Sticking with it!. I may miss a day here and there, but there’s something about this challenge that keeps drawing me back.

Application Feedback. I wish there was a version without ads with the ability to put in more info about age, sex, etc.

Like it. The App is very useful and push me to exercise in home in these Corona days and long home stay. 💪🙏

Simple but good, annoying ads. I really like this free, 30 day challenge. I’ve come back to this app for a few years now, when I’m getting back into a fitness routine. The robot voice is silly but now it feels familiar after all these years. The ads are getting worse, and at times you have to close out of the app when the ads can’t be cancelled. If I stop using this app it will be because of the obnoxious ads. Unfortunately it’s not high (or even average) quality enough for me to ever consider paying for it.

Purchased app why are there still ads?. First, I don’t like to give a negative review but find the ads to be annoying enough to do so. I took other reviewers tips and purchased but I apparently didn’t read between the lines because ads are still on the app in very annoying places. Can someone provide an explanation or how to get them off? I like the app and would give it 5 stars but ads are annoying enough I will continue to search for an ad free one.

Would like an ad-free version. This app provides good plank exercises. I would give it five stars if they provided an option to remove ads.

Junk. This app is Worthless. It contains 50 to 80 Percent Google Advertisments that take up the majority of the screens. Unless you know EXACTLY where to click, you end up on the Advertisers Web Page trying to sell something.

Yessss. I love this App. It’s helpful and you can do it in the comfort of your own home. Not too difficult and you feel great afterwards.

Really like this app. I really like how this app works. I get a reminder in the morning to do the plank work out, and the plank work out takes just a few minutes. There’s about 4 to 5 different plank exercises per day, each pose is for a varying number of seconds. I really really like the pace of each individual work out as well as how I’m gradually increasing in difficulty. I look forward to this each morning - helps me start my day off on the right foot.

Takes over music control so it can play ads. Hope you prefer listening to ads interrupting your workout, rather than music like a crazy person.

Awesome!. I didn’t think I’d be able to stick with this but it’s so easy and fun that I just got motivated to keep on. I just finished day 30 and I did the entire workout! And I love the robot voice boot camp instructor, she’s hilarious!!! “DO THE EXERCISE!”

So far so good. Just started using the app recently. So far so good. Would like to see instructions on form before the workout segments start. Would really want an Apple Watch app addition. Would also like an option to remove ads, I’d pay a few dollars for that.

Great app for all. Tried app for the first to time, had app for a long time very good for all beginner intermediate etc. Very good.

Not practicable. The exercises in the latter part of the intermediate exercises should have more rest time. Back to back plank exercises with increasing duration and little time to relax the muscles is crazy.

Finally an ab app for me!. I like to do a good bit of cardio and yoga, but for some reason I dislike most ab workouts. This app uses different plank positions that works really well in a short amount of time. The guided coach keeps me focused and from misjudging my time in one pose. I love that the difficulty increases gradually, building strength one day at a time without feeling overwhelmed. This is something I can do at home or on the road, at a moment of my choosing, without a whole bunch of fuss. I can’t wait to see how my body changes after the first thirty days. Thank you so much for making this a thing anyone can enjoy. I finally found an ab app that works for me!

Planks. This is such a great app and very challenging Doing it with a group of 7 people and we love it

Challenging. As others mentioned it progresses a bit too quickly. I’m near the end of my 30 day challenge and it has gotten much harder. Especially doing straight arm planks then regular planks then a reverse plank back to back is killer.

Really helps. I don’t do well with planks and this helped build my endurance. It was helpful to see your own progress and not overdo it. Follow what the app says and you will succeed.

Good home exercise routine. I’ve used 6pack in 30days by the same app makers and they are no nonsense, easy to follow, 15-30 min daily exercise routines for the person who may not have time for the gym but still wants to prioritize fitness. I like the plank challenge because it is isometric strength training that does not involve a lot of space or equipment (you need a mat). I’m about a week in to the easiest of three 30-day challenges.

Demotivating; delusional. Intermediate level: First week was great - challenging but very doable. Second week was beyond my abilities but I kept at it, repeating days to try to strengthen. 3rd week, i was injuring myself just attempting a modified version. Hard to imagine anyone’s strength increasing that fast, from finding a 45 sec plank challenging to, 2 weeks later, managing 5 minutes with just a 30 sec break. Very demotivating, knowing that I can’t complete the challenge. If not for the speed of the ramp up, j would have given this 5 stars - good duration, clear instructions, good interface

If it’s not broken.... This is exactly what i needed to “enjoy” working out and losing weight. It’s a core focused exercise, which is precisely what I needed. I’m 61 and because of prosthetic hip I just substitute with a different position. It also grows with you, all to the advanced program. No major frills. Totally functional. Thank you sincerely. I totally recommend it.

Love it!. Just started this workout and I am a big fan. I work overnight and the weird hours and eating habits have caused my body to go in the can. I like the directions, the diagrams and the progress monitoring. I’m a sucker for stats and tracking so this is right up my alley. Give it a try!

Ads drive me nuts. I would have totally given this app 5 stars if it weren’t for all the ads! One day one popped in the middle of my workout and stopped the timer!! I get using the advertisements, but come on! Space them better than that!

Great workout sessions. On day four found nothing wrong so far. If your wandering no subscription or trail needed all free. It asked me questions and I got intermediate. And if your looking for a good exercise app this is the one to get. Also if you want you can do as many days as you want in one day.

Great app. Video previews of the exercises makes it easy to understand how to do them. I like that it has short exercises for all parts of the body

Still not strong enough. I’ve been using the app for 15 days on the beginner level, it’s progressing too quickly and I can’t actually hold a plank for the time that it’s now asking me to do. I’m a generally in shape person, so I’m thinking it needs to progress a bit more slowly to be effective.

Meh.. The app is meh. The workouts and progressions are fine. I could just as easily do planks on my own with a timer, but I went with this app instead because of the reminder feature. I have it set for a daily reminder every evening. Not once has it gone off. I will be deleting this and looking elsewhere.

like the variety. i didn’t know there were so many variations of planks?! I’ve been using the app for a week and appreciate the pace and ability to add another set when i’m up for it.

Very good App. I love this App. During COVID 19 this has been a lifesaver for me. I’m 61 and I just want to get my clothes fitting better. It worked. Just wish I had some options as the voice.

Great plank app. This app has helped me stick with a plank program! It has a few ads but that’s fine with me.

Works for me. I don’t remember where I found this app, but it has been great to remind me and encourage me to exercise. I can’t use it everyday, but usually three to four times a week. Right now I am repeating the last few days in the beginner section before going on to the next. I really like this app!

I love this app BUT…. Recently they’ve started serving up ads in a different language where you need to be able to read the language to close the app. Otherwise, you have to force kill the app. Otherwise, it’s an awesome app and it’s really improved my core strength and added significant new muscle mass - and I’m in my late 40s. And at under ten minutes a day, I can do it.

Not fancy but easy to use. This fitness app is not fancy in its images or layout. But it is easy to use. For example, you can change plank exercises with a few clicks. Your progress is tracked for you and you can use different fitness levels depending on what you want to achieve.

Awesome. This is a great workout. It does exactly what it says. There are no ads to interrupt the workout. This is the best free plank exercise regime I have seen yet. I can’t wait to see my results. I am on day 27 and plan to do it again.

Please let me pay. This app was great but is unusable now. I can’t get past the opening adds. It just stops and hangs up on these stupid adds. Please just let me pay a few bucks and not some stupid outrageous annual fee, and let me use this app again. I don’t mind watching a couple adds each time I use it, but now it turns my music down, shuttles me from add to add then leaves me on a blank screen that won’t open the app. Unusable.

Ads. The app is good but plz don’t show ads and even if you show atleast give us the option to skip it.

Excellent. Easy to use app. I really like it. Please give us an option to decrease time between exercises to either our choice. Or zero seconds. It is a drag having to hit “skip” between each exercise. I want a continuous plank workout. Otherwise, excellent app, scalable to your needs!! Thank you. I would pay to see no ads.

Using free edition. I did the 30 day plank challenge it has its quirks and not too many ads. Highly recommend

Great App. I like the UI, variety of exercises, and the way the app gradually increases the difficulty. Four days in and I feel stronger already.

Too advanced for beginner. I’m only at Day 5 (Beginner 1) and already modifying every exercise. It increases the difficulty too quickly and this could turn users off. Also, have an animation or video to demonstrate the exercise. Text is insufficient. Recommend you perform exercises in a mirror or with a buddy to ensure proper form.

Love this app. Love this already, I started at beginner and I’m now almost finished intermediate. The only thing I don’t understand is the calorie count, as most other information you only burn about 5 cal per minute. Any feedback on this?

Easy to use, fun.. This app is easy to use, functional and really advanced me. I did the Beginner and eventually the Intermediate setting. You can jump in and out if you are too sore or distracted, but for best gains stay consistent and suddenly you will be planking in so many ways for such long times that you can’t help but smile. I really went the eighties store graphics, brings back my California Games childhood.

I can see the progress. I was really getting it in but then life happened. I’m back on track and can see the results. Losing my back fat. I know I should take a break but sometimes I push through. I just finished week 1 expert level. Don’t forget to tighten the core. If my lazy butt can do this you can to.
