Wouldn’t place my order. I put in my whole order, and the very last step is clicking “place order.” Unfortunately, nothing happened. I clicked it multiple times but it never went through.

Idk. So like I love jaggers just a heads up but like this login for the favorite location is confusing like I can’t even type it.

App issues. I love the food and maybe the issue will be resolved soon but I can never finish an order when ordering online. I get all the way to payment and there has been an error message both times.

Delicious Food. Love the option of ordering on the app and they don’t cook it until you check in at the restaurant! Great customer service and delicious food! The Avon location is our favorite!

Fix the notifications please. Please fix the notifications. I’ve had to disable push notifications on my phone for this app because it always shows 11 notifications no matter what I do. I’ve tried logging out and back in and turning my phone off but it still shows 11 notifications.

Pretty simple but… kids meals. Update: 12/20 - still haven't fixed the options for kids meals. Had to keep restarting the app because my phone number "contained a string," even though I only entered numbers. After the fourth app restart, it worked. Original Review: I wasn’t able to add kids meals to my order because the only option under “Desserts” was a button for “No Dessert.” Since I didn’t want to check that option, I wasn’t able to add the Kids Meals.

Burger heaven. Was part of the test group before grand opening and must say the staff was very friendly, but the food was over the top. Best burger in town, highly recommend.

Not correct food. The past couple of times I’ve came I ordered ahead on app and order has been wrong. Then have to wait for it to be remade

App Design / Condiments. Copy Chick-fil-A’s method of condiment selection when ordering through the app.

Great as Always!. Super easy to use and always ends with us getting food from Jaggers so we can’t complain!!

Amazing. We have came back so many times to eat here. I love the fries and love the people. They are always so happy and enjoy taking orders and giving out food.

Best fast food in the nation. Same price as McDonalds with gore made food, amazing, my favorite fast food restaurant in the city by far. Won’t go anywhere else for the price range.

Taste the difference!. I would like to put a picture of the hamburger but it looked too good I had to eat it absolutely amazing you can taste the difference when it comes to the meat and the quality of putting the hamburger together. I will definitely be back oh and ask for the tater tots to be crispy you’ll love it.

Solid Mobile App Experience. The mobile app was fast & efficient, great experience

New Fav. Great variety, I’ve tried a sampling of items and everything has tasted great. I also like the carry out boxes and how the sandwiches are wrapped!

Scrolling does not work. Scrolling does not work so app is unfortunately useless. I wosh they would do some basic testing before releasing these apps/updates

California Grilled Chicken Sandwich. I ordered the California Grilled Chicken sandwich without bacon (allergy) and no onion, and it was incredible! The chicken was juicy, the avocado and Swiss added the perfect creamy richness, and the garlic mayo tied it all together. Everything tasted super fresh—I didn’t miss the bacon at all. Highly recommend!

Easy to use. Very easy to use the app and I like how on the Home Screen it shows the points you have and what you can redeem them for. Also the app must work well with store communication as my order has always been correct and prompt. Thanks Jaggers!

Missing info. Need Calories information for all items

Limited options on kid’s burger. There are very limited options on customizing a kids burger in the app. By limited, I mean none.

Scrolling. The scrolling does not work

Perfect. I dont wanna explain about how good they are but i have ti because their chicken sandwich is SOOOOOO good i want to try to chicken tenders but the chicken is too good for anything rn😂

Great app, needs work. I think the app works pretty well and it’s nice to not receive a bunch of pop-ups like other fast food apps. I’d like to see the following changes: 1. Why can I choose between a lemonade or a Jaggers style lemonade when they are both the exact same drink at the drive-through window? Why can’t my Jaggers style lemonade come with jalapeños by default? 2. When I enter in a gift card number but do not check out and go back to change something then come back, I have to re-enter the gift card. Why can’t it save the gift card info?

Great Burger!. Great burgers and sides. Milkshakes so thick you need a spoon! Fast service and friendly staff. Love being able to order through the app and pick it up in the drive through! Highly recommend!

Smooth with one glitch. App works well…but it won’t let you order the fruit cup standalone.

Great food. Food was amazing never disappoints

Rewards are not working!. I tried to redeem the free milkshake birthday reward when placing a burger order and it won’t allow me to apply the coupon. The login screen is also a pain, as it’s not working smoothly with the saved passwords feature on iPhones.

Compare Options. The manager talked me into downloading the app because it was free delivery and cheaper than DoorDash. After going through the order I went into the DoorDash app and it was cheaper and easier to track. Makes no sense, since DoorDash marks up the food.

THE BEST. JAGGERS is The BEST Restaurant to eat the Food is, Fresh, Delicious and Service is Great. My Favorite place to eat. They have a variety to choose from something for the whole family and healthy too.

Check in doesn’t always work. Twice in the past few weeks I have checked in to do curbside pickup and it either stalled, or today, kept spinning and finally said I was checked in and my food was being prepared. 10 minutes later I had to call and they say I haven’t checked in. Very frustrating. Even McDonald’s has a better app and system.

Faulty App. I spent the last 3 or so days, trying to make an account with my Apple ID but always get hit with an error message. Why is there no support option to fix this? Very disappointing…

User Friendly App. I have really enjoyed my visits to Jaggers, and I have recently started to try the app for ordering. It has been so user friendly and really streamlined my ordering! Using the app has also really allowed me to maximize my rewards! Will definitely continue to use the app in the future.

Rewards and Offers. Offers do not work at all, you go to claim and it is not applied to order.

Easy to use app and tasty food!. The app is very smooth and simple to use. So satisfying these days, especially when the food is also tasty!

Inconsistent features. Scan receipt says I have to be near the restaurant to use it even though I’ve used it from home when I first downloaded the app. Tried to use “contact us” button on profile page, but it does nothing. App also did not inform restaurant I was at curbside after I clicked through the steps to let them know I arrived. I waited twenty minutes after that only to go inside and find out they hadn’t even made my food

Bad App. The app kept crashing when I tried to use it. It doesn’t do well with its intended functionality. It is very laggy and slow.

annoying. The app forcing you to enter your birthday to continue on your profile is the dumbest most annoying thing I’ve seen.

Can never “earn my rewards”. I can’t earn any rewards because I can’t log into the app. This has been an issue since day one opening in Greenville NC.. I’ve even tried resetting my password several times. I’ll get active successfully reset message, but once I try to log in with the new password it’s suddenly wrong. If y’all don’t really want to give us our rewards, just say that!

Easy to order. Nice app & easy to order! Love the rewards program! One of the best black bean burgers ever-I am very picky! Great edamame too! Love that it is an option!

App sucks. Always signs me out and won’t let me back in. I have a free sandwich that’s about to expire that it won’t even let me use. I tried changing the password and everything and it won’t send me the email to do it. Checked my junk folder and everything. Been trying for over an hour. Guess I won’t be eating Jagger’s anymore…

Perfect except for one detail.. High quality food with similar mastery to the Chick-fil-A drive thru. The only downside to the app, you can’t order a side of cheese sauce or other dips or sauces individually, only on burgers or with the tenders. Otherwise easy to navigate app.

Won’t let login on app. Terrible app. Opens on web with password but not in the app.

Internal App Glitches. There are errors that need to be refined within the app. 1. There was no option for the kids meal to select a dessert other than “No dessert” 2. The Apple Pay option glitches with invalid zip code but works for everything else. 3. There should be an option to save your vehicle make/model/color. 4. Add more photos of the meals 5. Make the ‘option’ buttons bigger within the sides. Fix these and the app will be a little better.

Needs check in option. Easy to place an order, but when you pull into a numbered spot. There’s no information on getting your order. The app does not have a checkin feature, nor is there a “click to call” option.
