads, because they are all clearly fake, but lying ones claiming that they are endorsed by a celebrity when they are not borders on illegal.

Love game but too few games. Such a fun puzzle game. Only problem is that after playing for a few months I have the dozen or so puzzles almost memorized. It reduces the challenge to say the least. I will continue to play, hoping that you can increase the number soon.

Use of AI and Too Many Ads. I love playing killer sudoku and I love the features this app has come up with. Being able to write in the numbers with my Apple Pencil is great. But getting an ad halfway through a game is too much. I understand between games, but ads in the middle are ridiculous. This is annoying but not a deal breaker for me. What I really wrote this review for and the reason I rated 1 star was the use of AI. I don’t know how many times they have done this but I noticed in the recent Super Bowl challenge that the art was AI. I wont go into my personal views on this but I disapprove. Stealing art an monetizing off of it should be a crime.

Too many (fake) ads and hangs. This app is intentionally made to annoy the users into paying,lol. Too many ads that obviously look made up and fake and bordering on criminal and illegal activity/products. And ads from Black Friday sales, lol. The hangs are I think due to app downloading video ads that run seems like forever that cannot be skipped. Come on, have some class, remove the annoying ads, and your app will sell itself on its on merit. I would pay if the app didn’t show all the questionable and tasteless obviously made up fake ads.

Fun… But a Challenge!. First of all… I LOVE how on an iPad you can now use your Apple Pencil (Both Generations) to Scribble your numbers in and turn it to Text! Otherwise, if you are an iPhone user or dont have the Apple Pencil, You can still have fun with this Brain-Twisting App! Thank You!

It Drives me Crazy. I have loved playing this game until the last few weeks. The app freezes up every few seconds or goes to a black screen. I then have to restart the game and everything I’ve entered is lost. I have played one of the daily challenges 5 times because it starts all over. Also, the daily challenge game is not prefilled and I have to wait a couple of days to play it. Please fix these “bugs”, I would hate to play a different Killer Sudoku app. Thank you.

Game logged me out. Opened up the app this am to find that I had been logged out and lost all my progress & stats for the last several YEARS. Not able to find the gaming log in; only FB, Google, or Apple. I’ve been struggling with keeping this game anyway because of the number of body shaming ads I have to see so frequently between games. So I guess this is it. Not worth my time anymore. Deleting today

Need to be able to win more hints!!. I love this game—and it actually feels a bit like I’m using my brain, which makes me feel better about all the time I waste playing! But… every time I step up a level (I am currently stuck on Hard), I am in desperate need of hints before I improve. I don’t do battles, so I’ve amassed over 100 useless tickets. I NEED HINTS, though. I suggest allowing us to buy hints by watching ads all the time not just every now and then; giving us the choice between rewards of battle tickets or hints, or even selling packages of hints (though I would never do that). Meanwhile, I really am addicted! GREAT game!

Hints disappeared. I love this game, it’s a good challenge but I had watched soooo many ads to build up my HINTS and now they are gone? What happened to my game? It’s like it was over written! I have been playing for a few months now and not only are my hints gone but it shows that I have only played one game? A screen popped up that asked what best describes me I’ve never played sudoku I’ve only played classic sudoku I’ve played killer sudoku I was playing killer at the time and I had no choice but to pick one of those 3 choices. There was no exit button. So when I picked I’ve played killer sudoku it took me back to a game and erased all my past history?? WHY?? How can I get back to where I was before that happened?

I was robbed.. Playing the Auutumn challenge, had completed phases 1 & 2, and had 12 puzzles left to play on phase 3. While playing game 52/64 the screen froze on a Free Cell Solitaire ad. It wouldn’t move. Clock wouldn't wind down. It just sat there! So I exited, turned off my iPad and rebooted it. When I got back into Killer Sudoku it had wiped out the 52 completed games and set me up to play game 1/64. With only 1 day and 4 hours left in the challenge there is no way I will complete the level, thus ruining my completion score. I am very disappointed in the game. I had just downloaded the newest version of the game yesterday. So, I am not a happy player right now. F. Harless

Mrs. Snow: the creators deserve awards!. I have been playing, since the beginning, when all thought you were doing math. Geez it is about placement. An issue I have in my older life! I have an older aunt who played with me in, 2008! How I truly miss my favorite aunt…& family. Hey Killer Sudoku):)

Great game for reluctant sudoku-er who need clues. I never got into sudoku. But the boxes of “add this up to find this answer” that then helps fill in the puzzle are great. The only reason for only 4 stars instead of 5 is, I don’t like how you only get a certain amount of tries before it knocks you out of the game. I get to a point where it’s between two numbers, and I want to keep track of this knowledge, but I can’t, so I have to move onto a different line and lose that knowledge. On paper, you can write things in the margins. But then again, I’m not a sudoku-er.

Nearly Unplayable Right Now. I’ve enjoyed this game. It’s worked well. There are ads but they have never been unfair. That’s why I gave it 3 stars, because right now it’s not even worth one. For the last few days the game can’t stay active for more than 3-4 seconds (literally) at a time without brief freezes. It will run for a couple of seconds, then hang for a few, then come on for a couple, then hang again. The only way you can play it is by watching the timer and putting in a couple of numbers quickly when it runs, then stopping when it freezes again. Needless to say, this is not sustainable. There are a lot of Killer Sudoku games in the App Store. If this doesn’t sort out very soon, I’ll just delete this one and switch to another. That’s how I got this one in the first place, because the one I was using previously started running ads in the middle of a game.

Too many ads. I’ve played and enjoyed this game for a long time. I understand the need for ads but it is ridiculous that the ads have jumped from 1 or 2 to as much as 5 during one set. Now, the ads are messing up the game because they freeze and you can’t get back to the game. Today, I found the game I finished yesterday had to be done over. It looks like I will have to do today’s game over again tomorrow. One more mess up will cause me to delete the game and move on.

Meh, and stop with the mid-game ads. The game play isn’t half bad. I like that it won’t allow you to make an errant note. However, I do miss the Fast Pencil feature that their regular sudoku game features. I also find that it lacks compared to Easybrain’s version, as they will color the board by sum, which is very helpful. But my biggest complaint is that recently, out of nowhere, I’m getting Candy Crush ads in the middle of a game that cause the app to crash. And the killer sudoku doesn’t present enough features to pay for, as opposed to the regular sudoku subscription.

Great Game - Technical Glitch. The game will not recognize the “1” key when in Notes mode. Doesn’t happen all the time; but only effects the “1” key. Have to close and restart the app in order to use the “1” key and continue the game.

No ads available. I got this app because I enjoy sudoku and had so much trouble with a previous app that I deleted it. Now I find that this app also contains way too many ads and the cost to remove them is totally insane. Another problem is when you choose to use a hint you must sit through another ad however you will more often get a message over and over that no ads are available and thus no hint. My frustration level has overloaded and I am going to delete this app.

Battle. The Battle mode has the potential to be great, but has a couple of major issues. First is the ads: you get an ad before each match, but they are all different lengths. There’s been many times where I’ve finished my ad and my opponent had a shorter ad and placed 5-10 pieces before I could even see the board. The second issue is the matchmaking. I’m usually getting 3 times more wins than losses, because I’m getting put against people who seem to have never touched the game before. Despite these issues, I believe the battle mode has some great potential and hope that the devs see this feedback.

Battle has been sketchy lately. I love this app! Recently, the Battle mode has been occasionally giving me a blank screen and no opponent. I’ve left those games and taken the loss. I just completed another battle, and won, then it put me on the blank screen so I had to take another loss. I know these are glitches, and they will be corrected, I’m sure.

Like the Game New Update Makes Ads Worse. I play the game regularly. I like the combination of sudoku and math. But the latest update the ads often hang and have to be watched more than once. Sometimes the game glitches for the banner ads to load - not registering my tap and having the number enter on the wrong square.

Can no longer close and restart app to skip ads. This was the best of all the Killer Sudoku apps until a couple of weeks ago. Up until then you could close and restart the app to skip ads. Now, no matter how many times you restart, the ads are still there. And not just short quick ads like the better games show. These ads last for at least a full minute. I’m on the lookout for a new go-to app!

Virus Alert. And the virus is McAfee. I don’t possess McAfee on my device but I can’t play a game without it dropping me into a McAfee scan. The only solution is to delete your app. Bye bye. So I tried it again and no more McAfee and because I like the game and things went pretty well as the ads were bearable for a while but lately not so much. In fact the ads seem like the only reason to come and its a fight. There’s no turning them off or geout of them. I’m done

Events and history. I just don’t understand why aren’t you guys answering any of the most recent reviews. It looks like everyone is complaining about the same issue that with the game is losing our data. It’s really make me upset because you don’t have reviewers on here recently that’s complains about the game itself. I think we all enjoy the game because if we didn’t we wouldn’t be worried about the history but we have so much of it we want it back. You also have some us that lost all our hints that we had, the Independence Day event is gone, all of the daily challenge for the month is gone, I mean it literally makes us go to the very beginning and losing absolutely everything. This is so upsetting and how you are ignoring us makes it even worst.

The Battles are great!. Great twist on Sudoko. The battles add a great competitive aspect. My only issue is some of the advertisers will use a tiny “x” in the very corner of the screen that is impossible to X out of in order to play. It is really 1 advertiser. The only way I can close the ad is to end the game. It’s a big issue when it occurs in the battles. When that particular ad appears, it means I automatically lose the battle.

Angry. I have been playing killer sudoku for over a year. I play every night and had over 500 hint points and a high score for playing. All of a sudden I started back at zero hint points and zero score and my previous daily games were wiped out. I have to start all over again and watch the crummy minute long apps for months to get those hint points back. I think it’s better off not playing due to anger and frustration.

Love game but need link to calendar brought back. I love playing the game but I miss the link to the calendar. I start a game and sometime don’t come back for a few days. The only way to resume a game from another day is to start the game for today and go back to get to calendar to pick which day I want to play. Please bring it back!

Killer Sudoku. Enjoying and addicted…

Repeats too soon. I don't mind doing a sudoku again but presenting it the next day is a bit much

Was good , now useless. It was a grate game.. unfortunately now you waste more time on watching ads and waiting for ads to time out , if they don’t go into endless loops .. It is pathetic how you watch an ad and then when you try to do another games, Lo and behold you need to watch ANOTHER AD‼️‼️‼️‼️

Too many bugs. Was working fine until recently started freezing all the time then the ads won’t open to get the tickets to play. I have to continually close the app then re open and lose progress. Constantly freezing now and can hardly play it.

Missing numbers. Hi Was really enjoying this game until the last 2 days daily puzzle - they have no starting numbers - I have not ever seen a sudoku puzzle with no starting numbers to work off Please fix this issue

Too many ads!. The more you play the more ads you get - to the point it’s not fun to play. I was ready to buy the version without ads but it was subscription based - which I hate! - and overpriced for what is a pretty basic app.

Was good ,not now.. Too many bugs. Not all of the game comes up. Freezes often . Most times can’t get the ads to go. Keep opening up. Can’t play the daily. Just doesn’t all print on screen. No numbers etc. Can’t see any comments on the other reviews from you so an improvement of the game would be questionable. Time to delete….again.

Killer sudoku. Oh! It’s awful but I like it! Determined to keep trying🙃👍🏼

Variety and Challenge. The game has a stimulating variety of options and difficulty to play. Playing this to keep my brain active. I’ve found doing a couple of these in the morning tends to get the synapses firing for a good day work. You can battle against an online opponent or just ‘build’ a picture or challenge your best times. It’s not a complicated app but I find myself coming back to it time and again.

Was enjoying until complete erasure of all my progress.. Was finding it quite stimulating, then it completely erased my progress and landed me back at absolute beginning. I had over 500 credits for hints and 400+ free battle tickets. All the daily puzzles had been completed back as far as I could go.

Something different. A bit of a challenge

Was great!. This was really great. The ads came up but cleared clearly and relatively quickly, 3 or 4 clicks over 5 to 10 seconds. Now however, the ads are far too intrusive and some are virtually impossible to get rid of. Shut the game down completely and return the next day and the same ad can reappear before you get a single game. Not worth the hassle.

Ad-free. I’ve been playing Killer Sudoku for some years and love it. I purchased 12 months ad free for the cost of $26.49 this year. Since then, I’ve bought a new iPad and am now inundated with ads again. My subscription ends on 21/06/2023. I’m not sure that I downloaded the correct app onto My new iPad but I’ve tried them all. My subscription says Killer Sukoku - Brain Games. Please help.

Free hints. The connection for free hints has not been working for two days now. Please fix it

Needs another note colour. There are times where I need to mark a square as NOT a number, but I can’t fill it in yet. Another note colour—maybe in red—would make things more pleasant.

Latest update. Your latest update has done something funny. There are Japanese or Chinese symbols all over the place. I deleted your app for fear of a hack.

Everything disappeared. I have been playing this game a long time. Until recently, I really liked it. Then, all of a sudden, all my data disappeared. Years of stats, hundreds of free hints, and many tickets to play are all gone. I sent a note advising them what had happened but have not heard back. If this doesn’t get remedied, I can’t play a game that Judy clears everything out and make you start over.

So tired of the bugs. When I load the daily game, 3 out of 4 times it loads without numbers in place. The only fix is to restart, and each time you have to watch an add!

Why change a good thing?. It use to be better when it indicated best time, now it shows best time of the week which resets every week and we lose our best time overall. If you want best time of the week just add that feature but keep best time overall.

All my work is gone. I sent in a request a week ago and have not heard back. I presume it has to do with your last update. I am now reset back to day 1. All my achievements, tickets, stats…everything are gone. Deeply disappointed that you did not reply to my request. Will you fix this or will I go elsewhere? Months and months of play gone.

latest update made game unplayable. I updated my game and now have a banner in another language covering the numbers so that I am unable to select them! Really disappointed ☹️

The best game ever. Love this game helps me a lot with my brain, you really have to think, and that is what we need to keep the brain active.

Great. So far it is good for the thinking cap but I have only played for 5 days. A better review would be if you come back in 6 months and ask me.

Ad interruptions unbearable. This game is impossible to play because of ad interruptions. Not only is there an ad before and after each game (so when you finish one game, you have to watch 2 ads before you can play another), but you are frequently interrupted during the middle of a game with ads as well. Just intolerable.

Locked ads. I’ve been using this app for years but recently there are so many ads (especially body shaming ads) that I can’t opt out of. Even after the entire ad has run. This needs to be fixed or at least improved or I will delete this app

Too Many Ads. I love the game and pay for it every year, but now there are so many ads that it is frustrating to play. No time to look and think between ads. I am considering canceling it. It is so frustrating

Love the update. Now it has everything I was looking for in my sudoku games. Finally an update the gave me what I wanted and didn’t take away what I liked!

Killer sudoku. I love this app, but I absolutely hate all the commercials, especially the “royal” commercials. They get stuck and you can’t get out of them. Also, I had a very good record going and it was wiped out yesterday or this morning. I don’t know why.

Omg 😱!. I love this game I mean I know it is just sudoku but Just OMG ! I never suspected such an awesome game I am only 12 but I am totally addicted to this game please make lots more things as cool as this I mean I love this game so much I wish I came up and made it I just lol I am crazy about this game! Thank you so much for this game!.

Love the game. But not all the crashing. This game is so addicting. Thankfully it freezes up A LOT, so it makes you have to put it down. Unfortunately I have to restart my phone to correct the problem. And an ad after every game is very annoying especially the ones that are sort of inappropriate.

Crash after crash. I like this game. But the constant crashes are getting old! Seriously, I have to delete and reload this app several times a day. Will have to look for another version, because this is annoying!

WHAT HAPPENED?. Something has happened. I noticed someone else also is having issues at the same time as me. What has happened to the events in this app? This is one of the better apps and I really like it. I’ve been paying a yearly fee because I like this app so much. Please fix it! Please start the events again!

Numbers don’t show up. After watching very long ads, the numbers sometimes don’t show up. I’d have to close the app multiple times and they sometimes show up after closing a few times. This is ridiculous because you have to rewatch the long ads again.

Good for the brain. I used to do Sudoku by the thousands but never had to do math to solve them. I like having the extra step of addition that requires that I think. I just turned 80!

Recent update. WHAT THE HECK? You guys do a update on the game and I lost all of my daily challenges and the events. I’ve played this game a long time and watched a lot of ads to build up my hints now they’re all gone. All the daily challenges, trophies for the events and all the hints. What happened? So bummed out now I don’t care to play.

Crashes Getting Battle Ticket. I really like the game, but wish they would fix the bugs. Specifically, my iPad locks up 100% of the time when trying to collect a battle ticket on the 8th game won.

App is locking too often. The app has been locking when ads are loading. The only way to resume is by doing a shut down and restart of the phone.

Ads. Please stop with the gross toenail ads. I use both hands to cover up those horrible pictures. I don’t know or care what the product is. I do not know or care what company is doing this. Just stop!

Death by advertising. I understand the need for ads. But these are INSANELY LONG!!! I can handle 10-15 seconds but 30-45 before and after games? I considered buying out of the ads, but I’m not paying $16 per year. This is not the only game I play so I can tell you it’s waaaaaay out of line. The 3 star rating is an average: 5 stars for the game (it’s FABULOUS). 0 stars for the highway robbery by ads.

New gain in the membrane 🤪. Stats for percentage of those who completed the game are a fun addition. Adding more challenging games to the expert level is nice as well. Great game as always!

Killer sudoku. It was a new and better way to play Sodoku. Made me think more than I usually do when completing my squares. I like the way it becomes more challenging.

Bummed. Bummed. I had over 200 hints yesterday. Today I only have 5 after the update was done. And I work the daily challenge everyday but today the only June challenge that shows done was June 30.

I love this game. I was getting bored with regular sudoku and this makes you think in so many directions

Can’t run after today’s update. Love this app. Been playing it for years. After today’s update the app crashes on launch every time. Please investigate and fix.

No refund. I absolutely loved the game, I played it every day for years and paid the extra premium money for NO ADS. Suddenly, I have to endure a 30-45 second add before I can get to the game. I tried to cancel the subscription but there is no option in iOS system and there is no way to cancel on the developer’s website. Apple, I need you to help me get my refund or at least help me cancel my subscription.

A rose by any other name is still ….. I upgraded for no ads. Enjoyed the variety. Now there are prizes. It doesn’t matter the name. I paid to avoid the ads. I want a refund. You can’t avoid the “prizes” which is another name for the ads I paid to avoid. I no longer play and will be removing it from my phone.

Lost over a year of static data.. I lost 300 plus hints and stats today. The game thinks I started playing today. Changes to the ads in the game have made it impossible to enjoy. They now want $1.99 a week to make it tolerable. It was a great game for almost 2 years. The bait and switch for a free game feels like being in finance buying a new car. I no longer can play. Sad.

Overview. This game is just like sudoku but with addition to help speed through the puzzle. The puzzles are fairly simple, however, the involvement with keeping up with more numbers can be overwhelming at times especially with the inclusion of dotted lines “cages” everywhere.

Disappointed. I love this game, although, last week the game reset and all the data accumulated for the past three years was gone! I had almost 1000 hint points! Also, the themed battle game is gone! What happened?

Locking ads. Like has previously been stated, some of the ads just lock in place and I cannot continue with the game. I'm offered 3 free hints to watch the ad, but once the ad is done, i cannot get to the game. It stays on the ad. The only way to get rid of it is to reboot my ipad.

Lost progress with new update. I started playing this game about a month ago and really enjoyed it however when the app updated last week it wiped all my progress out and I’ve had to start all over. Because of this I give it 1 star. If they’re able to fix this bug I’ll adjust my rating.

Great game with too many ads that crash. I loved playing this game, but now there are so many ads. Some of the ads get stuck on a black screen and the only way to fix it is to completely turn off my iPad. They ruined a great game!

Great. Good mental workout! I would like to see my time vs others, that makes it more interesting for me rather than just my time vs my average. Highly recommend, ads don’t bother me that much.

Ads Are Unbearable. They’ve been slowly cranking up the frequency and length of their mandatory advertisement runs. Plus, lately they’ve been running ads in support of right wing extremists and helping to spread laughably false information.

Too many ads. Ads when you open, ads when you start a game, ads when you are done and ads for a bonus. More time on ads than on the game…..and then those lying ads for Evony. Great Soduku, bad ad management.

Makes it too easy. Not a lot of fun! You can win every time with very little difficulty!

Frustrated!!!. Ads are unavoidable with free play but these latest ads are ridiculous! There is NO WAY TO EXIT THE AD!!! Tried clicking on the ad and let it load all the way. Exited the ad and guess what, the AD WAS STILL THERE. I clicked on the ad four times and the same thing .in the mean time, the timer was running while trying to get out of the ad. I also tried exiting the game and reloaded it, SAME THING!!! THE AD WAS STILL THERE - NO WAY TO GET TO THE GAME! Please get this fixed!!

Intrusive Ads - Genuine Curiosity. I hope it’s a glitch, but the game has started to abruptly take me to the internet for an ad. Out of curiosity, is your company hard up for cash so you’re now pushing ads in the middle of games to generate more revenue (instead of only at the beginning or end of a game), or is it simple greed?

I LOVE THIS APP!!. I have been using this app for over 6 months and only once had an issue (which was resolved in a prompt 24 hours). DEFFO my fav sudoku app!!

Nice game. Suggestions for improvements: 1. Use very different fonts (in color, size or style) in pencil mode, to reduce confusion with fill mode. Current changing to grey color is not strong enough. 2. Auto pencil filling would reduce tedious work in expert level. You can make it a pay feature :-).

I like it. Quick response from the devs to fix a problem with the language, thanks. Generally this is a fun game and the ads, while always annoying, aren’t too bad and can generally be skipped.

Crash and Burn. Love the game. Only play Killer version. Game locks up all the time which is frustrating especially when about to complete a good score. Have to delete the app and download again to unlock.

So Fun!!. Challenging. I look forward to playing it each day to challenge myself and others.

Interrupting the game. If I had given this game a review a few weeks ago I would have given it 5 stars. Today it gets two because I can’t even finish a game without an ad taking me to the internet!!! I can deal with it before and after, but not during!!!

I’m missing all my stats!!. I’ve been playing this game daily for over a year and when I opened it up today, all my history and game stats are gone. It is as if I’ve never played. Not sure what happened if it was an upgrade to the software but that is very disappointing.

Too many ads and interruptions. The game itself is fun and challenging- but if I am on a streak of finding the right combinations with no mistakes up pops an ad that will interrupt the game for minutes at a time or will completely freeze up. The brains behind the Brain brand need help!

Too many ads. Too expensive (60$) a year. The game cost for no ads version is sky high and gouging for these developers I tried to give it a one for a rating but funny it wouldn’t accept any combination of letters as a nick name. I tried to give it even gobbilygook letters. Really? Only when I changed the rating to a two. Thumbs down to developers and app to these ethically challenged developers.

Love it but it freezes on commercials. My favorite sudoku. Wish you’d fix the occasional freezes.

Paid for No-Ads. I paid for no ads, yet after the latest update, I now have ads each time I open the app. Albeit you can click on the X after 10 seconds and another after another 10 seconds. This is annoying especially since I paid for no ads.

Freezes on my iPad. I have played this game for years on my phone - started playing on my iPad recently and have had issues with the game freezing. Looking for a different version to play on the iPad. Love the concept of sudoku with extra math problems - but not when it freezes and becomes unplayable.

Ads... Not sure that I will continue because the number and length of the ads. I really like the game challenge.
