Awesome APP and Service. I recently gave a review with 1 star because the playbook wouldn’t download from the original Playmaker APP. Well, Jeremy from support was able to get my playbook loaded within the hour of the review. I can’t say enough about their support staff; and the APP, my kids love seeing the play in action before trying to run their routes. It helps them see where they need to be and when they need to be there. I highly recommend this APP for every Flag Football coach!

Great app for creating playbook. Best app I’ve seen for creating a playbook. Super easy to use and create. Customer support is thorough and unbelievably fast with email responses.

Can’t Print Scout cards and Playbooks. Everytime I try to print it resync’s and goes back to the Home Screen. All others print, but there must be a glitch or something. Fix this and you get 5 stars. Update: I’m able to print through the PC version, but still not able through the iPhone.

New app is great. I’ve had the original playmaker app for years. This new app is awesome and it give you a lot more functionality. I wish there were how to guides or videos that explains how everything works.

Still charging me. This app is charging me for a subscription that I canceled, I don’t even have the app and I haven’t had it for months.

Recommended. Best Flag Football app ever! Please download it right away, your life would be much easier

Great football app. I coached my sons football team this year and with all the rules and regulations around Covid it was a tough year. It wasn’t as fun and we couldn’t play tackle. Once we got the chance to do flag, this app was killer! It made making plays fun for the boys. It was a great learning tool as I could easily show them the plays. It’s very user friendly. This all definitely enhanced my sons football season and made it the best it could be! Great customer service behind this app as well! I’ll subscribe again next year for sure

Playbook will not import from Playmaker HD. I have tried multiple times to import my playbook from the original Playmaker app and it keeps giving me the error that the code is invalid. I have followed the step by step guide on YouTube and still bet the same errors. It is useless to me if I can’t import my playbook as I am not going to redraw my whole playbook. A little help would be nice. I have already emailed the support center as well. If they can get it fixed in a timely manner then I would be willing to change the rating but as of right now it is just a waste of my time.

Can’t even get app to work. I can’t even get to the apps Home Screen cause it won’t let me do anything it’s just a blue frozen screen whenever I opened it

Great app. This app is amazing. We ended up winning our championship with the free offensive playbook. I would love for them to add a detail defensive playbook to help new coaches understand both the offense and defense.

Great app for any coach.. I coach a 7v7 flag football team and this app is amazing. I can allow my team to look through the playbook and see the play in action with the animated playbook. I can print the plays with coaches notes or positional notes. If you’re a coach looking for a Football app that does it all, this is the one.

Great game but can you add something.. Can you please add more free playbooks because I really like the free playbooks because they work really well.

Incredible!. I’ve been coaching and playing Flag Football for over two decades. This is the best app and software I’ve ever found for playbooks. Bar none.

Confusing app. This app is very confusing on how to move the player icons on the play editing.

Stunning. I’m a long-time youth flag football coach, and I was well versed in the previous-generation Playmaker app. I was a bit skeptical of the new Playmaker X, but I’ve been using it for months now, and it’s amazing. Especially now with the super-useful (and slick UI) play animation feature. Well worth the subscription.

Best Flag Football App. I love this app!! This has allowed our team to master our plays on the field, but also at home by using the app or the web page. Very simple, convenient, and useful. Couldn’t run my offense without it!!

Fantastic. The Best football app! I use this to coach flag. My only tweak currently would be better roster management and more color options for the position on a play. The color option seems so easy to add, would love to be able to pick any color.

Amazing App. Absolutely intuitive UX and very clean look. But the customer service and support are also special. I’m serious, they read their emails. It’s wild. I highly recommend this app and product.

Fail from the start. Enter invite code, key in all info to create new account, no way to save or enter to actually use the app. Useless without an account.

X. I absolutely love this app I love everything about it. It is hands and feet down the best playbook app there is. I love all the features and I also love how you can use the app for free too. The playbook feature is awesome the kids love it and I love how you can make a lot of plays and color them and put names on them and everything definitely a 5 star 100% recommended!

Awesome. I’ve tried about a half dozen software applications to create playbooks for youth football. This one is hands down the best and the best value. Graphics are top notch, scalable printing options (including wrist bands) cover all the bases, the defense module is way better than other apps, and Playmaker X is very easy to use. Over the past 3 seasons tech support has literally gotten back to me almost immediately with a remedy anytime I’ve had an issue or question. Compared to the software I was using before, Playmaker X is significantly faster. We just switched leagues with new rules and number of players. I got 12 new plays made and printed on my lunch break before our first practice. Get your playbook done efficiently, modify it quickly as your team develops, and focus on your players. Enjoy!

Great but missing one feature. This app is great overall. Very easy to use and print play sheets. I highly recommend. My only complaint is that the app is literally unusable on an iPad when it’s sunny out. The dark mode makes it impossible to see through glares. So kids can’t see the plays son you have to print it. It would be nice to have a light mode with white background.

Updated Review. Dev Team reached out to me and had the engineering team reverse engineer out the problem , after a few stressful hours they came through very professionally. I am actually very impressed at how hard they worked to correct something they did not have to correct.

Fantastic App for Flag Football Coaching. This app has everything I could have dreamed of as a flag football coach. They’ve really done a nice job and the animations are a game changer. There is never any doubt when the players see what their position is supposed to do.

Very good cross-platform app and customer service. Good parts: Consistent, cross-platform experience. I have the iOS version on my iPad, the Android version on my phone, and the desktop version running in Chrome on my Mac. The fact that I can work between those devices is very nice. Excellent customer service. I emailed with a question and received prompt and helpful responses from Jeremy. I think he may be a main creator of these apps so he was knowledgeable about ways to get things done for various situations. Excellent help & demo docs and videos. Powerful features that are pretty simple to use but also give you room to grow in complexity of plays Clearly designed by a real coach. Good attention to detail in the UX. For example, on my phone, the “info” modal apparently would not really work well in landscape mode. So the UI renders an icon indicating that I should turn my phone to vertical orientation. There are quite a few things like that that show that they care about the details. Potential areas for improvement: I should point-out that these are pretty minor items. Add the ability to zoom-in while designing plays. This is mostly a desire on mobile since it’s harder to make precise gestures on your phone. Add undo/redo Possibly place the animation speed controls at the player route *segment* level (instead of at the player level). That way you could more-easily model things like a route where the player should intentionally go slow at first (hopefully making the defense think that player is “taking the play off”), and then take-off at full speed. I imagine you could implement it such that, by default, the speed control would apply to all segments of a player’s route. But then users could override individual segments as needed.

Love it so far!!. I have been an OG if the playmaker app for several years now and love using it. Still use it to this day. I have discovered the new Playmaker app and love it after 5 mins. Is there a way I can import plays from the original Playmaker into Playmaker X with a code? Or does it need to be a X code? Thanks

Don’t waste your money. This app is a rip off!!! I coach 1st and 2nd grade flag football. The app allows you to sample free for a week, then locks you out from the plays you created. This happened to me in my first game. I had to try and remember plays during game. Then I purchased for a month for $7.98. Got my plays back but the app doesn’t allow you to print them. Unless you pay $12.98. once again my 1 month was over and it locked me out of my plays again. I didn’t figure out the printing for 12.98 until after I paid $7.98. And It will not let u upgrade. You have to pay the 12.98 on top of 7.98. Screen shot your plays!

This app rules. This app makes making plays and even printing wristbands and playbooks fun instead of a chore. It’s addictive too — you’re gonna want to make up plays all the time. Absolutely recommended.

Worth the price. Almost nothing with quality is free. This app is with every penny. Credit to the makers of this. Finally a software that’s user friendly and works from the phone. The free trial was definitely sold me.

FLAG FOOTBALL BALLERS. I play intramural flag with some buddies and this has taken our game to another level. It has really made us better as an offense. Would strongly suggest.
