Registration from US works as expected!. I registered from US and it worked as expected. Text to register came to my US phone number In seconds then entered my blue national card details voila, I am in.

Garbage instructions. Last 4 digits of the ID number, which id? It’s not the national id as you ask that just above. Your instructions are trash.

Madem öyle, yurt dışında yaşayan, Türk vatandaşı olmayan, Türk sim kartı olmayanlara çare bulun. İşiniz gücünüz insanları saçma sapan bürokrasiye zorlamak. Sonra da turist yok diye ağlıyorsunuz

This App Shows The Issue With Turkey. This app is completely useless, broken, and made by the complete idiots of Turkey. This is the reason Turkey will never be in the EU, they are so far behind everyone else in intellect.

USA Phone number does not send an sms. I open the app to login on my account. It asks for a phone number. I reside in USA so I choose the US area code to send me a verification code and I don’t get any texts. I hit resend like 10 times. I didn’t receive anything. How am I supposed to get back on there? Giriş formu sorunlu. Tek tek kontrol ederek, türkçe karakter kullanarak her şeyi doğru girdiğim halde türkiye giriş formu "your identity could not be verified" diyor. App icin zaten verification yapilmisti ama form icin başka sistem var demek ki ve orada bir hata var benim bu hatayı tahmin etmem gerekiyor. Eski tip nüfus cüzdanım ve türkiye numarası olmayan telefonum olduğu icin, kimlik seri no ve telefon no olabilir diye düşündüm. "Telefon no gerekmiyor, her şeyi doğru girin" gibi baştan savan bir cevap aldım. Her şeyi doğru girdiğime ben eminsem, siz sisteminizi ne zaman düzelteceksiniz ki acilen ülkesine anne babası icin giden vatandaşınıza yola çıkmadan büyük stres ve eziyet etmeyin. Neyse büyük bir ayrıcalık böyle gereksiz stres çekmek, ülkeye girmeden insana hatırlatıyor oradaki yaşamın stresini. insallah sorun olmaz toplam 6 günlük adil ziyaretim.

Sharing Private Health Information. The app is sharing private health information not sure how Apple is ok with this. They have an option to hide the status of your health status but still shows it in a different way. Apple should ban this from apple store

Not receiving the verification code. Been trying it on and off for a few days now, but can’t get passed the setup screen. It asks for phone number to send a verification code, but I never receive it (Canadian number).

This application does not work. I have to take SAT exam in Turkey and I have to be there in 2 days, They Said I have to get a HES code from this application to be able to take the exam but the application does not work.

Easy to use and a great app. First of all I want to say that this is definitely a good way of tracking COVID and making sure people are safe, the app is simple and easy to use the menu is simple it has a lot of features like calculating COVID risk, COVID maps and tracking relatives, the app uses light colors like lime green and white which I also like, it’s also in English too so makes everything easier. I use t-mobile as my carrier and unfortunately I could receive a code to my number but that is about the carrier not the app Overall I don’t know what the fuss is all about and I can say that it is a very great and easy to use app that can help save lives, thanks for the Turkish health ministry for taking COVID seriously
