Love the game. I love this game. I play this game for almost 2 months now and have completed 2 police stations now and working on my 3 and 4th police station. The only complaint I have it that. On Haikang police station I have fully updated everything in the game but it says that I have 3 shields. I don’t know if that’s a bug or something but I need help or update the game to find out why this is happening. I should have 3 completed police station but I only have 2 because of a bug or something. Please help

Great game but!. Has quite a bit of bugs in both the last two maps and three of the rooms both in the prison segment where are the prisoners are held the high security prison is mind you and where the Maps shop in both major crimes and attentive vision when you move the map a certain way in both of those two units via Maps glitch in all four maps for those two units in particular

Great game! One glitch remains.... This is a great game and I’ve played it almost to the end (at least up to now, which is Haikang). There’s a glitch that barely, if any, interns go to the phone helpline. So basically none of the arrests needed get done, and the workers get frustrated. Please fix this in the next update as it makes it impossible to even get 5 stars on the police station, almost no people walk in to report and interns only take those reports! Other than that, great game, can’t wait to see more bases with more departments!

Awesome game, but needs some work.. This game is so fun! I’m really addicted to it, and it is really entertaining. There are a few flaws though. Number one is, After a certain point there aren’t many cases left and some departments become obsolete like crime labs, never has that many cases anymore. It’s very annoying . Number two, The jails always fills up. I can NEVER put anymore criminals in them. Maybe you can make them bigger? Anyways most of the game is good! I play every day for like an hour, and I can almost gate a shield in that time. I highly recommend this game. In all, Five stars!

Fun but....... The game is fun and yes you need to buy the no ads to make it workable, I’ve done this on several of the developers games and haven’t been disappointed. It’s like paying for a game on your desktop so I’m happy to pay for all their hard work. The problem I have with his game is how much money it takes to finish a level. 38 million to upgrade a locker when you get about 75k a day???? Really??? And you have to do this over and over? You get to a point where, honestly, it’s pointless to play anymore. You wait an entire day or two just to upgrade one item then leave it off for a few days so you can upgrade something minor again. No thanks, that’s not a game. The developers have done a great job on their other games and I enjoy their work but this one is really in need of some modifications. To the developers, lower the amount required to upgrade items and you guys will have another great game on your hands and that people will be willing to play through its end and gladly pay to enjoy. This, in its current state, is not it. Thank you Steve

Updates needed. First, I do enjoy this game. It’s why after a year of not playing it, I downloaded it again to get that fix. Nothing. Has. Changed. Seriously, the date of the last update was over a year ago. There’s only 3 main stations. Every weekend there’s a special event that’s a great source of cards and diamonds. But what’s the point if nothing is being added? I’ll be deleting the game again to make room for something better. If they ever update the game, I’ll be willing to come back.

Police Station Suggestions and Police Uniforms!. Love the game! Very fun and satisfying! Im also a huge fan of the Hotel Empire and Prison Empire! Police station suggestions could be a city like new york. Big, alot of cells and police cars. Another could be a High-Tech city with flying police cars and etc. Another could be a city like london, Different police cars and uniforms. Another thing is that I suggest that in other cities, there are different uniforms. Like a sheriffs department where there uniforms are beige and are wearing cowboy hats, and others with different colors, long-sleeved, short-sleeved. Police hat, tie. And any other appearance updates. Thats really all the suggestions I have. Love the game!

Enjoyed, but deleting. I have enjoyed playing this game but now I’m frustrated and deleting. I was on the very last stage of the new limited time Twilight City mission. But I unlocked a new police station and tapped on it to go there and apparently it’s not fully developed yet so it won’t load. The problem is that I can’t just go back and work on my Twilight City or other police station - it’s stuck on the load screen because it automatically loads the last place you were. Since the last place wouldn’t load, I have no option to go anywhere else! So now I can’t even finish my limited time city because I can’t get to it. If the game won’t load, there’s no point in me keeping it.

Way too time consuming. I play the university tycoon non stop so I tried this one out. It was fun originally... until I had to sit there and stare at the screen and keep watching ads to gain a few dollars... finally after 2 days of constantly watching ads I could upgrade ONE LOCKER ONE LEVEL. I tried to stay patient with it but eventually after seeing the same ad 150 times in one day, i couldn’t do it anymore. Also, after watching 5 ads to get the money multiplier, and closing out the app I come back in 3 minutes later and that multiplayer is gone. Waste of time.

Don’t purchase a thing. If you are looking for a great idle game to kill time, that you don’t pay a single thing for, this is right up your alley. I will discourage buying the beginner’s bundle because, it takes away the double your earnings option and replaces it with the +50% permanent boost. If you were going to sit and play the game, you were likely to double your earnings so, why would you want to spend money on a game that is going to penalize you for doing so? This game would be a 10/10 if it weren’t for the fact that the developers want to screw the people that pay.

Entertaining but unbalanced and glitchy. Update 2023 Dec. still glitchy half the crime bosses caught disappear from the isolation cells meaning a massive amount off your income is gone. The prices to get the final few upgrade to complete a station 100% is astronomical. 40 million for the final upgrade on the highest swat locker. That feels more then the rest is worth in total.(it’s not but 98% of upgrades on the first station are under 500k easy.) The game is fun to start and like other idle games slow. The issue is the balance and the price. The first police station you get 95% through (and there are hard caps for income) and now it’s check in once a blue moon. Also having more cops catch more criminals past a minimum gain no income. Just more loss as cop wages. This gets far worse as you progress until you get to the station that requires a “gold” shield to unlock. The in between would take weeks to beat with no real progress as again income is severely limited. Great you login 10 times with max gains and lvl up a desk. A desk that is not actually used in anyway in this station as no crimes are under it’s jurisdiction unless you are over flooding others. Others that you can max for half the price… You have three types of police and guess what. The most advanced takes 4 of 5 types. Now you have to wait for them to trickle over slowly as they have to be overwhelmed to send others there.

Good, but has some bugs. Enjoying the game so far, but I’ve run into the weird bug where background noise still comes through, as well as the interns will take petty crimes, (I.E. vandalism and traffic violations) to my counterfeiting and fraud detectives, thus being less efficient. I’m hoping once I unlock the crime lab and major crimes it will rectify itself, but as is I don’t ever use the fraud room, as it’s redundant. Cheers! P.s. I believe the The police officers efficiency rating, as in how many cases they can do in an hour is incorrect, as they get swamped with cases even though they are the most highly invested area I have, so maybe double check it is correct.

Screen goes black. Love the game!!! I was addicted from the beginning. However, after about an hour of playing the sound starting getting a little staticky. After the static started, I noticed when the ads would play the video would freeze up but would still award me at the end. Now on day 2 of playing, I’m not able to watch ads at all. The ads play a few seconds then the screen goes black. I can hear it go back into the game but I can’t access it unless I log off and log back in. This has gotten very frustrating because I love the game but I can’t fully enjoy it. I’ve decided not to continue on trying to play at this point.

Great game.. however.... There are some game change suggestions I have. Once we have completed a city, there’s nothing else we can do.. yet the money keeps coming in. That’s kind of pointless. Might wanna just shut it down once completed to 100% or keep adding things to spend money on. The next thing. On the Management area where it says “profits - expenses = balance” it should be “income - expenses = profits” if you want to be correct. The next thing, can you add it to where if we are in management and we click on a certain department, it takes us to that department to actually “manage” it. Please? 😊 Also, on the 3rd city, I’ve completed all the arrests, but each of them had $0 pay up front, but an hourly pay. Where as the other cities had a large immediate pay upon arrest. I’m okay with it now, I completed the city, however, it’s still a glitch that needs to be fixed. 😊 I think the game is fun, these are just a few things I thought could make the game better. I like the addition of the timed events! That’s fun and challenging.

Haikang issue. So I’ve reached the last station available at the moment and there seems to be a problem in the reception. I tried to reach support through the app but can’t seem todo it since I get a pop up that my account has been linked. The problem is when the receptionists talk with the people and they generate the books, they place it in the bookshelf so the interns can take it but when they do it shows the plus sign and a yellow triangle besides it with no indication of what the book might be, now the bookshelf is full of orange books but no intern takes it. I just finished the event at the same time that I finished the previous map. So now I don’t really have anything to do in the app until another event is released

Settings and prices. Okay, I love the game and how the mechanics work are but why are the prices for each upgrade so expensive for example, I buy a detective desk for 5k dollars which is a reasonable price for the first time and then when you want to upgrade it to the next level it costs 20-25k like bro I’m new to the game let me have fun and not just grind and secondly I can’t go in the settings it keeps giving me an error that says (##UI_LABEL_POPUP_TITLE#!#). And I also uninstall it and then install it back up again and the error still didn’t go away

Great game! 👍 Would Recommend!. This is a great game! It has tons of cool stuff to upgrade and can get you rich! Like I’ve been searching for good idle games and the only good ones I could find was this one, idle supermarket tycoon and theme park tycoon. (Suprisingly all from Codigames) And this would definitely keep you occupied. But my only complaint is that every time I spend all my money on stuff I have to wait like 30 min until I can go back into the app so that I can regain all my money again. Sorry but I think you could add extra stuff that gives you money. Other than that this is amazing and super addictive!

Not enough content but great game!. Rated the game 4 of 5 stars mainly because there is not enough content. There are currently 3 cities to police. I have been playing 1 month and for 2 weeks now I have been waiting for the next city to open up. All of my other police stations are fully maxed. That being said I find the game very enjoyable. There are very few ads which I like. I am a very patient person so waiting for a short time for money to build up is not a problem for me. Money accrues fairly quickly. I spent $9.99 to buy the no ads feature which I feel was well worth the money as it is permanent and carries into all your cities allowing you to get the double income bonus when you log into a city as well as getting prisoners and investors income without having to view ads. The in game music is pleasing but I do wish there was a mute for the background sounds. Over all this is a great game!

Fun but needs updating. Game was fun in the beginning, but once you have all the towns unlocked it gets pretty boring. If the game can come up with different events every several days, I’m not sure why the developers don’t come up with new maps. Also, I paid $30 for the upgrades but they don’t seem to work in the special events, which seems like a big waste of money now that all the cities are completed. I’d recommend that the creators update the game more regularly with new maps, create a “bank” where the money from completed towns can go into, helping you upgrade things in other cities.

Fun but needs updates. I love this game. There are just a few updates needed. When you’re in the tab that shows each department’s progress, clicking on each department should actually take us to that department. Trying to find it can be a little aggravating at times. Instead of having money for each city, we should have just 1 bank account. After completing a city, we lose so much money that can help us continue with other cities. Stop making the update costs so high. It’s crazy to build a desk or item at $1,000 then the last update is 18,000,000. That’s just a ridiculous amount. Let us also create our own station that helps us fund the other stations. But otherwise...great game

It’s great but...... I have been playing this game for a while now and I have two complaints 1. You don’t get enough money in this game I have to relay on the double money and the ad bonuses to get some kind of money 2. In the counterfeit division no matter what they are always over worked on complex cases I have tried everything is there anyway to fix that problem otherwise the game is great the overall idea of it is good I may need a graphics update but that’s not needed now just can you guys please make money easier to get.

Needs some work. The game is very fun and a good ideal game…… but the game needs more direction. When a certain area is over worked there needs to be direction on how to fix the over worked employees and not just a warning saying they are over worked. The game is also kinda confusing on how you are making money other than upgrading stuff in the certain areas. The game needs tell you like every time someone in reception take a complaint you are making money or every time the detectives go over a case you make money. The game also need to be able to zoom out more to see the whole map because scrolling left and right multiple times to get to one area to tap on it gets old. The game also needs a bug update. When tapping on setting it pops up a notification saying “game already linked” and when you push on it just keeps popping up so you can’t change any of the setting. Fix those couple of things and it will be an awesome game.

I love the game, but it can drag out. I really love these sorts of games. If you’re into building up a business from nothing and making it into a huge success, this is the game for you. There are some similar games to this I’ve played involving a hotel and a prison, but that’s where this game is considerably worse than both of them. Normally any complaints about ads are there’s too many and I understand the goal is for people to pay money, but being able to watch ads for money or special perks, like the other games would make this one a lot more fun. Even if there’s a limit to how many ads you can watch over a certain time frame would be better than no ads at all and having to wait every single Tim for your money to build back up. The only other problem I have is I can’t turn the sound off. When I click the options I can turn off music, but the sounds of coughing and such stay so I can’t listen to music or anything while I play the game. I’m going to keep playing the game despite these minor things, but if you don’t have much patience, I’d suggest one that lets you view ads.

Glitch. I’d give better stars but, since I redownload the game again after not playing for a while, there’s this glitch that won’t even allow me access to the settings options. I get this pop up notification that spams me, making exiting out of settings tab impossible, saying that I’ve already got an account hooked up to the game. I have to exit out of the game entirely. Can’t even get to the settings to turn off the volume and sound effects without being spammed by a pop up. If this bug gets fixed, I’d give a better review. Can’t even access support since it’s in the settings tab.

Fun game, but recent problem.. I enjoy this game a lot, but got a problem just today. I was playing the event and noticed a new station available which required 7 shields to unlock. I unlocked it and tried to open it, but it was taking to long to load and had weird codes where the name should be. I keep trying to open the game, but it stays on the loading screen because I closed it out on the supposed new station. I’m assuming the new station isn’t finished, and if that’s the case it shouldn’t be made available yet. Now I probably won’t be able to finish the event. Despite this, I’ve enjoyed the game.

Volume control. Recently I have tried to change the setting of the volume for when I am playing a song or movie in the background and unfortunately this message keeps popping up saying that my account is already linked. Even though I press the accept button more than ten times. Can this be fixed.

Cool and all but. I like the game enough. The only thing that bothers me is that the volume is stuck on because when I go to the settings I get automatic pop ups that say account linked and I never clicked on that to begin with. Then when you hit okay it pops right back up. Have to force quit the game every time because there’s no other option. I prefer to play games in silence with my headphones in while watching a show or something of that nature. That’s why only 3 stars it’s a big deal to me but not a deal breaker.

Really fun and unique but... It needs updates and more interactive opportunities like being able to interact with interns or special characters you have unlocked. These characters could have side missions like the buff intern completes a certain amount case file drops, or the detectives have a vendetta against one of the gangster leaders, etc. I pay for the characters using the gold, but I feel like it is for nothing since I barely see them doing anything or feel as if they are helping in the game. Time for some more stations as well, maybe a corrupt station that has to be turned around with little funds, idk, I really love this game out of all the idle’s, just wishing it would get better.

Game is broken. Your game is broken. On every device, 3 different ones, I get the same connection error message. Add that to the goals you programmed that can never be reached because they exceed the level limits you set and other problems, and I find myself disgusted. FIX the game. I flew through all the police stations in a month and did not have to spend money to do so but the last one never reached five stars due to an unfixed bug related to a criminal you can never catch, and so I upgraded it as far as I could and now uninstalled the game since there’s nothing left to do.

Awesome But Limited Control. This game is awesome, but I want more control when I’m playing. I have downloaded most of the games from this developer, and I’m pretty much hooked at this point. But, this game needs more direction. For instance, the interns need to be told where to take the files. In the law game, I can decide which intern takes what, and this game needs that desperately since there are so many different departments. Also, each department needs to be more in sync. For example, there are certain crimes that can only be processed by fraud, but the interns will take that file to the regular police who aren’t equipped to handle it, and there’s no way to fix it. Why can’t they take the files to the right place instead of trying to work them? And, because of the lack of control, there are cases that basically get thrown out because of the fact there’s no place to put them. Right now, I have detectives who are taking every single file to my other department instead of taking it to the police, so my policeman are sitting there with no files to work because the detectives keep taking it to the wrong place. There also needs to be a clearing feature where I can remove Files from my cabinet when they are misplaced. Overall, this is a great game, but it needs more control for the player. Otherwise, you’re going to pull your hair out because they do not follow what they should in the game, and it’s infuriating. And, a bonus would be floors of jail cells.

Very good idle game! Only one problem.. This is one of the best idle games BY FAR. No forced ads, pretty easy, and I like how every upgrade it changes the model and look of what you upgraded. One problem though. Whenever I open the settings, it opens a window thing saying “this account is already linked”. Whenever I try to close it it just opens again and I eventually have to restart the app. But that isn’t too much of a problem and the settings aren’t that important. Overall, it’s really good and I have downloaded more of the games by these developers.

It’s alright. The game is fun and addicting but the videos you watch to get 2x the money and what not are almost always lagging a bit and sometimes after watching a full video I’m not even rewarded with the 2x the money. That’s something the developers should fix. And also the fact that I at one point spent 10$ or whatever it was on the offline earnings. And then when I got a new phone with the same account and hit restore previous purchases nothing is restored, so I basically spent money on nothing. Same thing happened with idle supermarket, spent 10$ hit restore purchases and nothing

Suggestions. Would you guys be able to add a confirmation when using gems to speed up building because when scrolling through to manage my station it’s very touchy and accidentally spent a lot of gems. Another idea for future stations is have is a helicopter unit and maybe a bomb squad/ bomb threat team and we can purchase the bomb robot and upgrade it to work faster. Lastly maybe give us the chance to name ourselves. That’s all I have for now if I think of anything else I’ll be sure to share it but other than that I love this game it’s addicting and can’t wait for more stations and what future updates have in store for us.

I have some great suggestions. I first want to point out it is an awesome game but I have some suggestions to make it so much better first could you make it so the prisoners will sometimes escape just to add detail second I think you should be able to get different cars like the more you upgrade the cooler the car and can you add a helicopter I think that would be cool it could. Make it where every arrest the police goes too the police will sometimes lose but a helicopter will make you have a better chance of winning. I think you should add all of these. It’s still an awesome and outstanding game.

It’s good but..... It is way too hard to make money in this game, I have so many things that I need to upgrade but I can’t because I never have enough money, and whenever I come back to the game after being off-line for 12 hours or more I still only have a fraction of the money I need to upgrade anything of worth. The ad bonuses that you get are not even worth it because you only get 10 minutes each time you watch it when other idle games will give you four hours or at least two hours. I can’t advance even with all my upgrades, it seems like you only get money when you’re on the game, but only a pittance when you’re offline. I’ll give it a little longer but I doubt anything’s going to get better or easier. I need more money and it’s just not coming. You can get money by watching ads, but most of the time I end up hitting refuse because the amount isn’t worth the 30 seconds.

Volume. Every time I try to open settings it says “this account is already linked” and every time I hit accept it goes straight back to “this account is already linked” so I hit again and then the cycle repeats I can’t exit out of settings so I just close the app completely. The game is over all really fun but I like to not hear the music sometimes. Please fix this!!!!! I’m not telling you how to run your game but the music can get a little annoying

Loading Screen Error. I love this game and purchased it a couple nights ago. It’s very addicting and fun to play. However, when I tried playing it again today, I got an error at the loading screen. I tried to restart my phone, make sure my internet is working, turn off my internet and turn it back on......nothing. It’s getting to be a little frustrating. It was working just fine last night too. No issues whatsoever then. I contacted support and I hope they get back to me soon because I really don’t want to get rid of this game since it’s really fun 😕.

Updates and Fun. This is a fun game- however some updates are needed. Could the game be played landscaped and not horizontally? Also, could the management tabs take us to the parts of the police station? That would make it a lot easier. I know some that play the game have a lot of money left over when they build their station. Could you create a space for us to build our own station with the money left over? Like I have 2 billion dollars in Haikang. I’m going to lose that money like I did in Twin City and the other city. Make us a bank account the that money goes there for us to build or borrow from while we are building another city. It’s a great game and I’m addicted. Just wish there were more options. The interrogation rooms are fun too. I wish they were a bit more interactive. All in all 5 stars.

Suggestions. Digital things you’ve done it again, making another game fun to play and always come back to but I have suggestions for another game coming along the way. You should make a sports game tycoon have things like the theme park have everything in one stadium, like basketball, football, soccer and hockey, that would have a lot of people playing but hey that’s just a suggestion so If y’all would do that, that would mean a lot. But so far you guys are doing great.

This game is great. This game is super fun. It’s also calming and relaxing. I also like how you can go AFK and still earn money. It’s really fun overall it’s just I think they should add a little bit more money to make like it’s when you get better and better it’s really easy to make money but then the upgrade is super expensive, you have to put a lot of work in the game but I really think it’s really good overall as me as a little kid I really think it’s a great game so you should install it

Fun Game. Updates Needed.. Loved playing this game but it looks like some more frequent updates could be needed. I’ve basically completed all standard content as of roughly a month ago. The only playable content available now are the weekly “special events” that last a couple days. Unfortunately, since it’s just sitting here on my phone not being played, I’m going to remove. Hopefully if I return in the future, the dev will have included some significant updates.

Is this game still being supported?. There are so many glitches in this game that it leads me to think that the devs gave up on this one. (1) The reception area gets FLOODED with people needing to report crimes, even though I haven’t upgraded the map area and I have max receptionists. (2) When the receptionists put cases on their shelves for the interns, there’s a little error bubble next to the shelf that doesn’t show what type of case they’ve just put up. (3) Because of the little error bubble, my interns seem to have no idea that case files are waiting for them, so my interns just sit around in the coffee room twiddling their fingers while my reception case shelves are just overflowing. (4) When I’ve tried to go into “contact support” on the settings page, I keep getting blocked by a pop-up that says “account already linked”, and no matter how many times I click “accept” it pops up over and over, to the point that I can’t even exit the settings page and I need to just shut down the whole app and restart. (5) I have reinstalled the app multiple times and the problem still persists. Soooo what’s the deal devs? Have we given up on this game completely or what? You shouldn’t continue asking people to spend money on a game that you aren’t going to maintain. Because honestly I want my money back at this point.

Good game. The layout, the structure, and the mechanics of the game start and are. The only thing that I’m not liking is the way every time you need to “purchase” a new police car, desk, or any kind of office equipment the price keeps going up! I’m not talking about “upgrading”. I’m just talking about when you get another receptionist desk or a police car the price goes up. The other thing is how the game is structured. I’m loving prison tycoon cause of the way it’s structured and works! This game needs to be like the prison tycoon game. Stop with the ads for multiplayers!!! That’s all for now.

Fun game, but needs work. I enjoy this dev’s games and I often drop money on it. As of this review, there’s 4 playable cities, and I’ve paid for the full content. Where there are some minor graphical issues I can ignore (glitchy art when zooming, a missing criminal graphic), the further I go along, the more it feels like things have been forgotten or bugged. For example, in the 2nd city, absolutely everything has been upgraded, but I’m stuck at 4 shield ranking. Then in the 3rd city, one objective calls for desks in a crime unit be upgraded to level 6... but the maximum is level 4. With increasingly noticeable and potentially game-breaking issues, I’m worried about having wasted my money. But as of this review, the game is still new and so I give the devs the benefit of the doubt. I just hope things can be fixed before I complete everything and move on.

Pretty good…. I have some feedback. I’m not sure why but when I press the cog to open the setting to turn on music or sounds, it will pop up with a message saying that my “account is linked” I know it’s linked, but it just keeps popping up and won’t let me press anything else after that to the point where I have to close out the game entirely and go back in. I haven’t been able to turn my sound on or off since. Developers: Any suggestions?

Interrogation broken. Have to constantly reset the app in order to continue interrogating people. If you don’t reset, then they just simply stop getting new people to question. Am yet to complete the last part of the events because of this. *update* The interrogation bug is fixed. Have been able to complete the events, & gain the bonuses. Only flaw is while music & sound are on mute, there’s still sound of grunts. Easily fixed by muting device.

Great game! But having a problem…. I haven’t played in a while cause I had finished all of the prison to max lvl at the time I played, but i reinstalled the game as well as a few others and I can’t get it to actually enter the game pass the login page, it won’t even show the login bar to load the game; and it’s happening on a few others game too. I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the games so I’m out of ideas, is there a way to fix this problem?

Like everyone else, great but some bugs.. First. I love the game. Great way to pass the time when I’ve got downtime at work or other places. Second. I’d like to see an extra guide section somewhere that explains the color coding of different reports taken by reception and what each of the symbols mean when unlocking a new section. I understand some of the symbols are very self explanatory but I’d still like to see some more available information. Third. Can we get enough vehicles for all of the officers. The radical and advanced tactical units don’t have enough vehicles, so it looks kind of silly for one of the trans to go on foot to finish a case. Those are some of the big things for me. A lot of the other bugs and complaints that have already been mentioned are also part of my experience, yet I still shoot the game and look forward to seeing the next city.

Taps out mid game. To level up you need to catch all the most wanted and buy all the available lockers and equipment for your station. You’ll need to buy the no ads expansion pack because it’s over a billion dollars to level out of la ruidosa. Otherwise you’ll just waste a lot of time watching ads and never be able to level forward in the game because everything costs too much. You can earn extra money buy building interrogation rooms but it’s not the millions and billions you really need. Palm shores will be another several billion on lockers for your tactical unit after you’ve already caught all your most wanted. Haiking will sort of just stall out on the automatic arrests and keep you from leveling up and getting your most wanted even after you’ve completely outfitted your station. There’s regular events where card packs are half off diamonds and your most wanted (in a place called twilight city) are worth more diamonds per performed task. Not sure if it’s a glitch in haiking that’s keeping game progress in permanent limbo or not.

5 star game but bug needs fixed in city 2 ***UPDATE***. I have been playing for a couple days and purchased one of the packs with characters. Game is detailed and flows nice. Some graphic issues but does not effect the gameplay (like characters walking through cars or sitting where there is no furniture yet). I am on city 2 and am now having issues as all the tabs (bonuses money/criminal intake/switch between cities/stats) are all disappeared. I can not even get it to reset anymore when I shut down app and restart. I am now stuck in city 2. Very frustrating and will be requesting refund I just purchased yesterday if this isn’t fixed. I do not give 5 stars often and this has potential but am very disappointed so far. Hoping staff reaches out with information soon. *****very receptive service! This is a great game although you have to at the moment buy the biggest bundle pack worth almost $50 it comes with no more ads plus all these other things would be great if you could just purchase no more ads by itself for $8 or $10. It’s good but.... Early on the game plays quite quickly and is very interesting with unique ideas and mechanics that any player can quickly understand, after a 20-30 minute period you basically have to switch off the game to get some money when you come back, I don’t have an issue with this. My issue is that after you reach a certain point in the late game, it takes literally weeks to get single upgrades unless you want to fork out real world money for boosts and premium content, you could grind for the upgrade for free but the amount of time required is absurd. So it’s fun to play for a week but then do yourself a favour and uninstall it and move on to something else

Completely amazed. I haven’t felt so strongly about a game in a long time. The moment I start playing it, I felt immediately impressed. This game company has made a lot of mobile games like this that I’ve enjoyed playing. This one in particular has made my top 3 games. I hope others can enjoy this game as much as I do.

Decent app but no support.. It’s a decent app, however there are a few bugs and the support is virtually non-existent. I’ve raised multiple tickets and tried to contact the developer via various methods and have yet to receive any reply. I can’t rate the app any higher.

Good game but a few bugs. In the last city it asks for 5 desks in criminalist to be upgraded to level 6 but it maxes out at level 4. Also a few time in the morning when I open it, it acts as though I haven’t been gone, the game just starts where I left it the night before, no hour earnings.

Can’t load the game. Wish the developers would focus on one game instead of developing new ones- when are we getting a new hotel in Hotel Tycoon?? Been well over three months since an update. Anyway, after a back and forth with the developers after telling them my game wouldn’t even load, they said it was my problem and my connection despite me being able to load other games made by them with nil issue. Save yourself the trouble and find another game where the developers are more dedicated to fixing issues and providing regular updates for players.

App inoperable when settings open. When you open settings a pop up will completely block any use of the app. A restart is required to make it operational again.

This game is bugged. Every time I start the game and the loading bar finishes the screen goes back to the home screen and forces the games to reset the loading only just to do the same thing.

Confirm button. Overall the game is great but i just lost 800 gems which i had to save up for in a blink of an eye because my finger accidentally pressed the button which finishes the building process so i suggest that you should have the a confirm screen when purchasing something with gems so I don’t accidentally lose the rest of my remaining 400 gems

Annoying bug. Great game and very playable but the settings/option menu has a bad glitch in it that not only stops you from adjusting the sound and music volume but from going back to the game. It also means you can’t contact the developers to fix it! Hopefully they see this and do something!

Game broken. A new city appeared seperate from the event. Clicking on it, even by accident breaks the game. It goes into a never ending loading screen, the bar can be full, the device wants to shut down and still nothing. Was about to finish event too. Awesome game, nearly perfect. This is a really fun game for anyone who enjoys idle genre. There’s a few small bugs, one in particular is I often see the criminals who’ve been locked up lined up to go into jail, the lines often are going through a wall or staircase. Can I also suggest that once a criminal has done time in jail when they leave their appearance is changed such as not dressing like a punk etc anymore. Also I’d like to see the jail capacities much higher, it always seems that I’m putting so many into jail that the prisoners spend all of 2 minutes in jail before they’re pushed out and replaced as jails are at capacity. Otherwise, this game is really good and I recommend. Cheers.

Upgrade from 1 ⭐️ to 3. I was unpleased of losing some in game money to a glitch, but I’ve learned to realize that you can progress in this game even if you did miss a day or two. The only issue I see with the game is that I’m slowly approaching having all the police stations maxed out, I don’t see an update happening any time soon. When will we get new stations?

Uninstalled twice now.. When you’re scrolling down the upgrades and you accidentallyspend 200k on a room you dont want, and 300 gold to insta build it… you can’t avoid it, it happened twice to me. It’s small. Only takes a week or so to get all the levels complete, your purchases are only good for main game - so when the “emergency” sub game level shows up, all your special purchases aren’t used for it. Their tech support sucks and the game is full of glitches. Not worth it in the long run as there’s not enough levels to keep going. Don’t waste your money on it. If you don’t purchase the option to remove ads, there’s one every 45-55 seconds that take 45 seconds to watch. It’s too bad, it has such potential to be a neat games.

By Far The Best Game & Realistic Graphics. So I’m not really into these upgrading/waiting games that much but this game is by far the best one out there by Digital Things ! It’s addicting to upgrade your Police Station, Graphics look a lot better and less mine craft like than the other ones ! Only thing I wish they could add to this game is if you were able to move your desk and have alittle more customization to make it your own Police Station. Overall this game has me and my girlfriend addicted to it ! Well done ! Hope to see more games like this ! Help. Stuck on loading screen I’ve closed other apps that doesn’t work

So much potential but $$ and buggy. Seems like a fun and addictive game but only option to get rid of adds is to buy the $39.99 pack?! I’m all for paying the developers to make the games so have paid in the past but the only option being that high is ridiculous. Game is play 20 seconds, watch 45 seconds of adds. Please give a lower add remove option in another package and let us play the game. Also, buggy - try to turn off music or sound in settings and get the “account already linked” and have to hard close the game as it will stay on that and bug / lock out. If you fix that and lower the price to remove adds to make it more like your other games, I would pay and play as it definitely had potential to be a lot of fun.

Good but problems. The game is very enjoyable and a well structured idle, however I often have issues opening the game. It’s crashes every so often and usually only fixes with a phone restart, as of right now I’m having an issue where the loading bar doesn’t ever appear on the loading screen and it never loads the game. Huh, a new game.. Man, this one is new, and the ad actually got my attention, and didn’t feature any stupid “zomg, I cant get past level one” Time to see what the game offers. Not bad, I like it, ad rewards are better than prison tycoon, still a lot of stuff that can be added to the game though.

THE GAME WON’T LOAD. I downloaded this game, and selected to play it but it won’t load into the game! He just stays on the loading screen and I sat there for about 5 to 10 minutes just waiting. I even uninstall the app and reinstalled it and still ran into the same problem. So then I powered my phone completely off waited five minutes and turned it completely back on. The problem still occurred and I don’t know why. If you could please fix this and let me know it’s fixed I will reinstall the game and try to play.

Great with bugs. Absolutely love playing this on my free time, overall well designed game but the glitch where all the controls disappear has happened to me and has now caused the game to become unplayable.. Otherwise very relaxing and fun game! Love the no ads purchase, but the managers could use a little clarification on what exactly they do. Whether or not they are one time use or permanent!

Money. The only think I hat e about the game is that if you exit out of the game or are kicked out because your phone died you lose all the money you earned. For example you could have earned a million dollars and then try to double it and you accidentally exit you lose all of that money you just earned with no way to get it back but waiting again. The Standard for Idle games. First off let me start by saying I love that there is a Police Idle now!!! I love crime games and love games that kind of praise our public servants! This game is awesome I love how in-depth it is and all the many mechanics involved. It’s fun to play and very interesting how it tackles the subject! I did pay for the Pro boost and it made it even more fun! I would like to see some special events but so far I’m very happy with it!!!

Good but... I made it to the second city and when I went to travel back to my original one it was fine and then I went back to my second city and now it gives me no options to do anything. It shows none of the displayed buttons for money, ads, building, etc. please fix this. I love this game other than that issue.

Crashes too often. Often times when I would come back to the game to collect my idle money, I would select watch ads to double profits, but it crashes way too often and I lose all my money, you need to fix the constant crashings

Nothing new. Just like the rest of the games buy this company there is nothing new to do in it. I have everything at 5 stars and have for months. New updates the fix bugs claim to have new police station, prison, hotel you name it with the games these guys put out. When update us done there is still nothing new to do. I have one game like this that is from another company that actually made it so you can renovate the location and upgrade everything to five stars on top of the five stars you already have.

It can’t load. Hi I downloaded your game I played it for like an hour then I go back in the next day and I can’t even log into the game!! It crashes every time I try to get it it crashes and when I did on the fourth try it crashed because I tapped and upgrade option fix you stupid game.

I love these types of games. I haven’t had anything wrong with this game so far. I recently bought the no ads thing, and it’s been going perfectly fine. Up until I bought the next city that recently came out. Now it won’t let me play the game, it stays on the main screen just loading.

What’s with the triple ads. Yes I’m that guy who watches an ad for an advantage. Why are there triple ads. When I click on watch an ad, sometimes you have to watch 3 ads that take forever to load. In that case, I feel like you should 3 times the reward, nope, you still get the original reward. Either get rid of triple ads or triple the reward for triple ads and I give 5 stars

New station. I’ve gotten all the stations done and it still says coming soon for the new one.... where’s it at ?it’s been weeks...... update still no new police station and it’s getting old just playing the events and waiting for the next event to pop up what’s the deal ??

Bugs. When i go to settings it gives me a popup saying “this account is already linked” i press okay and it pops up instantly again no matter how many times i press okay, i have to close the app and reopen it to get rid of it and i cant use settings because it keeps coming back

Fun but you run out of game fast. You can finish the game in about 2 weeks and it’s over with the updating coming soon that has been coming for months. The weekly challenge is the same recycled thing every week. Wish they would work on new levels and new games to play. The interrogation rooms take too long and need to be more original. Boring.

Eh. The game has a decent loop that is nice to kill time but needs more player control. For example, the interns constantly take cases to the wrong departments, causing the cases to be worked slower. This has been an issue since 2020. Please fix this issue. Better yet, let us choose what cases go where. If simple additions like this would be added to allow the player to be more interactive, I would give this game 5 stars and be willing to use the IAP.

A few problems. I love the game, but I have a few problems that's very ignoring. There's two task where you need to build desk (major crimes and crime lab). Well once I built those departments, the desk are already and they are not counting them as being built. I think its a bug. I don't know if anybody else is having this problem. Also background noise. I thought there wasn't supposed to noise when you have the background noise off. You can still hear noise. Great game, but too many bugs.

Almost a 5. It would be higher in my book but I think it would be better if the cases actually went to the correct divisions. You have fraud detectives working murder cases, and of course that’s going to be too hard for them. Also it takes way too long to make money to advance through the levels, and you’re stuck there forever just trying to move on.

Love it but I have a Glitch. I absolutely love this game. It’s a bit time consuming, but I’ve worked around that. However, recently I got a glitch in my game where my regular options are not available. I cannot change stations, I can’t see how much money I have. Nothing. I’ve restarted it, I even shut my phone off and reopened it. But I still can’t see anything. If they can fix that, it would be 5 stars!

Fun game. I love that there is lots to do in this game. However, one thing that reaaally irks me is that (at least in one level) the interns just sit around and don’t do anything!! I’ll fire them and rehire and they’re just chillin while my receptionists have no where else to put the new cases. That’s very frustrating. Also idk what the heck is up with these weird moan like noises in the background but it’s very uncomfortable lol you all should really change that.

Don’t spend $30 for a Very Short Idle Game. Based on the developers past games (that they VERY rarely add new content updates to) that I’ve played, I bit my lip and bought the $30 to buy all of the characters. I bought this package, which is much more expensive than their other games, assuming this game was going to be their best. Nope. I reached the final level in one day. Based on the history of this developer abandoning their older games after they release a new one, I’d say they’ll add a few more levels and challenges and then it’ll be abandoned like the rest. Long story short, ok game but don’t waste the $30 (plus tax) that I did. It’s just not worth it.

Pricing. Let’s put the business model on a different scale... say you go and hire a hooker for a pimping service, now the pricing for this one is x/hr, now business has started booming and you decide to hire another hooker. Now who would pay x^2/hr for the second hooker when they are doing the same job in the same amount of time with the same outcome. No one would because that’s just bad business. Same thing goes for equipment if I buy one pair of shoes for the first hooker and want to buy a second pair to have uniformity amongst my workers. Why would the second pair that’s the same shoe, same color, same material, and even buy it on the same day be more expensive than the first pair I bought? It wouldn’t because that would be bad business. Fix it

Really Disappointed. I had downloaded the game and played it up until it told me that I can now unlock a new station. As I was following the directions, it froze and only stays on one screen, not allowing me to do anything. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, just exiting the app and several other things but nothing will work. I would love if it were fixed but I don’t know if that can happen.

Seems fun. Seems fun but only way to progress is bonuses. To get bonuses there are ads every couple minutes but then the game just becomes watching ads. So you have to pay for no ads. Problem is under purchases here in the App Store it says $10, in the app all I can find for no ads is $30. Which is insane. Looks fun, usually the $10 packs I buy from this company but I’m not spending $30.

Starts off good and ends up bad. It starts off very fun, you just get to capture some criminals and expand your districts. However, when you start unlocking the new detective areas it does NOTHING... they are always overworked because they are getting cases that they aren’t supposed to be working. If it was filtered so it didn’t lead to the issue of them being overworked. This would be a 5 star game, but until that is fixed it gets pointless after playing it for a few days.

Bugs. I honestly enjoy this game BUT as stated in a previous review there is a bug issue in city 2 where all the tabs disappear. I’ve shut down the app to get it to reset but it didn’t work. I’ve even tried resetting my whole phone but that didn’t work either. I really hope this is fixed soon otherwise I will be very disappointed and feel as though I wasted my money in my purchases.

Dear Developer. I love your game but I had these 2 ideas for you that you could possibly add in the game and here they are Number 1: A pop up message that asks you to join in one of the police chase or like capturing a criminal idk just an idea Number 2: Maybe you could make it possible where you can customize your police station look or like make it where you can customize the layout idk just another idea So those our my opinions or ideas whatever you want to call them soo yeah love your game and keep up the great work!

I’d love to play if it would load 😔. Downloaded the game and it worked one day. Was going through the tutorial but didn’t finish that part and had to close the game out. When I got time to play I tapped on the game and it now sits stuck in the loading screen with a string of numbers about the game title. I’ve left it on that screen for over 15 mins and it still doesn’t go any further. I’ve also deleted the game from my phone and downloaded it again. Still does the same thing. Is there a bug in the game Cas using this?????

Fun, but needs a bit more work…... This is a very fun police station game, however, we need to be able to go back to the previous police stations that have been fully upgraded and view them over and over again without being degraded.

No new Updates!. I put in a request as to why I couldn’t go any further on July 19,2021. You guy’s sent back a message saying you were working on updates and new levels? It has been over a month, where are they? I like the game but tired of playing the same gang weekend task. If you don’t do something in a week I am deleting. Don’t recommend right now only 5 levels till your tapped out of stuff to do. I will change this if you fix the problem.

I love this game and hate it at the same time. The graphics are awesome. The gameplay is smooth. These big take downs or big events that come are great and they are not impossible to complete, I like that, but what I don’t like is that all of the stations except for one had lots of money that accumulated idled but that one station hardly accumulated anything but the cost to upgrade certain departments is hideous. Consistency would be nice. Good game needs work though

Fun!. It’s a fun game the only thing I’m confused about is how to prevent the overworked people. There was no info on it. I was walked through the tutorial and then thrown into the game. I’m trying to play and learn but I truly don’t understand how to stop the employees from being overworked. And maneuvering through the place is hard because I can’t keep tabs on things in the station.

Jail cells. There good but I wish you could build stuff inside the jail cells and if the prisoners could try to break out it would be cooler and yeah. Also I think it would be cool if we got an option to arrest people like 3rd person view we arrest them and question them.

Stuck - had to reinstall. This is a fun idle game with lots of ads, like most idle games. Unfortunately for me, I saw a fourth city to unlock. When I unlocked the no-name city, the loading screen never stops. When I quit and come back, I am stuck on the loading screen. I assume I’m stuck in the unfinished city; I wish there was a way to get out. Edit: After reinstalling, I was able to get back in.

Fun as usual. I rarely get a bad game from these guys and this one is just as good as the others. I am experiencing a glitch where if I tap on settings I get an endless pop up telling me my account is already linked, I didn’t even try to link it? Can’t turn off the game sound because of it or do anything in settings. I have to close the app and reopen it and pray I don’t accidentally tap the settings icon

Great simple game, don’t need to pay to play. Great game that can keep you occupied with achievable goals without having to pay. Ads do get annoying but if you do drop several bucks it fixes the problem. Also game support is great and responsive, had a few game bugs and they resolved it in a timely matter. Overall great game and good developer and support.

Great game but. I have loved this game ever since it came out, lots of stuff to work through and unlock, it’s good. But after having it for so long it just stopped working… I can’t even open the game anymore, it does the loading bar but won’t actually open the game, and i miss it lol. Just wanna play the game. I’ve even changed phones since the problem started so i’ve realized my phone isn’t the issue.

Crashes. I like the game it’s very fun, there’s just one problem. Everytime I play it’ll crash maybe every 5-10 minutes. I would lose some money, it would just get harder because everytime it crashes it doesn’t save at bay moment. The game force closes it self if I click on anything such has Video Ads, or if I want to switch between events, and even freezes for 10 minutes+

No sound kinda means no sound at all.... Absolutely LOVE this game!! However my only real issue is the sound it still plays after turning the sound off in settings. Really don’t like that! To hear the dogs barking and people chatting softly while music is playing, I thought I was losing it for a sec. Just thought I would share. Thanks for a great game tho!

Ok game. Good time consumer jus IMO not enough content all the main maps that are available are done so you to wait to play to the weekend only events give you something to do and I have beat all the types it was a higher rating but there is literally nothing to do after completing the four level first and fourth a cakewalk the 2nd and 3rd map jus takes for ever money wise you want a higher review give me more to do

It crashed, any suggestions on how to restart?. I was was playing the game for all of 5 minutes didn’t even make it through the tutorial and it crashed and won’t start back up, i tried turning my phone off, the WiFi even Bluetooth but the app won’t start past the loading screen, and suggestions or help?

Very Fun game. I had a lot of fun playing this game! Honestly most business building games are either not too interesting or are just very poorly made. This doesn't have either of those problems. One thing I will say to the developers is that I have noticed the fully upgraded detective board has some clipping issues. That can be fixed pretty easily from my understanding though.

Game Stops Loading. Everything was going fine until I unlocked police station in 4th city. Once I clicked on it to go there... the game starts to load and just stalls! I have turned phone on and off. Restarted game several times or more and nothing! Glad I didn’t spend any money on it yet or I would have been PO’d!!! Need to resolve that quickly or people will lose interest in downloading anything this Developer!!! And I do mean fast because people’s attention/interest is changing faster everyday! 🙄😐🥱😴

Settings. When ever I got to settings it won’t let me turn the music or the sound off and all it says is that there is already an account connected to the game overall I think it’s a really good game just that bug needs fixed. I give it a 5-5 stars

Cannot play. I have downloaded this game and was excited to play, but my disappointment on finding that it will not even let me past the loading screen is immense. I am loading in, and I can see the actual game behind the loading screen, but the loading screen never goes away. Instead, the game goes away and the loading screen remains. The only thing saving this game from one star is that I want to play it and hope that the developers with fix this.

It’s A Great Game And I Would Recommend. Its A Great Game, I love the concept and I love the fact that there is like no ads unless you want to watch a video for money. It’s a bit difficult to get money, so that’s why I’m watching ads to get money, but if you like to have gameplay that can last a long time then GET THIS GAME!!
