Nice thought, poor execution. The concept is attractive, but functionality is poor. Input “buttons” are inoperable about 50% of the time, and re-entry to the app after leaving to check necessary reference material evidently requires me to shut down my device and reboot. It is an improvement that you now actually get feedback that the system is actually trying to do something, vs. the dead stare in past versions. Incredibly long time lag before authentication codes are sent. So long, in fact, that they have expired by the time I attempt to use them.

Horrible app. Frequently forgets my face. Sometimes reminds me within an hour after logging my location to log my location. Frequently doesn’t let me log in and just spins and spins

.... Updating your calendar

Go back to the old one. The previous Global One Tracker APP was far easier to use and to make adjustments to the calendar. It also could be registered on more than one device. With this new app, I will have to reregister to my US work phone whenever I’m in the US and then reregister again when I return to my country where I’m working. I really wonder about the analysis that went into making this change. Please relook the decision.

Not Really an App. This “app” is not really an app, just a copy of the desktop website. The calendar is more cumbersome to use compared to the prior version, and the location capture does not ever seem to work (forcing you to manually enter your locations on the cumbersome calendar).

Confirming location. When asked to confirm my location from an alert received from the mobility app, it rarely works. I almost always need to start the EY Mobility Pathway application directly.

One of the worst apps in existence. It simply doesn’t work: Doesn’t take your location properly - always ends up not doing it Allowing FaceTime also rarely works Writing to EY to fix doesn’t work either. They simply don’t care about individual users as only the corporate client counts.

Great idea, very poor execution.. I think this is a good example where a company decided they „need an app“ but didn’t dedicate the resources to actually follow through. Just a few examples: FaceID doesn’t really work as the app forgets login data all the time. Layout of content is clearly not optimized for an app but the desktop UI. As a result it’s awful to use…

List of issues. If I could give negative stars, for this application, I would. The fact that it does not remember my password and username, nor does it consistently work with facial recognition when you uninstall the program it never sends an authentication code when you request one. If you have an alternative, I would strongly recommend that you utilize it, especially if your residency change depends upon it. When you uninstall it, you lose all data so make sure your accountant has everything backed up.

Bugs. Unstable app; entered information and then got feedback that there was an error.

Absolutely Terrible App. Looks like they tried to put an app front end on their existing terrible web app ! It hurts to use it

Could be great. Good app. Could be great if they work the bugs out of it. Basics. Logging in. Retrieving password. Gets buggy when traveling.

Hard to log-in. The primary intent of this app is secondary to my job. I don’t remember this credentials. It becomes extremely unpractical when I have to log-in my credentials every time I access the app even though I always check on “remember my credentials”

Very time consuming. This app is not user friendly and consumes a lot of time for calendar data entry. EY should be better.

All around poor app - almost unusable in IPad Pro. The latest EY App is for the most part completely unusable on an IPad Pro. The following does not work. I have the latest model and the latest version of IOS. - Calendar - clears dates out, jumps out of the program when you change the month, and the save button generally does not work - then it jumps out. In addition, the auto location aspect does not work at all. After 2 hours I am half way through the year. Very frustrating - will do everything on excel and let the team sort out. Unbelievably unprofessional app. - Face ID - does not work - no clue why it exists. Need to log in every time. Again waste Very very frustrated.

Not what I expect from E&Y. Buggy, crash prone and not intuitive. Seems more like a business school assignment poorly ported to an app.

Frustrating. Calendar freezes all the time when setting a new location. Also, what’s the point of enabling fingerprint login if you always need to manually enter your password again after... and then ask you again if you would like to enable fingerprint login...

Frustrating. Most of the answers at the questionnaire work well, but some of them like the link with the calendar doesn’t Same or worse when an iPad is used

Drowning in bureaucracy. It will take EY months before they can help you with a consultation your employer has paid for. By then you will know the answers to all of your questions from EY Tax Summaries or similar resources of their competitors. Don’t bother, they are a waste of your time and your employer’s money.
