No products showing. The app is slow and when searching nothing appears

Doesn’t display pictures for selected products in iPhone 12. The app doesn’t allow to see pictures of selected products on product’ page for iPhone 12, however works fine for iPhone 11. Reinstallation of the App didn’t help to eliminate the issue.

Not working properly. IKEA UAE app is definitely in need of update. Not able to see any products. Worst IKEA app.

Big brand with worst app. It gives you errors until you find the issue yourself. Worst app.

Support for Wallet. Why not yet adding support for Wallet for IKEA family card? It is much more organized there and ready to be presented when needed.

Product images don’t work. Product images just don’t load. I’ve tried it across 3 of the latest iPhones.

Improved. Previously ordering and paying was a bit clunky. So much better now, didn’t experience any glitches.

Extremely painful experience: slow and buggy. IKEA should really fix their app ASAP. It’s simple unacceptable how slow and buggy the app is. Please save us all the pain and fix your app! 5 hours to order 100 items only is simply a nightmare!

App is broken. The app keeps taking me to the home screen despite being on the search results page.

App is not working properly. The shopping basket is not adding products being selected. Keeps sayi g add your first product and still remains empty on adding multiple products. and when we search for any product and select for further details no image shows up. Was trying to shop for stuff. Got fed up and had to log into the website to make the order. And still the app does not show any orders placed in the account

Cant add anything to my cart. Can’t even remove the items in the cart, app needs a major update would give it a no star if i can
