Disappointed if you don’t have Apple electronics don’t purchase. Very disappointed was expecting this to be used on my sons tablet and it’s only for Apple wasted money cause he doesn’t have any Apple electronics.

Expensive and bugs.. My 2 year old loves the app, but it doesn’t work. I was immediately charged $40/6 months even though I was signing up for the free trial. It worked for a little while but now when I open the app in any device, it wants me to pay to continue, even though I have an ACTIVE subscription until January 2024. Even when I select to renew in January, it still does this. I’ve reached out to the company, but I believe this is truly a SCAM! I want my 6 months that I paid for, but now I’m going to cancel and delete. I don’t trust it!

Fix This Please. So I found this app from my instagram and I have been looking for education worksheets, activities, etc. and on the advertisement it said free? I don’t understand how it’s “free” when you have to purchase a membership. That’s not “free” when you have to buy something. If it costs money just say so for gods sake, don’t advertise as free. I can’t even see any type of preview before I spend the money as well? Pictures in the google play or iOS stores are normally different from what’s actually inside the app so I need to spend money before I get to see anything?

Cancel my subscription. I am trying to cancel my subscription, how do I cancel my subscription? I am in the 7 days of free trial. But I want to cancel it now, my son did not show any interest in this application.

Confused. I see ads on Facebook or insta and it will show lists on how calm ur child down or what tasks to do with ur child of a certain age. But when I enter the actual app I don’t see NONE OF THE tasks on the actual app . Why is that ! ?

Lifetime access. I love the limited access keiki! I’ve been thinking about getting the lifetime access… So, I haven’t been able to find any information… do not want to purchase lifetime access if it does not work for all Keiki apps. Can you use it for preschool, puzzle, etc? Do you have to purchase subscription for EACH app?!?! Can you use the subscription on multiple devices or JUST ONE? Thank you all so much for your help!!!

Ad is misleading. Ad shows chores for small children and app doesnt have that capability. Slightly disappointed in that matter. Otherwise so far so good i guess. It’s unfortunate that you cant try more than 2 pages in each category before having to buy more but oh well.

Beware of them charging you. I wanted to try this for 1 week and instead got charged for 6 months without my permission. On top of that I wanted to check out the worksheets that looked super cool on the FB advertisement. It barely has any worksheets and the calendar/weather one that they advertise is not even on there. Once you get on the app you can will discover that they offer it at an even cheaper price that is not advertised. This is NOT a trustworthy app as they are sneaky and don't provide what they advertise.

Confused. Is it possible to be logged in my daughters iPad and my cellphone with one subscription? Because it’s telling me to pay for another plan for her iPad and I’m logged in with the account I created on my iPhone.

Crashing. Just opened today and game keeps crashing. Also noticed a typo in the first 2 minutes of playing which is concerning for a learning game.

Currently waiting on support team. We love the app reported some minor issues that we ran into but one of the big issues is that when I went to log into into another device (so I can get my phone back from my child)I clicked that I had an account and when I logged in it said that my plan was inactive I purchased a lifetime plan thinking I would be able to use this on multiple devices or to at least be able to switch from one device to another. Hopefully there’s a solution

Charged 15 times in a 2 month period. Response to Kiki I canceled the subscription that was the first thing I did prior to my 7 day free trial after I canceled you kept charging me so telling me to do something I did is redundant I said I canceled it charged me after that over 15 times in one day I had 15 charges of $7.99 in ONE DAY FOR SANE APP I CANCELED IT THREW MY PHONE I DIDNT JUST DELET MY APP ITS 2021 I’m not brand new I know how to delete apps versus cancel. I had over 30 charges in a two month period I have my bank records to show. I had to do a charge back for $240 when your app charges daily there’s a problem. please contact me you keep charging my account. I have over 15 charges I had to cancel my credit card then you start taking it from my Apple Pay. You charged me 3 times $7.99 in one day. Your app didn’t even work I canceled the trial the next day and 2 months later still getting charged. When you try and contact this company it directs you to the app. I’ve gotten nowhere and just when I thought it was over $7.99 more out of my Apple Pay. STOP TAKING MY MONEY!!!!! Calling state’s attorneys office next. This is how serious this has become. It’s fraudulent at this point. Please contact me as I have tried to contact your company for help for months.

Didn’t even get to see if my child liked it before purchasing. It claims u get 1 day free I exit the app to check messages before completing giving toddler my phone reopen the app and it’s asking for credit card info smh . My child is very picky when it comes to certain games so wasting money isn’t a option!

PLEASE unlock the marine life game again!!. the ONLY game my 2 year old wants to play is “fishy game” and the free games have been cycled now that game’s locked!! you can lock literally every other game for all o care, please just bring back the marine life game.

Questions. My question is: if I paid for a subscription for the learning app my son is playing then he see’s puzzles of course he wants to play it. He clicks on it, it takes him to another app, hmm ok. Come to find out I have to pay again??? Why was it not a bundled app? I paid for the year already to pay again for another year or $10/month for the puzzles that’s connected to this app? Please help me make it make sense!!! I emailed them and I have yet to get a response

Doesn’t work. Attempted to get on a few different times today, every time we did the upgrade screen comes on and no way to get out of it unless you pay or just exit the app. Disappointed.

It doesn’t recognize my email. Before I purchase this app, I put in my email address but now it tells me that the email is incorrect. So, how do I fix that? Because I want to install it on my kids tablet and enter my email so I don’t have to pay for it again. Any help pls?

Doesn’t work all the time. This would be an excellent platform for learning if it would work!! I paid for 6 months and most of the time it is a chase for access, what I mean by this is there is a Wi-Fi symbol with an slash through it that flashes on and off, you have to click it before it disappears. What exactly did I pay for? I will not be renewing.

Update to my review. I purchased the lifetime app thinking I could use it on any device connected to my Apple ID unfortunately not the case wish I had read the reviews first it won't give me access to all activities and keeps telling me my email can not be recognized I've communicated with support and feel that I'm getting system generated response I purchased THIS back in May 2021 and my kids can't even enjoy it I'm EXTREMELY disappointed. UPDATE ON MY REVIEW: Support reached out and helped me with my issue. I can now use the app on all my devices that I have an apple account on. The app itself is a great tool for teaching children through play, it also has helpful printouts for the parents to get them off screen time and interact. All in all, after gaining access to the app I’ve purchased I’m content with the app, the price I’ve paid, and the current customer support that was given.

Even after deactivating subscription my money is deducted.. Scam app. I have deactivated my subscription. Even after deactivating it again got activated for a week and deducted amount from my account. This is final warn. I have deactivated. No meed of your subscription. Deactivated my account and stop deducting amount.

Scam App! Stay away!. I’ve sent multiple emails and still no resolution to my issue. I paid for a year’s subscription but when I went to the app it wasn’t showing as paid. I signed out and signed back in and it didn’t fix my issue. I tried logging into the app on a different device and not only did it not appeared as paid but the account I had set up for my kid was also gone and I was back at step 1 in the second device. I emailed support and they asked for a screenshot or video of my issue. I sent both! The video showing I was signed in and still didn’t have access to my paid account. I just received back a generic email giving me instructions on how to sign in. I emailed back saying that I was signed in and if I wasn’t going to be able to access my paid subscription then I wanted a refund and to cancel everything. After that I NEVER received any reply. I sent a separate email to support as well as a follow up on the original email thread with no reply. At this point I just was a refund and to cancel reoccurring payment as well as cancel the account. Horrible customer service/support. I should’ve listen to the negative reviews on here.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. First off, I had already made a claim to refund me my money, because I didn’t want the subscription anyway and I kept getting charged. I received the refund from Apple thankfully and I cancelled the subscription on my account too just to be safe. I received confirmation that it’s canceled, but I am still getting charged!!!! Extremely Frustrated. I downloaded this app months ago and paid $70 dollars for lifetime access and for months now it won’t open, I thought it was because it needed to update out even after I updated it, it still won’t work. I am extremely upset and frustrated because my child can’t enjoy this app that I paid for so if this isn’t fixed I would like my money back because I’m not able to utilize this app that I paid for and I can’t find a customer service number.

Not happy. I can’t print out the work pages it cuts it off so I canceled my fee trial I go look at it took $50 out of my bank account I didn’t see it as a big deal but I don’t get full access to all work pages I see it as if I’m going to pay $50 I should get full access without paying additional money I want my money back or give me full access so who do I talk to

Excelente app. My 2 yo has learned how to count, trace letters, shapes and numbers, as well as, recognize the letters of the alphabet. She is always excited to play with the app and sing along with the videos.

Sad. Sadly we wont be staying cause we can’t afford a subscription right now. They really need to make things like this free for children to learn. My son starts kindergarten this coming year 2021 and he is a bit behind on some things and this would be perfect but just like ABC mouse u have to has a subscription and we sadly can’t not everyone is able to spend money on a subscription. 😢

Unable to use application in my daughters iPad. I purchased an unlimited subscription through my cell phone and I can’t log in or use any of the games in my daughter’s iPad I normally purchased games for my children so they can use it through my family sharing and this app says it’s family sharing compatible and it doesn’t work I can’t even create a login or and it won’t work with my email restarted everything several times logged in and out of my phone and still doesn’t work..I WANT MY REFUND ASAP JUST LIKE YOU WHERE ABLE TO TAKE IT RIGHT OUT🤬

I like it. My daughter loves getting on this app. She’s 4 and it’s easy for her to use she does most of the things on the app on her own. I love that for her.

Working on iPad. I Been trying to download this app on my iPad for my child but it’s not working 😩I tried 5 times to download and unfortunately it’s not working .why is that ?

I’m tired of money hungry Learning Apps. It really bums me out that these learning apps that are supposed to be designed to assist your children in the learning process and bridge the gap from home and school learning but all they seem to care about is money. You can’t even try out the games before you pay for something that is virtually ineffective. I’ve paid for the yearly subscription for our daughter and its just pointless she still doesn’t have access. I get a Wi-Fi symbol with a sad face and no explaination of what that means. I checked the Wi-Fi in our house and its connected and our devices are working fine so I’m not sure what’s the issue. Im just really disappointed.

How to change age level. I added two other kids, different ages. How do they play on their levels?

Very FRUSTRATED. I really liked the app the first time using it but was really upset when they charged me after I cancelled my subscription! I have yet to hear back from anyone on the team and have no way to stop payments as I try to unsubscribe and there is no options on the app and it says I can’t end my account because I’m apparently a subscriber but I’m actually not??? 🙃Do not recommend at all. App down?. Ive got the life time subscription on another keiki app, my three year old loves it. And as a preschool teacher I do highly recommend. My concern is however, he wanted to play the number and abc puzzles which took us over to another app, which is fine i guess. But the app doesnt have any opening music, once i press skip or it enters into the app, the bottom half of my screen is whit whit the floating activities above. I’m unable to click on any of the activities and nothing happens, i have uninstalled , reinstalled. Closed and reopened. I don’t know why its not working

App issue. Everyday I’m having to delete and reapply on my daughter’s iPhone 7. I have an account and it automatically tries to get my child to subscribe everyday which is extremely aggravating! Then it won’t let me bypass to login. Please fix this or I’m going to have to cancel my subscription.

Keiki. I’m a teacher and believe in having a strong foundation before kinder begins! Keiki does just that. If you are looking for an educational game this is perfect for getting your kiddo ready for school. I highly recommend it! Love the worksheets that come with it as well

Nothing free. They have a 7 day free trail but u have to input all ur info. Like come on? All other kids apps at least have one or two things free and then you pay to unlock the other stuff. I’m not inputting my info before I can even check out something! That’s wrong on so many levels. They won’t even let you INTO THE APP before you subscribe smh

best game ever!. When i downloaded the game first when i first tryed to play a game i had to go to settings after it was so fun playing!

3 Year Old Homeschooled. I got this app with my 3 year old in mind. We do home schooling at home and it’s a simple stress free way to incorporate fun activities into learning! With progress reports on how the learning plan it is a great way to make sure what we are talking about and learning connects through the app as well! This app also helps reduce the mom guilt of handing your child a screen when you need to! You can ease your mind that they are learning and being engaged into beneficial games, videos and activities VS what some of the other apps you find for kids have!

Hide and seek. Level 3 of hide and seek is broken, the animals appear and then when the level starts you can’t find them. You can click everything on the level but can’t find the animals hiding

Frustrated feeling like I’ve been scammed. 2 minutes play no longer open. Started the app for about 2 minutes crashed no longer will open, gets to the loading screen the crashes , tried looking for updates updated the iOS deleted reinstalled still no luck.

App. The fact that i have seen multiple advertisements and when i go to click ALL leaening engagements For kids are all for purchase is very disappointing ….learning the basics should be free..

Fraud. I tried to sign up for one week free trial just to see if it was something that would work for us. I immediately got charged $55.49 CAD. I looked through their plan and couldn’t even tell which exactly warranted the cost I was billed for. The app has no contact I could reach other for a refund. Do not download!

DO NOT FALL FOR THE “FREE” TRIAL. They claim you will get a 7 day free trial but there is no trial, I was charged right away and when I requested a refund I was told “Please, be informed that according to our Subscription Policy, all purchases are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable”

Worth it. My 5 yrs son doesn’t usually have interest in learning apps. But Keiki did an amazing job from the choice of music, sound effect, colours and the cause and effect aspect from every activity. My son actually enjoyed the activity in the app and it’s easy to navigate the app independently and able to stay engaged for a bit longer duration. I’m a happy mama to be able to find this learning app. And the printable worksheets and parent guides are great. Highly recommend this app. Especially if you have a child with attention issue and learning delays.

Fraud. The actual app is free but when you open the app you have to pay to access it. I find this an inconvenience good thing I checked it before downloading it for my kids.

Grammar mistakes in an “educational” app. One of the first questions this app asks is “witch goals do you want your kid to achieve?” Is this a joke? This isn’t even like “there/their”. Witch and which are completely different words! 🙄 Too bad, I was interested in the app even though you have to subscribe to even see what they are all about (no preview) but I won’t even bother now.

They are scammers!!. You charge me $11.19 every week and I have no access to anything in the app, except the ability to purchase more items so the app is usable?! Are you kidding me. I don’t even know how to cancel this stupid thing so you will stop stealing my money.

Charged while on free trial. This don’t even deserve a 1 star. I got a free trial of this game and when I went to open it so my daughter can play, it charged me for 6 months. Why can’t I just play the free trail and see if it’s worth the money. Well it definitely isn’t now no matter how good the games could be. Every time I opened the app it brought me to the purchase page even though I was on my week free trial. I seen someone else who downloaded this game had the exact same issue.

Total scam and worst customer service ever. I have three overcharges on my credit card for 3 consecutive months even tough I cancelled my subscription and the application charged me over 100 dollars for nothing, I sent emails and I posted on your instagram account and on your Facebook page and no response at all.This is the worst experience I had with any application.

Poor communication regarding cancellation. My issue is not with the app but with the process to cancel. I opted for the free 7 day trial I had no option to click cancel subscription on my phone so I contacted support one day before the billing date renewed. As of February 4th I have received no response from the support team. I didn’t have the app downloaded on my phone ( we had it downloaded on my iPad under my husbands account ) and BOTH of us were charged for the free 7 day trial. There needs to be clearer communication regarding the terms and easier access for subscription cancellation. Due to lack of cancellation communication I’ve had to remove my Apple payment to prevent the app from possibly charging me again. My son loves the app but I will be looking for other options due to this mishap.

I am completely unimpressed with the program and frankly would like my money returned as everything is inaccessible and for 60 dollars that is not ok. Overcharged multiple times. I was charged multiple times for this app and I have no recollection of ever approving this. Hundreds of dollars should be refunded to me and I have no idea how to contact the company.

They will not stop billing me!. I can’t get them to stop billing me. I’ve canceled my subscription and it looks like they have been billing me on a weekly basis instead of monthly.

Horrible. I was interested in the 7 day free trial soon I as I subscribed to the trial I was charged $40 subscription instead not to mention you can’t log into multiple devices for the same account, ABC mouse is way better

Sad. I thought I found a great free app with some purchases to be made within the app since it said it was free.... it’s free to download but you must sign up for a subscription to even get into the app.

Could be great but it’s not. The games are great and age appropriate. $70 is a bit high for the app. Especially when you realize that they call shrimp hamsters and starfish hedgehogs! Great idea. Poorly executed

Scam. I paid - downloaded the app - signed in and it keeps asking me to pay. My credit card has been charged. Customer service won’t help. Do not waste you time or money. The so called limited version only gives you 1 simple puzzle to finish.

Upset customer !!!!. I downloaded the app for my kid , we did the free trial and she did not like it . I deleted the app off of my phone and noticed I am still being charged monthly for a app that not only am I NOT using but a app that’s not even on my phone anymore !!!!!! RIDICULOUS!

Collects money but never allows you to use the game. I have paid for this subscription and it will not allow me to use the game it just keeps asking me to pay again. Very horrible app

App is slow to load. I subscribed for the whole year but the app is very slow to load and my toddler hates it when it’s slow. He loves the app when it is working. I want a refund.

It didn’t work. The app downloaded onto my device and every time I tried to open it it, it said “Loading” and then the app automatically closed. My daughter never got to play it because it didn’t work. Can I get my money back?

Disappointed. I paid 7.99 for this and the worksheets weren’t opening .. they open only two for each subject This made me angry because it is not a small amount of money.

Cannot unsubscribe. My child was not interested so I tried unsubscribing. There is not a place in the app that lets you unsubscribe. Very unfriendly.

No sound. This app has no sound, literally just purchased. Every other app i have has sound but this one, I’ve checked both my sound and the setting on the game, no sound still.
