Keiki Learning games for Kids App Reviews

From a single dad w/ a 3yo... I’ll admit, I hate letting the iPad babysit my son during the day, but being a single work-from-home dad limits my options. With that said, Keiki’s world has been an absolute wonder for my son and his development. He loves all the games, they’re well designed and intuitive (spelling word’s game requires the letters to be placed IN ORDER; small attention to detail like that). My son now walks around and spells everything he sees and even recognizes whole words when we’re out and about. I definitely feel like the game was designed for true mental development rather than a quick cash grab which speaks volumes in this day and age. Between Keiki, Ms. Rachel, and myself, my son will be ready for pre-school with time to spare! This app is absolutely worth it!!

Keiki world. My 4yr old daughter absolutely loves this app. It’s super fun and educational. She can’t get off of it. I mean that in a good way. My daughter does have a speech delay disorder, and it’s very hard for her to learn things the way other kids do, but this app truly helps her learn. There’s fun puzzles that she likes to play and lots of out of the box thinking games that challenges her. Overall, this game is highly recommended. 10/10 .

Unable to use application in my daughters iPad. I purchased an unlimited subscription through my cell phone and I can’t log in or use any of the games in my daughter’s iPad I normally purchased games for my children so they can use it through my family sharing and this app says it’s family sharing compatible and it doesn’t work I can’t even create a login or and it won’t work with my email restarted everything several times logged in and out of my phone and still doesn’t work..I WANT MY REFUND ASAP JUST LIKE YOU WHERE ABLE TO TAKE IT RIGHT OUT🤬

Great app!. This is the first app my 4 yr old grandson has focused on. He’s currently in Pre-K and diagnosed as being on the spectrum. He’s been exploring the app absolutely loves it . It has been a tremendous help with him learning new words, not only that he gets very focused on the various games which is a win for me. Thank you to the creators for this app.

I love this app. My son is 3 and he loves this app. He is able to choose between working on his letters, colors or even learning foods. He has a good time “playing” when in fact he’s actually learning! I’ve noticed the improvement when he is tracing letters from now and when I first downloaded the app. Highly recommend!

Great app for toddlers. I got this app for my 3 year old who previously would only watch the worlds worst non educational videos during her allotted screen time. Now 75% of the time instead of those videos she asks to play this game. She loves the tracing games and being able to uncover hidden objects in some of the games. Overall we are very happy with this app.

Amazing app. This app is incredible Keikis world is my little ones favorite app to use. I don’t let her use too much screen time but when she does she loves playing on the app. It is a very educational app that has helped my little one read and count! Do not sleep on Keikis world!

Fun and engaging learning experience. I have been looking for an app that can help me with teaching my 2yo daughter and this app has everything I need and more. My daughter loves it and it has everything she needs to learn for her age. I love that everything in the app can be customized based on your child’s age and there are different concepts they can choose from. I tried other learning apps and this one is the best for our family needs so far.

Fun and Educational!. My son loves this app and it’s been helping him to learn his colors and alphabet! His favorite game is the one where you drag the fish to color in the castle because there’s a “grumpy fish” that makes a funny noise when you tap on it. It’s definitely helped his fine motor skills, and it’s engaging! Small details like that make the app great for little ones!

We LOVE Keiki World app. I was looking for an app to help my 4 year get ready before starting K4. I saw a lot of ads re: Keiki app and decided to do the 7 day free trial. I have to say that it was well money spent on the subscription. My daughter absolutely loves it. She really enjoys the math and all the games. I love this app because is very educational and she’s learning a lot while playing, which is a bonus. I sit with her while she uses the app and have noticed her math, spelling, logic, and memory skills have improved.

Disappointed. At first I liked the app, but it seemed to move to slow for my daughter. She was totally bored and I couldn’t figure out how to skip the stuff she knows and ultimately she quit playing. I attempted to get into the app so that I could cancel however it would not let me in. Life is life n time passed when they attempted to hit my account I reached out finally my email was accepted I got no response and bam the charge went thru. So a bit disappointed for sure with the customer service portion. Now! If your child is brand new to letters words and such it’s probably a great app , I do like the concept buuut I feel robbed. Not even sure if I for sure cancelled this time 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great For Learning. My son has been using this app for the last 2-3 weeks and learned so much. He can write his letter better and recognizes his letters. He is learning addition. It has been so great watching him pick everything up so easy and fast. He has so much fun doing it.

Scam App! Stay away!. I’ve sent multiple emails and still no resolution to my issue. I paid for a year’s subscription but when I went to the app it wasn’t showing as paid. I signed out and signed back in and it didn’t fix my issue. I tried logging into the app on a different device and not only did it not appeared as paid but the account I had set up for my kid was also gone and I was back at step 1 in the second device. I emailed support and they asked for a screenshot or video of my issue. I sent both! The video showing I was signed in and still didn’t have access to my paid account. I just received back a generic email giving me instructions on how to sign in. I emailed back saying that I was signed in and if I wasn’t going to be able to access my paid subscription then I wanted a refund and to cancel everything. After that I NEVER received any reply. I sent a separate email to support as well as a follow up on the original email thread with no reply. At this point I just was a refund and to cancel reoccurring payment as well as cancel the account. Horrible customer service/support. I should’ve listen to the negative reviews on here.

My child loves. My child has been loving the Keiki app. She is only three but this app has made her WANT to start spelling words. I’m so happy she has a game that is not only fun for her but also educational. I’m happy to let her play whenever she wants because i know she is also learning. Perfect for summer/weekends when she is out of school.

Never worked in my devices. I purchased this a year ago but it never ended up working at all on any device. Every time I went to my purchases on the App Store it never showed up so I wrote it off and thought it was deleted. No I just got billed again for it a year later, I went back to purchases it’s still nowhere to be found. I went to the App Store, it says “open” so I do and just as always before it give a little animated intro and freezes! This seems like a really great app and I’d love to use it but at this rate all I want is a refund for the last year. Now if it can be fixed and become useful to my kids then I will be happy to pay for this year which I was already charged for.

Continuous charges after cancellation. I keep canceling this app and you continue to charge me weekly. Stop charging my card and delete all of my information. This company and app is a scam. I canceled before my seven day trial and you have charged my account five times my billing statement says that I am supposed to be renewing in a week but I have canceled. my Apple account under subscriptions it said has been canceled however, when I looked at my billing statement in my email saying that it continuing to be renewed. stop charging my account and never had this issue with any other app ever.

Fantastic Educational App. My child loves her “school.” When I tell her it’s time to use the app and do school she gets super excited. The games are fun and educational. We’ve had the app for about two weeks and I already see such a big improvement with her. She’s learning her ABC’s and numbers. She’s also a big fan of the puzzles and food games!

Sad. Sadly we wont be staying cause we can’t afford a subscription right now. They really need to make things like this free for children to learn. My son starts kindergarten this coming year 2021 and he is a bit behind on some things and this would be perfect but just like ABC mouse u have to has a subscription and we sadly can’t not everyone is able to spend money on a subscription. 😢

Extremely Frustrated. I downloaded this app months ago and paid $70 dollars for lifetime access and for months now it won’t open, I thought it was because it needed to update out even after I updated it, it still won’t work. I am extremely upset and frustrated because my child can’t enjoy this app that I paid for so if this isn’t fixed I would like my money back because I’m not able to utilize this app that I paid for and I can’t find a customer service number.

Currently waiting on support team. We love the app reported some minor issues that we ran into but one of the big issues is that when I went to log into into another device (so I can get my phone back from my child)I clicked that I had an account and when I logged in it said that my plan was inactive I purchased a lifetime plan thinking I would be able to use this on multiple devices or to at least be able to switch from one device to another. Hopefully there’s a solution

Wow! The worksheets Tho. A great investment in myself as a parent and for my children. They love playing and learning on the app and I appreciate the learning worksheets, calendar of homeschooling activities and useful parenting tools that are available. I’ve printed out nearly all the sheets so far. The family arts and crafts activities are so fun too

Great learning App!. My daughter really LOVES using this app! She’s also teaching herself new things. I’m amazed! I mean she loves it so much, the moment I walk through the door she comes to take my phone so that she can log in to the app. Lol! There’s so many different options to choose from to learn new things. I would definitely recommend to any parent for their child!

App not recognizing & boots me out. I purchased the annual subscription but it does not work on my iPad, I get errors and the app freezes or cancels the ability to play games. It will then not recognize me and continues to boot me out and requests payment all over again through a pop up option. It’s so frustrating. Each time I have to completely delete the app, reinstall, log in and start all over again. This happens at least every 10 minutes of play. I would not recommend as I have had trouble from the beginning. If this developer reaches out to fix these glitches or their app, maybe I might change my report, otherwise; buyers beware.

Expensive and bugs.. My 2 year old loves the app, but it doesn’t work. I was immediately charged $40/6 months even though I was signing up for the free trial. It worked for a little while but now when I open the app in any device, it wants me to pay to continue, even though I have an ACTIVE subscription until January 2024. Even when I select to renew in January, it still does this. I’ve reached out to the company, but I believe this is truly a SCAM! I want my 6 months that I paid for, but now I’m going to cancel and delete. I don’t trust it!

Keikei app. I would say this is perfect for all ages I have a year membership because I’m trying to do some small preschool learning I have a two year old son and he absolutely loves Keikei, I also have downloaded the app for my neice whose 4 and she’s really enjoying it as well this is a great app that’s easy and focused on there age range, and has fun games and activities to do that’s perfect for them! Download this app you won’t be disappointed especially if your trying to give them healthier screen time.

Not worth the money, and my child does not like it.. Cost entirely way too much for the little it offers. My son is four and is so bored he won’t even use the app. It doesn’t challenge him or teach him anything he doesn’t already know. The learning activities that would teach him something are an additional charge even though I have the premium subscription which is $10 a week! I feel it should already include everything for that price. This was a complete waste of time and money. 10 out of 10 do not recommend!

Great app. Hi I’m mother of nine and I have used many learning apps through out the years and this app has no ads, no in app purchases, just a subscription witch is very reasonable,the app keeps my child engaged by using her motor skills , my child also love the app I tried to put her on abc mouse but she get impatient. I would recommend this app for children who can’t seem to sit still and they need excitement to learn!

Awesome app for toddlers and young children. I’ve been searching for an easy to use app for my 3 year old son that can allow him to use it with or without help from me. I’ve used several different apps, both free and paid for, and so far Keiki has been his favorite. There’s a wide variety of games that helps teach all kinds of different subjects, from naming items, matching/memory games, writing letters, and so much more. All the games are easy for toddlers to use and I also like the prompts that help aid him when he gets stuck. So far this app has kept my toddler’s attention for the longest amount of time, allowing me to give him some guilt-free iPad time while I tend to the baby or take care of chores.

Amazing Learning Experience. This app helps so much with cognitive, hand, and educational skills very well. My son is now tracing lines, saying what every letter is, and is starting to give me a run for my money playing memory. By far one of the best applications that has not only provided help, but shows that it’s working at the same time. Amazing job and please continue!

Parents, you NEED this app!!. I have a 4 y/o son getting ready for preschool and he loves this app. We also have Hooked On Phonics and other apps that are solely focused on learning. Keiki goes above and beyond with a child-friendly platform and games and activities that keep my child’s attention in fun and creative ways. Most learning apps try to do this, but sadly miss the mark and feel dull or dry. Keiki hits it right on the head. I don’t feel bad about giving my kids screen time because he’s having a blast and he’s actually retaining the information that he’s learning.

Worksheet issues.. The worksheet’s are not available even after purchase of app. My grandchildren all love to play the app but when I have them all here at the same time they must share. Being able to print the worksheets for their age level would be most helpful. Edit: Someone got back to me and it was user error. I blocked photos from being saved and downloaded. They helped me get it all sorted out. Now I can print work sheets for the other grands can all have something to do while they wait their turns. 😁

No subscription and got charged HORRIBLE APP. Update. It did take some time for them to get ahold of me but I did get a refund. The app is great. Customer service is another situation. I think they need to help faster then they did and have an actual area to chat in real time and not just by email. For this I will upgrade my rating to a 3! I got charged and I have no subscription I need to be refunded asap. Update. Still havnt received my money back and no response. Can’t seem to unsubscribe either.

2yr. Old Daughter Loves. I was recommended this app from a relative. We did do the free trial for a week & then I paid for a week more at $9.99/wk plus tax. They do offer different price breaks for weekly subscriptions. This app has saved me plenty while on the road giving me peace of mind knowing she is learning and engaged whether she is just coloring, tracing numbers/letters, playing a memory game, the list goes on. If you have doubts try the free trial and I’m sure you won’t regret it!

Keiki review. My daughter has been using this app for about a week now and she is slowly getting the hang of it. At first i was skeptical because she would click on the app and click away because she didn’t understand what was going on she is 18 months and the activities are very advanced for her. But now she clicks on the app and i would hear the sound repeating itself in the back ground. Just knowing that she is actively trying to engage with the app is a great feeling.

Best Learning Game!!. I have a 2 year old who absolutely LOVES using this app!! She has a tablet & spends ALOT of her time reading but literally chooses to learn & enhance her colors, numbers, words, writing, etc on this app. I enjoy the fact that she’s learning and actually engaged with the material. She asks me everyday if she can play her game. Without hesitation I allow it because it gives me peace of mind to know that she can learn and have fun while doing it & I don’t have to worry about a thing! Please download it I promise you won’t regret it!!

Questions. My question is: if I paid for a subscription for the learning app my son is playing then he see’s puzzles of course he wants to play it. He clicks on it, it takes him to another app, hmm ok. Come to find out I have to pay again??? Why was it not a bundled app? I paid for the year already to pay again for another year or $10/month for the puzzles that’s connected to this app? Please help me make it make sense!!! I emailed them and I have yet to get a response

She wakes up wanting to learn.. I’ve tried many apps similar to this one. This one seems to be the only one that keeps her attention. She’s actually learning from it. I still monitor her screen time, but at least the hour to two hours I give her is worth it!

Lifetime access. I love the limited access keiki! I’ve been thinking about getting the lifetime access… So, I haven’t been able to find any information… do not want to purchase lifetime access if it does not work for all Keiki apps. Can you use it for preschool, puzzle, etc? Do you have to purchase subscription for EACH app?!?! Can you use the subscription on multiple devices or JUST ONE? Thank you all so much for your help!!!

This seems sketchy. When I’m looking at the reviews on here, it seems that the majority of the positive reviews are given on the same days. Take a look at July 23, for example. Then look at the days before July 23… you will see like 20 positive reviews all on July 23 and then several negative reviews the weeks prior to that. It’s just strange that you get 20 people to review you with five stars on the same day. The negative reviews here seem to say consistently that there are issues with canceling the subscription or the app isn’t working or being charged over and over again within the same billing period. When I open the app, I can’t even preview anything without paying. And due to the risk of being overcharged that I have read about in the reviews here, this app gets one star and is being deleted. No thanks. There are plenty of other good apps for toddlers where you pay a one-time fee, that have Montessori education, and work wonders/keep toddlers occupied while teaching them. And as parents, the one-time fee = worth it. I KNOW I won’t be billed again or overcharged.

3 Year Old Homeschooled. I got this app with my 3 year old in mind. We do home schooling at home and it’s a simple stress free way to incorporate fun activities into learning! With progress reports on how the learning plan it is a great way to make sure what we are talking about and learning connects through the app as well! This app also helps reduce the mom guilt of handing your child a screen when you need to! You can ease your mind that they are learning and being engaged into beneficial games, videos and activities VS what some of the other apps you find for kids have!

It has helped more than expected!. We really could not get our oldest (4) to sit down and practice writing / tracing his letters. We tried everything and ultimately found this app, in just a couple weeks of using this app, we have seen his writing transform from lines and scribbles into letters that are legible, he can even write his own name clearly! The other games on the app are great as well, he likes the numbers and counting games as well as the holiday updates for coloring.

App down?. Ive got the life time subscription on another keiki app, my three year old loves it. And as a preschool teacher I do highly recommend. My concern is however, he wanted to play the number and abc puzzles which took us over to another app, which is fine i guess. But the app doesnt have any opening music, once i press skip or it enters into the app, the bottom half of my screen is whit whit the floating activities above. I’m unable to click on any of the activities and nothing happens, i have uninstalled , reinstalled. Closed and reopened. I don’t know why its not working

I’m tired of money hungry Learning Apps. It really bums me out that these learning apps that are supposed to be designed to assist your children in the learning process and bridge the gap from home and school learning but all they seem to care about is money. You can’t even try out the games before you pay for something that is virtually ineffective. I’ve paid for the yearly subscription for our daughter and its just pointless she still doesn’t have access. I get a Wi-Fi symbol with a sad face and no explaination of what that means. I checked the Wi-Fi in our house and its connected and our devices are working fine so I’m not sure what’s the issue. Im just really disappointed.

Thankful for this app. My son is 5 years old and is in IEP because he is delayed. Tried so many apps and Keiki is so far the one that he liked. Very user friendly and my son don’t get board so easily. Although at first he only likes to do the one that he tried so I have to sit down with him and guide him to try other games. Now his mathematics improved a bit. I’m hoping he’ll be able to catch up and be in normal class.

Wish there were more older age appropriate games as you switch accounts. The app itself is cool with a wide variety of different games. However, I purchased this app because of the options to switch between children… but come to find out even tho they have “separate” accounts within the app… they are still the same games for both of them.. different ages… I wish the older (8yrs) had more age appropriate games, rather than younger aged games that my 3 year old plays.

Great learning resource for kids. My 5-year old daughter is autistic and this app has helped her so much for improving her cognitive skills. She has fun while learning valuable skills that also help her academically. It has a diverse set of games that will capture your child’s attention and positively influence them.

Fix This Please. So I found this app from my instagram and I have been looking for education worksheets, activities, etc. and on the advertisement it said free? I don’t understand how it’s “free” when you have to purchase a membership. That’s not “free” when you have to buy something. If it costs money just say so for gods sake, don’t advertise as free. I can’t even see any type of preview before I spend the money as well? Pictures in the google play or iOS stores are normally different from what’s actually inside the app so I need to spend money before I get to see anything?

Charged 15 times in a 2 month period. Response to Kiki I canceled the subscription that was the first thing I did prior to my 7 day free trial after I canceled you kept charging me so telling me to do something I did is redundant I said I canceled it charged me after that over 15 times in one day I had 15 charges of $7.99 in ONE DAY FOR SANE APP I CANCELED IT THREW MY PHONE I DIDNT JUST DELET MY APP ITS 2021 I’m not brand new I know how to delete apps versus cancel. I had over 30 charges in a two month period I have my bank records to show. I had to do a charge back for $240 when your app charges daily there’s a problem. please contact me you keep charging my account. I have over 15 charges I had to cancel my credit card then you start taking it from my Apple Pay. You charged me 3 times $7.99 in one day. Your app didn’t even work I canceled the trial the next day and 2 months later still getting charged. When you try and contact this company it directs you to the app. I’ve gotten nowhere and just when I thought it was over $7.99 more out of my Apple Pay. STOP TAKING MY MONEY!!!!! Calling state’s attorneys office next. This is how serious this has become. It’s fraudulent at this point. Please contact me as I have tried to contact your company for help for months.

Great!!. My son is 4yrs old and he loves this app. It gives him the chance to trace his letters and numbers. He has the opportunity to identify the numbers out of order so when he’s sees them he knows which numbers they are. He gets to play mini games that are educational. Overall this is a great app for young kids to help with there education journey’s.

App won’t open or cancel subscription. Refund please. I guess I signed up for a free trial from a social media link, probably Instagram, but I noticed I am being charged by Spekadol limited and when I google it brings up the Keiki app. So I tried to download on the App Store so I could cancel subscription, but the app is completely frozen in the Home Screen and doesn’t work at all. My device and iOS are completely up to date. The Keiki subscription is not showing up under my Apple subscriptions, but I can’t find anywhere online to login and unsubscribe either - just a company website and link back to the App Store. I’m starting to think this is just a subscription scam, but either way I don’t want the app anymore and I require a full refund on any and all charges, given that the app is not actually functioning on my device. Please advise urgently.

Don’t purchase.. Scam at its finest. Charges you $40 out of no where and there’s no way of unsubscribing. I have now reported this to my bank let’s see if I’ll get a refund.

Great but current glitch. Great app. EDIT **** glitch has been resolved and password rest has been successful!! Thank you **** But there’s currently a glitch when you try to reset your password. It sends you back to sign in with no option to reset the password. So I’m not sure how to get back in! Currently no access to the app!

Don’t buy - not worth the hassle. Purchased a yearly subscription and as I went to login via my phone it isn’t letting me unless I sign up to another subscription. I raised the issue and they sent me instructions which cannot be followed and then I didn’t hear from customer support again. Was it an automated message? Probably. Don’t waste your money as I will now need to try and get my funds refunded through my bank as the app support is not helpful.

Terrible service. Complete waste of money. Purchased the long term subscription, got logged out on a device and couldn’t log back in. Tried to reset password but wouldn’t work. Reached out to customer service several times over 2 months and kept getting pushed to other people or told they were reviewing it. 2 months and cant even help a customer log in to the app is ridiculous

Good but buggy. My toddler loves the games but they are buggy on my iPhone and iPad. Some games work once and then won’t work the 2nd time or screens disappear or touch doesn’t work. Needing to reboot the device to get done of his favourites to run again. Please fix the bugs so there is less upset toddlers

No Sound on the app. The app plays without any sound. I have checked the Sound settings on the app and my phone sound are both set to high. But still there is no sound in what’s played by the app!

Be careful. Probably the most waste of money app ever. $60aud a month taken and for not one single use Not easy to cancel - I never gave my card details and they took it via apple and don’t allow u to cancel via apple subscriptions. Worst app ever I come across.

No trial. Hi I have just agreed to the trial, however I have been charged the 6 month fee and this amount has already been taken from my account. What happened to the free trial?

Scammers. They offered me 75% off for year. I agreed and the app worked for maybe a week? Scam!!

Boo-urns to subscriptions. Just another subscription. Can buy apps anymore. I really dislike this model.

Poor communication regarding cancellation. My issue is not with the app but with the process to cancel. I opted for the free 7 day trial I had no option to click cancel subscription on my phone so I contacted support one day before the billing date renewed. As of February 4th I have received no response from the support team. I didn’t have the app downloaded on my phone ( we had it downloaded on my iPad under my husbands account ) and BOTH of us were charged for the free 7 day trial. There needs to be clearer communication regarding the terms and easier access for subscription cancellation. Due to lack of cancellation communication I’ve had to remove my Apple payment to prevent the app from possibly charging me again. My son loves the app but I will be looking for other options due to this mishap.

Worth it. My son normally isn’t into learning games but absolutely loves this app. We’re currently still in the free trial but we will be paying for the subscription for as long as he wants it. He loves the game mode where you put the coloured fish into the castle to colour it, tracing his numbers/letters and the flash card game mode. If you ask me for my honest opinion it’s definitely worth the money.

Great for kids but $12.99/week?!. My daughter loved the app. I was looking for something that pulled her away from always wanting my phone for shows (mostly Bluey). I thought it was great for all sorts of skills. So I wish I could give two separate reviews. The major deterrent was the $12.99/WEEK. Per week… that is far FAR too much for this program. I am all about educating my kids but not for that amount. I used the free trial and cancelled before I was charged.

I have three overcharges on my credit card for 3 consecutive months even tough I cancelled my subscription and the application charged me over 100 dollars for nothing, I sent emails and I posted on your instagram account and on your Facebook page and no response at all.This is the worst experience I had with any application.

This is a terrible app and costs too much money. This app has the worst games. Sure, it has letters and numbers incorporated in it but there is no learning involved; move the A here, draw a 3, but what is it? What sound does it make? They teach the kids a keyboard lowercase “a” versus a writing “a”. And on top of all this, you are forced into paying for the app. Unfortunately I was duped and paid for 2 months so I’m stuck. Don’t make the same mistake I did. There are MUCH BETTER apps out there that actually teach your kids things AND are free. STOP. Save your money. Don’t get this app.

Ludicrously priced and pegadogically deficient. At 13$ PER WEEK it's hard not to cry out fraud. The fact that one cannot try the game without creating first an account is also shameful, but the pay gate is the cardinal offender. If only the so called "educational" contents were sound, but what we get is the most basic of basic learning material that I would avoid exposing my children to, for fear of lobotomizing them in front of an iPad at such a young age. The graphics are simple but nice, but that alone does not redeem the dubious price, overall low quality and swindling business practices.

Not what it claims to be. I purchased 3 months thinking this would be a great program built for my 7 year old but the games are all geared towards preschool age children so it’s no use, I’ve requested a refund but am yet to hear back. Pretty disappointed to say the least.

Fraud. I keep getting charged for the app, I can’t get in intact with support… it’s been a month! When I try to access the app to see if I can do anything on the account side it says I don’t have a subscription. Support needs to contact me ASAP and stop charging my credit card.

Fraud. I tried to sign up for one week free trial just to see if it was something that would work for us. I immediately got charged $55.49 CAD. I looked through their plan and couldn’t even tell which exactly warranted the cost I was billed for. The app has no contact I could reach other for a refund. Do not download!

Very unimpressed. I didn’t even mean to give one star. I found this through Facebook and decided to pay for a subscription (which they charged within seconds of setting up) yet I am unable to use the app without further payment and I am also unable to access the material that is claimed to be downloadable. I am completely unimpressed with the program and frankly would like my money returned as everything is inaccessible and for 60 dollars that is not ok. I have also sent an email that I have yet to receive a reply to.

Music won’t turn off, can’t manage subscription either. I turned off all sounds but music still plays despite changing in app settings. Can’t change payment info either.

Has a lot of glitches. I actually got the subscription and the amount of times I have to delete it and re-download. It is ridiculous. It’ll just stay on a purple screen and not load anything or it’ll just stay loading and now a new problem there’s no sound my kids love this game but it’s definitely not worth the price.

This is not for an 8yr old. I answered all the questions indicating that my child was eight years old. The games and learning are all for a little children probably foreign under. I don’t know how you can ask such specific questions and then give games and activities that are geared towards children that haven’t even started grade one, Can you tell me it’s a three month free trial but yet you charged me almost $30 I want my money back this is absolute fraud and you need to return my money immediately

Fraud. The actual app is free but when you open the app you have to pay to access it. I find this an inconvenience good thing I checked it before downloading it for my kids.

Grammar mistakes in an “educational” app. One of the first questions this app asks is “witch goals do you want your kid to achieve?” Is this a joke? This isn’t even like “there/their”. Witch and which are completely different words! 🙄 Too bad, I was interested in the app even though you have to subscribe to even see what they are all about (no preview) but I won’t even bother now.

Worth it. My 5 yrs son doesn’t usually have interest in learning apps. But Keiki did an amazing job from the choice of music, sound effect, colours and the cause and effect aspect from every activity. My son actually enjoyed the activity in the app and it’s easy to navigate the app independently and able to stay engaged for a bit longer duration. I’m a happy mama to be able to find this learning app. And the printable worksheets and parent guides are great. Highly recommend this app. Especially if you have a child with attention issue and learning delays.

She wakes up wanting to learn.. I’ve tried many apps similar to this one. This one seems to be the only one that keeps her attention. She’s actually learning from it. I still monitor her screen time, but at least the hour to two hours I give her is worth it!

Extremely Frustrated. I downloaded this app months ago and paid $70 dollars for lifetime access and for months now it won’t open, I thought it was because it needed to update out even after I updated it, it still won’t work. I am extremely upset and frustrated because my child can’t enjoy this app that I paid for so if this isn’t fixed I would like my money back because I’m not able to utilize this app that I paid for and I can’t find a customer service number.

Game changer!. My 2 year old loves this app! She plays it every single day for at least 30 minutes. Hasn’t even been a month and she already can recognize most of the alphabet. There’s so many game options I haven’t even seen them all. Highly recommend!!

Amazing!. We absolutely LOVE the Keiki app! Our daughter enjoys the puzzles and learning to problem solve on her own. We are starting to see her improve her communication and problem solving skills outside of the app as well and she has only been using it for a few weeks. Highly recommend especially if you are a stay at home parent.

Fun learning app. My 3 year old daughter loves tracing letters and numbers. I’ve noticed that she is far more motivated to learn the letters of the alphabet than before using the app. I strongly recommend this app to any parent that want to allow their children to enjoy screen time while learning to develop educational skills.

Great!!. My son is 4yrs old and he loves this app. It gives him the chance to trace his letters and numbers. He has the opportunity to identify the numbers out of order so when he’s sees them he knows which numbers they are. He gets to play mini games that are educational. Overall this is a great app for young kids to help with there education journey’s.

Great Educational App!. My 2 year old daughter loves this app. I was initially skeptical because her attention span is very limited and she getting bored of things pretty easily but she actually sits down and wants to play this app and she will sit for a good amount of time. It’s very engaging and fun for even me as I sit with her. I highly recommend.

Expensive and bugs.. My 2 year old loves the app, but it doesn’t work. I was immediately charged $40/6 months even though I was signing up for the free trial. It worked for a little while but now when I open the app in any device, it wants me to pay to continue, even though I have an ACTIVE subscription until January 2024. Even when I select to renew in January, it still does this. I’ve reached out to the company, but I believe this is truly a SCAM! I want my 6 months that I paid for, but now I’m going to cancel and delete. I don’t trust it!

Great early learning app. Keiki is a great app for engaging kids in fun ways to learn new skills. Our daughter picked up an understanding of basic addition and counting that she'd been struggling to grasp within just two days of using this app. It's a little bit bright and intense visually but if she's going to be using screen time either way we're happy to have her using an effective app

Questions. My question is: if I paid for a subscription for the learning app my son is playing then he see’s puzzles of course he wants to play it. He clicks on it, it takes him to another app, hmm ok. Come to find out I have to pay again??? Why was it not a bundled app? I paid for the year already to pay again for another year or $10/month for the puzzles that’s connected to this app? Please help me make it make sense!!! I emailed them and I have yet to get a response

Immediately Engaging. We have been very impressed with these games, both our 4 and almost 6 year old use it and I swear they are learning more than they do at school. We’ve tried other apps but so far this one seems to be the most user-friendly and engaging.

Fun and Educational!. My son loves this app and it’s been helping him to learn his colors and alphabet! His favorite game is the one where you drag the fish to color in the castle because there’s a “grumpy fish” that makes a funny noise when you tap on it. It’s definitely helped his fine motor skills, and it’s engaging! Small details like that make the app great for little ones!

Keiki is amazing for our 2-year old. Our daughter has really improved her fine motor skills! Every game is tailored to the age of your child. It’s been so beneficial for us! Our daughter loves it; she’s only two but is able to pick out certain letters by name and knows to count to 25! For anyone looking for an educational, fun game for their toddler, this one takes the cake!

Currently waiting on support team. We love the app reported some minor issues that we ran into but one of the big issues is that when I went to log into into another device (so I can get my phone back from my child)I clicked that I had an account and when I logged in it said that my plan was inactive I purchased a lifetime plan thinking I would be able to use this on multiple devices or to at least be able to switch from one device to another. Hopefully there’s a solution

Awesome app for my toddler to learn. I wanted to start slowly giving my daughter screen time on an iPad so she could learn to use it in an educational way without developing bad habits and wanting screen time all the time. Keiki is a great way for her to learn reading and writing while introducing her to technology in a healthy way. Thanks to the app developers for doing such a fantastic job!

Review after 2wks. My son has been enjoying the activities on the app. I'm amazed at the skills my son has that I didn't realize he was able to do. He is learning how to trace numbers and the activity on here is helping with his hand coordination. So far we like everything.

My child loves. My child has been loving the Keiki app. She is only three but this app has made her WANT to start spelling words. I’m so happy she has a game that is not only fun for her but also educational. I’m happy to let her play whenever she wants because i know she is also learning. Perfect for summer/weekends when she is out of school.

No subscription and got charged HORRIBLE APP. Update. It did take some time for them to get ahold of me but I did get a refund. The app is great. Customer service is another situation. I think they need to help faster then they did and have an actual area to chat in real time and not just by email. For this I will upgrade my rating to a 3! I got charged and I have no subscription I need to be refunded asap. Update. Still havnt received my money back and no response. Can’t seem to unsubscribe either.

Keiki learning helped my 2 year old. My son is 2 years 6months and is speech delayed. He also has mild behavioral issues as well. I did not know how intellectual he was until I downloaded Keiki learning. In 3 days he could identify alphabets correctly and in one week trace numbers and figures effortlessly. I’m beyond excited because he loves to learn on Keiki and I can’t wait to see more progress.

Great app, but not completely in Spanish. I really like all of the games and activities. This app has, but I’m trying to homeschool my kids only in Spanish and even when I switched our whole profile to Spanish, only some of the games are in Spanish, which is frustrating because now my son only wants to pick up the English ones. So I don’t know if we will keep the app or not.

Great app for your child. This is definitely a great app for your child as a refresher of what they already learned in school. My daughter has so much fun every time I log her into this app. Instead of watching other videos this app can occupy your child’s attention when parents are busy! Highly recommended!

Great app for toddlers. I got this app for my 3 year old who previously would only watch the worlds worst non educational videos during her allotted screen time. Now 75% of the time instead of those videos she asks to play this game. She loves the tracing games and being able to uncover hidden objects in some of the games. Overall we are very happy with this app.

Great app!. This is the first app my 4 yr old grandson has focused on. He’s currently in Pre-K and diagnosed as being on the spectrum. He’s been exploring the app absolutely loves it . Not worth the money, and my child does not like it.. Cost entirely way too much for the little it offers. My son is four and is so bored he won’t even use the app. It doesn’t challenge him or teach him anything he doesn’t already know. The learning activities that would teach him something are an additional charge even though I have the premium subscription which is $10 a week! I feel it should already include everything for that price. This was a complete waste of time and money. 10 out of 10 do not recommend!

Great learning App!. My daughter really LOVES using this app! She’s also teaching herself new things. I’m amazed! I had an appointment and needed him to play during my appointment! I almost forgot he was with me! I prefer screen time with a lesson or activity that is educational! I intended to select a free trial or weekly subscription, but the app deceptively pre-selected a 6-month option, tricking me into an expensive purchase I never intended to make. When I requested a refund, Apple automatically denied it without proper review, leaving me stuck with a charge for something I didn’t want. My toddler loves it!!!. This app is so fun and educational! My daughter loves to play the puzzles, coloring and social-emotional games they have on this app! There are so many ways for her to be creative as well! I highly recommended this app! I don't feel as guilty giving my daughter screen time because she's learning!

Amazing Learning Experience. This app helps so much with cognitive, hand, and educational skills very well. My son is now tracing lines, saying what every letter is, and is starting to give me a run for my money playing memory. Unable to use application in my daughters iPad. I purchased an unlimited subscription through my cell phone and I can’t log in or use any of the games in my daughter’s iPad I normally purchased games for my children so they can use it through my family sharing and this app says it’s family sharing compatible and it doesn’t work I can’t even create a login or and it won’t work with my email restarted everything several times logged in and out of my phone and still doesn’t work..I WANT MY REFUND ASAP JUST LIKE YOU WHERE ABLE TO TAKE IT RIGHT OUT🤬

Learning FUN!. I was struggling with my time management and setting up days to focus on my child’s education but this app has helped me stay involved in his education and making it fun all at once! This has helped my little one grow sensory skills and adjusted his behavior responses to communication easily and without distress.

Great app for my toddler. My son really enjoys playing this app. There’s many different games to choose from, so he doesn’t get bored. I also like how educational they are and make him use his thinking cap a little. It offers a password protected ‘parents zone’ so you can see the child’s progress and not have to worry about in app purchases. Would recommend.

2.5 year old son. This app is a very good educational resource for children. Its engaging, effective and fun for my son. Only thing I would change is I would like to lock the screen so he cant exit out of the games because I might want him to focus on a certain subject but sometimes he rather play a different game.

Sad. Sadly we wont be staying cause we can’t afford a subscription right now. They really need to make things like this free for children to learn. If I could I’d give 0 stars. I did the trial and thought I canceled it. Then at the end of the trial, I got a notification that I was charged $40! This app was of no use to me or my child. I could get the same activities/ideas on Pinterest or the like for FREE. I contacted them to let them know that I didn’t find it useful, I thought I canceled, but because I didn’t “affirmatively” cancel, meaning they didn’t confirm that it was canceled, they got my $40. As a stay at home mom, I could have gotten better use of my $40 getting groceries. Very disappointed in their lack of compassion.

Fantastic Educational App. My child loves her “school.” When I tell her it’s time to use the app and do school she gets super excited. The games are fun and educational. We’ve had the app for about two weeks and I already see such a big improvement with her. She’s learning her ABC’s and numbers. She’s also a big fan of the puzzles and food games!

Review of my child on Keiki!. Hello, I’ve been searching for educational games that will help my child learn. Not the same ballon pop like most toddler games. My child’s favorite game used to be dragging the fish to the castle but once figured out that it was other games it was history! She loves it and ask can she play a game everyday. I love this app. My son is 3 and he loves this app. He is able to choose between working on his letters, colors or even learning foods. Continuous charges after cancellation. I keep canceling this app and you continue to charge me weekly. Stop charging my card and delete all of my information. This company and app is a scam. I canceled before my seven day trial and you have charged my account five times my billing statement says that I am supposed to be renewing in a week but I have canceled. my Apple account under subscriptions it said has been canceled however, when I looked at my billing statement in my email saying that it continuing to be renewed. stop charging my account and never had this issue with any other app ever.

Great for my preschooler!. My daughter LOVES this app. She asks to play on it all the time and it makes me feel better giving her screen time because she’s constantly learning and problem-solving! I also love how they are working on screen time limits for parents to customize. Highly recommend!

Wish there were more older age appropriate games as you switch accounts. The app itself is cool with a wide variety of different games. However, I purchased this app because of the options to switch between children… but come to find out even tho they have “separate” accounts within the app… they are still the same games for both of them.. different ages… I wish the older (8yrs) had more age appropriate games, rather than younger aged games that my 3 year old plays.

Wow! The worksheets Tho. A great investment in myself as a parent and for my children. They love playing and learning on the app and I appreciate the learning worksheets, calendar of homeschooling activities and useful parenting tools that are available. Very thoughtfully built. I don’t like spending too much $ when not necessary but I do think this would be $ well spent it’s not that much if you are looking for ways to make learning a part of your daily life with your kids all the flash cards in 1 place plus we just got a new printer and the worksheets they offer are next level to me! 🤓
