Wonderful App. All the features have not been explored yet but am very excited about the ability to block and identify known robocalls as well as the fantastic transcription of messages. Congrats to the developers for such a broad range of services! Thank you so very much for the thoughtfulness, ingenuity and thoroughness which is exhibited very apparently to little skilled individuals such as me! Would greatly appreciate a detailed tutorial .. it’s probably already there and I am too computer illiterate to find it!!!!!

Good Blocker for ROBOCALL AND TELEMARKETING CALLS. There have been Pros and Cons using this system so here is my feedback as to why I gave a 3 star rather than a 5 star review: setting necessary business transactions when I cannot know the source of a call back has been frustrating. Any suggestions on handling that? Otherwise, multiple unwanted Robo and telemarketing calls are no more. My life is more peaceful and much more quiet!!

Good App but.... I installed FIREWALL a few weeks ago. I liked it, I recall that; but, I ended up UN-installing FIREWALL-just can not recall the exact reason! Regardless, ever since I uninstalled FIREWALL, I’ve been experiencing a problem. I have received about 5 or 6 text messages, over time not all at once. I assume they originate from FIREWALL Customer service division. They all basically say the same thing & I have followed through with every recommendation from each text. The text says-“I missed a call from (xxx) XXX-XXXX because FIREWALL was unreachable.”(Probably because it’s NOT on my iPhone any longer!) Then it goes on to say to call *720 to PERMANENTLY DELETE FIREWALL & to un-forward calls to it from my iPhone. Which, I have done SEVERAL TIMES! Apparently, this is NOT working! Can someone help?? I’ll check back to see if anyone from Firewall answers my questions here! Thank you.

Works great. This is actually an update to my original review. It really does work great. The smart alec comments you get when the app blocks a robocall crack me up. Someone from tech support contacted me to tell me how to improve call quality which has worked fine. Only thing I wish the app had is a way to look up unknown callers.

So far so good!. I’m coming up on paying for this and haven’t been disappointed at all. The app takes a little getting used to but admittedly haven’t had one annoying call since I installed it. I just have to remember to update my whitelist here and there.

Blocking vs Call Quality. This service works as advertised, but with a cost. Any service that requires you to forward all calls will not only introduce privacy/security risks, but impact service quality. Be prepared to authorize a third-party to route your calls, block your calls, and have call quality that is different from your carrier. I’m hoping firewall improves call quality overtime.

Blocking calls I want. Unfortunately, I’m missing calls from the ‘whitelist’ and it’s causing a rift in my marriage because my husband is thinking that I’m blocking his calls. And he’s not the only person I’m missing call from that I’d like to get through so I’ve canceled the subscription until this is resolved. Have enjoyed the screening aspect of this app. I’ll let you know if I have problems canceling the subscription.

Hard time. I like it but I am having hard time when it comes to people calling me back there is no ring on my phone regular phone calls just goes to firewall without any ring or Warning

Awesome 1.0, look forward to new features. My robocall volume has dropped ~95%, and there’s something very satisfying about seeing the push notifications that Firewall is working for me like a personal assistant in real time, rather than just blindly blocking a number. Voicemail transcription accuracy is also superior to Apple. I’ve had two or three issues with dropped/frozen calls but for a v1.0 this is an awesome product. Nice work guys!

Great Robocall Blocker App. I haven’t received a single spam call since switching to this App. I even tried YouMail premium and still had a problem but not one single call has gotten through with Firewall. Now if they could just block the new spammers texting!

Disappointed.. Like most, I had high hopes for Firewall. On day one, it blocked 7 robocalls. Gotta love that! But for me, the caveats quickly began to mount. - Call quality is terrible. Every time anyone called me, I'd have to call them back to be able to eliminate persistent noise and dropouts. - Calls in the call history no longer display the proper label (e.g., "home," "iPhone," "work," etc.). Instead the label is replaced with "Firewall." So you have no idea where the person is calling from. That's not trivial. It's often important to know if someone's calling (or called) from home or work, etc. Firewall removes that information. Bad move. - Voicemail messages are intercepted and are handled in a very clunky manner within the Firewall app. I hate it. Furthermore, far too many taps are required to get to the audio playback. - When calls come in, the app's interface is different from the Phone app, which is disconcerting. And the button to answer calls is blue instead of green, which is just dumb. There's a reason that conventions exist and have become *universal*: Green is for "go," and red is for "stop." Although I loved having unwanted calls blocked, the caveats are simply too intrusive. So regrettably I've removed Firewall. It's a great idea in theory, but these issues need to be resolved. Until then, Firewall falls far short.

Miss more than 9 out of 10 calls from my contacts. I was excited about this app and wanted it to work for me. On a positive note, the robocalls completely went away. Unfortunately, so did all other calls. More than 9 out of 10 calls from my whitelisted contacts did not come through with the app throwing an error saying it’s “unavailable.” I reached out to tech support multiple times and was told this is a known issue without an expected timeline to fix. Overall, very disappointed. I’d love to revisit if perhaps in the future they fix their fundamental issues.

Good concept but not ready for use. I love the concept, it works very well at blocking calls unfortunately there are several big issues that make it a no go for me at this time. 1. I have my contacts whitelisted but it seems to be like a random process. 1/2 the time my own family can’t call me and get sent straight to voicemail, that’s not good. 2. Biggest problem to me, the call quality is very poor. A lot of the calls get dropped or can’t hear much at all. Echo on a lot of calls, like you’re in a tunnel.

Great app but..... I recently download the free trial and was LOVING it!! Even touted it on Facebook to all my friends because I couldn’t believe how wonderful it was (plus, it has a great sense of humor, which I enjoyed). However, today, it just stopped working. I have had a torrent of calls blowing up my phone all day and I don’t know what went wrong. There is no real way for me to check in the app so I am at a loss and I am not sure how to contact support about it. Please advise on how to fix this because I REALLY don’t want to delete this app!!

Missing important calls. The app works amazingly for robo & telemarketing calla however, I’m missing normal calls too. I keep getting text messages indicating calls that I’ve missed. They don’t show up on my missed calls log either. They do show up on my firewall app but only if it’s receiving a WiFi signal. Also, if I have an incoming call, I can’t send an away text when I am unable to respond. I can either answer or decline the call, that’s it. Firewall does not provide the option of texting “I’ll call you later” or a custom reply. I didn’t realize how often I use this until I couldn’t.

Blocking great, call quality not so great.. I used it for the first week of the 2 week trial. It was absolutely excellent at blocking junk calls and texts, but call quality is absolutely horrible, especially on calls between 2 new iPhone 11s. The audio quality is just not up to par, and the person at the other end often hears themselves echoing back. If they fix these issues, I'll definitely give it another shot.

Review of worth of Firewall. Firewall is very good for ID-ing robo callers, excellent, in fact. Thank you for a very good job of that portion of your services. However, Firewall does not review all telephone numbers listed as authorized entries in my phone contacts list. In other words, all numbers listed with authorized entry in my contacts list - OTHER THAN FAX machine listings, should be allowed to ring thru’. Businesses, medical offices, and some friends who also have business or secondary phone numbers, should be allowed to ring thru’. Further, I do not understand nor have I discovered the use of the alternate list provided by Firewall. At first I thought it was for alternative numbers authorized by titled entry as described in the paragraph just above. I quickly learned that apparently is not what the alternative list is for. Please send an explanation as to the correct use of you alternative “whitelist” is for & how to manage that tool. Thank you very much for the help. Faith Prior

Needs lots of work. I’ve been using it for a few days now, what I have notice is that it's very good at blocking spam calls that’s a fact, but when you get an incoming call the sound quality is very poor, plus my family lives out of the country and since I installed and activated the app they haven’t been able to get a call thru, I don’t even see any missed calls from them. But again if robocalls are driving you crazy I think it worths a try, hopefully they can get around a few glitches shortly.

Can we get an explicit backlist option?. Exactly what I’ve needed and wanted to block spam calls! Adding numbers to the whitelist is easy, but it would be nice to be able to take screened calls and confirm that they are actually spam and therefore should be actively blacklisted and not just blocked because they’re not on the whitelist. Other than that, I can’t think how they could make the app feel better or more native!

Only one problem.... I want to answer with my iPhone but don't want known & unknown spam callers. My contacts say the voicemail on Firewall is very weird, everyone complains about it. ( I have no idea as I don't call myself) So I have it set to block known callers but not unknown callers. I'd like a setting for Contacts only thru my iPhone. Is that a thing I don't know exists?

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!. I’m very hesitant about downloading any app to my phone without reading reviews, fine print, etc. I took the chance of downloading this app after reading positive reviews... I was desperate to find an app to block all of those pesky Robocalls. Well ! I am very pleased to announce that this app blocks everything that you don’t have listed in your contact list on your phone. My phone has been so quiet .... except for calls that I do want and know. It also lets you know what numbers are known Robocallers ... scans unknown numbers ... and just scans and blocks everything! I’m on the trial period for using this app, but for the very low monthly fee they charge afterwards it is definitely worth it!!!! I recommend everyone download this app! Thank you so much developers!

Stop using. I have canceled my subscription but it’s still active because it’s paid for through another week. I want it to stop working because it’s blocking calls from my doctor, lawyer, hospital. They are now calling my husband. I dejected the app so now I can’t see who’s getting blocked. Help! How do I get this to end? I have appreciated the to o calls getting blocked but even when I have added people to my whitelist they still continue to not get through.

Great at Stopping Robocalls, but in dire need of scheduling Feature. This is by far the best app I’ve found for filtering Robocalls. One huge drawback, I have to go manually pause it for work hours so I don’t miss an important call. I try to whitelist as many as possible but can’t do them all. I’m close To dropping my sub because of this hassle. If it had an option where you could schedule pauses it would be perfect.

Doesn’t Work. This app allows you to whitelist all the contacts that are in your phone and block every buddy else. I tried using that feature and it will work for a while but then I have people that can’t call me because it’s blocking them. Contacted support and they responded in a timely fashion told me to restart my phone delete the app reinstall the app and I did. It worked again for a few hours and then stopped working.

Great App to Zap Robocalls. I’m in the Trial Period for this App. I’ve tried several other apps to stop these calls. With this one, my robo calls have dropped to ZERO immediately! Customer Service is excellent! Can’t recommend highly enough! For next update please consider allowing better interface with VPN’s. Great Job?

Not great.. Let me preface this review as "this app did not work for me" however, it may work for you? Firewall blocks any number or SMS (if you set it up) that is not whitelisted. I am a consultant and travel extensively. Firewall's approach for me is too limiting; for instance, I had to use an SMS text system that randomizes their numbers for each message, which was a nightmare with Firewall. I could reply to one message and not the other etc. The other problem stemmed from the fact that all calls forwarded through Firewall's VOIP telephone system, the call quality for me, was inferior, and is not easily switched to a mobile carrier during the call. To my understanding, they are working on it. I felt like I was paying to be a beta tester when using the Firewall app.

Constructive criticism. I have a couple of comments/concerns about FIREWALL but couldn’t find a contact us. I prefer to give constructive criticism in private but I simply could not find a way to do so in private. 1) when entering add’l number in Whitelist there is no discernible order AND it changes when I switch back and forth from one page (or even to/from a different app). May I suggest alphabetical? 2) finding the contact us by email is WAAAAAYYY too hard and the one I did in your other app Burner would not submit. 3) it is rather sluggish when adding whitelisted numbers and that seems to be worse as more numbers are added. TY

Missed numerous important calls. I did not like your service, so I got out of the subscription and dialed the appropriate number for my sprint carrier *720 to end the call forwarding, but it still didn’t work. Kept getting text messages from firewall saying I am missing calls and that I need to dial *720 again, since I am unsubscribed. I have done this plenty of times already, I emailed customer support with a full explanation of my situation and of my attempts, and all they told me was to dial *720 for sprint to end the call forwarding, seems like they didn’t even read the message.. I’ve missed important calls, such a disappointment, please fix this. Update: In the end, I was told to contact my carrier to manually disable the call forwarding.. Update: to this day unable to get it fixed. (Months later) Have contacted my carrier multiple times to try to resolve but the issue persists. What the heck did you guys do?

Very Effective App. I was using AT&T Call Protect. It auto-blocked most of the high risk callers but rarely recognized spam and robo-calls. Firewall is so much better. The White List feature lets thru the calls I don’t want to miss. I like how it lets me screen unknown callers and decide with the voicemail and anonymous call back whether it’s a person or company that I need to connect with.

Broken app. Bad debut, after install and forwarding your number, app says it needs permissions to the mic except it never requests access from the OS so there’s no way to allow it. Can’t do anything else with app since it won’t allow you to cancel or otherwise move past this. I also get on their site to report the issue but can’t send them a message from their support page (sending the message does nothing). They need better QA and support. App is currently useless and I can’t cancel the call forward now.

A MUST HAVE ap. I love absolutely everything about this ap, especially when it lets me know when the call is from a “Known Robo Caller”. Wish I found this ap sooner. We are about to disconnect our home phone because of all the calls. It is a land line and I wish there was a way to connect this ap to that phone. It would save us the time of calling friends, family, doctors, and other contacts to change our number to one of our cell phones. Well worth the monthly fee. If I didn’t find this ap, I was considering dropping my cell phone as well, since I average 8 to 10 Tellemarketing calls a day, and at inconvenient times. Two Thumbs Up. Highly recommended.

Fantastic protection... some customization needed. Great protection for generic calls. My concern is that I cannot create my own blacklist. When new numbers are added to the pools, they come right through. It is possible that the numbers are legit _somewhere _ but never to my phone. Thank you for all you do...I will be watching for a future when I can subscribe again to meet my needs. Robocalls beware!

Frustrating. I thought this app that got good reviews would be great...but alas I stopped call forwarding and went back to Hiya! Call quality was not good (according to the people I was talking to) and I sounded like I was in a tunnel. Several calls from people that are Favorites on my iPhone didn’t come through so who knows how many other ‘whitelisted’ calls I missed. No option to reply to calls I can’t take with a text message like I do now (I have a job!) Yes, it stopped robo callers which is great but too many bugs at this point to be confident with the app and knowing my legit calls are coming through. Sorry...the idea is great but the value isn’t. Maybe keep it totally free until you have all the bugs worked out. I’m hoping I don’t get charged...there’s nothing I could find to cancel!

All robocalls blocked!. Firewall has blocked 100% of the spam and robocalls! I highly recommend this app. Since installing Firewall I miss being able to see and answer incoming calls on my Apple Watch (hopefully Firewall will add this feature), but having unwanted calls blocked outweighs the lack of this Watch feature. I would also like Firewall to show the exact time of an incoming call.

Best app so far for robocalls. I have att call protect and nomorobo running at the same time and still about 50% of calls get through. I’ve been using this for only 2 days but it’s been 100% effective. Only gripe I have is sometimes the call quality is a little choppy and it’s not my bandwidth- I’ve got 400mbps it should be able to handle a VOIP call.

Peace at last!. I was getting approximately 20 robo calls a week. After the second day using Firewall ZERO attempts at getting through to me by those parasites. I wear Resound Linx Quantro hearing aids that are actually made for IPhones. I have had a few issues with call quality since I started using Firewall but I don’t care! A very minor issue that I can easily live with. No more robo calls. Not one. Period. Thanks Firewall.

Why block my Favorites & Contacts??. I loved this app initially but then it became annoying. Then it began to siphon off calls from my contacts (even my Favorites) before I heard any ring. I kept tweaking the settings to no avail. I finally had to delete it & cancel subscription. However it’s symbol/icon is still on the upper left of my phone. I don’t know how to get rid of it! Maybe others can manage this app which is a needed one; I just can’t make it work.

No unwanted calls!!. Since using Firewall I have not received any unwanted phone calls!! I only receive calls from my Contacts, if you’re not in my contacts you’re not getting through. People can leave messages but they’re not going to be able to ring through. My life is quiet again! My only small complaint would be a volume issue. I don’t always hear the caller clearly like before. But I’ve learned to deal with it, it’s a good trade off to have for no unwanted calls!

Amazing!. Used to use Robokiller in the past but so many calls ended up coming through but with Firewall I’ve not had a signal spam call ring my number it’s a godsend! Where I work I’m constantly calling customers and with the option here to call using a temporary number that really makes my life easier. My only issue with this app is the call quality it’s far less then a normal call I find myself sometimes declining an incoming call only to call them back using my normal phone app

Firewall. I truly thought I would love this but now I’m not sure. I don’t think as many calls are coming through that usually have been. But even just now 2-3 times in a row I’ve gotten a call from same number which came thru with no name of who it is therefore I know the Number isn’t in My Whitelist. It’s been one of the numbers I’ve been trying to stop and not succeeded at getting rid of even with Firewall. This confuses me. Yesterday I deleted couple numbers that also go through that aren’t in my whitelist. Suddenly here’s once again the other I spoke of in beginning ringing one more for me to hit drcline. Just wondering why nothing stopping it all. Gonna try to add other stuff now to see if will help but not sure if will continue this dubscription.

The perfect app!. I’m still in the trial period, but if it keeps working the way it has been so far it will be worth the 4 bucks! I had to change my number because my phone was blowing up with unknown numbers. I tried 2 other apps and they didn’t do what I wanted. I’m a private person; I don’t want anyone calling me unless I gave them my number. This app is a dream! Strange numbers don’t even ring! I have peace and quiet now! UPDATE: My only complaint is people can’t hear me when I answer the phone. I hear them saying “hello” over and over until one of us hangs up. I immediately call them back. If that’s the only issue, it’s still worth the $4 in my case. I don’t get enough legitimate phone calls for this to be a real problem.

I never leave reviews. I have had this app for some time now. I am not a tech person, at all. I was so bombarded with useless call, so I installed this app & four others at the same time frame. (None were the free type). I wanted to see if this “type” of app really worked on useless calls. Out of all I tried this App has the most features, easy to use & set up...and most importantly....it WORKS...100% of the time. As far as the monthly fee...I’d rather pay for the app to block all the calls & messages than spend my time answering calls/messages that are bogus. It’s definetly a Keeper!

Very Impressed. The person who previously had my number was a manic and signed up for everything under the sun, so I am used to getting 10+ spam calls a day, but I can’t just change my number for work reasons. None of the other apps actually stopped them all, this one does. I’m a little wary of stopping calls from non-spammers who aren’t in my whitelist, but presumably they’ll just go to voicemail and can be contacted right after. -1 star because I have the same issue as another poster, seems not not let you get calls on Apple Watch.

Great !. Glad I decided to try Firewall- many calls are scams and Firewall stops them- these calls tell you to press one and I know by doing that it allows these scanners to get into your files and get info that can be used against you- It has been very helpful also in eliminating unwanted calls !

Got a problem. I did the two week trial, nothing wrong If privacy is what you desire. BUT I deleted this app from my phone. The app disappeared but the app is still running in my cloud and I can’t get any phone calls it tells the caller this is the Firewall and you leave a message. O never hear the phone ring and I have missed so many calls, this is a negative impact on my life and income. Hope to get this situation resolved soon! I will update!

Review. There are things I do not like about Firewall: the ability to delete screened calls directly without going through more options; the ability to respond to a voicemail directly; if the same number is screened bad and calls again do not show it to me ; if I am receiving a voicemail automatically approve that caller as a “grey” list caller and let them through unless informed otherwise. Major Bug Issues. Although I love that it blocks all spam calls, it is also blocking and not ringing through/notifying me of whitelisted contacts. The major issue I’m having is when calling a number it will not allow me to hang up a call EVER. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times as well as shutting off the phone and restarting it, and double checked to make sure the button on my phone was not on “DO NOT DISTURB” mode. But I still having the same issue. Very frustrating!!!!

LOVE♥️ But problem with SMS blocking part..so 4 stars.. As far as them stopping the calls from coming in....ITS BEEN WONDERFUL!!!!! Everyday I would get 7-10 a day!!! Most coming from the same cities in the USA!! It’s heaven not running to see who is calling, or just hearing the phone ring that many more times a day, then having to go into the phone more to block the number and add it to the HUNDREDS I’ve already blocked but they have tons more to use so I have block more!! It’s a lost cause trying to think you can stop it by your own self blocking these “PITA’S” just go for the small fee per month, it saves so much aggravation and time!! BUT..on reason for 4 stars...I opted for blocking spam text messages, but They still come through. I don’t know if there is something else I need to do on my end to completely stop them or if they need to take more steps to ensure they are not getting through. If you don’t mind that, then by all means save the misery of those annoying machines calling you all day and night long!

Effective but painfully slow. The app does as advertised but the app itself is painfully slow. When I receive a notification opening and looking at the information is like opening Internet explorer 10 years ago. Sloooooooooowwwww Also cannot uninstall. That’s pretty important because it forwards your number meaning if you delete the program you receive literally no calls, just a text your phone is forwarding and no way to fix it. Very poorly designed and performing application.

Great app. It has stopped all robocalls! My only suggestion is that it needs an apple watch app. I miss too many important calls because of that.

Great Experience. The firewall is working wonderfully. I got more than 30 robot calls a day. I was ready to get a private number. Then I decided to try Firewall. It’s a God send. Thanks, I’ve got to get the rest of my family on it.

It is blocking everything!. Including my whitelist. I tried setting it to receive calls from everyone and my whitelist was still blocked. My friends reported hearing only ringing and no option to leave a message. I also paused Firewall and it still blocked calls. I’m using iPhone 7 Plus with iOS 12.3.1

The Bomb Digidy of Apps!. I’ve only had it for two or three days and nothing has gotten through. Shows you everything it has screened and gives you the option to call him back if you want. Love it!

Good. Nice app the messages are going now to (unknown & Junk) but can we do auto delete or and auto block setting on daily basis to remove them automatically. Thanks

FANTASTIC APP!! #1. I never, I mean, NEVER leave reviews for apps but this app deserves my time. I cannot even begin to tell u what a Godsend it has been to me. I was being robocalled and spam dialed a minimum of 60x a day. I installed this and that crap STOPPED. I am at ZERO!! It is FREE! Best download I ever did!

Solves the problem. Firewall has cut my robo call volume to 0. It also has stopped all of the annoying spam calls that I get on a daily basis. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Great app. I love the functionality that this app provides. I would definitely pay more for better audio quality, since the quality of a received call is poor in their current set up.

Rip off. When I try to log in a pop up comes on that says I have to fix my international settings. My international setting are turned on. I can’t even log in much less cancel this crappy app. This is going to take hours of my life to figure out how to cancel so they quit charging me since I can’t log into the app to cancel it.

Not updating robocalls. When I try to update the robocalls list I can see the update icon going but nothing happens. Is the server down?

Very pleased with this app. I’ve had this app for a few months and I love how it blocks unwanted calls. Even on my landline, I didn’t expect that. Way better than robokiller. Only thing I would like to see is a black list that you can add numbers to.

14-Day Trial. I’ve had this app for one week now. Pretty amazing. Only ONE CALL not on my white list got through a few minutes ago. Have no idea why or how. But so far - so good. I’m in the 14 day trial period. Update-found my problem. Somehow I had disabled ‘call forwarding’ within the App. Figured it out and back on task!!

Worst Program. I installed this program, didn’t like it’s full takeover of my phone so I uninstalled it. I still cannot get any calls in. I installed it again thinking I had done something wrong and uninstalled it again only to have the same problem. Full takeover of my phone. Enough !

Best product out there!. Tried other robocall killers, but this product tops them all. Very impressive from the first day. Thank you for providing such a wonderful product that does what it promises and is EASY to use.

New User 531. It is very nice to have my phone back. Having mostly unwanted calls took its utility. I wish I could figure out how to listen to the messages.

Service. I am happy a hard time with getting Firewall to work. It keeps telling me to refresh & when I do that message keeps coming up. I love having this on my phone, I wish I could get this mess straighten out. If it don’t get fixed I will go to another app.

Cannot white list humana transportation. I regularly use medical transportation through humana. I can call just fine, but they cannot call me because they are in your database as a known robocaller. Even with firewall paused I can't get their calls. Please fix this! They are whitelisted.

Two Days Bliss. This is my second day of freedom. After 8 robocalls in 2 hours saying my SS number was suspended I signed up. It’s been an amazing two days of sanity. Thank you

Blocks calls you don’t want but also those you do.. This app does a great job of blocking Robo calls, but it also blocks calls from contacts that are in my white list and should ring through. All I see is that that person called and if they left a message or not. The phone never rings.

Review. I’m very happy that I found your services. I can’t tell you enough how pleased I am. I was getting all these calls from people that I did not know and was at my wits end. Then I found you out and your doing a phenomenal job keep up the great service

Best app yet for screening calls. I’ve only had it for 2 weeks but so far it’s been great. My phone doesn’t ring unless the caller is in my phone book or if I add the caller to my acceptable (white list) and the callers can always leave a voicemail. Well worth the money!

Good App. This is a good app. It blocks robo calls and those telemarking calls. The only thing that needs to be improved is it effect on the volume. You can hardly hear the person or any messages that were left.

Great if you don’t have Apple Watch with cellular service. Works when iPhone and Apple Watch are linked with Bluetooth or WiFi. However when using Apple Watch with cellular as stand alone no calls will go through including white listed numbers.

Working. This is the first app that I’ve used that actually works! to stop spam and crazy calls, and it works great !

Block calls. This app in a way is better than ROBOKILER. I just wished they had a year subscription instead of monthly. Love the app and definitely keeping it.

Meh. Pretty useful app. It does what it says it will do. The voicemail transcription service isn’t great and needs some tweaking. I wish they had an Apple Watch app. I leave my phone on vibrate so I miss calls my from contacts if I don’t notice my phone vibrating.

Useless. Only giving one star because you’re required. Couldn’t get it set up properly, the Firewall call would never connect and now I’m getting text messages stating a call couldn’t go through because I hadn’t turned off the forwarding.... one thing says it’s connected and the other doesn’t??? Please help

Freezes, blocks calls I want to get. I like the idea, but this app is buggy. It froze and I had to delete it. It blocks calls on my white list. It says a call wasn’t blocked because Firewall wasn’t available. I’d like to mark an incoming call as spam when Firewall didn’t but no way to do that. Wish I hadn’t bought it. No way to get a refund for this misrepresented app.

Works as advertised but audio quality is sacrificed. Solid technology in that it does intercept the horror of robocalls but a test run with my sibling proved that it’s only for the non-hearing impaired. Calls are routed through a 3rd party server and that clearly degraded the quality of the call along with volume. I wish it were better but it’s similar to VOIP which is affected by compression to achieve cost/profitability. Meanwhile I’ll just keep looking for something that I can live with. This wasn’t it.

Firewall Setup for Call Forwarding Fails. Just tried to install Firewall, but the setup for call forwarding continues to fail.. Follow instructions such as turning off WiFi but still no go! Just a point to make when first applying the call forwarding instructions my iphone will display a list of call forwarding failures. At that point I hit dismiss and then able to call the test number which rings my phone but recording says need to try again... So what next?

Night and Day!. I used to get so many spam calls everyday and all day! I JUST found out about Firewall on Labor Day and added the app. Overnight, it COMPLETELY changed the calls! If it continues like this, it will be well worth the minimal monthly fee after my trial period!

Super app. This app takes care of all my stupid if unimportant phone calls. You get a whole lot for a small cost.

Firewall. Keeps most calls from coming through, but unfortunately spam to stay.

Voicemail. Works great to stop unwanted calls, especially using the whitelist setup. However, the voicemails are not recorded. They are only transcribed. And, the quality of the transcription is nothing more than BAD. I’ve used RoboKiller before. It wasn’t as effective as whitelisting, but I could listen to my voicemails. Considering going back to it solely for that reason.

Frustrating. Trying to set it up on my iPhone 8 and wants me to call an international number but I don’t have international abilities. Now trying to figure out how to stop it and find a new one. Don’t need to be charged for something I’m not using.

Love it. Had the two week trial for four days now? I’m in. I don’t get debt collector or spam calls anymore. The only bad thing is having to pay monthly. I don’t need another bill. If there was a discount for buying yearly I would buy two.

Simple feed back. Very nice application. Would like to see some volume control or notification customization with it. Possible the speaker function to listen to voice mails.

Absolutely blocks calls but, audio quality low.. I find that the calls that go through seem to have audio quality issues (voice more tinny) but this certainly stops the phone from ringing. I wish white listed calls stayed on my phone / didn't go through VoIP forwarding.

Awesome. Blocks every single call except those in your contact list. A little inconvenient the first time a call you’re expecting gets blocked, but add it to the whitelist and you’re good. I was getting 15+ robocalls a day. Now, zero

No satisfaction. After putting friends and family on my Whitelist their calls don’t come through. Every time they call it go straight to voicemail or is dropped. I’m paying for this service to work correctly and it is not.

Suggestions. This is a great app, but I can't get it to ring when a legitimate call comes in. Also it needs a way to delete all or a group of "Recents" rather than just one at a time.

Good not great, yet. The only app I’ve found to block spam calls for good. Bad part is the audio quality is affected. Sometimes I hear a weird melody of server noises. Don’t know whether I should stick past my trial because I do need a solution like this!

REALLY HELPFUL…But. I really like how this app stops unwanted robocallers HOWEVER, I’m having ongoing issues with PAUSE control does not work and I’ve contacted HELP numerous times and I’m not deleting the app I’ve had it for awhile.

Identifies Unwanted Callers. Works to block even when spammers, stalkers and any other unwanted caller changes their numbers to call you repeatedly.

Works!. Blocks the calls you don’t want. Filters the calls that you do want...and leaves you summary messages of any voicemail that the scammer decided to leave. Additional features and filtering options would make it a 5star.

Upset. As I was going through to find out more about your app, I was looking for the price if any. All of a sudden it said it was paid but I did not give any information for credit cards. So is there a cost and how did I pay for it if there is? And if there is a cost, let me know how to cancel if I do not like the price.

No More Spam. I used to get quite a few spam calls. Firewall has ended this for me! I’m no longer scared to answer my phone. Looking forward to what features are coming in the future.

Amazing app 😎. I been using this app for a week now and I can honestly say I had no interruptions from any scam fraud unauthorized calls so I’m a see until my free trial is up. I’m still learning this app 😎
