SAVE MY LOGIN. The app is great and mirrors the desktop platform well, but it’s so so frustrating to have to log in every time you open the app. Please update to save log in credentials!!

Success!. I was a bit hesitant to take the test for today because I feel like I didn’t sit enough to review and refresh what I had learn all these years being a bedside nurse. It’s been 13 years since I actually take my first board exam in Nursing and since then it’s been a long time since I had taken an actual test. It feels so good now that it’s over. My only regret is that I waited this long doubting myself. Thank you Exam Prep although most of the questions here did not show on the test, the theory and the scenario is somewhat the same.

Very buggy. You have to click confirm, then back then confirm again to se the rationale and to know if you got ir wrong or not. This happens randomly and makes it frustrating to study with it.

Content not loading for course.. I can not get any of the actual course content to load for this app or the web platform. I have emailed the support contacts but have gotten no response back. I mainly purchased the book due to this app and what it advertised. But now after using the activation code that came with the book for the app and web platform am not able to use any of its electronic resources.

It’s a really great app! A few glitches. This app has been really wonderful in helping me to make progress, as I am studying for my LCSW. My issue for the last few weeks is that I have to keep creating a new password when I try to log in through the app. Once I go in and change it through my email, I can access my account through my email (after clicking the link in the email), but not when I am trying to log in through the app. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Didn’t see a place to provide feedback or get help on the app, so I figured I’d put it here. It’s a really great app though, from what I have seen!!!

Log in glitch. This app will not let me log in. I can’t even use it.

Doesn’t save log-in. The app seems to work well, but users should know the material is the same as the physical book. The app is frustrating to use because it does not save your log-in information. If you click away from the app for any reason, you have to type out your email and password every time. This is cumbersome and makes the app difficult to use.

I passed!!!!. Using this app combined with the book and practice test, I passed with flying colors!!! I felt adequately prepared with what I learned from this study material.

Do Not Buy App or Book. You cannot login to the app. Pointless.

Login frustrating. I love the app and program except the login screen. It doesn’t save your username or password so every time I log in I have to type both out. It’s a big deal because of the app is meant to study on the go, it’s less likely I’ll use it if I have to type in cumbersome login info every time.

Not user friendly- right doesn’t know what the left is doing. Terrible app if you can even get logged in that is. You have to sign in every time and reset your password every time because the app isn’t smart enough to know it’s you. No game dashboard on my Home Screen. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re trying to study- practice questions are the same as the 170 questions in the book so no real advantage to online stuff and books other than practice exam. A lot of work for the same 170 questions if you ask Me

Can’t log it. This app is USELESS if I can’t even log in. I can’t even log into the website through my mobile phone. The only time is works is on my computer. Useless.

Serious flaws as a study tool. When I try to highlight text in the app to copy it, the app thinks I’m trying to “swipe back” to the previous page and I lose my highlight!

Yuck.. Pretty much this app. Not intuitive or easy to navigate. I recommend you use a different source for studying.
