Bluetooth does not connect. I just bought this mirror and it doesn’t connect with Bluetooth therefor I can’t access Bluetooth and I can’t change the colors.

I’ve had my hello kitty led wall mirror for about a year now and when I tried to adjust the brightness from the app it just stopped working and now only the setting on the mirror works. I’m so sad I really loved when my mirror was other colors than just red blue and green but idk this is my experience

doesn’t work well. i’ve heard people say this has worked for them, but it hasn’t for me. Everything looks good, but whenever i connect my bluetooth to it and go on the app to connect the device, the screen doesn’t pull up a device menu, it pulls up a gray screen. I’ve let it load for a long time, and it’s the same. I wanted to get some beautiful colors and adjust the brightness so when i sleep it isn’t so bright, therefore i can get some rest and still have my room look gorgeous. However, if i can’t connect my device, i can’t even start to do anything. I can play audio to it like music and stuff from other apps when i connect it with bluetooth, but that’s the only main feature i can do other than get the basic color settings on the mirror. I got this for a christmas present and i was hoping to enjoy it, but apparently the people who made this product and app, don’t care enough to fix the bugs with it. It was my big christmas present too, so i didn’t get anything else but this since it costed so much. If you want to buy the product if you like hello kitty, of course, it’s a cute mirror. But i would make sure you’re okay if this app doesn’t work for you, because it’s 50/50 for anyone.

Cute, could be improved. I am able to adjust the brightness and the colors easily. The music option will only connect to my podcasts. However I don’t see myself using the music option because the lights change too quickly to be enjoyable. I would look into fixing that. It would’ve been awesome if it could play music but oh well! I hoped for more given the price!

Hello kitty mirror. I followed the instructions and unfortunately I was not able to connect my phone to the mirror. On the pamphlet it fig 2 it shows how to connect the phone to the mirror.. well I was not able to connect.. the connect would not come up. I hate that I spent so much money on a little and for it not to work how it’s suppose to.

Okay. It’s okay, it is a bit confusing though. It doesn’t work that well either. Sometimes I have to restart my phone just for the app to work and connect to my mirror And I still have no idea how to do the music feature.

Doesn’t work. $300 for a mirror that lies about the features on the app it won’t connect to my phone and when you finally do get it to connect it doesn’t work. The most time that it worked for was for 5 seconds when I changed the color once. The app literally just doesn’t work I have been messing with the app for over an hour now. Do better

Doesn't work but mirror is cool. The app does not even work the colors only turn white, red, green, and blue but you can adjust the brightness.

DOESNT WORK. The smart lit impressions app won’t let me play music from my the app & it only shows 1 song & it won’t play… so I can’t enjoy the jumping music feature. $200 Mirror with a WACK app to go with it… do better.

Hello kitty wall mirror doesn’t connect. I bought the huge hello kitty wall mirror for 200 dollars and it doesn't connect to the app. It works fine without the app but i was really exited to use the app with it. Im so so disappointed and upset. Please fix the app because this is so unprofessional.

Stopped working. I have had this mirror for 2 years and the app always responded very well, all settings were amazing and now just out of nowhere, it acts like it can’t work

Hello Kitty Mirror. My Hello Kitty Mirror does not connect to Bluetooth when I want to play music. For the price of the mirror you would expect it to work, either fix the issue or lower ur prices if there’s going to be malfunctions ??

Hello kitty mirror failure. The app is quite buggy and doesn’t connect to music as advertised. The mirror is nearly $300 so I feel scammed that it doesn’t work well

failure, doesn’t work. my mirror was working with this app and it suddenly stopped for no reason. This is so heartbreaking, upsetting, and invigorating. Get into fixing it immediately or change your false advertising on the box.

Music and Mic options are odd. It worked fine, connected extremely easily. I do find the microphone and music option a bit weird though, its not really on beat with anything so it’s like really fast lights and just overall odd. Everything else worked alright though!

Works Great. I have the viral Hello Kitty wall mirror and this app changes it to the exact color I want 💗.

works good. Idk what all these negative reveiws are on about ive had my mirror for abour 2 years and i have never had an issue.

Music option not working. The music option doesn’t work for me it only wants to connect to Apple Music I purposely got the mirror thinking I could play my music on it🤦🏻‍♀️

Nonsense!. Why do I have to enter MY debit card just to download this? i deleted it because of storage but now that i am downloading it back it makes no sense why i would have to do this, It never has happened before so why would I need to put in my information down? Is this something wrong with your app? Well actually it clearly seems like it.

So dissatisfied. The mirror does not connect to the App. Now I have no way to change the date, the time or the brightness of the screen that sits in the middle of the mirror.

Rudimentary functionality. Pros: So I can change the color of my mirror Color wheel works well and it’s a lot of fun Presets UX is a bit weird and unclear but they do function Cons: - I can’t add any more songs or files I have downloaded to the song feature and there is no menu option to sync. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling but it still didn’t pull new files - the instructions are incredibly vague if you have any questions on how to do anything -automatically connects to other blue tooth devices like my neighbors LG lights!

So disappointed. I was so excited about my hello kitty wall mirror getting here. I opened it up and connected to the app but nothing is happening. Makes me just want to return it at this point. I didn’t buy this mirror for it to be stuck on three colors. Please fix this problems. Your products aren’t cheap but they sure act like it.

I got mine for Christmas and it works just fine(for now) Also I found that the music part only seems to want to work with things like Apple Music which I downloaded solely for this. It would not connect to anything but that. I have zero brightness problems with the app or mirror itself It works just fine thank you, I have figured it out and all these bad review thing so have no problems with. (Operator error?)

pLEASE fix the app. it connected to my setting, went to the app & my device didn’t pop up. i’ve deleted & downloaded the app many times, just to realize that many people are having the same issue. this app is absolute trash & impressions vanity hasn’t done anything about it :|

This app doesn’t work at all. It doesn’t work at all. The device list won’t load, when it does load it won’t connect. I’ve spent an hour already trying to get it to work and it just doesn’t. It says recent bug fixes? The whole app needs to be remade.

Works for my hello kitty mirror. The bad reviews made me nervous, but it works for my hello kitty mirror. I can finally make it turn pink instead of the presets. 💗

Won’t allow me to play music. I also have purchased the hello kitty mirror - and for the huge price ticket it doesn’t allow me to play music via Bluetooth as described! I think this is an app issue, but for the price this needs to be fixed.

Hello kitty mirror. Worked at first but then when I unplugged it for about 6 a month and plugged it back up it stopped working. Downloaded app to see if it says connection is false and won’t connect to the app.

Hello Kitty Mirror. Mines works perfectly fine, I don’t care for the speaker thing, so I haven’t tried that out and I won’t be trying it out, but changing the colors on the app and stuff works just fine I do what whatever colors I want, and it connected fast and easy

Not worth what I paid for. I paid 220 dollars for the mirror just for the app to only allow you to use iTunes y’all need to do better this is honestly sad. The whole purpose of me buying the mirror was for me to be able to use everything the box says please fix your app

New Hello Kitty 2.0. Won’t connect at all! Just blank gray screen when I go to the “add” section. I would LOVE to use all the options of the alarm, the schedule, the different colors… nothing. Very sad! And when I go to the “about” it says I have downloaded V.1.01 and here on the app it says they’re on V.1.05 … some major issues.

do not waste your money or time:(. Like the other review I spent $400 on this mirror. It wont even connect to the app. i paid so much for a working mirror the way they advertise. It will not work. I only got this to make it purple and play music and I CANT DO EITHER. i'm so sad. was so excited for this :(

Can’t connect mirror. Every time I try to connect my mirror I click the button to add a new device and my mirror doesn’t show up.. just a grey screen.

App doesn’t work with $400 mirror. After paying over $400 for my hello kitty giant wall mirror less than a year ago, the app has stopped responding with the mirror. I can now only get the mirror to turn bright white, green, blue, or red, with no option to change the brightness. The option to get music to play never worked as it was advertised. I have contacted impressions numerous times with no response. They do not care, do not buy their products. I did not pay $400 to use an LED mirror that only works on one setting, yet here i am.

Glitching. This app has been working for me pretty well I’ve had my Hello Kitty mirror for about two years now and it’s recently just started to glitch.. I don’t know why but I feel like this needs to be fixed in their app. I’m not 100% sure..??

Eh. Had zero issues connecting to my phone and getting the color changing options to work. But the music option doesn’t work at all. The mirror reacts to sounds when microphone is selected. But if I play music on Spotify and go back to the app it shuts off. I go back to Spotify and then it stays on but I can only control the volume. Mirror isn’t responding to music. Def needs another update to fix this issue

no issues so far. bought my HK mirror two years back, still works fine and the app works to switch the colors out. also, when reaching out to impressions i never had any issues. only complaint is that it does not want to sync to music, maybe it would only work for apple music, but i use youtube, no biggie though.
