Bid?. I am starting to find that there is not true, consistent bidding that goes on here. A load will flash a notification to my phone and within seconds it’s taken by a driver with no opportunity to bid. On top of that, the starting rates are the lowest of low balling. Someone’s making lots of money and it’s not the carriers. CURRI could have a really good thing going here if they included integrity in their operation. Oh, and good luck speaking to someone expressing concerns or trying to sort out confusion on a delivery. The trucking industry thrives on communication. I don’t know if they know this.

Cheap skates. So this app allegedly lets you bid but that’s not the truth of it the truth is once you place a bid if they don’t like the bid they leave the listing up long enough for someone CHEAPER & when I say long enough I mean that listing will stay up past the said 5 minutes past 10 minutes all for a couple dollars they don’t want to give you. They are making money in the background and the truth is you can only have some of it they will not accept your bid not because your have been out bid but because they need the money CB

Instant pay. App is great! I’ve been using for almost a year now. I’ve been trying to get my instant pay to work but I’ve been having issues ever since I got the app, seems it has a mind of its own. I don’t have an option to select instant pay I know I’ve seen it like the very fist time I started using the app for about 2 weeks underneath the payout amount it had an instant payment option but since I updated the app it’s not there no more and like I said it has a mind of its own some days I will do an early 6am delivery and I will see those funds that evening 😅then I might do another delivery that very same day in the afternoon and I won’t see that money till 2-3 days later…🧐 it’s honestly a great way to make some extra cash during your free time it works 💯 percent. Csr team is always on point if you ever need anything that has to do with the delivery but if you ask about your money they know nothing… lol 😂 on these cases that you need the money same day it would be nice if you can transfer it to your bank instantly just like GoPuff they have the same banking partner Stride.

Scammers. I am writing this to express my extreme disappointment with the Query app. This week alone has been the third time I have booked a trip to make a delivery, driven a significant distance, and arrived only to find out that the package had already been given to someone else. Each time, I was offered absolutely no compensation, not even for gas money after a multi-hour trip. It feels like the app uses a bait-and-switch tactic, booking premium drivers when no one else is available, only to drop them for a cheaper option as soon as one appears, leaving the original driver stranded. Furthermore, I have full documentation, including screenshots of the app showing the trips, and text messages from Query apologizing for the double-booking. When I arrived on-site, the carriers confirmed they had only ever assigned one driver. Finally, I went ahead and deleted my account, but Query failed to process that request and continues to contact me about trips available without my consent. I will be reporting this to the Florida Attorney General, filing a small claims lawsuit, and filing a complaint with the FMCSA to review their DOT status and prevent them from doing further business.

Unprofessional Rep Diana. I’ve currently been on a Curri route for 2 1/2-3 years. My number one priority has always been the customer and how we can build more relationships for the customer going forward. My representative for Curri was named Diana. She was very unprofessional and terrible at her job. Very little communication from her, and never kept me in the loop. There were times I had to go behind her back to go above her head just to get an answer to something. She always responded “I will call you in a few.” And then never call. As someone who has been on this route for the long period of time that I have, I have built a very good relationship between the customer and myself. I would go so far to say that the customer will side with me over Curri on what the next step and decisions they should go with. Anybody can be a drivery driver and deliver goods for a customer, but to have the mentality to build more rapport, and better relationships with the customer… that is what I brought to the table. I was more efficient than Curri could have ever hoped for. My representative Diana did not care about the quality of service that I brought. She was more interested in lying to the carrier and telling them one thing and then coming to us and trying to get rid of the carrier. Diana is the most manipulative person I’ve come in contact with at Curri. She does not try to communicate with the drivers she does not try to help us when we have issues. You should always listen to your drivers because they are closest to the customer. They can give you really good feedback because they are an inside source for your company. Diana obviously doesn’t get it. She’s a Joke! Get rid of her or you guys will continue to lose customers. Big customers. -Austin

Do not use. Fist of all the pay is not worth it on any job. You are using your equipment and are making pennies. It is impossible to contact a real person. If you have any issues you are on your own. They take the side of the shipper before they even investigate the issue, so anything that happens, they will not pay you and you have to fight to get paid. The app fails constantly. You can drive to a location and the job will have been canceled for days. You contact them on their chat, and you get nothing, so you wasted time and fuel for a job that does not exist. I showed up to a job I had claimed and there was 2 other people there after the same job, the app never flagged the job as claimed. So two pleople did not get the load and nothing to cover the wasted trip. Absolutely no real help for drivers, but I guarantee they will respond to this lol

Not getting deliveries. I am unable to get deliveries like I use to. I got one violation like over a month now and when I ask them why am I not getting any rides they said it’s because I have a violation and after a week it will be re I am unable to get deliveries like I use to. It’s been more than a month now and I’m still getting fewer chance to select deliveries and when I do select a delivery they pass it on to someone else which can be very frustrating so bottom line is that this is not a reliable gig if you plan to do it full time best to have a regular 9-5 and do this part time or try multiple apps because if you relying on this to pay your bills they will not get paid.

(Not interested any more). I sign up and this app for about 5 months now and all now I’m still on the waiting list and I move to a different state now and I’m still on the waiting list I made my neighbor sign up to Curri and he was active in 15 minutes I was blow away after seeing that so I gave up and this app smh waste my time and no one was willing to help me resolve my app problem at all…

Service. The app is running slow and customer service is terrible!! You cannot get in contact with anyone there’s no number to speak to someone !! When you message someone through the app they say you have to be on a delivery to get support even if you missing a payout!! The do not respond to email like they should!! Customer support is terrible it wasn’t bad like this couple years ago

Awesome app but a few issues. I agree with the last post, the app can be very laggy when entering pics or signatures taking up to 5-10 before we can move on to the next task. This can cost drivers money because they can’t grab another offer that pops up until they close the one they are on. The only other issue is the fact that it takes way too long to get in contact with customer service for drivers. A lot of situations are time sensitive and it takes in my experience 30-60 mins to get in contact with someone. Other than that this app is very well made.

Help Center Messaging. I really appreciate what Curri is doing — the platform is solid and the delivery experience is great. But I’ve run into a recurring issue with the Help Center. The pre-scripted options don’t address my concerns, and there’s no way to have a real back-and-forth with someone when I need help. I’d love to see a more responsive support system that allows for actual conversation. This would take an already awesome service to the next level. Thank you! Keep up the good work.

Curri is a great app one of the best but…. Like I said if you want to earn some money go ahead and try it out. They pay super fast as well. My only issue with this platform is that they are testing beta rating feature that’s already FOA (failed on arrival). The feature calculates carrier driver scores. The biggest issue with this is it does not accurately calculate your arrival time. So that means if you accept an order that will be ready within 30mins and your an hour away instead of them adding more time for the pickup you will still be 30mins late and will go against your score. Also the routes are calculated for cars so as box truck drivers our routes are way longer than cars are a lot of roads have truck restrictions and we don’t get to go on parkways so it’s impossible to keep up with their time. If this continues truck drivers won’t have any chance on this platform lol.

Total Waste of Time & Money. DON’T rely on this app as your main source of income if you are a driver! The offers presented to you are not guaranteed & you’ll be lucky to complete 1 offer, which can range from $16 - $55 - at times much higher depending on the assignment. On the most busiest day, I specific region in the South where I used to get a Multitude of assignment-offers, I got absolutely NOTHING offer-wise, and am driving home! Also, during an Offer-assignment, customer support sometimes take FOREVER to respond to your Helpdesk ticket, which is another form of time-waste! Furthermore, while you’re on an offer-based assignment, you’re presented with a new offer via pop-up notification go to the, but the app won’t let you claim it because of the current assignment that you’re on!

Driver support is need IMPROVEMENT. anytime I try to contact driver support I get an automated system that only gives you 2 choices to pick from and then once clicked it ends the chat. There is no number to call. When you reach out via “request help” on the app it takes and I’m not exaggerating it takes an hour for someone answer you. Definitely need to improve that department as the drivers are the boots on the ground and shouldn’t have to wait a whole hour to get some help

Slow app response and slow or no response from CURRI support. Every time something goes wrong with this app either during or trying to complete a delivery the app respond slow try to reach out to customer support Customer support is almost nonexistent when trying to reach out or trying to navigate through the app to find help on The app then it only if you do get someone they have the same scripted. I’m sorry for your problem with the app and nothing is done about making an app better for the driver or for the customer.

Terrible service. Got cancelled en route. I signed up months ago but never got any work. Every time I clicked on a delivery request I’d be put on a waitlist only to get a response later that another driver had just been assigned to it. Just now, I accepted a request and it went through for the very first time. On my way to the pick up location I got a text to not go there. On checking the app it showed that the delivery is unavailable. I tried calling support but none of my calls were picked up nor returned. I texted the support number but no one responded. I wasted my time and gas and right now I feel used. The least they could do is offer a cancellation fee for my time. These people are evil. I wish I’d gone through the critical reviews before signing up. If you think these positive reviews are an actual representation of the company, you might as well fall for their trap. F Curri. FYI I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a certain preference to work for Curri.

Good app…. I’ve been driving with CURRI for a couple of months. It’s a good, decent app that is user friendly, and a good way to supplement income…however.. There’s a few things that could help app users, such as IPAD support. Longer runs that pay more, I think those drivers should get priority on backhauls, not necessarily from point of origin, but at least back in that direction, and/or in between. Other than that, I’m hoping to continue my CURRI journey and see if it gets better. Thanks.

Too much drama and inconsistency. Impossible to reach anyone in case you need to. Then you get lectured for not reaching out. Stopping at the red light is a penalty, cause it’s time sensitive and they see you stopped with no consideration of the weather, traffic or any other issues that may come up along the way. They’ll literally take you off the assignment when you’re at the pick up location, but keep bugging you with notifications about the gig being available. Waiting for the shipper to figure out the load is your fault as well. Bunch of entitled idiots who won’t survive a day on a road thinking that they’re in charge. DIY then

Avoid curri. Simply put these are not good people doing good business. It seems as if they don't have anyone with actual experience in the logistics industry. I signed my carrier up & been on about 12 deliveries. I haven't had a smooth experience yet. Between the loads being cancelled mid transit & them escaping accountability by not having an actual call support I'm just over it. These people prey on the inexperienced & desperate. Wanting you to travel 100+ miles & only offer $50, if that. I was told by staff that my area has low volume while my wife who drives too receives 5+ delivery opportunities daily. Even when I do get a bid in they keep bidding open longer to find someone who will do it cheaper. This might be a good option to someone who already does gig app work in a small vehicle, but If you have all the responsibilities & expenses that come with owning a carrier, one owner operator to another, JUST STAY AWAY!

You better off eating chicken curry than working for Curri. If you respect yourself and value your time, don’t squander it with this company. This is a self centered company that only cares about itself. To them, you’re just a number. When they need you, they use you. When they don’t, they toss you in the trash can. I quit working for them when I found out about their lies. They keep your account active and make you think your area is dead. But indeed they block your account to give jobs to their favorite drivers. I used to work in a law firm and I did my investigation and research only to find out they’re a bunch of liars. Don’t settle for less and don’t waste your time with them anymore. Mark my words; one day, they’ll lose their business and cry out loud for the drivers they lost. Respect yourself and find a job where you get treated fairly.

Great app bad people. They (Curri) don’t treat drivers with any of the professionalism they require the drivers to have and Curri completely use drivers that are not smart enough to understand the value of their work because the second you demand a fair wage they put strikes against you also pay drivers a incentive when they get to pickup locations and the client cancel or nothing is there to pick up..we deserve a hold fee and extra compensation if we end up holding items overnight I started Curri in New Jersey but in Maryland the pay rate is ridiculous for the jobs our repair shops don’t give us discounts for repairs and gas prices are not fair so we should at least get paid 3-4 dollars a miles when we do pickups Curri offer a divers delivery opportunity to it’s clients that is on demand any time anywhere so the drivers doing all the physical deliveries should get as Mitch as the snotty disrespectful dispatchers we have to deal with at time Ian’s last I should not be penalized if the app malfunction and gives wrong information if that happens someone should fix the app and not blame the driver my score dropped after your app crashed I drove 2000 plus miles in less than three days for this app and some times I feel like it was all for nothing cheers to the times it was great

Horrible. The one month I ran for Curri, the experience was terrible. Weight of load was WAY off, communication is nonexistent, app doesn’t work half the time and of course I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Last experience, was waiting to see if my bid was awarded or not and never received any communication. Which I lost out on another load, waiting for a response that never came. I lost money. That’s no way to conduct business. Maybe when they get the bugs fixed and an actual person to talk to, I’ll run for em again. If communication is everything, then Curri is a complete failure.

No money to be made. San Antonio, Texas market. While I completely understand that this company is still developing and expanding from their home of operations, it’s a sad and sorry experience all the way around. Points- 1) Too few delivery requests 2) Distance of deliveries don’t match the payout 3) Waiting Que 4) Not designed for part timers 1) Too few delivery requests After downloading the app and getting things squared away so you can start making money the wait is endless. From the time I downloaded to my first request was 2 months. And that whole time it was tracking my location and eating data. With respect and understanding that this isn’t the app’s home market I tried reaching out to them about helping with local advertising since as a respected member of the local union I have a lot of contacts within the field. They were rude and acted as if I was trying to steal their toy! I’ve had the app for roughly 6 months and have gotten a total of 3 notifications for requests. 2) Distance They don’t control how far away a request is from you. My first request was 4 hours away, and then was 2 hours of driving from point to point, then 4 hours back. The payout was $225 mileage roughly 600. 3) Waiting in Que Even if you respond to a request you don’t automatically get it. You have to wait 30 mins to see if anyone else who’s closer wants for take it. So it’s not guaranteed that you’ll get anything. 4) No part timers The last- and possibly worst about this app is that it’s impossible to use part time/ make some money on the side. It’s all in or nothing. Once you are finally selected to take a request you have to go go go. You can’t pick it up later after work and go, you can’t set it up for the next day. Nope you gotta take it on the spot. So generally it will be an hour or two into your workday and then will take the rest of your workday to complete. I’m not a professional reviewer but I do strongly urge on the error of caution before wasting your time as I have. You’ll spend more in gas money then you make and it won’t cover what your time is worth. Good luck

App runs slow. So far I love the Curri app but something that is bothering me is how slow it is. Whenever I’m trying to take a picture, it sometimes takes 2 to 3 minutes, sometimes even longer for the picture to load and it doesn’t let you go to the next assignment until the photo loads up. Even with the signature is takes long for it to pop up after they sign, so I’m just standing there waiting for it to pop up to finish the job. Please fix the lagginess.

Great app. Great for former over the road and local CDL drivers if you’re used to that pace give courier a try if you’re in between jobs or looking to work closer to home than a independent contractor or company driver, you know what life is like on the road easy for you to adapt and work as hard and as long as you like to with whatever equipment you have

Just won’t invest in customer service. I can’t even begin to drive because they want me to take a survey to drive but their app just keeps resetting me as I’m not even half way thru … very annoying I’ve been with Curri for years before didn’t have the same email or number it was and still is so dam hard just to contact someone in support to be like your app keeps resetting I just want to get on the road but for some reason these app just don’t want you to ask your own question they want to tell what you should ask and then not even answer that like I said very annoying inconvenient and really a lack of care for the people making you money

Banned for no reason. I sent this to the appeals department on June 13, 2025. No one has yet to reach out to me. This is causing me to miss out on potential income opportunities. At this point I feel like it’s a good opportunity as a side hustle but the customer service on my issue has been nonexistent. “I believe my account has been mistakenly banned and now I am unable to receive rides. I have no previous violations and nothing occurred to my knowledge. Please fix this asap so I will be able to get back to work. I have tried on multiple occasions to get in to contact with someone. Please let me know something.”

Horrible Company. It is amazing that this company is still in business. As a driver, there is no way to contact anyone. they purposely make it impossible. the dispatchers are rude and disrespectful. my advice is to ignore all texts from dispatch, if u are a driver, simply wait for the price to go up to the price you need to make your money. ignore the noise from dispatchers. they will try to get you to engage and than will assign you the job themselves at a lower price than what you agreed to. because they know you cant get a hold of anyone and there is no way to unassign yourself without getting penalties. there is noway to get ahold of anyone including themselves because they will ignore you after they assign you the job at a lower price: they are only reaching out to you because they know there is a high chance that the order will get maxxed out overnight or early morning when there are no dispatchers there to try to keep the price low, or to put the order on a different platform when the price starts to get high on the curri app. it is a good sign if they are reaching out (they reach out via text) that the price offered will go way up. ignore the small increment price increase notifications the app puts out. The only way you will get a good price is basically if your in an area with not too many drivers. the whole way they do business is scammy and is set up to make you feel like you need to accept a job for less than your worth. lots of noise and bad vibes from this app but keep it on just in case your the only one available in the area and every now and than you may catch a good paying order,

Where is support???. Good luck trying to get support on the phone or in the chat on the app because most likely you get their AI that likes to end the conversation immediately. Or you will get a lady that goes by Jessica who also doesn’t like to answer questions. Ends the chat too early doesn’t hear you out really and blames everything on a glitch. They have no working number. You can’t message them outside of the app but they will make sure to give you a violation because on their map, it shows that you’re not moving even though you just pulled up to the destination or they’ll cancel the entire thing when you pull up to the destination. When everything is working right this app is great. She’ll still have a difficult time getting a hold of somebody. I don’t care what anybody says.

Shysters who are taking advantage of stupid drivers. This company is bad and the entire business model for them is to take advantage of stupid drivers who are accepting those lowball offers. Instead of offering or posting market rate offers right away they designed this app so that first offer is extremely low where they take for them 70% and drivers get 30% for what they charge customers. Unfortunately desperate drivers sign up and are accepting unprofitable lowball offers now. Basically Curri app is designed so that drivers are killing each other and are competing for lowest offer. STOP accepting those lowball offers. This company is in business delivering last mile gigs and they will pay higher rate if you ignore lowball offers. Wake Up!!!!! ———-Update, April, 2025. Now payout rates are even lower and so called bonus increases are in cents and $1.. They don’t care about you as a driver at all and are so greedy to the point they want 80% - 90% cut from what they are charging customers. Those customers have to wait long time for deliveries to be picked up now. They lowball drivers and it takes longer for deliveries to be accepted. Customers suffer because of longer wait times and drivers are getting ripped off where they want 80% - 90% cut for themselves. Add to that no live driver support and outsourced customer service in third world countries via messaging only. Way to go Curri. What a business model you have now. Honestly nothing positive was to be expected from two young opportunists who started this company without any prior logistic knowledge or experience and no passion for the delivery industry.

Have a back up option. My experience with Curri So far is not too impressed. I do like the layout of the app. It’s does best out goshare in several ways. You can cash out same day. That’s a major plus. However they lowball their drivers. For example A similar delivery on goshare of a pallet of paint might be minimum 70. On this app the start at 35 and the longer it sits they incrementally increase the price. I’ve seen it done too many times and I think that’s just greedy. They don’t have too many loads in my area in south Florida so I don’t always rely on them and they never give you a description of the load prior to accepting it. If you accept it and then view the load and then don’t want it I’m sure that affects your accept rate for future loads just. Plainly let us know what we are taking ahead of time and pay fair market rate. Also the customer service is non existent. Have a back up option

Too many “glitches”. I do enjoy doing the deliveries that sometimes actually pay, but the app itself has SO many glitches and quirks. Many times I’ve not been able to mark arrived at a destination. The constant notifications/warnings that it looks like I’m not moving when I am en route is terribly annoying. Now, it seems that with each incremental payout increase for a job, the app shows a new “opportunity” in the list so it looks like there are multiple gigs. Also, I’ve not been able to get them to correct my EIN issue for months now. Everything was fine when I signed up, but now the app says it needs updated. Ugh! So for the people answering these reviews by telling drivers to send an email, just take action for all the complaints and such on here. Support is a joke. They only respond when they feel like it, not when you actually need help.

Payout disabled without warning. I am facing an urgent issue with processing my payout payment. The app shows my payment as paid, yet my card is disabled, and I cannot update it within the app. I have two pending payments that I urgently need to access. Despite multiple attempts, I have received no response through your support channels. How can you assist customers or drivers without offering 24-hour assistance? This is a delivery service, and anything can happen after hours. At the very least, extend support until 7 PM Central Time. It’s 2025; it’s time for an upgrade in your customer service. The app lacks even the option to send an email, forcing me to rely on multiple Google searches for help. This needs to change.

Scammers and liars. I’m done several jobs for this company and first of all they are cheap which is not illegal and if you accept the job I completed but when there are issues that arise, they are not responsive. They claim to have a live chat, but it has been disabled through the app and all they give you is pre-written responses, it’s impossible to reach an agent unless they call you. There has been many errors with the app where you will get sent on a mission to do a delivery that is not there or that is already been picked up and they will pay you a fraction of the cost for your mileage and expenses, this is a dishonest company that will claim they have a live support when they do not and they do not reimburse you for their mistakes. This is happened on several occasions. After this happened again this is the last time and I will never work with this company again I recommend you don’t eitherbecause when they have issues, they’re not there to help and when they make a mistake and waste your time and effort and they will not pay you appropriately. Horrible business practices.

Corrections need to be made within this app. Curri overall is a okay app. But Curri does not care about there drivers concerns at all! All they think about is there customers & they don’t treat the drivers fair. You will get a violation for almost anything on this app, once you have more than 2 without an explanation they will slow your jobs down. I believe the reason people are using this app is because they pay very quickly! Which I’m sure it’s because of there factoring company. Other than that this app is not the best man. They will fire you and find other drivers, but it is business and that’s how it goes. This is a computerized system that glitches all the time !! AI is taking over.

Full honest review.. App performance: The App Store glitches occasionally. The upload times have improved, which helps with delivery completion, but glitches like instant, cash out and not working still occur here and there. Algorithm: The delivery algorithm needs improvement. It often sends drivers orders that don’t make sense based on drive time and pay. It doesn’t always update nearby delivery options, show quick local runs first. The system should focus more on sending prompt notifications on that, and in sending more local jobs. Customer support: Support could use a BIG upgrade. The AI self-help section doesn’t always fix real issues, especially when the app isn’t working correctly. There should be an option to contact a life-support agent at all times. Improving the AI self-help section and prompts would make the support process much smoother. Business details: Businesses requesting delivery should be required to fill in the following details - order number, item weight/dimensions, and receiver contact info (MANDATORY ON ALL). Missing info can cause confusion and delay deliveries me more 10 times. In markets like California? Full information is needed for drivers to complete deliveries effectively. Overall, the app has good potential, but it needs improvement in functionality, communication, and delivery accuracy. With a few key updates? It can become a much smoother experience for everyone involved.

So Far So Good. Heard about this online so I signed up months ago. They weren’t very active where I live (San Diego) so I forgot about it until I started getting texts a couple weeks ago asking if I was available for deliveries - I decided to try it and was pleasantly surprised - you pick up a package, take a photo, drive to the delivery address, take a photo to show where you delivered and you get paid within 24 hours. When you’re new, support staff contact you after you accept and are available during the delivery. The delivery distance and amount you’ll be paid are given when you receive the request and it’s up to you if you want to do it or not... so far so good! Joan Salas

Up and down. The worst thing you guys have did was take away the driver line to call you during delivery. We have to send an email which is by far the time consuming. That’s really my only thing with the app which I feel is critical in delivering for you guys. Update: things have gotten better with communication. Not quite want I wanted but it works. The next thing I think should be considered is for people who have been consistent doing orders with you guys should get first dibs at loads.(ME) lol. I think you guys should get driver that drive all over the U.S (ME) and just keep them moving. You guys get order from everywhere. I love to travel from state to state so start the movement with (ME)

Color coded. The app seems to have pretty much all the info and info boxes needed. But, in the essence of time I believe color coding certain boxes will help the drivers move thru the process a little smoother. When you’re trying to move quickly but carefully you need all the help you can get when jumping to the phone to conduct, possibly, the most important part of your job. All the lettering is pretty much the same. Different fonts and sizes would help the eyes and brain move quicker. And the camera needs at least two lens sizes. Other than so far it’s a pretty good app.

USELESS APP, RUBBISH COMPANY. This curri or whatever is called is nonsense. Some of the employees there are very mannerless and rude. Just bear it in mind that if you happen to fall victim of your property been damaged by their customer while working physically with them, you’re on your own. They don’t care about you as a driver that’s actually helping them make money and grow the company, they only care about their customer. If any customer ruin your property, either your property cost you a fortune or not, you are on your own and you will carry the cross yourself. They will join hands with their destroyer customer to cheat you and not get your damaged property fixed. If you don’t have your personal customers, work with better companies that will get your back, regardless of customer or no customer. Be very careful with the stupid company called curri and do not fall victim. You will have the worst regret of your life if anything bad should happen through them or their customer. Also, because of these greedy nonentity cheats, always do have lawyers at hand to take cases up for you.

Unresponsive & inefficient. This app nor the portal should be in production right now. The app is extremely slow and doesn’t have many of the features that should be available. Uploading photos and signatures take way too long and this is with full cellular signal strength. Navigating from one screen to the next or previous screen is a task as well. This app prolongs the pickup and delivery. The portal doesn’t allow an owner to add drivers to the roster. The portal never sends the driver a welcome link when a driver is finally added to the roster from a CURRI employee.

Be prepared to be dropped without notice. It was going well didn’t have to many complaints about the app, but once I Decided to become a route runner to get more consistent gigs, I was denied to be a route runner, before I knew it they stop me from seeing gigs all together (keep in mind, I just completed another successful delivery) I emailed for a reason they would reply “you were denied” no others words!! After several more emails for explanation I received the same response with the same three words. “You were deny quote” Sad… communication is the key to the success of any business!!

Brutally honest truth about CURRI!!!. This company has over saturated the app with drivers, destroyed fair pay. Loads are claimed instantly, bidding is forced down by automatic low “outbid suggestions”, drivers can’t charge what the work actually cost. Commercial insurance alone is 3000 to start hauling, yet pay is ignores mileage, load weight, real wear and tear our vehicles receive doing it long term. Around 300 miles bumper pull or pintle hitch pull should be 800 and a 100 mile should easy be 500. Heavier loads should always pay more due to the fact that more weight equal more energy aka more fuel to move. Instead the rates are pushed to unsustainable levels. After fuel maintenance and major repairs there’s hardly any take home. My transmission alone costed 9000 to replace let’s not allow our businesses to just fail because they would much rather pay themselves and because there’s always someone who can pick up the work. Where human and deserve better. This company’s pay model is broken and exploits the drivers keeping the platform running. Remember the one in the desk doesn’t make this happen the one moving the freight is, we face dangers all day long just to make everything happen.

Curri is good. App needs updating. The app can be slow and cumbersome. Photo uploads take forever. There is no option to select multiple photos at once. If you upload them too fast, the app crashes consistently by the third upload. It does not always register a signature or delivery completion without closing the app and restarting. The request help feature shows error upon uploading images, but it seems it still goes through when it says it doesn’t. I make money using the service and that’s great. Just some issues in the field, while trying to be as time efficient as possible.

What’s going on :/. I have been driving with Curri for a while now, and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! This is such a perfect fit for me and it seriously just makes me happy to get to work each day!! The only thing that has been a bit off lately is the app. The new update doesn’t smoothly continue onto each step anymore. It sticks on the first screen when you accept and begin the order. Then when you go back to check your addresses it puts the drop off in the pick up and drop off locations. And sometimes you can’t upload your pictures. Thankfully there are ways around it but it would help a lot if these things could be fixed. Other than that I LOVE MY JOB 🥰🤗

Worst customer service ever. This is probably the worst company I’ve ever worked for and I worked for a lot of delivery companies, but this one just has to take the prize for the worst one ever they gave me a bunch of deliveries and about 50% of the time there’ll be no phone numbers for the people you’re dropping off too so you stuck there for about 30 to an hour waiting for them to text you back because they for some reason in 2025 cannot hire a bunch of people to be the customer service representative so you have to wait back for the irresponsible text with sometimes you get a text back after you do the delivery. I waited here for an hour and I still haven’t gotten a response back by the time I’m writing this. I don’t even know why I keep doing this app, but this might be my last time doing this.

They get mad if you negotiate for more money this is ridiculous. They treat shippers better than they treat carriers they get mad and strike your account if you try and negotiate for more money so it can make sense for your business no where in history has any company ever implemented something like this for carriers it’s foul and doesn’t make sense and is cruel to carriers it’s not your fault that want to pay almost a dollar a mile who works for a dollar a mile your not making any money or profit but this company needs to change and they barely have work especially if you’re the one who ask for more money this is sad and proof They can care less about you making a profit and also they always have ordered to were you have to deadhead a long way just to pickup the order this is ridiculous

Been a driver. Well I tell you working with Curri is good but I will tell you it’s hard to really communicate with anyone to be honest a lot of time they treat you like a tool and even worse then can just violate your account and place you on restriction for no absolute reason Lexi is one of the worse ones here as an agent she’s evil and will time out your account for no reason have you loose work and not care if you have a family so I’ll be real honest record your message and be aware that there’s no fair work action going on here there are malicious workers and Lexi is one of them is hate to say it but there needs to be some type of workers fair act because there’s no way you get penalized just cause some one is a B$&

Mileage. If you’re not getting at least a dollar a mile, it’s not worth it. You put wear and tear on your car burning gas. The app needs to start at a dollar a mile for deliveries over 20 miles especially when you have 19 dead head miles to pick up in 30 deadhead miles the comeback you didn’t make no money

Lots of kinks to be worked out. First off Curri should make it MANDATORY for every driver/carrier to update and confirm each stop so that things like another carrier going to pick up the same delivery doesn’t drive or make unnecessary trips and the delivery has already been picked up by the previous carrier who isn’t updating for confirming pickups. Second details should be very thorough as far as pick up and drop off details like where things are getting picked up at and where are things exactly getting dropped off at. Lastly, as carriers, do we enter private homes? That is a very important question.

Great Company to work for. I’ve been last mile delivery driver for about two years now I was on the waiting list initially with Curri until I got the call! I was excited to be be on boarded! Good pay trash support. Good pay WHEN you can even get a order, but support is this worst in business and I’ve done them all, Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Grubhub. Spark etc. can’t call support unless you are on a active delivery, (even then they don’t always answer). Otherwise you have to text them or email them to get help but then they literally don’t respond. I’ve had texts and emails simply never get answer, few hours nothing, few days nothing. Entire week(s) no answer. Unreal.

Good company to work for. Pays very well the only issues would be no number to call dispatch directly other than that great pay for service!

An excellent company. Today I made my first delivery with Curri. I love how easy it has been. Without a doubt, I am sure that this company will grow much more. I love working with them and hope to continue to have these wonderful deliveries. Thanks ☺️

App issues. The app makes it very difficult for you to request help. There’s a lot of glitches. I was trying to relay why I was unable to start delivering, but the app progressed for me and gives me violations for reasons out of my control. Tried to message for help, but no one is available for another two hours, many issues. And the customers are adding items to the manifest after the fact and not correcting the pay for it.

Needs Works!. I have been driving for Curri less than a year and I’m really thinking about not doing it anymore. You can’t talk to anyone everything is though chat bots and the while on delivery the information isn’t clear! I’m not even going to talk about pay because it’s not worth it! They really need an upgrade with customer service and how they pay drivers!

Support is a joke…. Support tried fixing the issue of logging in a few times with no luck. So instead she writes this to me: “In the meantime, I have marked your account as onboarding interested. Once there's a need to expand the fleet in your area, our onboarding team will reach out to you directly with the next steps.” This is after I receive an email from CURRI to sign up with them because they are recruiting in my area. What a joke.

Too many drivers. ..the app is pretty good..they should include tolls but they don’t. Overall the app is ok and the customer service is pretty good,, rates could be better just can’t get any work too many drivers..I have my MC but from what I hear you don’t need it cause some people drive in cars.

Please add a dark mode.. That’s my only complaint of that’s a great app. I still give it five stars. Keep up the great work. Usually the request come in the morning so it doesn’t matter but sometimes you get them at night.

Won’t pay. After I completed a delivery that had me travel from Carson city Nevada to truckee California to pick up something going to Sacramento California. I got a notification that my payout couldn’t process because of a stripe verification on their end. I bank with Bank of America so no issues with my bank. The app says I got paid in one section but the other section says my payout failed. No response from support. I drove all that way for nothing it seems

Courier quick trips. Curri is the Future of delivery services!! I love bidding on deliveries to make extra much money. Only recommendation I have is to be able to text or chat support to except beers and four customer shipment updating

Stealing from hard working people. When you accept a job get to the pick up location then they cancel your job. Then you get zero pay absolutely nothing! I’m sure they are charging the company a cancellation fee and keeping 100%of it. The drivers should get a minimum of 50%of pay from original job on a cancellation. Minimum!!! Quit stealing it’s hard enough out here already.

Used to be good but over saturated. Curri used to be a great app with solid opportunities, but it’s become way too oversaturated. There are too many drivers chasing the same few runs now, and payouts just don’t make sense for the time and mileage anymore. It’s not what it used to be — used to actually feel worth it, now it’s just a waiting game hoping to get lucky. Hopefully they figure out a way to balance things again.

Curri. I’ve had a great experience with Curri local and over the road. I love the gps tracking so wherever I’m at if a delivery is available in that area I’ll receive a text message with all the details. The app is great with no issues that I’ve experienced. Team Curri 🚐📦💰Team Curri

JENNY AND DENNIS - RUDE, poor professionalism. They should have the same professionalism they demand, with the drivers who keep this platform standing! Their system is very flawed! they set the BID value, which they want, and make us do it! If we don't do it, the score drops, and we get a warning. I don't understand this app, they make so much money, they should invest more in good systems, and more educated professionals! Jenny is Dennis, they are the worst for customer service! the drive is never right! whatever happens!

Terrible. The deliveries are not worth it. Alarm are far away from where you are and it doesn’t pay enough for as much as you’re driving and the app itself doesn’t work very well. It lags a lot, and there is no real support system. Everything is automated you’re not speaking to a so some of the concerns that you may have cannot be resolved because there is nobody to talk to.

App horrible. Been 2 months now and the app is giving me many issues. Text support or even thru the Facebook messenger it’s all horrible. How many times does someone have to tell there is a problem and it never gets fixed. I think if I can pick up the phone and talk with someone that it be more beneficial. To tell me you fixing problem in escalation, then they come back days later with something lame shows me it never was escalated. Totally frustrating how a company that is technology driven has so many incompetent on support.

Horrible. This driving app is horrible they discriminate against people in all ways. They even discriminate against people with a false background and don’t care if you show them proof that things are wrong. I don’t suggest that anyone works for them. My friends are trying to get their lives together and these people plus so many others are horrible to them. Like I said they even showed them proof of the wrong things and still wouldn’t give them a chance. They just disregarded them like trash.

Driver for CURRI. CURRI will ask you to rate your conversation with them and use it against you as being rude and close your account. They will lie about weight and do anything to pay the minimum. I would not waste my time or vehicle for this app . Ubber freight will treat you better . Just get your MC number and everything else. You will 100 times more successful then working with CURRI. They are monopolizing on your dollars and time !!!

Deliveries. I love driving for Curri but I wish they would not punish drivers for missed deliveries sometimes you can miss an opportunity becuase you accepted but are waiting for a response and it comes late.

App freezing up. I’ve been delivering with Curri for about a year. Really slow at times but that works for me to add some income. And the pay really fast. Biggest complaint I have is their app freezes up when trying to accept a delivery and sometimes on a delivery. No one has ever replied back to me when I message or email about it.

MY MONEY. I have not received it for the delivery and in the application it is saying that my account is in error and also mentions that it has already been paid !!!! I've already talked to the support, they say they're going to fix it and it's been more than 2 week and nothing!

App issues. I have add the app for 3 months now still not able to get jobs on it I have been back and forth with emails with different agents trying to get the issue resolved no one as yet to help me fix the issue. So this issue is when every a delivery comes to my phone it comes in has 0.00 also when I bid on a job it won’t allow me to get the job I want to use the app but there is on issue for me and no one has yet to help me

Frustrating and Useless App. I installed Curri on my phone and never received any work through it. When I got a new phone, I reinstalled the app and tried to log in, but I can’t access my account because I no longer have the same phone number. Now I’m permanently locked out of my account. This app is incredibly frustrating and poorly designed. No wonder there was never any work or users! It’s a complete waste of time.

Not great. They do not pay enough for the work and speaking to someone is impossible unless they call you. There is no live number for support only pre given issues that most likely don’t relate to yours. Also you don’t have time to accept jobs once you receive a notification. Literally I view in less than two seconds and it’s already claimed. Then they rush you not giving you time to get out the door asking are you stuck do you need help. And you have to wait once you arrive.

Indolent. Doubtless this app will work well under the right circumstances, so most people are unlike to run into the following issue: The order can be cancelled at any time, even if you have been driving for miles towards the pickup site. The best you’re offered is a “Shoot” followed by a message about receiving other services... maybe. No remuneration for your lost time and gas; not great when being offered a service is so rare in the first place. Give it a whirl if you must, but be wary that it can do well for some, and screw over others.

Has potential. When I first got on the app I got 2 orders rather quickly and would receive some requests. That was in April I have not gotten a request since I have reached out via email no response. I am in a FB group with people in the same area some receive requests some don’t. They pay fast and if they actually have work it’s good but at this point I’m ready to delete the app.

Great but some users are using hackers to steal dispatch jobs. If the work orders weren’t being snatched up in less than 2 seconds it would be a great app to work with. Unfortunately users have hackers rig the system. I hope Curri does something to even the playing fields for all users.

CURRI. The new updates are horrible. Having multiple drivers on your account gives you the lower hand than people that only have one. We can’t just book we have to scroll to assign a driver. I feel like we should be able to book the load and then Assign the driver. Because it takes us longer and we miss so many opportunities which is unfair.

Very selective on who they approve.. Me and a friend did an application together and his went through right away. Mine on the other hand was put on the waitlist. I was able to reach out to someone and their response to that was they are not taking any new applicants. I don’t understand what this is all about, but I honestly was disappointed in this company. Was looking forward to a side gig after the main 9-5.

1st delivery. Just delivered my first order. Didn’t have any hiccups and payment is already posted on my profile! Customer service reached out to me right away and made sure everything went smoothly.

Solid platform, easy money. Loving Curri so far. The app is easy to use, jobs are straightforward, and payouts make sense. Great option if you want flexible work and don’t want to deal with the chaos of food delivery apps. Definitely recommend.

Opportunities page. My opportunities page the loads are not popping up. By the time it comes through it’s already accepted by someone else. It’s not giving me a chance to even accept the load.

One of the best to be honest. Even though the app doesn’t offer continuous work on a daily, this is one of the best apps to use to earn extra money. This is not a full-time job. The original payment for each load is definitely a low ball but if you can find yourself in a good place of bidding a good rate and winning some loads, you definitely can be prosperous. Good luck and be safe.

Need to know what is to be delivered. Overall the app is “ok” but my biggest issue is that it doesn’t tell you WHAT the items are that you’ll be picking up??? I don’t understand why it doesn’t tell you??? I think it’s pretty important for the driver to know exactly what they are delivering instead of just seeing “50 items” that weigh 12 lbs each, what are they????

TRACKING. NO HUMANS! No one to speak to in need. LOTS OF CANCELLED DELIVERIES due to app loosing track of driver. Driver receives reprimand and points against them for cheap undeveloped software. The app will loose track if driver MID delivery! App will claim your were not available / early / on time for a scheduled delivery. Which is why the order returns the next day as a RUSH delivery. The app looses track of drive when claiming to track location ALWAYS. Overall causing the customer to suffer!! And causing the driver to suffer loosing financially due to the hostile unprofessional environment!!

Notifications not working. I believe the app is malfunctioning, I have not been able to receive a notification in 5 months. I’ve re downloaded the app and talked to driver support but have not been able to get my notifications working.

Great App Easy and Straight Forward. Easy app to use. First come first serve when it comes to “bidding” on loads. Not anything with the app but I wish drivers would bid reasonable profitable prices instead of gauging the industry with bottom barrel bidding. 4 stars rating for me because the loads aren’t frequent enough. Interface and user ability is probably one of the better courier apps.

Screenshot everything. Poor customer service on Curri’s behalf. Screenshot everything because they lie they will try to cheat you of pay. They will change the weight and quantity of items because they don’t want to pay accordingly and they will change pick up time saying you were either too early or too late, so my advice is to screenshot everything because it is a decent gig app when everything runs accordingly.

Good pay. So far so good, on only my 3rd trip with Curri. I must say the trips so far have been very good. All over a $1 a mile, some $2! Unlike other delivery apps paying $95 for a $175 trip, I think not. If it’s not paying $1-$2 a mile? Hard pass! So far Curri trips are profitable!

What ???. Just took all my info and told me I was on the waiting list until volume picks up in my region. That’s it. No way to change my region to where the volume is. No way to even navigate the app to familiarize myself with its usage. No way to delete your in limbo account. Just a logout button. Feels a little scam-like. As if the sign up was just a tool to collect information to sell to 3rd parties. Deleted the app. And will actively recommend against ever using something so poorly put together.

Great so far. I will say I can’t wait for the app to keep growing, but I have done my first two deliveries the last two days and they went off smoothly and I was paid right away, I am for sure a fan and will continue to work hard and use this app!!

Excellent App and Good Company—Pros. Efficient, customer focused and good support to drivers. Easy to use. Not too many deliveries in my area but they are usually worth considering when they do pop up. Curri pays you immediately upon job completion. It takes a day to hit your account. No drama ever. Customer support is improving and lighting fast with responses. Kind and courteous and professional support as well.

Great Delivery Gig. It has been a great experience and a real pleasure using the Curri Driver platform for local deliveries. The Curri Driver app is easy to navigate through and there has been very few glitches. The pay is better than most delivery gigs that are in my locality. I am a retired plumber/pipefitter who was in the trade for 40 years, so, to deliver construction materials is right up my alley. Thanks Curri!

Not worth the trouble. The app started off, giving offers throughout the day every day Monday through Friday to not working at all you get no offers you get no customer support you get nothing. It’s just sitting there. It says you’re active, but nothing happens. You can’t contact anyone. It’s almost as if it works for a week give you an opportunities and then completely shut down.

Can’t get help with my earnings. I like Curri for the most part they don’t seem to have a lot of work in my area but when they do the pay seem really good My only complaint is they don’t get back to you right away if there’s a problem they have a option in the app to email someone for support but if you have an emergency they would help you right away I’m sure.

Horrible driver support!. It takes forever to respond to a request for help, but when we take a while to move we are notified and we are removed from the deliveries!

Sometimes. Sometimes the app work. Sometimes it’s glitchy. When it is working , it’s amazing. Sometimes loads are sent out & literally in the matter of 2 seconds once you try to accept it’s canceled or dispatched. Majority is a error. There is no one to actually speak with when you need help. You have to keep chatting with someone instead of a phone call … those take hours
