Needs a lot of help. Morning group hopes up the app and easy QR code to down load. “Always stay weather alert” bunch of hog wash. Had it fir two days before I deleted it. News is not up to date a current. Go to the weather and it’s videos reports from 2 days ago. I know what the weather was two days ago. You can get todays written focas but why use the app for weather if there is no radar to reference when storms are coming in. Please morning team apologies to everyone about pushing a terrible app on your viewers.

Crashes after update this week. Won't work at all now. Didn't need fixing but those software developers have to justify their employment.....so they change code and cause a mess!

Crashes repeatedly. The new app is awful. Cannot read a single article due to it crashing repeatedly.

Weather. The weather is awful. No radar. The alerts are annoying. Pass on this one, there are too many useful weather apps out there

Weather. Really dislike the new weather portion of the app. I watch the news on TV, but USED TO go to the CBS-DFW app for my weather several times a day. I’ll have to find something different. Booo! Hiss!! This is a bad change!

Weather. The weather information on the new app is woefully inadequate as compared to the previous CBS 11 weather app, particularly for severe weather events. No access to the weather radar with its warnings and other overlays is a step backwards in capability.

Absolutely useless...... If you are going to design an app these days, please design for iPad and iPhone....Do you really have to be told? You’re older app was much better than this junk, unusable. I expect better from a local news source with those big budgets judging by all the space you use on your app for advertising.

Weather. Where’s the weather??? Just weather videos a nd a daily report is not going to do it for me. I WANT A MAP! This is a poor substitute for the previous app. Same with all the recent changes. Who needs a title page to slide across the T V screen? You have ruined Local CBS.

New app. Too cluttered and slow. The old app was much better.

Inferior product. Why would you discontinue a very functional weather app complete with radar and replace it with the pathetic attempt.

Useless due to Crashing. Crashes continuously! Very frustrating! Can’t help but wonder why they don’t update it and fix the crashing issue? News stories might be great, but I wouldn’t know because the continuous crashing won’t let you read them! If anyone with Channel 11 sees this review, please FIX your app!!!!! As it is it is a waste of space! Do NOT recommend.

Weather App. So disappointed in the new cbs/dfw app. The old app was perfect. Very user friendly and easy to navigate. There is no radar on the new app and it keeps crashing. Please keep the old app. I will change to ABC or NBC app for weather. You had a great thin going and ruined it.

News app. Horrible! Freezes constantly, doesn’t scroll efficiently. Big time delay to open articles.

Get rid of the “Load More” buttons. The thing that would improve this app is getting rid of the big “Load More” buttons. It’s purpose isn’t obvious at first. If you want to keep app load times down, use a “See more” link in each section, like the NBC DFW uses. This is easier to use and figure out.

The WORST!!. Weather tells absolutely nothing about the Weather Alert for Tuesday afternoon, night and Wednesday morning!! I like the old weather app better. I could look at it anytime, day or night and know instantly what was happening. Either get the new app up to date or get the old app back.

Radar. Doesn’t appear to have a weather radar. The old app had the best radar. I’ll be using another app because radar tells me more about immediate weather live. All my nicknames appear have been used or you refuse to allow bad reviews.

Not a good replacement. App is net a replacement for the CBS Weather app.

Keeps Crashing. Downloaded the app because it was noted they’d have updated protest coverage (George Floyd) However, the app crashes about 30 seconds into the app. Don’t have time for this. If I could rate 0 stars, I would’ve.

Stinks. Bring back the old app please.

Crashes. Worked the first few days, now keeps crashing after a few seconds. Deleted and reloaded twice, no difference.

Not good for the weather. Terrible weather page, missing radar to help with storms

Zero Stars. This app is cr@p. I’d give zero stars if I could. It does not work in landscape mode on iPad. Crashes almost immediately. I am deleting it.

Horrible!. This was a waste of time! Used search and it gave me anything it wanted and nothing I wanted!!!! If I could I would give it a minus 1000 stars

Not the Same. I don’t need or want all that extra news. I’m only looking for the weather. I love the weather app. It was the BEST weather app out there. I love how Jeff Ray’s voice would alert me about the weather. In this new app, I have to bypass all the other stuff and then finally get to the weather. It’s frustrating. I personally don't like it. Like the old saying goes: If it's not broken, why fix it!!

I don’t like this app. I realized every now & then things need to be updated but this app is far from intuitive like the previous app was. I’m not sure if I’ll continue to click on it or use the FOX National Weather app which forecasts farther out anyway.

Horrible replacement. I’ve used the current cbs 11 weather app for several years and got my family to use it too. Loved the live radar and ease of use. This new app is horrible. Not intuitive. Can’t even find the dang radar. Please, please keep the current app instead of this piece of crap.

Weather. No radar like on the old app

New weather app. Do not like this it doesn’t save the cities you look at regularly, you have to type it in each time and can’t look at radar map which is very helpful

Stupid “Load More” buttons. Why would anyone with half a brain make any app that keeps the user constantly pushing a butt just to see more articles after just seeing 4 or so? What a damned nuisance! Total waste of time. Useless!!

Radar. Where’s the weather radar ?

No radar on the weather section??. Keep the weather app. It is the best one ever. The news app is not good at all, specifically the weather. No radar? Worst thing ever.

Terrible “replacement” for CBS Weather app. The weather app had live radar map, hourly forecasts. Big step down. Guess I’ll have to switch to NBC.

Poor replacement for the soon-to-be-dead weather app. The CBS DFW weather app was great - live radar, hour-by-hour forecast, and the ability to change location to get an idea of upcoming weather elsewhere - very handy when traveling. Ads were unobtrusive. The new app gives a daily forecast and saved videos, along with large ads that are easy to click accidentally. The viewing area is so vast that a general forecast is useless. As I write there are massive storms, hail, tornadoes and flooding just ten miles northeast but I know I'm in the clear because I can see the radar! Other than that, it's an okay app, almost exactly like the other stations' apps. Meh.

Crashes/ Slow to respond.. Design is better, professional, however it’s useless because it’s slow to respond and crashes everytime. Don’t even bother downloading it. It’s junk app.

Weather app. This is a poor replacement for your weather app. No longer have easy access to weather map, and the only one for rural areas. You seem to have forgotten that the rural areas have no television stations and rely on this app to track incoming storms and severe weather. Please rethink removing the weather app.

News Updates. I like the app but the most of the news is not updated on a daily basis most of the stories are still there from the day/night before Just needs updating more often

New App worst ever!. It crashes immediately! I’ve deleted it.

Total Failure Do Not Install. Complete mess.... fails every single time you try to use it. I have a high end iPhone and this app it is junk and unusable..., so now I get my news from competing stations Not CBS DFW...

Just phone, no iPad. The existing CBS DFW Weather app is my go to. This replacement is poorly designed for weather. I am not looking for a small screen snippets of lots of trivia. I will not be using this new app.

TERRIBLE!!!!. Who in their right mind would develop an app that will not work horizontally????? This is NOT the dark ages! I have reloaded it 4 times thinking surely that was a mistake. I’ve deleted it 4 times and will not try it again. So disappointing!!!!!
