Pretty but super short. Pretty game, but took me about 30 to get from beginning to end. I would have liked it to be a little bit more of a challenge.

Wish it was longer. I personally loved this game but I finished it in less the 20 minutes i was honestly sad but it’s still a really good game is you are into puzzles and adventure games 😊

Super short not worth the money. Finished the game in 15-20 minutes. Not worth the money. Basically you just click until you do something. Artwork was nice and the game somewhat relaxing but again not worth paying for. I hope they add more levels so I can feel it’s worth the money.

What did I just play?. I bought a game because I thought the art style looked really cool. Turns out the UI is really not intuitive. I ended up just tapping on the screen until I eventually figured out what it was I was supposed to do. And it’s super short. I’m assuming there is some kind of story, but it’s too abstract to make sense. I wouldn’t waste my time or money again.

Mostly random screen tapping. I thought the game looked cool, and I was quite a few levels in when I realized I had no idea what was happening in the “story”. A good part of the time, I wound up randomly tapping the screen until something happened. Another reviewer compared it to Monument Valley. This game is NOTHING like Monument Valley. The graphics are minimal. There is nothing to learn and build on, and if there was a story, I have no idea what it was.

Why Bother. It moves slowly and with no real purpose. I lost interest very quickly. I’m just tapping a screen to make some random thing happen. It’s a short game I understand but I keep getting interrupted and it can’t seem to save my progress. So far it’s been a waste of time and money. Can’t recommend it.

This doesn’t do anything. The screen is black and it just says “connect game pad to continue”, even though my game pad is connected.

Too short for A Great Game. This game was on my preorder list as soon as I saw it. I love games in this category and was super excited to get to play this as soon as it was released. However, this game became disappointing after I completed it in 20 minutes, give or take a few minutes. Puzzles was simple but not a lot to it in furthering the story. Meaning I was hoping the puzzles were intertwined with the story. I am just hoping after paying for this small game there will be episodes or more to it added along the way. But I do give kudos to the people behind the game. The game in itself with involving death as it is much a taboo in most societies gives a way for others to look at it from others perspectives.

DISAPPOINTED. Thought there could of been more to the story itself. At first I thought it was a very creative puzzle/game and I was so interested, then after finishing it twice I completed the game within 10min. At the end of the game I was VERY DISAPPOINTED . Hoping there is more to this game future wise

Artsy fartsy pointlessness. What is this supposed to be, a joke? There is no story, no game, no purpose and most of all no fun. It is a blessing how short it is. Quite possibly the most disappointing app that i ever encounteted.

I don’t even know what happened. Did I play a game? Was it art? How do you rate art, and how do you say if it’s worth its price? For a game - it’s dissapointingly short. It literally has 3 puzzles that are solved and gone in 15 minutes. Don’t reccomend you spend any money on this game. But, if you like art, it’s worth its money.

Infinity stars. A beautiful odd short interactive work of art. For fans of cotton games and amanita. I hope there will be more like this!

Short. I had fun, but it only took me 45 minutes to finish the game.

A poetic game. Yes it's a game, but more than that is art. I like it a lot for being original and aestetically well done.

Great!. The game is beautiful and love how it was made! My only thing is that it’s super short, as in it only takes an hour to finish.

Good but the intro. The intro is not the best it throws you in the and I don’t think there was a tutorial but once you get past the intro it’s not hard And some parts take long but the game is very good (if you like this game I would recommend monument valley)

Too short. The game and gameplay are good but for $2 I think it should be a lot longer.

Arrog. I thought it was a beautiful game but it was way to short. Although I don’t mind supporting peoples work I don’t think it was worth the $1.99. There are free apps that last longer than that.

Beautiful game and great story. The game has beautiful art and is very relaxing to play. I enjoyed figuring out the puzzles and seeing the story develop.

Add more levels?. I was SO excited for this game. It really fit into the type of games I enjoy. I’m a little disappointed that it only took me 30 minutes to play. Especially since this is a game you pay for. Would love to see more levels and difficulty added!!

The game. I loved the game but I wish it was longer. It had a very unique style that I liked, but I wish they gave you more of a story line and made the game longer. I finished it pretty quickly.

Seriously?!. I paid $2 for what? Maybe an hour of gameplay?? That’s ridiculous! It wasn’t really a “ game”... its a story with a few little things to touch. I just wasted money

Way too short. I like the fact that it was a unique game. There was nothing difficult or challenging about it, very relaxing. I didn’t understand what the story was about, other than a person died. What was the purpose of the hippo? It was just way too short for a paid game. I finished it in 20 minutes.

Lovely and provocative. We are funny creatures, aren’t we?! We’ll pay $5 for a (usually throwaway) greeting card with nice art, but complain about a $2 app not being sufficient, failing to recognize the craft and time that goes into this kind of original storytelling, animation and music. Why kvetch about the length when it says right in the description that it takes 20-30 minutes to play?! I found the story + artwork + puzzle play + soundtrack delightful, innovative and intriguing, and it’s refreshing to interact with a piece of unfolding art in a right-brained, unexpected way. Bravo.

Not a good game. I stuck with it only because I paid for it. I want my 20 minutes back. The plot was random and overly artsy, and the puzzles were kindergarten level.

Great style, little substance. This game has a great concept and neat art. But it only had maybe half a dozen puzzles and a lot of slow cutscenes that couldn’t be skipped. I also agree with the other review that said not all the navigation or goals were intuitive. Pretty disappointing, overall.

Utterly beautiful. Wonderful, artistic, calming and utterly beautiful adventure. It makes you slow down and think on the tasks with no instruction. I appreciated the time to investigate and find my own way. Lovely graphics and sounds.

Awful. You should offer refunds. Game makes no sense. Just clicking on random things until something happens. Awful story line. I don’t even write reviews. That’s how bad I feel like this game is.

Great relaxing game. I echo others saying it was way too short, but I want to see more from these guys so I’m giving it 5 stars. I too was boggled by the story, but it really didn’t matter as it was entertaining. Loved the art.

Stunning Visuals; Lackluster Gameplay. The hand drawn animation and story design are spectacular. Unfortunately the gameplay is fast and unchallenging. The story elements are beautiful. But this is a game you could finish in about 20 minutes with every little cognitive energy expended on your part. I wish the game play was more harder.

Fun, beautiful, way too short. I prefer a game I can play a little each day over a series of days. Right when I thought I was wrapping up for day 1, I actually finished the whole game.

So culturally relevant to our times. It was so soothing to go through Arrog’s life and death and feel his peoples’ grief and songs and the animals who lead and follow and eventually how he becomes the earth.

It was good but I was a little confused by the instructions. I wasn’t too sure what to expect from the game. It was a beautifully created animation. However I wasn’t sure if the instructions were meant to come before or after the puzzle were solved? My instructions came on after the puzzle. Was this intentional or a glitch? Overall was good.

Simply Magic. Though short, it is a perfectly paced original game. A subtle message delivered through it’s bizarre environments and objects. Beautiful landscapes, intriguing characters and immersive sound design. This is also joined by the interesting puzzles and gameplay further enhanced through the whimsical nature of the movement and artworks. Through seamless transitions from section to section, it transitioned to the end where I was expecting more, wanting more, thinking there was more when it wrote ‘The End’. I thoroughly enjoyed this more than I thought I would, like a hidden gem, unexpected - yet simply magic.

Beautiful but too short. Enchanting experience provided with music, sound effects and artwork. However the game play is extremely short. Only a few minutes. This would be suitable for less experienced puzzle players and children.

Super cute. A super cute series of minigames. Can be completed in about 30 minutes. The pacing was difficult for me at the beginning but actually it is the most perfect aspect of the game. It demanded i slow down and tune in. I even noticed my breathing slow and my body relax. A really well crafted and thoughtful piece of art.

:). I really enjoyed the simplistic animations as well as the music and sounds used, it was calming as well as nostalgic for some reason. The puzzles were fairly easy but to the point were it was enjoyable and not boring. Though I was expecting it to be a longer game with more added puzzles and story lines, slightly disappointed with how short it was. But I’m still pleased with it overall (please make it longer though, pleaaaaaasseeee)

Beautiful but short and not much gameplay. If you want to see a beautiful animation for the visual art story experience, this is well worth it. Amazing art style. But if you want a mysterious adventure game to figure out, this is not for you. Most of it is just tapping to reveal the next animations. There is very little game play and it's extremely short. It wasn't worth the price to me but I had to rate something good to recognize the artistic work put into it. Would have been 5 stars if I found it as a YouTube animated short instead.
