Very affordable CRM for small business. This CRM is almost as fully featured as other small. business CRM options that cost many times more than this. I am pleased with it and how it has helped organize my business processes. The only feature would really like to see added is a dedicated "leads" page rather than just keeping every contact you ever put into the CRM in the same "Contacts" page. It can get tricky to manage leads this way but so far ive been able to make it work. Looking forward to seeing this feature added in the future I hope.

Mostly good out of the Gate. The UI and feature are perfect for a small CRM. I like the web and mobile app. Some downsides are the daily send limit for email is 250. I wish it was more reasonable such as 500. Also, I found importing a problem with picking field property types.

Bigin Amazingly Easy To Get Started. The mobile app was simple to set up, import my contacts, and start managing my book of business. As I grow and manage my sales pipeline, the platform is scalable with tools, analytics and insights.I recommend anyone getting started with managing their sales pipeline to begin with Bigin.

It is great app for small business. It is all you need for small business.

Super Tiny Storage Space in a world of unlimited storage. Bigin looks inexpessive when you look at it in the surface, but then when you dig further, you see that the space is only 1GB of storage space. I a business world full of contracts and photos and ducuments, 1GB is super tiny. I do not recommend.

Not sold yet. I am evaluating Bigin from Zoho and like the ease of use, how intuitive it is compared to some of the other options out there but need some more time to evaluate fully. So far so good!

A Good App. We were looking for somethign not to hard to use and looked good while being at a good price. These days it is hard to find. We like this app

Easy to use. This CRM is very straightforward yet is customizable to include all of the needed details to track important data.

Great CRM for freelancers. I love the simplicity and nice interface of the app. It helps me a lot in organizing my leads and prospectives and gives me a general overview of the status of each. The app is also well written and has the basics frelancers as I need.

Clean and easy. So often sales driven CRMs are cluttered. Not this one! For me, as CEO, it allows me to see the world and progress on deals. For my team it allows them to capture data easily, stay on track and increase their close rate.

Very user friendly. I'm an Executive Assistant to 3 Principlas of a company. Earlier this year we started using Zoho CRM. Although it is a very detailed CRM, my Principlas were simply not using it due to the complexity of the CRM. Once I came across Bigin at fist I wasn't sure why there's a differnt CRM being offered by Zoho. Then I realized that it's easier and more convenient to use. This has made my work life so much more efficient and organized. I 100% recommend it to small size Businesses. For bigger companies I can see how Zoho CRM can be beneficial.

Great product. I love Bigin! I'm 56 years old, and I'll admit to needing extra help when onboarding new software. Bigin held my hand every step of the way. I couldn't be more pleased. Great product. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Needs work. Nice look, and I’m some ways it is great. But once you get into the app, you see that the relationship among Deals, Contacts, Tasks, etc. is confused. I found it very hard to adapt the product to the very simple event booking business I conduct. Frustrating and disappointing. If you work everything from Company, you will have an easier time. Not what I would have expected. Support is very responsive, and they seem to be trying. I just have disagreements with the vendor’s concept of relationship management. Also it’s a little buggy. Example: a contact with no first name doesn’t appear in the contacts list. If it hasn’t already been linked to a Company or something else, it’s lost unless you search for it. Surprising after so long on the market.

Great App. I started using this app a month ago and I loooove it. It deifinitely user friendly for small entrpreneurs in any area. I'm a small commercial real estate investor and this has been great for me and my company. The Zoho CRM is good but can be alot if you have a small business. I love the fact that I can integrate with other Zoho apps. Worth the time and money.

Love it - Wish it generated a proposal/estimate PDF too!. Its an amazing software, just what a CRM needs, I just wish it was able to generate a PDF of a proposal/estimate from one or a combination of the products I created.

Affordable Excelent Tool. As a former CRM consultant I have worked with the big brands, and for small businesses Begin is absolutley the best tool available. Inexpensive and packed with the right features.

Enjoying this App so far. I've used Zoho CRM for several years but recently needed a simpler CRM for a new business venture. Bigin is working out great so far. The email and voice integration were quick to set-up. It is easier to use and navigate through and the settings are simplified. Digital adoption with staff faster as well with less clutter and distraction.

Zoho Bigin. After long time, I find Zoho BIGIN Zia the first App that fits perfectly for my needs as a self employed from home. So easy, professional, expandable. Amazing customer support. You gain so much by using BIGIN. I tell all my friends to use Bigin. They don’t get it. For small business, BIGIN is a make or break App. If someone is not using capability App like BIGIN, he/she is missing significant opportunities. It almost seems like I am BIGIN diplomat. Great small business CRM!. Very afordable and user friendly CRM. Not all the features of the bells and whistles of the big expensive systems, but certainly sufficeint for most small businesses. Also very easy to manage and the support is also excellent and available by phone 24/7!

Would be better with some additions. I just started and so far so good. I have a couple suggestions. 1. Increase max tags per record (5 seems to be the max). 2. Add lookup fields between contact, company, and product. Almost ideal for a small business.

Great Inexpensive CRM. This CRM is really well done. I work for a compnay that basically doesn't have a CRM and needed something to track customers and opportunities. This fits the bill perferctly. It has a very good UI, good tracking and many other features that I'm not even using yet. It's well done!

Exactly what you need without the fluff. This app is everything. Simple and streamlined management for new and existing clients across all business types.

Works with Zoho One. This latest update did require deleting, reboot, and reinstalling for the login to work so there is likely a bug somewhere. Otherwise smooth sailing with Zoho as always.

Amazing functionality and ease of use. Big and continues to amaze us with the robustness of the program, the depth and detail to which can be operated and yet the smooth and simple user interface for even the beginner. At our business we can have a customer service person using the program very quickly without much training due to its intuitive design and yet the depths to which we can work with the program continues to satisfy. We are very happy that we have chosen Bigan for our CRM and the support service has been very good!

Very promising crm for small business!. We’ve tried many options for our small agency including pipedrive, salesmate, capsule, copper, and hubspot. I can say hands down BigIn is the best blend of simplicity and power to keep a small sales team organized. It’s very clear the team behind it has learned a lot about what’s real important in a crm from the years of developing the big brother to BigIn, ZohoCRM. BigIn’s apps are very beautiful and there’s even a native Mac app. They’re so customizable, I especially love how you can control exactly what shows up in each type of notification! There are a few things I think could be improved and hope BigIn may work on <3 First, it would be great to have a week calendar view for activities instead of only list view. It would be especially great if you could see all your team’s activities (esp events) in a calendar. Second, the way BigIn syncs with google calendar (requires creating a separate calendar folder) is frustrating - it should let you sync with one or more existing calendar folders since you may have dozens of meetings already scheduled into the future. Finally, the support only by email is a bit slow and I wish they had chat support for the top tier plan. Overall keep up the good work and excited to see what’s next!

Simple CRM. This product works well for what I need. It’s very simple to use to keep in touch with contacts and build your business. I really like using the email templates.

Nice Complimentary App. The app is well designed and easy to use. There is still some work to do on the CRM itself, but I really don’t have any complaints on the design and functionality of the app. Making phone calls from the app will automatically log the phone call which is nice.

Easy to use, affordable. Its filled with functionality, free trial is great way to get familiarized with this CRM, customer support is intense during the trial period. So far I enjoyed this app.

The more I use it the more I like it. I would like to see all my connected account emails. like in one big in-box. Anyhow I love the notes feature for each event. Wish the mobile app had the signals feature, to notify you of new emails.. I hope they keep making improvements!

So far so good. So far it seems pretty feature heavy for a affordable crm. A but few too many options to get going but only really if it’s your first time living in a crm.

FINALLY - a brilliant CRM. I have been trialling Bigin by ZOHO CRM for a client and I am hooked. It's absolutely fantastic, as is its Gmail add-on - works so well! Good App Two Minor Flaws. The app is very clean anf functional and perfect for the solopreneur or consultant. The pathg to upgrades is soldly thought out. Only problem is that you can't edit it fields in the desktop app. You have to do all customization in the browser, close the app and re-open it. Not able to properly fit logos or faces, but it works ok. The app doesn't get a lot of love from Zoho, but it's functional and not filled with useless call-outs and such. Otherwise I'd go for 5 stars.

Decent app design, could use improvements.. App is easy to use, but not as customizable as I would like it to be, like defaulting to companies rather than contacts or tasks instead of events. So far app has improved our pipeline organization, but will continue to see our users experience any trouble.

Has worked well for my early business in real estate. I researched a lot before trying zoho and it has been a good experience for at least small companies and start ups like mine With 24x7 support thing become easier with zoho. We majorly use the crm features of the platform for managing our sales funnel

Login buttons don't work. Just as @aschneids55 mentioned, the app's login buttons don't work so you can't actually log in. I'm using a Mac that's fully up-to-date. * I've deleted and re-downloaded the app * I've attempted to click each button on the login options screen to no avail * I've contacted customer service in hopes that they can resolve it.
