Awful user experience. I have been trying to book a flight on both the app and the website on multiple devices for an hour. This is the second time in one week that I have not even been able to browse flight on either the website or app. It has been so frustrating. And then you can’t even talk to a real person which is the most annoying part of this whole airline. Unless you are at the airport you will never talk to anyone but a robot that they haven’t even bothered to give adequate responses to. Definitely the on the lower end of “nice” airlines I have experienced.

Error messages without explanation. Very frustrating trying to book a flight with multiple error messages of “unable to process” even though all fields were filled in properly. Then when I just left the app and went back in my credits were gone and you can’t call anyone. Fortunately I was able to get the credits put book after a brief text interaction but I would prefer the option of talking to an actual human being from the start.

Glitchy & incomplete. No way to see details on flight, enter confirmation number on my trips and only ever says “can’t be added at this time, check back later” yet same confirmation number (I pasted same in both sections of app so not a mistype) when I used it for check in it works. Apple wallet support is glitchy and slow and once you check in and get boarding pass, it will no longer show up and is a white screen when you click on boarding pass. I fly 100k+ miles 50+ times a year and have all the airline apps and all work wayyyyy better. Love the Breeze non-stop destinations that are normally connections, but this app is not useful for a frequent traveler

Best airline EVER. Breeze was the absolute BEST airline we have ever been on in our lives! We did not expect to receive the incredible experience that we did! We had SO much room, the seats were so comfy, it was so spacious, and we had so many full size snacks and drinks to choose from! The flight attendants were also SUPER kind. We absolutely loved the experience and will fly breeze every time we can!!!

Dream vacation Ruined and thousands lost. I would like to share my absolute horror story with everyone,I booked a dream vacation for my children and myself,Booked airline tickets on breeze thru kiwi,com,We arrived at the airport our departure day only to find out we had a small delay,Then another,And another,We we’re finally loaded on a plane to sit for an hour only to have the pilot come out and say that we missed our window to land at our arrival airport,Neither Breeze or Kiwi would answer any of my emails or calls,No offer of room or food vouchers,Our dream vacation is now half over and he haven’t even been there yet,My kids are devastated,I saved 2 years for this vacation as a single parent and they don’t even care

App is crap 😣☹️. After 14 years and 4.2 million miles with Southwest, I’m DONE with that relationship I’m desperately looking for a new carrier to switch loyalties — so I am trying Breeze since they’ve got new directs from east coast to the southwest that I travel frequently However - app is crap. Can’t login really. Hangs up. Times out. Can’t do anything really with it Once working, understand you cannot check in nor can you forward your itinerary to another email address (a big benefit of other airline apps) PLEASE fix this —- Southwest is losing top customers by the hundreds Breeze has an opportunity to pick up many of these travelers —- but you have to deliver on basics. The App is a HUGE basic piece of the deal. Get this right, deliver fights on time, and you’ve got a real shot of unseating Southwest in short order

As a UX designer this app is sad to see. Keeping this review specific to the mobile app because I think the overall company is better than two stars. That being said I know I could have designed a better app solo than this one. Logs you out constantly with no Bio Auth has to be the most annoying part (missing feature) of them all. Outside of that you experience weird pattern after weird pattern. Booking flights on your phone has been done before. Don’t reinvent the wheel and keep it simple.

Great flights, not a great app.. So far, we have had no issues with flights. On time, clean aircraft and good crews. However, my experience with the App. has not been good. When I open it up and select “Book” nothing happens. I’m logged in have tried it on several devices. Not sure if others are having this issue, but I go on the web site and book flights with no problems.

Nasty planes huge delays and lousy service. First time flying breeze airways and the last! Our flight was delayed 2 hrs and it sounds like the airline knew well in advance it would be but didn’t notify any passengers until 5 min until our scheduled departure despite acknowledging the destination airport was down a landing runway for weeks due to construction. They basically booked the flight & didn’t tell a soul until you’re trapped in their terminal and past the option to cancel for the refund. Plane smelled like a locker room and was missing interior panels in multiple areas and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned inside or out in weeks! I needed a shower as soon I landed to get rid of the nasty smell I had to suffer through for 3 hours! Their customer service is useless if you can even reach someone! The disclaimer you get what you paid for doesn’t even come close to this flying locker room! Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $60 and use a more established provider

Easy Breezy. So glad you are Vero to HPN. Hope to see Islip to Vero soon. Plane is clean and very comfortable If you have the app it is easy to communicate on app. Not easy to call anyone. They let you know in advance if the flight has a delay. There is no charge to charge for flights. Don’t bring overhead it’s almost the same price as a checked bag. Bring snacks for your kids. Staff of friendly but stewardesses could look neater and more professional. They wear fleeces and look sloppy. Have flown 4 times with my husband and love it. Will continue to use it.

Point to point travel is the best. Hub and spoke airline travel is terrible today. I fly at least once a month and for the last two years post Covid socialism society, I have had countless sleepless nights from missing connections. With breeze there is no missing connections because they have “breeze through” on most of their flights. I will only fly breeze and southwest as they are called point to point airline carriers until the major airlines can properly staff their airlines. I have had zero issues on now ten breeze flights In the last three months other than no WiFi on two planes and one plane was three hours late, but at least I didn’t have to spend the night in some unknown area, I was close to home and it wasn’t a big deal.

Prices and business model are good - app too buggy. Breeze offers great fares and a southwest like ability to cancel flights at anytime. They also fly routes no other airline does so there’s a lot of value there. The app however, while simply laid out, is really buggy. Hard to tell if you’re logged in or not. Half the time your profile doesn’t show up in top right. Booking tickets can be hit or miss. Cancelling is the same. Hope they can improve the app experience especially since their is no phone number to call.

looks nice, works mostly well - updates slowly. As I am writing this review, it is 32 minutes after the “boarding time” listed for my flight from Charleston to Pittsburgh in this app, and the gate is still listed in what I have figured out is not only the wrong gate, but the wrong concourse. The plane only just pulled up and got connected to the gate. Our original departure time was meant to be two minutes ago (Hint: It won’t be), yet the app still says the flight should have been on time. Perhaps this is more of an airline as a whole issue than an app issue, but its still an issue nonetheless.

ATTENTION SAVE YOURSELF. DO NOT book through breeze airways! There is NO CALL CENTER, and can only be contacted via text or email. They are a complete scam! I booked a roundtrip from Los Angeles to Rhode Island directly through breeze airways for the passing of my grandmother. After I put my card through I got an email for only the RETURN flight. Try texted them about it and they claimed I didn’t book through them directly and to add to it, the email and name linked with the flight was not even me nor my email!! So I responded to them to try and clear it up (again ONLY through TEXT) and their response was to cancel my flight without even confirming it with me. Now I’m stuck looking for an over priced ticket.

Fly round trip in one day App. The breeze way app is a terrible. You can get tickets at a low price but you have to enjoy being confused and frustrated. I flew Breeze airways several months ago searching for flights is straight forward but selecting a Departure and Return flight date is only possible if you blunder into it. I did save on airline tickets so today I tried Breeze app again and it was the same thing. The problem with the App is it won’t allow you but only one date to fly round trip. If you want to return back on some other date it’s not allowed. Now if you’re persistent and keep clicking away you can get the dates you want but how that happens seems random it just happens. I struggled getting a simple round trip for about 45 minutes. I went to the Hopper App and was able to book my flight in less than 10 minutes. I paid more but it was worth it just to lower my blood pressure. Fix your Breeze app. You shouldn’t have to spend 90% of your time figuring out the App. The only reason I gave 2 stars is that your ticket prices are lower.

No don’t even use.. I wrote a very nice review because it was new and it boom bang great at first. Now I’ve been home for a week or two. I got one of my suit cases and after being told that my second suit case would fly to Syracuse Hancock international airport they ship my last suit case to some random person’s house that does not all have the same address that is on my suitcase tag. I don’t suggest anyone using them because they won’t even pick up their phone or text back saying that they were wrong for doing that and wanting to fix it. So stay away from them. And Breeze grow up and start owning your wrong doing.

Summer Breeze!. This 2023 summer, I have flown several times on Breeze. Extraordinarily impressed with the ground and in-flight crews, the planes and the online app. Everyone I’ve met who is an employee has been welcoming, friendly, professional, and appears to enjoy their respective careers. That is a huge improvement over other airlines. The boarding process has been orderly and calm. The flight crew are cheerful and efficient. When a delays happen, the ground crew gets us lined up once the plane is ready, so that the time it takes to board is reduced. All of the planes I have traveled on have been clean and comfortable…well, as comfortable as coach class can be. All-in-all, I am a huge fan. Background: I have flown well over a million miles throughout my career, domestic and international, on many different airlines. Retired now, but still travel. Thank you Breeze, for offering the short flights and making them comfortable and affordable! Looking forward to seeing your flight offerings list expand.

Unbelievable lack of communication. Breeze’s app is barely functional as is, but what airline’s isn’t? The app is not the issue with Breeze, rather their complete lack of communication and customer service. Everyone at the gate and all the flight attendants were lovely and nice, but ultimately could offer no advice for how to contact Breeze save for a single automated text message chain. None knew that the only way to get on a wait list is to text “#support” which is not mentioned in either the app or the prompts with the automated support. On top of that, it’s been hours since getting on this waitlist and no one at the gate has received any kind of response or communication. How do we get home? What flights are available? What’s Breeze’s scheduling policy? What’s their refund policy? Not a single word. I’ve had issues with almost every other airline in the US, but none have cared so little about customers. The fact that this company is operational is beyond my comprehension.

App and website are a joke. Unable to perform basic tasks including online check-in. When I go to view trips, there is no trip listed if I add in the confirmation number that I received in my email inbox it’s still does not register that I have a trip and I am unable to check in. If I try to check in online, I have a similar issue. At least online I get some kind of feedback when I try to enter that confirmation number however, the fly in fly out notification happened so quickly you can’t even read the entire text. I had to try it three or four times and take a screenshot in the second that it popped up. What a joke.

Started off great…. The first couple of times I used Breeze and the app, everything worked seamlessly and I thought “this budget airline is working great for me.” Well that has since changed with my girlfriend constantly having issues and delayed flights to come down and see me followed by myself having frequent flight and application issues. It’s honestly a miracle whenever the app decides to work because I do think the interface keeps it clean…when you can actually click to book a flight or even see the flights you already have booked. I get it, they’re probably cheap for a reason but in this case, don’t even have the app up.

App quality. The app does not work very well so far. Just booked our first flight with breeze from syr to Vegas. After downloading the app and making a log in, I’m stuck on a contact info screen that will not go away. I even tried deleting the app and reinstalling. High hopes for the future of this app!!

Breeze will not be a breeze. Airline does not believe in customer service be warned. Me and my wife’s first time flying breeze and to our surprise, Breeze was ready to charge a $50 baggage fee at the gate. You can avoid these fees by purchasing your bag ahead of time but they are counting on you not. You also can not use certain features on their app, such as getting the bag ahead of time, if you purchase your ticket from a 3rd party. If something goes wrong on your flight, GOOD LUCK. They only have 3 ways to contact them: text, email or Facebook messenger. They will ignore emails and Facebook and text you at their leisure. The issue we encountered was with the baggage, the entire plane’s luggage was lost and they took a hour and a half to return our bags. Customer service won’t apologize or offer anything if you are inconvenienced, so have fun with Breeze airlines.

WORST AIRLINE EVER!!!. Don’t use the app, don’t use this airline!!! We used the app for a roundtrip flight leaving 2/2 and returning 2/5, we purchased the tickets and our itinerary that was emailed showed we were flying out 2/5, returning on the same plane on 2/5… no need to get off the plane I guess… we contacted them for a refund, which they only communicate through Facebook messenger, there is no phone number or live person to speak with… oh, and the desk people at the airport leave 45 minutes before each plane takes off so no chance in checking your bag or getting a paper boarding pass that TSA requires out of Provo Utah airport… so we were tripled screwed on this flight. Anyhow, they refused to return our money, and only offered “breeze points” for use on a future flight with this crap company… oh, and they expire! And, they advertise you can cancel up to 15 minutes before the flight departs… but they still won’t give you your money back. Read their Facebook page and BBB reviews, absolute dirtbag company!

Repeatedly delayed and cancelled. We used to love Breeze but our last 5 trips have been disasters!! One month ago, we were delayed over and over for 6 hours at the airport and then cancelled at 11 pm. Our luggage was all sent to Charleston when our flight was to Norfolk. We were left without our belongings for nearly 2 days until the next flight. They didn’t even schedule a replacement/recovery flight. Last Thursday, our flight was cancelled at 7 PM and then our flight the following night was delayed 2 hours. Our return yesterday (Monday) was delayed repeatedly which turned a 6 PM flight into a 1:40 AM departure which meant not home until 4:15 am with work and school the following day. We even booked a different breeze flight to Richmond and reserved a rental car, but that flight got delayed 5 hours as well. Lastly, our friends were on a later flight that Friday did not take off from Norfolk until 2:30 AM We will NOT fly on Breeze again! It is a shame bc the direct flight is so nice if on time. The planes are nice and the !

Terrible app. Just downloaded app, whoever designed must have never tried to use it. Saved my information, loaded my wife’s information as a guest and it doesn’t save. Start a booking and at the end they want to book me a rental car I don’t want your car, so it knocks me out. On website it says the “Nicest” Breeze Ascent bundle includes a checked bag no where in app is that available to select. Marketing and app development forgot to talk to each other.

Terrible app. This app is probably one of the worst apps I’ve ever downloaded. They don’t use your actual email that you signed up with, but you don’t find out until you can’t log into the app. They give you a separate booking number for your round trip flights, which makes things confusing when you are trying to check-in via the app or get your flight status. Our return flight was delayed over 9 hours on the same morning so we were already at the airport! We did not receive a notification when the flight was delayed. We received crap customer service on the chat and at the gate counter, and the booking and flight numbers were even confusing to the people who work here.

Good app for a new airline. Decently put together app aside for some obvious misses like no Apple Wallet support. I’m sure this and other obvious features are in the pipeline. Also some minor UI annoyances like how the status bar in iOS looks with no background between it and the content. It’s also painfully obvious that the UI is not written natively. Even on an iPhone 12 UI elements still aren’t perfectly smooth.

really frustrating experience. i booked a flight to come see my friend thinking all was great because each ticket was only like 60 dollars. mind you, i am 16 and traveling by myself. the app was fantastic about alerting me about delays. but that was the problem. my flight got delayed 5 times then they canceled. i drove over an hour to get here so i had to get someone to come get me. then the next day we all came back to try again. delayed 4 times until we finally left at 2pm when we were supposed to leave at 11am. i am now on my way back home and am again frustrated with this airline. we were supposed to leave at 7pm but it is now 10:30pm and we are still sitting there. not only is the delays an issue, the staff wasn't great either. some were kind of rude while others were very nice. only one pilot took the time to talk to us. everyone else did not care. i do not recommend this airline if you are looking for a quick, pleasant service.

My Trips page takes 3 business days to load. When I tap on the My Trips tab at the bottom or from the sidebar, it shows no indication that the page is loading. But when I put the app into the background and come back to the app ~3 mins later, it shows the My Trip page loaded. There really should be a UI change to indicate that the page is loading, or expedite the load because as a user, I had no idea if the page was loading or not.

Check-in Process Has Major Flaws. We booked a flight and paid for one checked bag to be shared by my wife and I. The evening before our flight, the app forced me to purchase another checked bag. The app wouldn’t allow me to proceed to the boarding pass without purchasing another checked bag for my wife! You can’t speak with someone by phone at Breeze Air to help resolve problems. They only use text, email, and Messenger. By the time I got a text response from their guest services I had already purchased a second checked bag for $35 just to get our boarding passes. I tried explaining this issue via text with the Breeze representative and they wrote: “You're not forced to add a bag unless you add it. How may bags are you checking tomorrow in your party?” I texted them that wasn’t true and they ignored my complaint and basically told me I had made a mistake. When I pressed the issue they still wouldn’t acknowledge there is a problem and they gaslighted me. Based on the other reviews of this app I’m more certain now that it’s the app and not user errors.

High hopes for the future of breeze.. It seems good but can be great. Being fairly new to Tulsa, they may lack some support. My first flight for a short weekend trip was cancelled due to what was said to be a mechanical problem with an aircraft with no available aircraft to take its place. The great thing was that they credited $150 to us for the inconvenience. Though if you have obligations that can not be cancelled (rental car, hotel, reservations) that can be a costly problem. Hopefully they grow to have more support in case there are problems like this because I am very excited to have Breeze and their direct, affordable flights here in Tulsa.

It’s a Breeze!. Unfortunately, it seems many users were frustrated by “glitches” in the Breeze app. The company performed a software update on 03/04, and the app works perfectly as of 03/05 (I installed it shortly after the update). The app interface is attractive and distinctly user friendly. In fact, it took approximately 5 minutes for me to signup, login, and book my first trip using the app. (Note: I paid $128 for a round-trip ticket, from Westchester, NY to Vero Beach, FL — $144 cheaper than the cost of a one-way ticket on JetBlue.) My first flight with Breeze is in May. If all goes smoothly and according to plan, then I’ll look forward to racking up frequent flyer miles with Breeze.

Will use Breeze again!!. Wow - what a great experience going to New Orleans nonstop from Richmond round trip. The seats that you pay more for are definitely worth it - the seats are 2 and 2 on each row with more legroom than most economy plus. We left early both flights. Nicest flying trip we’ve ever taken! (And we’ve done a lot of flying)

Can’t sign in to app!. I have my first ever flight booked with Breeze this week. When I made my reservation a few months ago, the app worked. Now I get an error message when I just select the “sign in” button. I can’t even view “My Trips.” I can’t sign in via the website either. Now I’m concerned that I selected a sub-par, rinky-dink, amateur airline😳😠I’ve been texting with Breeze and fortunately they do respond, but their suggestion to delete and reinstall the app did not make a difference. Hopefully I can get boarding passes at the airport.

Hoping improvements have been made to the website. This morning I had no issues with this website. That is usually not the case. I hope this means there have been improvements made. It is truly one of the most difficult sites I have ever navigated. All errors occur while trying to schedule flights. I may have gotten lucky this morning, but I am truly hoping improvements have been made because we love flying Breeze!

Incorrect information. So I got on the app to check our flight time and it said we were flying July 29. I knew I had mad the reservation for July 30th. After trying to find a phone number for Breeze and searching for the correct information online - and I could never find it. I canceled our flights for my daughter’s 21st birthday. Only to receive an email that said they were sorry to see us go and not fly with them on July 30th. The app had our information displayed incorrectly and I could not get any help. I hope my rebooking later this year turns out better than this attempt

App is a Disaster!. I’m a seasoned traveler flying with Breeze for the first time tomorrow and was looking forward to trying the airline. I’ve not been able to locate my trip at all in the app (just like many others I’m now reading). No live customer service available to help ANYWHERE. The suggestions are all dead ends leading to bots with no answers. Currently trying to check-in for three hours with no success! This is MOST STRESSFUL! Breeze has already lost my future business and I’ve not even been on the plane yet. I just hope they didn’t skimp on their quality of pilots like they did on customer service. I will certainly be letting others know to stick with their chosen airlines.

Love Price - Hate App. I’ve flown with breeze several times. The app has had trouble the past few months. I can’t book or check trips without logging out, deleting app, redownloading, signing in and then giving up and trying another day. I’ve reached out to costumer service and they ask me to do the same thing each time. I don’t like writing negative reviews as a small business owner, but this has gone on too long. Address these issues and I’ll adjust my rating. It’s not the ride, it’s the app. Hope it’s fixed soon and y’all will see me more.

It’s a Breeze with Breeze! 🥰🥳. From booking, purchasing, canceling due to ER, and then repurchasing at a later date-it’s a breeze! The staff at the ticket counter and terminal are very nice, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Onboard, the team is top notch service all the way. Not had a late or delayed flight yet. The planes are new, sleek, modern designs, very comfortable seats, kept very clean, excellent options for food and drinks. Everyone is happy, welcoming, positive attitude and very polite. I give Breeze 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Keep up the great work!! 🥳🙌

Can’t wait for the HPN-SJU route to start!!!. The app certainly does its job. I’ve flown the airline a handful of times and haven’t had any major issues of note. I’ve had some delays (weather related, not mechanical) and chalk that up to the pitfalls of flying. They aren’t the best communicators when it comes to why there are delays - I tend to use other apps and flight tracking sources to try to figure it out. And, I do find them to be a bit slower than, say, Delta in timely app updates. However, I’ve got to say that they have opened up a new world of leisure travel quick hops for me and my family because of the secondary airport point to point services. I’m loving HPN-ORF right now, and rumor has it that there may be a HPN-SJU flight in the works that will be a game changer. A few of my friends who fly private even said that they’d use it (don’t get me wrong - they are probably lying and don’t really care that the price of the ticket will be less than the Uber from New Canaan to HPN!!!). In sum - I give the Breeze App an aspirational 4-stars. I’ll come back later to up it once things continue to improve.

Glitchy. Honestly terrible app, makes me debate if flying breeze is worth the cheap price. Have tried several times to buy a flight in app, and I cant because the app won’t allow me to login in. Not like I am receiving a login error, the account login page will not load no matter how many times I close and relaunch the app. Appears to be no way to make a purchase without logging in, but the glitch makes it impossible to proceed. 1 star seems harsh, but the point of the app is to be able to easily purchase flights… if you can’t accomplish that, the app is worthless.

Great flight but….. Flying with Breeze has been a great experience for me, but if I was in a position at corporate to dump the company that wrote your app program I would. The mobile app is terrible for the user. Either it’s thinking til it times out or it just won’t open at all. It takes a lot of perseverance on the users part to actually make a booking. I would guess that most people would just give up and move on. The best way to improve ridership would be to fix your app. DS.

Adults are 13. Tried to book a flight for the family. Made it through the baggage and all the way to the birthdays and then they wouldn’t let me change my 14 y/o son’s ticket from child (up to age 12) to adult. I would have to go ALL the way back and start over and put him in as an adult ticket. I was 15 minutes invested at this point, so I scraped the plans and booked with another airline. The Breeze app should’ve just changed the ticket to adult after I entered his birthday, if that’s their thing. Because wasting time-isn’t my thing.

Completely Inaccurate. I recently booked a trip through Breeze and downloaded the app right away. My flight was canceled, and while scrambling to figure out my options, I tried turning to the app for help. Big mistake. The app continued to report that my flight was on time as scheduled. Not only was this wrong based on the cancellation email I received, but the app’s flight times were completely wrong. The app had me taking off at 1:30 PM and landing at noon the same day. If I were to rely on the app info, my trip was still scheduled, and as an added bonus, I’d be traveling back in time!

Can’t book flight. The app will let you search for flights and even attempt to let you book. Got all the way to pay for the flight then no luck, kept getting message can’t process the request. Same thing on the website, but after two tries on web site; success. Came back to app and it recognized the trip was booked and was upcoming. Really wish the app would have worked and made it easier for booking.

Cancelled all flights - not trustworthy. I booked flights for a family vacation, and to attend a wedding, lucky booked well in advance. This evening I received a text message informing me that all of those flights were summarily cancelled! Alternate flights for the same itinerary are now mostly booked, leaving me with options for very inconvenient travel times at far more expensive rates. Don’t download the app! Don’t book a flight with these charlatans! Use an established carrier unless you want to play roulette with your travel plans. Awful! They will go out of business.

Cheap Flights but terrible experience. This app constantly crashes, when you message the customer service they simply refer you back to the app or send you links which route you back to app, it’s a constant circle of chaos with Breeze. My advice fly a different airline that actually cars about its customers. Breeze desperately needs to figure out its customer service or it will be out of business, honestly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and the app mirrors their service every is done on a budget and it’s a terrible experience

NOT a breeze at all!. Smoke and mirrors! I’ve just had my first and last experience with this airline. My son has been stranded by them with no solution to get him to his destination, no updates on his flight, and their app even shows “past flight” when it hasn’t even occurred yet. Don’t fall for their customer service marketing. They are responsive until there’s a problem. Their gate agents disappear avoiding inquiries for information. They are cancelling flights using the “weather” excuse when skies are clear, then stranding passengers overnight with zero information. Cancelling or delaying flights happens, but stranding your passengers and not providing information is ethically questionable and surely there must be some protection for the passengers when airlines are abusing the extreme circumstances scenario. Their CEO, David Neeleman has enough experience in this industry to know better. According to reviews, it appears he’s failing to succeed with Breeze. I’d say fly at your own risk, but instead…book at your own risk because you might not get a chance to fly with them at all. I know I won’t again. Unfortunate since they “appear” to have customers’ well-being prioritized.

Your app is trash!!. I have never reviewed anything in my life. But your app is so bad it inspired me to leave a review. Your app has crashed on me while under the gun in the airport, it rarely ever moves fluidly through a purchase, it almost never gives me flight details after I’ve purchased a flight. Tonight I have tried to purchase a flight for the last hour and a half but it refuses to accept the payment. When I hit pay now it says; unable to book your flight at this time. It is a timed purchase so after 15 minutes of not completing my transaction it dumps it and makes me start all over and re-enter all the info. I hate your app. I’m just going to start flying Delta, I don’t care if it cost me more. It’s worth not spending my whole evening enraged.

Loving the Breeze!. What’s not to love? The planes are competitive. The crew are second to none. The direct, nonstop flights eliminate so much travel stress. And the refreshment menu is more than adequate. When I first started flying Breeze, their app was a little glitchy, but it’s all working wonderfully now. They have earned my favorite airline status!

Buggy Glitchy Frustrating App. This app is cumbersome and needs drastic overhaul. It is virtually impossible to go backwards if you click on an icon to gain information. Also, it will allow you to put in origin city then the drop-down list of destination cities doesn’t filter out locations not served by the origin city. It is very clunky to try to understand routes. I’m very hesitant to fly this airline based on what I’ve read about cancellations delays and terrible customer service.

Horrible app. When you search for flights you have to scroll down and over to see the “Done”. Whoever developed this app should never make another one. The GUI is confusing and looks like a child’s video game. I gave up trying to book a flight because after you search for 2 or 3 dares it starts saying 0 flights available no matter what dates you choose. I can’t imagine how much revenue Breeze has lost from people giving up.

Frustrating. The booking process in this app is pretty terrible. I constantly receive errors when trying to book a flight. Sometimes it will reset the process and sometimes I just can't book a flight. Everything else works fine after the booking process. It's so incredibly frustrating that I have to resort to searching Google Flights to find them because nothing will load in the Breeze app.

App trouble. The app really is the most difficult part of the Breeze experience. It seems constantly stuck - I can rarely login and when I can it won’t stay logged in like other apps. Booking on the web is easier but then using the app to check in and fly is problematic. Please fix this. The app should be as easy to navigate as everything else.

Finally!. Fantastic app! Easy to navigate and best of all low fares! I’ve been waiting on the release of this airline for years! The founder of JetBlue has had this in the works and it’s finally here. $78 RT flights and non-stop destinations. I’m excited to see the network grow to include more destinations!

Needs work!. This app needs refining. Seems to be a webapp, which has unique performance challenges. The user experience of booking a flight through it is clunky and the date selection needs to be updated (buggy). The latest release has some major bugs where account and trips do not load.

Improved website and much easier to use now.. I used to hate booking on my phone but it seems much easier now. Great airline. Great prices and relatively on-time! Nice addition to our local airport!

What is happening with this app?. It is absurd that this app is actually online when it is still full of bugs. I am not sure if the developers has used the app by themselves. Just full of bugs. (It works better now so I change to 4 star, hopefully not too much bugs in the future)

Worst travel app. I like Breeze Airline but this app is so frustrating I don’t even want to book with them. You select a departure date and it automatically adds the same date as your return. After fumbling around awhile you get the dates you want maybe it doesn’t bother to keep the dates on screen. Pick your seats. No big issue there. Then checkout and the spinning arrow goes until your session has timed out.

Sleek app and easy to use. This app makes managing my booking super easy to view and adjust if needed. I always book tickets on desktop anyway and use the app day of travel. This all works great for that (managing booking at viewing boarding pass).

Fort Myers to Norfolk. That flight #470 this past weekend was extremely enjoyable, and the flight crew went over and above with their service, professionalism, and kindness! Jeremy was very personable and quick to service his travelers. He deserves recognition for his over and above performance at his job!

Appealing user experience.. Just booked using the “flight companions”feature and Breeze sent them their own ticket as soon as it was paid for. The app is beautiful and easy to navigate and the user experience FAR surpasses ALL OTHER budget airline apps that I’ve used.

Terrible App. With all the extra fees this airline has, you would think they’d have a better application. I was not able to add my flight to the app, or pay for my extra luggage. I had to pay a full $50 vs the online fee. To top it off if you’re not the one that purchased the flight it does not allow you to edit. I’m very disappointed with this application. My partner had the same issue on his phone and it’s a new iPhone.

You might fly, you might not. Either way you won’t be on time. I’ve flown Breeze many times, and flown my kids many times. Mainly because of the direct flight and 2/2 seating. But ultimately due to ongoing issues i won’t be flying Breeze anymore for these reasons: 1. I’ve NEVER had a flight leave on time. At best, 45 minutes late but usually hours or canceled. 2. Talking to a person via a phone conversation for customer service is non-existent. 3. They look for any reason not to keep their promises to rectify canceled flights. They’ll tell you they’ll give you bonus points, but don’t count on it. They’ll tell you they’ll reimburse your travel expenses, but don’t count on it. Other airlines actually WILL try to make your inconvenience worth it. So, if you choose one of these flights, well i told you so.

Baggage lost. They lost my baggage and unfortunately my house and car keys were inside the baggage. I am stuck at Provo airport. Their front desk service wasn’t been very much helpful. They said they will FedEx my baggage to my house when they find it and they have told me someone will be contacting me in five minutes. Well no one contact me and been over an hour. They are not taking any responsibility and inconvenience.

App never works. We are frequent flyers on Breeze however their app is terrible when it comes to actually working. When you try to navigate off the home page to look at My Trips or to Book, nothing happens. It takes me serval tries before it *sometimes* will work. Wish this would be fixed!

Can’t even book a flight. I created an account with my Apple ID and the app is unable to update my profile with my contact info, so I can’t even book a flight. The same issue happens in the chrome and edge browsers. I guess I’ll have to go back to the old school way of calling on my phone to book a flight.

Perfect app. Finally an app that makes travel easy for everyone. The fares are affordable and the app is easy to use and understand. If you’re not already making every attempt to fly Breeze you should start today!

Always hung up. I like the app as far as finding flights and pulling my tickets up, as there aren’t that many flights in and out of our hometown. On the other side it’s a hassle trying to get the app pulled up. It’s constantly hanging up and won’t sign in when you open. I have to open, close, open, close. Maybe will pull up after 10 minutes of this.

Great New Airline!. I’ve now flown Breeze 3 times an just booked a 4th trip. App works great. Staff on planes are excellent. Planes are clean and new. More seat space and room under seat than other airlines. Keep up the great service. We deserve a great airline with great service! Thanks Breeze!!!

Terrible app. I never make the effort to write app reviews, but I’m sitting here unable to check in for my flight on my phone because the app does not work. I clicked the link from my email with redirected me to the app where I get a blank white screen. I can’t even view my flight details in the app. With paperless tickets now at the airports it’s important to have a seamless app experience. I likely won’t fly this airline again unless they can fix the problems with their app.

Well Designed, but Not Functional. The app is well designed but I can’t use it for the life of me. It doesn’t remember my login, and the login button works only half the time. When I went to look at My Trips, I got stuck in a screen to confirm my contact info. Better off just using the website, because the app just appears to be the website formatted onto a buggy interface.

Nice and Clean Airplane and Staffs. Everything and everyone are so great and awesome, but since I write this review because I got delayed for 10 hours just because they gave me an excuse of the attendance didn’t go to work so they have to have me the delay. This is my FIRST time flight with BREEZE and it’s UNACCEPTABLE the experience so not happy like it’s supposed to be. Probably will not make another flight with this airline anymore. Not intuitive,. Had to restart about 8 times between IPad and Google phone. Date Selection particularly challenging. Seat selection let us select something that appeared to be available but then not proceed, till we finally picked seats with charges, even though we thought we had the option to let the app pick the seats for no addl charge. We are still loyal, but you are testing us.

Surprisingly smooth app. I just decided to try Breeze for the first time. The app was extremely smooth. Searching, payment, check in, and everything were great. Guess I'll see how the actual airline is tomorrow

App loses login information. I love flying Breeze and use it frequently to visit family. I have issues with the app not loading my profile and there is no where to log in. I have to delete the app and reload it to use it. Please address this issue.

App is broken. This app never works. The options to look at my trips and book are always greyed out. It tells me I’m disconnected from the internet. I have refreshed the app, deleted and reinstalled, logged in and out, and nothing works. I try to go through the website and it immediately opens up the broken app. Multiple family members also have the same issue.

Fantastic airline!. We truly enjoy flying Breeze! Their planes are new, clean and well equipped for passengers. The staff is kind, helpful and efficient. Flights are punctual and tickets cost can be applied to a future flight if cancelled. What more could you want?

You can leave but not return. I was hoping to use the app to book my first trip with Breeze. Selected the departure day fine but no matter how many times I attempt to select return, the only calendar it brings up is outbound. Select a date there thinking it’s a typo but sure enough it’s Outbound. So you can leave but you have to return the same day? Obviously something is broken.

No human help is NOT the way to go.. I have a duplicate account that I cannot merge because I cannot get help connecting them. The text message information took 3 days to receive (AFTER I had to be at the airport), and I still can’t connect them so I have to check in some weird ways and I have now lost my points. PLEASE have a service number because you need human interaction! Everything cannot be automated.

Love Breeze!. We went to Phoenix and back. Everything was wonderful! The flight went smoothly and the people were delightful! We already booked again for April. We recommend it to all our friends!

Bait and Switch. Paid for Ascent, but was involuntarily downgraded due to an equipment swap. The app never reflected the change, so up until I was walking down the aisle of the plane to my seat I was never aware if this. I would have never paid for the seat I ended up in, but was forced to pay for it and only given a partial refund, despite being placed in a seat I would not have paid for in any way. Avoid Breeze like the plague, they’ll swap the product on you and keep your money anyways.

Love love love. We have flown on Breeze quite a few times now and love this airline!!!! The entire crew on every flight have been awesome! One pilot we’ve had a few times even tells “dad jokes” before take off😂

The app needs major fixes. This has nothing to do with the actual airline, I’ve had mainly positive experiences with them. However, the app has no worked months. I check the app regularly and have not been able to book a flight on it in months. Everytime I try to go on the app and click anything it doesn’t work and just stays frozen on the home page no matter what is clicked.

Fix your app. The airline is fine, service to locations I’m interested in going to. However if your app, the way people have to interact with you is so frustrating, how is the customer service? The news said you are expanding service, but I can’t see that, of anything else, on the app. I really want to fly with you, but I’m not sure I have confidence in you as a company if you don’t care enough to have a working app, where else are you cutting corners?

So easy to use. This app makes it so easy to book a flight for my family. Once all my family members are saved in my profile, booking a flight for all of us is just a few clicks.

Tapping ‘Flight details’ renders empty screen. When I tap into ‘Flight details’ the app renders a blank screen. Have to kill the app and come back. I’m also unable to find my trip under ‘Trips’ tab after pasting in confirmation number from my email. The link you sent me to ‘add/pay’ for checked bag doesn’t deep link into pay for bag flow. This is probably costing you revenue. It’s also a poor customer experience.

Terrible Customer Service. Went to the ticketing counter here in Las Vegas and the representative refused to sell me tickets and kept giving excuses such as the flight often get canceled due to not having enough planes and not having enough carburetors for the planes? Then told me Im not the target audience for breeze, the target audience is apparently younger generation folks who use their phones..even though Im 35 and am very tech savvy. And continued to tell me that the ticketing counter does not sell plane tickets for breeze… Horrible experience and will not be using breeze.

Saved credit cards not processing. I’m not sure why, but I have to make several attempts each time I go to use a saved credit card, and even when I add a new credit card, the same as the one saved, it says unable to process it makes it very time-consuming to book a ticket and holds the seat so you can’t rebook You need to troubleshoot that. Also, trying to save a nickname took me three attempts so far why can’t it be duplicate

Pretty uncooperative app ie NOT FRIENDLY. App has every choice greyed out so it’s difficult to even read what’s there, much less realize they are ‘alive’. With an important event such as Check-In, .. totally unresponsive. Told me “you don’t have a reservation with us” when I was just a few minutes early attempting to check in. Breeze should pay attention to ALLEGIANT’S app.. that’s a well-designed friendly airline app.

It works. Flown Breeze Airways a number of times. The app has always done what it’s supposed to do, get me on the plane. It’s not fancy, pretty or ingenious, but it does produce boarding passes so that’s a positive. I don’t book through the app, I use the website.

Canceled flight.. I booked my flight in February to go on a cruise out of Norfolk in May and they automatically changed my flight to a different day. No one to talk to as to why. They just write they will refund your money if you don’t want the flight. There are no humans anywhere to talk to. After reading all these reviews I’m scared they will now lose my luggage and I will really be screwed. I don’t recommend this airline.

Awesome traveling. I have been using Breeze since they came into Vero Beach,Florida. The convenience is what drew me to them. I am 100% satisfied with all aspects of this airline! Minimal delayed flights, great prices! Friendly in flight experience!

Update: “Bug fix”??? Really???? (It’s finally FIXED!!!). Downloaded the November 3rd update and guess what! You can book flights with different departure and return dates!!!!!! IT’S FINALLY FIXED!!! Thank you for getting this resolved. Haven’t actually booked yet but have a trip coming up and will carefully give you a try now.

Breeze app. Breeze is a wonderful airline once you overcome the departure and return problem with their app. This has been a problem from the beginning as once you set the departure date and then move to return, it simply duplicates the departure selection. It’s hard to understand why Breeze hasn’t fixed this problem!

Good enough... Make sure you’re checking the app AND your email. My app never said the Gate # but the email did. The app is okay though, had to make any add ons etc. through the actual website because app rarely let me or said “we ran into a problem”. Not a terrible airline though, no delays!

Love the convenience. I have flown Breeze several times from Huntsville to Orlando or Tampa. Great service from ground staff and in flight crew. Only once did I have any delay. Recommended to my co-worker and guess what? He recently booked and one way to Florida and also had no problems. Thank you Breeze!

Quite A BREEZE!. Love this airline! App is so simple and quick to use. NO STRESS because of lenient and amazing cancellation policy. Also takes just a minute to cancel- NO hassles!! Planes are new, nice, comfortable. Highly recommend! Hope they will increase destinations too!

Terrible app. Just downloaded app, whoever designed must have never tried to use it. Saved my information, loaded my wife’s information as a guest and it doesn’t save. Start a booking and at the end they want to book me a rental car I don’t want your car, so it knocks me out. On website it says the “Nicest” Breeze Ascent bundle includes a checked bag no where in app is that available to select. Marketing and app development forgot to talk to each other.

Jax->La. I took a direct flight. All went great! I used the App to get my boarding pass… and it was fine. The plane I rode on was clean and comfortable. As good as the Delta and SW planes I’ve traveled on! I was a little worried after all the negative reviews… but my experience was excellent! Hope my trip home goes as well!
