While there are some things that need improvement VAST has a lot of potential. Having a shooter like this on mobile is a lot of fun. Can’t wait to see what comes next!
I love VAST! Reminds me of the original Halo!
I bought this for my Apple TV 4, and was very disappointed that it didn’t run. So when I saw the iOS app come up I invested in it. Let me say, the touch screen controls are toooo sensitive. I have an iPhone XS and I found it very hard to control. There ought to be settings where that sensitivity can be adjusted. Subtitles would also be a help. I just don’t care for all the noise in titles like that, so subtitles would be a nice option. Also, I’m finding it hard to gather enough ammunition on the first mission. I’ll keep trying, but for first level it seems pretty challenging, and I’m good at shooters. I also hope that it’s more than just a shooter. I like adventure that is more than that. This game has great potential and I’m looking forward to more, but I think it can do with some fine tuning, and if I see that I’ll upgrade my review and rating accordingly.
