Finally. I went through at least three other apps to finally get want i wanted: a simple way to record and export my BP readings and notes. If you want something with functionality and simplicity this is for you. I don’t even have to suffer through ads.

It Helps. It helps me to track my BP! As a CDL driver, I need to stay on target. There are no bells and whistles, but it does what I need it to do!

Love the app. It’s easy to use and simple. I would love to see an addition to track my weight. Currently, just using the notes to be able to keep track of weight.

Excellent BP Tracker. This is a great blood pressure app that does not require a subscription or gather excessive data about you.

Easygoing App. This app is fairly well okay and easy to use. I would use Share feature if it would just summarize the time period or at least allow an option to choose. I would like an option to set Trends feature to go up to last 90 days with a weekly summary and grand average.

Great app!. Super easy. Visually clean. Although it does not take your bp, it is a fantastic way to record and store your readings as well as see trends. Best there is!

Nice BP app. Convenient and easy way to track, email or message your daily BP results. Note section is an added bonus, however it cannot be edited if you need to revise it after saving. You have to delete the event and redo. But for the price this is spot on.

Good but trends should be graphic. The trends which is one one of the biggest data needs need to be graphic rather than just numbers

Get this app!. This app is great for people like me who need to keep track of there blood pressure!!!

Poor title. App may be of use to some but needs manual entries after your doctors visit, usually your doctor takes the same notes anyhow

Pretty good app if you only want no-nonsense record keeping.. Simple, effective and to the point. Clean user interface. The app feels polished. Package footprint is tiny. Great job.

Great App!!!. This is a simple, quick, intuitive way of listing Blood Pressure readings chronologically. Great for comparing changes in BP over time. Exactly what I was looking for.

Handy BP tracker. I find this a simple and very useful app in which I track my BP readings. I only need to open the app and all my readings are there for my Doctor to see. Easy Entry.

Fantastic app with no frills. This is the type of app design that originally made phone apps so great. No ads, no subscriptions, no busy interface. It does one thing and it does it simply and elegantly. Major kudos to the developer. Been using it every morning, and it’s simplicity makes it a pleasure to use. If it had some basic data visualizations it would be 10 stars.

Suggestions. I would have given this 5 stars, but it seems to lack your weight and the ability to add the data to the Health app, if these 2 things can be added, I’ll change my review to 10 stars.

Great app but please update!. Love the simplicity of this app but the stages need to be updated for the various BP ranges. The ranges don't match the stages. For eg 120/84 is stage one? It's actual normal range. Thanks!

Good, Simple App. Very handy to be able to log my BP. Can record systolic, diastolic and HR. Gives you your average reading over 2 weeks of BP and HR. Tells you what stage of hypertension you are in. Although, that is not 100% accurate - I had readings of 124/91 and 126/94 and it put me in stage 2, but the next time my reading was 130/97 and it categorized it as stage 1 when both numbers are clearly greater than the last 2!

Bare bones. I mean it records your BP so it’s a good app there but it’s the “note pad” of BP recordings. Don’t get me wrong it does what it’s supposed to and is so simple to use

Blood Pressure Suggestion. It would be really nice if it showed if the entry had a “note” and possibly the times of day after the date.

Better than keeping a paper record. It’s a basic app, doesn’t integrate with Apple Health App or any other biometric tracking apps.

Works, but not a great user experience. Tried to add an entry, but the save button is disabled. No straightforward way to fix this - so app appears to be broken. Otherwise seems exactly what I need - pity. Edit: apparently every field needs to be filled in, and with correct values (eg pulse). The app does not make this clear nor provides any message. UX could use some updates to make it more obvious how to use.

Simple. Would like it if the ap if data could link to my health ap it is included like other health information.

Simple to use and great design!. Beautifully simple app with no frills or ads. One thing I would love implemented would be to configure how long the computer average is instead of just 2 weeks. Physicians I am sure would want to see something longer like 30, 60, 90 days. Thank you!

This is a great app. My MD loved it. It shows tells you what your bp means and if it’s too high it tells you it’s a crisis. Easy to enter data. Easy to review and show your provider. The colors help call attention to trends. It’s a great app. I love it and I’m a RN
