Lacks proper editing. I love this app. But sometimes editing is necessary to correct location. We all know that GPS isn’t perfect. So why not allow editing of the location?

Glitches. This app is good but it glitches a lot. I have a hard time communicating w the sellers bc my messages keep disappearing so I never know when they reply back about a plant I’m interested. Needs major fixing

BEST PLANT APP EVER!. I am a really dedicated plant lover. I’ve joined countless FB groups, followed people on IG, and Googled until the ends of the earth to just be let down by plant purchases. Until PLANT STORY!! They’re marketplace and LIVE shows are amazing. I buy plants instantly, the sellers are great to work with, and I can even post about my plants to the community. Not many people in my circle understand my love for plants but now I am apart of an ENTIRE community who loves to talk plants all the time! Thanks to Plant Story for creating such an amazing app.

PlantStory. After some beginning bumps it is a wonderful app. I need to investigate how/or if you can print out “my garden” to make a manual. So far so good

Won’t let me log in , can’t find help. We’ll I’ve tried for about 30 minutes to “verify” email . It says page can’t be found when I click the link. This is annoying. So it won’t let me make an account ?! Any there isn’t anyone you can email or get help from :(

Have loved it, am a premium subscriber, but it no longer works. Have tried to reach out for help, but no response. The plant ID function no longer works, and it’s the reason I paid for this app. Bummer.

Free? Fake news!. Please downloaded the Plant Identify almost 2 weeks ago. I was thrilled with the ease of identifying an unknown houseplant. Just opened the app to check on another and I was instructed to “Upgrade”. After the update when I open the app I immediately get a screen listing prices for using the app. Even though in the description it states FREE identification, you cannot get any further in the app without purchasing it. Which is it? Free or $6.99 a month?

Perfect for plant lovers!. I’ve used this app for a while so I can give a REAL Review! This app is like my plant’s BFF! It tells me when to water, if it’s getting too much sunlight, if the pot is the right size, etc. it gives a great health diagnosis and it has a social media explore page. They should rename this app Plant BFF I wish they had pop up ads instead of having to pay for premium features. Still highly recommend!

NOT free. You only get a few plants to look up. Then you have to purchase it. It won’t work. You’re defaulted to a BUY IT option with no way out. Looking for a genuine free app to get now.

Lacking Basic Functionality. I deleted the app after I saw there is no way to search posts/plants by location.

App keeps crashing. Within the last week or so while viewing lives the app will randomly just close. I could be missing great plants/deals! App and OS is up to date. Other than that it’s a great App. Will give more stars when it stops crashing while viewing lives.

The best place to buy & sell plants!. I don’t usually leave app reviews but I had to for this app. Honestly this app has it all for plant people. I get such good deals on plants from the LIVE shows and there are such cool plants that I’ve never seen heard of before. The plant marketplace is top notch. I also get to sell some of my plants which is cool.

Good. I spent many fruitless hours on various web-sites trying to identify a mystery plant in my garden.

Paid and within an hour made me update and did t honor my subscription. I purchased this app for 1 week at $1.49 then within an hour it forced me to upgrade and is now requiring $2.49. Rip off. Deleting. It didn’t even correctly identify 2 of the 5 plants I put in.

Great app, but drains battery. This app is fun and great for buyers and seller, buttttt it’s a battery drainer! My phone gets sooo hot also 🔥 once they figure the performance stuff out, 5/5

Don’t Bother. Most sellers are charging ridiculous prices and most are very rude people. Keep shopping on Etsy for better deals and the plants show up alive. Plant story peeps take way to long to ship. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

In-app purchases do carry over from their old app. I just purchased a year of premium on their old app, and prompted me to re-purchase when I installed the new version. Nonetheless it seems to have premium ID enabled. Will update it doesn’t take.

Good so far!. Accurate on the two plants I’ve tried this morning.

Plant story premium. Used free Plant Story to identify plants using my camera. It worked great so I purchased premium package. Unfortunately it won’t identify my plant pictures so app is worthless to me.

CANNOT get the charges stopped!. And it’s not some usual yo-yo these buttheads make it nearly impossible. So I put up with it, opened it today and the restore purchase Does Not Work!! And the cherry on the cake, it has more features but identifies almost all plants incorrectly DEVELOPER YOU SHOULD WRITE ME

Phone overheats. When viewing live video on my iPhone 13 my phone gets super hot and the battery drains quickly. The OS is up to date. I’ve checked every other app on my phone and that’s the only thing that immediately started heating it up. The app acts normally until I watch auctions/sales, etc.. So, it makes it almost impossible to use. Hopefully it’s a bug that will be fixed because I’m afraid it will damage my device. UPDATE 10/18: The recent update did not fix the battery drain/overheating problem at all.

Works great just a few glitches. I love this app I have used it so many times and I just love it, but there are a few glitches which I will list below!! 1.lags horrible 2. Comments don’t go through 3.wrong plants on a lot of plants Examples: 2: someone would post a comment on my post and it never appears it say 5 comments but there r no comments. 3. I have a apple tree and I identified it for fun and it said it was a BAMBOO PLANT 1.takes for ever to get somewhere just doesn’t load

Over heats. I love using the app, but it always over heats my iphone 13pro max. 5 minutes using it would darken my screen right away specially watching the live selling. I even have the fan on behind the stand and the weather is cooling down already, but my gahd, it aucks the life out of my phone. You need to fix the app soon..

Love the Plant Marketplace SO MUCH!. Big fan of how amazing the deals are for plants on the plant marketplace! Also it’s so easy to sell my plants online 🤩 I enjoy buying rare plants on here for cheaper than big box stores. One of the better plant marketplace out there.

Amazing App !. Love the app ! Amazing clean simple interface, precise recognition & super organized layout, but you can’t edit special notes after applying them. Works amazingly with 7 free identifications & a seemingly reasonable plant limit which I haven’t reached with about 11 different species in my Garden !

cute but glitchy, lots of bugs. this app is really cute and i love how there is a community of people to interact with. my only problem is how glitchy it is! It freezes often and there is no button to take a photo or record when making a post. As well as this when i try to change any of my plants type it goes back to its original name no matter how many times i try to fix it.

JC. I spend $56.00 buying this program. It is useless. DO NOT BUY IT, IT DOEST WORK. I have taken a picture of a finger lime tree, the program gave a totally different tree name. I have taken a picture of a tangerine tree, it recognise it as a Japanese spindle 😂😂👎👎👎, and so on and so on !!

Scam. I paid a year subscription but every time I try to use it takes me to the pay page. I sent email for assistance and got nothing. Useless.

KS. Really disappointed in this app. Try my best to get good photos with good lighting, but id of plants correctly about 20%. I have a new puppy and tried to identify plants in my garden to confirm that they are not toxic, app not helping.

Good App. It identified my edible weed accurately. Though when I went to use map, app requires you to rate five stars to unlock it? Which IMO is not cool and is manipulative. Stars should be given freely, not taken by force. It is still a good app though.

Judith laird. Absolutely useless I have taken a photo of a common native Australian plant common on the heathland around Anglesea Victoria and it tells me it is Meadowsweet common in Europe Glad I didn’t spend more money on subscribing

Fraud reviews Fraud community!. 0 stars!! Since the Plant story dweebs hate an honest review, i’ll give them another! My account got deleted for giving and honest review to the lack luster shop @RozasPlantshop. This comes after they tried to intimidate me and question MY authenticity, claiming the shop reported my review? Why? Because my honest review brought their overall reviews down a notch? I didn’t even say anything negative about the shop, as i should have after they lied about another buyers plant issues (who i was in contact with ). Plant story lied and claimed it was just a check up and shortly after proceeded to delete my account. I guess this “community” is based off scams and fraud reviews!! Don’t understand how they charge a tax on items they’re not even selling?? most the sellers aren’t even aware there’s a tax being placed on their items!! Stick to instagram, etsy, tik tok and any other selling platform that doesn’t rip you off!
