???. why won’t it let me use a gift card???

Not a complete menu. The app itself is fine, but both on this app and ordering through chownow, there’s no hash brown option to be found. I know my location has them because whenever I order in person, I always get one. Pls fix so I don’t have to go to mcdonald’s

Worthless. Online ordering is never available and if you click on your store it doesn’t provide the phone number to call them.

Won’t let me buy anything. This stupid app won’t let me buy anything under 7.98 and I had to spend 20 bucks just to get a bagel

Don’t get robbed.. The prices to order with the app are marked up ridiculously! Who would pay $9 for a bagel sandwich! If your willing to pay these prices I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you.

Wish it was better. The ordering part is fine. But when it comes to payment, it won’t accept my perfectly fine card. When I attempt to put in my debit card, a message pops up and says that my card cannot be accepted or processed. Then, when I try another card, it says that I just submitted an order so I have to wait. After waiting over 10 minutes and trying again, it STILL says that I can’t submit the order because I apparently “just submitted it”. Please fix!

Too difficult to pay. Why do I have to use ChowNow or Facebook? Just let me pay with ApplePay. Did not place an order and deleting app after this review.

Great food, lines can get long even to pick up. I’d order online more often if the lines to pick up weren’t so bad early in the morning. I can’t wait, that’s why I order and pay ahead. I have to get to work very early.

Hard to order. Can’t choose which kinds of bagels in a dozen

Kind and curteous. This manahattan bagel has the nicest people working there.

Just use Door Dash. This App is a joke. The entire menu is available on this app unlike DoorDash but when attempting to make payments, the order won’t go through. So instead you are forced to order from a limited menu on doordash in order to pay and get your food in the morning. Ordering breakfast in the morning should not be this frustrating.

Horrific. After ordering my meal and receiving a notification that it was ready, when I got to the bagel place, they had no record of my order and refused to serve me. I checked later, and the money had been taken out of my bank account. This app made me late for work, angry, and poorer. It simply does not work.

Need a major update. Horrible app

HORRIBLE APP!!!. I tried ordering two times in different times this month and both times I’ve gotten an error code that says “Oops this is embarrassing....”! I tried calling store to order and get told I can’t order via phone, I need to order via online or come in the store. I explained that that’s not working and I’m told I can’t order by phone! Well, you lost a customer! I’m trying to avoid going inside as much as I can and make this quicker and safer for me and your app doesn’t allow that!

PITA. I love Manhattan bagel, but this app is the pits. Why can I add bacon to a bagel with plain cream cheese, but not to a bagel with flavored cream cheese? Why can I order a chocolate chip bagel as part of a bulk order (6 or 12 bagels), but not individually? You need to think things through, guys. In order to get what I truly want, I just have to call the store. Boo!

App works great but….. I would have given the app 5 star but the fact that you can’t remove your credit card info really bothers me. Other than that, it’s very easy to use.

Can’t find my location in a major metropolis.. I live in the Philly area and live and work within 5 minutes from a Manhattan Bagel. However, this app can only find locations in New Jersey. Worthless!

The best ordering solution. I’ve used this countless times to order food before work and upon arrival at the store, the food is always ready. Better than ordering through Uber or DoorDash.

Can’t pay with chow. I have left the app 6 times. The service that they put in chow does not make it easy to pay for a beagle It’s not worth ordering there. If they are going to make it not easy. And yes I know how to use app. I have other now that I go to.

Lousy Interface. Payments processor is a third party with name that doesn’t resemble Manhattan Bagel. For whatever reason iPhone password utility doesn’t associate password w MB. So I wind up on the “forgot password” dialogue every time. When it comes to adding a card, the App doesn’t summon my stored credit cards and related info from iPhone. Gotta enter it manually. Every time.

menu doesn’t make sense. If my sandwich order includes it coming on a specific bagel (Ex. Jalapeño bagel), why do I need to select a bagel to order it? Also the Jalapeño bagel isn’t listed as an option even though I know they carry it. Their website is the same way… needs to be fixed.

Can’t find my location. I live in South Florida, probably 5 minutes from my local Manhattan Bagel. This app is only showing me locations in the Virginia area and north of there. Useless.
