Pay. Omg you have to pay?

Terrible. I can’t make an account anymore for some odd reason . Every time I do go to make an account it will not allow me

You pay and they ban you. I have had countless numbers and they keep banning I use to tell my homegirls to get on this app but I refuse bc as soon as u sign up they’re banning you !

Hacked My IP. I’ve been on imo since the end of 2019...mm (the hacker) would swipe out my number making it an invalid number so I couldn’t use it to go live. Before I could use a different number and create a new account but now he swiped my IP address causing me to get a whole new phone. 🙄 customer support is bias if you want people to enjoy the app then please fix the problem. REALLY!. Ok..IMO has always been a good app up until now. Why would you charge just for Imo live when Imo video calling is free? Don’t make no sense to have to pay for this Imo live app. You’re so greedy, you want people to even pay to send diamonds etc. I’m not spending a dime on this app..no google play cards or nothing will be sent to you. Not to mention, the app hardly work right. You really need to think of something else besides a paying live app. Do you even know how many free live apps are available..that are really free?? I guess your greediness won’t let you care.

It could be way better. This app could be soooo much better but they really don’t give any directions to what needs to be done. People can report you and end your live to easily just because they don’t like that you are live. Also if this is suppose to be an adult app then no one should be getting reported for anything they do. Update please New Features. Let us choose mods for our own lives and allow us to control how long a person is blocked a block list and allow us to see who follows us not just the number of people following us

Banned for no reason. My account got banned yesterday and I didn’t even do anything wrong. The problem is if people don’t like you they can pay mm the creator/hacker to ban you by your IP address. I’ve been on this app since 2018 and this app is becoming trash. There is no real customer service. And people were loyal customers that paid there premium are getting blocked because other people don’t know how to not co-exist in a space. I’m going to another app

Doesn’t work. This app will not go through on an iPhone I guess because I try it for months and it never goes through.

Needs new support team. Anyone gets banned for the smallest thing even when not doing anything at all an even if you a paying member they want fix the problem. Need to bring back the locked box . Also need to let it be a way to chat by voice even if you not on video. Need to make a update an make it so you can make it where you can get in contact with support. The worst app on the market. This app use to be good. Now it’s complete and utter crap. Wont let you do anything it tells you. And forget about customer service. It’s pretty non existent. They provide all these emails and links to get support and it’s just nothing. I mean why even provide those links and emails if there’s not even the tiniest amount of effort to receive customer service? Don’t bother downloading this app is the worst
