Reality t.v. Vs the Hunger games. I like C.N. Crawford, her humor is always enjoyable. If you are one for Reality Television shows and the Hunger games mixed with the Fae, then this book is for you. It took me a bit to get into it, I found it kind of slow, surprisingly, but the story got better with the setup for the second book at the end. Yes, there’s a cliffhanger.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ get this app!!. I absolutely love fable. I never leave app reviews but have to for this one. Not only has it encouraged me to read more- I feel like I found my people. Fable is like social media for book lovers. It’s perfect. Way less glitchy than Goodreads too! 10/10 app.

Sadly, I have concluded it is boring. Was so stoked for this app, but all the suggestions seem designed to follow the most virtuous reader’s good intentions by leaning heavily into multiculturalism. That’s great in theory, and I do want to read some of those books, but I also want books that are attuned to my actual and specific interests. With no data tied to my existing e-book-reading habits, this just ends up offering me well-intentioned reading lists created by NPR celebrities. Which I already get from NPR! Super boring.

Almost Perfect. Would be great if there was a way to track rereads. I also wish reviewing was easier. The pre added options are limited and I’d rather more options vs the emoji reaction to each book. Quarter stars would also be great. I’m indecisive and need that quarter increment. Other than that the app seems great and easy to use. I especially like how easy the bookclub is to use. Very user friendly!

Needs Desktop Compatibility. I love using this app, but as someone managing a bookclub it’s really overwhelming to try and see all the comments from my phone. Even just having the ability to download it and run a simplified version from my computer, or somehow exporting the comments, would make my life so much easier. Instead, each month I have to go through chapter by chapter to see everyone’s comments, and it’s tedious.

Genuinely awesome. My friend shared this app with me, and I’ve been obsessed with it ever since. It has a real feel of community to it with the book clubs and very specific feed for books you’re reading or looking to read. I never write reviews for apps, but this one deserves it. SO much better than goodreads.

:). I love this app!! There are just a couple bugs I really hope get fixed soon. For example, there seems to be trouble with the UI when trying to look at your own profile. At least for me, I’m unable to scroll down to look at all my lists (although this isn’t an issue within the library tag), and I can’t scroll down to see my older reviews either. Other than that I think this is a great alternative to Goodreads.

Love it!. This app is perfect for all the virtual members of my mostly in-person book club! They can add their insights and be just as involved as other members. One recommendation (or maybe I just can’t see this option); can we add polls for what to read next? And, more importantly, can we create events that showcase the next time and location of bookclub meetings? This would mean that we don’t have to use two apps to manage meetings and discussions! Thank you for all of your hard work👏🏼

By far my favorite book app. I absolutely love this app. I do wish there was a separate feed for people I follow so I can stay updated with what their reading and their reviews on books. I’d also love if there was voice memos incorporated within the book clubs bc sometimes I have so much to say.

One complaint. Awesome idea, but I just wish we could modify the notifications. I can have all notifications on for messages in a club, or none. There’s no way, at least that I can find, to modify what kind you get. I want to know when people are chatting in my club, but I don’t want to automatically see messages from chapters I haven’t gotten to yet. It has caused me to see spoilers unintentionally. Also, when I do click on a message from my notifications, it just pulls up that one specific message instead of the whole thread, so you don’t even know what thread they were talking in & you have to go seek it out. The app is a great concept but could definitely use improvements.

Great, but not quite there. I love using this app with my book club! Having the opportunity to discuss every chapter individually without spoiling, the next one, is a great idea! As of right now, the only downside that I can see, is that a lot of the books I have previously read are not available.

Book Worm Community 📚❤️. I have been interested in joining a book club for a while now. Because I don’t have friends that read, I decided to search for an app for book readers. Fable was the first to capture my attention, I went ahead and downloaded it. So many book clubs were available and I was in awe. I was so happy to have found my community. I haven’t had any issues with this app, I found everything with ease. You can sync your goodreads account with the app as well. I’m a satisfied user. No complaints at all.

A favorite app. I’m picky with all of my social media. I don’t really want to doomscroll (bc I rather read lol) and I want my time online to be worth it. And this app is worth my time-and yours. I love the app itself (I believe it has a very seamless design and I haven’t experienced any issues myself, and I like that it’s easy to navigate and has many features). It exciting watching myself almost reach my reading challenge, and to get to gush about books with people who get it! I haven’t joined a book club just yet (I’m a mood reader so I jump from book to book, but I want to try a club sometime soon). It’s so cool that it’s even an option to have book clubs!! It’s honestly the best reading social media app and reading tracker app I’ve ever used. There’s no pressure on people’s popularity on the app or if you’re getting enough interaction. People are just vibing and enjoying themselves there. I highly recommend!!

Community. For someone who reads way too much and has no friends who like reading, fable was finally finding a community. I have participated in two book clubs already and I downloaded the app like a month ago.

It has promise.. This app has a lot of potential and I love that the team is actively working on it. They are clearly invested in building a great app for book lovers and I expect great things in the future. For me, it’s not the app for me yet. I don’t like that my home page is full of updates from people I don’t follow and am not connected with. I can’t search, sort, or filter my lists. I can’t change the cover of my lists. It’s hard to find people you may know to connect with. I also don’t like that it’s pushed to buy the book and read inside of fable. I mostly use the library for books and I use an app to track my progress and keep my reading history. It’s hard to casually mark a book as being read and update progress. I don’t use book clubs but I think it’s a fantastic concept for those that do. I wish the clubs were a feature rather than the focus. Overall, it’s a promising app. I’m sticking with it because it has potential even though it’s not the right book app for me yet.

Love!. I’m new to the reading world and really enjoy connecting with others! It’s an easy to follow layout, looks like a social media feed of books! Only wish they had a reading challenge so I can keep everything in one app! Otherwise - love everything about it!

The new standard. Seriously fantastic!. I don’t normally write reviews but this felt like the best way to say thanks for the app and the amazing customer service that’s come with it. I’ve reached out to the Fable team now twice, once for a small feature suggestion and the other to report a troll. Both times someone from the team got back to me quickly, and they actually implemented the feature I requested! Seriously appreciated, and of course overall just a wonderful app for the bookish among us. As others have said, even if you’re weary of another social app, give this one a try. No doomscrolling and the people (the ones who use it and the ones who created it) are really nice.

Interesting but could use some modifications. I am interested with the concept of this app. I will be interested to see how well the book club feature works. I wish you could save book clubs with out immediately joining that way you can wait to join until you already have the book or aren’t trying to join after it’s already started. I also wish I could customize my lists. There’s no way to sort or reorganize them which I find a little frustrating. However I love the design compared the goodreads and I am interested to see how this app develops. Update: after using for a few more days I’m finding out that I can’t seem to edit or delete posts. It seems like a bug because I try to tap on the three dots on the right hand side and nothing happens. It seems odd that I can’t edit or delete posts so I would like to see this in an update.

Insanely good customer service.. Me and my partner use fable to line up our reading list together, and we’re reading Vampire Science, a Eighth Doctor Adventure out of print book from 1997. This book never had an ebook, so Fable couldn’t automatically detect the chapters to make us milestones. I was looking at how to add my own chapter milestones and set it up arbitrarily, and while I was doing that, fable PROACTIVELY REACHED OUT TO ME and asked me to send them a picture of the table of contents so they could add them for us. This was at like 9:30pm, well past business hours, so I was like “this is so cool, probably tomorrow during business hours, we’ll have it fixed” and MINUTES later, they emailed back and asked me to refresh the app to have the chapters set up properly. Let’s recap: at 9:30pm, they proactively reached out to me, to fix the issue I was having, faster than I could even search the help system to find out if I could fix it myself. Phenomenal. The only minus I have is that I can’t pick Manga Series as our book, just individual volumes, and that’s a whole lot of work, if I were gonna have a One Piece book club or something.

New favorite app… HOWEVER. Love everything about it BUT I wish we could search through our lists instead of having to scroll ‼️‼️‼️ Some people have over 100+ books on their lists and I believe a search bar could help look through the lists

Bye bye Goodreads. This app has supplanted Goodreads in every way. And even better, the app developers frequently solicit ideas for improvement from users, and actually implement them! It’s a terrific way to track reading and meet similarly bookish new friends :)

One of my favorite apps ever !. I don’t write reviews much for apps but I have to say I absolutely love this app ! It’s amazing ! It’s like Facebook but just for books ! Love the growing community!! If you love books this is an absolute must !! 10 stars if I could!!

Features missing. I would love to start using this kind of app, but some features are preventing me from doing so full-time. Mainly, not being able to sync eBook purchases to/from the Apple iBooks store and/or Kindle book store. Additionally, I would like to read the books (on iPad) in landscape orientation.

Fable. I enjoy being able to interact with others who like to read the same types of books that I read. Several members of my family have joined and we started a Family book club to read and discuss the books we each take turns picking.

Love it but... I really love the idea of fable. I use Goodreads and recently discovered fable. Everything synced over I love how it runs like an instagram and there’s book clubs you can join. There really seems to be an active community of book lovers BUT I’m always having issues with the app, my shelves are never up-to-date with whatever I update on Goodreads and when I try to update something I get errors. I hope that they will continue working on this app because it has so much potential if I can get it to work.

Not all book are available. So I love this app, I really do. BUT it really doesn’t matter how good it is because I can’t use it. My book club members vote for this month’s book and everything was fine until I search for the book in the Fable app and I couldn’t find it. It’s just not there! So we can’t discuss the book there obviously. I mean, we’re not changing the book we want to read just because it’s not available in the app, so it’s really annoying and frustrating and sad, because we really liked the app. 😣

5 star app.. I have never been into books but this app has helped me track the books I’m reading, make digital book clubs with friend (or anybody), and really just enjoy reading! I’ve never been into reading but this app makes me want to read non-stop. If I could give this 6 stars, I would. If you’re debating downloading it, do it.

Great app!. This app is amazing. Such a friendly and user friendly community and experience. Everything works great, except for one bug. This has made me contemplate deleting the app entirely. I am finishing a book series on my Kindle and was able to add the 2nd to last book to my “read” list. However, when I attempt to add the last book (The Crown, Kiera Cass) the app simply crashes. This is such a huge problem for me, as it does not happen with other books. Just the book I’m reading. I will not be deleting the app because I know it’s a little petty to do so over one book, but please, please fix this crashing problem! I love the app and hate to knock off a star, but the bug is so annoying!

Bookish Community. So crazy… I was sitting here, a librarian, thinking there should be a digital way to share highlights and annotations as you read with your book club. This app was brought to my attention a few weeks after that thought and I couldn’t be happier!! You can buy the interactive ebook and join a club. The clubs have scheduled so you know which chapters to read when and then you can see what others have noted, you can leave comments, react, and have conversations with other book worms in the club! SO. AMAZING. Hands down—coolest thing I’ve seen in a long time!

Almost love the app!. I’m super excited to use Fable - I’ve already joined several book clubs and started my own. With that said, I couldn’t find one of the books my club is reading and the link for submitting new book requests is broken/been deleted. I sent an email to the support team for it and while I got an automatic response back, I haven’t heard anything else. Hopefully adding new books can be addressed relatively quick because I’m really excited to use this!

Love the idea but….. I love the idea of this! And I was excited for this app! But when I was searching up books like, a court of thorn and roses series by Sarah j. Maas, blood and ash series from Sarah j. Maas and along with Jennifer l. Armentrout., crescent city series from Sarah j. Maas. Thorn of glass series from Sarah j. Maas. Flesh and fire series from Jennifer l. Armentrout. If we could some how add this to the app that would be great. Or have a way of adding on book that have not been added or new books coming out! I again can’t tell you how much I love the idea of this app. FINALLY I’m not alone reading. There’s people out there that I can connect with who reads the same books as me. But the only thing is that the books I love and cherish is not on the app. Therefore I can’t discuss it with others and share my excitement and opinions on these amazing books! I want to be able to read these books with someone who is just as interested as I am and shares the same love for them as I do. But for that to begin the book needs to be on the app. Thank you for your time and patience.

Great app. I personally really like this app, it’s a great way to connect over books and find people to read them with. You can also read books in the app and they even have the classics (Anne of green gables, the picture of Dorian gray, the great gatsby, etc) on there for free. Very friendly community. Definitely recommend this app for all the book nerds in the world.

The only review I’ll ever write for an app. This app was made for the bookish folks on social media who want to be engaged and actually TALK about books and not just blindly gain followers with pretty book stack pictures. The book club feature is top notch and my TBR has grown so much since using this app, it’s kind of insane. Everyone is pretty respectful and there is little to no drama. The team is quick to respond to feedback. Love love love!

Don’t open the samples lol. I love this app but I accidentally opened a sample ebook and now I can’t get the thing to close. I had to completely uninstall the app but then when I went to update my progress for the book after reinstalling it, it went to open the ebook again and yup I can’t close it and get back the the main app. Otherwise, I love this app quite a bit!

Goodreads but good. been a good reads stan since 2014, but the user interface and actual connections with people on fable are just so much better. I also really like te quote feature! good reads also will sync to this app. Still using both, but fable is like real social media

getting better!. i went to write a review about some things i was having problems with but noticed that people had already written about them AND the developer was responding letting us know that they will be worked on and that made me feel so good and make me want to keep using the app. knowing that the developer wants to hear what we have to say and fix it! love that! but yes definitely need all the sjm books!

As good as a movie. Even though I have watched the movie based on that book, I decided to read a book afterwards. I was a little bit scared of heartbreaking stories that could be even more terrifying than in the movie but it was tolerable. Easy read.

Great App, still hoping for some more updates. I love using this app for my book club, I have read several books through this app as well. I do have the app on my phone and ipad, so i often switch off on reading via both devices. The downside to that is i have to remember which page my book was on as there is no ability to sync places via wifi/devices. I have had the opportunity to speak with staff of fable about other app requests and it’s been great to see the app further develop and make advancements. I would love the ability to see this app go even further to support readers on multiple devices!

Love Fable!. I love this app - it not only helps me read more than I normally would but connect with my friends and colleagues to discuss our recent reads. The app helps you discover books based on their curation from celebrities, authors, and influencers and then once you choose a book you can start or join a book club. Our whole company uses Fable for our reading club and have been loving it.

Fable. I’m loving Fable! I’ve found so many new books to try out and I love that it immedietly shows you readers and posts of people who read and like the same things you do. And everyone is here just to talk and like books, no hate! So it feels really fun and just the bookish place I want

There is room for improvement / some bugs. Feedback: - When I get the notifications, the app isn’t immediately synced after I open it. I often find myself having to close an app and re-open it to be able to see new notifications - Make a separate section for moderators to make post threads and polls. Participants should not be able to comment - Make followers visible on a profile so it’s more upfront to find them - I toggled off the notification specifically for chapter discussions but I still got them when someone makes a new comment afterwards. I don’t want a spoiler 😩 - Include a feature that allows a moderator to schedule posts and polls - For the book club filter, include member count and maybe some kind of info that shows whether the club is active I may come back again to add more feedback. I really like the app and I want it to be successful. The major issue I have with it is the sync. Please prioritize it 🙌🏽

Fable. I like fable. The only thing stopping me from loving it is definitely some of my features do not work anymore. I’ve had the app for 3 months and the chapter list use to come down but now it does not. I have closed the app, reinstalled, & even turned my phone off. It still will not let me see my chapter list of my book.

Great concept, lacks execution.. It just doesn’t foster discussion. It’s very much a numbers game with people who join the clubs as far as participation. Almost every club is people quoting their fave line and moving on, hardly responding to each other. I can understand it leaves users a lot of freedom to participate as they wish but for the most part it only contributes the freedom to not contribute. Would prefer a system that requires more from it’s users. Still, 5 stars. App serves its purpose.

New to the app. I just loaded this app and am searching for a book club (or clubs) to join. There are plenty of options to scroll through and it's pretty easy to use but one observation for the developers - once I view a club and close out, I return to the very top of the list and have find where I left off. It would be helpful if you returned to that same point - or if you could order the clubs by name to make them easier to find.

Love the app! Still using other apps in addition. I love the community aspect of this app. I love how I can add my books and leave reviews. I just wish I could see or add the dates I read a book. Maybe a way to organize my older reads automatically into folders or at least sort my finished books by dates. I also noticed it’s hard to find some mangas on here. I would just like to ask they add more mangas so I can review and share them with others on the app

Still needs more users but great concept!. Maybe I’m on this app a little too soon but I can’t seem to find any book clubs for any of the books that I’ve been reading in the last six months. It’s so sad because I love this idea! I’ve created my own book clubs, but don’t seem to get any traction with other users. I I’ll keep making notes on my readings for only me to see.

Amazing. I never write reviews but I absolutely LOVE that there is a community of book lovers who are so nice to each other and all we do is talk about books. It makes my heart so happy bc I don’t have anyone that loves books as much as I do unfortunately. Thank you for bringing this into my life.

I can’t find half the books I search up.. While it’s aesthetically pleasing, I can’t find half of what I’m looking for. I have to keep going back to goodreads then syncing the list to cable. I’ve tried searching up authors to find books easier and still nothing. I understand the app is still small so that’s why it gets 4 stars because other than that it’s great!

Good features but could use a few more!. I love that I can highlight, write notes, and create tabs. A couple features I’d love to see would be a function to search through an entire book and the ability to bookmark multiple pages. Plus, it’d be nice to have more customization options for the reading display, such as offering warmer text and page tones, and altering landscape mode to have only one column of text rather than two.

Bug. LOVE this app. I use it to buddy read with my friend across the country. However every time I open the ereader to sample a book it won’t let me get out of it. I’ve had to delete the app & re-download it multiple times now just to escape the ereader. Overall will never stop using this app, just thought I’d share!

LOVE IT. One of my fav apps it’s perfect for readers !!!!!

Dark mode please. Love it but I NEED dark mode

Everything I needed and so much more!. Got the app as a way to track and organise my reads, and got so much more! Imported my Goodreads TBR effortlessly 🤩 Love the book club function and the fact that you can just post your thoughts for others to see. I haven’t used the built-in ebook function but definitely will be and am excited to see the tabbing/notes function in full swing. The only thing it doesn’t have is somewhere to input a reading goal, but it does give you a yearly read wrap up so you can still see your total number at the end of each year. Love it and definitely won’t be switching to everything else

Absolutely love this app; have completely swapped from Goodreads. Absolutely love this app; have completely swapped from Goodreads

Find your club without the hassle of planning meetings. Love the app! Free and easy to navigate and once you’ve joined your book clubs it’s so simple to chat with each other, start discussions and make new friends along the way!

Good in theory. Love the community! Book clubs are fabulous and having an app for that is great. Unfortunately the app keeps crashing 😢

4.5. it’s perfectly set out and super easy format, however some books are missing. i understand some of the lesser known books that i’ve read, but the handmaids tale is the most notable. everything else is great though.

Books can only be sold in the US. This limits some functionality of the app in regards to social reading for those outside the US. Sending feedback via the app did not work.

Favourite app. Just amazing.

Where have you been all my life??. Fable has quickly become my new social media addiction. The conversations, book clubs, reviews, recommendations, book lists, progress tracking are simply awesome. I'm in Canada and can't purchase the interactive ebooks but that's not a big deal to me. I love the app!!

Glitches and errors galore!. This app has potential to be great but it’s full of glitches and loading errors.

That UI/UX! ♥️ Add a DM tool plz!. Still some work for sure but I’m seeing so much potential in this! I think reply threads along with their notifications need to be worked on. It gets a bit overwhelming when you going through things and you’re aren’t sure what you’re looking at! Maybe have it move TO the new notification? Also, add a DM tool so we don’t have to overkill the comment section! A better book search system. Write “book 1, book 2, etc) in the title plz so we know which one we are adding and reading. Awesome job team! Keep it up!

Loving this app!. It’s a book social media platform that lets you talk about book, join book clubs and post book related content. I’ve been loving it so far. The community is really great!

A great start!. I love the concept of this! It’s a nice user friendly interface. I just wish you could find/add real life friends and discuss books with them as well as with strangers.

Low inventory. I’ve enjoyed Fable thus far. However, Fable doesn’t have the next book my group wants to read. I sent a request to add the book two weeks ago and still no response. If they had more books to choose from, I would be more inclined to give a higher rating.

I LOVEE but I need more features. ALMOST perfection. BUT I need sub-genres 😩 and I just need a TAD more ways to filter genres. But with all that said… I am confused why this app is not #1 in the “book app” category

Love. Finalmente un social media che amo

Good concept that I hope continues to develop. I like the concept of this app being a more interactive Goodreads. I love the book club aspect and that you can comment so much on books with quotes and reviews! I wish that you could add friends easier. I am excited with how they may develop the app further.

I don’t strangers content on my feed. I love the interface so far and being able to import from Goodreads is truly a great feature. I really don’t like Home Screen. I don’t want to see random strangers posts. Maybe I’m missing something in the settings to turn this off?

brilliant app. as a bookish girlie who has no one to talk to about her books, this app has been a life saver and SO much fun! it’s like if goodreads and instagram had a baby - fable does it all and it’s beautifully designed. so happy i found this app, and thank you to fable for creating a book club component to this app - genius!

Glitchy. Has the potential but is very glitchy and has trouble loading properly ... needs some work

Never more. Slow burn. Harder for me to get into but once I was in it, I was in it! I would definitely recommend!

Good app but not as many titles available as Good Reads. I’ve looked up several books that were unavailable. In that way it’s not a good replacement for Good Reads but it has its other unique perks. I like the app aside from that one issue.

How to unmute books?. Absolutely adore this app, but can’t figure out how to unmute books I’ve muted. Help?

I love it. I honestly do love this app. It just has minor issues sometimes like lagging issues it is why I can’t give it a 5star.

Like the concept. I love the concept wish it was more user friendly

No poll option?. For some reason my messages don’t allow me to give poll options and I’m a moderator. After doing research I should be allowed to bit the icon just does not show up. Other than that I think its really great since I dont live close to anyone that I know.

Very cool idea. What a great new idea, especially now!

Is there a way to add a book manually?. Specifically, if I could scan the barcode of a book in app to add to my lists that’d be awesome. (You have books 1,3-4 of a series I’m reading- BUT NOT BOOK 2, in your database.) I’m sure it’s not the only book users would want to add, but a feature like that would be super helpful.

Wow. This one by far was one of my absolute favorites with how Tate & Miles love story unfolds and the layers and layers she had to uncover to realize who he truly is and why.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I love this app! My reading motivation tripled! 🥰🥰

Not great for iPad. I have this app on my phone and it’s really fun to use, but on iPad, I’m not able to open the books in my bookshelf. It just takes me to a blank, white screen, which makes it kind of useless on iPad.

My favorite new social media app, but needs some tweaking!. I love this app! I use it every day. I have some suggestions for future updates to make it more user friendly. -the ability to tag more than one book and add more than one picture -the ability to create polls and reviews right from the post tab -the ability to add updates from the post tab, like starting a new book, progress on a book, and finishing a book -being able to see follower/following count from your personal page -connecting Fable to Goodreads and Kindle for automatic updates rather than manually syncing the updates!! This is a big one for me -the way lists are set up as they currently are feels a bit clunky to me. Having to take a book off my “currently reading” list and add it to my “read” list even after I’ve marked the book as finished is a bit tedious. I would love for books to automatically be moved from “currently reading” to “read” after the book has been finished. -I don’t know if it’s just me but there is a glitch where the Like and Comment count on my posts is never the same. I get notifications that I’ve received likes on a post and when I go to look at the post, it will show 0 likes. - posts of quotes with spoiler warnings on them are very hard to read. The color of the background and text are too similar and I can’t read what book the spoiler is about -lastly, the format of the digital books in app is weird. Instead of taking up the whole page the margin is moved very far to the right. This deters me from buying and reading books in the app, and I would love to because adding notes and reactions and highlights for other people in the app to see is such a cool idea. Thanks for reading and I look forward to watching this app grow!

Obsessed ⭐️. I love this app. I have no complaints.

Enjoying!. I absolutely love this app, the fact you can read together with you group is also another pro of this app. all and all i enjoy it!

Overall good app. It’s a very good app to have for a book club, but it would be even better if they allowed you to choose multiple moderators. It would also be good to have the option to delete past books in a book club.

Not International Friendly. The app is good, has the perfect concept for a buddy read. But the interactive ebooks are only available in the US :(

Such a great way to read with friends. Loving Fable so far. The design is great, and I love that I can read with friends on my phone. We’re always talking about different books but sharing highlights and notes is next level.

One of us is dead!. Well written

Book Club for me. This app is for people that want to have a Book Club (or Clubs) on the go or not into a traditional Book Club

I’ve had it for ten mins, needs a dark mode. I like how the app kind of guides you when making reviews. The spoiler free discussion forums are also a nice touch. Just rlly wish there was a dark mode.

Deleting critical comments. Your moderator marked my very reasonable, but slightly critical comment on Instagram as spam. What a way to connect with your audience. One star.

Tom Lake. So many warm and wonderful relationships portrayed. Loved every minute

Cant even sign up apple or google. Just gives me error everytime such garbage cant do anything.

Great Fall Updates. Great updates to the app so far like a monthly reading wrap up and streaks! I wish streaks are able to show publicly on our profiles to make it more encouraging. Please also add a monthly tbr as well that would make it awesome!

Great App!. I love this easy use app. Very user friendly!

Great, but where are the self-pub titles?. Love this app, but wish I was able to choose books for my book club that are self-published or lesser known. There are a lot of great books (by JLA, Elise Kova, etc) that are missing that I would have loved to choose for a book club read.

great!!. I absolutely adore it, but I'd love to see a separate page for friends and another for an explore page!!

Customer service interaction. I have been trying for two weeks for customer service fix an error on my account, and still have not gotten it resolved. They do not answer messages or reply to emails you have sent them. It is the worst costumer service I have ever seen.

Really enjoy but still needs some minor tweaks. So far I’m really enjoying using the Fable app, the only thing that slightly irritates me is that it doesn’t automatically update and move books between your Want to Read, Currently Reading, and Finished lists like Goodreads or Storygraph.

Favorite app for book lovers. I love this app mainly because I love to read I get to see other peoples read and reviews that’s how I can pick out different kinds of books for my tbr list it’s really fun to be on 😊📚

The best book app ever. I love the layout of this app. Very user friendly and the book community is topnotch. Highly recommended. ✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾

Great concept but needs work. I love the idea of this app to keep conversations going. The highlight and quote feature to create discussions around is great too. I have a couple friends when they try to join our existing bookclub, receive an error saying the club doesn’t exist or has been deleted. Another is not able to leave comments or quote the books. Overall I have personally had no issues and I like the app a lot but if it doesn’t work for everyone in our club, we won’t be using it.

Can’t search by author. Would love this app if searching for books was easier! It’s wild you can only search by book title and not by author. It also needs to let you click on an authors name and see all their books! Also you can’t actually import list via goodreads, it gives you an error that login isn’t supported.

Well designed app and illustrations but. not exactly clear what I’m paying for

Pretty cool. Cool to join others and discuss books.

Only built for YA and contemporary fiction. Not meant for literary fiction in translation, theology, non-fiction, or classics, which are all I read. I will stick with Storygraph.

Kindle Import Doesn’t Work. Yet another app that doesn’t actually work.

Pricey for nothing useful. Makes no sense why I’d pay over $60 a year for “recommended” book lists that I get for free on the internet. Rethink your business model.

So Awesome!. This app is so great, seriously so enjoyable and a really great place to actually connect with other readers who read the same things as you. Great idea for an app for sure! 📚

A bit slow. Love using the app, but it’s frustrating that when clicking on comments it takes for ever to load or they don’t load at all.

Buggy. I tapped into an ebook of a book I had in my favorites and now I cant leave that page unless I buy the ebook. I have restarted my phone and everything and I can’t leave that page

Feel free to come over. Call me later today

Underrated!. Everything GR has and more, including book clubs, reading streaks, a more interactive feed, and great new features being added all the time! I’ve tried other apps and Fable is by far my favorite!

I like the idea but…. There are SO many books/genres that are missing. What about graphic novels? Mangas? It’s lacking variety.

I’m not good enough I have. Know what I mean like when you’re in

No actual reading tracker??. The app has potential but I don’t understand why I can’t actually track the progress of the books I’m currently reading. I enjoy updating that every day.

Great app but one advice. This app is amazing!!! I love how interactive it is and my group of friends love using it. I do wish there was a way to co-host the book club with two people! This way two people are moderators.

Missing a lot of titles. I love the app! I love the idea, I love the design, I love everything about it— except for the fact that it’s missing a bunch of books I wanted to add/discuss 😔 is there a way to link the app/profile to goodreads so that doesn’t happen? this is literally the only thing preventing me from giving it five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Only good for book clubs. This app is great if your just wanting to join book clubs. However do not buy books from within the app if you use a kindle. You can not read the books you purchased an a kindle.

Can’t always write a comment. The app works fine except for when I want to write a comment. Sometimes it allows me to, sometimes it doesn’t. It automatically erases whatever I wrote, which makes participating in club chats pointless

Nice ux, bad search. It was really easy to upload everything from Goodreads to fable. I wish the search was better, and that you could set up annual challenges.
