Great app but lacks some customization. I love this app it’s very colorful and that helps in organizing things. However, I wish after you created a list or item you could go back and edit the names of said list or items. When you tap edit the only options you are currently given are to delete or to move. Please look into this for 5 stars easily. Edit: I found out how to rename but I discovered that you had to drag the list to the left in order to bring up that option. Wish it weren’t so hidden or if there were at least a tutorial, please look into making it a little bit more user friendly!

I rated it 3 stars because. The reason is because I can’t organize my inventory ,so I have to be careful on how I add my stuff would be a plus if we had the option to add a image also.

Email feature doesn’t work and no automation!. This app is exactly what I wanted when it came to inventory tracking, something simple and easy to use. However, the only problem is the fact that when you attempt to email an inventory report with the CSV file included, the text that is supposed to be in the body of the email is transferred to the “to” segment of the email. Also, there is no feature to enable a setting where you receive these inventory tracking emails automatically (weekly, daily, etc.)

Easy good ap!. So I was using the ap, and after an update, I had problems with it opening. I put a lot of time into setting up the ap and couldn’t use it… so I left a bad review. The developer emailed me back within a day later, with an apology and a fix! So happy that they care about their product and keeping it running smoothly! Great ap!

more color options. I love it...... but if we have more color options 🙏👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Don’t waste your time. App doesn’t do much at all. Cannot reorganize your inventory lists, alphabetically or in an fashion at all. It’s just a plain mess of colors and labels in “folders”. Make an excel worksheet and it will be more helpful than this app.

Really love this app!!! But…. I’m super happy with this app! Simple and clean Ui Just some notes of improvement, it would be great if there’s a share feature so my partner could also see the inventory, and edit it. And a bit more customization options. But other wise it is perfect.

Great App. It’s a great app to use for Inventory once you start clicking around and understanding how to itemize things into different categories. I would highly recommend this app.

Great easy to use. No problems just wish there was a way to sort the list

Almost perfect. I like the ease of adding items & the coloring. Very simple & efficient. The only down side is once you add stuff there is now way to organize it. An option to either list items alphabeticaly or even to be able to shift things around myself would be immensely useful! And I would email my feedback but you can only do it with the mail app, which I don’t use.

Error. I don’t understand decreased. I have 4 of something but is says I have -3.

Paid for the email to work so I can email my updated lists.. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

Color coordinate. I would love this app if you could custom change the colors with either the color codes or a color wheel. As it is, you can only tap the color and it will go through a select number of colors that are all very similar. For example there are a bunch of blues and greens. I’m using it to keep track of my shirt inventory. I would love it if a shirt that is light pink could actually be colored light pink etc. The app icon shows a gradient of colors, but the color coordinating is seriously lacking.

It’s ok. I use it for my salon, color inventory. I have to use my iPad as the primary device because the info isn’t always accurate on my phone, yes I share to iCloud. My biggest complaint is that you can’t reorganize within the category! Color gels, 7,8,9 OOPPP found another 7. I can’t add the 7 in the sequence. It’ll be 7,8,9,7. Not the most efficient when ordering and checking inventory.

Good app. Using for t-shirt inventory, wish I could change colors easier instead of tapping -would like a drop down or even a custom color option. Other than that, works great for my needs

Exceeds expectations. This app is the way I take inventory, some items can be used in place of others, therefore a barcode scanner would be less efficient for me

App crashing. Was loving this app till they claimed they fixed a bug and now the app crashes I can’t even do what I need to do. Fix the app so I can adjust my review please

simple and reasonably intuitive. works well, using this as a pantry management, as other apps for that purpose have been overly complicated for my needs. Two main pain points: 1) color palette isn’t great and is a wee bit harsh on the eyes; assigning random colors just makes color a useless piece of visual information when it could’ve been so much more. Ideally if we could set a color for each list, group, or individual entry that’d be nice. 2) lack of drag and drop functionality, especially painful to not be able to drag between groups since you’d have to go in and edit each entry.

Not user friendly. I like this app but it’s not very user friendly. It takes me forever to click through the different colors to get to the color I want. I wish it was a easier way to do that.

Photo support. Please add photo Support so we can add photos of each item we have categorized. Please.

Suggestion. Good App, just wish they added more color options, such as a slider for the shade, white to gray to black. Other than that, good app.

Love/Hate. I like this app a lot it’s very easy to use the only downfall is you can’t transfer the information to another device you have to redo it completely because logging in with iCloud doesn’t work. Says “network error”

Lost data. After spending the entire day adding my large inventory, all groups except for two were lost. I am using the latest iPhone so we can rule that out. One of the groups kept glitching moving the sub sections within that group back and forth as well. Unfortunately, data is not secure. Disappointed and will look be for looking another inventory software.

Please, please !. One suggestion: Please add a photo option! I have a lot of items that come in the same color/sizes but are different! If I could see the item, it would be helpful! Thanks!

Almost a perfect 5!. This app is very user friendly. I’m using it to track my growing inventory of blank t-shirts. It took me just a few minutes to check all the shirts in. The only thing I would like to see different would be to be able to edit the color of the folders. That would take the app to the next level of organization. Right now the colors are too random to be useful. That edit would make this app perfect!

Would love to add pictures. This app is really wonderful, however, I would really love to be able to take photos of the products for each sku. We have many products that look very similar but have different skus. Having the ability for our employees to look at the photo of the product will make it so much easier for them to find it in the shop. If that option gets added I would 100% give 5 stars.

Okay so far. App seems to be very basic which is perfect, but it won’t allow me to edit the names of the group. Trying to categorize things and now I’m stuck with “default group” as a category which doesn’t really help when I need several categories that are easy to tell apart. Noticed this after I spent an hour adding in 115 different items so not super happy about it.

Update ruined it for me. This had a cloud you could use paid the $1.99. I got this app to track my pantry and work truck inventory I do like some of the updates but in the process of updating i lost all my lists now im going to have to spend another 12 hours to redo just the work truck You can get the cloud but now i would have to pay an additional $7.99. I understand need to make money. There are other and better apps for less

Love it. Very simple and efficient way to keep up with stock. The only complaint is the color coding would be better if the next item added kept the previous color but really isn’t an issue. Great value free or for the pro at a one time charge! Nice work devs!

Simple and Easy. I wanted a way to keep track of my yarn inventory. I love how easy it is to create groups of items and then add the name and count for each item. What kept from making this 5 stars was two things: 1. I wish when we tapped the color to choose it, it brought up the list of color options. It is time consuming to tap until you find a color you like and if you are tapping too fast, you can’t go back without going through the entire list. On the plus side, there are LOTS of color options for color coding. 2. I wish there was a way to customize what your count represents. For example, the app gives options like pieces, bags, etc, but doesn’t give a customize option.

Good and simple. I like it and use it everyday. However it would be super helpful if I could rearrange the items in the lists.

Question. Can you switch icloud accounts without deleting data?

Simple to use. I guess I could say I wish there was more too it, but it’s simplicity is probably its best feature

Can’t purchase. I like the App but when I try to purchase I get Purchase failed, cannot connect to the itunes store.

Sharing and live update. How can this be shareable and same time update with my partners

Great app. Wish the color choices had a grid or something and wish could edit “group name” it’s an excellent app and I have never been so organized!

Simple & Easy But No Price Field. This would be perfect if it had a field that I could enter cost of item.

Lost everything. I was liking the app until I got a new phone and everything disappeared from my inventory apparently it doesn’t save. I thought that it would because it says something about iCloud back up and that was turned on. so now I will have to go back in and re-enter every single product and put everything back in.

Report won’t email.. I love this app so far. Works really well for keeping inventory but I can’t seem to get the report to email.

Would be awesome. I would give this 5 stars and even pay for it if you could create multiple folders to organize the lists in and be able to duplicate the lists as well as the folders. This would be great for inventory of the same items at different locations. Also the option at the top to switch the buttons from reducing the number to adding to it. It’s so close to being amazing, I hope you haven’t given up.

Solid App, occasional bug. Regularly updated, clear, concise, and efficient inventory management app. It does currently have a bug upon opening but I am sure the developer will fix it.

Good Application. I was finding an application for my inventory list that is simple and easy to use. I found this application. It’s very simple and easy to use. I hope I can add price and photo to the items next version or pro version. I’m very glad to add each items photo and price. Anyway it’s a great app.

Worked great before fix. I’ve had this app for about 1.5-2 years and it has been awesome! Was able to quickly add and subtract inventory. Had color codes and saw my numbers on the Home Screen right away. Kept up with running totals. It was very user friendly!! After last week’s bug fix, I can’t open my app, restarted my phone and it deleted all my inventory!!! So deleted app and downloaded it again to start from scratch. Now it won’t open at all again! I restarted my phone, again, and still won’t open. I’m very disappointed to not have this app working. I haven’t found another app like it so far. Please, please, please fix this issue!

Problem needs support. I added lots of items but the app did not startup anymore and exited immediately. Couldn’t contact the developer as the developer website points back to the App Store. Developer wrote back in response to review to advise that problem was fixed and asked if I’d like to edit my review. I have updated to 3 star.

Why does this app hijack the clipboard?. Why does this app hijacker the clipboard, pasting from all other apps upon opening or reloading? Otherwise ok app, corners cut though

Lots of potential.. This app has loads of potential. It's a great format for easy inventory tracking of everything you use, but there are some minor interface quirks. The font for the group subheading is too small considering the size of the tiles, and the font on those. If it's meant to be for easy fat-fingering then the group font just needs to be bigger. Also I can't work out how to sort the tiles or if that's even possible. A manual sort would be best, but failing that, even just alphabetical would make more sense than sorting them by the order they were created with no other choice. Will continue to use this app with great anticipation for future development. My thanks to the developer for diving into an app category which is filled with mediocre offerings. I'm sure this will be a stand-out.

Do not use this app- waste of money. 3rd time all my data and inventory has been deleted. Even after paying for the cloud storage. Do not use this app if you want to keep a record of sales or inventory

So rare to find such a great app. I have tried many inventory apps in the past, all lacking here or there. This app is beautiful to look at, simple but quite useful 👍

Bucket loads of potential. This app has so much potential to be the perfect inventory tracker for items of sale, I am a market gardener and adding a few extra features would make this so convenient to be able to track profit/sales/stock of produce such as bananas , pumpkins and avocados. I sent an email in with feedback awhile ago requesting features that shouldn’t be to hard to add. Please add features! Such a great app with so much room to expand. Great job 👍🏾

Easy app. Easy to use, it needs a sorting function to make all products being easily retrieved. Currently, when you update the inventory, all products shuffled, it is hard to find. If all inventory can be sorted alphabetically, users will be happy

Good Inventory app. Good app with comments to add in each inventory in and out so that we could understand each movement. Can search the history by comments too. Just add a pass lock to this app that would be great.

nice App. Its a good and ease to use this app. Good Job. Suggestion. There should be a option of import if i have list of product i have to manually enter that products. Another thing to add a inventory when i tap on name of the product its adds 1. There should be a option to subtract 1. I am new to app might be missing out if there is a such option if so can you advice how i can do that. Overall use-full app and did the great Job.

WATCH OUT. Don’t get this app. It’s not free. They charge you $1.09 a month, and if you don’t upgrade it doesn’t work. There’s no way on the app to cancel it.

Amazing App! Maybe tweak some features?. I had been scouring and researching for a nice, simple inventory app. The biggest issue with most inventory apps is that you have to pay a subscription and there rarely are any options to purchase an app outright. And if you are able to buy a program, it’s outrageously expensive. Well, I finally found this and I love it! I work as a manager for a small company and need it only for 3 months out of the year. So far it does exactly what I need to, though I can see some areas that could be improved. Pros: -Simple, easy to use! -Warning limit -Quick Tap for reducing inventory count -Templated email and exportable cvs file -Customizable to a degree -Inexpensive to purchase! -Easy to sync to my iPad Cons: -The colors are limited and almost impossible to find the same colors over again. -You can’t rearrange items to organize them, and I accidentally reduce inventory when I try to drag items/instinctually go to click to open. -When syncing to my iPad, I noticed I have to purchase a second time to access the full version. Despite it already being purchased through the same account. Suggestions and Final thoughts: Despite having to purchase the app a second time, I’m okay with it because it’s only $2. However, if it has been more than $10+ to purchase, I would have been reluctant to purchase it again for my second device. For the colors, it drove me crazy trying to match multiple items under the same color!! Tapping over and over was stressful, and I always end up with different shades. I would like to see more variety of colors, but what would help the most is if I could Duplicate items. That would make it easier for different varieties of the same item(s) and not having to attempt to match colors. Lastly, I would love to see a drag and drop feature. Being able to move items to a different list and being able to rearrange the order of the inventory would be lovely. Overall, I still really like this app! I do hope to see some improvements with some of the things suggested. I can see this app growing into something big, and I wouldn’t mind paying upwards to $10 for a simple app with the added suggestions. :)

can’t export ?. I spent a very long time inputting my extensive inventory just to find out I can’t export into a spreadsheet

USER GUIDE. I just paid for the pro version but I can’t figure out how to share inventory list to my android phone and how to export csv file. It would be nice to have a user manual or user guide so that one won’t get stuck using the app.

Started to freeze and close out. I really loved this app. Really easy and convenient to use. I had it for a good 3 months or so and now it will freeze as soon as I open it and shut itself out. Im an iPhone user and getting android vibes with this app. Very upsetting.
