Frustrating.. This game would be much more fun and attainable if every question asked and outfit needed didn’t cost diamonds. And 2 tickets every hour is not enough. I could play for a very long time but literally can’t unless I pay for it. I just think if you want to game to be played, it needs to be geared to playing time. I’d rather watch ads then have to stop playing and I’m not spending money on this.

voting doesn’t work.. The app glitches whenever i try to put my phone number in to register. Apparently it’s been a problem for years, as i tried looking up solutions and everyone was saying the same thing. Yet, they haven’t fixed this bug. I don’t have another device to try this on either. (and yes I did try to delete the app and reinstall it.)

Glitchy. Every time I try to register my phone to vote- the app will glitch and stop loading. I haven’t been able to vote. The posted polls on the app do not register my responses after the app has been closed out for x amount of time.

Voting is Rigged. I tried to vote on my favorite couple. I clearly swiped right to not pick Rob & Daniela but it chose them for me anyway despite me not tapping on them. And why would I not be able to change my vote? What sense does that make? I tried to close and open the app and suddenly it won’t load. I’ve never had that problem before. Makes sense though since the producers have been riding Rob so hard since the beginning. Get him some fake votes

Can’t vote. I watched live and wanted to vote, had the app downloaded but it never refreshed for the 30 minute vote. Delete and redownloaded, then had to register my number again and there still wasn’t an active vote even though I did this all within the 30 minute voting window. I’m even writing this review in that time frame. What’s the point of the app if you won’t let us vote.

Loveeee. So happy they did an American version. It’s the first episode and it already so much more interesting and good then all the UK seasons combined 😂 also couldn’t ever understand their heavy accents 💀

Misleading and expensive. Making almost any decision or making your character look the way you want costs diamonds…which you can buy with $$. I think you should make more choices cheaper or figure something out so that everyone can at-least design their character the way they want.

CANT VOTE. FIX THE APP PLZ!. Everytime I register to vote it says invalid or it stays on a blue screen. I haven’t been able to vote one single time this season! I have deleted and redownloaded to see if that helped, nope! Is this some kind of scam and really the producers are rigging everything and acting like it’s the viewers making these decisions?!?

Love but technical difficulties!. I LOVE THIS SHOW and vote and play along on the app every year but I have Not be able to vote the last couple times this season and tonight is the last night to vote for the finale. How are they picking the winners if voting isn’t working?? 🤔

I can’t vote?. I downloaded to the app and although there are some cool features, I’ve been trying to register to vote for a couple days now and it says “Oops! There is a problem, please try again later” every time. I really hope this gets fixed before any voting episodes so I can participate

No boy characters?. My boyfriend and I watch Love island USA religiously, and when he had heard I had downloaded the Love island app, HE WAS eager to play for himself to get the same experience, Unfortunately, There were no starter male character options available for him to use, Only female options. I’m convinced there’s discrimination towards our fellow men, who are unable to play love island due to the lack of male options. My boyfriend along with many other men out there would love to play Love Island, but are unable to do so due to the lack of consideration by the Love Island app creators, there’s no Shame, Or fragile masculinity here, make some starter male characters 😤😤😤💪🏽.

Unable to register to vote. Is this a scam??? Why are we all having an issue when we try to register to vote. After entering my phone number. Then clicking the register button. The screen goes blank & no one has gotten back to me about it

MST updates after the show!. I like the app in theory but I am in Denver (MST time zone) and the app doesn’t start updating here until the Pacific time showing so we don’t get to do any participating/polls/votes until an hour after we see the show. Can this please be fixed? Im so sad not to be able to participate alongside the show just because of time zone…

When the heck am I supposed to vote?. Every time I go to vote, as soon as I finish the show on the east coast the voting is closed every time? I waited an hour later and still nothing. Also maybe create a push notification when voting has opened? That would be the most helpful thing this app could do.

Love the show but don't waste your time!. Been invested in this season's show since the first episode, was SO excited to vote for my favorite couple...Downloaded the app to vote and ran into problem after problem. 20 minutes of my time wasted. Wasn't able to get my vote in. Moving on and do NOT recommend.

Won’t let me register. I keep typing in my phone number and it keeps saying “oops! there’s a problem pls try again later”. There’s no point of having the app if i can’t even vote in the US. May as well delete it if i can’t even do a simple task. The entire app is about voting, but you can let ppl sign up in order to vote? um ok..

problem with the app. i want to vote but it’s not letting me ? i think it’s an issue with the time zone difference. i kept checking the app for the opportunity to vote but never saw the app update with the poll questions . suddenly it’s on the home page but all polling is closed! not fair Love Island. App doesn’t work correctly. Downloaded the app to use for voting during the show. Voting it still open but the app voting section is blank after a phone number is inputted. Probably should have a website too to use when app coding fails.

Voting issue. I’m new to the show and I can’t register for voting. I used my boyfriends phone (with his number) and his worked. But everytime I put my number in on my phone, it’s just a blue screen. One of the biggest parts of the app and I can’t even use it.

Changes. On the app you should have a comment button. The public should be able to leave our thoughts about what’s happening on the show. Plus it would be nice to see the show bring normal everyday ppl on the show not always models and fit ppl.

glitchy but fun!. season 1 is meh but season 2 has really interesting characters! however it's extremely glitchy and crashes consistently at like day 20ish on older devices. so IF you have a newer device (my iphone 8 runs it fine) and can look past the glitches this is a really fun free to play game!

Voting. I like how the app notifies me when a new episode is coming out. I also like how the app lets me vote for some things but when I tried to register to vote it would not let me and keep saying “whoops, we have problems, please retry later” and I’ve tested for several days now. I’ve tried when the show was airing and also when it was not I love how love island lets America vote and I love the show but it makes me upset when it doesn’t work.

Please Fix the Voting Issue. Every time I try to register to vote it says that I’ve reached my registration limit and I need to use a different phone number. I registered my phone number when the app first came out but have since deleted and re-downloaded, not knowing that would mean I couldn’t vote anymore. I know a lot of other people have experienced the same issue since there’s really no reason to keep the app when there’s not an active season on. The registration issue truly does not make any sense and needs to be fixed ASAP.

Unable to vote. Asks me to register-I add in my phone number and comes up a blank screen every time. When I close app and go back in it asks me to register again. I’ve tried registering at least 10 times before and after updating my iOS, updating app, deleting app and reinstalling it and still the same.

season 3 is not good. I loved seasons 1 and 2, but season 3 was so short, the options to customize what you looked like were much worse than they were in season 2, and the fact that there were some people you couldn’t couple up with at all was really annoying. But the main annoying thing was how short it was- nearly less than half the episodes as seasons 1 and 2.

Story inconsistencies. The app loses track of what choices you’ve made and a lot of the story line and characters glitch back into the game. If it weren’t for the glitches and having to wait two weeks between games then I would give this a five star!

1 star cause I can do anything on it. The voting does not work I downloaded the app cause I love the show but when I try to register it says it won’t work and I need to wait to try again I used multiple different phone numbers and it still didn’t work I was very disappointed but I was so excited I could vote for my favorite show but hopefully it gets fixed soon

Votes are not counted. This app is pointless. Don’t download it and waste memory space on your phone. When you vote for a couple it doesn’t matter because the producers make the biased remaining couples decide who stays and who goes home anyway. Don’t download it. They’re just wasting everyone’s time with this app.

Needs a little fixing. I loved this game for so long but the character plots are like screwed up. Like at the end Lucas dumps my player once they got 2nd and then like 2 minutes later they are still together. So I just recommend thinking about what you pick. And the creators need to edit and work on this a little more so it doesn’t mess up anyone else’s endings like it did to mine

Total scam. This app did not allow me to vote. I tried voting while the show was almost over and it told me 30 minutes. After the show ended, attempted to vote for 15-20 minutes and it kept showing that voting wasn’t open, check back soon. Keep in mind you can only vote for 30 minutes following the show going off. I’m now questioning if they are even really using “America’s votes”. Terrible app, don’t waste your time!

App has so many flaws and will work if you re-install.. I’d give this zero stars if possible. First, I was on vacation after I registered my iPhone and iPad and when I returned to my original time zone, the app asked if wanted to keep my time zone but did not specify which one and I apparently chose wrong. Then I deleted the app on both platforms to reset my time zone, but now I cannot re-register because my phone number has already been used on the devices I re-installed on. So stupid. Whoever created this app for ITV/CBS/Paramont+ got paid to make a terrible app. Kudos to them.

Excited!. I’ve been keeping up with the UK version for two years now and I’m so stoked to have our own in the US now 😍😍😍

Can we add captions to videos. Please and thanks :). Yeah it’s a pretty good app. A couple of things tho; it starts up pretty slow sometimes and having the option to closed caption the videos would be nice too

App doesn’t let me or my husband vote. My husband and I have been watching the show live so that we can vote and be apart of it. He has a google phone and I have an iPhone, we both have updated our phones and downloaded the app and registered to vote but unfortunately every time the show says voting is open, neither of us can actually vote? It just says voting is closed and to check back next voting session. This screen has never once changed since. I have tried deleting the app and re downloading and googling the issue. Nothing is working on either of our phones.

Fav game. I REALLY love this game so much i only wish there was a part 2 🥺 with the same people and the same character u had and it continues on with ur life with or without ur couple

Needs a separate spoilers tab. I can’t always watch the show as soon as it airs, I often watch 1-2 hours after. But if I open the app it immediately has live spoilers of the show. They should have another landing page where you have the option to look at spoilers. The voting window is so short that if I want to vote on time I need to see the spoilers so it makes it hard. Not really worth it. I don’t see any other value in the app.

Won’t let me vote. How do I reset my number so that I can vote. Apparently it keeps saying I’ve reached my limit of devices for my number. I’ve literally only used it two years ago and then last year it would let me vote. Some thing this year. They need to fix this.

I’ve heard people have to reinstall the app but then I’ve had to re-register and it will no longer accept my phone number due to the amount of times I’ve tried. I used my sister’s number and got a notification an hour after the show that voting was open. I missed it. Wondering if it could be because I’m in Arizona and we don’t fit time zones. Next vote same thing happened. The vote did not open right after the show. I was going to try an hour later but fell asleep because the show ends pretty late. The whole reason I got this app was for voting. So far it’s been useless.

Why the producers ganging up on my girl Leah!?!??. I’m sorry. But after tonight’s movie night I’m not sure how Leah can get a fair chance at love island if the producers are purposefully making it ww3 for this poor girl. They constantly make it easier for the boys and somehow Leah is the one with the backlash.

My order has been missing for over a month!. I have constantly been trying to get in touch with the love Island shop, I have commented on their post, messaged them on different social media platforms and I still can’t get in touch with anyone! Whatever you order from the store are scams. I never got my order. It was a birthday gift from my sister last month and everything was ruined. She would’ve loved that and I want my money back so I can give it to her! I’m going to the BBB. I know no one’s not gonna respond, but I am going to keep trying! I have sent emails with my order number. I even attached the original email that was sent to me as a confirmation and no one has still responded. I am so disappointed this gift meant so much.. I refuse to give up.

Seasons 3 glitch. My season 3 won’t stay as the person I’m coupled up with, I’m coupled with Camilo but it puts me with Bill after the episode with Tim and it won’t change back. I even restarted that day with passes and it does the same thing each time.

The app doesn’t allow me to vote. YOUR APP DOESNT WORK - there is something wrong with the app that doesn’t allow people to vote. i have restarted my phone, deleted and redownloaded the app, checked online and reddit threads to see if they anyone else has encountered this issue and fixed it but alas, there is no fix and as much as i want to contribute and add to your stats for viewers engaged enough to download an app solely dedicated to your show (!!!) and vote to engage, your own programmers have hindered that - figure it out and i’m happy to engage and add to your deliverables!!!

bad time zone tracker. The app never gets my time zone right somehow. I am just trying to vote and it will say it’s closed when it shouldn’t be for my time zone. Ive even opened it when it’s for other time zones and it’s never worked. I deleted and redownloaded, and still nothing.

Don’t get it. So Before I get attacked I’m saying don’t get it because if your like me and downloaded love island the game you thought this was another game it nots it’s about the show and still when I look through the app it’s boring. But love island the game is fun and exciting litg will have you checking your clock every five minutes because your waiting for your 2 tickets to come every hour . I don’t know about y’all but that the app I wanted to see 😬😑

Voting. Couldn’t vote because of Kordell’s brother( Odell beckham) posting on instagram and having his followers crash the app. I feel like the voting is rigged this time around because a lot of us didn’t get to vote because the app crashed .

Frustrating. I have been playing this for weeks. Waiting for the new episodes to come out. I’m on day 26 and there is a glitch and it keeps shutting off. I’ve spent money on this and am so mad I can’t even finish!

Annoying. It’s so hard to get tickets to unlock a new part of each day and it’s soooo short. You have to wait about 1-2 hours. Why is it so short and long to play? 😤

Useless app. App isn’t good for hardly anything at all. Love Island seems to be a copy of two other programs. If the app would allow us to be interactive with the islanders and if the broadcast was actually live, then that would help, but it’s neither.

Voting. Voting does not work correctly. One couple opens up and if you touch it to move past that couple it clicks on that you are voting for that couple and it can’t be changed. This happened to me twice. So the vote is wrong if this happens to everyone. Otherwise I love the app.

Voting for Love Island UK. I live in America and my phone settings are put to American and this prevents me from voting for Love Island UK i dont watch Love Island US and i’m not interested in it at all. I’ve been watching Love Island UK since season 5 aired and i just wish i could be able to partake in the voting. would it be possible for you to allow us go to settings and select whether we would like to vote for Love Island UK? that would be very much appreciated! aside from that, this is a fantastic show!

Photos on incoming guests. Two new guys are entering the house, we were given VERY LITTLE info about them. At least provide us with a photo in the app for reference when voting who they should take on a date.

Do NOT buy from this shop. I ordered 5 water bottles from the shop and only received one. I contacted customer service and they have been extremely unhelpful in assisting me resolve the issue. At this juncture I’ve spent over $100 to receive ONE water bottle.

Network Fail Message. This app contains bugs and wouldn’t allow me to register via phone number. I kept getting a Network Fail message and then tried to wait the mandatory 60 seconds to try again. Finally gave up and deleted the app.

Won’t Load. App keeps “retrying” to load content and says “no internet connection” while on WiFi. All other apps work and my internet connection is just fine. I’ve done a soft reset, removed and re-added the app, and it still won’t work.

No Voting For Mountain Time Zone. The vote never opens if you’re in the Mountain Time zone! Colorado is part of the United States, so I would like to be able to vote, too. I watch all the shows. It’s so unfair. I even check it during the time it is supposed to be open during Eastern time, and it doesn’t ever work. So frustrating :(
