Universal remote app. Works good on my tv just have to figure out how to use all the features

Worked at first. When I first installed this app, it worked great so I paid the $4.99 for the PRO version. However, since then it doesn’t do anything. It doesn’t recognize my TV so it obviously can’t connect. A waste of $5.

Don’t buy this. This app is junk. It doesn’t work. It won’t sync with my Sony TV. It will sync with a Roku, but not a Sony TV. Also, there is no tech support. The app lists a tech support email address, but no one responds to a request for support.

What changed?. I liked this app enough that I decided to pay for the Pro version which gave me the added feature of being able to hold the volume up or down button for continuous volume change (I no longer had to hit the buttons repeatedly to quickly change the volume). At some point - I assume after an update, this feature stopped working. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

2/5. I had this same app downloaded before and it worked great. I then deleted the app and downloaded it months later. And now it keeps getting stuck... So if I’m trying to move over to the next channel or even hit the apps button it still doesn’t do right. I have to close out the app and reopen and then it works fine. This is the reason for 2/5. If you fix this as its an inconvenience then I would give it a 5/5! Not sure if it’s a bug or what... thanks

No volume control. Seems to work fairly decently but the real downfall is that it has no volume control. I have a hisense 65 inch with the Roku, and it doesn’t work all that great.

Not working anymore. It used to work very well when I bought it for a month or two. Now it doesn’t even connect to the tv!! Very disappointed because I payed for the full version..

Trash app useless. Do not download this app it’s useless pointless waste of time trust me too many other apps with better service

Not working. I paid so I can have full access to the remote control and is not working properly so why they make you pay for something that is not going to work properly Please whoever created this app fixed and make it work and worthy to pay the amount that is ask in the app

Issues with Remote. This remote works great only issue I have with is that it doesn’t reconnect with my TV when it’s off. Is it possible for it to remain permanently connected with my TV even when off

Review. Have great features. But with my Sony Bravia it keeps on disconnecting. Also when I connect the arrow pad is reverse. No big deal but it’s just annoying. But overall it’s cool app just not as reliable as the others I’ve tried.

Finally a remote app the actually works.. It works with my Sony tv. Has the right buttons and navigation.

Good worth the price. Some apps charge way too much money but this app is preety reasonable and has all the features . Our remote has been replaced by this app

Doesn’t work. I just downloaded this app earlier today and have tried to get it to work on a tv in my camper and a Samsung tv in my house. Didn’t work on either. Deleting this app and will continue my quest to find one on the App Store that’ll actually work.

Sometimes work sometimes it does nkt. It works sometimes but then it doesn't others.

Doesn’t work properly!. Time to time it is losing connection with activated LG TV or doesn’t see the activated device at all or another TV’s or Apple TV in the Wi-Fi networks. Hard to work with search bar when you are typing. It freezes often.

Do no purchase. Purchased the pro version and it stopped working the next day. Contacted the developer and had no response. Do not purchase. Wish I could get a refund!

Only lets me use it once. I’m not even going to consider buying it unless you let me use it for a little amount of time, Even if you restrict my use at least have a free option! I won’t give five stars or pay anything until they fix the free option

App not working. App stopped working a while ago. It’s not finding my TVs which it used to. And the worse part is that I paid for the full version.

Decent. I wish it didn’t pop up with suggested upgrades with no option to opt out without closing and restarting the app. I have an iPhone.

The only remote with no adds. I have searched for a good universal remote app for a while now and this seems to be the only one that doesn’t bombard you with cheap adds. The only add that you occasionally get is the option to upgrade to the pro remote. The real difference between the pro is that you can do much more like use the trackpad. Overall great app. I would definitely recommend to anyone who loses their remote quite frequently.

HORRIBlE!!!!. DO NOT GET THIS!!! You dont even have to watch adds oh wait you have buy something to be able to CONTROL THE TV!?!?!? I would rather have adds then have to watch an add the watch TV…

It’s Great!. I lost my TV remote, and this works just as well. In fact it’s better because I can have a remote on my phone! This is a great app!

Universal. It’s really good to have around just in case you lose your remote or it stopped working you could always rely on this app. The only thing is it has no volume which maybe you can make a change to that. But I really suggest it.

Stupid App. Doesn't let you use any arrows or the okay button unless you pay 4.99+ taxes. Most other apps cost much less and actually give you all the functions of a remote control. It was a waste of time downloading the app. Very disappointed.

Have to close and reopen. Constantly have to close and reopen app because app stops working and won’t work until it resets upon reopening.

How to work volume. I can’t work volume

Good overall. Great app overall but sometimes it slows down and won’t reconnect to the tv until you reset the app other than that no complaints.

Frustrating. This application, once thought to be the one for me, is nothing but frustration. It works fine for the first 20 seconds, but when you want to change the channel or adjust the volume, it won’t work. It just times out! You have to close out the entire app and reopen it to get it to function. If I could find something better I would. Don’t waste your time.

Needs work. I purchased the fall pro version of this app and maybe two or three of the options actually work very much a waste of my money all features should be available to those who actually spend money on this. Functioning features of the app suddenly stopped working. I want a refund

Glitchy. I thought this was a good buy for 5$. Stops working every other minute, though. I can’t tell you how many times I had to restart the app. If I could undo this purchase, I would.

2/10 it works, just buy a remote. It constantly says that my tv isn’t connected to the network, but it is and I know it is because after 30 minutes I finally found the remote and checked. 2 stars because it helped me find my remote

It works but not recommended. Bottoms work in opposite way eg: when I press right it goes left! Also the interface is not friendly

Volume. I have a Roku tv and for some reason it doesn’t give me the option to control my volume and that’s like a big down fall cause I have to get up and turn down the tv or turn it up

Needs a better lay out. You need to go through multiple tabs to do simple tasks like selecting a menu and then navigating through it. To raise or lower the volume you have to push the plus and minus buttons multiple times. Makes my thumbs hurt. I would’ve given five stars if this app was $1.99 how

Perfect for me…. Great app, always works, Connects to my Sony Bravia 65” A8G OLED. Universal remotes aligns the virtual functionality with physical remotes functionality. Save yourself, just pay the little cost for the full version, you will love the “power on” feature to say the least. If this app had the ability to preview channels within the app it would truly be a phenomenal remote.

Misleading. The app wouldn’t let me try the navigation feature until after I bought the pro version. The navigation pad does not let you select anything it only brings up a cursor when swiped. Not what I wanted, waste of my money.

Remote on time. My remote has deactivated itself somehow and I use this app and it worked and I love it and also my wife!!

Great remote app. This is a great remote app it works well with my Sony TV, and it works all the controls that my TV remote works. I’ll give her five stars and I recommend it to anyone who has a smart TV

Love Love Love The Customer Support. I love this app because I can set the timer and drift off to sleep. When it stopped working, I emailed tech support on a Sunday so I’d be first in line on Monday. To my surprise, they persistently answered my query until it was fixed. What I REALLY loved to was that the support was “to the point”. Happy with it. Had to use while waiting for a new remote to be delivered and it done the job - some days were frustrating trying to connect and sometimes the left right, up and down like to do the opposite but for $8 to t gets the job done especially for an emergency for broken or lost remote till you get a new one and handy to just have on your phone if you don’t want to get up to get the remote :)

HOW??. How do you forget to put a volume button on a tv remote

Universal remote. The app is great it works on all my TVs in my home and there’s no delay when clicking and it has different buttons for different TVs it’s great and the best universal remote app

Garbage.. You need to manually turn your tv on and pair it with the app each time you go to use it. Super annoying. Then when you try to email support, the send button will not work but the cancel one does. I would not recommend this app.
