Best Writing App. I have been with hinovel for a long time. Although promotions are not constant but I it’s my favorite writing app. Most of my books didn’t earn cos of lack of promotions. But I have a bestselling book all thanks to hinovel. I never imagined my book will be translated into different languages. I love hinovel. Please promote books.

Crap stories that they expect you to pay for. Got this app cause I liked one of the stories displayed on Facebook. You only get so many chapters before you have to pay for them. Some of these stories you get 20 chapters free but there are 200 chapters to some of these books, meaning you have to pay for 180 chapters that aren’t well written, have tons of grammatical errors, some of the content doesn’t even make sense. I don’t want to pay for amateur writing that half the time I have to correct. I’ll stick with books that have been properly edited, they are actually worth the money.

My Honest Opinion. Alright so I understand the whole points to unlock chapters, but also the money that to spent to get these coins. Does it all just go to the company or are y’all paying the Authors of these stories? I would be fine spending money on a story if I knew the Author was truly profiting from it. But also seriously? I have to spend over 80 points PER chapter. That’s a bit much.

Very good. Very good but over bought coins 3 times and still haven’t finished a book and i almost want to give up on trying to finish it. Good but should make it where we can at least finish a book with 30 dollars worth of coins or maybe even two books. Thats a lot of money.

Ok books, but not worth the money. Each chapter is short and requires coins to unlock. I ended up spending $23 to read one book and it had a cliffhanger ending. The book I read had a ton of grammatical errors and a lot of words that were incorrect, for example “It took them awhile to grasp the levity of the situation.” When the author clearly meant “gravity” as it was a tense scene and not funny at all. They also want you to report errors. If I had done that I would have spent most of my time reporting and hardly any time reading, and they would get editing for free. Bottom line too expensive, especially for books with so many errors it interferes with the enjoyment of reading them.

Not Worth It. When you download the app it say clear as day “Read all short stories feee for 7 Days” but when I attempted to setup the free trail subscription it tried to charge me the full $20. I saw one story I was interested in so I was excited to try this app but it’s not worth paying $20 when there is only one story I am interested in. Maybe if the app worked as advertised I might’ve been incentivized to extend my free trial but I just deleted the app and moved on to another story app. It’s unfortunate because this app did seem interesting but oh well! You should fix the advertisement on the app if that is in fact not accurate, it’s misleading and a waste of peoples time.

Bonus points. I’ve had this app for a couple months and have paid for the subscription for like two-three months. I recently cancelled the subscription because I finish the story I was going through. I logged in everyday for days watching all the ads I was allowed to save up bonus points for when I find a story I want to read. I began noticing that my bonus points would disappear the following day. Yesterday I had over 2,100. Today I have 1,900. I’m done wasting my time watching ads for points when they’re just gonna disappear again. Before I got the subscription I was also able to read 6 chapters a day by watching ads. And now I don’t get that option and have to pay for each chapter. If I have to pay then stop taking away what I’ll be using!

Disappointed is putting it lightly. The bonuses disappear and it’s infuriating!! I was racking the bonuses up by opening the app everyday and doing the tasks so I can read more than 1 chapter at a time and most of the time it’s not being calculated correctly. Another issue, the inconsistent cost of chapters to open is ridiculous. NO chapter should cost 3 digits when it’s that poorly edited and short on content. I’ve even paid my own money to buy the coin packages and it’s gone within 10 chapters because the chapters cost so dang much! It’s crazy to me.

good app. The app is pretty good I have a couple stories in my library that i’m dying to read. There’s many different genres, wether it’s fantasy or a billionaire. You do have to spend some money on coins but it’s absolutely worth it. They give you some sweet deals to get these coins.

Here comes my ex again. I really have enjoyed this story of Emelia and Julian. My only complaint is amount of grammatical errors. The tenses, pronouns and even character names get mixed up badly sometimes and that makes it difficult to follow. Those types of errors are very distracting. Other than that the storyline is very enjoyable. Many unexpected twist and turns. At this point I’m excitedly waiting for what I believe will be the last few chapters. Hoping for a happy ending since the two main characters really went through a LOT.

To many app problems and expensive. The chapters are extremely expensive. The authors write need to do more research on the settings they are writing about and their mannerisms. For example you say they are from rural Texas but you write as they are from the UK and sound like they are from the UK it’s weird. Each chapter is like 90 coins and some over 130 coins. You watch ads for extra coins but you can’t use them towards your current book because it won’t acknowledge it for example you get 18 bonus points and watch 2 ads for 10 coins each it’s stays at 18 you have wasted your time. If you buy1500 coins it will get you 13 to 14 chapters that ads up. So yeah pass on this app their are other ones that don’t scam you as bad.

Expensive & totally not worth it.. I tried reading one book. The 1st 15 chapters were free, after that you had to purchase each additional chapter with “coins” you paid for through the app. Those 15 chapters were the equivalent of about 1 - 2 chapters in a regular book. That particular book had nearly 350 chapters. And it wasn’t as if each chapter was the same number of coins each. The first few chapters were 10 “coins” each, from there it varied from 15 - 46 coins per chapter. To read the entire book would cost approximately $50. This is the kind of book you could get as an eBook that you would pay around $3 - $5 for and then own the book. (No I wasn’t stupid enough to purchase even a single chapter). After my review is posted I plan on deleting this app.

Good books. I would love to give this app 5 stars and if not for the fact that the longer I use the app and read the more I lose ways to gain points daily to read. I started out getting reading points for an hour and a half hour. The first to go was the points for an hour and then the points for the 30 minutes of reading was cut in half. I read many other apps I enjoy and have not ran into this with any other of them. It’s strange. If that doesn’t bother you and you don’t mind paying the higher than most app prices to buy the books I think you will really enjoy this app. The stories are truly sweet!

Issues. If I’m reading a chapter and stop in the middle for whatever reason. When I come back to that story it goes to whatever place in the story but not where I left off. Then I have to figure out where I was. Also if the book has for example 89 chapters I’m currently at chapter 88 before I can finish (the last paragraph) it’s jumps to the end of the book. When I say it jumps it skips over the last chapter to what to read next. Bonus points disappear. The app is too pricey.

Good stories but not worth it. Do not get me wrong, I LOVE the stories on this app. Well written and very intriguing. But the chapter pricing is INSANE! Chapters are averaging 100 coins (more or less here and there…averages out) and that’s $1 per chapter! For novels on this app, most of which have 80+ chapters… you just can’t expect us to be paying $80+ for every novel!! Offer more bonuses or make paying for the chapters worth a normal amount one would pay for a book at these levels. IMPOSSIBLE to read every day, multiple chapters a day like you would any other book.

The stories are great but expensive. The stories are amazing but your the most expensive book app out of all the book apps. Think about it this way, going to the book store and buying a book would only cost $30 but $30 on this app barely gets you a few chapters.

Lack of editing. The book I was reading had the main characters of Master Hunter Jackson and Emily. I am mentioning this as I can’t remember the title and have since deleted the App. While I really don’t care if a writer is an English speaker as their primary language, this book was edited so poorly, it was obvious that the writer wasn’t. Some of the sentences were difficult to follow because the editing was atrocious and pronouns and character names were mixed up. It was too long. I gave up after chapter 185 as I didn’t see an ending in sight. Add the cost of buying chapters, and that was the final blow. It may be helpful if the coin issues were addressed and explained. I did notice little flashes of “coins available or something like that” while reading, but had no idea what it meant. Good luck in the future!

SMH. Got into a story I really enjoyed , but then I had to pay for every chapter ! The cheapest was like a $5 subscription that allowed me 600 points but still had to pay often bc the further in the story you get, it’s costs like 100 points to unlock. I googled other ways to get the full (free) story, & whatdya know, it’s not available on any other platforms. & there’s like 300+ chapters *ugly cry face*!!!! So I was paying $5-10 every 3 chapters!!! Super frustrating. Also, LOTS of typo’s & errors! If I’m gonna pay all the time, at least get it right .

Going good so far. Everything is good and the app has updated quite a lot. As a writer on this platform it is great but I wish that we would be able to respond to the readers comments or even send them a message through since they also like to be updated about your other works. So I'm hoping that it will be inputted in.

I do love reading, but no that much.. I love these apps. There are so many authors out here who are trying to out their content out for others to read and enjoy. Unfortunately they get put on these apps with free chapters and then turn into “you have to BUY COINS to continue” and it is ridiculously expensive for just ONE chapter. I totally understand they’re trying to gain some income from their books but come on. The price is not worth it. If it was a single coin or even a handful of coins for a chapter I’d consider it because the book I found sounds really interesting. This is 123 coins for a chapter? The chapters are short and I’d be broke before I got to the end. Sorry I can’t do it. Make it cheaper to read! Deleting app now.

Great but can be improved. The books on the app are very good and interest. The editing is fairly good compared to other apps. Mistakes are always expected with novel writers and they usually only have a few in terms of word formatting. The chapters on the other hand are expensive. One of the most expensive apps I use. Most chapters I’ve come across are around 77-83 coins which is a lot when a basic con pack is 500. Most apps have avg of 20-30 coins a chapter. Which is affordable and keeps you reading. The functionality of the app works fine. The only issue I have is the check in. Half the time they don’t register even if I use it daily and try it at different times of the day. With the chapters being so expensive earning those daily free coins is essential. I think in my time of downloading the app I have yet to receiver anything more than 4 days before it locks up and doesn't allow the check in. And I use this app regularly among a few others.

$$SCAM, CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT HELP. Please NEVER USE THIS SITE. MUCH BETTER ONES THAT DO NOT STEAL OR STRAIGHT OUT LIE. They tried to blame me for poor website. Well over 3K worth of purchased coins unable to use. Unable to login to account but was told it was on myself and sister switching between accounts, well come to find out NOT TRUE. THIS is a tactic used by this company to steal from customers. Other people have the same problem and the customer services say they will help. LIARS, THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED. I am bedridden from spinal cord injuries and reading is really only thing I can do. Have very little extra $ used it here but was lied to and stolen from. Companies should be banned and only way to do this is to complain and let consumers know. They owe between my sister and I over $50 in unused paid for coins.

Too expensive!!. Don’t waste your money!! Grammatical errors, spelling issues, extra short chapters, and the expensive coins don’t go very far at all! I signed up for the monthly subscription for coins, receive the daily bonus, and check in for daily coins. This is my third month of getting the subscribed coins and have only been able to get to Chapter 53 in Her Alpha. There are 151 total chapters!! I would love to know what happens but I am giving up. I am not willing to pay anymore money. The coin cost for each chapter varies from 80 to 135 coins. The chapters are short and make little headway into the story. Very disappointing!!

Another Block the Story App. I started reading one story. It’s compelling but riddled with typos. I was enjoying it and really looking forward to what happens next. I was stopped when I received a notice stating that the next chapter would need coins to unlock. I like apps where there is a weekly update and it is clear it updates weekly. At the same time with those apps if it is finished you can binge the entire thing if you want. I am uninstalling the app and sticking to apps that make this more clear.

Meh. I started reading “The Alpha Chose Me” and it’s a great book I read 10 chapters in 3 hours but I was disappointed when I saw that I need to pay to read more. I don’t think that’s fair to anyone. Reading is reading and I understand the creator needs money but you could instead make some books cost $7.00 or under and I think that many people would appreciate that.

Meh. There are some good stories and some bad ones. I realize English may not be a writers first language and I make allowances for that however, the cost involved with this app is outrageous. I should not be paying more for these stories than I do for a hard cover book. I don’t recommend this app for this reason. I paid $30 for 3000 “coins” which only gets you on average 20 chapters making the 70 chapter story cost almost $100?! That’s outrageous!

Shady app. They allow you to buy coins to purchase chapters for short stories only for them stop two third of the way. Then they tell you to download the app to continue to be able to read but after you download you cannot read the short stories unless you do a very expensive per weekly subscription. So the coins you purchased earlier? They just sit there or you start another story and read only half way through

Stories are enticing, but.... As everyone I was hooked by a storyline I read on Facebook, immediately I downloaded the app and started reading could not stop until I passed the free chapters that were given. I think I’ve spent more than $60 to finish a book, it was over 400 chapters. I almost did not finish the book due to missing words, grammatical errors, etc. It felt as if the author was writing as I was reading. I think this app has potential with the great stories it has but please fix the errors that are in the books and charging system

Getting too costly for the quality of writing. I started reading a book, My Killing President. I was very intrigued as it seemed interesting. After about 25 chapters you needed to read using coins. You earn coins daily by logging in but the amount you c an earn daily is not enough to read more than a chapter a day. This book has 652 chapters. I caved at some point and purchased some coins. The prices of the coins seemed reasonable, but as the chapters progressed they acquired more and more coins. A few chapters were 48-50 coins for 30 pages. That is way too much for a book that would cost no more than $20 in a book store. I really hope the creators of the app consider giving the reader more opportunities to earn free coins. Instead of daily their should be some hourly rewards. Otherwise at this rate I’ll finish the book in over 2 years - sounds insane but do the math. Also I think the books need to be reviewed before being put on the app. Although I am enjoying the book, I must admit that there are parts that I need to reread because it seems as if it was written in another language and then google translated it to English. I think there are way too many typos and insensitive language that should be reviewed first. Hence why I can’t bring myself to purchase more coins for writing that needs more work. I think the book has potential but it is not edited at all. In order to keep readers there needs to be more ways to acquire free coins or lower the price of the coins tremendously. Even the membership rate is too much and offers far too little coins. Think about the ratio of coins per chapter and look at what the membership offers. You’d still be reading a few chapters a week. This has potential but the coins and lack of editing is why I have it 2 stars.

REFUND. IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 stars I would. I’m giving customer service a week to reach out and give me my refund or I’m filling a charge back with my card for lying and advertising one book as something it wasn’t. I wouldn’t have paid to unlock the entire book if I had known it wasn’t the book that was being advertised. Not only were they showing a completely different book in the video than what they had put it in the caption but it wasn’t even the same one that they had linked to it. Scam artists and liars. Don’t pay $$$$

Great stories Overpriced. I love the stories I am reading but the chapters are flying by and when you only get 2-3 tickets for reading it cost 30-70 tickets a chapter. I don’t mind paying for some chapters but really? It’s going to take me 30 days or more to earn one chapter even with the monthly membership. At this rate I’ll forget the storyline before I can read the next chapter.

Review. So I really enjoy reading books on your app Hinovel it’s a very well put together app. The things I dislike is that buying coins (which I don’t mind) they are very expensive when they don’t last very long. I don’t know what to say about that. But I do think you should lower your price of either the chapters or the coins.

Please fix simple issues. I have owned multiple apps like this. This is the first time I’ve struggled with earning rewards for reading. I don’t mind having to check in, or read to earn rewards. But even tho I’ve read or 30+ minutes the app refuses to give me rewards. How are you supposed to read and earn coins if the rewards options keep glitching. All my other apps do not have this problem. Maybe you should add a reading time tracker to allow the reader and app keep track. Ridiculous.

Could be better. I really enjoy the stories that are on this app. However, I don’t care for the aspect of having to continue buying coins to read the next chapter. Why can’t we watch an add to read the next chapter ? Those who don’t want to watch the adds can subscribe. Why spend $10 to read a few chapters when you can literally go buy a book from an experienced author for the same price and only have to spend the amount once.. I get these authors need to make money but I think you could add some better alternatives for others.. I’m in the middle of a book but I don’t see me finishing it because I’m not spending another $10 to read 4-5 chapters to have to spend another $10. That’s absurd. Do better.

What the heck. I was enjoying the novel that I was reading and every day I would watch a total of nine ads to get my three free chapters. In addition to watching all the ads and doing everything I needed to to get my 200 additional coins. Last night, even though my money was tight I wanted to read at least that one more chapter so I spent the $.99 to buy 100 more coins so that I could read that one chapter because that’s all it was enough for before I went to bed. Today the app is not giving me one one add to watch let alone my nine for my three free chapters of the day it keeps in my ads to get my 200 free coins that I have to buy more coins so in other words I lost out majorly because I spent $.99 for one chapter. I’ve lost three chapters every day. Until I finish this chapter book and that’s if I decide to continue with it because I don’t like being forced to buying something.

Disappointed. It’s a great place for a new riders to put their stuff out there but when somebody finds something that really into it cost $100 plus just to finish a book that’s ridiculous amount of money to finish a book at that point I would rather go to Barnes & Noble, and get me a book that I really don’t care for and read it rather than spend all that moneyjust to finish a book I started a book and I literally have spent $60 since I’ve started to try and finish this book and I’m only on my chapter 50 that is insane and half of the rewards don’t even work you need to tighten up. The books are good but not worth that price.

Great stories. Great stories to read! They give you a chance to earn coins to read and that alone helps build the suspense of the books! Very helpful with customer service when and if anything goes wrong!

Impossible to cancel subscription. If you subscribe to their weekly VIP through the app online, it is next to impossible to cancel it. There is no place in the app to click to cancel and I cannot cancel through the App Store. I just got charged for three separate weekly subscriptions on the same account without multiple benefits. I am incredibly frustrated. The stories are good, but not anything that you can’t find elsewhere else. It’s not worth it. Go somewhere else. Save yourself the frustration and money. Update: In order to cancel you either have to email them and wait for a response or contact them through Facebook messenger which although faster than email does also take a while. It’s insane that you can’t just cancel it from the app.

Support Services. I had some issues with a book I was reading having strange chapters from a different book mixed in. Support Services was quick and thorough, promptly refunding me for credits auto spent on the chapters from the “wrong” book and answering my questions! I am impressed!

Great stories BUT too Expensive!. I think it gets too expensive to finish a book since you have to pay to unlock chapters and sometimes I get the feel chapters are too short. God forbid you get hooked on a book with 100+ chapters-LOL. And WHY should I spend coins on the author’s notes? …For books that are not edited and have lots of errors and I agree with other reviews that sometimes it gets hard to follow due to grammatical errors the price per chapter is not fair. The books I’ve read have been great, really liked them but not fair to pay $40 for 1 book when I could probably pay less at the bookstore.

Please read first.. This is a great idea. But the method of how it is ran is poor. First you can get bonus to unlock chapters. But majority of the time it won’t give u the chapters and take your bonuses. Secondly u can pay. Again poorly thrown together. Because u pay by chapter. And again either it takes your money and u get nothing. I honestly wouldn’t waste my time. This is one of those rare occasions where the bad reviews are true. And its more ppl than you think that have or is having issues with them.

Needs work. There are a few books I’ve found that I enjoyed reading, some completed and others ongoing. Having read a few books I’ve come to realize that maybe it isn’t worth paying for coins to unlock chapters due to poor grammar and/or punctuation mistakes. I’ve had to reread a couple times just to understand what was trying to be said. Once I noticed more than enough mistakes I just lose interest in the story. It’ll be cheaper buying a professionally writen/ edited book. Also, I am not a fan of the new update in order to get bonus coins, I prefer the way it was before the update.

One of the better apps. I like the fact that these chapters are longer than other ones. Some of the other book apps I read the chapters are so short and then you have to pay to read more. Atleast here you can read several chapters before having to recharge. I’ve only just started on this app and I’m already liking it more than my other ones

Hinovel. I’m continuously installing and deleting apps, but this app has remained for a long time for several reasons. Their bonuses are worth collecting and don’t expire. Their charges for chapters are reasonable (over 55 is unwarranted in my opinion and bonuses of 1,3,5 waste of time). There are a good mix of books, with super long books over 1200 chapters ( not for me) and under 900 chapters . The stories are entertaining and the authors try not to have cliffhangers or repeat storylines. So in conclusion, if there are significant changes to these then I may have to delete.

Love it!!. Honestly I really like the app. I know a lot of people would have a problem with the bonuses and paying but you have to give credit where credit is due to authors and it keeps me from staying in my bed reading all day lol. I love the stories and how there’s options to be able to read more every day, instead of having to wait or not getting enough bonuses to be able to unlock a chapter like other apps I’ve tried have done.

Disappointed. I have found some ok stories to read on the app but I think it’s crazy to spend so much money on a poorly written book when I can spend way less on a professionally published book. Another issue I have with this app is that my bonuses are disappearing. I had 43 bonuses and unlocked a chapter that was for 14 bonus points why do I now only have 14 bonuses remaining. This is not the first time that something like that has happened. I understand that I’m getting bonuses by completing different tasks, but that doesn’t mean take them away just because you can.

Disappointed do NOT recommend. The way the company of this app is run is unrealistic you can only get a few coins a day and some chapter cost up to 121 coins and it is impossible to move on to the next chapter of the book because of the app will make you pay if you want to still read the book it is really said that the app was so poorly designed that you can not earn any coins barely by watching ads or something so buying coins is your only option and charging $20 for only being able to get through a few chapters is crazy you can buy a real published book for $20 I got this app for me to be able to read and have it be cheaper their are still some word mess ups in some of these books and parts that don’t make sense this is a scam that is only looking for your money

Scam. If you write stories for these apps, you’re not an author, you’re a scam artist. I did the math on a novel I wanted to read. $162 at minimum. Who would pay that for a book? Or wait and read a chapter a day (maybe) with the freebies. Gross. Put your books on a reputable site and get what they’re actually worth. I’d be happy to pay a few dollars to support up and coming writers but no ebook is worth more than $15. They let you read just enough of the book to get you hooked and then try to trick you into spending outrageous amounts to get the rest. Scam. Gross.

Reader and Writer Friendly. Fun and interesting stories to read across the whole app! Easy to top up on coins without spending your own money if you choose to. Also super easy to use as a writer. Easy programming for editing and updating. Also easy to contact someone for help if needed.

Too expensive!!!. I understand that you have to pay the writers to post, and I can understand up to 50 coins per chapter, but when you get into the high hundreds to mid two hundreds for a chapter, that’s ridiculous!!! I even emailed about everything and pretty much just got a sorry. You want people to pay a monthly fee and have to pay per chapter???? Do better. I was stupid and got hooked into a few books. I’ve spent over $250 to read them and am still not done with one of them. Never mind the fact that the chapters are about a half to a full written page

Severely lacking in variety. Got here via an ad in Duolingo. “All kinds of popular novels” sounds somewhat misleading, no? I’m sorry for the low star rating, but the novels seem targeted mostly to young female demographic & Otome is simply not my cup of tea.

Scam. Impossible to unsubscribe and the terms and conditions hide a small print fraudulent minimum therm of years despite saying can unsubscribe at any time. Complete scam. Do not download or subscribe, save your money and stress.

Scam- do not subscribe. First time I subscribed it was fine- it went through apple properly and I was able to cancel my subscriptions. I decided to subscribe for another week and now there is absolutely NO WAY TO CANCEL and apparently this is common. I’ve tried emailing, contacting FB and IG and no response yet. Probably going to need to cancel my card. Absolute scam- they’ve made it difficult on purpose. Do not subscribe Edit to add: I got a reply from support email which told me to unsubscribe through Google play even though I said I use apple. Absolutely useless (and I did check my old google account- it’s not there). Tried FB and IG who said they will cancel it but have not confirmed when this will be done and if it has been done. This is a SCaM

Expensive. Used to be the cheapest app to read great stories. Now the most expensive. Sorry cheaper app to read stories.

Reduced free bonus points. The latest version has reduced free bonus point. The 2 videos per day used to be worth 5 point each and now 3. No bonus for reading time. Has made this one of stingiest for free points and adds to cost. Will be one of my least favourite reading apps after this as plenty of cheaper apps have the same stories.

Disappointed. Paid for more coins. Charged me more money than it said. Also have finished the book yet and paid more than I would walking into a book shop. Too expensive, all for supporting authors but it’s too much.

They’re ripping you off!. The novels are charged on points that you purchase through the book but the balance does not match, they claim it will be 19coins to unlock the next chapter but they take 30coins! It’s a scam and dishonest! The books she spelling mistakes and are so poorly written, the story one is good but there no editing so it below sub standard!!

Rewards. It would be better if we could earn rewards here and there, rather than always having to buy points. I got to a point where I was spending too much and I had to delete the app.

Not worth the hassle. Having to wait for coins to continue is quite painful and I’m not going to pay money to read. Disappointed is an understatement

$7.99 to read for a day but only gives 500 points. I thought the option to read for a day at $7.99 was ok until I saw that it actually only gives you 500 points. Considering that a chapter can cost well over 100 points this equates to less than 5 chapters for the book I am reading. That’s less than 20 minutes for me. Don’t advertise it as read for a day if you only get a small number of points to use. That’s false advertising!

Disgraceful Ripoff. If you are happy to pay $91.00 to read a book I. An app that cuts off paragraphs, incorrectly writes the characters names and sometimes doesn’t make sense or duplicates the whole chapter you read, download the app. What an absolute disgrace! I hope you go bankrupt you awful rip off merchants.

Rip off. It gives you a few free chapters, then wants you to buy coins to read more, then they charge for every chapter, not a whole book,I don’t mind paying to read books, but it cost me almost $40 to read half a book! They charge more they the say they are going to then steal your coin credits.

Short chapters and expensive unlocks. I don’t mind supporting indépendant authors. But the costs are entirely unreasonable.

Earning rewards. I wish there was more ways to earn rewards on a daily basis. Or that you got a 100 bonus when watching a video. These novels are so addicting but I just can’t afford to keep reading and topping up. Every 1 hour I need to buy more to continue on it’s starting to hurt my bank account. Please provide more was to continue reading. Or allow us to unlock more chapters at once not just one

Rewards. It’s good but I have 2 notes 1. I wish there were more and easier ways to unlock new chapters. I feel like it takes ages to read 1 story 2. The daily rewards: Now here’s my problem. Sometimes it could say that I’ve gotten up to 200 bonuses for example and I’ll come back the next day and it’ll say 180. It’s slowly taking off bonuses that I’m saving and it’s unfair. It takes more time for me to complete chapters

Misleading advertising. I’m not sure if you people know the meaning of the word “free “ when we have to pay for something it’s not free. I’m sick and tired of false advice!!!

Exorbitant price per Chaapter. I’ve downloaded quite a few of these apps and only downloaded this one because it was the only app I could find the books I wanted to read but after seeing how much each chapter was to unlock I stopped reading and deleted this app. 136 coins to unlock 1 chapter and this was for every chapter. It would have cost hundreds of dollars if I were to buy the coins to finish one book. The most any other app has asked to unlock a chapter was 48 coins. That’s a big difference.

Scam. It is impossible to unsubscribe from this. Beware

Do not get this app. You pay coins to unlock chapters plus it charges you a subscription as well! I removed the app and cancelled the subscription yet I was still charged a week after for a subscription! I’ve reported to Apple.

4 star. Honestly I wish this could be a 5star rating but there are just some issues with this app. 1. The story lines are amazing, but someone really needs to check the spelling in here. It’s horrible reading and seeing that while reading, or the sentence doesnt make sense. I think Someone needs to finalise what’s going to be sent out. 2. Better way to earn coins. I have spent some money on this app and reading 1chapter a day is boring especially when there books that have 120+ chapters. Make it a little easier for people that can’t spend $80 for 5000 coins.

Money scam.. At first they ask you to buy subscription that is not cheap, and then to read any other books you then have to add more money. It is a scam for money, and not even a good one. If I could give it less than one star I would.

Too expensive. While the books are quite good, there is a lot of miss spelled or extra words in the stories. I paid 15$ Canadian and didn’t even get half way through a book. I could buy a few physical paper back for that amount, and it’s properly edited. So I think it’s a money grab.

Very attractive novels BUT. Very attractive novel and atory you feel you are living it, but it’s too expensive. You could spend easily 60 to 70$ on each novel which is unreasonable. I will continue with the novel I’m reading but definitely will not read others from this site.

it’s alright. it has some really great stories on it but having to use coins it’s stupid. all i wanna do is read my story and i have to pay to get coins or watch trailer and other things to get coins. when u do that it gives u only 5 coins. each chapter is usually over 70 coins.

All account locked. I have 2 phones and use different account on both phones. All my accounts are locked and shows network error. I am not able to unlock any chapters and also not able to login to another account using either facebook, google, apple id or line. All the accounts shows network error. I am continuously emailing for my issue to be solved since 1 month and every-time the reply comes in one or other ways that i should use my other account. But how can i use other account if i am not able to login to any other account from both my phones. I will really appreciate if someone help me to unlock my guest account or atleast tell me a way to login on another account or create new account.

Too expensive. Definitely a money grab! You have to buy coins to read chapters and each chapter is 60-130 coins. $70 to read a book? You can buy several books much cheaper and/or on cheaper apps with unlimited book for 10% of that.

Ads. The amount of ads you have to watch for very little rewards is staggering. They are long and painful. You can read maybe 2 chapters a day if lucky. To buy the coins for chapters is horribly priced. I do like the stories tho. It will take me 6 months at this pace to read a full book. Terrible.

It’s not worth it to pay so much. The book initially was so entertaining. I get it you pay. But the chapters are limited like 12-13 pages(very short) and then after you pay 19-20 coins every chapter? Which you can tell that the writer just expand his or her writings which sometimes the story is not relevant anymore (just to make it longer) You pay for membership and they give you 500 coins which you can use for 26 chapters only. Then you might want to purchase more coins,then you will find out that the chapters are like almost 600!! So that means you need almost 11,400 coins!!which is like your spending more than $100!! Very ridiculous and a waste of money. You don’t spend this much for the books that famous writers wrote. And besides, the grammars are for kindergarten. This is not a support for the writers it’s a shed off of our money. You won’t go forward for these. It’s not worth it.

Don’t waste your money it’s not worth it.. The amount of coins/stars to read a short chapter is ridiculous and you’ll end up spending more then the novel is worth. The spins are always 5 stars with a few 10 stars nothing ever higher. The amount of ads is far to much especially if you need to pay to actually read a chapter. It cost anywhere from 50 to 150 stars per chapter. As you go further in the book the stars amount needed goes higher. It just sad that the books & authors will never really be appreciated by devoted readers because of sites like these. I had/have to wait to get enough stars to read one chapter every 2 - 3 days.

Too expensive. Way to expensive and way to many grammar mistakes cudos to the writers but check your spelling and don’t let them drag. Maybe you should charge one price like everyone else books should be no more then 30$ and again that’s for a book that has been proof read.

Terrible App. I had to pay for every chapter after a certain point & the book seemed like it was written by a child. Terrible grammar & immature writing. I paid $22 & didn’t even get to the end of the book. I wasn’t buying more credits to finish. I can buy a real book by a famous author in a store for less than $22. Total rip off!!!!!

Good Stories, Coins Are Too Annoying. There are a lot of good stories on this app. However, I think it’s a bit pricey and ridiculous to pay coins every chapter. 100 coins is about $5 for me, and paying $5 every chapter for a book with 100 chapters is going to be pricey and annoying. I also don’t like how you have to watch so many ads for coins, and they only give you so little. The roulette wheel for coins is also ridiculous. I hope to see a change in the payment for stories instead of coins.

Severely Overpriced and Poorly Written. I found a book with a halfway decent storyline but it was very poorly written. The book was missing key punctuation and had a great many spelling errors. I would still have finished the book but you have to pay per chapter, the chapters are short. Its not worth the money, I ended up paying $37 USD to read 28% of the book. It’s a scam, don’t bother.

Revenge on love rats after rebirth. This is a really great book to read but I can’t go any further because the app is frozen and I keep refreshing without any response I would very much like to complete reading this book.

Scam. I tried this out figuring if I Paid 30 dollars then I’d. Be able to enjoy reading without constant I interruption. NOPE didn’t even get through one book it still cut me off. I had tried before with 5 dollars and it gave me the same amount of reading time. It doesn’t matter what you pay they always want more and won’t let you read in peace. If I wanted constant I interruptions while reading I’d have had kids.

Good App, could be better!. Any reading app is a great thing but there is always room for improvement. Personally, I like to scroll when reading rather than tapping so that feature could be added! Also, would be nice as an author to allow different fonts like bold and italic to emphasize certain things within the writing process!

Expensive. Not sure if it’s the story I’m reading or all of them, but if this app is going to be this expensive, the grammar should be that of a published best selling author. Pretty good. I am really enjoying the book I’m reading right now. The only down fall is you have to “purchase” the chapters with coins. You can earn coins slowly or spend money to get some. Wouldn’t be too bad but it’s 20 coins per chapter and this book is 220 chapters long 😩

An ad is not adding reward points. There is an ad that is glitching and not adding the reward points but it takes away number of tries. The ad is about implants and it is popping up on every reading app I use. Until you fix the problem you will have 1 review star. When you fix it, I will change it to 5 stars.

Great App. I am a very big reader when I have the time. This app has been awesome to read on. The bonus and coins are new to me for each chapter, but they usually have deals on their items.

Disappointed. Don’t get your hopes set on reading books using the free coin system. It is impossible to get to the next chapter of a book. 123 coins for the first chapter after you read the free part. It took 3 days to get 15 coins and it will take far too long to ever get to 123 coins. I can’t imagine beings able to actually finished a book on this app. Many apps are similar but the coins system on this one is ridiculous.

Too expensive. Having to pay for every single chapter of a book is absolutely insane. It would cost over 50 dollars to read a single book. The editing is poor and the books lack content. I would give this app a higher rating if you had to watch an add in between chapters but the fact that you have to pay to read each chapter is very unreasonable.

I could buy real books for a fraction of the cost. By the time you have read through one of these poorly written off label books you’ve probably spent more than $20. If there was any editing at all it was poorly done. I believe the one story I read was not originally written in English and had a terrible translation. Pronouns were all over the place. Grammatical errors on every page. Redundant to say the least

It costs so much just to get a couple thousand coins and then each chapter of the book you have to spend over a hundred coins just to unlock the chapter. Buggy. When searching for new stories whole sections disappear! The “coins” are expensive and the story chapters cost a lot so you use up the “coins”. You can’t buy books chapters in bulk like other reading apps. Bonus coins expire too…

Review of the stories. Hinovel stories are good. Exciting and never want you to put down once you start reading. Very very good 2 stories i am reading and want to read more but also get expensive.

Took expensive!. The book I’m reading is 50 chapters and each chapter costs 100+ coins. For this story alone cost me $36. The ONLY reason I continued to read it was I was already invested in the book. Once I finish the last chapter I WILL NOT be reading any more stories with this app. While the app works really well, the cost outweighs the technical of this app

Great read. Great stories! However it take along time for updates in many of the stories!

Disappointed. I’m disappointed with the final cost of the books. The books are meant to me short stories and the first and only one I attempted reading was well over 200 chapters. It kept dragging on and on and once I had spent $16 I had had enough. I can get better quality written books off other sites much cheaper. I’m all about supporting new, young writers and am a sucker for a love story but they should be proofed by someone else.

Overall view of Hinovel. Enjoying the content. I can also find stories that don’t have 600 plus chapters. I tend to lose interest with such long novels, plus the cost gets out of hand.

One of my favorite apps for reading. I love that I get vouches given daily besides the rewards daily that they add up and I don’t have to top up unless I want to.

Way to expensive. I spent ten dollars to read a book of 170 chapters. Loved the story line, but is full of typos and grammatical errors and I only got to read 21 chapters before my coins ran out. As good as the story line is, is not worth the major amount of money it would take to read the whole book and not even have it as a hard copy. Writers should reconsider using this app before submitting their hard work.

Way Overpriced -Lacks quality. For the amount of money you have to spend to finish a story you could buy two paperback books. In addition to that the story I read had TONS of basic grammatical errors that made it tricky to follow. Not even a spell check. Not spending $40 to read an average story where of and off are used incorrectly.

Hinovle. This book is so good. I never liked to read until I found hinovle. It took me two weeks to finish my first book. I got addicted as soon as I started reading.
