Great stories for FREE!. This is a great app for reading! Tons of great stories although nearly all have editing errors here and there. Of course, this is the same with ALL the other reading apps you will find out on the web. This app gets the highest rating possible from me for the simple fact that it is FREE! Tons of stories - all for free!! So what if it means dealing with ads. I would much rather deal with an advertisement between chapters instead of, ultimately, paying more to read a story than nearly any book in a Barnes and Noble bookstore. 😃

Almost perfect. I have enjoyed reading on this app and have recommended it to friends. I have two issues though. 1-I can only use it when I have an internet connection (living on an island in the pacific, Internet is not always reliable). 2-you have put a limit on how many adds I can watch to spin for free coins. If I want to waste my time watching adds, then I should be able to do that as much as I want. I read very fast and go through my coins too quickly. I like this app because I can read for free, but if you are going to stop me from getting free coins, then I will go back to my regular reading app, that I have to pay for the books anyway. I am reading too quickly for me to get enough coins to read a complete book

Great reading app.. I would love to give this app 5 stars but with all the ads and app crashing on me. I can’t. The material of reading is great. I could just sit and read books from this app all day long. They only offer 15 minutes of ad free reading and you only get it once a day. If you are a avid reader in the app you should either get longer than that or able to read ad free more than once a day. Also, if books have sequels or even if its a trilogy, you should give the info on the others books or even other books by that author. Just a few suggestions. The app has great content and awesome books to read that will have you hooked for hours.

The Billionaires Baby. I am NOT a person who reads but I got caught up on an add for READIT playing one of my games so I started reading the bit that it showed and I got stuck on it. I of course had to download the app so I could finish reading it. I’m so glad I did! This “book” took me 2 nights to read and it was so good! I will being reading a lot more now. I like that you don’t have to pay money to read these books but of course I did bc I couldn’t wait long enough to build up coins to read the entire thing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Love so much. I am 59 years old and was a very active reader back in school years and way beyond. I stopped reading after having kids and then grandchildren. I happen to see this app and decided to download it. I let it sit for a few days on my phone before opening it. I am so happy I finally did. I am back to my love of reading actively. I can’t seem to get anything done around my home now because I’m always reading. I highly recommend this for anyone who love good reading and so many to choose from. I’ll never be bored again. Don’t love the update!. I really enjoy this app. However the I do now enjoy the new update. With this new update the rewards have changed. The spin to win has went from multiple spins to only one a day. There used to be were you could watch 3 adds a day and get coins every day and you are no longer able to do that. I do not mind spending money on the app to read when the rewards and evening out with what I am spending which it what it seemed to be doing. But now it seems I’m spending more to read with less rewards. None the less I will still be using the app, just not as often now.

Worth every star.. This is by far the best free application I’ve downloaded. Unlike many I have found, with Readict you have the option to watch a 30-45 second add to continue the chapter, as opposed to spending money or jumping through hoops to continue the author’s story. That’s greatly appreciated. Their authors will leave you clinging to the edge of your seat, eager to get the next chapter and hanging off their every word and so many novels to choose from. My only question is if Readict has proof readers? Out of 100+ chapter novel, I know there will always be typos but find myself at time assuming what the author meant. If not, a role I would happily fill love every minute of.

best I've found yet. I've tried a lot of these types of stories apps, and this one is my favorite. All the others have complicated coin/point/etc systems that are nearly impossible without spending real money, but this one is just add based. I know for some people watching an add between each chapter might be annoying, but they're not very long and it means I can read as much as I want in a day without spending any real money. I also have loved some of the books a lot. There are others that aren't as good, that I just DNF. But I've been using it for months and have yet to run out of things to read.

Ridiculous. I don’t have a problem with the app really, it does start to freeze at times but I just close and reopen the app and that seems to do the trick. I like the stories although I really wish the authors would proofread before submitting. But what I find frustrating and ridiculous is the amount of ads you have to watch or the amount of coins you have to use to skip the ads. I just want to read, I don’t want to watch freaking HOURS of ads just to do that or pay an absurdly large amount of money for coins that do not last that long. If you did a subscription that guaranteed no ads, I’d subscribe to that. I’m just sad because I like the stories even if I have to figure out what the heck the author is trying to say but I’m going to end up deleting the app. Anyone know of a better reading app with similar stories??

Love the app hate the ads. I have been using this app for over two years now and I love the stories it has and the amount of different options it provides. However recently when watching an ad to get a new chapter, I am unable to close the ad. This was fine for a little while as I could just close the app and reload and the next ad would work fine but it has become a problem of no matter how many times I close the app every ad continues to not close and I can’t get the next chapter. Please fix this so I can go back to loving this app for hours on end.

Problems and Praises. I really love this app, it’s super easy too use most of the time and you aren’t constantly being barraged with adds. The point system is also really good. Now too some cons, sadly. I really don’t like the new update that gives you a time limit too use the stars you get. I also had unlocked several books that I have too watch adds for again. This a new thing and I don’t know if it’s the update messing up, or my phone or something. It’s really annoying too have to watch adds for chapters I’ve already unlocked previously. Other than that you get exactly what is advertised in this app. Great experiences, except for the thing I mentioned earlier

Don’t bother. This app has great stories HOWEVER it takes me two days just to be able to unlock a single chapter!! Sometimes more because one book I’m currently reading is 49 stars or coins to unlock and another I wanna read next is 96 stars or coins!! I get 20 (mostly. There is one day that’s 40 and one day that’s 80) stars per day and I can watch one single ad to get a wheel spin which has 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 50, or 100 stars but I’ve only ever gotten 3 and 5 on the wheel. The people posting reviews where you can watch an as to unlock a chapter s not true at all. There’s also no time locked chapters like other apps where you get one free chapter every X amount of hours. I want to read these stories but I’m not paying .50¢ and $1.00 per chapter. That’s insane!!!!

Like but dislike. I really like this app, because if you don’t have the money to purchase coins, you can watch a quick ad to go to the next chapter & read for free like it states. However it keeps freezing up during reading or during an ad, where I’ve have to exit out of the app & reload it & even have to shut my phone off & turn it back on at times. It’s also not allowing me to read the stories at times & says it’s not got any connection, but I know my WI-FI is working just fine, because it’s working on all my other apps & devices in my home, plus I have unlimited data on my phone, so it has to be a problem in the app it self. I really want to be able to read the stories & enjoy this app. I hope you get the problem fixed soon!

Perfect but Glitchy. It’s perfectly free with the options to buy coins to get a pass into each chapter or by watching an ad. When I saw that 28 coins skips ads, I assumed that meant ALL ads since it’s only one ad per chapter. Now I know better. So, I’d checked out watching ads in order to proceed with chapters but what I find is that certain ads will play completely through and then FREEZE and cause a force exit without ever getting credit for watching that ad. One specific ad is for Fiona’s Farm and it does it 4/5 times it’s shown (I’m on a iOS). Perfect for both authors and readers alike IMO but the ad freezes is a glitch that doesn’t quite sit well with me as it isn’t the sort of time waster I was hoping for.

Absolutely the BEST. I love this app. It gives you the option to buy “credits” to read the next chapter but you can also just watch a short ad and move on too. You can watch 3 ads a day for a total of 30pts (10 each) along with a daily bonus (5-10 credits) plus you can watch an ad to spin the wheel and win even more credits. Most chapters cost 24 credits to skip the ad. Stories are spicy and sexy and definitely something you should not let your underaged children read. This app should make sure that the reader knows it’s for a 18+ audience. Honestly the best book app I’ve found in the App Store. I’ve recommended Readict to dozens of people and I myself read on it everyday.

Readily. I have read 2 whole stories. I have also read all the reviews. I haven’t noticed the app freezing or crashing during an ad, BUT, I’ve got more serious real life things happening that is constantly on my mind and just not stressed about the add issues. But honestly, these stories are on Wattpad as well. Idk if all of them are, but I DO know that 1 or 2 of them are on Wattpad. So to those who are tired of this app, I agree with you. Find the author and stories you love on here, then go see if they are on Wattpad, or Galatea/Inkitt and read them there & delete this app. That’s what I’m doing. Sorry developers, but I REALLY don’t need this added frustration along with real life frustrations. People who love to read, do so to escape the real world for awhile to destress from the real world issues. Your app won’t make it, or make money, if no one keeps the app due to all the freezing & crashing issues your app has. You ask the people for screenshots of the issues they are having. WHY? Is understanding what we are saying too confusing for you? Are you all so H O I T Y - T O I T Y - F R O O - F R O O that you don’t even believe in your own app to not even use it yourself to see these issues for yourself & fix it? Well, honestly, technically & legally you don’t have to. Just shut this app down and find other jobs if this app programming & money making job is too stressful for you to handle. Seriously.

Wow! Incredible stories. These stories are really decent! However, I am completely frustrated by the ads freezing. It freezes EVERY TIME and it’s maddening. The current problem app is ZEN COLOR. I followed the instructions to no avail. I am getting sick and tired of having to turn my phone off for minutes at a time to clear it!! Even worse? Now, shutting down doesn’t work! When I re-boot and open it, either the ad is still open & frozen, or it takes me to the end of the completed chapter and it starts all over again. Please make it stop! Please!! 5 stars because it wouldn’t be seen or acknowledged with 1 star. PLEASE FIX THIS!!

Be Careful! Purchasing contact not available!. I invested some money in this app, because I really enjoyed the narratives of the different stories. But I started to read one charmed it was great I got really into it so I decided to purchase the entire book upfront with the coins that you get from them. When I went back the next day to finish reading the book, it is now no longer available. I emailed customer service and they said that the contract had expired with the author and there was nothing they could do. I read maybe two chapters of the book. All I asked, was for a refund for the stars or coins to use in the program not even a actual cash monetary refund so I could purchase other Contant and they said there was nothing they could do I don’t think that that’s fair to anyone that uses this app and I would highly recommend not using it and using something else.

Not happy. So I have enjoyed some of the stories I’ve read on here. I appreciate that there is a wide variety and also that the stories are relatively short - most of them I can finish in an evening or two. But there are some obvious issues. First of all, I’d paid for premium, but I still had to watch a ridiculous ad whenever I’d open the app. That alone made me consider canceling my premium subscription, particularly because the app would randomly close as I was reading, then I’d have to reopen and watch another ad. Second, the quality of the writing in a lot of these stories is not very good. Sometimes, I can look past bad grammar, spelling, or repetitiveness, etc, but a few times it’s been so bad that I just can’t finish. The last straw for me is that I saw today they are doing away with the premium subscription. There are so many other apps out there, so I don’t think I’ll be wasting my time with this one any longer.

2 stars rn. I have had this app before a loved it because I didn’t need to spend tons and tons of money on it but then they changed it where you can’t watch ads anymore and instead you have to use coins and stars also some chapters takes over one hundred coins which is why some people enjoyed to watch the ads instead of having to pay more for coins because it takes longer for the book to read then you slowly lose interest because of how much your spending on stars and coins but of course this is just my opinion and you all have your own opinion but in my case until they let us use ads to unlocked chapters 2 stars for a little bit.

If you like frozen screens, this is the app for you!. I’m just trying to get through my first story on here but it’s impossible! I am enjoying the story and I don’t even mind watching an ad at the end of each chapter, but the problem is that every single ad freezes up the app. I then have to restart the app and watch a second ad which then has a 50/50 chance of freezing and making me do the process again. I’ve read 6 chapters so far and had to restart the app 13 times. This is ridiculous! I’m also not alone in this as I see so many others in this reviews have had the exact same issue for ages and it is never fixed. It’s a real shame since the story was good, but I’ll be deleting this app because it’s definitely not worth the trouble. Developers should really listen to their feedback.

Zero stars for SCAMS. I give this app zero stars and a couple of middle fingers if I could. It’s an absolute scam. If you want actually free stories then I suggest you stick to ao3 or wattpad or literally anything but this app. The books are WAY to expensive, They took away the free rcoins, then replaced them with star coins and then then doubled the price of coins per chapters and then just so you can’t save up enough and have to spend real money if you wanna buy chapters in bulk, the advertisements that you have to sit through to earn the coins conveniently crash after the developers have already earned their money but before you’ve earned your coins, they crash way more often with every new “update” (forcing you to watch more then double the amount of ads and still get not enough coins to unlock more than 1 chapter a day) they made the new coins expire without accurately warning you that a certain portion of your coins are about to expire. This app lies to you and tells you that all of your coins are still valid and that you still have 3 days to spend your coins and then deletes them with zero warning. This should be illegal and apple needs to take this app off the store and SOON cuz they refuse to fix this. You can literally read more words on super restricted twitter than you can on this app.

Readict novels & Romance. I really enjoy the books I read, but I’m starting to have real problems and can’t seem to find a solution, at the end of the chapter there is advertising but at the end it freezes and I can’t go back to what I was originally reading it’s a real pain in the rear. I have to turn the phone completely down the phone and start again to have the exact same problem. I would really appreciate a solution to this problem. And please stop ending the chapters without completed it, then you a new book is coming soon so you can read the actual ending and that was 2 years ago. HELP PLEASE

Comparison. I actually love this app! Compared to so many other reading apps that I’ve downloaded and tried, this one is BY FAR my favorite. I honestly don’t have a problem watching ads to unlock the next chapter. Other apps make you buy coins or wait an ABSURD amount of time till you can read the next chapter for free. One thing I do see happening a lot is that sometimes once I’ve already watched quite a few ads to unlock new chapters, or have been reading for longer then an hour on the app, the ads will start freezing up which causes me to close the app and restart it, which can get annoying, but overall great app! Highly recommend!!!

That’s suspicious. That’s weird.. Anyone else find it really coincidental that the app crashes every time you try to go to a new chapter? So instead of watching one ad, you’re watching upwards of 6 just to change pages? And unless you buy coins, it’s hard to collect enough to skip ads, so you don’t really have a choice but to watch them. I see you also removed the subscription option. Just updated the app and I had to watch 4 different ads just to progress in the story I’m reading because guess what y’all? It’s still crashing. Nice little cash cow you got going. Or should I say crash cow?

ADS KEEP CRASHING. Can’t even get into the app when the 1st ad is constantly crashing!!! The ads keep crashing at the beginning and between chapters. The “x’s” to exit the ad are too small. You hit the “x” in the wrong way and you have to reboot the app then watch another ad to get to your book then another to change the chapter, but the ads keep crashing over and over and over. It’s ridiculous to have to watch 10 ads in row because they keep crashing and then be full of anxiety because you know another ad is coming up when you change chapters. It even seems like it gets worse the longer you read. As often as it happens, I can’t believe that it’s not intentional. Way to lose readers, but keep those ad dollars rolling in. I just started Readict, have read a few books, but I’m done and not coming back unless things change. I don’t even see any of these reviews being answered. The developer obviously doesn’t care about their readers.

All free chapters. I can most definitely say that I enjoy Readict. I have tried a lot of novel books on the App Store and out of 10 I still have 1. Books chapters are worth the download. You get done with the chapter and here is the best part about that, you watch an ad and the next chapter is totally free. I’ve had this app for 5 years and it is still holding on strong. You don’t need to pay money unless you want to read straight through in the short story (novel) because if you’re like me you just don’t have the funds to do so. I love it and will recommend it to you yes you wholeheartedly. Try it you won’t regret it.

Readict app. I love this app! The only thing that would make it better is if the ads would close when the X showed up to close the ad. The ad is one that was already a game I was playing on my phone but it wouldn’t close. I would try everything and in the end delete app and redownload it but problem would still happen. I finally found a solution and it has worked so far. I love the stories that I am reading and have recommended the app to friends. I love the fact that I have books at my finger tips as I travel without having to pack and carry them. I just love this app!!

Great app. It’s the only reading app I currently have because all of the others have either time limits where you are forced to wait days to continue reading, or they force you to pay. This app allows me to watch super quick ads then get back to reading! A lot of the books have small amounts of grammatical errors or were mistyped but honestly it’s something I can look past since it’s free and I can easily read 1 whole book a day without spending a dime. If I cannot get into the book because of the errors I simply start reading a new book! The reviews on the books are very accurate and help me determine if I actually want to read the book. A lot of reviews give you heads up on the grammar, they tell you if it’s an abrupt ending, or tell you if the characters are overly toxic/don’t make sense to the story line. Definitely recommend this app over any other reading app.

Recoins problem. This is so far the best app I use to read stories. It has so many options I can choose from I definitely recommend getting this app the only thing that I really hate about this app is that you have to get recoins every chapter to continue reading and if you don’t have enough you have to wait until the next day or wait until your coins add up to read again . It’s way different than how it was before there are no ads but you do have to pay recoins to continue reading.

Disappointed. At first I thought it was a great app, but I have already spend more money on here for ONE book and I haven’t even been able to finish the book yet as I rain out of Rcoins. If I can buy a book from the book store for less than this, why bother? Also after I purchased the two cheapest coin packs, I think it was 5 dollars and 20 dollars, they both disappeared and the only ones I can buy now are the expressive ones.. I’m not spending more money. Sorry but these authors are just starting out so we already deal with the spelling and grammar errors.. I’m not spending more money for their books when I can get better quality for less at a book store.

I do like the app. I really like the app so far. I’m in my first story and am really enjoying it, but one thing I’ve noticed is that you have to watch ads between each chapter. Okay no problem I can do a quick ad after the chapter. What I do have a problem with is the fact that I make it all the way through the ad and the X appears, but I can’t click it. Why? I don’t know, but I have to shut down the app and reload it, go back to the story, and then hope it lets me go to the next chapter. What’s even more annoying is sometimes it’ll take you to the next chapter, others it makes you rewatch an ad and hope for the best. I really hope that gets looked into and fixed because it’s really frustrating and this really seems like a good app otherwise.

Don’t bother- developers won’t fix. They have known about the crashing problems for months, they do not respond to the feedback or attempt to fix the problem. If you don’t mind watching about 2 minutes of video every five minutes or less don’t bother. Every chapter you have to watch a video which would be no problem if the videos didn’t constantly crash, making you watch two or three more videos after you close and reopen the app. One book will have you watching up to one hour or more of video’s. Some of the books might be worth it, but others are so full of grammatical errors that you will spend more time trying to figure a sentence out then reading a full chapter. If the developers read this you really need to correct these issues as everyone of the reviews have been about these two problems. Or how about Apple allowing an app to continue without monitoring developmental issues that have been reported. Please fix!!

Earning coins is super annoying. Reading your first chapter is free anything afterwards you either have to buy coins or earn them. I don’t mind watching ads to get coins, however, the problem lies with the app crashing/freezing making you unable to move on. I constantly have to refresh the app to get a working ad. When you only get 5 coins per time when the next chapter is 60 gets super annoying. It’s not worth spending the money, because the next chapters gets more and more expensive. Also it is a wheel for ads but I get unlucky and got five coins three times in a row. The bus ad, and the makeover ad is the two I had most issues with. I would love to see what happens next cause I am invested in some stories, but I’m not interested with a broken app.

Waste of time. NOT WORTH IT! It was originally a great app, I was earning 400+ coins a day and able to get a decent amount of chapters done, but then the company changed the number of times you can play ads to earn coins to about half of what I was able to do before. No big deal. But then they changed it AGAIN to stars and made it so you only get the daily amount and one ad. Then when that didn’t suit them, you had to use the amount you earned in the next 3 days, so you can’t save up at all. It took me a week to read a full book, if that, originally. Now it takes me a week to even come close to earning enough to get a single chapter, or it did until this last update. So if you want to read a book, you have to pay for it. The best way to read a book for free now, is on Kindle Unlimited, at least that way I can read without paying insane amounts for a book I might only read once.

Great stories but….. Both ads for the app and people “reviewing” mention being able to read books for free but that’s not the case at all. You can start books for free. And you can watch exactly ONE ad to spin a wheel for a few free coins. And you get a daily amount for free for logging in. But as someone who can get through a book in a day with ease it’s really annoying that I have to wait multiple days to be able to read for “free” as advertised. I bit the bullet and purchased 900 coins not realizing that was no where CLOSE to what I needed to be able to finish the book I was reading. And I started reading a 2nd one and now have to choose between the two to unlock a single (very SHORT which is also kinda annoying) chapter. Which that 2nd book I got 30mins to read as much as I could for free and it locked me out of the chapter I was reading when I only had 2/3 paragraphs left. Went to unlock the next chapter and it only unlocked the one I was on last. So I spent 42 coins, that took me two days to earn, on only 2 freaking paragraphs and was still locked out of the next chapter. I want to finish both books so badly but I hate having to read one chapter at a time, choosing between two books, over WEEKS or spend almost $40 on a single book. Which I don’t have. That’s why I downloaded this “amazing free” book app. 😑

Great stories, but frustrating to reread anything. I’m not proud to admit this, but I have spent quite a lot of money on this app. I’m not a patient person when it comes to reading… hah But anyway. When I’m the ‘Scrolling’ mode, the one thing that is helpful at the time, but is super infuriating later on, is that while in each episode (chapter), the app keeps track of where it is you were last reading when you click to the next chapter or leave the app. And as helpful as it is while you’re reading through the first time, if you decide that you want to restart reading any of the chapters you’ve already scrolled through, you have to manually scroll back up to the top of each chapter which is very time consuming and totally frustrating. Especially when you get done reading a story that hasn’t been completed yet and you move on to the next story, then try to restart reading the previous story over once it’s been ‘completed’. Ugh! It’s annoying and frustrating!

I love this app. I have tried a few reading apps, as I love to read. This is by far my favorite one. I don’t like to have to pay to read a book, and with Readict you don’t have to. You can pay if you want to skip the ads, but honestly, I don’t mind watching them between chapters. I do like that you can earn coins by checking in each day then use the coins to skip ads. It takes like 34 coins each time but the longer your check in streak is, the more coins you get. There is a huge variety is genre, from mystery to werewolf.

Too Many Adds. I have enjoyed the stories but read fir free? Really? I have to watch up to 6 ads to move on to the next chapter. The ads I watch don’t allow for the “x” to be hit to close the ad. The only time I have enjoyed reading in a timely manner is when I buy coins and pay for it. This is ridiculous. Having to watch so many ads makes it take up to 20 minutes to read one chapter. That drives me crazy. If it is free with ads make it 1 ad per chapter. Not having to watch multiple ads if you don’t hit the “x” in time to get credit. I am thinking about going back to my other apps that I have to pay for. At least there I don’t have to watch 20 minutes of ads per chapter.

Not worth it. When I first downloaded this app, I could save the “money” system to get my chapters in the books I was reading. Then they changed the system to “stars” and took away the other ways to earn the stars. That is okay. However, the stars degrade at 3 days. This makes it impossible to purchase chapters with the stars. Yes, I get they are trying to make money and have you purchase the stars. That would even be okay if you could purchase for a reasonable cost. I was reading a really good thriller book and could not save enough stars to open the next chapter. Went to look at purchasing the stars needed. Over $10. I went to my trusty search bar and found the author had the book for sale and I bought it for my ereader for 5.98 plus tax USD. I am done with this app. Very sad as there are a few really good writers.

Ads. I love this app. I read probably hours every day with this app. I just hate the ads. I bought the premium so I had no ads. It deleted it now you can’t get it at all. And now there is not way to get rid of them undoes you spend like 15 dollars on coins for 15 minutes of ad free u think that is stupid. I was fine when it was only every chapter but now it is only every like two paragraphs. The ads that I watch always glitch out so I have to restart the app and watch another one again I find it frustrating. Also I read fast so it is 1-3 minutes for every chapter then another add that takes 3 minutes for it to finally not glitch out and give me the next chapter. Very frustrating.

Each update has made it worse. When I first downloaded the app it gave you options to watch ads to earn more coins to keep unlocking chapters. They took that away and left you with just the daily checkin bonus, which I did. It made it incredible slow to read the books but I could do it because in a 2 days time I could generally earn enough coins to read a chapter. Now I have purchased coins many times before but decided stop and save money because it was getting expensive and I could by a regular hardback book for the same price. Then this most recent update they have add stars to this instead of just coins to earn or buy. You now have to do the same with stars…. They also raised the amount of coins it takes to unlock each chapter from 42 to 59. I’m done!! Fastest way to lose customers. The app is no longer worth it!

The ONLY reading app worth having. I can honestly say this IS the best app to read books free. The Pros easily outweigh the Cons. I have completed several books as well as a few book series’s. Yes there are a few Cons like ads that won’t close forcing you to restart app (hopefully update helps) The books have grammar & spelling issue's (most it’s not bad but I’ve read one that was terrible) That is on the Author’s (Maybe they need spell-check & proof reading a little before posting! I do wish the “Ongoing” Books I’ve been reading didn’t take months to finish but that said none of these are huge & definitely not deal breakers for me. I am lucky that Readict was the first app of its kind that I installed. If I had tried some of the others that are terrible I may have just given up on reading apps all together ! However thru the ads I became interested in a few stories I kept seeing ,So curiosity peeked I googled the titles (they weren’t on Readict) found out what apps had them and attempted to read on these to no avail…… I ended up installing & trying out 6 other apps & they were terrible “too expensive “,Didn’t “work”,had to wait to long to read, had limited libraries &/or the layouts were not very good !!! So In My Opinion I can Honestly say that Readict is the Best reading app thus far! 🔴side note🔴 I found the 2 complete books I was attempting to read on a Reddit link & have finished them both. I wouldn’t choose this normally to read but it worked as a last effort

Finally a reading app that is actually free!!!!. Truly it is free! It has you watch a add between chapters and if you want you can pay to skip those but I prefer not to pay! It has books from other apps that require you to pay as well. Granted the adds can be anywhere from 20seconds to 1.5min but I don’t think that is too bad for a free book also then they can pay the authors and still make a profit so it makes sense to me. I wish the other apps would offer adds instead of only pay as you read. I would recommend possibly having a paid monthly membership where you can skip adds which would balance out the cost for some people. But that’s the only suggestion I have!

Point system changed and it’s bad. About 2 months ago or so, I started using this app, it let you have daily points and spin the wheel several times so when you were done you had points to read at least 2-3 chapters a day. I liked one story in particular and submitted to this. When I couldn’t get more points I would buy them. But they had an update in which you can spin the wheel once a day and most days you have a 20 points daily for logging in and 3 or 5 points for spinning the wheel in daily. Making some days 23 points a day when a chapter takes 43. So that means that day you logged in for nothing. It’s really frustrating. I used to buy points but to have to buy so many for other stories that are not so worthy is bad.

Easy to use and great books. I’ve only read 2 so far but the way that you can change the color of the background and that it changes from day mode to night mode makes it easy to read on the go. I also enjoy that I can read without paying an arm and a leg. The ads are not crazy long to continue reading each chapter. I will for sure continue using this app. The only thing that I wish I could do (or maybe that’s already there that I haven’t figured out) is to bookmark in a specific spot in a chapter so I’m not trying to figure out where I was.

Frustrated. I downloaded the app today. It does have an option to watch ads to gain access to chapters. This almost works. All the add except for “LOTSA SLOTS CASINO” let me watch and the close the ad. That ad will no close. I have even tried having friends hit the “X” in the top right corner of the screen after the ads timer has counted down and disappeared. I have logged out and logged back in, still will not close. HELP!!! Can you make the ad for LOTSA SLOTS CASINO work properly?????? Thank you for your response. There a few ads that have this glitch. Since I posted my review the first time the mentioned ad has not played again. Thank you.

Bugs make this more trouble than it’s worth. Cheesy stories that are good at sucking you in. I read one story for free because the ad sucked me, it wasn’t even that interesting of a story and it was labeled at 4.9 stars. I had to fight to finish it because each chapter, which are ridiculously short, to move to the next you have to watch an ad. That I’m itself was fine but half of the time the end of the ad freezes so you can’t close it the ad and then you have to close the app and reboot. And then once you’re back in the app it conveniently lets you try to unlock the same chapter that you just watched an ad to unlock it. And it’s probably going to happen the next time to. The one I read was about 20 chapters long and it happened at least 10 times. Is it cheap entertainment? Absolutely! Is it worth the trouble? No way. Deleted.

Disappointed. I really loved this app. I’ve been using this app for years. Every now and again I would need to delete it from my phone or when I’ve changed phones over the years I would have to redownload the app. I say that to say I’ve recently deleted the app because it was too distracting( that’s how much I loved it),but now that I’ve redownloaded the app I suddenly have to pay to read chapters? This is new and it’s so expensive at that. I now have to look for another reading app because this is ridiculous! This is such a slap in the face for the consumers and bad for the writers as well. It’s too much less people will read there stories now. I hope this app goes back to how it used to be.

Hard pass, unless you love more ad watching than reading. I downloaded this app after reading the first three or four chapters, ironically, in an ad for another game. Found the story on the app only to find I couldn’t even pick up where I left off without “skipping chapters”, and this takes coins or ads. So, fine, I watch several ads to pick up the story only to find the chapters are exceptionally short (1-2 minute reads) before another 30 second ad that freezes. So reboot, rewatch, next chapter only for the process to repeat. Since I cannot seem to leave a story unread, I did all I could to finish but will never use this app again. There is no premium option (as I’ve seen a few reviews mention), so either buy coins (and you could buy a book for less) or watch an incessant amount of ads that sometimes don’t unlock the chapter.

Can actually be free. Most of these app you need to wait days just to read one chapter or spend tons of money. This is the only app that gives me the option to watch an ad to read on which I find more than reasonable for great reads!

App crashes when adds play. I watch the add to the end (of every chapter) and then the app freezes. Have to restart my phone to read the next chapter (after it plays another add. This is not reading as it takes longer to watch an add than read a chapter.

Very short chapters. The story starts off great with normal size chapters until you run out of coins for the first time and then chapters become the size of one page in a normal book. This means you spend a lot of coins to read

Best app ever. This is one of the first book apps that are free that I’ve found. The books are absolutely amazing and addictive to read, the ads for new chapters do get annoying but overall definitely worth 5 stars

Not Bad but Not Great. App crashes a lot after watching ads and the stories are not terrible but not great either. Most seem to be very juvenile, the spelling and grammar is awful, and while they have good plots, they tend to not be written out very well.

Good value compared to other reading apps. Good value in that you can read more chapters if out of coins by watching ads at the end of each chapter. Quality of writing a bit better than some of the other aps.

Story good, but chapters too short. Stories are good but the chapters are really short and unless you have big dollars to spend you need to be prepared to read only a short amount per day. You only get enough free coins per day to read 1 chapter. So if you use public transport and want a quick read say 3-5 mins daily this would suffice and more and you’d be extremely frustrated.

Great app for reading. Great app shame about waiting for next chapters, handy when you have a few minutes spare just open up and start reading anytime, get lost in the story just so enjoyable

Do not waste your time. The books are completely unedited. And so poorly written. I checked more than 10 books and could not make it past the first few pages. The fact that they want people to buy this drivel is an insult to actual published writers. EDIT AND PROOF THE BOOKS YOU PUBLISH!

Unlocking chapters with rcoins. Ridiculous.. I downloaded this app as others have said you can watch adds to unlock chapters, which I would be perfectly happy with. However I have quickly learned that this is not at all the case. I’ve just found a book I would like to read, the only way to unlock the next chapter is to pay 42 coins. You get a bonus of 20 coins a day and can unlock 10 coins by watching an add (maximum of 3 adds a day). Which means that I would only have enough coins to unlock 1 chapter a day. They make the chapters ridiculously short so there are 65 chapters in one book. Buying enough coins to unlock the book would cost more then buying a book from the bookstore. I am very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend you waste your time until this is matter is resolved and made more user friendly.

WASTE OF TIME. I have now read 2 stories on this app, one short and one long. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Both stories had an interesting theme, but were badly let down by the quality of the writing. I don’t know if the authors were native English speakers or not; or if the stories were originally written in another language and badly translated by another person… whatever. Going by the incorrect words and spelling mistakes, and the lack of coherent plots, whoever is responsible for these stories needs to go back to school to learn how to write an enjoyable and readable story. Also, the publishers need to employ editors and proofreaders before letting stories loose on an unsuspecting public. I have now deleted the app, and I’m sure that this negative review will also be deleted by the powers that be.

Way over priced.. This app charges so much money to get each chapter, I spent $45 and didn’t even get enough credits to finish one book. I find this absolutely ridiculous that the creators think anyone would give them any more money when that amount of money does not even allow them to finish one book. I was going to finish the one book and delete the app but when I couldn’t even get the book finished I was furious. I would say this app is a sham!

Unlike other online e-book apps I have, this one has distracting banner ads at the bottom of your reading page, ads pop up mid scroll in the middle of your page and then full on ads to buy game apps. When your paying as much as you do for these stories, these frequent ads seem overkill and seemed to have popped up overnight on the app. Frustrating and not worth it - look for a better option.

Not happy. I regret updating this app because I have had this app for a while and loved being able to watch an ad to read chapters but now I have to pay for chapters!! Not worth it. To read a whole Readict novel would cost over 100$. Why? A chapter takes less than a few minutes to read of that. If I find a novel I’m in to and want to read as much as I’d like that day, the amount of stars and coins it would cost me compared to subscribing to kindle unlimited to read a book back to front is a massive loss to a reader. Another thing that annoyed me. A pop up appeared saying as a new reader reward I get an hr free to read, pressed go and nope it didn’t let me. This is a buildups app.

Great books, corrupt pay system. The books I've read on this app have been great wonderful stories unfortunately not proof read well if at all hell they have a feedback button for you to identify errors with shortcut for wrong spelling, missing content, typesetting, and disordered chapters I don’t think errors I’ve noticed for those so it’s other and details if I’m editing your contents shouldn’t I be rewarded considering we have to buy coins and get bonus stars (which only last 3 days) they charge between 90 and 150 of those credit points or chapter which is cheaper if buy in bundle of 20 or whole book but then you can’t use your daily bonus stars (which must be collected not auto on opening app) unless get a new book as they expire in 3 days and don’t equal a chapter in that time. the coins start at $30 aud then are two sets that effective result in paying more per coin. the $150 set is better value, who has that much set aside for putting into books at once. I did the maths on last few books they cost as much as a hardcover printed new novel for the some double that for others some would effectively be printed as trilogy’s so at worth is others are not that long. Who’s getting the profit of not having, proof reading, printing and distribution costs? The writers? The app creators? Oh then is fact I paid for som many coins but that won’t all be use on a book so I lose money to your corrupt system.

Hidden gems. After spending a fortune on pay to read sites, I found this one. There are some absolute gems on here but also some really tough reads. I almost gave up due to the amount of ads that were popping up and how badly the book was written but now I’m glad I didn’t. Although it’s still annoying to have to watch ads and I wish they were shorter, but over all it’s a great app with good content. It would be good if the ads would stop freezing on my iPad too

Subscription doesn’t work. The app is nice, however the subscription doesn’t work. I payed for the whole month and I didn’t receive the credits I earned. Please fix this, it’s not fair.

Coins expiring. The content of the app is great however the method in which you receive stars and coins could need some adjusting. I've been waiting 3 days to read one chapter only to find out my coins expired (expire in three days) so now I'm waiting yet another day to see if I will receive enough coins to finally read one chapter.

Why the changes?. Not enjoying this app anymore and I refuse to pay for anything again. I’ll save my money and go buy a book for cheaper. This is a good way to run out of business. I had no problem before paying here and there because I could spin more then once a day and collect coins. There are other apps better then this one now. Like Freefm. It’s a good app I recommend people now instead of this one.

I had subscribed to paying $20 a month to get extra daily coins and monthly bonuses, however, that does not get me a whole book anymore. I was able to read several prior to these changes. Completely ruined the app. The app is completely ruined. When I first started using this app the chapters didn’t cost that many coins and you could get the pretty easily by watching adds. But now the chapters cost almost triple what they used to, they added a second in app currency called stars that only are valid for a few days, and there is no easy way to get more with out pay money into the game. You get one add per day but it doesn’t usually give you many coins. I thought I had finally found a book app that was actually good but I guess I was wrong.

Annoyed. One page is a “chapter”, which is fine. After each chapter if you don’t have the coins, you watch an ad. Fine. I read up to chapter 148 on my first book to find out it’s not finished yet, and they only release one chapter a night after that. I was so annoyed, I deleted the whole app.

Disappointed with the recent changes. When I first started using the app, I loved it. The chapters didn’t cost a whole lot of coins, and you could earn coins easily by playing the game and watching ads. With the recent changes, now you only get to spin once per day, and it seems to only ever give me three coins or stars per spin. I am extremely disappointed with the recent changes that were made to the app it’s making it difficult for people to enjoy the stories. I really hope that you read the reviews and take peoples concerns into consideration, and make changes for the better so that people will continue using and enjoying this app. App designers need to keep in mind that you can go to chapters indigo and buy a book for $15-$20 so it’s insane that you think that people would pay $150-$200, on an app to enjoy a single book. You’re greed will put you out of business

Suddenly no points…. I loved this app for over a year, and had over 500 points saved. I decided to use then to read an entire book, using points if I wanted to continue. I did that and was down to 200 points in another book when all adding points just stopped. I then used points to read extra yesterday to see what would happen. Sure enough, these points were DEDUCTED. I’m not happy. I’ll delete app if this continues.

Great short books….. I would give this app a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the ads. I know you have to have the ads in order to keep the app free but after every chapter?? That’s a bit excessive. You draw the reader in during the first 3 chapters then after that you hit them with ad, after ad, after ad. To be honest, it’s really annoying and interrupts the flow of the book. Anyway, just giving my two cents.

Still waiting. They just did an update but there are still bugs to work out. To get free chapters you have to watch ads or buy coins to skip ads. Still at least 50% of the time the ads freeze. I have rebooted my phone, double checked the updates etc. still happens. I don’t get as much to read for the price when compared to the apps for reading that I pay subscriptions for. The content and book selection is great though. Recommend if you have money to spend or time to wait.

True, and honest, five star review not paid for an exchange for bonus points like other apps.. I truly enjoy the format of this app. I can literally read all day and just continue to watch an ad in between chapters to keep going, and I can also choose to watch ad after ad and bank my points for later so I can go on an ad free reading spree. no other reading app I’ve tried does it this way and I think it’s ingenious and they should continue to do it forever.

Love the app; hate the ads. This is one of my favorite reading apps, and I don’t mind watching ads for free chapters. However, some of the ads lock up and won’t let you out of the ad (one ad in particular)to get back to your story. It’s become extremely frustrating, because I literally have to power off my phone and turn it back on to get back to the app. Can you please figure out a way to keep this from happening? I don’t want to delete your app, but if this continues, I will.

Too many bugs. I’d give it a 5 if it worked more smoothly. An ad plays immediately upon opening the app. I might not mind if it was quick but most are pretty long, then freeze when the x appears so you can’t close it. Then start all over when you open the app again. I love that it gives you access to the next chapter for watching an ad but then run into the same problem with it freezing. I get no credit for having watched the ad when I can finally get back in. Sometimes after watching 5-10 ads.

Finally downloaded. I really like the story I’m ready but it may be my last. It’s so irritating like they are try to force you to buy tokens and skip ads. I am getting so tired of having to leave the app because I can’t get out of the ad they are showing. It won’t let me X out at all. I would have been done this in a day. Gosh it’s like they are try to make you buy tokens or make you watch 1000 ads. I think after I finish this story I may uninstall this as much as I want to read other books I don’t have the time for this

Continue Reading. I love the stories in Readict. But why has the number of coins for continued reading the next chapter gone up?? When I first started reading in this app it was only like 20 coins to continue to next chapter. Note it costs 46 coins to continue? Why the doubled increase?? I think 40 is high considering you only receive lesser amounts when earning less than 15 . It shouldn’t cost double the price.

Terrible writing. This app has nothing but a bunch of terribly written romance novels. I chose fantasy, paranormal, and mystery as genres I was interested in, but I got nothing but things like bad romance with fantasy or paranormal elements, like romances with wolf shifters. You either need to watch an ad to unlock a chapter or pay coins, but the money isn’t worth it at all. You’d basically be paying $6 for a measly 12-14 chapters when you can spend $10 or less for full novels with much better writing with Kindle or Barnes and Noble or literally any ebook retailer. Even if you like romance, I recommend looking elsewhere as nearly everything I looked at sounded like it was written by teenagers.

Good but strict. I found thus app through musi while i was listening to music and fell in love with the story “his broken luna” and so i began to read it, but what i didn't realize was how pricey and strict the app was. Its a good app, but only if you have the money. It heavily restricts chapters charging more and more coins for each one (i think it lowers at some point throughout the story though) but if you dont pay for things on your own and want a free range reading app with a premium option for simple things, then this isn’t for you.

Not great. I love reading but when you read for 2 minutes then have to watch a 45 second ad it’s totally not worth it. Tried buying their Rcoins to skip ads, spent $4 and it only got me through about 1/3 of the book. I’m not spending $12 or more on a digital book that has more spelling errors, punctuation errors and just flat out wrong words that you have to read it a few times to try to figure out what it SHOULD say. It’s very frustrating. And way too expensive. They need editors to proofread before they release books and new chapters.

I’m not going to spend money on it. I was only able to read he first 4 chapters of a very short book before I needed to buy coins. After spending 20 dollars to by coins. Even then I wasn’t able to finish the second book without having to buy more coins. I understand people need money but honestly I can get free E-books that are just as good or better. Heck I can buy 2 books by well know authors for less than 40 dollars. The second boom was amazing but I can’t justify having to spend money just to finish I book I had already paid for

Deleted about an hour after I downloaded. I didn’t keep the ap because it was freezing on the ads that you watch to continue reading the chapters. So I would have to close the ap, and then watch another ad just to proceed. The chapters are so short, so to interrupt reading to watch a 30 second ad to continue to read the story, is just annoying. In addition, whom ever proof reads the stories needs to do a better job. My grammar is far from perfect, but I also don’t claim writing stories, or anything to do with grammar to be my profession. If I’m noticing an issue, there must be a problem.

Best reading app. This is by far the best reading app I’ve found. Instead of having to buy coins you have the choice to watch an ad to open then next chapter. Every other app I have looked into makes it almost impossible to finish a book because you have to buy or ‘earn’ coins. I would much rather watch an ad after every chapter then spend money on buying coins that get expensive after a while. Great app!

Decent stories, but oh gawd the writing!. Present tense, past tense, first person, third person? You'll find it all in one paragraph! These chapters read like somebody took a checklist of bad relationship tropes and checked them off one by one and then posted them without editing. Oh, and the purple prose?! The writing is frankly execrable. But the stories are...a bit addictive. Imagine how amazing they'd be if somebody hit them with an editing stick once or twice. Or, you know, five or ten times? The ads between chapters are tolerable, which is why I choose this app over some of the buy-coins-to-read websites with similar stories.

Ads Freeze INTENTIONALLY. The ads freeze up so you end up with 3-5 ads before it finally goes to the next chapter. The developers ask for screen shots but do nothing when they are sent. Even an explanation of how the change in color is how you know the ad will freeze won’t have them accept the screen shots as proof. Honestly, I think it’s a built in problem to ensure they make a lot of money from advertising. The ad runs through just fine, it only glitches at the end. You can check this by clicking on the ad throughout its run time. It will ONLY freeze AFTER the time needed for them to get the credit of it being watched.

To expensive. This used to be my favorite app for reading but now it’s kinda annoying. The novels are still good reads but it’s so expensive and the stars expire so fast. I wish they wouldn’t have changed it from when I first downloaded this app. When I first downloaded this app you could unlock chapters by watching adds or using coins u got from checking in and meeting ur reading time goals but now there are no readings goals and u have to pay for every chapter.

Decent app. I love the face that you offer ads to be able to read the chapters instead of giving tasks for a small amount of coins. However, the ads glitch. After watching a full ad, it sometimes won’t allow you to close out of it. You should give points if that happens. Multiple times I’ve had to shut down the app because I couldn’t close out of the ad. Even though I watched it fully, I got nothing for it. But despite that, I still like the app. Once this is fixed, I’ll come back with a 5 star review.

It’s a great reading app. It’s a great reading app for when you finish a chapter you just watch an ad for free and you can read the next chapter. Although the points system kinda is pointless could use more points then just 5 a day. Could add read for 15mins 15 points and if you read 30mins 35 points to help you keep getting more points. But other then that the books they have is pretty addicting. I will continue to read on this app.

Good books but app crashes. The books are really good and I enjoy them but you get an ad after every chapter and sometimes it crashes after and app then you reopen it and another ad and sometimes it recrashes. Also right now it’s not even loading to open and the whole thing is down but of course you have an ad that works before it shows you no books. Would love to keep reading the book I was in the middle of but the app makes it hard to do that.

Love the app but zero tech support. I love the way the app works. Books are above average and it tells you if they are complete which is one HUGE positive. My only complaint is there is zero tech support. You have and issue and you’re left hanging. I’ve had problems with the ads you watch to advance the books to the next chapter getting stuck and getting no credit. I’ve contacted them at least 7 times and never received any tiny note back. They continue to add to the app so I know it’s still supported just no tech support at all .

Love it!. I absolutely love this app. The stories are all well written and very enjoyable to read. I find myself unable to put my phone down until I’ve finished the story. There are some editing errors that sometimes get in the way but I like that the app gives you the ability to submit feedback and address those issues for that particular story. I couldn’t be happier with the app and the fact that it’s free is an even bigger bonus.

Ads Freeze. I use to love this app. I even paid the subscription for no ads. Then you took subscriptions away to where you have to watch ads or pay for coins. But when you to to the next chapter the ads freeze and you have to exit app go back in and watch a pre add before clicking book. Then watch another add to go to next chapter the first ad froze on and hope it doesn’t freeze again to repeat process. Love the books but please fix ads or give out subscriptions back. Will give better review when fixed.

Watch ads to earn points. I like that you can earn a decent amount of points in a day by watching ads. I love that I can read lots of chapters in a day when other apps I can only read one chapter every day and a half. I removed a star because even though I read every day, my consecutive days read starts back at day one all the time. I’m not sure if there is a weird timing issue I’m not aware of or a glitch but I wish it saved my days read.

So far it’s pretty good. The story’s aren’t super engrossing so far, but their interesting enough to keep reading, and other then with my time to watch ads I haven’t had to pay for anything to continue a story. You can even get “free” Rcoins each day, by watching several ads in a row and for a few chapters a day you can skip the ad between each character. So yeah I’ll change my review if it ever demands real money but so far so good.

No Instructions. Update: So eventually you can see how you can turn the video ads off, but it’s not clear on how to turn off banner ads. It would be nice to be able to turn those off as well as they are a distraction. Apparently you can turn off the ads, but no clear instructions on how to redeem coins to cut off ads. And for me, ads get old really quick. I’d prefer the option to turn them off. So while this is a great concept, there are some design flaws.

Fantastic stories!. I must say, for novels you get off of a free app, these stories are fantastic! When I first downloaded this app, I was not expecting these stories to be any good. However, I was wrong. I have read some really great stories on here, one in particular that I really recommend is called “rejected on a full moon”. I think anyone who is a major reader and book nerd, especially with fantasy romance novels, should give this app a try!

His Broken Luna. The story is as you would expect. However the app, Readict, is extremely frustrating, as it does remain free, it requires you to watch advertisements. Fine, I would be glad to do so for the free app. The problem lies in the fact that it only allows you to earn a certain number of points per day by watching ads, and thus restricts your ability to read as much as you choose. I am an adult and would like to choose when and how much I read, not be restricted and messaged “Come back tomorrow.”

It would have been 5 stars. It might have been a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the glitches. And then on top of that the feedback button doesn’t work it give you an email address that is not correct or active. It glitches after every chapter. If you watch an ad it will make you close out the app because it gets stuck on the ad. I’ve had to do it so much that I deleted the app and redownloaded it to another phone to see if it was me. But it is still glitching so it’s the app. It makes me not want to read and causes me anxiety because I really like the books but watching ads over and over to get to the next chapter is tedious and frustrating. One time each chapter is enough!!!!

Love the stories hate the Ads!. When reading these stories I feel like I’m embodying the main character. I simply love it however when it comes to the Ads I feel like they time out or freeze and I always have to shut down the app to start another ad just to continue the story. It works sometimes but never guaranteed. They only way to bypass the ada is to buy the rcoins and the charges can add up on you. If it wasn’t for the ads freezing or stuck, I would have rated this a 5 star.

Favorite chapter book site. In the middle of my first book now. After trying other book apps, this is currently my favorite. Good storylines. My favorite is that there is an option to see an add to move on to the next chapter. Other site require saving coins, so you end up reading a chapter every 2 or 3 days, during which time I lose interest.

Celest1965. I enjoy reading as a pass time. This app makes it financially affordable for me. I live in a rural area and I would have to drive 25 miles to get to a library to check books out and also to return them and check more out. Without this app I could only read 2 books a month but with this app I can read as many books as I want.

Can’t remember. I really like this app but it hasn’t opened to the story I left off on. The app opens but when I try to continue to the story I was reading it says trouble with the network connection. My connection is fine. Works for all my other apps. It’s been 3 weeks! I’m going to delete it if it doesn’t come back. I tried to report the problem but was unsuccessful. I hope they fix it soon!

Trouble accessing chapters. I have been reading several books from your selection and didn’t have a problem. Now, I get to read maybe two chapters and I can’t go any further. I have to power down my phone and turn it on to get the next chapter(s). I have deleted and downloaded a number of times with no luck. Help! I love your books but I can’t keep doing this. Spent more time watching ads than reading. I read one book and do not plan to read more on Readict. I read fast. The book is divided into very short segments that took approximately 30 seconds to read. To continue reading you either watch an ad or pay “coins” that must be purchased. It’s extremely boring to watch the same idiotic ads repeatedly, especially for games I own. I don’t have a problem paying for books I like. However, don’t say free books when they are not free.

Okay but…. I wish the ads weren’t so long. A 30 second ad is fine. A minute and a half is excessive. I also wish they’d either give more coins/day for checking in or lower the price per chapter. 42 coins for a chapter that I devour within a matter of minutes means that I have to wait 2-3 days to read another chapter. At this rate, I’ll finish one book by the end of the year, if that!

So far, so good.. So far the app has been pretty awesome. It gives you the opportunity the earn a lot more points to use towards unlocking chapters than any other app I have used before. Also the stories I have encountered so far have been amazing, and most importantly WELL WRITTEN!! I have not have to go through the headache of trying to figure out what they mean, or edit in my head as I read. I am glad I came across this app.

Love that I can read without cash. I have tried nearly all the reading apps. It’s always free chapters then pay. This app!! You get to read and pay OR you can watch ads. I read a whole book from ads! With all the games out there that make you watch an add to play.. now I choose to watch an add to enjoy a book. I’m so excited. The books are very entertaining. Good grammar. Plenty of categories. Poor customer service. Used the app for a about a week and paid to read most of a story. Costs a lot to read a book. I did not sign up or approve any subscriptions and even deleted the app off my phone. After a few weeks of not having it on my phone, I got charged around $16 randomly so I contacted their support email. They will not give a refund and were no help whatsoever. I keep telling them I have to subscription listed under my settings but they insist that I do and will not help with anything. I had to delete my card from my account as I am afraid it will charge my account and will be contacting my bank to get the charges blocked from now on.

Definitely free (with ads). I would much rather watch a 30 second ad and read a grammatically correct book than pay $.69 a chapter for a book whose chapters are 3 pages sometimes. If your tired of those apps, then you will be satisfied with this one! I tend to scroll ahead of chapters to watch the ads. Then go back later and get 10+ chapters uninterrupted because I watched them all ahead of time.

It’s extremely expensive to read. But for 5 coins I guess you're getting this rating, bc again it’s extremely expensive to read. The stories are well written and interesting. However I have never gotten to finish one because it would be at least $100 to finish a book and that’s insane. I just read till I can’t afford the book anymore.

Too many ads. The books are fun and one can find a quick read for the beach or a lazy day off. But it becomes a bit expensive to get rid of the copious ads. And, since I use both my phone and my tablet, I have to pay to remove ads on both devices. If the ads were fewer, or at the very least shorter, or if it were less expensive to remove them (or if there was a way to permanently remove them for a fixed fee), I might have given this 5 stars.

Finally!. for once free means mostly free! so many of these apps said free then it ended up being only a few chapters with the remainder of the book being around $100 for the rest ... NOT THIS ONE! You have the option of using ads to get the next chapter! my only complaint is each chapter is only a few 3 sentence paragraphs so lots of chapters. the grammar/spelling needs work (if anyone needs help proofreading let me know mojo0717 on icloud) otherwise it is great!

THE best book app!!. This has quickly become my favorite novel app. You can watch ads to progress in chapters and the 2 novels I’ve read so far, have been a 5.0 in my opinion. I have noticed many grammatical errors but nothing too serious. There’s many different genres, so there’s something of interest for any mood. Highly recommended!! ….. back to my book I go… 💜

Love this app. Love love love this app there’s so many apps now charge you or give you the “option” to give you coins for the next chapter but it’s never enough so you either have to spend money to get coins for the next chapter or wait and keep collected daily rewards THIS APP ISNT LIKE THAT you just have to watch a ad here and there and I love it and there’s so many options to choose from to read!

NOT FREE *** DO NOT GET SUCKED IN.. I’m really mad at Readict. It is not red. You get a subscription but still have to pay to finish books. It’s not true that you can watch the ads so it’s all free. It only lets you spin a wheel for points once a day and in a month spinning the wheel everyday I’ve only gotten 5 or 10 coins. Sadly I started several books but you can only read the first four chapters free then it costs to see more and the more you read the more the chapters cost. I purchased 5000 coins today and I used all those coins on one book and I’m still not finished. 😡😡😡😡😡. RIP OFF. 100% dissatisfied customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Bugs. It’s one of my favorite reading apps however, I hate that it relies on Ads to reach chapters. The main issue is, the app will work for a few chapters then an ad will play and the screen will darken not allowing me to click out of the ad once it ends or anywhere else on the screen unless I close the app. I have to restart the app every time. It’s frustrating and I even resorted to reinstalling the app and my phone to fix this problem.

The ads did not lie. I’m in love. I was skeptical about downloading this app. The ad for was saying that all the chapters are free and most of the time it’s all lies. I just love the fact that you can watch ads to continue reading compared to other apps that you have to keep buying coins to read. You can literally spend hundreds of dollars on one book with these other apps and it’s just not even worth it.

Enjoyable. I can say I honestly am getting into some of the books on here I honestly did not think i would yes a bit to much teen stuff but good an it helps when i just need to sit an take my mind off things I wish you could go a few pages without adds though I get why the adds are on here but I wish they were every 5 pages or chapters then after every one

Great app to read short affordable books. You can choose which ever genre you like in the romance department, and you can practically read them for free, you just watch an ad per chapter or you can also earn (great for broke students like me) or buy coins or points to read too if you don’t like the ads. Most of the stories I’ve read have also been pretty good and entertaining. So I 100 % recommend!
